Defeat The Godmodder

I grab two floor tiles and some bread binding them together using toilet paper to create a sort of crued clothes pin like thing thing

After knocking a big enough hole in the wall to get through into Cell A-2 and A-3 I decide to take knee on on of the benches and listen passively to the others as the came up with their own ideas. Looking down at the red hammer I can tell it's still in good shape at this time. A few nicks and scrapes marred the hammer but nothing that would negatively effect it's performance.

Action:
Soon I hear Ranger_Strider calling out for Arsenical to help him as he starts to batter the wall separating us from the others in Cell A-4. 'It will likely go faster with two or more of us going at the wall together. Might as well help out as the others seem to want to explore the pipping or the room beneath us. Besides the faster we are all together the better off we will be.' Standing up from the bench I wall over to the wall beside Ranger_Strider and I start hammering away at the wall with him in tandem, Together we assault the wall with our tools. When Ranger_Strider strikes the wall with his pickax I wait for him to pull back and then I strike at the wall at the same spot Ranger_Strider did then after I pull back he strikes the wall again. lather, rinse, repeat until the job is done.

Free/Hope action:
'The DUNGEONSCAPE seems to be going well, Few enemies and lots of defenders. Things in the prison and going well enough, Already knocked down two walls and we have 2 comrades exploring the vents.' With my mental evaluation of things at the moment I feel somewhat hopeful for our escape succeeding.

Alright, let's do this. I harness my hope powers. All of the HOPEing, all of that, surges through me. I then turn to the shadows, flickering with energy. So many shadows, from past players. Even if they are gone, they still live a bit. And everything hopes. Hell, fucking rocks provide hope. And the Godmodder still harnesses energy from these guys right? We can use that. I stretch my hand out, hope surging through me. I then separate myself from the dungeonscape. What I'm about to do, is dangerous. I then drop my mental defenses, and surge all my hope to my head. Then I force as many shadows as I can in. My mind goes black. I look around.
...well, that's interesting. In front of me lies a giant sphere, representing my mindscape. It appears to have taken the form of a ying yang, one side yellow, hope, and the other the shadows.
How this works:
With the energy of the shadows, I begin raising my fellow player's powers, slowly, with the shadows' energy. Unfortunately, the shadows have a lot of negative energy attacking me, so I have to hold them off.
In the depths of the Dungeonscape, the sphere appears, contained, so players can send some help.
TL;DR: I harness the shadows, and begin powering up my fellow player's powers, but have to fight off the shadows, separate from the dungeonscape
Shadow Dominance: 0% (looking for ways to raise Dominance!)
Me Dominance: 100%

HOPE ACTION: If the way to improve stuff on the is to improve the Barricade, then that's what I'll do. I combine more Hopes of technological advancement (and magical ascent) with similar such hopes from my efforts last turn (and probably hopes from Redrover's current efforts to directly sharpen the bolts) to give the HOPE Castle Wall a Optimism Overcharge Aura, which gives a evenly-split damage bonus to all Player-Aligned entities on the Hope Castle Wall.

Free action: I set the broken bench halves in a stack off to the side.

Action: I compress thatch and coat it with water and combine with leftover bits of metal from the chains (and a liberal dose of Player Power) to create Temporarily FireProof Gloves, which I then give to ParadoxDragonPaci to bend bars without having to touch them directly. (Did you know newspaper + water is used by glassblowers to touch glass near-directly?)

[A] Improve Sanitary Scorcher.
[FREE?] Hopehopehopehopehope

[x1] Leah seems more focused on her impromptu flamethrower than anything else. Adding more bread to the mix to ensure further reinforcement, Leah concentrates, Omniglot hovering above.

"Operator, considering data of previously defragmented memory, I find it mildly ironic that you're opting to wield and improve upon a flamethrower," Omniglot quips. "Nevertheless, it is likely one of the few offensive weapons we have available to us, and one of the most potent in our situation."

Leah shrugs as she throws in some of the scratchy toilet paper onto the end, folding it again and again and again-she continues this process until its shaped like a bayonet and with roughly the same edge. She then takes some breadcrust and gingerly player-powers her way into somehow rubbing it into the paper without destroying it, granting the paper some of its hardness. Its scratchy nature, many folds, additional staleness-induced toughness and a little player power ought to make up for the fact it is literally made of paper, here.

With the 'bayonet' done, Leah uses the infinite bread to add additional fuel tanks (filled with the infinite hand sanitizer), more framework (to better hold its internal components), smoother tubes to better let the sanitizer flow into the flame, and in general toughen up and imrpove upon the initial design, hopefully acquiring a little something called the Reinforced Sanitary Scorcher. Now with 100% more bayonet. She finishes the product with her mild player powers, scrubbing away a few quibbles in physics and other such things.

"Operator, time is of the essence; the more we waste time here, the more time we have to lose our mental faculties," Omniglot says. "We must find a way to destroy these bars. Suggestion: Bars are magical, but not without melting point. Use Thatch as burning material and incinerate bars to point where they either break or melt."

