Defeat The Godmodder

"I got the Tranq Sniper, don't worry about him!"

Action -
I go ahead and finally use the Jammer on the Tranq Sniper, jamming it against the wall! It's gun also gets jammed!

I gather the crappy replica players and scatter them among the real players on the front lines in the hopes that enemies will attack the replicas instead of my allies.

I DREAM that I too will be given extra actions for having missed updates.

[0] i DREAM
[1] I make sure Morpheus looks like a rock-ish cloud, fix the illusion god of dreams to have a 3-round fortress, and make sure the Good Of Dreams is hiding his divine energy. Then I turn all the air into cotton candy. Willpower will make it so!
but that doesn't actually make any seWILLPOWER. WILL. MAKE. IT. SO.

(Hey, can anyone not busy with a different free action thought do DREAM? that is help morpheus if is do.)

The Tank analyzes the situation!
It gains new abilities! It's now immune to mind control, and this turn, it will choose to buff the defenses, causing them to vastly lower a entity's power when they enter the Dungeonscape!
It will then buff entities to be immune to mind control if it isn't given more orders in the following turns.
GUN
GUN
GUN WILL SAVE US ALL
GUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUN

Free Action Focus - FAITH AND HOPE: I have faith and hope that we will make it through!

Action Focus - LEEEEEEEEROOOOOY: "HEAL ME!" I continue acting like Leeroy, which makes all of the guard bots even more annoyed. xD

The quiet watcher takes cover behind one of the walls. The shredder would be better suited for handling whatever was on the second floor instead of a foe that was already dying. He DREAMS instead.

ES figures that the combined force of allied bots and players probably has the two remaining Guardbots, so he should go and deal with the Dungeonscape. He turns to Amelia, his faithful companion who had been standing a little behind him this entire prison stay. "Honestly, I'm surprised nobody noticed."

He then kicks her into the Dungeonscape as an Entity with standard attack and defence stats. However, he also grants her the Lady of Light and Liberation trait, which means that she'll get an upgrade every time an elite Dark-tagged Entity, or rather any of the Elite Ten, bites the dust.

He also sets the Scorn Ray to target the Dark Controller as a free action if he can. If the Dark Tank is still alive (most likely yes), it'll take the shot, if it's dead already then the Ray isn't wasted on it.

Arsenical! Help me hit this guard.
1) We run up and hit the average guard He falls over when he realizes we jammed enough metal into him to make him look like a porcupine.
Aight, everyone just prepare for Valla's sudden yet inevitable screwing us over. That is all.

1 action: I give the Rifler a railgun. It is now the Railgunner. Obviously, this boosts its attack.
Wait... one line of flavor text? That's it? This prison has done something to me... to many of us. But I can push back against it.
Let me tell you how the railgun was made.

There is a universe much like that of Earth, except that one morning, ten people awoke to find themselves comic book scientists with varying specialties. Magic, biology, rocket science, programming, genetics, bioengineering, genetic engineering, archeology, psionics, and nanotechnology. The full story is for another time, but suffice to say that Genetic Engineer and Biologist died. Two new scientists arose, however. Chemist and Quantum Mechanic. For now, we are interested only in Quantum Mechanic. In one timeline, his first creation was a crystallization device. In another, it was a railgun powered by quantum effects. The exact details involved a Heisenberg Accelerator; a device observing the position of a particle to alter its velocity, with the barrel steadily warming up to ensure that the acceleration would be positive and the energy would increase. In the first timeline, his experiments with magic were explosive but nonlethal. In the second, the explosions killed him. In both timelines, the spacetime continuum was under strain in about a week or two. In the first timeline, it's too early to tell what is of importance. In the second, the railgun was abruptly kicked into an eldritch realm. A place without distance, without objective time, without any solid ground. This realm. It flew through the sewer entrance to the prison and embedded itself in a wall of the sewers. I found the railgun there, and you saw what happened.

I nip backward a little bit and grab as much of the production stuff as possible, starting with the Forge+Compressor

If that's already done, I do my best to embed my Spiky Shockmace into the barrel of the Tranqsniper

Free Action: I do my DEFENSE POSITIONINGNESS such that my Zapguard is directly in the way of the paths that the Tranq Sniper might fire at the other players with.

