Player/Arbiter Mix Thing
Defeat the Godmodder 2: Alchemiquest!
---

In this game, the goal is rather simple: create items through alchemies strong enough to damage and eventually defeat the Godmodder!
Of course, it could never be this simple. Some quick rules and guidelines:

Rules/Tips -

1: Don't expect your attacks against the Godmodder to actually work.

2: Every turn, each Player gets 3 actions they can use to alchemise an item or otherwise affect the field. Said actions revolve around Player Power, which generally gets stronger the more progress is made. Additionally, a free action can be used once every turn to preview an alchemy.

3: The more creative an attack, the higher chance of the attack actually working and dealing damage to the Godmodder. However, even it does hit, it'll normally only deal minimal damage to the Godmodder - but never-the-less, if the Godmodder does take enough hits he can and will go down!

4: You can *try* to help the godmodder, but he'll always repay your kindness with pain.

5: Combat proceeds through a fairly basic turn structure - first, all the Players go, then the entities of each side, the godmodder, and any other NPCs will act once all the posts have been responded to.

A simple faction list of all known/created factions.
[Anti-Godmodder] The primary Player faction and dedicated to fighting the Godmodder.
[Pro-Godmodder] The enemy faction by most Player standards. Fights with the Godmodder and follows his orders.
[Neutral] A neutral faction that doesn't take a major stance in the war, but rather utilizes the Player Power and Alchemiter to accomplish their own goals.
[Anti-X] A general entity tag, stating they will not fight anything BUT the thing specified in it. Players generally don't have this tag.

[Void] / [Hostile] A tag for creatures and various entities that want to see the world come to ruin. Hostile towards both sides.

[Science] A Player created faction of scientists and those who want to tinker with the Alchemiter, pushing the stuff they create to it's limits. Generally Neutral, although some do fight with the Anti-Godmodders within the war.
[The Orange Company] Essentially, an AG sub-faction composed of currently Algot and his entities. Current overarching goals unknown.

6. Alchemies, the main focus of this game, are preformed through a device called the Alchemiter - which... was ripped directly from Homestuck. For those of you who haven't seen the webcomic, basic rules on the Alchemiter follow.
- 6A: Alchemies require Grist to be constructed. Grist accumulates at the Player Power's number per round, and therefore, is subject to change.
- 6B: There are two main types of alchemies: && and ||. && is the standard combination, and combines two items together the way everyone's used to. ||, on the other hand, is "form combination", meaning it takes the abilities of one, and applies it to the shape of the other.
- 6C: Depending on how powerful the alchemy is, the Grist amount needed to alchemise it varies. It can and will vary, with the Grist cost growing the more powerful the item. Level costs are listed in this table:

Level 1 - 1000 GristLevel 11 - 180,000 Grist, 1000 Precious Grist (P.G.)
Level 2 - 2000 GristLevel 12 - 250,000 Grist, 2000 P.G.
Level 3 - 5000 GristLevel 13 - 400,000 Grist, 5000 P.G.
Level 4 - 7000 GristLevel 14 - 600,000 Grist, 7000 P.G.
Level 5 - 12,000 GristLevel 15 - 1,000,000 Grist, 12,000 P.G.
Level 6 - 20,000 GristLevel 16 - 1,300,000 Grist, 20,000 P.G.
Level 7 - 30,000 GristLevel 17 - 1,700,000 Grist, 30,000 P.G.
Level 8 - 50,000 GristLevel 18 - 2,400,000 Grist, 50,000 P.G.
Level 9 - 75,000 GristLevel 19 - 3,500,000 Grist, 75.000 P.G.
Level 10 - 120,000 GristLevel 20 - 5,000,000 Grist, 120,000 P.G.

- 6D: Various different extensions are capable of being installed into the Alchemiter with time and effort! The current list of extensions is below.
  • SCP-914 is a complex clockwork device that lets players transform their alchemies without having to alchemize them with a new ingredient, as well as recycle alchemies for Grist. It has five settings and will consume the input item unless the players says otherwise. The first setting, Coarse, will break the input down into its raw alchemy components and also refund you its Grist cost, letting you "recycle" items with it. The second setting, Rough, will consume the item and produce an item one level lower as well as refunding you the Grist cost difference between the output and input. The third setting, 1/1, will produce a random item of similar theme and level for no cost. The fourth setting, Fine, will produce an item of 1 level higher than the input and will cost the Grist difference between the two items. The fifth setting, Very Fine, will produce an item of 3 levels higher than the input and cost the Grist difference like Fine, but the items produced often have drawbacks in exchange for increased power. To use SCP-914, say "I do [Item] >[Setting]" if you want to consume the input and "I alchemize [Item] >[Setting]" if you want to alchemize the result separately.

  • The Enlarger is a standard extension provided by Sburb that lets you create smaller or larger versions of alchemies. A larger alchemy is 2 levels higher while a smaller alchemy is 2 levels lower. It creates new items so you have to pay the full Grist cost. To use the Enlarger, say "I alchemize [Item] -O Shrink" or "I alchemize [Item] -O Enlarge."

  • The Loom is, as the name suggests, a complex mechanical loom that allows players to convert items into clothing or armor alchemies. It has two settings: Decorative and Non-Decorative. The Decorative setting creates new Lv. 0 clothing alchemies that are purely decorative, free of cost, while the Non-Decorative setting can either consume a non-clothing/armor alchemy and produce a clothing/armor alchemy of the same level for no Grist cost or allow you to separately alchemize the armor alchemy for full cost. To create a decorative alchemy, say "I do [Item] ~~~ Decorative," to convert an item into a defensive alchemy, say "I do [Item] ~~~ Non-Decorative," and to separately alchemize a defensive alchemy, say "I alchemize [Item] ~~~ Non-Decorative."

  • The Potion Mixer is an upgrade that combines the functionality of the Brewing Stand and Dune Rotary Potion Mixer from DTG2. It allows the player to brew and upgrade consumable potions. Normally, the Potion Mixer brews or upgrades potions by consuming an ingredient and adding its LVL to the total of the resulting potion, and this process can be repeated over and over as long as one keeps adding more ingredients. However, the ingredient must have been produced through the Alchemiter or acquired from a sidequest to work, as pure Player Power summons are insufficient. The Potion Mixer can also separately alchemize a potion recipe for the full cost of the potion. Finally, the Potion Brewer can combine two potions into one potion with the effects of both, though the resulting potion can be volatile depending on the potions mixed, so the user beware. To brew or upgrade a potion, say "I do [Potion] OOO [Ingredient]" if you're consuming the ingredient and "I alchemize [Potion] OOO [Ingredient]" if you're alchemizing the potion separately. To mix two potions together, say "I do [Potion 1] O0O [Potion 2]" or "I alchemize [Potion 1] O0O [Potion 2]" if you're alchemizing the mixture separately.

  • The Garage is an extension that allows the user to easily produce their own vehicle entities for personal transportation and escort using Grist. A vehicle alchemy produced by the Garage can be deployed on the Battlefield as an entity worth its LVL. If that vehicle entity is killed, it will not be gone forever, but will instead be put into a broken state, and the user can spend the cost of its LVL to repair it. To use it on an existing item, say, "I do [Item] -c Garage," or like SCP-914, say "I alchemize" instead to create a new item.
Gutza is awesome he just saved me like 30 minutes here

7. Different player factions and therefore PvP is allowed, so have fun with it!
- 7A. Countering costs one action, or double the amount of Grist obtained through a direct Action being converted into Grist. (8000, at the current Player Power)
- 7B. Players merely have to counter the attack through any and all means possible! All attacks and counters will be considered in the update, where it will be determined how effective the attack is!
- 7C. Pings are required when attacking another Player to give them a chance to counter!
- 7D. Player Injury -

Player Injury is a stage system, straight from DefTG. For those who haven't played the game, here's how it works:
Not Injured - The normal and ideal position for Players to be in.
Slightly Injured - Occurs when somebody has been hit with an attack that goes through. Though there's no effect on their actions yet, this is separate and requires healing.
Moderately Wounded - The Player is injured to the point where it has a serious effect on their actions, lessening the effect of whatever the action does.
Seriously Wounded - The Player is noticeably injured and bleeding. Actions are far less powerful, averaging around half of their normal Player Power.
Critically Wounded - The Player is on their last legs. Actions are close to having almost no power and the average attack is pitiful.
Mortally Wounded - The Player is literally on the deathbed. Any action preformed here will be their last, called a Mortal Action and being immensely powerful. It will also kill them as the last of their power, which was keeping them alive, is used up in the attack. Healing from this condition must be preformed by another Player or an item, and can't come from the Mortally Wounded player.