Leah nods at this suggestion for next turn (not this one, Moniker!), testing out her newest creation in a non-actiony way just to ensure it works. Satisfied with the results, hopefully, her action is done for the turn.

[x0?]: Leah's hope rises as she sees her new creation, a fierce weapon to combat the dangers of this weird prison-dungeon-whateveritis place that she is now stuck in, that will doubtlessly assail and torment her and her allies as they press onwards. And she very well hopes that she gets to see that Godmodder fellow again, who to Leah just appears as an indeterminate, boring blur, and she hopes that she gets to maim them for good. And she hopes that she gets her memories back in full before then so she gets to understand what's going on, while she's at it-a book to the face of a dog as her last memory of note doesn't really segway into how she got stuck to a flaming meteor with two artificial limbs and an apparently artificial spine, crashing into the Hexagonafield with Omniglot and an Extinguishinator Mark Infinity, among a lot of other weird things. She hopes, though, most of all, that all of this weirdness starts making sense once she remembers everything.

Breaking Bad - III
Action: I finish the story.

Anomaly Classification Program, object #3197: The Hive Cult

Object Classification: Contained

Containment Procedures: ACP-3197 is currently being contained inside Annabelle Lee's mind. She is not to utilize the cognitohazard under any circumstances. In the event that this cognitohazard is released, an information quarantine is to be established in any affected area, followed by federation-wide scans over a period of at least 1 month to ensure that the cognitohazard has not spread.

Description: ACP-3197-A is an anomalous and variable group of sentient creatures that share a singular mind. To be precise, their brains are physically merged into one, developing a substructure in the brain that is quantum-entangled with a similar substructure in all other affected individuals.

ACP-3197-B is a word, Noctis 32:28, when said by an entity affected by ACP-3197-A. ACP-3197-B can always be identified as having a text color of green, regardless of the context of how the word is transmitted (i.e. if the word is spoken aloud, the listener will somehow know that ACP-3197-B is green). A subject (ACP-3197-C) that hears this word will, after a short incubation period (note: the length of this period appears to be decided by ACP-3197-A, and the longest known incubation period is 1 hour), become added to ACP-3197-A.

Individuals not affected by ACP-3197-A that say Noctis 32:28 are not transmitting ACP-3197-B, and will not spread its effects.

When this occurs, ACP-3197-C's mind will become directly linked to ACP-3197-A. Any mind exposed to ACP-3197-A is overwhelmed by the other minds in the collective and assimilated. ACP-3197-A will thus, over time, assimilate all affected individuals into one singular hive-mind entity.

Incident Report 3197-1: ACP-3197-A was first discovered as a cult inhabiting the remote colony of {REDACTED}. They expanded by kidnapping individuals in the colony, then exposing them to ACP-3197-A until they were assimilated. After growing sufficiently large, they became able to convert larger groups, including several militia groups sent after them. Then, they were able to exploit telepathic command links on a larger invasion force to assimilate the force's commanding officers and begin expanding exponentially. They were only stopped when Annabelle, leader of Team Omega, was able to {REDACTED}, to shatter the hive-mind.

"Whatever this Anomaly was, it was turning individuals into single-minded drones. Now, it was possible for this to be the result of an incredibly powerful psion, if not for the fact that it had been transmitted not only through telepathic contact, but also through a written word."

"With a hive-mind of this scale, our only other hope would be to kill every individual in it, something that would be complicated by the fact that they were spreading on other worlds. I had to engage them directly if I wanted to stand a chance."

"I initiated a focused assault against one of them, pushing against their hive-mind with everything in my power. I did so much, in fact, that the particular individual I targeted had a mental overload, and their head exploded."

"It seemed that each individual in this hive-mind had a limited mental capacity, and was being bolstered by the rest of the collective intelligence. That wasn't very helpful, however, given that detonating someone's head from mental overload was actually really taxing on my energy. In fact, given how it prevented me from assaulting them, it was actually a bad thing."

"I attempted to blitz one of the individual's brains before the rest of the hivemind could support, but was unsuccesssful. It was almost like it was a single mind physically spread across multiple bodies.
The rest of my team managed to secure the area against attackers, and captured one of them for me to experiment on. At this point, out of desperation, I attempted one last move. I let them win."

"I cut contact with the rest of my team, then initiated an offensive telepathic contact on the captured drone, then switched defensively, The hive-mind, seeing their chance, used the telepathic link to deploy their cognitohazard, managing to transmit the message
Noctic 32:28 through the telepathic link. Oddly the message was somehow green, despite not taking place on a visual realm. I still can't figure out how that worked, other than the obvious factor that this was an Anomaly."

"To an outside observer, nothing unusual occured. But inside my brain, a connection began to open, linking my mind to the rest of the hive-cult, a development that would be nearly undetectable for someone without my level of mental fortitude. It took almost a minute for this connection to develop fully, before it was utilized."

