Defeat The Godmodder

Update CXXVII (127)
Alright, guys, Fenix is clear, and this isn't a trap. The stasis pod cannot harm or kill ou

r entities.

Free Action 1: Vote for option 3. I'll move to the bank of actions. I also vote to not put any entities into the stasis pod, since we'll have players back to protect them and help them grow.

Focused Action: I note that option 3 will split us up and leave some people behind. What if we didn't have to split up at all?

I create a pair of circular gateways, ten feet away from each other. These gateways are capable of holding a portal stable, and once a portal is created in them, they will be able to hold the portal's state and prevent it from collapsing even if one of the gateways is moved to a very distant location.

Then, with a bit of effort, I punch a hole through space to create a wormhole between the two gateways. The stabilizers kick in and maintain the portal's stability, giving us a pair of linked portals.

To finish the job, I push one of the gateways over to a position directly adjacent to the stasis pod, and then shrink the other gateway using spatial compression and put it into my inventory. Now, if we need to pull forces to or from either the bank of actions or the hexagonafield, I should be able to unshrink the portal and deploy it to create a mobile manuevering point.

20 CP: I summon a two-headed giant known as Janus.

Janus [AG]: 150000 HP.
*Unlock Ability: Janus's primary objective is to unlock new abilities for his teammates. Janus targets himself or an allied entity and unlocks new abilities for them to utilize. This gives the target entity a new ability or stat increase of some sort (around 3 CP worth of improvement on average, although the gains might be a bit random). This ability may suffer diminishing returns if used on the same target multiple times.
*Unlock Evolution: 10 turn charge. When activated, Janus permanently gains +50000 HP, +10000 attack, and an extra use of Unlock Ability each turn. However, on the turn this is activated, Janus cannot act and takes twice as much damage from all attackers.

You ready the LINKED PORTALS! One portal is now open outside the stasis pod. The other is with you.

Janus summoned! They'll stay on the HEXAGONAFIELD for now.

ES votes for Option 3, personally choosing to stay behind. He reasons out that if Fenix is legit, then letting him go has major benefits and keeping him has moderate consequences. Meanwhile, if he isn't legit then letting him go and keeping him should both have roughly moderate consequences. There's not that much the enemy could do against players in a "trap" as long as guard is kept up. Thus, it's probably for the best if they let him go, albeit cautiously.

You voice your opinion in Fenix's favor, and opt to stay at the HEXAGONAFIELD.

I will stay on the HEXAGONAFIELD.

1x: I investigate whether the DEATH Stasis Pod has a mechanism for being reopened after it is sealed.

2x: +2 CP

The DEATH Stasis Pod will reopen after it has traveled to its specified drop point. Until then, you can put stuff in but not take stuff out.

Also I'm not giving my CP or items to Fenix, no matter which vote passes.

Action 1 + 1 CP: I create a complicated sensor suit designed to record all things around me, and broadcast the result across the world. I equip it. It also is able to detect things via anti-glitch lasers, allowing it to visualize things that are glitched (like fog lamps).

Focus X2 + 6 CP: I create an Void Warp Vest@ that is programmed to automatically warp the user and their equipment into the void if it detects glitching 1 meter near the user, instantly. I also equip it. It can also be manually activated with a free action. It has 3 uses. It also protects the user's equipment and the user from the disintegration of the Void and its many hazards. It will also warp the user and equipment into the void if it detects an attack that will disable the vest, or an attack to the user that would cause severe injury, mortally wounded status, or death to the user, it also uses time magic to detect this. Extra CP is focused toward refining the reaction system so you can't trick it.

(This fails to trigger the curse of repetitiveness since its a dimensional warping device, instead of a teleport device)

3 CP: I create a small Hexxagonical Field Warp Device@ allowing the user to instantly warp to the Hexagonnical field with a teleport. It also has 3 uses.

I vote 3, but I want to go to the Bank anyways.

Your suit is recording, but you have no way to connect to the outside world. It can broadcast to the HEXAGONAFIELD, I suppose.

You create the Void Warp Vest. Issue: You don't know what the void is. You haven't the faintest clue what will happen if you teleport there.

The 7 CP used on the first 2 items isn't expended, since they don't need any.

Your create the Hexxagonical Field Warp Devices. Looking around them, you see a small tag on the bottom...

DISCLAIMER: These items may fail to work in the event of A: Being near a magnetic field, B: The godmodder's influence, C: A distractingly cute puppy, D: Earthquakes...

The disclaimer list goes on for about another 123 items.

I'll stay behind with Eternalstruggle,

Charging up again.

You also opt to stay behind. Are you sure? You will be able to change your mind this coming turn.

hmmm... what to do?? I look around and I gave a sigh, I sat down and gave it some thought. Then after a while, a decision was made. I vote to raid on the Bank of Actions! Who knows, we may find something that can help us in our battle with the Godmodder! While everyone is preparing on what to do, I decided to craft another weapon... A ranged weapon!

Action 1: Using 1 CP I craft a Bow and Arrow
Action 2: I cast an enchantment of Infinity on the Bow
Action 3: I cast an enchantment of flame on the Bow

You get the Bow And Arrow! It has 3 power invested into it, and can be used as a weapon against enemies of your choice!

Whew. I vote we use the Pod and go. It's risky, but we need to take risks.
Ugh.
((Note: I did actually make a copy of Joe's maze out of bees separate from his maze. But whatever))
[x2] Reasoning With Fenix
Fenix. I apologize for the actions of my fellow players. I don't approve of this. I think you're innocent. I could be wrong, but eh. Look. I'm sorry, again. I think we should be doing this peacefully. so here. We need a way to know you are telling the truth. Is there anything you can to prove it. Because taking a 100 CP item and ripping stuff from your head is not the way to go on this, I know. So please. Is there anything you can do?
[x1] Gun plan

I'll need some other stuff for the gun I guess. I close my eyes, and use gun maguuks to come up with a arcane blueprint for the Retcon Revenger. I scan the list of materials it provides. If anything on the list is too unobtainable, I see what I could use for that instead.

Fenix: Proof...

Fenix: I am afraid that in this world of reality-benders, any proof I can offer could quite easily be forged by your great enemy, the godmodder.

Fenix: All I can offer is my word, and my honest assistance, as well as the help of my compatriots.

You take a look at your blueprint for the Retcon Revenger. To create it, it seems you'll need a blip of pure paradox energy, an infinite bullet supply of time-warping bullets, and metal from Metallica planet, a planet where every single rock is both indescribably valuable and also permanently plays Metallica songs whenever something touches it.

The girl shrugs and at this point takes off her hood. Short blonde hair, red horns, blue eyes with red sclera, spectacles... She looks familiar.

She reaches down to the zipper at the top of the hoodie and unzips, as if searching something, and unveils some kind of thin gray undershirt... Her body is disproportionately muscly to her age and height; she has washboard abs larger than her... err, femininty? Let's call it that.

She unrolls up her sleeves to her elbows-replacing both of them are two prosthetics. Her right arm is a shining azure in a set of claws, while her left arm is hollow with a blazing gold frame. Everything beyond the elbow seems to be covered up by the gray bodysuit. She just seems to stare at herself, more confused than anything.

She shudders-wings! Wings on her back, but not natural. More like technological sheets, three dark-blue blades hanging in midair, and from behind her, another dark blue... Thing. It looks like a stylized spider hanging down from above, with an odd blue energy emitting from the back.

Unmistakably, it speaks.

"...ERROR. Total data loss detected... Operator information corrupted. Unit information corrupted. Memory wipe beyond basic functions is near-total." It says. "Information recovery process underway, but will require an undeterminable amount of time. for non-Core protocols."

The blue light flashes a bit, turning green for a second. "Core Protocols retrieved. Unit Name: Omniglot. I serve as an assistant and combat drone to the Operator. Operator name and other data is still corrupted at this time, and no default has been located."

The... Operator, points to the physical manifestation of option 3, selecting it, perhaps more out of OOC chichanery whimsy than anything. She seems to want to go, though. She turns to Fenix, who in the time it took for her to readjust herself has been put in an unslightly situation. The girl approaches, wings fading out of existence as the drone hovers behind her.

"Defragging Hammerspace. Please wait warmly," Omniglot says, his blue energy flashing yellow now.

The Girl stares at Fenix all the while, seemingly unsure about helping or harming him.

[X1]: Defrag Hammerspace. That is to say, search through the player inventory to see if anything interesting that isn't obviously there is in it. I'm mostly just being semi-random here.

[X2]: +2 CP (5 CP stored.)

I'll go to the bank of actions, taking my CP with me. I'll leave Fenix in the hands of my fellow players for now.

You search the Player Inventory. It's a cluttered mess of things that may or may not have ever been useful, failed plans, and forgotten items. Anyone seeking to weaponize them would probably find some success. But there isn't anything hidden.

Action 1: I get my business suit on, sit down with Fenix, and talk some legalese, attempting to join FlamingFlapjacks in reasoning with him.
Action 2: I create a suit of powered armor. The armor is normally not that strong, but power can be drawn from the pocket reactor to boost it for a turn.
Action 3: I head over to the terminal and open up a code editor, then start typing. By the end of my coding spree, the commands of the terminal are locked away behind sentries, firewalls, lockouts, passwords, and a wipe with a recovery code. I give the passwords and recovery code for the wipe to Moniker with a request to change them to passwords and a code that are hard to guess and to close the code editor.

Expedition against the Bank of Actions: I vote that we help the government and go with Fenix.

You talk some generic legalese with Fenix. He seems mostly confused. What does generic legalese mean, anyways?

You create a power armor suit. It's completely useless until you decide to boost the reactor, whereupon it will provide adequate protection for a turn.

You lock up the terminal. Great! Now, if someone would seal the terminal away, then the other objective for Project Loaded Dice will be yours.

I vote 3, but wanting to go because my sheer CP store is likely to be more important in the battle than here, there really should be some people that go.

I also vote not to interrogate Fenix

note: this will likely be edited

Action 1: I teleport Fenix out of his restraints if the vote doesn't do that automatically(I can bypass my own anti-teleportation measures with ease), and furthermore give him a covered mug full of hot chocolate and apologize. "Sorry about that, we've spent a great deal of time experiencing chronic backstabbing disorder, getting our actions misinterpreted by a half-mad Arbitrator (If you don't know, don't ask) and tripped up by deeply non-conventional perceptions of time."

Actions 2 and 3: I scan the Stasis Pod for ways a (likely NON) theoretical assailant could mess with the entities inside. (It's clear they won't be harmed, and someone else is checking against it being impossible to take them out, so this)

Fenix accepts the hot chocolate and thanks you. You make small talk about this sort of war driving EVERYONE crazy.

The stasis pod is incredibly strong and durable. It would be extremely difficult to break in from the outside. The godmodder himself could likely do it in a reasonably short amount of time, and a Player could do it given significantly longer.

"Eh, I guess I'll take the Relic with me. I personally am going, but if any of you all wanna stay behind, fine by me. I'm honestly just in it for the possible cool items, the CP, and... not really much else. I'm just going with what happens."

"Oh. Also, I vote three. Sorry."

Focus - +3 CP
Total CP - 8

Spellblade Mechanics -
Let me explain how I'd like my Spellblade to work.

Mana Charges -
[||||||||||] 6/10
Although it is a weapon imbued with the system of magic (which is seemingly one-use in this dimension) it can regenerate through the power of actions. My Spellblade will have its own Charge Counter, and depending on how much power is used in one attack, the more damage it deals. In exchange for limited functionality, I plan to use it as a way to consistently unleash more powerful attacks, although limited - probably dealing about 5 to 6 thousand damage per charge on a normal entity, plus the base damage for using an action to attack.

An attack will take an action, for clarification. One "Charge" also takes an action.

Other Things -
The Spellblade can break if it ever reaches 0 Charges, which can happen one of two ways - either another entity could take its turn to drain an charge from it, or I end up using it all somehow.

Just one last thought - maybe at 10 charges, I'd unleash some supercharge thing with this at some point.
Not necessary now though.

Relic Info:

Current Orders:

Um... be ready?

Aura Unlock:

[||||||||||] X/10 (Think it was 5 last?)
Fire — — — — x — — — —Water
Air — — — — x — — — Earth

Fire - Flamethrower
Launches a beam of fire at an enemy for moderate damage. May burn them if susceptible.

Fire Unleash - Inferno

A ray of firey death strikes the enemy it's aimed at for high damage, burning the enemy in the process.

Water - Soothing Waters
Gives an ally of choice about a 10th of it's HP back, capping at 20K health restored a turn to prevent OPness.

Water Unleash - Torrent
The Relic lets out a minor flood, healing all AG entities and damaging all PG ones for minor amounts.

Air - Wind Slash
Attacks one enemy for mild damage, BUT ignores any minor attack shield, block, or dodge because it goes at the speed of... well, lightning.

Air - Thunderstorm
A bolt of lightning strikes the enemy down for moderate damage, piercing any form of defense the target may have.

Earth - Tremor
Deals mild damage to a max of three entities within a short range.

Earth - Earthquake
Works like the Pokémon move. Deals moderate damage to any ground troop within the area, even ones that are AG.

Let's be honest, I doubt I'll ever get these up. It's been 60 pages.

You define the Spellblade! It is now a rechargable weapon, which can be used consistently so long as it gets recharged often. One action = one charge. It's roughly equivalent to attacking with CP, but COOLER. Also, if you end up using all its charge and breaking it, its last "breaking" attack will deal double damage!

Current CP: 26

Eyowe charges 3 CP

26 CP ---> 29 CP
-------------------------------------------------------
Hey, the Beeleter was one of the best parts of that saga, ok?
-------------------------------------------------------
Eyowe elects to have Fenix be trusted for now and Option 3 be followed.

Eyowe also changes his mind regarding the CP manner and leaves 10 CP into the stasis pod.
-------------------------------------------------------
Actions Done:

x3: Charging

You leave 10 CP in the stasis pod. Just in case...

The quiet watcher is still off preparing things elsewhere. More CP for him.
I'll vote Option 1 and vote to free Fenix. Just let the man go guys, what the hell? This is absurd paranoia (granted that the situation is absurd...) But even if this is a trap, we should just charge forwards and spring it.
Charging 3 CP.

Springing traps hasn't gotten you killed so far! It's only given you opportunities to prevail in incredibly bad situations after you get incredibly close to being killed!

"Gah that name really worries me but at this point...add some last minute redundancies and hope for the best! At least the Temporal Guardian still will arrive when they're needed." I mutter.

"To be fair Fenix what did you expect from this group of Players especially after every Player was blacked out after, you know, that lovely event. You pretty much could bring dozens of ways to prove that you're truthful and at least three people would say that only further demonstrates why you can't be trusted."

Hmmm...I vote option 3 and I personally will join this Bank of Actions side quest. Could this backfire with my entities lost to the stasis pod, items and CPs stolen when I follow Fenix, and my life extinguished by whatever might have created a trap like this...yes but honestly so what?

I mean my entities getting wiped out is practically a staple of this game, I pretty much never use my items, my primary goal will need more than 14 measly CPs, and I'm not exactly a critical Player here. Might as well go for it!

I inform Rotaz to cross his fingers on every mechanical limb he's got and lead the rest of my current entities to the questionable safety of the DEATH stasis pod. As earlier stated I'm keeping my items and CPs with me. I can only hope my inventory is hidden and secure enough to keep my stuff safe considering last time I tried to bolster my inventory's protection it was stated that it wasn't really possible to actually increase its protective capabilities.

To add one last (likely futile) protective measure I give Rotaz a custom made Dimensional And Space Emergency Button. It's a pretty handy piece of technology with dozens of protections from hacking and being negated like operating on every wavelength in multiple dimensions, able to operate in frozen time, and not using Windows 10 but it's main purpose is an emergency escape device. Technically the button isn't even needed, the device will automatically react to threats such as explosions or future sight revealing that my entities are just trapped forever it'll preform an emergency shift with all of my entities to my position (and if that's impossible like being unable to find me it defaults to a remote section of the HEXAGONAFIELD) through dimensional travel, teleportation, and phased light speed flight. It's hardy perfect but at least it's something. (x3)

Your entities join inside the stasis pod! You can only hope they'll be safe.

You create the Dimensional and Space Emergency Button! Rotaz clutches it tightly. It's his job to protect the servitors. He plans on doing his job.

[1x] "The dirt hat isn't silly enough. The second JOEbob is instantly vaporized once the original hat is gone, and is permanently lost.