8: Have fun, and don't worry too much!

V.1.2 - Added Alchemiter Extensions to the rules and made them possible!
V.1.1 - Added the Grist Cost, Countering Rules, Preview Action, and Changelog to the main update.
V.1.0 - Original Rules and the post itself.

Update 2
Sword of the Valkyrie && Wings of the Valkyrie && Dane Axe
Longship && Oar
Samurai Sword && Firework Bow

Sword of the Valkyrie && Wings of the Valkyrie && Dane Axe:
[LVL 2 - 2000 Grist] Valkyrie Hal-blade:
A strangely shaped sword, with the hilt being shaped like wings, and the sword blade having an extra dual-axe style blade at it's tip. Although rather impractical, allows you to deal 2000 extra damage to standard entities.

Longship && Oar:
[LVL 0 - 0 Grist] Oarred Longship: It's a standard longship, but outfitted with far too many oars for it's own good. It'll still allow you to sail places, though! Just... like a normal... longship...

Samurai Sword && Firework Bow:
[LVL 2 - 2000 Grist]
Blossom Bow:
A bow carved of cherrywood and engraved with pictures of blossoms and samurai. It's capable of dealing standard action damage to an enemy, plus 1000 damage to the entities on either side of it in the entity list.

Godmodder Damage && Applicator

Godmodder Outrage at previous Alchemy && Aneurysm Inducer

Sharp Sword || Adamantium

Godmodder Damage && Applicator:
[LVL 20 - 5,000,000 Grist, 600,000 Precious Grist] Godmodder Damage Applicator:
Instantaneously deals 1 damage to the Godmodder, then disappears!

Yea, you aren't gonna be able to do this one for a while. At least you know what it is.

Godmodder Outrage at Previous Alchemy && Aneurysm Inducer:
[LVL 1 - 1000 Grist] Godmodder Brand Headache Inducer
An essence that causes the target of it to instantly take 1,500 psychic damage as the Godmodder's smirk of superiority is ingrained into their skull. Looks rather painful.

Sharp Sword || Adamantium:
[LVL 2 - 2000 Grist] Adamantium Sword:
A basically styled sword cut out of pure adamantium. Deals an extra 2000 damage to the target when used.

Druid Staff && Lich Skull && Gem of Magic

Druid Staff && Lich Skull && Gem of Magic:
[LVL 3 - 5000 Grist] Staff of Withering:
A grey, wooden staff with a shriveled leaf still connected to it and necromantic energy radiating from it's center. When the user of the staff strikes a foe with it, the foe withers before them - dealing 3,500 damage.

Adorable Chibi && Enchanted Crimson Adamant-Weave Cloak && Bag of Wondrous Artifacts

Adorable Chibi && Enchanted Crimson Adamant-Weave Cloak && Bag of Wondrous Artifacts:
[LVL 2 - 2000 Grist] Stereotypical Anime Cloak:
Along with having way too many impractical uses to list (such as imitating any anime character on the face of the planet), the cloak can provide the user to instantly pull things that really shouldn't fit in the pockets out of them (video-game protagonist style) and provide a little bit of defense.

Godmodder's HP && -- Operator

Astatine && Francium

Freefall 01386 February 23, 2007 || Religious Text

Godmodder's HP && -- Operator:
[LVL 10 - 120,000 Grist] -- Godmodder HP Transitioner:
Transitions the Godmodder's HP from it's current value to -- for the turn, preventing any damage to him after this post. Disappears after it's use.

Astatuine && Francium:

[LVL 4 - 7000 Grist] Francium Astatide:
A highly unstable crystal that exploded in the span of a round due to the high radioactivity and reactivity it contains. When it does explode, it deals 5000 additional damage to it's target as they're exposed to shockwaves of radiation.

Freefall Comic #01386 || Religious Text:
[LVL 2 - 2000 Grist] Obscenely Dense Religious Book:
An absolutely massive book containing the ideals of omniquantism - and therefore, the ideals of every single god, because all of them exist and are correct. Despite this, the bookstill has a massive amount of contradictions within itself.

I proceed to buck the trend and in doing so buck the Godmodder with a buck's worth of adult male deer named buck.

I then proceed to completely miss the point of all of this by using my Grist not to alchemize, but arrange it into a base of operations: Fort Grist!

I then being research into alchemy preview technology in case I need to commit a heresy and actually follow the intent of the game.

Seeing everyone crowd around the Alchemiter, the Godmodder figured he was fairly safe from the actions of the Players this turn...
And then, he's bucked. Seeing the buck's worth of deer named Buck, he starts fearing for his own safety... This was before he realized that a deer normally sells for more than one US dollar, and that he was bucked by a singular thirtieth of a pelt. He proceeds to buck it off.

Fort Grist has been founded, with the Grist being poured into it forming directly into extra HP!

Looking into the Alchemiter, you discover that... you have no clue what this thing does to function or how this thing even functions. Several strange spirograph-looking things are a dull gray inside, and you don't see anything inside... wait, is that a switch back there?

Finally. The ultimate DTG game. I've been waiting YEARS for this.

I start things off simple.

Generic Gun || Liquid Luck

Tiny throne && A shattered pair of green glasses

I then do my third alchemy...

My fist && The godmodder's face.

Generic Gun || Liquid Luck:
[LVL 2 - 2000 Grist] Lucky Shot:
A gun that has a high chance to hit an enemy's weak point, and hence deal higher amounts of damage. Has a 50/45/5% chance to deal 1000/3000/10000 extra damage with an attack, determined by Random.org.

Tiny Throne && Shattered Green Glasses:
[LVL 1 - 1000 Grist] Tiny Emerald Throne: A tiny throne studded with green glass shards that have been passed off as emeralds.

Nyatsunemiku's Fist && The Godmodder's Face:

[LVL 5 - 12000 Grist] Attack Diviner:
A device capable of showing a Godmodder attack's result in advance if a specific aspect is used in the attack. Could possibly be useful, but it still breaks after it's first and only use.

Let's begin by taking out of one of my Heartstrings!!

Cheesecake && Meme Tea

Illusions && Hardlight Generator

Wand || Phoenix Feather with a Unicorn Tail hair tying it to a Paradox Dragon Heartstring

(Ow)

... are you okay?

Cheesecake && Meme Tea:
[LVL 1 - 1000 Grist] Memetic Snack:
A snack that's capable of increasing the memetic potential of an individual. What one would use this for beyond internet popularity is unknown.

Illusions && Hardlight Generator:
[LVL 2 - 2000 Grist]
Illusory-Reality Beam
A generator capable of making a small plane of hardlight walls, combined with a bunch of various illusions that could make said hardlight look like literally anything.

Wand || Phoenix Feather with a Unicorn Tair Hair tying it to a Paradox Dragon Heartstring:

[LVL 4 - 7000 Grist] Paradox Wand
A black and white wand imbued with elements of magical creatures and more importantly, paradoxes. Allows the user to create minor and localized paradoxes in the region.

Plastic Armor && Comic books.

D100 && Copy of Hussie's Broomstick.

and last but not least.