"Almost instantly, a barrage of mental assault came in, from what appeared to be the entire hivemind. Much of it was the psychic equivalent of a brute-force attack, but with the hivemind having gained control of members of the Ethereal Legion, it was augmented by trained psychic attacks. Had the hivemind actually looked into the memories or knowledge of said Ethereal Legion members, it would've realized that it was making a fool's mistake."

"Well, they almost weren't making a mistake. With how this Anomaly operated, defending against it was less like blocking an intruder and more like trying to suppress thousands of unified alternate personalities, the situation that normally occurs after the enemy's breached your first mental barriers and actually gotten control of parts of your mind, a situation that I had almost never dealt with. Still, though my initial barriers couldn't hold, I was still able to stabilize here."

"Then, I initiated the counterattack. One of my greatest abilities the ability to not just block almost any mental attack, but reflect it, returning the attack to its source with some modification (at least, when I don't just absorb the spent energy for other purposes). I reflected the effort they had spent on their initial assault back into the rest of the hive, in what amounted to a denial of service attack.
I didn't fight the hivemind directly, instead I disrupted the links between each member of the hive, overwhelming them for an instant with a sudden surge of energy into the entire hivemind that almost caused my own head to explode from handling all of it. The individual drones of the hivemind began to shudder, before slowly recovering."

"So, the link between minds in this anomaly was the weak point. Maybe, if I could sever the links, I could free individuals from the hive, reducing the hive's power in the process. As the hive initiated a counterattack (which I easily blocked, again), I searched through the hive, picked out individuals, and sent a small, calculated burst of energy into them, just enough to fry the portion of their brain where the anomalous brain-link occured with only negligible damage to the rest of their brain. The targets of this were shocked out of the hive, their bodies falling into a coma due to having no will left (their individuality having already been eliminated by the hive cult)."

"I continued this for almost ten minutes, freeing a few hundred individuals from the hive. I attempted to focus on those individuals who were outside the colony and attempting to spread it further, but with mixed success. The hive continued to attach new membbers to it through the anomaly, and I was just barely keeping pace."

"Then, in their mad race to spread and assimilate, the hive connected a member of the Ethereal Legion, along with a separate telepathic network of at least a hundred psions. They thought they were making a last stand, but with my aid, they would be able to turn the tide of this assimilation battle. I disrupted the hive and forced most of their assimilation efforts back onto me, while also managing to send a message to the Ethereal Legion instructing them in how to cut out members of the hive cult. They responded with a more optimal method of this psychic attack, capable of cutting out sections of the brain in a far more calculated manner that used as little energy as possible. They also launched these assaults themselves, along with me, and the hive quickly began to lose members faster than it could expand. Over the next hour, the hive was all but obliterated."

"In the end, I became the last member of the hive-cult, but only in the technical sense (given how it was no longer a hive or a cult, but rather an anomaly limited to inside my head). The incident also sparked reforms in the ACP organization, to detect anomalies sprouting up before they could almost grow out of control and take humanity with them. This incident proved that even with a massive amount of technological advancement from the old days, the universe was never completely safe from anomalies."

Now, under normal circumstances I would not distribute this anomaly, even in combat. It's not the most efficient means of initiating psychic combat, and it's dangerous to spread. However, I have made two exceptions. The first was to distribute this effect to the rest of my team for the sole purpose of allowing them to be recognized as a single individual for the purpose of gaining Player powers (making an elaborate setup just to do so).

It may have also affected the other players, but that's less of an issue, given that we've already linked minds to form a singular mental defense. If anything, it would just force you to go up against all of us at once, instead of just me. (Don't worry guys, as soon as this is over I should be able to disentagle everyone)

(ACP-3197 cannot affect Game Masters such as Moniker, due to reasons).

You keep telling your story. You even deliver your triumphant final line about how Cybil is now under the control of the mysterious keyword!

But, of course, it is just a story. Everything is still silent.

Go back, try center path in vents.

Free action: HOPE!

HOPE!

You turn around and explore the center path! You head forward a ways, and - ah, there's a grate leading into a room below, along with a lever next to it.

You flip the lever, and the grate pops off and falls below. Up ahead a ways, you see another grate pop off, shortly before the path ends. Below you is...Cells B1 and B2! The Players down below look up... now they, too, can access the ventilation shafts!

Cells B-1 and B-2 can now access the ventilation shafts!

It seems Cell B-3 doesn't have a ventilation connection. Dang.

ES mentally summons the Engage-class War Robot in the Dungeonscape. It only has moderate health and minor defences, but packs a very respectable offensive punch in return.

The Engage-class War Robot appears! It's going to crush these foolish invaders! How dare they threaten the mindscape!

I translate the note using my universal translator which I definitely now have.
5 dollars says the chest is a mimic.

A truly inspiring story from Urist helps me keep high spirits in these dank depths.

HOPE!

You translate the note...

"If anyone finds this, please... I dug this tunnel with pure grit, but my MIND is slipping... I'm so alone... and I can sense them, the discarded minions of our cruel master, calling for our blood... finish what I've started! Maybe you can save yourself..."