All your items and entities head into the godmodder's pocket dimension. Say sayonara."
ISN'T SILLY ENOUGH? What are you talking about? have you ever seen a dirt hat? apparently not, if you think it's not silly enough. it's the silliest type of hat in the world!...
regardless, three things.
One, I wasn't actually in the Godmodders pocket dimension. the maze is its own, self-contained sub-dimension.
Two, the dirt is created from my player power, so even though it isn't quite "Me", I can sense and control it. it's probably dampened by it being 2 dimensional boundaries away, but it should be enough to tell Xilith to build a dirt golem out of it and install some Arcane Eyes.
Three, all the stuff that wasn't Cyan was 'the second joebob', or at least, the one in the pocket dimension; since he got vaporized, logically the cyan actions should happen instead, and not the cyan [x0] entity order to go to the maze. the self giving that order is dead, remember? the only scenario wherein they recieve the order is one where I'm still alive to give it, and thus extracted the UUN to another dimension.
If this logic is all invalid because of no logical reason beyond that icmoniker and icautomoniker apparently both hate me since icautomoniker did the hat thing and icnormal moniker enforced it, then my entities go in the DEATH stasis pod unless it is somehow confirmed that the DEATH stasis pod is extremely terrible.
(If rollback-remembering me still exists, the normaltext thing and a random one of the cyan actions occur. if they don't, the above action still happens somehow (since conditionaling this action happening on this action succeeding would be blech thing to do, but the rest of these actions probably aren't related to the success of this action(I haven't written them yet(my reason for this is mostly rollplay-y))) but cyan actions from the bellow selection occur. also all 'x0's occur if they make sense)
[1x]I wrap the maze inside a dimensional bubble of flickering rainbow energy, mimicking the divine powers of the Owl and Eagle totems. this does something.
[x0]I tell reality to put my entities in the DEATH pod, not some ridiculous godmodder-owned backstabbing device. I'll take my chances, thank you!
...then, I ask Fenix if he can open the pod for a second so I can get my entities back out- I have no clue why they got up and decided to enter it and I'd really rather they'd not be in stasis (he has to be able to, since if there's no way to open the pod it's definitely a bad idea to open). while I'm talking, I also ask if he knows any way I can get some Godmodding energy.
[x0]I tell fred I don't recall saying anything to him in the past minute, but if I ever said [REDACTED], it was probably to keep the Godmodder from overhearing. chances are I altered my voice pitch very precisely so the place he would turn to while asking me would be towards something which suggests the concept, or something. alternatively, maybe i didn't literally said redacted, and was merely redacting the information from the update.
[1x] I walk over to the Stunted Nexus, and look through all the details I think it's supposed to have in detail, in my head. then, I scale this knowledge to the size of the real nexus, and project it as a flickering cyan image- which quickly solififies, visually speaking. then, I lower myself into the interior of the Nexus and check for differences- weight and material included, not just shape- and then corrected them, one at a time, unless I see the change 1) has no unfortunate effects for sure and 2) increases efficianct.
[1x] I scatter tiny orbs of player power throughout this area of the HEXAGONAFIELD, especially near the LIVE space station. they do [coded message] Ise mvsd kkva oerite opi rznaieefcdxznq sw aito vzdksuowpq tyepkp, lbf pxce zirxg qp blggg re hjob. qoayjtbi yc znc xzym urpcd mj jfqj ocprec, sfh ysis a firgm cwdfnr sw qctmt, ehcc wcsgjt tt gr ktag, bxapgrx th qei zf ulresxog ehgrx th ykh l pyvk zt, vrty psx ze wp wn tntieecti. xe's oyzes wctquj.
when i want them to, one time only. it's like a delayed action, except its special in that nobody would expect it!

Side note, I'm staying on the field as one of the watching-people.

I had no way of knowing which actions were which. The white ones fired because they were first. But don't worry, your stuff is safe in the D.E.A.T.H. Stasis pod!

Unfortunately, with other!JOEbob vaporized, the maze is now entirely out of your reach.

Fenix: Unfortunately, I can't re-open the pod. Due to the way the door/sealing works, opening it and letting whats already in, out, would invalidate the sealing entirely. The pod's safety would be compromised.

Fenix: It can be opened only once, and my team will open it when its time.

You spout some cryptic stuff at Fred.

Fred: Right... well, when you actually want to tell me things, I'll be here.

Fred: I literally can't leave.

You improve your knowledge of the stunted nexus slightly. You've discovered all the traps, now.

OOC: JOEbob, redacting and coding your messages accomplishes nothing. If I can't read it, then it never happened.

I am willing to stay on the HEXAGONAFIELD, and supply reinforcements to the the players going to the Bank of Actions.

(If I am staying)
I use 2 actions to create a base, where I store my 2 Fabricators, and super computer.

I use 1 action to power up my Fabrictors.

I then order 1 Fabricator to start constructing workers, and the other to construct soldiers.

(If the vote is to go)

I power up Excalibur using 3 actions.

Just a note... you're all probably going to end up having more fun going than staying. For now, DragonofHope, since you seem to be on the fence, I'll mark you as going, and if you want to stay, you can come back next turn.

You power up Excalibur! It now glows with pure strength...

Right then, guess I'll vote for three and stake out for a while...

(Actions)(3 Charges)
(2 Charge)
Well, I guess its time I look into helping the Monastery's progress, after all, this isn't its final form! I just need to finish up the upgrade before I get to renovating the Monastery into something bigger.

Using some player power, I try to stimulate the water boost of the Monastery by flooding and containing the water around the Monastery, having it surrounded in a 50km water bubble.

Creating videos of the Monastery in its boosted state, I invite Rov and the rest of the of the LM researchers to study the visual energy fields that was occuring at the time for better understand what exactly triggered it.

(1 Charge)
Well... some measure of control should be done I guess... I'll just leave these snapping turtles around the pond, I made sure that they won't interfere with the pond's ecosystem and will only act should the situation with the fishes go crazy. I trained these boys to withstand a bunch of stuff so they can steadily out-eat the fishes breeding speed, just in case...

... Maybe I should expand the pond into a lake later?

(Orders!)
The research department digests the new information and uses it to further their research.
The Bun Baron should have the ability to summon Shield buns.
The Bun Heirs summons another knight to the cause.
The Bun Knights are tasked to find something of interest.
Sushi is the adorable slimeball that continues to be cute and squishy.

-------------

Stuff I'm Keeping Track Of
RICE POND ECOSYSTEM:
Current count: 187 Basic Fish Schools(Cap: 300), 62 Piranha schools(Cap:100), 12 Pufferfish schools(Cap 60)
Current Growth:
Basic Fish Schools: +46 Next turn
Piranha Schools: +15 Next turn
Pufferfish schools: +4 Next turn

Your videos speed up the improvements by 2!

The snapping turtles, in an emergency, prepare to act to keep the fish under control. In the meantime, they eye the pond hungrily... they've got to eat, too...

The Bun Knights lack the mental capacity to do anything but go knighting around!

You're marked as staying, but you can still change your mind.

I vote to go to the bank of actions and create a shield made out of Mithril that I can use to defend myselfe specificaly taking my stuff with me

You make the Mithril shield! Make sure to say when you want to use it to defend!

(1) I'll remove the Pardoxical shenanigans Bars from fenix and place it into my inventory

"I'll give you one chance,ok??"

I vote for 3 and I'm Going,One for All May be quite useful if used right....also all Raids need Dragons,this is probably a fact on some local plane of existence ??

Charge 2 CP

You remove the restrictions from Fenix. You get ready to fulfill the 100% necessary "dragon" role in any raid. Normally, the dragon is the boss of the raid, but this time, the dragon is one of the raiders!

Expedition against Bank of Actions: I vote that some go, some stay. I'll probably go, I need to know what's up.

All my actions go into CP gen.

tCP: 2 + 3 = 5

You prep to head off...

Severed hand, Soulflayer hand, Sharpened Soulrazer Chunk
Voodoo Doll, HP^Sword, Player knife, Wilson the Charming Rock, Old Control Panel (RGB buttons), Hexagonarmor
The Third Eye grants 2 abilities: Seen Through Their Eyes and Cut Through the Lies. Seen Through Their Eyes allows you to select 2 people, Person A and Person B. Person A is the "giver", and his memories will be searched for whatever you want to see, from their perspective. Person B is the "recipient", and they will see the memories. Neither person can be yourself, and its entirely possible for one or the other of the two selected to dodge/run away and get out of it - you'll almost definitely need to hold them in place. Meanwhile, Cut Through The Lies can detect if a statement is a lie or true - "technically" false of true rules apply. It also detects entire statements, rather than specific pieces of a statement. It isn't very advanced. It also needs to be "primed" before usage (EX: Ask an NPC a question, then state in your post that you "Cut Through the Lies" on their response.).

I jog over to where the players were/are holding Fenix captive.
"Whoa whoa whoa there, players, lay off the poor man!"

I turn to Fenix

"Hey, look, I just want you to know that I'm more of a 23rd party here. I'm neutral, see, not a part of the main player force. Any crimes they may have committed? I don't stand with them on that. Same for the reverse, actually, but I don't plan on committing any crimes so...
Hey, look mate, these guys are crazy, but they aren't criminals. I overheard their plans: They didn't want to interrogate you all hardcore-like. They've just been betrayed one to many times, you see? But really, they just wanted to ask a single question. One not even related to any important secret information, you understand? And you didn't even have to answer. They were gonna let you go no matter what. Not a real interrogation, you catch me?"

I chuckle a bit.

"Sure the chains and holds were extreme, but don't get the wrong idea: they weren't going to force you to answer any questions or anything. Just their extreme paranoia. You get that, don't you?
I mean, look where they're coming from. So many times has a seemingly friendly new-comer ended up stabbing them in the back with a knife made of betrayal and evil and stuff. And suddenly you with your too-good-to-be-true offer of safety and revenge? And a DEATH pod? Of course they didn't trust you.
But *I* trust that you don't plan on betraying our trust or doing anything that run counter to their interests."

So far I've been talking in a cheery sort of tone. Here, though, I change to a sort of faux-suspicion voice.

"I mean, I'm right to trust you, right?"

I give him a moment where he can answer my rhetorical question with a rhetorical answer. Whether he chooses to or not, though, I return to my cheery voice, start clapping, saying "good, good, haha"and the like, the whole shebang.

If he does give me an answer to the underlined NON-FORCED, NON-INTERROGATION, I secretly cut through the lies on his answer.

Hopefully him casually saying "of course im not a bad guy" in response to a rhetorical question doesn't count as him being interrogated. Even if it somehow does, I, as a neutral third party, should be able to draw the blame from the player base to myself.

Fenix: Of course you can trust me. As far as I know, I don't work for the godmodder, and I don't plan to in the future.

CUT THROUGH THE LIES: True!

I vote for... uh... 3, is it? And... well, I guess I charge up 3 more CP.

Oh, and I want to head to the Bank of Actions. I hate that place. Hate it almost as much as breathing costing actions.

Your hatred motivates you... its time to get some REVENGE!

Evonix did not actually notice the reset and was infact asleep, but now awake there's things to work on... later. Goes back to sleep +3CP
Option 3, I charge 3 CP.

"Alright, sorry Fenix, we've just had... a few too many incidents with the Godmodder tricking us. I think I believe you now. I'll be coming with."

It appears the Fenix situation has been resolved in a satisfactory manner. Time to head to the Bank of Actions!

Right, I vote for option 3. I will be going to the Bank, but the LIVE Space Station stays here (not in stasis).
I then use my 3 actions to create the Shotgun of Dope! It's a pretty dope mockup of the Shotgun of Hope, though it's not nearly as powerful. It does give the owner the power to slightly reduce the attack power of any entity they target on top of the regular 15 000 or so direct damage.

Now, the LIVE Space Station:

First off, I'm temporarilly handing general command over to Karpinsky while i'm gone since he volunteered on the discord. He'll mainly be in charge of directing what it attacks and potentially ordering it to take cover in the stratosphere if things get nasty.
Now, I'm giving the LIVE Space Station, with it's improved production capacity, a "build cue" to work on while I'm gone
1)Finish the status effect remover (of course)
2)Containment tractor beam: Can hold a single enemy entity (as in, if it switches to targeting a second entity the first entity goes free) at a time in a sort of 'paralysed/stunned' state in which they cannot move, attack or heal other entities, or similar (but can be attacked or healed, increment internal stats, send commands/signals, etc.). It is entirely ineffective on entities with any explicit status effect resistance. (That last clause is there both because it makes sense, and otherwise it would get nope'd due to being OP against bosses)
3)Kinetic bomb launcher: a weapon with 25 000 (or so) attack with good armor-piercing capability, however it is only capable of firing at ground targets
4) if all of that is somehow complete before the sidequest ends and I return, the engineers work on increasing the dodge rate

Now Karpinsky, I politely request that you don't alter this long-term build cue. However if some sort of emergency comes up and you feel the need to temporarily redirect the Engineers to a short-term project/task to keep things under control, I authorize you to do so. (please don't have them make a bunch of separate very small modules in a row though, since that supposedly will drive up the cost of the big stuff)

You make the SHOTGUN OF DOPE! It can only be used three times, but it will apply a significant attack power debuff to any enemy it hits!

Space Station control is temporarily in Karpinsky's hands! Huh... remember MooGoestheCow? The space station has been handed off a lot!

I vote for option 1 and to free Fenix. If option 3 wins out then I will go with the group heading for the Bank of actions. I'll hold onto my CP and not place it in stasis machine.

Still sitting mostly taking a rest and now just frustrated about what happen to the Peacekeepers I decide to Ask Fenix not as a interrogation but just something I am wondering. "So Fenix, Did you ever get that message I sent awhile back Asking about what you knew of the Corporation?"

As I wait for a response I charge another 3 CP as there is nothing that needs to be done right now. (18 + 3 = 21 CP)

(OOC: Watch it turn out that Fenix is in fact the Godmodder leading us into another trap.)

Fenix: Hm? Oh, that's right!

Fenix: ...Actually, I don't remember it very clearly. I... come to think of it...

Fenix: This entire investigating period has been a blur. I'm not sure what you mean by "The Corporation"... but, it seems odd to me...

Fenix: I feel like my work tracking down the Bank of Actions should stand in my memory more...

----------

Cloak: ...Everyone, I think its time for me to leave again.

Cloak: I'm going to join back up with Ash, Cera, and Jamie.

Cloak: Good luck about the Bank of Actions. But I must warn you...

Cloak: I have a VERY bad feeling about this sidequest. Be on your guard.

Cloak: ...Well, some of you already are, so... be... double, on your guard, I suppose.

Cloak leaves the field.

AG/N:

Everything ticks up again. The entities are getting somewhat antsy.

---------

Fenix: Right, well, I suppose there can't be any more waiting.

Fenix: Let's go, everyone. Everything should already be in place over at the Bank of Actions.

Fenix walks over to Crusher's portal, near the stasis pod. He takes Crusher's other half of the portal, and, with the restrictions imposed by the Players removed, makes some quick modifications. With a little tinkering, he has everything set up perfectly. The HEXAGONAFIELD and true location of the Bank of Actions are connected.

Most Players have opted to take their CP and items with them, but the entities are being left behind - as the Bank of Actions will be full of dangers that can rip the average AG entity to shreds.

As the portal makes little "vwhoop" sounds to commemorate each Player that passes through, Eternalstruggle, Karpinsky, Daskter, JOEbob, and Winkins all watch from afar. They will stay on the HEXAGONAFIELD, should they desire, and keep watch. Maybe it'll be necessary. Maybe it won't be necessary. But either way, they're there.

Update CXXVIII (128)
Well it's fun keeping watch.

Healbot continues healing up Tassadar.

"Hello fellow watchers, guess we're it"

I charge up 3x.

"Hey somebody go look at the terminal? That what my objective is saying to do"
FOCUS: I investigate the terminal for Project Loaded Dice.

The terminal is currently password-locked! I believe you'll have to ask Cephalos Jr. for the password. Or hack it. Or better yet, seal the terminal away permanently!

[x0] as my deleter-timeline self completely, definitely, absolutely dies into vaporization, there is a thought.
being a second self that is brought back through the rollback and duplicated by it does not allow for multiple actions. this suggests some kind of universal identification among players, each of which is somehow provided their own, and allotted their standard amount of actions.
like, I dunno, the forum account/usernames, but that doesn't apply to NPCPs (: P)
so logically there's some form of connection between selves despite different-timeline-ness.
so uh memories transfer somehow because pretending to not know what happened forever would be annoying and pretending not to know about the maze would be similarly annoying.
Yay.
[1x] So. the maze is entirely out of my reach now?
That doesn't square with what we know.
My entities were able to easily, instantly, without using their actions, without waiting for the end of the round, without Me using an action on it, without me actually wanting it, go to the Godmodders pocket dimension, and the maze.
I mean... ok, I didn't actually summon any of those entities directly, so maybe they don't register as me for the Godmodders defences.
but still, it's gotta be Really easy to go to if they could do it as a free action In The Middle of the round!
so I create a clone body, give it a really silly hat, suffuse it with some more energy then normal for a clone to defend it from Godmodder interference (we know, for example, that a players energy keeps him from eating its soul), and send it into the Godmodders pocket dimension. like i just tell it to go there its cheap to go there we know this. alternatively, if this would be a sidequest and as such require me to fully go there, I set things up for entry and delay until next round so if anyone's acting on the assumption of my actions they aren't wrong.
[1x] having set that up, I jump into the stunted nexus and get to work. I know where all the traps are, after all,so it should be simple enough to get rid of them. hit the auto-brainwasher 9000 with a crowbar, throw it into the nanofactory, while it's turning it into the component that belongs there, get rid of the extra nails blocking part of the conveyor belt by portaling them into the godmodder, somehow. you know, just to annoy him. grab the brainwasher replacement, make sure it's up to code, shove it in there and weld it on. realize the engineers have some useful gear, and since they already have infinity of it(enough for every engineer there will ever be), take some of the unused gear. drill out the imperfections designed to induce slowness, take the hacking USB dispenser and throw it at the ground so hard it explodes, backstab the assassin anti-tamper bot and replace it with one loyal to me. you know, the works.
Hopefully this finishes the nexus.
[1x] If nobody objects, I use the mirror asterisk (I would like to note that the rest of the player-unspecific inventory stayed behind, so it should too) on myself, targeting Janus, and thus copying "Unlock Evolution" onto me. I'm not sure exactly how it'll manifest on me- I don't have entity HP or stable attack damage- but the 'unlock ability' usage I'd get from this will be useful regardless.

The ability of your entities to travel to the godmodder's maze so easily may or may not have been due to (okay, it definitely WAS due to) "godmodder-wanting-your-entities-ness".

-15% Nexus traps! Its looking better, now.

Copying Unlock Evolution onto yourself fails - you're already in your final form!

ES snaps his fingers and seals away the Terminal, putting it back under lock and key once again with all three actions, allowing them to move on to the next part of Loaded Dice.