Action 1: I split some of my water stockpile. This creates hydrogen and oxygen gases. The oxygen gas is stored. The hydrogen is sent to a vacuum reaction chamber, where it is heated to plasma. I then lean out from behind the barricade and launch the plasma with a magnetic field into the Tranq Sniper. Then I duck back behind the barricade.

I put my coal in the compresser, and since coal, if compressed enough, turns into diamond, I will soon have some diamonds to work with. Might take a turn or two.

Acknowledging the result of the Sonic Shooter's usage the other turn, and that this turn is a good turn to make preparations, Eyowe works on further improving his weapon.

Utilizing the Forge and any available material around, Eyowe upgrades the Sonic Shooter's shots to allow it to pierce through enemies in a straight line. Or, at the very least, have less dilution after the first enemy.

Dream: Dream a dream

I hear Joebobobob's urging, and I pause. Dreams? What dreams did I have? I had no aspirations, no desires....

But then again, these were literal dreams I needed to focus on. I remember those. One of those surfaced to my mind more strongly than the others.

A wondrous tower stretching tall, the outside looking like plain stone with a wide platform at the top. But at night, when one ventures inside, it'd be like Twilight shining through each and every window, the amber lights give the place the best of both light and darkness - the comfort enveloping of the darkness, the ability to navigate by light. Stairs winding along the sides, the spiraling motion adding to the beauty and ethereal nature of the tower, with platforms of marble interspersed every so often, carved with circles and lines reminiscent of the face of a clock. The stairs are lined with golden railings - the only part of the inside not glimmering and shining had to be the steps themselves, which had the same unassuming stone on the outside.

I felt gratitude. It was dreams that filled me wonder, with hope.

It was with this gratitude that I sent memories of my DREAMS back to Morpheus. I idly wondered if the tower existed somewhere, before refocusing on my efforts.

Well, the scratchspear was on its last legs, but there'd be a spoils worth of parts after the fight. But right now, I needed to direct the bots into helping with the mop up. The already damaged bots I directed towards dogpiling the already jammed Tranq Sniper. The rest assisted with the remaining goons. Well, except for one of them, along with the incoming bots from the generator. Those guys I have on salvage duty to bring the parts with us so we don't waste any more time here than we absolutely have to.

As for myself? Good question. Hmmm... If there's a boss coming up... I take a chance and grab some spare parts off of our fallen foes and tinker a bit. Hardware isn't my specialty, but...

There! A Weakness Analyzer! If there's an elemental weakness, this thing should pick up on it! Eventually. Nothing says 'Dismantle that boss!' like ruthless exploitation of rpg inspired weaknesses! Granted, the Curse of Repetitiveness means this is trickier than usual, but the principle is still the same. I grin. It's not a nice grin.

meh, seems like it was only one, anyway I
Summon a ouroboros, a peculiar snakelike creature without head or tail, forming a joinless loop, peculiar creatures that take nothing and give nothing to the world yet somehow move and grow, occasionaly splitting via binary fission, despite their ability to replicate infinitely they're never more than rare as they're quite defensless near mindless and easy to cull, they're never hunted entirely away due to novelty value and how while substance taken from an ouroboros never adds to aything it's mixed with, rendering it near useless as a resource. They are also very easy to summon for reasons that are unclear. I wear my new one as a necklace for now, puting it behind me if danger seems apparent.

The man asks, "Why is there a distinct lack of attempts to take over the other suppression force generator? I am currently incapable, but I would think that someone might want to."
He says this as he manuevers over top of the room the shadows were originally contained in, while maintaining a position in the vents. He then waits. When he sent that message, his shirt, once again, turned teal.

It's Attack is "Top-Notch"? Not good enough! Spicy puts aside the encroaching threat on Morpheus for the moment, focusing on the Dungeonscape.

[x1] The Render shudders, pain wracking it's destruction-focused body. Sharpened spikes begin to grow from it's quivering flesh, slowly emerging before practically exploding outward, revealing themselves as sharpened bone-tendrils a dozen feet long.

Despite lacking a clear face, onlookers would go on to swear that The Render smiled that day.