I start to flood the jail.

You turns the bucket sideways, and a steady trickle of water begins flowing out! Immediately, it flows towards a drain the bathroom, which catches the water. This flood will probably take some time.

Action:
Eyowe continues work on the Supersonic Shooter, settling for improving its offensive capabilities. He wants it to be able to punch through tough metal with no problem.

...at this point, it looks like Eyowe's just trying to turn this thing into a laser gun except the laser is actually concentrated and narrowed really loud sound.

Hope:
Eyowe hopes to turn the device into a laser gun except the laser is actually concentrated and narrowed really loud sound.

You make the Supersonic sniper! It can use sound to instantly kill things! Even through walls! It also can't be used as a megaphone at all now.

Hope...? Wait, no, you're just hoping for yourself...

[1] I make a Compressed Scratchy Paper Spearhead. Since it's stronger then a flamethrower but one-shot only, and flamethrowers kill things, the spearhead must be like, really deadly... and maybe it goes boom.
then, I chuck the Compressed Scratchy Paper Spearhead at the wall between B3 and B4, and hopefully break a hole in it. Wham?

[0] Hey, I explicitly said it wasn't Hope! Just for that, instead of HOPE or RAGE, I spend this free action to AGE and HOP. Why? Why NOT?

You make a spearhead! But it just gets stuck in the wall when you throw it... you retrieve it when you add it to your inventory!

(Thank you, this post was much better)

AGE? OPE?

The man crouches down, waiting around for the Eevee to climb onto the bench he put on his back. He then lifts it up, giving Eevee the boost he needs out. If Eevee doesn't get on, he instead picks up the player, putting him on the bench, before lifting it, followed by shoving it upwards to force Eevee to actually catch the vent and start climbing in. He appears fine with this. He then puts the water bucket on the bench then, offering it to Eevee. He finishes by picking up the bread and soap, and deciding to simplify things, puts it into his captchatory. All the extension of a captcha deck, none of the modus issues. He then places the Bench into his Benchkind Strife Specibar slot. Anyone confused suddenly comes to the realization he just combined his minecraft inventory system with the captcha system for ease of use. He then simply moves to the bars, before staring at the area he knows C1 and C2 should be, trying to see what is there.

"Oh, man going by the name Random-Guy, Could you pass the wood planks the bench shattered into to me. We could use crafting materials. Just set them in a stack, and get ready to get them to me once I think of a plan to translate it to me."
Suddenly the dungeonscape sees a new entity appears. It appears to be like an angel made out of ink, but upon looking at its face, they can see it is full of RAGE and yet, full of HOPE. The mans clothes had shown a quick flash of Purple, and Yellow as it appeared in the Dungeonscape.

You attempt to look towards C1 and C2... since you're in Cell B4, you can sort of make out the very end of a cell, that looks just like your own... you can't see the whole cell, or even the majority of the cell, but there's nobody in the 20% of the cell that you CAN see.

Hello comrades! It is good to see you! I'll work on opening up A4, the bars there are slightly weaker than here!
Free: HOPE!
1) I create a pickaxe, and start hammering away at the wall to A4
Oi Arsenical! Help me out over ere!

WHUNK WHUNK WHUNK!

Your pickaxe shatters after only a few tries! Arsenical tries making a drill, which breaks shortly after he pokes a few insignificantly-sized holes in the wall! The wall is now a little weaker... you could probably break it down this way, given enough time.

HOPE! You feel the HOPE wall get upgraded...

Clearly you haven't gone on any toilet diving adventures. Overkill is but a lie!

Fear not though glorious being that writes these high quality updates, I'll be diving into the toilet this turn. One last thing and then I'm off!

Grabbing a bunch of bread I craft myself a small propeller with a hand crank. Propeller, short bit of bread, and then the hand crank on the side. Sadly I had to use my power to get some wire, thatch won't let the crank move the propeller. (x1)

Then I dive headfirst into the toilet, my underwater mobility device (bread propeller) in front of me as I head into the watery depths of the toilet...OW! Gah I probably should have entered the toilet with less passion, I wouldn't have slammed my head. Oh well, forwards into the piping!

You give yourself a propeller! This lets you go faster in water! Whatever use that might be.

Into the toilet you go! At last! Magical toilet exploration! You manage to squeeze through the pipes without difficulty, and a few seconds later, you exit the pipe! After a few solid seconds of falling, you splash down into a large area full of water... and very dark.

You look around. It seems you're in some kind of sewer. Now that you're out of your cell, the theme has changed again from "dark medieval" to "futuristic chrome", but... the walls are grimy, mossy, and dank. Thankfully, due to lack of use the liquid flowing through this sewer is almost completely water, but it doesn't change the fact that this place is clearly poorly maintained.

Using the light you've managed to conjure, you find a large number of tightly-packed iron bars blocking off the way forward. Through the bars, you can see a treasure chest... and there's a lever right nearby!