Pen && Sword

Plastic Armor && Comic Books:
[LVL 2 - 2000 Grist] Comical Armor

A plastic suit of armor that can shift to replicate a classic suit of superhero armor. The only problem is that it's plastic, and therefore doesn't posses the same powers as the real thing. Still provides basic protection.

D100 && Hussie's Broomstick Replica:
[LVL 6 - 20,000 Grist] Narrative's Whims:
A pair of ornately carved metal D10s, which control a minor event in reality depending on the roll.

Pen && Sword:
[LVL 2 - 2000 Grist] Ink-Blade:
A sword that can ink the enemy and cover them in black, similar to a game of Splatoon. Deals 2,500 extra damage to them when used as a part of an attack action.

ALCHEMYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY

Hmm. Actually, I may want to start off simple and gradually "tech up."

A1: Assault Rifle && Plasma Igniter = Electrochemical-Thermal Assault Rifle
A2: Room-Temperature Superconductor && Copper Wire
A3: Graphite && Capacitor

(The last alchemy should make a "supercapacitor" because graphite is being used to enhance the power output and charging speed of experimental capacitors)

Assault Rifle && Plasma Igniter:
[LVL 2 - 2000 Grist] Electrochemical-Thermal Assault Rifle:
A gun that has an improved targeting and aiming system due to the plasma igniter within it, allowing the bullet to be more accurate and go faster than it normally would. Deals an extra 2500 damage, due to these factors.

Room-Temperature Superconductor && Copper Wire:
[LVL 1 - 1000 Grist] Super-Wire:
A wire capable of conducting energy with minimal energy cost.

Graphite && Capacitor:
[LVL 2 - 2000 Grist] Expiremental Supercapacitor:
A capacitor capable of doing more and powering more than normal ones. Has a small chance of exploding due to it's power.

Oh, I thought each individual item would be an action! :0

Well, I'll do the following as well:

Old Man && Martial Arts Scroll && Internal Energy Manipulation Teachings

Ancient Dojo && Gravity Plating && Healing Center

Old Man && Martial Arts Scroll && Internal Energy Manipulation Teachings:
[LVL 4 - 12,000 Grist] Master Sensei -
An entity capable of providing a 1-time boost to an entity's stats as he teaches them. Applies to actual, moving and breathing entities, increasing their HP and attack by 1000 and 500 respectively.

Ancient Dojo && Gravity Plating && Healing Center:

[LVL 6 - 20,000 Grist] Timeless Dojo -
A structure resembling an ancient dojo of the times of yore but modified with modern technologies and necessities. Gravity plating and a healing center allows for a small amount of additional training, along with a healing capability.
---
End of Turn Battle:
The Godmodder simply looks and stares at the group of 10 players standing before him, all having warped in from various places of their own and subsequently utilizing the Alchemiter in a frenzied mood. Smirking, he waves his hand, and a strange staircase opens up beneath him. From beneath the stone floor of the region everyone is standing on, a strange entity emerges. It looks... vaguely portal like, and as soldiers emerge from it it's purpose becomes clear... It's totally a summoning entity. Gosh,
GORILLA it.

Also, everyone gains 5000 Grist as the turn ends!

[Heck, if you really want to help write them down yourselves in an inventory. I'm considering pulling a MSPAradox and making players keep track of their items with all the items being made in this anyways...]

Note to self: Pay attention to these next time. Also delete them before the updop.

Update 3
Robotics factory && Armory && Biological Testing Facility.

I spend all remaining actions, if I have any left, to summon more grist to fuel my next or current alchemy.

Also I'm currently neutral, until I figure out my faction.

______
Inventory: Staff of Withering.

Robotics Factory && Armory && Biological Testing Facility:
[LVL 5 - 12000 Grist] Bionic Labratory:
A simple labratory dedicated to the infusion of tech with life. Slightly questionable in it's techniques, but capable of creating mechanical-life fusion entities with Grist being provided.

You have two actions left, and convert each into 2000 Grist! Doesn't seem like it's nearly as effective to convert them into Grist, but it is possible...
Also, you start the
Neutral faction, represented by [N]! No Faction changes to Unaligned in response.

Conveyor Belt && A Picture Of The Players Of This Game

Pendulum && Morning Star

The Godmodder's Mom || Wrecking Ball

Conveyor Belt && Picture of the Players:
[LVL 0 - 0 Grist] Picture Maker:
An assembly line capable of making pictures. Currently set to somehow include everyone posing for a picture atop the newly-constructed Fort Grist, despite this never happening.

Pendulum && Morning Star:
[LVL 2 - 2000 Grist] Stellar Pendulum:

A pendulum of ornate brass. Mystically linked to the sun, and serves as a way to tell the time on this barren stone field.

The Godmodder's Mom || Wrecking Ball:

[LVL 6 - 20,000 Grist] Karen:
A wrecking ball to any company she dares behold and berate. A stereotypical outraged mom, essentially.

I go to work attacking the portal with my Valkyrie Hal-Blade, slicing and dicing it up

Monk Staff && Shuriken
Purple Belt in Karate && Chinese Dragon Parade Float

Before the turn starts, you recieve the 5000 Grist from the last turn, as it didn't register in the inventory.

You attack the portal using the Hal-Blade, and deal a solid 7000 damage to it!

Monk Staff && Shuriken:
[LVL 3 - 5000 Grist] Shuriken Staff:
A staff that when swung, fires a shuriken out of it. Said shuriken deals an additional 3000 damage, in addition to being able to attack at range! Whether the latter bit is even important, however, depends on how complex this game ends up as.

Purple Karate Belt && Chinese Dragon Parade Float:

[LVL 4 - 7000 Grist] Purple Dragon Belt:
A belt that vastly improves the user's karate skills, and improving any martial arts based attack by 2500 damage. Plenty of versatility with this!

[No Faction] Alastair - 0 Grist
Inventory: None
1, 2, 5, 7, 12, 20, 30, 50, 75, 120,[] 180, 250, 400, 600, 1000, 1300, 1700, 2400, 3500, 5000

I gasp dramatically and call out to the Godmodder. "YOU'LL NEVER TAKE FORT GRIST YOU CAD!"

With my declaration as Anti-Godmodder out of the way, I proceed to use this turn's worth of Grist to create a canon for Fort Grist! However, I neglect to make any Grist Cannonballs. Hmm...

Before I do anything else though... I flip that switch. Surely it's not a bad idea, right?

Before I can suffer the consequences, I proceed to use myself as ammunition for my Grist Cannon and launch myself... at the portal! The soldiers can wait their turn! Maybe! Portal's got to go first though!

You declare yourself as an Anti-Godmodder, or an [AG] for short!

Grist used to build the Grist Cannon, which has 1000 attack per turn... as long as it has ammunition. Which... it doesn't.

You also flip on that switch inside the Alchemiter, which will have it's effects explained at the end of the turn. You didn't stick around to notice by launching yourself out of the cannon - and then dealing 6000 damage to it in the process, hitting it head first!

A bidoof appears in Fort Grist, and begins hanging up Christmas lights adorably.

You do so, making Fort Grist fit the season and adding 13000 HP to it's max health! Fort Grist is now Festive Fort Grist!

I head into the Dojo and realize that I require students! Also, The Master Sensei seems to be a bit frail, considering he only applies a one-time boost... maybe I should improve him a bit?

Master Sensei && Peak-Condition Clone

Well, there's the Master improved, I should make some students now! You... uh, don't have the master.

Anime Girl && Massive Potential && Green Hair Dye

Of course, while these two were working together to improve, I'd need something to actually defend us! They aren't working together. They don't exist yet.

Medieval Footman && Laser Rifle && Halberd

[LVL 2 - 2000 Grist] Stereotypical Anime Cloak:
Along with having way too many impractical uses to list (such as imitating any anime character on the face of the planet), the cloak can provide the user to instantly pull things that really shouldn't fit in the pockets out of them (video-game protagonist style) and provide a little bit of defense.