He then takes out his company's brochure on the Construction Drones, and rifles through it. There is a total of four buildings that they can build, four and no more. Hopefully that means it'll be simple enough to keep track of. For now, once they've finished building the first Engineering Depot, he'll have them work on a second. Then he'll probably make a Fortifier Tripod, Airfield, and Research Lab in that order, showing off all four available buildings.

Right! A new objective is appearing for Loaded Dice at the end of this turn... +15 to the Project!

Well, isn't find things when asked by their lieges counted as knightly activities? Just like that one knight that went out to find a holy grail for his king! Of course, this is on a lower scale as these knights aren't exactly the same caliber...

Ah, I also forgot about the Monastery's passive properties... That injured Bun knight should be healed up to full by now along with the Bun Heirs receiving that extra +2000A.

(Actions)(3 Charges)
(1 Charge)
I actually charge one...

When was the last time I charged any CP?

(2 Charges)
Right... so that idea of a lake might be a good idea to implement right now, I can make a larger ecosystem with it along with a higher capacity!

Chunks of earth begun lifting itself and tossed out of the Rice compound to make room for the lake as it expands downwards and outwards. Fresh lake water begins to pour into the gaps left from the excavated earth as small currents begun to form and eventually connecting to other parts of the rice fields.

In response to this change, many more species of plants and little critters that help form and balance ecosystems shows up, more importantly, many, MANY frogs migrated into the new rice lake that sustains themselves through the new vegetation and other insects that buzz around the lake.

Now, with the mass influx of frogs breeding and coming in, the snapping turtles are given permission to hunt and control the frog population, ready to also intervene any fish outbreaks or what not.
(Found source of food for snapping turtles and expanded the Rice pond in Rice Lake)

(Orders!)
The research department furthers their research.
The Rice Monastery finally opens its Rice Feast's stores and unleashes food buff unto the Bun Heirs.
I ask the Bun heirs to order their knights to find begin the foundation for a good Bunny burrow. This should be easy as buns are born with the knowledge to make burrows!
Sushi begins bodyguarding my entities while playing with the new lake denizens.
The Soulrazer Reapers... well, I might do something for them and maybe have them explore.

"Don't fail a spot check!"
Is our new objective? Somebody assist me in looking for something strange!
Not including the godmodder...

The Sapper starts building a web of defensive positions (Bunkers) has add-ons to the Fortress.

I charge, 2x.

1x I then study the effects of past Entropic Paradox Rolls. When we liberally used them.

The Sapper begins building outer fortress bunkers!

Looking at your past entropic paradox rolls? You consider the paradoxes from the past... taken all together, you can start to identify a few consistent themes... +1 Paradox roll progress! You doubt you can get much more out of just analyzing past rolls.

I order the Space Engineers to work on the following:

Containment tractor beam: Can hold a single enemy entity (as in, if it switches to targeting a second entity the first entity goes free) at a time in a sort of 'paralysed/stunned' state in which they cannot move, attack or heal other entities, or similar (but can be attacked or healed, increment internal stats, send commands/signals, etc.). It is entirely ineffective on entities with any explicit status effect resistance.

~~~~
Now for my own actions.
+3 CP
The engineers are working on the containment tractor beam!
[1x] I say hello to the man with no soul, and i walk right by him, will he take me home? down that same road, that I've always roamed, to the same old place that I've always known? to see the same old faces I already know, in the same bad graces that I've always known? to send the same old message that I set. in. stone? though it wouldn't mean nothing if i was on my own...
I fight to see, for what I believe, because all the doubt is killing me. So this. is it. I'll never Quit. the fear overcomes them...
Goodb------------- Time to step it up, it's time to shine. can he feel it creeping up his spine? it's time to set it straight, so here's your sign; I'm gonna take it all cuz you know it's mine. gonna spend it all and it's on your dime. gonna kill you all and I'll feel just fine. already taken the fall if I fit the crime. and yeah, i fit the crime...
Goodbye.
The Godmodder, the man with no soul. i mean maybe he has one but he's pretty evil i think that counts. now, he probably doesn't expect this. since, you know, he just got back and we were half-railroaded into leaving the field. taking me to the same old place i've always known refers to the maze, which my rollback-world self created on the first turn of his existence separate from my non-doomedtimeline self. that guy knew about Xilith starting before he existed, and my message which i tried to send earlier was p much 'hey make a thing so i can do stuff here again'... which means nothing if there's nobody to get the message. I'm planning to take the entire maze because come on, you know it's mine. i made the thing. and rollbackself already died.
to put it another way, I say hello to the godmodder, walk right by him, then suddenly wheel around and attack him, then use obscure logic to try to send myself to his pocket dimension. Oh, and I make sure the only weapon he has available while I am attacking him with swords-on-long-sticks-sort-of-like-spears-with-a-sword-instead-of-a-point is a very dull knife.
[1x] "Lucky" me, with all my entities in stasis I have nothing to hold my attention... or rather, to Demand my attention. So, I offer to make a bet with the Godmodder. yes. again. even though he said he learned never to do it.
Terms
"This shall be the last bet
The one who sees through all the others tactics will be the winner.
If he wins, I give him... uh I dunno a whole bunch of charmzard energy or something? If I win, nothing happens"
It seems rather tilted in his favour, yes? but while the bet is going on, he cannot move carelessly. suppose my tactic involves him tripping some trap? being distracted when i start the bet proper? that is what I will gain, if I win or if I lose.
the bet itself:
"I create a substance, or object.
we see if The Godmodder can pierce The Object with The Knife (previously described: It is, among other things, a very dull knife.). he must not use pure brute force for this purpose; his success must in some way involve finesse. the duel does not start until I finish creating the object. "
[3x] having done that, I crush three charge stones in my fist (we need paradox rolls, right? right.) and continue fixing the Nexus, replacing things left and right at blinding speed. then, I come to a rather... unintuitive idea.
The nexus currently does not have a health bar; it stands to reason it will not take health damage from my attacks. so, I take out a laser gun- one that mostly uses neutrinos so it can go through matter- and fire it at the nexus once. I see if the nexus becomes significantly harmed, and if the trap is destroyed. if the nexus is harmed, I shrug and go back to clearing traps the normal way. if not, though, I take my laser gun, put it in an area of accelerated time, and fire it rapidly at varying parts, vaporizing every trap it hits. hahaha! Explosions are always the answer! NEVER ENOUGH EXPLOSIONS, HERETICS! HAHAHAhaHaHaHaHahaHaHahaHahahaHahahahahahahahahaaaaahhh.... sorry about the crazynesshood. uh... oh, and I don't turn the nexus into an entity proper without the traps thing even if this is enough, i keep it at 1% traps still because I have a Plan for the traps thing... well, two. one of them i suppose might be a good idea to state directly: I'm worried about the possibility of it having actually started with 110% traps, which would be horrendously unfair against anyone less paranoid then i am currently being. if you are willing to confirm that is not an issue, that would be nice, though I still have the other plan.
[1x] with my third non-charge-stone action, I... uh... what was I going to do again? Oh, Right! I attempt to contact the following gods, should they exist:
GoPDEttaEuahoD (God of perfect duplicates except that they are exceedingly ugly and have one durability)
GoEC (God of energy conversion)
GoEP (God of energy purification)
toERtbagS(itiimsr) (that one enterprising rouge who became a god somehow(i think it involved magic sky rocks))
GoDM (God of Divine Mimicry)
the god of retrieving stuff other people stole, whatever the word for that is
GoI (God of Inversion)
GoSE (God of snowballing entities)
EliezerY, udkowsky (Extremely legendarily immensely externally zone-encompassing radically Yudkowsky, undyingly divine knowing omnipotent willful supreme king You-don't-have-a-word)
Or any other god that seems like it would be useful and comes to mind. priorities are:
1) GoPDEttaEuahoD
2) GoDM
3)GoI
4)GoEC
5)GoSE
6)GoEP
7) EliezerY, udkowsky
and the rest i only check if these are not an option, and do not automatically sacrifice legendary weapon wielding abilities to if it will grant me their aid.
You gave the godmodder only a dull knife? Surely you mean... dullAHAN, the ancient legendary beast from some culture, the details of which I don't remember! The knife grows into a giant warrior, which crushes you under its heel before you can do anything!
The godmodder ignores the challenge. He's not doing this. Not anymore. Not ever again.
You crush 3 Charge Stones. As usual, the power is too much!
ENTROPIC PARADOX ROLL: 5178/9460
Medium Negative Effect!
Entropy: 540 - 550
The Relic suddenly starts burning in an incredible burst of flame! It's taking a large amount of damage each turn, and will continue doing so until you extinguish it!
ENTROPIC PARADOX ROLL: 2097/9450
Insane Negative Effect!
Entropy: 550 - 560
A dark hole opens at the center of the HEXAGONAFIELD... out of it climbs the TERRORIZER. It prepares to unleash its evil screech...
ENTROPIC PARADOX ROLL: 6395/9440
Minor Negative Effect!
Entropy: 560 - 570
The Healbot Mk. 1 has the color drain out of it, losing 40,000 HP!
The stunted Nexus has a number of traps removed from it. Specifically 33%.
Every last one of those gods is either dead or non-existent! You don't even figure out which is which!
ES looks at the newly returned Godmodder, and curses. "Yeah, figured that might happen. Of all the ruddy times for him to show back up..."
He FOCUSES, raising his sword in a defensive posture, ready to intercept any aggressive actions the Godmodder might try against the remaining Players and their Entities. He just had to hold out until the bank raid finished in 6 turns, and...
Right, 6 turns. That might be an issue.
EDIT: With Crusher's access codes, ES commands Janus to work his magic on the Apex. Let's see what it does...
He also uses a free action to crush 3 Charge Stones for the sake of the Loaded Dice objective. He'd ordinarily never do something like this, but it's for the Project. He uses two of the new actions to charge, and a third to put an Attack Shield on the Apex.
You raise your sword, and prepare to intercept one attack this turn!
You crush *2* charge stones (you've only got 2 left). +1 CP and 1 attack shield on the Apex!
ENTROPIC PARADOX ROLL: 2111/9430
Insane Negative Negative Effect!
Entropy: 570 - 580
ANOTHER black hole appears at the center of the HEXAGONAFIELD... and out of it climbs... the HIGH ROLLER.
ENTROPIC PARADOX ROLL: 2896/9420
Insane Negative Effect!
Entropy: 580 - 790
Entropy increases by 200!
LOADED DICE OBJECTIVE COMPLETE!
+25 Project Charge Progress!
(Actions)(3 Charges)
(1 Charge)
Goes to my meager CP pile!
(2 Charges)
Noticing the Godmodder just now, I immediately push two charges into creating two attack shields in the shape of pins and pin them on Sushi... Well, it didn't take too long for the Gomodder to get here...
(Orders!)
The research department almost reaches the end of their research.
I order my entities to ready themselves for a fight.
V:
The Terrorizer lets out a horrific shriek, sending every entity and Player down for a moment to clutch their ears! And... it doesn't stop! The Terrorizer just KEEPS shrieking! Earplugs are quickly distributed, and the effects of the shriek make themselves known: As long as the Terrorizer is alive, all healing gets converted to hurting!
The High Roller prepares for their first gamble... every other turn, they'll make a new Entropic Paradox Roll!
AG:
The LIVE Space Station fires on the Terrorizer, dealing 47,000 damage! Aboard, the engineers use their production boost to instantly complete the Containment Tractor Beam!
The Scoville Reaper and Tassadar follow up on the Space Station's assault, dealing 140,000 damage! The Scoville Reaper takes 26,000 damage from their own regen...
The Healbot Mk. 1 tries to heal Tassadar, but ends up hurting him for 12,000 HP instead!
The Relic is burning! It takes 25,000 damage! If it isn't extinguished or put in the auto-fire-extinguishing DEATH Stasis pod, it'll die!
Janus begins unlocking an Apex ability! It will be done next turn, since the Apex is already a strong entity!
PG:
In case anyone didn't notice... the godmodder is DEFINITELY back! He decides on a new objective while so many Players are out to lunch:
Kill. EVERY. Entity.
The godmodder begins by CHARGING at the LIVE Space Station! But... someone stands in his way! It's EternalStruggle, sword raised high! The godmodder CHARGES into Eternalstruggle full-force, sending him flying miles and miles away, but also totally ruining the godmodder's momentum! He's wasted his action...
With his second action, the godmodder takes revenge on Eternalstruggle! He uses the CRUSHING FOOT on the Apex, pressing his boot down on the ship until it breaks! The godmodder uses Mascythe to split it between the Linked Repair Drones and Winkins Soulraze Reapers as well! The attack was strong enough to kill the Apex, but thanks to its attack shield, it instead takes a mere 195,000 damage! The Linked Repair drones and Soulraze Reapers are definitely dead, though.
N:
The Apex fleet fires on, though its flagship may be spluttering and stuttering! They, too, attack the Terrorizer, dealing 67,500 damage!
Winkins forces, saddened by the loss of the Soulraze Reapers, take out their rage on the Terrorizer! They deal 72,000 damage!
Rice Feast is used on the Bun Prince, giving them 2,000A!
---------
The D.E.A.T.H. Stasis Pod just sits there... looking as temptingly safe and death-free as ever...
---------
You consider Loaded Dice... right, you've got some idea of how this luck stuff can go down. Next, you need to examine how exactly that works with regards to taking weapons from the godmodder. You need to deal 4 damage to the godmodder!
THE HEXAGONAFIELD:
Current field effects: None
ITINERARY:
-Defeat The Godmodder! A mathematics related method...
-Project Loaded Dice: 65/100
-Current Project objective: Hurt the godmodder! 0/4
-Extinguish the Relic!
-Keep your entities safe from the godmodder's assault!
Update CXXX (130)
Orders:
All units under my control retreat into the D.E.A.T.H. stasis pod.
Action:
FOCUS: Delay. Delay Delay...
Shields up! Tetsudo!
Hundreds of armored legionaries, with me has their commander stand in the path of the Godmodder. He will not get to the entities without hitting me first.
All your entities head into the D.E.A.T.H. stasis pod! Once inside, the stasis pod immobilizes and fully heals them.
You prepare to intercept the godmodder!
All CP & actions expended!
The Terrorizer is struck by a massive titanium rod, which was dropped from orbit.
The Engineers on the LIVE Space Station will switch to working on the following:
Forcefield Module: the LIVE Space Station gets a forcefield that regenerates 100% of its health every round. Max health comes from the Space Engineers' work, and increases while the Space Engineers are working on it. The forcefield protects the other parts of the LIVE Space Station from attack while it has >1 HP left (to clarify: it isn't destroyed if the shield hits zero HP, but it stops protecting after that point), and the forcefield's actual generator is closely integrated into the hull of the LIVE Space Station and cannot itself be attacked directly
The Titanium rod SLAMS into the Terrorizer, crushing it! The Terrorizer barely struggles out from underneath it... 170,000 damage!
The Space Engineers are now working on the forcefield module!
[1x] Well, since he refuses the bet...
SUMMARY:
I force him to do the stuff from my bet. with magic. I also make the object have the mass of the planet in the size of a rock. because I wish to maximize the number of times i hurt him with the same type of rock.
.
"there are plots, deceit and thieves,
Brute strength fails to bring much peace
here we fight with strange structure
we resist one another at every juncture
upon this errant story, told thrice
where the cat falls to some 40 mice
I, a mouse of strange rationale
will bring about a different tale
a tale of guile brought to bear
until he tears out his hair
Area Law"
so you see there's this story i just read were there's a smort dungion and they got a list of options for abilities and they picked the same ones I would have which i thought was interesting anyway one of the abilities was dungeon law which let them make laws that must be followed within their dungeon so I is take that idea. anyway dungeon law effectiveness was affected by tone and description and apparently the best way to make one was a song 'n stuff, with most dungeons having no clue how to song and so they not good but anyway i know how sing sort of ok and has a mouth unlike dungeons. so I renamed 'dungeon' to 'area' and now the area is battlefield or at least the part the Godmodder is in.
Since i said "brute strength fails", he can't use brute strength for this challenge. the strange structure bit is the whole challenge I'm trying to make,the next bit is a summary of DTG, and the last bit says cunning will be necessary here.
the "tears out his hair" part is said in a non-serious tone, implying it just means this will likely hopefully be very frustrating for him.
So the Godmodder has to play along. I give him the knife, which is a very dull knife, and a very special knife, and so I say goodbye to the knife sing aku ngasah uripku.
my chosen substance... I create a large chunk of ultimonium, coat it indobendium, and give it grid-like layers of stupidnamium, making a very strong alloy which is able to bend, making it not possible to tear apart. then, I enchant it to be extra weak to the knife... used properly. WAIT. IDEA. Yes.
I compress an entire planets mass of this ultimonium-indobendium-stupidnamium alloy into the size of a rock! that way if this deals damage, I can say the rock did damage to him! again!
[1x]
Summary: i declare the godmodder maybe not so bad. then, I put him in a super-awesome healing relaxing sauna (heat is as high as the core of the sun, to make it 43731X more efficient), while giving him an amazing massage (as much force as the total weight of the moon in earth gravity, for the same principle), before singing my life story to him (loud enough to destroy the entire establishment with sound) and then using homeopathy to apply healing magic to him (so much death magic that it could kill a whole nation, dilluted with even more ridiculous amounts of neutral magic).
then i realize this healing attempt broke everything and must have been corrupted by the terrorizer. oh no.
Also I try to leach and store godmodder energy throughout, storing it in a time-slowing thing that will buy me until at least next turn to work on it. i hope.
now, I figure, I feel a bit sorry for the Godmodder. I mean, he fights and he fights and he gets half-blocked by ES, and then I force him into this "bet" thing... and now he won't even gain anything for winning! it's enough to drive anyone insane... so really, he deserves a chance to relax. and I mean... maybe he's not all bad, you know? maybe he's only 98% bad. i mean, at least half of that good 2% is that he didn't oneshot everyone the instant they spawned, and that part might still be bad depending on what his motive is (maybe to keep us fighting instead of quiting and giving him no souls to eat), so maybe he's 99% bad. maybe there isn't anything good left except his love for rhubarb pie. which is probably less then 0.3% of him, and would leave him at least 99.7% bad. but hey, he's probably not all bad. unless it's all an act. then he's probably all bad.... uh.... where was I? oh right, relaxing. you know, on the off chance that he's only 98% bad, he deserves a break. I mean, he's only a 1-dimensional character, which means he's probably the villain in his own mental world as well, but all life is precious Including The Life He Killed and ate!... ahem.
So, RELAXING. YEs. LeTS nOT gO MAd WitH RaGE, Ok??!?W!?!2#?!?@#$?3W?!1/23!32!?@#!@?
so, I summon a nice like sauna or whatever those are relaxing right? and on the principle that the more of a stimulus there is, the more strongly it affects people, I set the temperature to... lets see... 343.15 kelvin is the average, but I want this to be really relaxing... on the other hand, I don't want to waste too much energy, so... hm... how hot is the core of a star...? about... 15,000,000 Kelvin. that's... 43731 times more effective then a normal sauna! that'll really relax him! now, I don't want to get too relaxed myself, it might slow me down while i'm doing other things,so I interact via a fireproof projection with limited sensory input. while the Godmodder is relaxing in the sauna- huh, where did those third-degree burns come from? that's strange... well, sauna heal all wounds, just like time. I'm sure he'll feel better soon. hm, while he's relaxing i should tell him my life story. my entire life story. maybe if he realizes that when he kills people, they don't like it, he'll stop? oh, or maybe he doesn't see us as people! in that case, it's extra important that I tell him my life story, and don't let him out until it's done.
...Fun fact! the Sauna benches, and my projection, are designed to leach away small amounts of Godmodder energy and store it in a very small pocket dimension with no room for the energy to evaporate into, and with an extremely high amount of time slowing so that it will remain intact until at least next turn, as long as it leaches any. anyway, my projection starts massaging the Godmodder with... lets see, following the principle by which i multiplied the saunas effectiveness 43731fold, instead of ~50kg- near the upper bound for human grip strength in healthy people- I apply approximately 73500000000000000000000 KG of brute strength to my massage, which also keeps him from leaving. i understand the fifth-degree burns are painful, Godmodder, but they'll heal soon enough! trust in the power of a sauna! anyway, I apply as much brute force as the entire moon to the task of massaging the Godmodder.
Now that the preparations are in order and the massage and restraint protocol has been set to semi-auto, I begin talking, almost wistful in tone.
...I remember the day when I got the call - remember the day that I lost it all
remember the day with a tear in my eye, remember the day like it was only mine...
this takes about 3 minutes, during which the godmodder is ceaselessly massaged and sauna-iffied. also, since singing is soothing to some people, I sing it, and since amplifying something makes it stronger, I sing it at... 60 decibels is normal singing, and... oh right, that volume-increasing cantrip! I spam-cast it, reaching the same volume as last time, like... 3^23 or something times louder, i think it was. ruptured eardrums? well, his mind is soothed, I'm sure. and physical damage is nothing before the saunas power!
Naturally, since I don't want to dilute my actions power by healing multiple targets,the sauna is completely seperated from the rest of the world, letting out no heat or sound.
then, I turn on the saunas magic runes to flood the room with magical healing... now, this thing's a marvel of magical engineering.
By the principals of homeopathy, a dilluted substance has inverted effect. for example, a fast-acting poison, when diluted, becomes a miracle cure that works against every sudden shock. more dillution : Stronger effect. so, my magical healing consists of pouring in MASSIVE amounts of raw magic.
Homeopathy works on a "C" scale- every 1 C means the substance has been diluted by 100 times. so, 2C means 1/(100^2) is your diluted substance. now, the normal amount of dillution for daily purposes is 30C, or 1/(100^30) dillution. on average, this would require giving two billion doses per second to six billion people for 4 billion years to deliver a single molecule of the original material to anyone.
but I want to maximize effectiveness, so I'm going with 60C.
that means about... 43731*10^140 units of mana. mixed in there extremely thoroughly are 43731*10^20 units of Death Magic. the dillution is very strong.
Luckily, unalligned mana has no effect whatsoever on anything, or this sauna would be exploding now. more then the heat of the sun is already causing it to, I mean.
to put these units in perspective, 10^3 units of death magic can kill a small tree, or make a human sick for several months. this is 4,373,100,000,000,000,000,000 more then that in the room, though only about 1/100 of it will reach the Godmodder.
still, 43,731,000,000,000,000,000x more then enough to kill a small tree! since it's so dilluted, I'm sure it'll instead act like 43731*10^120 units of healing magic, and that'll heal the Godmodder so much!
[possibly adding anything else anyone thinks to add]
As the action winds down, I survey my results, and find a smoking crater on starfire, broken bone-shards from the godmodders back, shattered everything else from the scream, blood from the Godmodders ears, and so much more. wait, that doesn't look right... oh my goodness. did... it must be. I think the Terrorizer messed with my mind! I don't know how, but... somehow it turned my totally innocent healing into an attack! not only that, but all the healing that got through probably turned into damage...this is terrorble, just terrible.
[1x] I ask the God of Magic and Knowledge if they would be capable of manipulating some charmzard energy into being godmodding energy,since charmzard energy came from a wizard and is as such magic, in exchange for roughly 1/2 of the charmzard energy output of my charmzard energy generator. while talking, I check up on something i set up a short time ago... yes, everything seems to be in order.
You force the godmodder to play your challenge using magic. The godmodder then wins the challenge instantly, using that exact same magic. Dang.
1 damage to the godmodder. It's completely impossible to tell whether the sauna healed or hurt him. The godmodder notes that this has been his favorite attack on him so far, and he really enjoyed the sauna.
The God of Magic can't do that.