Behind you, the sewer stretches off into the distance... maybe. It's too dark to see how deep it goes.

(Damn, wasted my action)
Action: break the bottom off of the hand sanitizer so the slime pours endlessly down across the floor, no better yet I use my weak player powers to augument the hand sanitiser pump with a small two stroke motor to pump the hand sanitiser out at huge speeds, it'll run on a bit of the hand sanitiser flow.

Hope action: it seems like there's little point to putting physical defences in a metaphysical realm aside from the attached emotional and mental value, which I suppose is fairly usefull, anyway I begin encrypting my own mind and soul to make it harder for others to understand, modify or take anything comprehensible from but still making sense from it's own perspective. Prolly take a few actings to complete.

Hand sanitizer slime is now running endlessly across the ground and into the drain! CaptainNZZZ may eventually feel a trickle of hand sanitizer on his head...

HOPE!

Free action: I continue to hope ("I have a major hand in this by the way")
Action 1: I realize that my mind may not be enough, so I concentrate my power into my arms. I take hold of the bars and I try to pull it apart.

HOPE!

You take hold of the bars and... GRAAAAH! That stings!

You end up forced to let go, and immediately black out for a few seconds, having done no damage...

In the Dungeonscape, a new enemy appears! Its a medium gobblebeast! Tougher than a minor gobblebeast by a good degree!

Free Action Focus - HOPE: I continue hoping with all my faith!

Action Focus - Pray: I continue to pray. I expend my point on 2 dimensional form! Now I can do Paper M*rio stuff! Coooool.

HOPE!

You can now go into... TWO DIMENSIONS! This has a vast number of applications, which you will surely soon begin to use.

As the walls of nearby cells come tumbling down I look happily at all the players now teamed up. Though, it seems that we're about to split. One half fallowing CaptainNZZZ down the drain, and the other following Otherguy into the dirt passageway. Being that my equipment won't function well when wet, I'll be exploring the passage.

I tear cell A3's oil lamp down as an extra lightsource, before deciding to improve it a bit first. I grab a big chunk of stale bread and cut it open. I hollow it out with a cavity that's roughly shaped like a parabola, then use a combination of player powers and soaked wall rubble to solidify the cavity's walls and bring them to an almost mirror-like reflectivity. I place the oil lamp inside this parabolic reflector at its focus to create the Bright Beamlantern! It focuses all of the lantern's light in a beam more or less going in a single direction, allowing it to light up things (such as traps and intersections) from greater distance than a normal lantern. With this creation in hand and my scratch rope over my shoulder, I descend down into the dirty passage!

I stop to to think about our situation. We've just been here for a few hours and are already tearing this jailhouse apart. This rate of progress really fills you with HOPE and DETERMINATION.

You create the OILFLASHER! It's just a really epic name you gave to what serves as a standard oil flashlight. Using it, you scan the area deeper into the tunnel before venturing forward! This also is a process the other Players could repeat, so long as they devoted an action to it.

Up ahead, you see... something moving! As you flash the light on it, it shuffles out of the way... once you advance deeper into the tunnel, you're likely to end up engaged in combat!

HOPE!!

Free action: I beam funny jokes into people's heads, helping them keep up HOPE.
Action: I try the right path.

HOPE!

Heading down the final unexplored path of the ventilation system, you end up reaching a part that goes upwards even more... you climb a ways, then it goes back to horizontal movement and you continue.

Eventually, you reach an exit. It's a drop into another completely dark room. Do you drop in? You might not be able to get up right away...

I upgrade my Blood starved beast's attack.

I hope we can get out of this cell!

HOPE!

You upgrade the thing's attack! Beautiful!

(x1) I use the scorcher to heat up thee bars, making them more malleable, and then with Dragon Scales protecting me from the heat,i gingerly push them to form a hole
(x0) HOPE!! which i use to patch up the sun in the dreamscape

You use the Sanitary Scorcher! ...But, it's just a little hand sanitizer fire! It isn't nearly hot enough to melt the bars enough to move them...

HOPE! Your HOPE fails to patch up the sun, but your healing allies are on the job!

I grab two floor tiles and some bread binding them together using toilet paper to create a sort of crued clothes pin like thing thing

The floor isn't really made of tiles, but in the end, you do manage to make a giant clothespin!

You continue hammering at the wall, but your hammer eventually also breaks! The task feels so fruitless... you've managed to make some progress on the wall this turn, but maybe there's an easier way to get everyone linked up...

HOPE!

Action: I give the HOPE Ballista sharper bolts, allowing it to deal more damage!

This is working out well.

The HOPE Ballista's damage has been upgraded! It is now ready to eliminate foes from its aloof top spot.

You enter the Mindscape, concentrating... you're trying to lift more of the mental blocks on your powers! However, this is a major undertaking! You'll need to spend your single action every turn maintaining this... and every turn you're active, more enemies will spawn in the DUNGEONSCAPE! Stay strong...