You don't have this due to a lack of Grist.
[LVL 4 - 12,000 Grist]
Master Sensei -
An entity capable of providing a 1-time boost to an entity's stats as he teaches them. Applies to actual, moving and breathing entities, increasing their HP and attack by 1000 and 500 respectively.

Or this.
[LVL 6 - 20,000 Grist]
Timeless Dojo -
A structure resembling an ancient dojo of the times of yore but modified with modern technologies and necessities. Gravity plating and a healing center allows for a small amount of additional training, along with a healing capability.

Still a placeholder.
Errm... it appears that you've misunderstood the rules. I've... left some comments in the post. Nevertheless, the alchemy attempts you just did are indeed valid actions. Here you go:

Master Sensei && Peak-Condition Clone:

[LVL 8 - 50,000 Grist] Prime Master Sensei:
The Master Sensei in his prime. Still can only preform a one-time boost to the entities as they train under his tutelage, but it comes over the course of 3 turns and is significantly better, providing a higher increase. (You don't have him, or the Master Sensei. Not enough Grist.)

Anime Girl && Massive Potential && Green Hair Dye:

[LVL 5 - 12000 Grist] The Girl with the Green Hair:
A stereotypical anime girl, capable of incredible feats and the standard stuff. Despite this, even the heroes with the most potential won't grow fighting things without effort...

Medieval Footman && Laser Rifle && Halberd:
[LVL 4 - 7000 Grist] Timeless Infantry -
A footman pulled from the medieval times and equipped with both modern and ancient weaponry.

I deploy a jumper block extension and one punch card shunt.
then I alchemize Capchlouge card && camera
lastly I try, the infinileaf clover && Felix felecis || Leprecaun.

The jumper block extension doesn't seem to have a slot to fit into the Alchemiter here... but that's when you notice the Godmodder with some kind of remote. That sneaky piece of irritation and trolling shut off the extension ports!

Capchlouge Card && Camera:
[LVL 1 - 1000 Grist] Photaugralouge Camera:
A camera that prints Capchlogue Cards of whatever it captures. Many items don't seem to register well with it though, especially considering the limited capabilities of the Capchlouge Card's limit of item possibilities...

Infinileaf Clover && Felix Felecis || Leprechaun

[LVL 16 - 1,300,000 Grist, 20,000 Precious Grist] Stupidly Lucky Leprechaun:
A leprechaun that literally alters timelines with his very presence to make everything go the best way it possibly can for him by manipulating luck probabilities. Quite the chaotic individual and probably a bad idea to alchemise.

(x1)I alchemise the Paradox Wand
(x1) With the Paradox Wand, I stare at the soldiers... now fo you know what's a Paradox ?? A Pacifist Soldier. I create a Paradox in the soldiers, turning them into pacifists who I then give tickets to a very nice vacation spot.
(x1)I feed the Memetic Snack to the Fort Grist, this makes it highly popular on the Internet, steadying attracting viewers to the website I opened up for it. There's a small donation link there asking for Grist or any other supplies. Hopefully, some of the people attracted will be generous.

You alchemize the Paradox Wand, costing you 7000 Grist!

The soldiers look at each other, suddenly having lost their will to fight for the Godmoddder. As you give them their vacation tickets, they thank you and say they're be off by the end of the turn!
Soldiers non-violently dealt with! You would gain Grist right now, but Gutza's action also affects the soldiers...

The Grist becomes a flash hit on Reddit, gaining internet fame and popularity! The Reddit Golds & Platinums you're capable of obtaining, along with the generous donators on GristFort.com, give Fort Grist a cache of 3000 extra Grist to use! Memetic Snack removed from the inventory.

Equipping the items I have Alchemized, I charge the godmodder, hoping to slash him with my sword, not to deal damage though that would be a nice bonus, but to blind him and stop him from concentrating on his summoning.

The Godmodder looks at the attack, and expecting a normal sword slash, creates a small barrier to trip you! Although you end up tripping, the ink from one of the Inkblade's containers gets all over his eyes, making him more vulnerable to attacks!

1. Throne of Heroes(Fate) && Nidavellir(MCU)
2. Curse of Achilles && Dragon's Blood
3. Yongpyo && Kamen Rider Zero-One

Throne of Heroes (Fate) && Nidevellir (Marvel Cinematic Universe):
[LVL 12 - 250,000 Grist, 2000 Precious Grist] Forge of Ideals:
A forge capable of forming entities using the purest ideals that souls represent. With enough Grist, these entities could be exceptionally powerful, but... uh, we have a slight problem of alchemizing this thing first.

Curse of Achilles && Dragon's Blood:
[LVL 3 - 5000 Grist] Soul's Weakness:
A potion only usable on Players. Summons them to the field for one turn as an entity with a healthbar, where they get double attack damage for the turn, but also are open to attacks from the Godmodder and his forces. Risky, but potentially powerful.

Yongpyo && Kamen Roder Zero-One:

[LVL 6 - 20,000 Grist] Magitech Android
An android enhanced with the magic found within the Yongpyo. Capable of many superhuman feats.

Rejection letter || Magnetic Field Reflector

Rejection Letter || Magnetic Field Reflector:
[LVL 3 - 5000 Grist] Magnetic Field Rejector:
A gun that instead of shooting any typically styled bullet, fires a cone instead. Anything and everything within this cone no longer has any magnetic field applied to it.

5K Build Grist

Hmm... the Supercapacitor's instability is going to be a major liability. I won't be able to fix it until I get some better materials, though.

(x1) But first, I think I'll need to acquire more Grist. I heft my E-TAR and take aim at one of the Soldiers with the gun's iron sights, then pull the trigger. A burst of high-speed rounds fires from the barrel and impacts the Soldier, riddling their body with bullets.

Now, I will have hopefully acquired some more Grist from this act, so I'll alchemize some more components...

Experimental Supercapacitor && Reinforced Casing = Reinforced Supercapacitor

REINFORCED SUPERCAPACITOR: An upgraded version of the Experimental Supercapacitor housed within a reinforced casing, preventing it from exploding.

Lithium Battery && Air Pockets && Super-Wire = Lithium-Air Superbattery

LITHIUM-AIR SUPERBATTERY: An advanced lithium-air battery upgraded with lossless superconducting wire, making it significantly more efficient.

You look at the soldiers with a sense of duty. As a Player, it is your supposed JOB to reduce every threat originating from a Godmodder to zero. ... Wait, that paradox dragon already did something about them peacefully, didn't h-
BANG!
Soldiers eliminated! You and Paradoxdragonpaci both gain 3000 Grist!

Expiremental Supercapacitor && Reinforced Casting:
[LVL 3 - 5000 Grist] Reinforced Supercapacitor:
As you said, an upgraded version of the Expiremental one. Now has a 1/10^9999 chance of exploding, which is more than enough to quell worries.

Lithium Battery && Air Pockets && Super-Wire:

[LVL 2 - 2000 Grist] Lithium-Air Superbattery: An incredibly efficient battery that can go years without running out of charge. (Technically, lithium-air batteries exist already, but...)

A small explosion occurs on the battlefield, and after it subsided there was a strange being. It looked mechanical, though you have a feeling it wouldn't like being called that. It also looked incredibly skeletal and....oh goddamnit don't tell me this is who I think it is.

"-enobi! Wait? What?!" Screamed General Grievous "Impossible! Where am I!?"

After a minute of studying his surroundings, the cyborg General takes notice of the soldiers summoned by the summoning portal. "Wherr have I been taken?! Answer, Republic dogs!"

The Soldiers, of course, provide no answer. And since this is someone who isn't the Godmodder ot someone serving him on the Battlefield, a group of them proceeds to rush towards him and attack.

"If it's a fight you want, I'll gladly give you one!" Says Grievous. He dropped his cloak on the ground, revealing his full body.

Its ass kicking time.

