The central conceit of confusion is that an action called the Law of Benevolence, meant to benefit only those who would use it with truly good intentions, is being used in a godmoddy way to facilitate both attacking and self-sustainability in an overpowered fashion, and in a way that is most certainly not well-intentioned.
...Hmmm... but then, rules are made to be twisted, abused, and turned on their head. So yeah, why NOT let some random entities use a law of Nature to gain snowballing healing/attacking abilities that would probably put it as the most powerful entity on the field after only a few entities? That's basically the entire point of DTG. Thusly, the Balls of Steal will be affected by the Law of Benevolence, despite clearly not being benevolent.
I upgrade Balls of Steal into BOSS (Balls of superior Steal). They now can absorb PG-Progress and take it as HP. I add an Attack shield to Balls of superior Steal.

Energy can be added on the run... as HP. So I just make this happen now. Two of the HarVesters are used to make a X-blade for the Super Char.
Its name will be Driver. It has a Harvester and Initiator and now can harvest the shit out of the unlimited Hexagonafield.
Driver consists out of the Harvest-Unit, that also got the X-blade, which is part of his body.
Dumb Xehanort you don't need 13 pieces of Dark and 7 of Light. You just combine the big V's of two HarVester-Units.
Besides that the other HarVesters are farming universes for energy and send it as HP to this Char. He will be ready for eventual loss of immortality.