1action: I grant the Blood-Starved Beast adaptive regeneration, which increases its defense slightly whenever it takes damage.

You grant the Blood-Starved Beast even more power! Now, it regenerates health back every time it gets hit!

HOPE!

You give ParadoxDragonPaci gloves with which to touch the bars! It looks like the Sanitary Scorcher was mostly ineffective, however...

[A] Improve Sanitary Scorcher.

HOPE!!

You've upgraded the Sanitary Scorcher to the SANITY SIZZLER! A significantly better version, made with additional cell materials! Your allies can copy this, with one action - assuming they have a Sanitary Scorcher of their own as the base. Also, further improvements are almost certainly going to need better materials of some kind...

---------

The atmosphere in the dungeon is somewhat heavy. With Crusher's story finished, you wonder how long you can maintain your current stealthy position.

---------

THE DUNGEONSCAPE:

The Blood-Starved Beast, Bell-Ringing Woman, and Roman Legionnare all use a TEAM ATTACK on the Dark Cleric, destroying it! The Blood-Starved Beast gains another boost to its max health! The Engage-class War Robot and Ballistae both attack the Annoying Archer, dealing enough damage to finish it off. The AoE healer and Healix Angel patch the Burning Sun back up to 70% health!

The newly-arrived Medium Gobblebeast attacks the Roman Legionnare, ripping through its completely average defenses to bring it down to 30% health!

Two new enemies appear, attracted by FlamingFlapjacks core: A Medium gobblebeast and another annoying archer! As a reminder, FlamingFlapjacks core needs to be defended for the next few turns as it brings new enemies in. Defend it long enough, and it'll unlock a little more of your Player powers for you!

Suddenly, the House with Too Many Places to search realizes its slacking! It rolls to take in the new enemies! It takes both of the two new enemies, but leaves the medium gobblebeast already there!

Okay, it should be activating now. Wait, wait, now.

Nothing? NOTHING?

Crap.

Free Action: I decide to channel DETERMINATION, instead of HOPE. We will defeat Cybil, and I'm going to see to it that he personally dies for this. It's not a distant objective, it's a certainty.

Action: I summon an unusual item into my hand, then taunt Cybil.

"Alright, Cybil, I don't know how, but you've managed to resist my secret weapon. But that won't stop me from killing you.
"

"I've escaped countless prisons, holding facilities, and even afterlives. Your security measures are strong, but I have a number of tricks to beat them."

"For instance, although you've searched us, you weren't able to catch everything. I've hid this in a pocket dimension linked to me, one that you missed during your exhaustive search."

"It's a Weath Ray, one of the most terrifying weapons known. It's actual raw damage value is quite small, and this instance can only do a tiny amount of damage."

"However, it's impossible to block. If I know where you are, I can hit you, and all you can do is run around in circles and hope that I miss. If you aren't moving, I'll be able to scope in, aim at the base of your spine, and delete it, leaving you paralyzed from the neck down for the rest of your life."

"Luckily for you, I don't know where you are just yet. But luckily, that's not all it can do. Right now, I'm going to blow the consoles off of these doors, forcing them open!"

I look over to another cell that's visible, try to see where the door console on the cells is relative to the cell, and then use that to aim the device through the wall at the approximate position of the console. If there is no door control console, I instead fire at the lock on the cell door, and if that's also not present, I aim at what's most likely to be a weak point in the bars. Then, I pull the device's trigger, and a red beam shoots out. It has no effect.

"Luckily for you, I missed. My precognitive aiming ability isn't what it should be. But I have infinite ammo, so I'll keep firing until I land a hit!"

I continue firing every 10 seconds or so, shooting out another red beam.

(Note: I'm making ALL of this up as a diversion to troll Cybil. It's actually just an odd-shaped, chargeable, battery, that projects an illusionary red beam when its trigger is pulled. Real Weath Rays don't have a red beam, they just produce a sonic boom when in-atmosphere.)

I carefully approach and open the treasure chest, wary of danger, but HOPEful of something to further our collective cause.

(1x) The Defender appears in the dungeonscape.
The high defense and minor attacking power, his main weapon is the ability to defend those who can deal much more damage than he can.
His role is to defend the ones who are vulnerable.

[0] I continue to AGE
[0] I also OPE. interestingly, OPE is an archaic word for Open.
[0] while I'm at it, I HOPE. [0]and I HOPE. [0]... HOPE doesn't seem like a word any more. I [0] HOPE this goes away eventually, but regardless of my [0] HOPE, it probably won't until i've stopped [0] HOPEing every 10 words... i [0] HOPE it ends sooner though, it's weird how [0] HOPE doesn't seem like those letters should fit together. also, [0]HOPE. as you can see, there is much [0]HOPE. if I'm doing this, I'm doing it right, my friendo. buddy. chum. pal. homeslice. breadslice. dawg.
[1] OH HEY! we have player power now. and we have that godmodder-energy radiating communication channel. since we have player powers now, we can probably get by without it working that well, we can player-power contact one another... and even if that's not the case, I doubt 1 player power is enough to send the devil's channel crashing down into nothing.
so... I use this 1 player power, and some of the godmodding energy from the com-channel, to make a anti-Godmodder lock. maybe it's a small one. maybe it doesn't scale. i don't know. but I make one, and if it's area of effect is large enough to surround all the players, I use it immediately... that'll hopefully maybe protect us from MIND drain, since that's all godmodder stuff and we're surrounded by not that.