Action 1: Grievous quickly grabbed one of the approaching soldiers by the chest with one of his clawed feet, then twirling him around and slamming him into the ground, crushing him. Turning back to the rest of the soldiers, he pulled out two lightsabers, igniting them with that delightful sound we all know and love. He jumped up, and brought the lightsabers down on two of the soldiers, stabbing them through the tops of their head. As the rest of them hem state in shock and fear, he quickly slices them apart with a series of quick slashes from his sabers.

Action 2: Lightsabers still at the ready, Grievous examines the rest of the soldiers, prepared to resume his slaughter, before he takes notice of thesummoning portal. The General is able to quickly ascertain this is where the rest of them came from, and so it's important to take that out first. His two arms begin splitting apart into an entirely different pair, and he pulls out his personal blaster-the Grievance Striker. General Grievous bumrushes the portal, readying his blaster in one of his main arms and three lightsabers in the other. Any soldiers attempting to attack him on the way quickly find themselves torn apart by the deadly blades. Once he gets there he aims his blaster at the portal and fires directly inside of it. Slicing at it with Lightsabers is clearly less likely to do anything, but firing inside it might do something.

Action 3: Finally, the General notices everybody using the Alchemiter, and using my to create new items. He moves over to it, his large mechanical claws heralding his arrival as he did, and rudely pushes whoever just finished using it out of the way and inspects it closely.

"An unusual machine! But maybe it can be useful.....let's see what it can do!"

Blue Lightsaber && Grievance Blaster

Inventory:
5000 Grist

The soldiers prove themselves to be dead, as right before Grevious would've attacked them they're shot by the Paradox Wand, then literally shot and killed. Irritated, he lands an extra slash on the summoning portal, doing a grand total of 12000 damage!

Blue Lightsaber && Grevience Blaster:
[LVL 2 - 2000 Grist] Bluesaber Blaster
A standard Grevious Blaster, but tinted blue. It shoots cyan-colored empowered bullets akin to the blades of lightsabers that deal 2500 extra damage to those shot with it.

Adamantium Sword && Endlessly Replenishing Bullets

The above is handed off to nyatsunemiku, for use in the Lucky Gun against the Summoning Portal

Other 2 Actions: I hide in Alastair's Grist Fort (free action I think), and set up a grist mine/synthesizer (two actions)

Adamantium Sword && Endlessly Replenishing Bullets:
[LVL 3 - 5000 Grist] Adamantine Gunblade:
The same blade as before, but this time it's capable of firing bullets at range as well. This, along with the increased amount of Grist poured into it, ups it's damage to 3000 per attack action.

You give the Adamantine Gunblade to Nyatsunemiku, and then build a Grist Synthesizer as well! It's capable of generating 500 Grist a turn, and slowly adds to the Fort Grist Grist Cache.

7,000 Grist

Lucky Shot && Whatever That-Random-Guy just made.

Lucky Shot || Sniper Rifle

I take a LUCKY SHOT at the Summoning Portal! I go through a series of elaborate rituals to build up luck, including building up speed for 17 hours and then backwards long jumping to warp through parallel luck universes to shoot it!

Lucky Shot && Adamantine Gunblade:
[LVL 4 - 7000 Grist] Lucky Gunblade:
The Adamantine Gunblade imbued with the luck potential of the Lucky Shot. Deals a grand total of 2500/5000/20000 damage on hits by an adamant bullet, with the same potential of 50/45/5% chance as the previous ones.

Lucky Shot || Sniper Rifle:

[LVL 3 - 5000 Grist]
Lucky Sniper:
The concept of the Lucky Shot, dealing 2000/4000/15000 damage. Deals damage at a longer range, which may or may not come into play. Again, depends on how complex this game gets.

Using the sacred arts of WAHOO, you search for lucky universes and outcomes - giving you a +10 bonus to the D100 roll!
D100 Roll: 57 + 10: 67
You deal an additional 9000 damage to the Summoning Portal!

---
End of Turn Battle:

Festive Fort Grist's cannon would fire, but it doesn't have any Grist Cannonballs to fire!
The Grist Synthesizer adds 500 Grist to the Reserve!

The Timeless Infantry attacks the Summoning Portal, dealing 1500 damage to it in total!

The Godmodder wipes the ink from the Ink-blade, irritated that he fell for that in the first place. That isn't gonna happen again. He uses the remainder of his turn to speed up the Summoning Portal, allowing it to summon two groups of entities this turn!

The Summoning Portal summons a second group of Soldiers and a group of Medic Soldiers!

Due to Alastair's actions, Alchemy Preview Mode is activated as several of those weird Spirograph engravings turn back on! Every turn now, one alchemy can be previewed as a free action per person! This will be added to the rules!

Everyone gains 5000 Grist as the turn ends!

Update 4
Slinky && Knife

Boxing Glove && Lightsaber

John Egbert's Dissected Corpse From My Chem Class && G.I. Joe Doll

Slinky && Knife:
[LVL 2 - 2000 Grist] Extend-o-Knife:
A knife with what is clearly a slinky wedged in between the hilt and actual blade. Despite this defying all laws of known physics, it stays retracted until swung, in which it provides a wide arc. Deals 2,500 extra damage to the target.

Boxing Glove && Lightsaber:
[LVL 2 - 2000 Grist] Saber Glove:
A boxing glove with kyber crystals embedded into the knuckles. Emits small razors of plasma in front of the gloves, allowing the user to punch with the power of what is essentially small lightsaber stabs and dealing 2500 extra damage.

Jhon Egbert's Dissected Corpse && G.I. Joe Doll:

[LVL 7 - 30,000 Grist] John Egbert Doll:
A doll of John in his hero's clothing. Comes complete with Breath aspect powers!

I make one more add-on to the Bionic-Laboratory.

Bionic Laboratory && Virology Lab.

I then convert the rest of my actions unto Grist to fuel the current alchemy I've started on.

________
Actions: 1 is spent creating and additional add-on for the Bionic-Laboratory, the Virology lab.

(Virology is the study and applications of viruses)

2 is spent bring converted into Grist.

3 is spent to hopefully finish the Alchemy, if not it's also converted into grist to aid the Current Alchemy Progress.

Action spent to create the Bionic Laboratory, costing 12000 Grist!

Bionic Labratory && Virology Lab:

[LVL 4 - 7000 Grist] L.O.B.A.V:
Short for the Labratory of Bionics and Virology, this lab is capable of engineering creatures with both bionics and viruses imbued into their system. You'd better not try to start the cyborg-zombie apocalypse. It replaces the base building as an upgrade instead of a normal alchemy, where you normally keep the components.

You convert your last action into 2000 Grist.

((I'm AG, BTW))

6K Build Grist

I spend an action by spending the Fort's Grist Reserve to alchemize Grist Cannonballs for the Cannon, then spend the remaining two actions firing my E-TAR at the Summoning Portal, destroying it!

AG Faction joined.

You spend the Grist Reserve to alchemize - wait, no, that's just a bunch of Perfectly Generic Objects stuck together. BUILD 12 cannonballs, allowing the Grist Cannon to fire! You also realize each Cannonball costs 250 Grist as you quickly do the math.

Two well placed shots of the E-TAR causes the portal to malfunction, it's portal interior seeming to glitch and then outright disappear! You, Nyatsunemiku, Grevious, Alastair, and Plague all obtain 6,000 Build Grist!

Hwacha Arrows && Sun Wukong's Staff
Paintbrush && Paint Pallet

I then spin the Shuriken Staff like a propeller to launch a barrage of shurikens at the portal.

Hwacha Arrows && Sun Wukong's Staff:
[LVL 3 - 5000 Grist] Staff of the Thousand Arrows:
A staff capable of summoning way too many arrows, similar to that of a hwacha. Although each of these arrows is individually low powered, they all hit the enemy - and add up to a total of 3,500 extra damage per attack when used.

Paintbrush && Paint Pallet:
[LVL 0 - 0 Grist] Paint Set:
A basic set of tools for painters to use, nothing too special.