ES uses 7 CP to Wipe out the Terrorizer. It's dead now. Exact cause of death remains unknown, but the autopsy seems to have indicate bullets, sword slashes, electricity, tactical nuclear weapons, giant rocks, and at least 38 apples were involved in the slaughter.
He then uses his other 7 CP to carefully repair the Apex, unsquashing the stomped parts by inflating it back out and then sealing any damage done with QuickFix spray-on armour plates and Flex Tape.
Terrorizer SLAIN! All healing is now normal again!
+107,000 Current/105,000 Max HP to the Apex!
(Actions)(3 Charges)
(1 Charge)
I quickly make a Rice Effect Beam Machine that can turn positive and negative effects into a beam! I plug the healing effect of the Rice Monastery into the Beam Machine and have it focus on the Terrorizer! With the terrorizer having made healing into damage, this should do some damage!
(1 Charge)
I scream internally over the Reapers' death and begin taking out a greatshield as large as me that's capable of nulling any sort of energy, including kinetic energy and other types major energies.
(1 Charge)
I try to lift the Nulling Greatshield and have problem doing so. Apparently... no one took account of the weight of the thing as it has enough weight at least 5 galaxies in mass... To even make it any use to me, I make a Dimensional Teleporter which has the power to teleport dimensions into other dimensions...
Which can cause a merge of dimensions. We don't speak of those mistakes though.
With the means of moving around and something to take a couple of the Godmodder's hit (Hopefully), I stand in the way of any attacks that's directed at my entities.
(Orders!)
The research department is so close to finishing their research.
The newly created Rice Beam Machine fires the healing effect of the Rice Monastery onto the Terrorizer.
My entities continues to beat up the Terrorizer.
Stuff I'm Keeping Track Of
RICE LAKE ECOSYSTEM:
Current count: 363 Basic Fish Schools(Cap: 450), 120 Piranha schools(Cap:180), 22 Pufferfish schools(Cap 100)
Current Growth:
Basic Fish Schools: +90 Next turn
Piranha Schools: +30 Next turn
Pufferfish schools: +5 Next turn
The Rice Effect Beam Machine fires at the High Roller instead, healing it for 17,000 HP! Once used, Sushi wanders over and devours the whole rice beam machine in one gulp. What? He's a hungry, growing boy!
You join Daskter! With your energy shield and his legionnares, you're sure to block at least 1 godmodder attack!
---------
V:
The High Roller prepares to cast their dice...
AG:
The Relic gets beamed up in a beam of blue light! It's heading over to the Bank of Actions, due to how much attachment its owner has to it! Its the power of friendship!
Aboard the LIVE Space Station, the Space Engineers begin work on the forcefield generator! They upgrade it thrice - it'll block the first 3,000 damage directed at the LIVE Space Station each turn!
The remaining AG entities hold back on attacking for now, but consider launching an attack on the godmodder as a team... There's nothing they can do to the High Roller...
Janus uses UNLOCK ABILITY on the Apex! The Apex unlocks some potential, and now reduces all attack damage by 7,000 damage instead of 5,000!
PG:
The godmodder, using Macythe, pulls out his SINGING SWORDS. Daskter and Winkins have chosen to stand in his way? Well, he'll do something about that. He dashes towards the two, slamming right into Winkins energy nullifying Greatshield! Using his Singing Swords, the swords start singing... HORRIBLE DUBSTEP MUSIC! Winkins is protected by the Energy Shield, but Daskter's legionnares all collapse to the ground writhing in pain, more and more dying with every beat drop! When the Dubstep finally concludes, every legionnare is dead, and Daskter is too busy clutching his ears to do anything! The whole time, the godmodder was pushing Winkins shield, slowly bringing Winkins to exhaustion, until finally... the godmodder rips the shield out of Winkins hands, and clobbers him with it!
Winkins and Daskter are now slightly injured, and no longer in the godmodder's way.
With his second action, the godmodder uses STARBURST. No, not the candy. Instead, its a burst of star-themed attacks! There are six stars, dealing 500,000 damage each (reduced by 100,000 per attack shield), and each and every star is soaring towards a different entity! You'll have to block all the stars to keep your entities safe! Or put your entities somewhere else...
N:
The Apex and Winkins forces tick. The Bun army quickly backs away from Sushi and the Rice Monastery as the deadly stars grow closer to hitting them...
Update CXXXI (131)
Seeing that the Space station is back i am coming back :)
I spend all my actions starting to make a special Stasis shield for the space station
3/???
Hello, MooGoestheCow! Welcome back! It's good to see you again! If you have any questions about the current situation, feel free to ask here, on the OOC thread, or on the Discord. Your Techno god powers are working fine, and you get 3 CP.
[1x] "Also I try to leach and store godmodder energy throughout, storing it in a time-slowing thing that will buy me until at least next turn to work on it. i hope."
this was located in the less-then-a-paragraph summary, so I doubt you missed it. as well, the Godmodder took damage, and didn't counter at all, aside from saying he liked the attack (which i sarcastically thank him for) and the note that sauna healingness is completely impossible to determine.
So my best guess here for what the lack of mention represents....
is that I succeeded, but you're hoping I'll forget. or something. (this is resting on the assumption you didn't miss it, ofc)
Anyway! Godmodder energy, stored in a 1-turn-at-least time-slower! I immediately send my own player energy into the pocket space thingy, being only the second person to post and as such being extremely close to the time of retrieval, plus this is my first action. so, my player energy is brought in there, and through the combination of Player and Godmodder energy, a Player Lock is formed. that is, the kind you need to be a player to open, not the kind you need to be a godmodder for.
[1x] wow! 6 stars of 500,000 damage each? that's... 3 million damage! 200 CP of raw damage! for 1 action! Incredible! I think I'll hold the Godmodder to this level of efficiency when I call in that debt he has. 1,000 CP... yes, that'll be fun! now, he might argue each star only takes 5 CP to block due to 100,000 being blocked per attack shield, but even then with 6 stars, it's 30 CP, and given the number of players around, they won't all be blocked... between 2 and 4 will hit i'd say, so 115 CP or so on average? and he wasn't using Mascythe on this one, so it's not like it's at triple-efficiency.
why am i mention this? Welllllll, I'm calling the god of dreams- he hasn't done anything in a while, so he should have the energy to spare for this- and asking for his help to create a negative HP entity without the godmodder brainwashing it. it can block attacks, but only if ordered to do so for a specific attack (IE: if we know about the attack a round early). then I order it to block all the starbursts. AG goes before the Godmodder, and this entity I summon to the AG side (but have it willing to accept orders to block attacks aimed at AG entities, if not countermanded, by neutrals). I'm sure this will have a long life, what with its 166.6 CP of raw anti-HP /s
[1x] I continue removing traps. I break their internet, keeping them from accessing websites, mirroring my own shakey internet which is break because idunno but hotspots still work so hooray? anyway internet break, traps brek, ye.
[1cp from carp] I give the APEX 1 attack shield
I missed it... but if I hypothetically HADN'T missed it, the result would probably have been "you TRY to leech it? You fail!". Something like that.
Your negative-HP entity comes in, and immediately throws itself in front of the ONE entity normal entities are capable of guarding... the... JANUS! But then, as the star smashes into the negative-HP entity... it kills it! Turns out this one was a healing star all along.
The godmodder stands nearby, with a remote labeled "emergency healing mode". Yes. A healing star all along.
+11% trap removal. +1 shield to the Apex!
Actions
1x. I take a short rest, everything is better after a short rest!
2x+14CP A giant light appears through the sky hitting the Highroller.
It starts slowly melting away the Highroller has it get healed.
This should probably heal it to death.
The short rest fixes you up. You're feeling fine once again. It's rare, that you actually get a moment to yourself.
The Highroller is healed into nothingness! Burned away by the glorious light! It is gone - for good! You've been saved from an Entropic Paradox Roll.
2 CP to JOE
1 action:
I fire a tiny burst of Red Matter at the Star heading towards Edgardo, turning it into a tiny Black Hole, which promptly fizzles out in a burst of Hawking radiation.
+2 CP to JOEbob!
Edgardo's star is burned away! He is safe. Thank goodness for science!
(Action!)(3 Charges)
(2 Charges)
Hissing at the slight pain I'm currently feeling, I turn my gaze at the two stars that are heading towards my entities. Trying to direct my focus on the task at hand, I quickly take out the Dimension Teleporter that I summoned the last turn and haven't been smashed in the clobbering session that the godmodder gave me.
Seeing as the Teleporter is capable of two more teleports, I quickly use one to teleport on top the star that is a star polygon that's heading towards the Rice Monastery. Once on top of the star, I take a page from Kirby and begin to ride it not that different from the star warrior and attached some rockets behind it and JET-SOARED towards the star that's aimed at Sushi! With my new-found skills which were guided by Player Powers, my riding skills make it so that the star I'm riding will hit the other star.
0.0001 of a millisecond before the star collision, my last teleporter charge is used and I was brought to safety from the explosion that occurred way above my part of the HECAGONAFIELD 0.0001 millisecond later. All that's left of the Dimension Teleporter is now a pile of dust... The clobbering really did put it on its last leg...
(1 Charge)
I grabbed a bunch of on-touch healing bandages and started to wrap them over my Buns' weaponry, this makes it so that they cause healing as long as the bandages are there. I also make sure that they were fresh and should last for... two to three turns.
(Orders!)
The research department is finally applying their research this turn!
The Bun force heals the High Roller with their improvised healing weapons.
The Shield bun,s not benefiting from the bandages, bodyguards the Bun Nobles.
Stuff I'm Keeping Track Of
RICE LAKE ECOSYSTEM:
Current Growth:
Piranha Schools: +30 Next turn
Pufferfish schools: +7 Next turn
Kirby! The stars collide, forming a beautiful and perfectly harmless starlight show! It's almost enough to distract you from the fact that there's still 3 stars unaccounted for!
You get the bandages ready, since adding bandages somehow makes stabby things stab heal-ily instead,
ES looks between his handful of fellow players, the incoming Star, his lack of CP, and the Apex's current HP. He curses, knowing instantly that unless someone is willing to lend him a hand the Apex is good as dead. Still, he at least has to try.
"If someone could lend even a single Attack Shield, ideally two, that'd be great."
He then FOCUSES and uses all three actions to put 3 Attack Shields over the Apex. He also attempts to move two of the Overseers' Attack Shields over the Apex as well. Everything increments, and the Ordnance Cruisers heal the Apex.
+3 shields to the Apex! You manage to drag one Overseer shield over to the Apex as well! The Apex is mostly protected...
---------
The stars crash into their targets!
The Scoville Reaper gets hit, but the attack shields around it block most of the damage! 100,000 damage to the Scoville Reaper! It begins healing back up...
The Apex gets hit by the star! However, it BARELY manages to get through, all of its 5 attack shields absorbing the blow!
AG:
All breathe a sigh of relief... the High Roller is gone!
All that remains on the AG team are the LIVE Space Station, Edgardo, and of course the injured Scoville Reaper. They eye the godmodder wearily, discussing a possible cooperative effort with the neutrals next turn to get back at the godmodder.
Janus wastes the turn quivering in fear, relieved the star didn't hit them, imagining an alternative reality where it DID hit them, resulting in them being permanently crippled, due to some external force's inability to wrangle every past action ever done...
PG:
The godmodder spends both actions waving his arms around, summoning it up... Far off, you hear the ground shaking...wait, why are you suddenly at the beach? All of a sudden, everything is on the HEXAGONABEACH! And far off through the sand, you can see it coming... THE TSUNAMI!! Thousands of feet tall, a mountain of pure blue tropical ocean water! It strikes with the force of a thousands-foot-tall mountain of water! Your entities don't stand a chance!
The Tsunami is coming! Next turn, it'll hit the shore, and deal massive damage to every entity! Many of the weaker ones will likely die, and once again, attack shields may have limited effect!
There are two routes you can take to stopping the tsunami; either protecting specific entities from its wrath, hoping to protect the whole field, or have everyone work together to try to stop the tsunami entirely! Either way, you need to act fast!
N:
The Rice Monastery upgrades back to its water-boosted state! No... if anything, its even better now! The godmodder eyes it with anger... it's about time that monastery got taken care of.
The Ordnance cruisers begin healing the Apex.
----------
Quick note; if you're in the sidequest, you can still order your own entities to go in the DEATH Stasis pod if you're worried about them.
Update CXXXII (132)
OOC: The BOA update will (hopefully) be here tomorrow. After that, the next update won't be until next week - I'm going away for the weekend.
6/??? for the Phase Shield
2x action:
Suddenly, the Chinese government takes all the sand on the HEXAGONABEACH to use in building an artificial island somewhere.
The sudden absence of sand creates a massive chasm between the oncoming Tsunami and the entities. This chasm will remain unfilled until water from the Tsunami can rush into it.
1x action:
The Godmodder is arrested for multiple counts of murder. The trial proceeds fairly slowly, taking years (there's a separate count of murder for every player currently on the HEXAGONAFIELD). Thank gosh for time dilation, am I right?
Anyways, there's enough evidence to find the Godmodder guilty, so they sentence him to death, which penalty is to be carried out by firing squad.
So they shoot him. And, of course, it doesn't take. They go and get bigger guns and try again. It still doesn't take.
So they get a couple rocket launchers. He still survives. Fortunately, we're on a beach, so they can use naval artillery to escalate further, all the way up to using a kamikaze aircraft on him.
This sort of escalation continues until they're basically dropping entire satellites on him. At this point, the authorities attempting to carry out the sentence have exhausted their options, so they quietly let him go.
Entity Orders:
The LIVE Space Station will remain above the atmosphere, where the Tsunami can't reach it.
All the sand is taken away! Of course, the Tsunami possesses more than enough water to flow into the chasm, but its a great start!
The godmodder was never executed by firing squad - he invoked his right to trial by combat! The government of course sent the super ultimate death champion Lazarus, who the godmodder killed instantly. Thus, he was declared innocent.
[1x]well, the thing is, moniker, I didn't say "I Try" in the action. I said it in the summary, which is there to make sure you notice everything, which you apparently didn't, but anyway, summarys are oversimplifications of my action.
the actual leaching occurred under this text, which was admittedly a small digression but that's why there's a summary:
"...Fun fact! the Sauna benches, and my projection, are designed to leach away small amounts of Godmodder energy and store it in a very small pocket dimension with no room for the energy to evaporate into, and with an extremely high amount of time slowing so that it will remain intact until at least next turn, as long as it leaches any."
The Godmodder took damage during that action, which means his defences were, indeed, breached, and as such, the energy leaching should succeed- while the benches were quickly destroyed by my extra-loud singing, the singing originated from my projection, and so if that was destroyed would have stopped; hence, my projection remained intact. not being truly alive, my projection was unaffected by homeopathic death magic. as for the 'until at least next turn' thing, I actually made the lock last turn,I just need to convince you it happened before I can do anything with it, because FOR SOME REASON you're completely unwilling to do this unless backed into a corner. and even then you might not be willing, I don't know yet.
Also, since you did miss it, you shouldn't be able to affect it by using wording, which means it works or fails on its own merits and the actions of the godmodder... the first of which it has, and the second of which we know did not occur.
/\ /\SUMMARY: NO U. let me has this. dewit.
\/ \/ SUMMARY: space station more then 1000 feet up and so anything there immune to tsunami. i is make easy way up for ppl, make sure it can support their weight.
[1x] I have a completely ridiculous idea.
Put everyone on the space station. even if the tsunami is ten-thousand foot tall and just hits much weaker then it should or something, the space station is at least 254,000 feet above it. because that is the lowest definition of 'space' i could find so far- that of the US. general interational consensus sets it another 116,000 feet higher then the US, and low earth orbit is even higher.
so, I spend this action setting up easy-access teleporters to the space station (deny godmodders, allow entitys that aren't PG), and enhancing one of the sections of it to be immovable by weight and hence indestructible- a completely random section, but that's where anyone who hides will go stand/float/exist on. I doubt winkins stuff will need to though- they get Stronger with water.
The constructor drones ES's giving me go there too. they are ordered to start an engineering depot.
\/\/ Summary: charge w/ charge booster, if paradox roll setup action a while ago grabs a blip.
[1x] So, with everyone safe as long as they pay attention, and everyone I particularly care about also safe even if they don't, what do I do? I charge, using the charge booster. yeah yeah, entropic paradox rolls, well I set up an action a fair while ago (the one with the code) to grab any useful energy signatures I didn't already have a bunch of which neared the Space Station. I sit on the station to do this, so if a roll happens woo, blip of paradox for uh... FF wanted it right? for FF.
I had a different plan, but it doesn't really jibe with "Tsunamiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii". so it'll have to happen some other time.
Your projections "were designed to"? But of course, JOEbob, you're ignoring that the godmodder "was designed to" not be leeched energy from! So it doesn't work.
You prep teleporters! Any and all entities who wish to join the LIVE Space Station can!
CHARGE BOOSTER ROLL: 3/14 - TOO MUCH ENERGY! Its an ENTROPIC PARADOX ROLL! You collect the energy! Not that FlamingFlapjacks needed it.
Entropic Paradox Roll: 7446/9210
Neutral Effect
Entropy: 790 - 800
Winkins Bun Knights suffer their base attack being halved! However, they also gain doubled HP! You get 2 CP from this whole ordeal.
The Charge Booster got damaged again. A reminder why you stopped using this thing in the first place.
(Action!)(3 Charges)
(1 Charge)
Seeing the large Chasm right before the shore, I decided it would be a good idea to widen it for the incoming tsunami! I hastily gave an unspeakable amount of buckets and begin to widening the chasm even more.
(1 Charge)
No player has noticed this, but the sand here is about perfect for creating concrete! In fact, I was contracted by the Chinese government to take all the sand for their artificial island. Thus, I have a surplus of Sand from the job as my payment.
I WILL BUILD A WALL! A wall that's a kilometer away behind the Chasm!
So I grab an unspeakable amount of Cement Bags to account the ratio of Sand and Aggregates to get into the concrete mix and dig a 100 meter deep and 300 meter wide trench that spans the rest of beach.
I then pour the PERFECT ratio of sand, cement, water, and aggregates for TOUGH Concrete and mix it all up. The end results in a near instant drying perfect TOUGH concrete Slurry that will quickly reach perfect toughness when placed in the worker's desire spot! So, I use this concrete along with many steel bars in the inside to further support it, into the Trench and continue to pour Trillions of Millions of wheel burrows of the concrete slurry into the construction of the THOUSANDS of feet tall and THOUSANDS of feet wide wall Concrete Wall.
(1 Charge)
I think a bit and decided... why not, I throw a charge to Rov and ask him and the team to prepare the blueprints for the next renovation of the Rice Monastery. Just the Blueprints of course, don't need to start the renovations when the Godmodder is in a entity rampage...
(Orders!)
The research department gets begins the specifications and plans for the first draft for the Monastery Renovation.
All my entities, including the Rice monastery, is to move into the Space Station.
-------------
Stuff I'm Keeping Track Of
RICE LAKE ECOSYSTEM:
Current count: 450 Basic Fish Schools(Cap: 450), 180 Piranha schools(Cap:180), 35 Pufferfish schools(Cap 100)
Current Growth:
Basic Fish Schools: +0 Next turn
Piranha Schools: +0 Next turn
Pufferfish schools: +8 Next turn
A gaping chasm! A giant wall! Could this stop the tsunami? ...Maybe.
Rov preps some blueprints for a future renovation. Is the Rice Monastery at the limits of its power? Surely not.
All your entities prep for the move to the LIVE Space Station. Wait, no, realizing that they don't go until after the godmodder does, they make the move immediately. Onto the Space Station they go!
ES gives JOE 3 Constructor Drones as per previously agreed between the two of them.
He hums, looking out to the sea, and then goes along with JOE's plan. The Constructor Drones and Engineering Depots are teleported up to the Space Station for safety (just for the Tsunami, they come back down the second it's over) while the other units simply fly up to that height level.
The Drones begin work on their next project: a Fortifier Tripod. This thing has a bundle of HP (relative to the other units there) and protects/bodyguards the Apex Fleet, or more specifically the Drones and their buildings. Of course, it also doesn't do anything else.
All Apex units move up to the Space Station's level! They should be safe.
The Construction drones will begin work on their Fortifier Tripod.
Unfortunately, the Constructor drones can't split up and have JOEbob get some. Horde entities in general are an all-or-nothing sort of deal. This is primarily to prevent an imaginary future reality wherein every Player has their own personal Constructor drone plucked from your ever-growing horde, each listed individually on the HEXAGONAFIELD, and the godmodder has to go to all the hard work of tracking down and destroying each of them separately. You can have your constructor drones build something for JOEbob, or give them ALL to him, but you can't give only a handful to him to essentially split off and start a second constructor drone colony.
---------
AG:
The Scoville Reaper and Edgardo sprint to the teleporters, warping onto the LIVE Space Station! Dangit! Doesn't anybody care about THEM? Somebody should have made sure they got onto the LIVE Space Station safely...
The Space Engineers spend the turn super-boosting the Space Station's engines, to be absolutely sure it can clear the Tsunami!
PG:
The Tsunami STRIKES! The pit and wall weren't enough to completely stop the wave, but it is weakened! The wave passes underneath the LIVE Space Station, and all the Players and entities aboard breathe a sigh of relief. Except the Scoville Reaper and Edgardo, who are busy stewing in the back. The Apex is hovering alongside the station, and is also safe.
However, two things were not protected! The first: The Alchemiter! The water crashes over it, wiping out its attack shield and destroying it! The second: The White Hole! It's filled entirely with water, and blips out of existence! Maybe the water destroyed it, or maybe the white hole will dump some water on something in the future later, who knows? Either way, it's gone!
Aboard the LIVE Space Station, the Scoville Reaper and Edgardo are approached by someone in a poorly-made Space Engineer costume, speaking through a voice modifier.
Totally Real Space Engineer: Hello! I am a real space engineer, instructed by the Players to escort you to your real destination: The DEATH Stasis Pod!
Totally Real Space Engineer: Just follow me, and you'll be safe!
Edgardo and the Scoville Reaper, feeling very unloved, do as they're asked! They enter the DEATH Stasis Pod, and the godmodder pulls off his Space Engineer mask. Two more entities out of the way.
Next, with his second action, the godmodder sets up the ITEM VACUUM. Every turn, it sucks up items from your Player Inventory and transports them all to the DEATH Stasis Pod! It can be destroyed (very slowly), or be satisfied by either eating every item in the Player Inventory OR eating an entity grouping (IE the Space Station, The Apex, Winkins forces, etc.) To start, it sucks up Godmodding Vol. 1 and the Dragonballs!
N:
The Apex and Winkins forces return to the field. Since they were all busy hiding on the LIVE Space Station and keeping away from the Tsunami, they didn't end up doing anything.
Update CXXXIII (133)
ES FOCUSES to heal the Apex by letting it deal with its emotional problems via reminding it that it's a giant spaceship without a sophontic brain so literally can't have any. The Ordnance Cruisers also heal the Apex, and the Constructors continue work on the Fortifier Tripod.
The Apex remembers it can't possibly feel emotions! Problem solved! +46,000/45,000 HP!
[1x] yes, but the projection was designed taking into account every defense the Godmodder has, and his general structure. the projection did not exist when the godmodder was... born? godmodderiffied? raised?, so he can't have been designed taking it into account. with him setting up defences against the general case, and me against the much more specific case, taking into account every detail about it, I've very much got the advantage. and so I DO have a Godmodder Lock SO THERE.
[1x]
I tell fred one thing:
"Now's good. remember to attack the Godmodder, ye?"
"But don't get overconfident. the Godmodder can leap over skyscrapers and has at least the strength of a thousand bulls. you, on the other hand, have a maybe 4 foot vertical jump and can barely open the following pickle jar." (gestures to giant metal pickle jar)
Fred: Those are different units of measurement. when you compare things, you should use the same unit. see, I can leap over 0.004 skyscrapers and boast the strength of 0.326666666 bulls.
"That just makes you sound more impressive then you currently are."
Fred: oh, so between me and the Godmodder.
the godmodder needs help sounding impressive'
"Alright, good job on the comedy routine! let's run it one more time!..."
aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa swish swish swishaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa
Fred shoots out of the Godmodder-locked cage at high speeds, aimed at the Godmodder (I positioned myself so when I'm talking, I'm directly between him and the Godmodder, letting him aim). he then throws like... some rocks or something at the Godmodder, it doesn't really matter What it was, what matters is it was an attack. and fred, unlike entities, is a person. even if just seeing the godmodder won't let him playeriffy, attacking him should. now, how he managed to get out of the cage is kind of a long story.
EXPLANATION:
So, first of all, I should note that it only took me a few rounds past when the bee saga happened to think of the detailed plan in real life, and the bee saga lasted some 60? rounds, so I would definitely of done so during that time. I have unedited PMs to crusher on discord to prove it.
I didn't do it until now for multiple reasons- mostly being distracted, but there were some others. most notably, I wanted to make sure fred has had, in character, enough time to go through with this. given the length of the exposition by fenix's helper-bot, the Godmodders movie, the gap when everyone was blind, and the number of rounds since conception, even if he didn't start until after the Bee Saga, he should still be fine.
Also I wrote it out more as a stream-of-conciousness initially, since I was, at the time, PMing crusher.
Stream-of-conciousness (guaranteed to contain all relevant details)
Prompt: Crusher4808/07/2018 So I believe I might have put fake!Yorehammer into the cage, complete with a crafting table, several logs, and several thousand ore blocks Do you know any Minecraft gear that could help?
I then ask if we include mods, crusher said yes but it has to be craftable with only wood iron gold diamond redstone and stone. and maybe some dirt. i point out that he said ore, and there's a lot of ore types other then that in mods. since a fair deal of minecraft worlds are modded it makes sense he would have a fair many modded ores to go off. crusher, in retrospect, agrees with this idea. Idea 1: some mods let you get ender pearls from ores. draconic evolution's teleportation device doesn't need anything that's not ore or wood... but drac.evo needs you to be there to set a point, so not that. however, in thermal expansion, there's a translocation plate- when powered and stepped on, it moves the stepper-onner (sqrt of (16^2 +16^2) blocks in the chosen direction (maximum). you need a bunch of materials for it but P much all of them are ores and the rest of them you could get by sieving gravel (via ex nilio, gravel obtained by hitting cobble with a (normal) hammer). (some pause) so then I ask if there would be any wool/nether quartz in orehammer (no, but the method of obtaining it is later in the stream). there's a mod called Sync. it lets people clone themselves, and if the clone dies, the soul+conciousness+whatever goes to the not-clone. only 1's active at a time. since it's a different body and as soon as the first dies, yorehammer isn't equipped, fred should still be alive. memories transfer, so fred would still experience seeing the Godmodder. also, the wool is not necessary.
even if cage's more then 16 meters thick, gregtech teleporter has infinite range.
BUT WAIT.
Fred has a bunch of bees in there with him from the bee saga. everything became a bee. we know this, somehow, was not fatal to fred, since he still talks, but the rest of the air in the cage probably got filled with bees for a time. there's a mod called magical bees, which lets you make whatever with bees. fred, obviously, was working on magicalbees the whole time, because i didn't take long to think of it and there are 60 rounds of bee saga for me to have figured it out in and told him about. crusher then says no resources in the cage to make an apiary until orehammer, which is after Bee Saga.
however, counterpoint: fred has the branch he picked up in the real world. his room only contained the computer once he was kidnapped, so he still has the branch. this is enough as long as it's 2 logs or more. all trees with branches- giant oak and super jungle- have 2 longs minimum- and the oaks are ~5. also, you can get wood from ball of fur, and bees have fur.
[3 days later. still well within 'figured out during bee saga' range]
On further inspection, the bees help fred even without breeding (he totally could do breeding, but even if he couldn't for some reason they still help).
see, to use EE3 transmutation, you need 8 minium shards, which drop from any mob on death (rarely, but he has an absurd amount of bees to kill.). so, the bees let him start EE3, and EE3 gets him everywhere else (once orehammer arrives). interestingly, in EE3, you can turn 2 sticks into a jungle log via minium, and a jungle log into 8 sticks via normal crafting. infinite EMC.
the presense of the minium stone allows him to bypass the issue of getting obsidian to make a transmutation table, as the minium stone gives infinite emc and is unlimited.
as for getting all the items a single time so he can transmutation table'm, aside from items you get from minium stones and ores... the answer is with a hammer and sieve, he can turn cobble into gravel into sand into dust, sieve the dust, and get glowstone (or various other things). [After the fact addition: I realized a while after this conversation- but still quite a while before now as i write this- that he needs string for a sieve. well, a minium stone can be 'charged', and thus release a projectile at the cost of 1 redstone (available from orehammer), which turns a mob into another mob of the same disposition, unless from a mod, in which case into either a slime or sheep. sheep drop wool. there are countless ways to turn wool into string with mods- i have no doubt some of them work without anything but ores and wood. also, minium stones can double as crafting tables, which solves that).
with 1 glowstone dust, 2 redstone, and a variety of metals (And also 3 dirt, which can be transmuted or from orehammer), fred can make a recycler. you can put any item in it, and it gives you scrap 1/8 of the time. 9 scrap makes a scrap box. scrap boxes can contain practically anything, up to and including diamonds. list here, but what matters is they have soul sand, which can be seived for quartz, ender pearls, emeralds. by this point, you might worry he's running out of EMC, we don't know how much orehammer has, and even though it should be trillions, if moniker wants to stop this, he can say "not enough", so let's cover our bases. minium stone's 2 stick -> log ->4plank ->8 stick ->4 log ->16 plank -> 32 stick -> 16 log -> 64 plank etc. since the cage has enough room for him and yorehammer without either being near enough to touch my accident, he has a few meters of space and probably 2+ of height. over the course of the bee arc, he would have time to kill every bee in the cage (Except a few for magical bees ofc). on the assumption each bee is ~1 cubic CM, since the internet says something along those lines, he gets 16000000 - the space he and yorehammer takes up. since human is 1.76 cubicfeet, he gets 49837 fewer bees, and being generous yorehammer's another 500000 bees down, so 15,450,127 bees. now, the drop rate for stones is not constant, but it rises when you kill a mob faster. since these are bees, they die in one hit, which is very fast. lets say 1% drop rate, since it's definitely not lower then that. however, the limiting factor is not shard drops. its shards he can hold. he has no chest, only a possibly-apiary, and now has ~154501 shards. a normal inventory has only space for 2304 items! however, by minecraft rules, if he doesn't pick it up for 5 minutes, it despawns. how many can he keep through the entire bee arc? by pressing Ctrl-Q at a slow rate of 1 per second, he can keep an extra stack per second. this means he can keep 19,135 minium shards going, + inventory. sadly, much go to waste. even at 3 per second, shard dropped is not a limit, so even with 0.1% chance of dropping, we'd be find. this is the bottleneck. now, how much EMC from 21439 shards? for a minium stone, you need minium shards, and inert stones. shards we have. gold, iron and stone- 1 gold, 4 iron, 4 stone, for the inert stone. a stone has 1521 uses. there is 256*4 EMC in the iron, 4 emc in the stone, and 2048 in the gold- total, a stone costs 3076 Emc. now, 2 sticks, is 8 emc. a log, 32 emc. so, 1 transmutation brings him +24 EMC, and the rest is normal crafting. this is +36,504 EMC per stone, - creation, 33,428 per stone. divided by 8, we get 4178 EMC per minium shard. this gives him 89,582,860 EMC. also note that transmutation tables have a similar exploit with cobble and slabs, which would allow him to continue even if he runs out.
The next stage is a combination of Teleporters (gregtech, super expensive, way cheaper then 89 Million EMC), translocation plates (way cheaper then teleporters, max range of 16 or so meters), Sync (to let him survive yorehammer and any failures (yorehammer is being used to break through the protections leading out. once the protections are cleared, he sends it back in, either w/ player powers or back the way it came.).), and blood magic (ritual of speed will launch him 32 blocks in a direction and maintain speed. it's like a cannon, and can be modified to null fall damage and fall further (costs LP, but he has time to regen it and worst-case can make a TON of super-golden-apples.), but there's no real novel problems to solve here, just craft them.
If this all fails, somehow, witchery allows for the creation of brews of sleeping, to send him to the dream world instantly, so the God of Dreams can do something to help. i vaguely recall moniker said it'd work but fred couldn't sleep?
That contains all my logic. now, it's not designed for readability there and some of it may be irrelevent...
If I have time I'll make a readable, but not quite summary, version. haven't done so yet,
And here's the summary.
1) using gregtech teleporter or thermal expansion translocation plate, he might escape.
2) to get through cage defenses, he can grab yorehammer.
3) to survive yorehammer, he makes the Sync mod's stuff, letting him have multiple bodies and go from one to the other if one dies- only one body is active at a time.just in case the lifedrain is so fast he only becomes a player right before the body dies.
4) to get all this stuff, he uses a combination of minium stones from dead bee-saga bees, magical bees bred from bee-saga bees, transmutation exploits, untold masses of ores from orehammer, and Ex Nilio hammer on cobble -> gravel ->sand ->dust ->glowstone ->recycler->scrap->scrapbox->~ everything, and minium-stoning bees into becoming sheep.
5) to be flying really fast after getting thru defences, use the ritual of speed from blood magic. atk godmodder. become player. woo. even if fail, can use potion of sleepy from witchery so god of dreamsh elp
And here's the extra-summarized summary:
Fred uses stuff from Orehammer arriving back a bit pre-deleter and BEES from the BEE SAGA to get out of the cage, teleporting, moving fast, regenning, having more then one body, piercing the cage's defences then putting yorehammer back without taking it outside if possible. if impossible, slep potin for drem,z.
((The action itself, since all these events are designed to be occurable without any of my player energy, is protecting fred so the Godmodder can't instakill him midflight, or, if he failed to put yorehammer back after piercing defence, putting it back.))
[1x]
Once that is done, I remove some traps from the nexus. and then I remove some more. and some more. and then there are 0 traps left. and I remove some more. and then even more. and more. and more. and another several traps.
the trap number has gone into the negatives. the Nexus is now active, on my side. but something's... different. for one thing, if the trap percentage started at like. 105% with 5% extra-hidden, the nexus still ends up on my side.
I don't understand what the first action saying. Please state it more simply, along with what exact debate you're having with the godmodder that it extends from.
As you list in EXCRUCIATING detail the absolute myriad elements required to make some plan involving minecraft mods work, reality decides that it's done turning a blind eye. Your method of "confuse and abuse until ignorance-use lets success-use happen-use" is DONE! Reality takes a very close look at your plan, and immediately points out the obvious flaws:
1: You assumed you "would have done" something during the bee saga. What you "would have done" does not matter. All that matters is what you DID do. And you didn't set this up during the bee saga, as you never said you did, and, more importantly, the Grandest Hive's IP-server-ban prevented all minecraftification for the middle portion of the "Bee Afraid" arc!
2: Fred didn't have his stick. He either didn't take it with him from the real world, or it was left in his pocket dimension. Just because it wasn't mentioned doesn't mean it wasn't there.
3: Gregtech isn't even installed! The godmodder specifically excluded it from any and all possible custom mod installations, because he personally really just doesn't prefer it!
And, of course, aside from these three critical flaws, your plan appears to contain at least 1,562,090,674,903.6 smaller, less obvious flaws, springing from its sheer complexity. Of course, this all adds up to Fred not escaping, idly wondering if maybe, just maybe, doing something with growing saplings to use that one glitch that destroys blocks would have worked, in significantly less sentences.
The Nexus is now 0% trapped. It has yet to be activated.
2x actions: +2 CP
1x action: I start to summon SCP-682 as a counter to the Godmodder's kill-or-stasis-all-entities attitude.
The Godmodder, understandably, doesn't want to see any SCPs as entities anytime soon. So he moves to interrupt my summon.
Now in melee range of the Godmodder, I reveal that the entire summoning circle was prepared with Explosive Runes. The Godmodder stands there for the resulting explosion, which throws up a lot of smoke. Enough smoke, that is, to obscure the next stage of my plan.
Slowly, the smoke turns red. It doesn't matter what protections the Godmodder has, it's going to affect him. And this is a particularly dastardly effect:
The Godmodder cannot (at least for the duration of this attack) make the connection between people and their alignments, faces, or any other identifying information.
He looks around and sees three groups of entities. He can't remember which of them, if any, are his. He sees five people standing--
Wait, no, he sees six people. Why did he think there were five? One of them is a girl. The Godmodder remembers that he had an apprentice named Alice. That's a girl's name, right?
The girl walks over to him.
Girl: It's me, Alice. I can help you, fix this, if you let me.
The Godmodder doesn't have much of a choice anyway, so he accepts. The girl pulls out a syringe.
Girl: This may hurt.
It does hurt, in fact, enough to actually cause some damage. By the time it stops hurting, the girl is gone.
The Godmodder looks over at me and realizes that I probably had something to do with this.
The godmodder pulls out his EMERGENCY NAME-FACE CONNECTION BOOKLET! In exactly this sort of emergency, the booklet will tell him what to do! The godmodder opens to the first page...
"Run"
And so the godmodder does! He runs far, far away from that cute, evil girl!
The quiet watcher steps back through a dimensional portal after charging for the past six updates elsewhere, now ready to kill the Godmodder, only to notice the tsunami rushing towards him over the giant chasm. He tosses an exotic grenade of mass dehydration into the onrushing water before stepping back through the portal and closing it behind him to pick up another dehydration bomb for his plans.
Hey, the quiet watcher! Welcome back! Right now, the vast majority of all the Players are in the Bank of Actions sidequest. Two different locations are recieving updates right now, the main field and the bank of actions. The bank of actions is where the main story progression is happeniong, and where the majority of Players are. In it, you can also rob item cases in the hopes of getting special items! Here on the HEXAGONAFIELD, the godmodder appears to be trying to DEATH Stasis Pod every entity, and the handful of Players here are trying to stop him.
You can join whichever side you want, but you have to be decisive about it! So, where would you like to end up? This goes for you too, Evonix .
[1 CP] hm... I try using the paradox energy I got to create an attack shield which, at the end of each round, receives a message confirming its existence during the next round. as such, if it's destroyed and it got the message last round, it causes a paradox which is manipulated by the paradox energy I already obtained into being a powerful defense and/or buffing my entities. I hope.
(attack shield is placed on nexus)
Before you do this, you think of a number of reasons of which this is a bad idea - of which there are many. Chiefly that the best outcome here is nothing happening, and the next best is a paradox roll. A ways down the list of bad things that could happen is a full-on time paradox. In the end, you just make a regular attack shield.
(Action!)(3 Charges)
(1 Charge)
Grabbing a word separator, I immediately leap at the ITEM VACUUM and separate them. Leaving an ITEM and a VACUUM in the inventory. I look at the ITEM in confusion, should I take some time to check what this ITEM is?
(1 Charge)
I look at the Vacuum and decided to do more word shenanigan, taking the word CLEANER, I add at to the VACUUM to get a Vacuum Cleaner and immediately use it to do some fall cleaning in the Rice Monastery.
There are no more Fall leaves littering the Rice Compound after that.
(1 Charge + Rice Torrent Special + 200 Basic Fish Schools + 80 Piranha Schools)
I try to remember when was the last time since I last personally fed Sushi and decided to do so for some small bonding time.
I quickly pull out 200 Basic Fish Schools along with 80 Piranha Schools. As quickly as they appear, my cooking knife which I had on hand, goes through them swiftly, prepared for eating, they land onto dozens of plates. The array of fishes are soon placed together with the rice that was used for the Rice Torrent to make a more sharp taste that is certainly well-liked as most of the rice was quickly marinated in different types of sauces. While still retaining their firm state, a number of sushi was made as they fill the picnic tables that I set up, as finishing touch, I conjure some juice to go along with it.
Feeling rather happy with my picnic set up, I call up the Farmer Contractors, Lightward Mages and finally Sushi. They eventually showed up at the picnic and I thank them for their services and say that they deserve this break.
Plates of sushi and drinks are passed around as they enjoy themselves briefly, most going to Sushi as I hand fed the sushi slime in bliss.
In the end, everyone goes back to their stations leaving me and Sushi. I rub the slime as it purs and vibrates at my touch, causing heart shape energy to appear above the sushi slime to show how much it is loving it. Eventually, I let go of the lovable slime and have it continue the job that I had entrusted with its upped stats from the feeding and attention it received.
(Orders!)
The research department continues the specifications and plans for the Monastery.
My entities take some time to perhaps plan a way to damage the Godmodder.
-------------
Stuff I'm Keeping Track Of
RICE LAKE ECOSYSTEM:
Current count: 250 Basic Fish Schools(Cap: 450), 100 Piranha schools(Cap:180), 43 Pufferfish schools(Cap 100)
Current Growth:
Basic Fish Schools: +62 Next turn
Piranha Schools: +25 Next turn
Pufferfish schools: +10 Next turn
You now have an ITEM in the Player Inventory, as well as a VACUUM CLEANER! The ITEM VACUUM vacuumed items, but the VACUUM CLEANER vacuums EVERYTHING! Fall leaves and entities included! You foolishly left it plugged in near the Rice Monastery! Uh oh!