This action is [0]HOPEfully boosted by [0] HOPE.

The man just looks annoyed now. He pulls the bench up onto his shoulder, before pushing it downward towards the ground, giving him enough momentum to grab the ledge into the vents, and then placing the Bench in his Benchkind Strife Specibar.(Reasoning for much of this comes from last turn, but was not addressed) He then turns over to look at Eevee. "Fine, find your own way up then."
He then proceeds to move over towards karpinsky, trying to see if there is a path further towards cells C1, and C2. He figures that there has to be something there. He searches around that are of the vents.

HOPE, and RAGE action (In case my not being clear in that regard was why nothing happened last turn)
He also looks into the Dungeonscape mentally, with Karpinsky being able to see that teal color shift which he seems to be doing more and more frequently. He is appalled that his Rage/Hope Angel didn't appear in the Dungeonscape. It was supposed to be there, even if he had been vague last turn as to where it came from. He then notices the Hope and Rage energy still within him. He then, his Hoodie shifting to half Purple, half Yellow summons up the creature into the Dungeonscape.
They begin to converse again, "You seem like you are feeling better, Jet. I suppose so, Smirk. I suppose your little motivational speech did eventually have some affect on me. You are still a fool though. Good, I didn't want anyone to mistake my hard work on that impression as genius or anything." He seems, even though many things went against him, happier.

(Action!)(Hope Action + 1 Action)
(Hope!)
I take some time to HOPE in hopes that those enemies in the house won't find the keys and not harm anyone's mind.

(Action 1)
I look at the the the spear in hand and ponder a bit. I then nod to myself as my memories and skills before this whole player and godmodder thing finds its use here as I grab enough floor thatch to start creating a machine to create more the Scratchspear.

I finish it up by adding a hand crank on to the side of the thatch machine and then inserting the toilet paper end into the opening of the machine! Now I just need to crank it so that I can get more spears out of one action!

I sit done after that and mention to my cell that someone can probably create a ladder or rope to get into the vents and that I'll be probably staying in the cell to make more spears.

Hope Action: The House With Too Many Places Too Search suddenly starts being a lot more slippery. Searching entities shall find they sometimes slip, bang their head upon one of the many pieces of furniture that require careful searching beneath and between and lose a turn being dazed and having found themselves on the floor.

Action Action: I use all of my power for this turn in aide of my Hope Action

"So... seems like everyone is making weaponry, huh? Might as well join in."

Action 1 -
Kyle picks up one of the knives from the infinite cutlery. Although not actually useful in a combat situation, better than nothing.

Wait.... why not enhance it?

Although only having a knife to work with, Kyle realizes that there are other things too - mainly, SOUL. The knife, although still plastic, begins to take an edge. It flashes a deep red before becoming a steak knife instead of the simple butter knife it was before.

EQUIP -
Weapon -- Nothing --> Steak Knife
Attack -- 1 --> 5

A: ...Let's not burn the bars on second thought. Let's make armor instead.
FREE?: Hope, Determination, Dreams, Memories, Hope again.

[x1] A 'minor' fire attack clearly wouldn't work against the bars, but perhaps a medium one?

...Leah then realizes she's in a massive room filled with flammable materials. All of 1 player power probably won't save her buttox from multiple 'deaths' and eventually loss of this 'MIND' quality. That's a bad idea. At the same time, the ventilation shafts now appear to be an option for her.

...Prepare, prepare, prepare. They do not have much time to waste, but the other players hustle and bustle with plenty of business. Now that she's armed, now she needs defense of some sort.

She takes out the stale bread and the thatch. The thatch is likely the most 'comfortable' thing in the room that she has an infinite quantity of, so she figures that proper application would do to make the insides of her armor (yes, she's making armor) more comfortable. The bread, the hardest thing there, is obviously the padding, pretty much only so because of her lack of any other sufficient material moldable enough, while still being the hardest thing there on account of being stale. I mean, seriously, that thing is like bendable rock.

"Operator is attempting to arm themselves. We will send over schematics for the armor over the channel when it is completed," Omniglot quips as it moves around, helping speed up the process a little by cutting up some of the bread into desirable body-covering shapes.

Leah thinks to herself, all the while... Her arms have been completely static before. Perhaps they were running off of player power? Well, they still functioned perfectly fine as regular arms even with no player power at all. She might want to consider testing this, later, when this is all over, but before they just seemed to be on auto-pilot, doing whatever they wanted (which always ended up helping Leah) with only mild prompt. Perhaps it may benefit her to learn how to actively control the arms, just in case.