The portal's frame creaks and groans as shurikens are embedded in the flame! It's now at negative health...

I capitalize on the power of Reddit from last turn to get someone to come and be Festive Fort Grist's Cannoneer! They'll make Cannonballs at a rate of 100 Grist a turn for the Fort's Cannon to fire, drawing exclusively from the +500 Grist a turn it gets!

With Action number 2, I apply a large piece of tape, slightly larger than the portal itself, press it firmly against its nonexistent surface, and then peel it off of reality! Then, before physics can object, I roll it up and shove it into the nearest Black Hole. Since Godmodder, on the whole, are evil bastards who know not love, the Godmodder clearly has a Black Hole for a heart. Ergo, I shove his own portal into his heart! And he can't remove it, since it's stuck to the tape and the tape I stuck it to.... WAS DOUBLE SIDED! So now the Portal is stuck to his Black Hole of a heart!

And finally, I use my 5,000 Grist and use it to create a Grist Forge! Now, I can use it to shape, melt, crush, and otherwise work Grist to make tools and other materials out of it directly! Naturally, the Grist Forge is an add-on to Festive Fort Grist. Wait, what fuels its fires? A GM determined amount of Grist is burned with each use, of course!

....yes, this is entirely so I can make swords, shovels, and to see if I can make some sort of more valuable grist from the processes. Plus maybe Grist Sheet metals.

A random user appears and begins assembling cannonballs out of a mere 250 Grist per turn, because that was the previously set rate!

You stick the portal frame on the Godmodder's heart, leaving a gaping hole in reality directly where it was! You see... nothing in there. Nothing but gaping blackness, and the occasional eldritch horror or two. Nothing to really worry about.

You use the 5000 Grist for your turn and create a Grist Forge, allowing you to get more bang for your buck out of the Grist normally used every turn. However, this depletes the remainder of the Grist Synthesizer's creation-per-turn amount... which could be a problem. Eventually.

5,000 Grist

I meticulously place a bunch of d20s on the ground, all on "1", to trick the universe into believing I just had a stroke of bad luck, so it balances out and gives me good luck soon!
I put on some shades, and dual wield the Lucky shot and Lucky Gunblade for a 2x luck based double-action combo shot at the summoning portal!

I preview Lucky Gunblade && Tiny Emerald Throne.

The universe determines that you deserve at least a 15, and gives you a +15 bonus for the next two rolls you make in response!
d100 Roll 1 = 28 + 15 = 43
d100 Roll 2 = 84 + 15 = 99 = Crit!

A grand total of 23 thousand damage is dealt to the void where the portal used to be! Something from beyond growls back...

Lucky Gunblade && Tiny Emerald Throne:
[LVL 1 - 1000 Grist] Gilded Gunblade:
A gunblade built more for show instead of actual use. The luck aspect from the original has been phased out to a degree as well with only a 5% chance of a crit with 5000 damage and the rest dealing 1000.

Photagralouge Camera

I try Build Grist && cookie clicker

then I do super smash bros ultimate && waluigi

lastly I " Robobot Armor || set of plain clothes"

Build Grist && Cookie Clicker:
[LVL 0 - 0 Grist] Grist Game:
A mage similar to Cookie Clicker where everything has been replaced with Grist, and increases exponentially. The only problem is that it's still just a game and doesn't actually output Grist.

Smash Ultimate && Waluigi:

[LVL 5 - 12,000 Grist] Waluigi Assist Trophy:
A standard assist trophy, summoning Waluigi in a tennis outfit. Other than his Ultimate moves, he can't really do much.

Robobot Armor || Set of Plain Clothes:

[LVL 7 - 30,000 Grist] Copy Clothing:
A set of clothing capable of scanning and copying data from clothes, giving the wearer a similar ability.

(x1)I mourn the unnecessary loss of Lives, and with my action, create the Graveyard, nothing more then a memorial to the list of entities killed in this war.

(x1)Using my ability to think with Portals, I create 2 of them, one above another, and drop some water into it, creating an infinitely falling water stream, I then place a turbine such that it will forever be spun by this and link this to an Energy-to-Matter Fabricator, I then use a jail broken Gristibator to convert the Matter into Grist automatically. I then seal up the entire set up in a box and Attach it to the Grist Synthesiser.

(x1)with the Paradox Wand, I create a bunch of Paradoxes onto the Godmodder, I'll only get one chance at what I'm attempting to do. Therefore, I first bombard the Godmodder with Dark Light, blinding him temporarily with Pure Darkness before turning his Up into a Down, flipping him over instantly.I then cause his Lack of a Cape into an Excess of Capes, preventing him from easily getting up. When he does so, he's too late from my completion of the 2 Paradoxes that will hopefully hurt him. I first make him Weak, for a Godmodder is the Apex of Strength, and thus, a Paradox is them being at the very bottom of the pecking ladder, and so he is thus. The second is the Paradox of Life, for to live is to Die, andas he was alive, he is now Dead. This doesn't stick for obvious reasons, but the emotional damage of his inevitable Death will hopefully do something.

Graveyard created! Although a non-combatant, it will forever be there for the entities that were killed. Hopefully, it ends up with more of the Godmodder's forces than yours.

Grist Synthesizer's production capacity per turn boosted by another 300 through portals managing to create infinite energy!

The Godmodder, shaking off the blindness quite easily, is not prepared for the reversion of gravity and sudden amount of capes, momentarily stunning him and making him vulnerable to the following paradoxes - the weak and soon-dead Godmodder soon is hit with the realization of his own mortality - and wasn't prepared for it at all. Emotions of failure and the like bombard him before he finally succumbs and lets it through to his healthbar. 1 Damage!

Grievous studies his new weapon, impressed by the Alchemiter.

"Ahaha! A fine new weapon! This device will serve me well!"

Then he turns to the Godmodder, and sees him speeding up the portal. So, he logically (but incorrectly) assumes that he's the reason he brought him here. And considering the people who have powers in his universe are pretty much exclusively Jedi, he also assumes that the Godmodder must be one.

"Jedi filth! You dare to take me here against my will?! You will die, the same as so many of your brethren before you, no matter what powers you have gained!"

Action 1: Grievous equips a pair of Lightsabers in his first pair of arms and his Bluesaber Blaster and Grievance Striker in the other. After that he starts rushing towards the Godmodder like some sort of demented skeletal cyborg raptor. He used the two Blasters to fire at the Godmodder while he was at a distance, then suddenly switching to using his Lightsabers once he was close enough to catch him off guard. The General proceeds to attack the Godmodder with a series of swift slashes and strikes.
....and during the battle, he ends up accidentally destroying the remote the Godmodder was using to disable extensions

Action 2: Since he's now noticed that someone has been using Grist to build up a fort, Grievous decided to use this "Grist" for something too. So he takes 6000 Grist, and uses it to create a small troupe of MagnaGuards (represented as one entity of it wasn't obvious). 1000 of that Grist is used to give them the ability to block attacks, 2000 goes into their HP, and 3000 goes into their attack.

"Kill them all!" He says, pointing at the soldiers and by extension the summoning portal.

Action 3: As an afterthought, he fires off a blast from the Bluesaber Blaster into the summoning portal.

2000 Grist
[LVL 2 - 2000 Grist] Bluesaber Blaster
A standard Grevious Blaster, but tinted blue. It shoots cyan-colored empowered bullets akin to the blades of lightsabers that deal 2500 extra damage to those shot with it.

The Godmodder, equipping a pair of cortosis-bladed swords, blocks all of the attacks expertly and seems to drop the remote almost on purpose. By the time you do realize this, it's too late: the remote is crushed by one of your clawed feet. The Alchemiter's add on ports don't open. Well, frick. You pick up the remnants of the remote in the hopes that somebody comes along who's capable of fixing this...

MangaGuards end up being created, and will attack the remainder of the soldiers on their turn.