Sushi snuggles up to you gently. The feeding goes excellently. You can feel your bond growing. Sushi grows a bunch of new MAX HP and attack power!
AG:
The Space Engineers keep building the LIVE Space Station's attack shield!
The Apex acts early... because its TIME TO STRIKE! The time for damaging the godmodder is now! And the best (read: only) way to do it is... DIRECT! HEAD ON! RAMMING!
The LIVE Space Station and Apex decide to go together! They see the godmodder, and they charge straight towards it, intending to slam into the godmodder so hard as to hurt him! But... they're missing something critical! The godmodder they're charging at... is only a wooden replica! Since the Apex doesn't have a brain, and neither does the LIVE Space Station, they don't recognize this! And directly behind the easily-breakable wooden replica is... a portal to the DEATH Stasis Pod! And the Apex and LIVE Space Station are charging straight for it! If you don't want them in the DEATH Stasis Pod, despite its incredible safety, you should do something about that!
PG:
The Item Vacuum Cleaner activates! The incredible vacuuming power whips up a huge wind through the field, catching the only remaining non-attacking entities in its grasp: Winkins army!
Everything's getting sucked up! The buns! The Monastery! The Lake Pond, all water and fish included! Even poor Sushi, flailing with his slimy little arms and making little noises!
But then, as they get near the entrance of the vacuum, one of the bun knights manages to grab at the ground! Another knight grabs that knight's feet, and then the bun prince grabs his feet, and then another bun knight... and eventually, there's a giant chain of bunnies and a slime, whipping in the wind, desperately resisting the vacuum's pull - however futile it may be! They take one last look at Winkins. After everything they've been through... after all the loss... their eyes communicate something very simple.
The buns, the knights, the slime... they WILL survive. They WILL return to Winkins. Somehow! Someway! THIS IS NOT THE END!
And with that, the Bun Knight lets go, and they are pulled into the DEATH Stasis Pod!
The godmodder feels the need to make doubly-sure everything is in the DEATH Stasis Pod this turn! So, he passes out MEMETIC ADVERTISEMENT AGENTS! Its fliers, printed with the absolute truth:
Put your entities in the DEATH Stasis Pod! It's totally safe! It's 100% safe!
It's 0% going to kill your entities! It'll 100% NOT Kill Them! It's safe! It's safe! Putting the entities in there is the right decision! It's 0% the wrong decision!
All Players will automatically make the correct choice and put their entities in the DEATH Stasis Pod if these memetic fliers, pasted everywhere on the field, are not dealt with!
---------
On the ground, Winkins finds a small rectangular device. It appears to be... a phone. On it, is one button only... a green call button. Pressing it, the phone rings... Winkins puts it to their ear... and Sushi picks up!
With this phone, Winkins could still potentially talk to their entities, even when spatially separated by the DEATH Stasis Pod! Wow! The wonders of modern technology!
Update CXXXIV (134)
Entity Orders: I order the Space Station to halt its attack and climb as high as possible in order to escape the VACUUM CLEANER.
1x action (1 CP used also): I spread an Antimemetic Cloud of Gas, which will neutralize all memetic effects in its radius, across the HEXAGONAFIELD.
1x action (1 CP used also): I replace the wooden replica of the Godmodder with a large tube, definitely large enough to hold the entities charging at the Godmodder, both ends of which are facing towards the charging entities.
1x action: Suddenly, the Godmodder is surrounded by 20 copies of himself. The copies are indistinguishable from the ordinary Godmodder, at least to most forms of scanning or detection.
The Godmodder looks left, and so do all the copies. The Godmodder looks right, and so do all the copies. The Godmodder lashes out at one of the copies, but all the copies lash out in the exact same direction, so nothing comes of it.
This continues for a while until the Godmodder lets out an annoyed "Arrgh!" (or any noise at all, I'm not picky)
Then the copies all turn and face the Godmodder, remaining perfectly silent.
They rush at the Godmodder and grab him. Three each grab his legs, arms, and head (so that's fifteen holding him down). Two more force his jaw shut. One pulls out a needle and another pulls out thread, which they hand to the last one. This last copy stands over the Godmodder, whose muffled screams are growing louder and louder, only to reach their peak when the needle pierces his upper lip.
Working quickly, the copy sews the Godmodder's lips shut. When he has finished, all the copies, as well as the needle and thread, begin to glow with an orange light, which quickly grows to blinding. In a flash, the copies disappear, leaving most of their power to strengthen the thread and hold the Godmodder's mouth shut.
The LIVE Space Station can't go higher! The curse of repetitiveness prevents it! You already used that strategy against the Tsunami!
The antimemetic gas... helps! The memeseticness is just TOO STRONG! 15% chance to resist memetic effects granted!
The entities realize... the godmodder must have switched around the tube with himself! They swerve to avoid the tubes and end up pointing at... ah! The NEW godmodder replica immediately behind it!
The godmodder is now SILENCED. He can't cast magic spells until something is done about this!
Why am i still injured moniker?
Focus, I make the death stasis pod doesnt kill my entities.
Apologies. Your injures are healed!
You make... but how? You point at the death stasis pod, and say, "DON'T KILL MY ENTITIES"! The effectiveness of this has yet to be seen.
[1x] I take ITEM. going by the same logic that blank cards worked on back in Paradox-Billiards-Vostroyan-Roulette-Fourth Dimensional-Hypercube-Chess-Strip Poker's M:tG section, it can be any item I want. going by the logic of "that'd be too overpowered", it can Temporarily be any item I want. I completely ignore any other possibilities, and as such, there ARE no other possibilities. so, I have it duplicate... Yorehammer! since it isn't actually yorehammer, not really, the cage doesn't notice it... and I "yorehammer" pierce my way through, grab fred, tell him to throw some rocks at the godmodder, and send him out. inside the cage, I pick up yorehammer for just a moment, and use the legendary weapons protection-piercing properties to apply to the rest of my actions. I suppose this does leave one of my bodies stuck in the cage, but yorehammer is literally right there, i'm already a player, and the cage can't stop me anyway because- you guessed it!- yorehammer!
[1x] First of all, the Godmodder hasn't said a word. it's all been YOU, moniker, near as I can tell. the narration hasn't been "the Godmodder explains whatever" or "the godmodder reveals that", just you talkingandtalkingandarguinganddenyingmystatements-
ahem. the following are quotes, and not actions, until the end of the spoiler.
quote 1 - JOE
[1x] "Also I try to leach and store godmodder energy throughout, storing it in a time-slowing thing that will buy me until at least next turn to work on it. i hope."
this was located in the less-then-a-paragraph summary, so I doubt you missed it. as well, the Godmodder took damage, and didn't counter at all, aside from saying he liked the attack (which i sarcastically thank him for) and the note that sauna healingness is completely impossible to determine.
So my best guess here for what the lack of mention represents....
is that I succeeded, but you're hoping I'll forget. or something. (this is resting on the assumption you didn't miss it, ofc)
Anyway! Godmodder energy, stored in a 1-turn-at-least time-slower! I immediately send my own player energy into the pocket space thingy, being only the second person to post and as such being extremely close to the time of retrieval, plus this is my first action. so, my player energy is brought in there, and through the combination of Player and Godmodder energy, a Player Lock is formed. that is, the kind you need to be a player to open, not the kind you need to be a godmodder for.
quote 2- Moniker
I missed it... but if I hypothetically HADN'T missed it, the result would probably have been "you TRY to leech it? You fail!". Something like that.
quote 3- JOE
[1x]well, the thing is, moniker, I didn't say "I Try" in the action. I said it in the summary, which is there to make sure you notice everything, which you apparently didn't, but anyway, summarys are oversimplifications of my action.
the actual leaching occurred under this text, which was admittedly a small digression but that's why there's a summary:
"...Fun fact! the Sauna benches, and my projection, are designed to leach away small amounts of Godmodder energy and store it in a very small pocket dimension with no room for the energy to evaporate into, and with an extremely high amount of time slowing so that it will remain intact until at least next turn, as long as it leaches any."
The Godmodder took damage during that action, which means his defences were, indeed, breached, and as such, the energy leaching should succeed- while the benches were quickly destroyed by my extra-loud singing, the singing originated from my projection, and so if that was destroyed would have stopped; hence, my projection remained intact. not being truly alive, my projection was unaffected by homeopathic death magic. as for the 'until at least next turn' thing, I actually made the lock last turn,I just need to convince you it happened before I can do anything with it, because FOR SOME REASON you're completely unwilling to do this unless backed into a corner. and even then you might not be willing, I don't know yet.
Quote 4 - Moniker
Your projections "were designed to"? But of course, JOEbob, you're ignoring that the godmodder "was designed to" not be leeched energy from! So it doesn't work.
Quote 5- JOE
[1x] yes, but the projection was designed taking into account every defense the Godmodder has, and his general structure. the projection did not exist when the godmodder was... born? godmodderiffied? raised?, so he can't have been designed taking it into account. with him setting up defences against the general case, and me against the much more specific case, taking into account every detail about it, I've very much got the advantage. and so I DO have a Godmodder Lock SO THERE.
Quote 6 - moniker
I don't understand what the first action saying. Please state it more simply, along with what exact debate you're having with the godmodder that it extends from.
The first action is saying that, essentially, "the Godmodder countered something. I countered the godmodders counter, and he couldn't counter my counter. LET ME GET GODMODDER ENERGY -> GODMODDER LOCK!!!!!!1!!!!!!!" the discussion above can be summarized as
Moniker misses thing. i point it out. moniker makes counter based on 'try'. i point out try was only the summary. moniker says godmodder was made to not get stolen from. I explain why thats irrelevent. moniker says he forgot what we were talking about. and that we were talking at all.
[1x]
Well, fred's safe, right? uh.... (Entity orders! Fred is to become a member of the space station, and as such defended by the gyrocopters. fred also ordered to attack godmodder)... yeah, he'll be fine.
ANYWAY! With Yorehammers power temporarily available from action 1, I find it is, in fact, quite easy to force my way into the Godmodders pocket dimension. I've been there before, after all, and he can't protect it from me! this allows me to send in some duplicate bodies, which I shall use to somehow retrieve the maze and/or undo the godmodder's corruption of the maze.
The ITEM temporarily turns into Yorehammer! "Temporarily" in this case meant .000000000001 seconds. It looks like its time transformed decreases the more powerful the thing is. Also, Curse of Repetitiveness means it can't ever turn into the same thing twice. Your third action also doesn't work because of this.
JOEbob. This debate has been very frustrating for all of us. Your projections did not steal energy from the godmodder. Your initial attempt also did not steal energy from the godmodder. "Counter-godmodding" and "debating with the QM" are two different things, and I'm afraid this has crossed the line from the former to the latter.
OOC: The reason why your initial attempts failed was because both lacked description. Stating that your projections "were designed to" and that you were "taking into account every detail about it" isn't enough. Non-specific actions automatically assume the worst, most likely to fail thing possible - such is the law put in place by the godmodder. If you want a godmodder lock, cease this debate and keep making new attempts. Also, you'll probably have significantly more success, and avoid confusion, if you maintain a 1:1 ratio of "things you're attempting to do" and "actions you're using". If you use one action to accomplish three different goals, you'll be incredibly lucky to make progress on even one of them.
What the Apex lacks in emotions and higher reasoning, it more than makes up for with tactical combat computers that can analyze if a target is a decoy made out of wood. And ES notes he very much didn't sign off on this. He'd make the computers do paperwork if that was some kind of meaningful punishment, but of course it's not so he doesn't. Instead, he orders the fleet to immediately pull away and stop ramming, and uses an action to help push it away just in case it's already on a terminal collision course.
He uses his other two actions to incinerate some of the various memetic flyers lying around with bolts of lightning. No memes on his watch.
Ordnance Cruisers repair, Constructors build.
The Apex is forced to pull back! The LIVE Space Station speeds onwards...
A bunch of memetic fliers are vaporized! +25% chance to resist memetic entity-insertion!
(Action!)(3 Charges)
(1 Charge)
I grin at the sound of my entities on the phone. Suddenly I pause and realized, how can they talk if they were supposed to be in stasis right now?
"This... This is going to need some investigation..."
I quickly frown and ask Suchi if it can pass the phone to Rov as he was made to be the most observant of his surroundings.
With that I quickly ask them questions such as if they were alright, how's the situation inside the pod, and more questions such as if they can see the status of the other Players' entities, what it looks like inside the pod, and what keeps them from leaving.
(1 Charge)
I notice the fliers first, of course, since I don't have any entities at the moment, so I decided to wash away the memetic agents with RAIN! And not just any sort of rain! The clouds that had come and thinly cover the skies of the Hexagonafield, but are thick enough to hold rain, have been adjusted to wash away with ANTI-MEMETIC SOLUTION. Quickly, the solution rains down the Hexagonafield and begins to melt the fliers into an unreadable goop. Once it finishes raining, the truth is then covered in Truth Mold due to the moisture. This promptly covers the previous Truth with another truth such as "Mold can grow on things"
(1 Charge)
A dimensional doorway appears at the exact location that the Godmodder exists along all realities, opening right in the middle of him, silently, a mailman who came from the Portal services gives a letter to the cut-in-half and quietly go back where he came from. The letter opens itself and reads,
"I called in a minor favor for this to be delivered to you, anyways, do you know how hard it was to call in favors for a surprise mail delivery?! Anyways, enjoy that sweet damage" - Slightly Spiteful Player
Rov and you have a brief conversation. Apparently, the pod looks nice enough. They aren't really in stasis as much as they're in a very well-protected bunker - but they do have all the amenities. There's even free coffee in the pod. That said... there's absolutely no way for them to get out of the pod on their own. They're waiting for somebody or something to hit that release switch.
Gah! Rain! +20% more chance to resist the memeticness! The fliers are all soggy now...
1 damage! That's one attack from the doomed timeline down!
----------
AG:
The LIVE Space Station, unstopped, crashes right through the wooden godmodder replica, and into the portal behind it! The LIVE Space Station has entered Stasis!
PG:
The memetic fliers take effect... Eternalstruggle struggles eternally to make the correct decision! Will he put the Apex in stasis? WILL HE!? He needs to score a 40 or better on his Will Save roll to not put it in!
ETERNALSTRUGGLE WILL SAVE: 85/100
Eternalstruggle makes the foolish and wrong decision to leave the Apex and its fleet out of the stasis pod!
...only for the VACUUM CLEANER, left totally ignored, to suck it into the DEATH Stasis Pod ANYWAYS! Thank goodness. Now the Apex and its fleet are 100% safe. You, on the other hand...
----------
!WARNING!
There are no current [AG] or [N] entities on the field with offensive capabilities.
Players are now vulnerable to direct attack by the godmodder and his minions.
The [AG]/[N] teams need to be restored to at least 3 offensively-enabled entities, and be that way on the end of an entity phase, for Player Invulnerability to be restored.
----------
The godmodder uses his first action to complete his 2/2 charge. He doesn't use it. Yet.
Next, he pulls back, and intentionally wastes an action, staring at the Players.
It's more fun when they have time to squirm.
ITEM
Storypost XI - THE ULTIMATUM (From Bank of Betrayal VII)
Brillo, Ion, and A/B/C teleport back to the main floor of the Bank of Actions. With the generator at last destroyed, for a moment, you have calm.
The robots defending the Bank of Actions shut down completely. You managed to not let the alert level reach its maximum, which granted you an easier time in the bank, even if you did miss out an artifact case.
The five Players take a moment to look around. You bring them up to speed on everything. Your suspicions, your evidence... Just as you're about to finish, Latula and the two Suppression tanks with her roll up to the entrance of the Bank of Actions. Fenix and the un-fired drill await her...
Latula: Fenix! The way is clear! I don't know how those giant strips of the ceiling got in the way, but re-align the drill and fire it!
Latula: The vault stands before us!
Fenix: In a moment, Latula. First, we have something we want to know!
You gather around Fenix, and agree. You demand an explanation!
Latula: An explanation? For what?
Latula: You were sent here to assist in destroying the Bank of Actions vault, so we could seize the Allsee Spectacles, and you could get your actions back.
Latula: You've succeeded. You don't need to press this.
Fenix: No, we do!
Fenix: I seem to have lost my memories... assuming I ever had them, to begin with! I should have proof that me, my organization, my everything that I am, has veracity, has legitimacy... but I CAN'T!
Fenix: What ARE we, Latula? What IS the Federal Fraud Investigation Agency!?
Fenix: What's this drill? Where'd we get it? And why did it take you so long to get to the Bank's entrance, you were supposed to try and find a way to break in!
Latula: ...The Federal Fraud Investigation Agency is a federal agency set up to pursue fraudulent dimension-warping level places and individuals-
Fenix: No! What are you, REALLY?
Latula: ...
Latula: ...Fenix, listen. The bank is exhibiting a mind-control field that's messing with your thoughts, you need to-
Fenix: But we just disabled the generator! That makes no sense!
Latula: Fenix-
RedRover double-checks his analysis of the bank's defenses. Nothing relating to mind control. He shouts it out to everyone else.
Latula: ... ...
Latula: ... ... ...
Latula: Real-world Players.
Brillo: What!
Latula: The godmodder's Charmzard is currently threatening your allies. It's time for you to leave.
A/B/C: But things! Are just! Getting good!
Latula: I said, it's time for you to LEAVE.
An impending sense of doom settles over everyone. It feels worse than ever before. Worse than the Soulrazer, even. This crushing weight... a question you know will have a terrible answer, but it's going to be answered whether you like it or not.
Ion: Everyone... I think... I think we need to leave.
Brillo: But, why!? They, need us!
Ion: ...You should be able to sense it... right now... a premonition... an ending approaches...
Ion: ...Players from this HEXAGONAFIELD... I will champion bringing reinforcements to this place as soon as possible... I promise.
A/B/C: Players... we're sorry! We'll be back!
Brillo opens a portal. Ion and A/B/C leave. Meanwhile, Fenix continues his confrontation of Latula...
Fenix: Stop being coy! Tell us what exactly is going on!
But Latula ignores him. Instead, she pulls out a small walkie-talkie... it appears old-fashioned, but you can tell just the power emanating from it... specifically, the small touch of godmodding energy... that its specially made for cross-dimensional communication.
Latula: Sir, we need you over here. Code 160*%%%-42.
Latula: It didn't work out. This isn't going to be easy.
Latula: I'm not sure how, but the long and short of it is they weren't fooled.
Latula: Yes. Yes.
Latula: ...
Latula: There's a lot of them, yes.
Latula: ...
Latula: Alright, sir. We'll await your arrival.
Latula pockets the walkie-talkie, and turns to you.
Latula: You want the truth? Here it is.
Latula: The Federal Fraud Investigation Agency was created by the godmodder. I'm not sure if you had that figured out, but if you did, you were right.
Latula: The godmodder knew, however, that Players were liable to question any outside assistance. "Fool me once", as they say... So he made something special, a cornerstone to his plan.
Latula turns to Fenix, who stares back, dumbfounded... a massive number of emotions playing across his face.
Latula: Fenix. The godmodder made you.
Latula: Codeword: The Dutch Betrayal.
Latula: Your memories should return right about... now.
Fenix drops to the ground, clutching his head, shaking...
Latula: Fenix, you were made to fool the Players. The godmodder wiped your memories, and replaced them with feelings and falsehoods... he made sure you had just enough information to go on.
Fenix: ...
Latula: Whatever the Players did to analyze you, you were much more likely to pass their tests than if, say, I had gone. And you did. You got them here.
Latula: Excellent work.
Fenix: ...
Fenix stands up. In his stance, you can see it... a steely determination.
Latula: Fenix, do you have doubts? Join up with us. The godmodder's army is strong, and you have a place in it. A proper place.
Latula: The godmodder's destruction of the heavens and the earth will spare you. You can live, and live well!
Fenix: No.
Latula: NO!? "No" WHAT?
Fenix: I still have these faint half-shreds of the lies swirling around in my head... of the reasons why I joined this agency in the first place.
Fenix: I wanted to protect the weak and the innocent. I wanted to see justice done! I...
Fenix: At heart, I wanted to be someone good. To do something good!
Fenix: And that desire... even if it was all a lie... I want it to be real!
Fenix: Latula! You, and the godmodder's armies... even if it means my life, I WILL stand against you! I will NOT betray my ideals! NO MATTER HOW FAKE THEY MAY BE!
The Players cheer, and Fenix stands triumphantly! You get ready for a fight...
...And then the godmodder's army warps in. A massive amount of machinery, and troops... many incredibly powerful elite units, on the level of some of the toughest things you've fought thus far, as well as additional units of the Soulrazer army. More than you've ever had to defeat. More than you ever even COULD defeat.
You immediately un-get ready for a fight. Maybe you can talk this one out.