She focuses... The arm of liquid cobalt crystal and the arm of hollow gold react, to her surprise, immediately-and this time, she feels what's going on, like her brain's on fire, thoroughly aware of exactly how those arms move. Not in a painful sense, though-she quickly gets to grips with her new... Feelings, and immediately tries to tap, as deep as she can.

That'd probably be a stupid idea in any other circumstance, but for this one, it's only a waste of time-she barely goes deeper than the surface before she cognizes a massive mental blockade preventing her from doing much more. She backs off, mentally, instead concentrating on what she can manipulate-which, to all present, is definitely the form of gold/cobalt tendrils, taking the bread and efficiently chopping it, creating screws, nails, and plates out of sheer bread crust as Leah sees fit, with just a few pinches of water to grease the wheels. As her main hands and Omniglot carve up the individual shapes of bread into breastplates, greaves and more, so to do the tendrils, fixating on the minor details-little rough patches, tiny problems, and otherwise keeping out of the way of Leah and Omniglot, operating deftly and without intrusion nor error.

When they're all done, Leah looks somewhat similar to a knight, if knights made armor out of bread and thatch; her face is now totally obscured, and while it is likely her design decision, only her arms (neither of which look like they'll be damaged by much of anything) remain uncovered. A set of gauntlets are attached to two hoops near the waistline, though, so anyone copying the armor would get a full set.

Leah has crafted the Baker's Dofense. To save Moniker the effort of having to type out that everyone else can craft it, and as its been the case before, any other player can copy the Baker's Dofense (or possibly a slightly lesser variation, if Leah's done like a knockout job) with one action. The Baker's Dofense is a defensive implement worn on the body as a tough armor that will make it harder for random pains to assault and KO you while in the Prison. Due to being made of bread, it's unlikely to be improved without better resources, but due to being made of bread, it does not do much to impede movement.

[x0?] Leah hopes this armor will protect her in the inevitable battles ahead, carry her straight out of this jail cell, carry her straight to the Godmodder's face, and enable her to punch it until the Godmodder, by doctor's decree, has been declared completely removed of any bodily part that could constitute a 'facial feature.' She also hopes she can see Fenix again, as little as she knew him. He seemed like a nice guy. She hoped he was the nice guy he seemed like. She hoped that Fenix wouldn't magically vanish with the death of the Godmodder as a Godmodder Construct-ontological inertia, please exist. Hopefully, it exists. Hopefully.

Hope. Leah isn't a hoping person. She's the kind to make hope by tearing it out of the ground and making it herself, metaphorically speaking. And that's what she's doing-she's taking a miserable situation, like Piono did, and turning it into, bare minimum, a last dying spit at her unconquering foe.

...She wonders what happened to him. He must be around here somewhere... Hopefully. He seemed strong, decent, reliable, a person to rally behind.

Action 1: I create the ASSASSIN BOT in the Dungeonscape! If not targeted by the enemy it attacks, it deals double damage in a surprise assassination! If targeted by the enemy it attacks, however, it only deals a fourth of the damage.

Free Action: We can do this!

"... oops... my bad."
"well... now we know what happens when we do THAT."
"Well, I am sorry... I thought the bars wouldn't do something like that."
"... have you looked at the sign outside?"
"wait, what sign?"
I look out the bars to see a sign saying, "WARNING! touching the bars will result in shock and blackout."
"Wait THAT WASN'T THERE BEFORE!!"
"Was it? I am pretty sure that was always there..."
"Whatever..."
I look back to see the sign has now disappeared.

Free action: Despite my mistake I made, I keep on hoping. I can feel my hope getting stronger.
Action 1: I continue to concentrate on a weapon, a pickaxe that is built to weaken the jail's bars. I then proceed to hit the bars with that.

(x0) I add a bit of DETERMINATION to the HOPE to add solidity to the structure

(x1)upgrade my Sanitary Scorcher into the Sanity Sizzler....you know....the name is not exactly the most...hopeful....I will call this particular one the "Flame Purger"

Free Action: I beam images into people's heads. In these images, there is an oncoming train, but you're standing back from the yellow line and have nothing to worry about.
Action 1: I return to Cell B-4, and make myself a rope of layered paper and thatch, with knots placed at 3-foot intervals.

Would someone in Cell B-4 take the spikes used to secure the bench of the bench and give me them?

Welp this wall breaking seems doomed... so... Arsenical! Create a lantern and follow me!
1) I make a hammer, and climb down under A-3. I march into the darkness, Arsenical lighting the way, and hit the monster hiding in the darkness!
Free) I suppose this is a good time to HOPE!

Action:
Work on the Supersonic Sniper does not end. This time, Eyowe is working on securing it as so no opposing force will be able to use it against him and his allies. Turns out, having a device that "instantly kills things" is not something you want to be used againdt you.

...it's probably easy to tell, but he's being paranoid right now.

Hope:
He is putting a lot of hope on this weapon.