Whatever is in that rift is clearly tired of being shot at. You're kinda surprised it hasn't comHOLY -
C-Thun unwillingly summoned, on the void faction! It just wants to kill things!

... the power to erase something so fundamental to the universes laws... I gotta test the implications for bioelectricity (in brain and nerves) by shooting into the mass of AG soldiers (which I do).

EMP-Grenade || Magnetic Field Rejector

I want to predict what

Magnetic Field Rejector || Assault Rifle

does

You fire two cones of Anti-Magnetism at the AG troops, completely disabling Grevious's new soldiers and the Timeless Infantry! The Godmodder wonders if this was just a typo or if you meant to do it, but finds it unlikely to be a typo because "A" and "P" are on complete opposite ends of a QWERTY keyboard...

EMP-Grenade || Magentic Field Rejector:

[Level 4 - 7000 Grist] AMF-Grenade:
Short for Anti Magnetic Field Grenade. A one-use item creating a localized region of non-magnetism that fades after the round is over, this has more potential for damage than the Magnetic Field Rejector.

As you approach the Alchemiter again for a preview, a small, green-glowing keyboard emerges from the console. You type in your desired preview...
Preview: Magnetic Field Rejector || Assault Rifle:
[Level 6 - 20000 Grist] Magnetic Rejection Rifle:
A rifle capable of causing complete magnetic field failure on it's target. It's combined with the ability to attack twice on different entities as well, hence killing off more of them at once. Good for clearing out low level crowds.

Upon getting up and looking around, I would realize that me Ink blast on the Godmodder did absolutely nothing to stop him from summoning I would place my attention on using my Ink-Blade the Ink and attack the Medic Soldiers, Charging in like a Drunken Demoknight

You cause complete overkill to both groups of soldiers while you're at it! This is enough to net you 10,000 Grist!

Bag of Holding && Pokeball
Starlink(Elon's new satellite) && Ar-15
Rabbit Fullbottle && Steel Sword

Bag of Holding && Pokeball:
[LVL 2 - 2000 Grist] Bag of Capture:
A strange, leathery Pokeball capable of capturing not just Pokemon, but standard items as well. Serves as a good way to snatch items without going and picking it up!

Starlink && AR-15:

[LVL 9 - 75,000 Grist] Starstorm:
A interconnected series of satellites capable of attacking anywhere on the battlefield, regardless of location. Technically an entity, but serves more as a special attack due to not easily being targetable.

Rabbit Fullbottle && Steel Sword:

[LVL 5 - 12000 Grist] Steel Swiftsword:
A sword imbued with the properties of the Rabbit Fullbottle. Capable of splitting a user's attack action in two, dealing halved damage to both targets. Also, provides 3000 extra damage.

I'll spend all three actions searching for more Grist!

6000 Grist

[LVL 2 - 2000 Grist] Stereotypical Anime Cloak:
Along with having way too many impractical uses to list (such as imitating any anime character on the face of the planet), the cloak can provide the user to instantly pull things that really shouldn't fit in the pockets out of them (video-game protagonist style) and provide a little bit of defense.

You manage to crank up the Grist Synthesizer temporarily, giving yourself an extra 6000 Grist!

An unappetizing-looking cake with all of the above somehow stuffed into it. Deadly to anyone who will eat it and enough to damage Godmodders, if they somehow fall for it.

Build Grist && Preciousness:
[LVL 11 - 180,000 Grist, 1000 Precious Grist] Precious Grist x1000:
Produces 1000 Precious Grist... which... uh, was kinda a waste of 180 thousand Grist. Not sure why this one would ever be used.

&& && ||:

[LVL 7 - 30,000 Grist] &| Modifier:

[LVL 0 - 0 Grist] ?? Modifier:

Action 2: Bag of Holding && Vacuum

Action 3: I drop the Obscenely Dense Religious Book on the Summoning Portal, crushing him under the weight. What? You people thought I was going to do some elaborate symbolism-dense attack with that? Nah, it's still like the third turn of the game.

A undefined item that instantly deals damage to the Godmodder, once a turn. Very, very broken and rather glitchy... even just previewing the alchemy makes you feel uneasy.

Bag of Holding && Vacuum:
[LVL 4 - 7000 Grist] Infinite Vacuum:
A Bag of Holding capable of sucking in everything loose around it, and sending it to the infinite abyss it contains. Good luck getting anything out of it, though.

The Obscenely Dense Religious Book is dropped on the "frame" surrounding the Tear in Reality, and you notice it dent a little bit! 5% closure!

I join the game!

Using my initial hoard of Grist, I begin with a few simple alchemies.

Action 1: Wand && Sword

Action 2: Tuba && Cubicle

Action 3: Staff && Spear && Sniper Rifle

Welcome to the game! Currently, things are just getting kicked off, but uh...
There's always the Godmodder to destroy, along with an extradimensional rift and an eldritch monster.
DTG games in a nutshell.

Wand && Sword:
[LVL 2 - 2000 Grist] Spellblade:
A sword engraved with runes and capable of casting magic-based attacks. When used, deals 2000 extra damage to the target.

Tuba && Cubicle:

[LVL 4 - 7000 Grist] Band Wing's Teacher Lounge:
A workspace for all the music/arts teachers in a rather large school. Capable of dealing massive damage to Richard and Verradd, but neither of them are in this game!

Staff && Spear && Sniper Rifle:

[LVL 3 - 5000 Grist] Stabby Sniper-Staff:
A staff with a rifle built into the handle and a spear-tip attached to the front. Can attack at both melee and range, dealing 3000 extra damage to a target.

---
End of Turn Battle:

Fort Grist's cannoneer attacks C'Thun, dealing 2000 damage! Realizing that hardly left a scratch, he... becomes a bit worried. The Timeless Infantry and the MagnaGuard would attack, but they can't due to being Disabled by hungry visitor's beam!

The Tear in Reality does absolutely nothing minus look menacing! C'Thun attacks the Timeless Infantry, dealing 6000 damage to it as it's claws rake through the armor it wears and shocking it out of Disabled status!

The Godmodder sees that his first small batallion's been defeated, and... stumbles on various ideas for a split second before eventually deciding on what to do. Staring everyone straight in the eyes, he creates a medieval army and sends them to directly attack Fort Grist! Of course, they've just been created out of pure air and can't exactly go just yet, as they're still getting organized. Their creator facepalms as he totally overlooked this.

Everyone gains 5000 Grist as the turn ends, yet again.

Update 5
now that i have enough grist..Purple Karate Belt && Chinese Dragon Parade Float
Rapier && Balloon Bow
Musket && Halberd

Rapier && Balloon Bow:
[LVL 1 - 1000 Grist] Party Rapier:
A rapier that has several rolls of party streamers superglued to the hilt. Releases balloons with every single hit and does a base of 1000 extra damage. Still not entirely useful.

Musket && Halberd:
[LVL 2 - 2000 Grist] Halberd Musket:
A musket that somehow uses halberds for ammunition. Although rather impractical to wield, an attack made with this does have 2500 extra damage, because getting impaled with a halberd hurts a lot more than a small bullet.

I'll finally use one of my recipes and summon the following:

Anime Girl && Massive Potential && Green Hair Dye:

[LVL 5 - 12000 Grist]
The Girl with the Green Hair:
A stereotypical anime girl, capable of incredible feats and the standard stuff. Despite this, even the heroes with the most potential won't grow fighting things without effort...

Now I actually have someone able to be used, and I'll hand her the Stereotypical Anime Cloak. Still, I don't think she's quite ready for true combat yet. I'll take her to an isolated area and alchemise the Cloak (Stereotypical Anime Cloak && Heavy Weights). Now, I expect this to be rather difficult to move around in... but that's exactly the point! If she can move in this, she'll be able to move way better without it!

Anyways, I'll start meditating and use my final action in an attempt to gather further Grist into myself, likely no being able to replicate the effect of the previous turn, but hopefully enough to make a minor item in the future.