Latula: Players, the godmodder had to call back his assault forces on the god of Birthday Parties, the god of Cheesecakes, and the god of Clowns to get this force ready to meet you.
Latula: Children everywhere are currently enjoying clown performances and cheesecakes at their birthday parties, and will continue to do so for the next few hours, all thanks to you. I hope you're happy.
Latula: Also, the godmodder had to abandon his very own Charmzard fight just to meet you!
Wait, what?
And then He arrives. It's not subtle. A burst of light travels like a wave through the bank and the place outside, forcing you to avert your eyes. When you look back, the light is gone, and He is there - hovering above everyone else, and staring.
It's the godmodder! The very same one you fought on the HEXAGONAFIELD... yet, also, different. He looks like the HEXAGONAFIELD godmodder, and yet... different. Somehow more clear, somehow more... real.
Also, this one can talk.
The Godmodder: Players.
The Godmodder: Ah, yes. This is our first meeting, since you died. After I killed you.
The Godmodder takes an exaggerated look at his watch, which you're pretty sure wasn't there before.
The Godmodder: I'm on a tight schedule. No time for pleasantries.
The Godmodder: Now, Players. If you haven't noticed, I've brought a few friends.
The Godmodder: Meet a small portion of my god-hunting squadron. No minor god yet has been able to put up much of a fight against these guys.
The Godmodder: Maybe they could have if they banded together. But no, once the threat was widely known, they all decided it would be better to hide.
The Godmodder: Fools, the lot of them. I think you'll agree we're better off without them.
The Godmodder checks his watch a second time. It's on his other hand, now. He moves slowly, despite his claim he's in a rush.
The Godmodder: Players... standing before you are three choices. Allow me to outline them for you.
The Godmodder: You can consider this...
The Godmodder: ...THE ULTIMATUM.
The godmodder's voice, just for a moment, grows loud enough you are forced to recoil. Most of you are still stunned into non-movement. A few Players move and begin trying to open a portal to somewhere else. The godmodder notices. He doesn't do anything about it.
The Godmodder: Whenever a new group of Players comes in, I always go easy at first.
The Godmodder: I want to see if they're capable of fetching Legendary Weapons for me. And I must say... all of you have done absolutely excellently.
The Godmodder: The mere fact that I decided to leave you alive as long as I did shows that this was always going to be the conclusion of this war.
The Godmodder: You shouldn't feel bad about this. It was always going to be this way.
The Godmodder: If anything, it's downright admirable. You did more damage to me than I ever expected.
The Players finish opening the portal back to the HEXAGONAFIELD. They gesture at the other Players, but the group hesitates... the Allsee Spectacles...
The Godmodder: Ah, yes. Your three options.
The Godmodder: Option 1. You stay here, and I kill you.
The Godmodder: My forces arraigned here will slay you. You will have no chance to fight back. This is no longer a fair fight - not to imply it ever was.
The Godmodder: Option 2. That portal you have there.
The Godmodder gestures to the portal your group opened, as if finally deciding to acknowledge it.
The Godmodder: I will slay you, slightly in the future, if you go through that portal. The Allsee Spectacles are in the vault you lot seem so eager to abandon.
The Godmodder: If you manage to destroy the Drakken Laser Drill, somehow...
You see that, at some point, the Drakken Laser Drill was wheeled backwards, and now is with the rest of the godmodder's forces. Furthermore, all of the godmodder's forces are being shielded by a Godmodder Wall Soldier. Your current CP stockpiles together would hardly even scratch it.
The Godmodder: ...I would just get another drill. Its only a minor delay.
The Godmodder: But if you want to flee to your handful of friends, I'll let you. Just so long as you don't kill anything on your way out.
Neither of these options sound good. Many of you aren't sure what to do. What now?
The Godmodder: And that brings me to Option 3.
The Godmodder: You give this up. You flee somewhere other than the HEXAGONAFIELD. You find some other plane of existence, and stay there long enough your Player powers fade away.
The Godmodder: Before your powers fade away, you'll have enough usage of them to get set up however you'd like. But you won't ever have a second opportunity to fight me.
The Godmodder: Personally, I'd prefer you out of my hair than in it. You are like lice to me. Disgusting, repulsive, and things I want gone.
The Godmodder: You're all smart. You've proved that much. Make the right choice.
The Godmodder: You have 3 seconds to deliberate.
Wait, 3 sec-
The Godmodder: Times up.
The Godmodder: ...It was a joke.
The Godmodder: You have 5 minutes.
GAME OVER - I
FOCUS
I notice the portal to the Bank of Actions that has just appeared.
"Time to go, everyone! If we stay, we're sure to die, but if we go, there's some hope yet."
I summon a Pod-carrying Truck which will fit through the portal.
I take the DEATH Stasis Pod and load it onto the Pod-carrying Truck. I then climb into the driver's seat of the Truck and drive it through the portal.
The Truck has served its purpose. I dismiss it.
Now in the Bank of Actions, I clamber up on top of the Pod and get the attention of the AG players, being careful not to fall into it.
"Hey, guys! If we're gonna fight this army, we'll need some entites. Fenix, if you can crack this open, now would be a good time!"
With that said, I jump down and give any CP I have left to Piono.
You're dashing with the Pod to the portal! On the next bank update, you and the pod will be there.
EDITED!
I summon 3 basic guard units to defend with.
Hi I'm back. What did I miss?
Hello, Eevee Shadow Bacon! General_Urist summed it up pretty well. Basically, everyone's going to die! Great to see you again!
You summon 3 generic guard units! They have no attack power. They do not count towards your entity total.
Oh! Would you find and copy-paste your old Player list entry for me, if you had anything special on you? Or if you're too lazy, I can get it. That would get you back your old CP and items.
Focus: using the Giant Pile of Starcraft Scrap,
I melt the scrap down, and forge them into usable steel plates. Electronics are salvaged from the pile and restored.
Thick neosteel plates are welded together creating a huge hull. Inside electronics are being installed, and an AI is brought to life.
The turret is installed into the turret.
The Battle Tank armed with twin 203mm cannons, and built from the collective memory of an army at its greatest peak. The spirit of the terran army is infused into the hull, electronics, and the AI of the "Herald"
It's a force to be reckon with.
5CP into HP, 5 CP into Attack.
Battle Tank created! The Giant Pile of Starcraft Scrap significantly boosts its attack and hitpoints!
1/3 entities...
(Action)(3 Charges)
(1 Charge)
I begin to sweat a bit and decided to go with a basic entity, an N Scarecrow that has an N sign over its Torso to clearly make it clear that it is on the N group! It obviously doesn't have any attack power aside it capable of dealing a passive of 10000 damage only to Crow entities... and simply sits there on the field as an N entity. Nothing special here, move along, just continue to exist like the scarecrow is busy doing.
(1 Charge)
I pay attention to the Vaccum Cleaner and FIRMLY add handles into it. I eventually take hold of the Vaccum Cleaner and stick an N sticker on it to show who it belongs to. Of course, I do some more modifications as to add some more personal flair! That was after I made the Vacuum Cleaner to resemble like normal household vacuum cleaners as it is now in fresh colors of green and yellow.
(1 Charge)
With Vacuum cleaner in hand, and making sure I won't be losing any grip on it, I charge at the Godmodder with the cleaner's hose pointed at him. Of course, that was a perfect visual clone of me that replicated all the senses, asides from touch as it is only a visual copy! The real me was, however, was just behind him under a disguising spell that blocks out all noises, visuals, and visual cues and can only be dispelled by a magic spell.
Which had me pointing the hose of the Vacuum cleaner near point-blank range at the Godmodder and set the switch to ITEMS before turning it back on.
Scarecrow summoned! The godmodder COUNTER-SUMMONS! It's a Scarecrow Scarecrow! It passively deals 10,000 damage only to Scarecrow entities each turn!
The ITEM Vacuum cleaner is made yours, and you suck up an item from the godmodder... it's a Double Rainbow Ticket! It goes away from the godmodder's inventory, and into the DEATH Stasis Pod!
The godmodder glowers down at you, and you are unable to avoid detection, as you revealed yourself when you took the godmodder's stuff. He picks you up... you reach to turn the ITEM Vacuum off, but its like the switch is gone! Then... he FLINGS you towards the other Players!
Daskter, Eternalstruggle, JOEbob, you, Karpinsky... all of them have everything they have sucked up! All their CP, all their items - into the DEATH Stasis Pod they go! Karpinsky continues obliviously rushing to the portal to the Bank of Actions, taking everything you own with him.
Finally satisfied, the ITEM Vacuum switches off.
[1x] Ah, but we already know from fredquest that in long actions, things happen faster and faster. as well, since fred is cautious, there's a very long section where I have to convince him I'm not an illusion, then that fighting the godmodder is smart, then that the death stasis pod is evil, then that he shouldn't take yorehammer, and so on. it's skipped over to save space and sanity, but it's there, and it means the cage entry took roughly... 1/10^100 of a second. seriously, talking can take a long time.
[1x] I mix myself a potion. this potion simmers for the better part of a day, but by the powers of longer-actions-get-sped-up-to-nigh-incomprehensible-babble, only a few minutes as far as everyone else is concerned. pink with orange flecks. it glows brightly. [haste]. then, I lift a scroll. upon it a spell. [doubled time]. this spell takes time to channel- as much time as you want to gain. I channel it for 8 hours, and will use it to amplify a single second over twenty-thousand fold (28800 times, to be precise.). I hold in my hand a gemstone, glowing bright pink. [speed]. oh, before I hold it in my hand, I have to retrieve it from a dungeon. due to repeated attacks by undead lead by a crypt lord, it took around 4 hours to find the gemstone, and another 6 to leave. and lastly, I bring forth a star-shaped crystal, white with a soft yellow glow, and channel it into a spell- from myself, powered by the crystal but not shaped. [the world]. this crystal normally only takes about 5 minutes to gather the necessary energy, but I only got it by fighting against a stupid king with a pumpkin for a head and i needed to keep people alive so the organizers of the event would let me keep it, which required using it every so often, plus everyone else sucked at it, and I was trying to conserve player power so instead of forcing my way to victory I had to try Over and Over and Over until finally I found 3 people who were competent at once, so it took a few hours as well. anyway, that's all in the past, and from everyone else's prespective this only took me maybe 10 minutes at most, because superfastactionswhenyoucramtoomuchtimeintooneasestablishedbyfredquesttttttt.
Anyway, that's all setup. with my earlier parts, this action is running at... lets see.... lets say, 19 hours for the potion, then another 8 for the double time spell scroll, plus another 10 for the gemstone, and several hours for the crystal so let's call it 6 or so, which totals to... 43 hours. lets see, compression into maybe-10-minutes at most... 43*60 = 2580 compressed into 10... the action's 258* faster then a normal action, with regards to everything but me. of course, that's small potatos compared to the effects of haste- time appears to almost stop, enough to dodge an arrow easilly... arrows are 224 mph, person is 8.3. that means about... 22.5* faster, which i guess... ok, the normal acceleration's Not small potatoes compared to haste. but it Is small potatoes contained to doubled time (amplified by a factor of 28800), which multiplies my speed by 28800*. stacking, since these work by different methods. ok, next... [speed] is relatively low-tier, only about a 5x multiplier, but every bit counts! Lastly, [The World] is similar in power to haste... or so you would think, but things within its radius seem to actually stop and also it targets things around me, not me. that gives me another lets say... 100x faster, give or take? so cumulative, my physical speed within my actions is now multiplied by a factor of 83592000000. but legendary weapon transformation lasts .000000000001 seconds! so, I only have 0.083592 seconds to take advantage of my chosen weapon, whatever it may be, from my perspective! drat... I still fall short, it seems... but wait! consider this. we're all soul(equivalent) entities. so why should we keep thinking at the normal human rate? we shouldn't! most of the normal time cost is about signals traveling from one end to another. also, neurons can only fire so quickly before needing a break. but souls have none of these problems! It may have limited computation energy, but no matter how quickly I want to do a seconds worth of thinking, it's only 1 second of thinkings cost, if they do! so, I get to amplify my mental abilities by another... well, 6000 times will give me a minute to do it, so that'll do.
and now, with all my temporal amplifications active- [haste], [doubled time], [speed], [the world],action compression based on length, and computation acceleration by the logic of souls not being made of neurons, I turn ITEM into...
Starcalibur! the blade of speed, granting me an additional 3 actions! also, it makes you twice as fast so now I'm amplified by 167,184,000,000 times, or 1,003,104,000,000,000* mentally! the rest of this action (and all the other actions this round, since my speed amplifiers will remain active even after starcalibur decaliburizes.) is going to be a description after the fact, because everything I do with those extra 3 actions happens within the confines of .000000000001 of a second.
I active the speed buffs, and grab item. even before it finishes temporarilly transforming into Starcalibur, I split myself into 5 bodies- an additional multiplier, since actions are shared among them!
[SCAOne] the first body grabs the economy-melting banknote! while infinity-value banknotes are declared invalid, the banknote only has AN EXTREMELY LARGE AMOUNT of money. it retains its value, technically, though if I tried to use it for anything the loophole would be patched! but instead of going for a bank, I grab myself a transmutation table! By Social agreement and tradition, this note has energy-matter-currency value of OVER NINE QUINTILLION! probably FAR OVER! I immediately amplify this bodies mind another million-fold! it transmutes the Economy-melting banknote into A LOT OF STUFF! Mostly, wither-proof obsidian! Wither-proof obsidian is the highest-blast resistance and mining level block in the world, baring those without crafting recipies or EMC values! having obtained untold masses of super-durable material, trillions of cubic meters of them, my clone promptly commits suicide! with their death, all items in their meager inventory are dispersed into the surroundings! Mostly, the Obsidian! it cannot shoot away fast enough, and so fuses into roughly 5,000 cubic meters of Wither-proof super-neutronium (obsidian flavor)! this is far more durable, but less space-consuming! After the end of the starcalibur time, another clone is created and arranges the super-neutronium into a massive bunker, with such precision it would make the best architects weep! through perfect arrangements, this bunker has increased in overall durability threefold! This takes roughly half a second, and my clone has time left over to ward the whole thing and fit about 1000 guns atop it! each gun has a 1% accuracy rating, and only one bullet! on impact, bullets do a maximum of 1 damage! this damage is blockable, stoppable, and works every single time on anything with a brain- however, nobody here has a brain! also, they are impossible to reload! lastly, since they are not bricks and did not come from sticks, they have limited range- due to being modified water guns, it caps out at roughly 20 meters! This fortress is, however, very durable! also, it is enveloped in a field of dream energy, keeping it from being brainwashed!
[SCATwo] Another clone dashes at the Godmodder. they send out a pulse of energy, saturating the area, and begin to think. quickly. very quickly, they write onto their energy a complicated mathamatical function. then, they dump a GLUT of information into it. not a glut, a GLUT; a giant look-up table. in this instant of so much thought, I thought through everything the Godmodder could reasonably do in a second, and wrote a response out for my spell for each and every outcome. every. single. one. my spell is a wonder of magical engineering and blah blah blah... it's designed to restrain this Godmodder. he could easily tear it apart if he could use magic, but, well... he can't. (I hadn't even though of that until the "it's designed to restrain the godmodder" part. huh.) also, if it survives the end of the turn, it will swap to energy-leaching.
[SCAThree] I... store 1 CP.
Summary:
1) I use time manipulation to be able to actually make use of ITEM-based Legendary-weapon copies, and select starcalibur.
1A) I make a fortress, using EMC transformation to turn the EMBN into wither proof obsidian, then kill the body which did this, turning the obsidian into wither-proof super-neutronium (obsidian flavour)! also, it has extremely low-power guns to make it attack-enabled, and is slightly buffed by the god of dreams to make it not an instant summon!
1B) magical Godmodder-restraints with a contingency for stealing energy and which can only really be destroyed by magic.
1C) charging 1 CP for after ITEM returns to not-calibur.
[1 CP] I turn ITEM into the allsee spectacles, and send one clone into the portals opened by those in the bank. it locks eyes with The Godmodder for a moment. no, not a moment, an instant, a fragment of a moment, merely .000000000001 of a second. less, honestly. as the .000000000001 of a second just nearly ends- on the very same plank instant, literally at the same time as far as reality is concerned, I switch ITEM to the Infinileaf clover. (spending another action to power it if necessary) with that luck, on the instant of luck being rolled, I find his weakness and all of my clones know it. immediately, it is encoded into their surroundings, stealthily in a hundred ways. and then they tell everyone what it is.
[1x] If not used above, I use the Godmodders critical soul weakness on him, whatever it may be. If used above, oh well. if i don't have CP for the above but above would work with an action, i spend this action to do it.
[0x] I contact the God of cheesecakes, god of birthday parties, and god of clowns, and offer them each my legendary weapon wielding powers. first I try clowns, then birthday parties, then cheesecakes.
I quite loudly and publicly protest srovy's expulsion from the game, as he has done nothing wrong within this forum, and the thing he "did" "wrong" on discord was a joke, and only "malware" under specific circumstances and with the addition of line of code not in the original text, which he specifically stated the effects of. not only that, but if he is to be barred from participation, it should be stated to him directly, as opposed to ignoring his post. as it stands, he is already aware of your unjustified prevention of his rejoining, but only because I, Unlike most people APPARENTLY, do not hate him for a single message of dubious quality, and informed him of this. if not for the presence of dissent from your decision, he would likely be unaware and continue posting, and I believe leaving him to continue his attempt to participate without allowing him to do so would be a rather cruel punishment. in the words of a writer (paraphrased), 'at least when you kick someone out, you first let them in to be spat upon'. you acknowledge them to an extent when you inform them they will not be aloud to remain. you imply negative things about them, but 'hate is still a kind of respect you can give to another persons existence' . instead, you- publicly, at least- ignored him, as though his post is completely irrelevant; apathy. again in the words of that writer, 'what is deadlier then hate, and flows without limit'.
I believe i have made by point, though i know not if it is recieved, understood, or acnowledged. perhaps I, too, am irrelevant now? shall be ignored, considered a waste of time? wouldn't that be a sight to see...
Edit2: as well,he ... hasn't done anything in any forum game. if someone is perfectly polite in letters but occasionally insults people by accident in person, is that any reason not to read their letters?
You weren't expecting ITEM to stop being Yorehammer so soon! Despite your protests, your action can't retroactively be made faster.
It's too late! Thanks to Winkins, ITEM got sucked up! You can re-use the flavor text for the potion, if you want to try again in the future.
The respective gods you have contacted are too busy making preparations for the coming war.
OOC: If you want to discuss player bans on these threads rather than on the Discord, please use the OOC thread. Srovy was served a proper ban notice via PM.
ES uses his three actions to summon the Hyperion Core, Mantle, and Actuators, three separate Entities with 1 HP each. If all three are still alive at the end of the turn, they fuse into the Hyperion, an Entity with more HP and healing capability. If one or two are destroyed, then nothing happens during their turn.
The godmodder promises the Hyperion core, mantle, and actuators cake if they join the PG side! They convert, at the cost of having to wait an extra turn to combine.
Can I do the thing I wrote a while ago with he giantgodsnake(being careful not to drag it through the bee barrier)? otherwise I stomp around in bee slippers charging +3CP
OOC: Hey, Evonix. Sorry I missed your post on the BOA update earlier. I still haven't gotten your decision on whether you want to be on the main field or the bank yet. Next update, I'll quote any post you make on the Bank of Actions update and give you 3 CP. Feel free to post again.
-----------
AG:
The Battletank gets up and running, and blasts the Scarecrow Scarecrow for 25,000 damage!
PG:
The Scarecrow Scarecrow unleashes its passive burst of energy, destroying Winkins scarecrow!
The godmodder pulls out Mascythe and Starcalibur and grins. This is it! This is really it! This is his absolutely favorite part of any fight with Players, and now, its finally here! And better yet, he has cool toys!
First, using one action he slowly swings Mascythe in the direction of the Players JOEbob, Eternalstruggle, and Daskter. Mascythe isn't really very long, and the godmodder's standing a hundred feet away, so its going to come up really shor-WOAH Mascythe extended quickly! The Players are badly cut up (down to Injured) and flung to the side... straight into what the godmodder spend his other action on: The Player Wash! It's like a car wash, but instead of washing cars, it washes Players, and instead of washing things, it kills thing! It fills the Players full of poisonous soap, runs them through spike-laden rollers, has demonic attendants come out and beat them with clubs... and finally, hurls them out the back end onto a puddle of toxic waste!
JOEbob, Eternalstruggle, and Daskter are mortally wounded!