(Buffing The Render's Attack!)

That done, the Cultist turned his attention towards Morpheus, possibly among the last of the Gods, who's clock is clearly running out. Something in the man's stomach twists at the thought despite everything. But with his level of Power right now? There's not much he can do. So he begins to pray.

Spicy searches his mind for the rare gems known as "happy dreams" to the normal person, grasping at nearly-faded memories of endless libraries, of a quiet cabin, of the small Cult he was in having risen to the top.
The disheveled man allows his latent mana to soak the fraying images, strengthening them, reinvigorating them, before sending them off through JOEbob to the god of dreams. A small prayer following after them.

Dispite sending off his fondest DREAMS, Spicy still held a certain steel in his heart, moreover he still had FAITH that everything would be fine. That Morpheus will not fall like the others had.

I Attack the Tranq Sniper with the Plasma Orange, unleashing a glorious Orangy Plasma Lance as a Surprise Attack before running back behind the Walls

(x0)Determination!!

Suddenly Lil' Drainy's debuff power increases once again thanks to the power of DETERMINATION! (that, and carbon nanotube piping/materials. That helps too)

"Alright, We are almost done!"
"... I need to go for a min... try not to die on me ok?"
"WAIT! where are you..."
"huh... alright."

Free action: I have FAITH that we will win this fight
Action 1: I throw a grenade towards the Guard with the Poor condition. The grenade explodes near him sending many tiny robots to disassemble the guard.

wait at least one zap bot is dead so I grab a sap bot part and use the forge to re shape it to look like sonic the hedgehog and then paint it

Fake Sidequest: Collection Call II
Within the Temple of Sealing, the battle continues.

Greenling conjures an attack shield around Alice!

Gutcher attempts to summon a giant mountain of flex tape to patch up the gaping hole in the temple ceiling. +10% patching!

Soren generates a repairbot, which repairs another, bigger repairbot, which repairs another, bigger repairbot, and the cycle continues 100 more times, and then that repairbot repairs the broken-down temple guardian for +30% repair!

Soren: Gutcher, listen. Repairing the gaping hole isn't worth it. We need to focus on survival right now.

Gutcher: But if we repair this hole, we can have less enemies to deal with!

Wolfkitty heals Dewdrop dragon back to full health with a splash potion of healing X. She is wholeheartedly devoted to keeping the dragon safe.

Soren: We ALREADY have too many enemies to deal with! We need to last only a few more turns. And if we you help us kill some enemies, then that'll be all the easier!

Gutcher: But if we stop now, we'll lose what we have so far! If we all work together, then-

Another small squad of dystopian soldiers drops through the ceiling, smashing through some of Gutcher's flex-tape! The tape loses 5% integrity! The dystopian soldiers fire on Alice, destroying her attack shield!

Gutcher: Ah!

Soren: It isn't worth it! Losing what we have already doesn't matter. The past is behind us, and the future is ahead of us.

Greenling: Yes, Gutcher. With the manpower and time we have, sealing the hole is out of our-

One of the squads of dystopian soldiers fires a shot towards Alice! Greenling promptly teleports into its path, eating the shot head-on! He's blown aside, injured. Soren turns and rushes to him...

Time. It can be easy to lose track of when you are, when you're surrounded by eternal fighting and action. There's never any time for boredom.

The current year, Earth-time, is 2306 A.D. However, thanks to the influence of both the current godmodder, and the numerous godmodders that came before him, Earth is not the glorious sci-fi futurescape it should have been. The technology is significantly - but not massively - above what scientists estimate 2019 humanity would have had, if there had never been godmodders or Players.

The one-and-a-half billion-some humans have just begun to explore the possibilities of inter-plane travel... discovering entirely new universes. It disturbs them immensely how many planes have already fallen to the godmodder. But exploration of more peaceful planes has yielded great results. Non-humans can be, and have been, Players, and each plane has its own theories on how to deal with the godmodder... and their own ideas for new and effective attacks to use.

Soren: Greenling, respond! Are you okay?

Greenling gets back up quickly.

Greenling: Whether I'm fine or not is something to be sorted out after the battle! We need to keep fighting, everyone!

Gutcher: Dammit... dammit!