5000 Grist

[LVL 2 - 2000 Grist] Stereotypical Anime Cloak:

Along with having way too many impractical uses to list (such as imitating any anime character on the face of the planet), the cloak can provide the user to instantly pull things that really shouldn't fit in the pockets out of them (video-game protagonist style) and provide a little bit of defense.

[LVL 5 - 12000 Grist]
The Girl with the Green Hair:
A stereotypical anime girl, capable of incredible feats and the standard stuff. Despite this, even the heroes with the most potential won't grow fighting things without effort...

You create the Girl with the Green Hair, and hand her the Stereotypical Anime Cloak. However, you realize there's a slight problem with moving her somewhere to be safe... there's nowhere to move her. Surrounding the stone platform everyone's standing on is just a void of nothing but a sheer drop. Come to think of it, where the heck ARE you guys?

You also meditate and get 2000 Grist.

//reminder to add the Paradox Wand to my Inventory
Also, the Timeless Infantry's HP is at 1000 only due to C'thun's Attack

(x0)PREVIEW:Sonic Screwdriver&&Basic Multitool&& Swiss Army Knife

(x1)I alchemise: (Panacea&&Scroll of Curaga&&Health Potion)|| Syringe

(x1)If the above action is successful in granting me a Healing Alchemy, I use it on the Timeless Infantry. If not, I use the Illusionary Reality Beam to set up an illusion depicting the Timeless Infantry as dead, protecting them From further attacks.

(x1)(Paradox Wand) I invoke yet another Paradox, the opposite of an army is but a single Person, thus turning the Medieval Army into a Medieval Person.

Preview: Sonic Screwdriver && Basic Multitool && Swiss Army Knife:
[LVL 3 - 5000 Grist] All in One:
A multitool that essentially has any common tool within it, making it usable for a vast variety of functions. An extremely valuable item for somebody who isn't a reality-bender and still usable for one who is.

(Panacea && Scroll of Curaga && Health Potion) || Syringe:
[LVL 3 - 5000 Grist] Healer's Syringe:
A one-use syringe filled with a red liquid, instantly healing an entity for up to 10000 HP and minor status effects.

The above is promptly used and the Timeless Infantry is healed to full HP!

As the Paradox Wand is used, a second paradox is invoked: the ten Medieval Knights (now singular, knight*) doesn't have the strength of one, but of many. This is also known as what happens when you combine a whole bunch of souls together.

I smile in glee as my Bionic Laboratory activates, but I feel even more glee as I turn it into the L.O.B.A.V, which of course while I won't start a total apocalypse, there will be Cyborg-Zombies and other things of course.

Many of them.

Of course I'm probably going to need to defend my newest creation, so I work on a new Alchemy.

Submachine Gun && Tripod && Motor && Camera, in case you couldn't have guessed it, I'm making a Sentry Turret.

With my last action, I *don't* burn it to make more Grist, rather I create the Grist Foundry, which synthesizes Grist from atomic particles in the world around us, so I'm unlikely to run out of fuel for my new Foundry soon.

I can already feel the soon to be Grist tide flow.

I place it in the Bionic Laboratory, soon to be L.O.B.A.V.

_______
Actions:

1.) Is used to create finish the L.O.B.A.V.

2.) Is used to create a new recipe Submachine Gun && Tripod && Motor && Camera to hopefully create a Sentry Turret.

3.) Is used to create the Grist Foundry, and place it in the L.O.B.A.V.

The L.O.B.A.V is created, upgrading the Bionic Labratory and replacing it.

Submachine Gun && Tripod && Motor && Camera:

[LVL 4 - 7000 Grist] Sentry Turret:
A turret that looks suspiciously like the ones from Portal. Has high attack, but dies in a singular hit - just like the games.

You create the Grist Foundry and place it somewhere inside the L.O.B.A.V, allowing for items to be forged! Using the ambivalent Grist in the air around itself, it's essentially self-fueling and won't need to worry about power. (Um... let me know if this needs to be changed. I'm not entirely sure I interpreted this correctly.)

I use my photogralouge Camera and snap a picture of the alchemiter

then I alchemiter && jumper block extension

lastly I (and the colors are important) alchemize Algot && Algot

Also I Preview Super smash bros ultimate && game in witch waluigi is playable.

You snap a picture of the Alchemiter!

Alchemiter && Jumper Block Extension:

[LVL 10 - 120,000 Grist] Upgraded Alchemiter:
An Alchemiter with the Jumper Block Extension attached. You aren't quite sure why it costs this much to make a second Alchemiter...

Algot && Algot:
[LVL 12 - 250,000 Grist, 2000 Precious Grist] Algot:
An Algot that is essentially the Algot from Reap the Godmodder and Destroy the Dark Mage combined - also known as a pseudo-godmodder demon thing. Powerful if/when summoned, but definitely chaotic and evil.

Preview: Smash Ultimate && Mario Tennis Aces:
[LVL 1 - 1000 Grist] Smash Tennis Ultimate:
A game of Mario Tennis with every single character in it from the Smash Ultimate roster, along with the Mario Tennis Aces cast, as playable characters. Many SBURB players wish this alchemy was the other way around.

I decide to buff up my armor and get to work and trying to have my way with the narrative.

Comical Armor || Bullet proof Vest

D100 && Hussie's Broomstick Replica

After doing that I would try to use my Man-Emperor Given not heretical Pyscher powers to try and close the gate, and hopefully nothing's going to go wrong.

Comical Armor || Bullet Proof Vest:
[LVL 2 - 2000 Grist] Superhero's Vest:
This is more like it! A vest providing a better amount of defense, it still retains the look of it being straight outta a comic book and is now quite useful to your well being.

D100 && Hussie's Broomstick Replica:
[LVL 6 - 20,000 Grist] Narrative's Whims:
A pair of ornately carved metal D10s, which control a minor event in reality depending on the roll. Better rolls generally map out to better outcomes for you.

I join the [AG] faction.

Action 1: Infinite Vacuum && Polarity Reverser (Intent: a version of the Infinite Vacuum that can spit out the stuff it's sucked up.)

Action 2: I use the Infinite Vacuum (or its higher tier equivalent) to suck the edges of the Tear in Reality closer together, closing it.

Action 3: Periodic Table && Wand

If I can preview alchemies as a free action like in MSPAradox here, I preview SCP-871 && Time Acceleration Field.

Joined the AG's faction!

Infinite Vacuum && Polarity Reverser:
[LVL 3 - 5000 Grist] Infinite Repeller:
An inverse of the Infinite Vacuum, allowing stuff to be repelled away from the small bag that is the vacuum. When combined, you realize you essentially have a fantasy-style knockoff of a Poltergust!

Using the Infinite Vaccum, you're able to close the portal an additional 18% rather easily!

Periodic Table && Wand:

[LVL 5 - 12000 Grist] Modern Elemental Wand:
A wand capable of harnessing the elements in a more modern way, allowing manipulation of an individual element on the periodic table. Allows any action based around this a bonus of 3000 Player Power. (Sorry for stealing the term, Moniker)

Preview: SCP-871 && Time Acceleration Field:
[LVL 5 - 12000 Build Grist] Absurd Amount of Cupcakes:
An absurd amount of multiplying cupcakes created by the acceleration and lack of control over the time-based multiplication. At this rate, you'd be pretty sure it couldn't be stopped easily, if it were to actually exist.

I join [AG] Faction
Photocopier && Grist
Anthrax && Skynet
Pi && Golden Desert Eagle

Photocopier && Grist:
[LVL 13 - 400,000 Grist, 5000 Precious Grist] Grist Photocopier:
A sleek, white and green photocopier with a hexagonal Grist logo embedded in the side of it. Produces an additional 20,000 Grist a turn for it's user.

Anthrax && Skynet:

[LVL 9 - 75,000 Grist] The Mechanical Plague:
A swarm of drones and AI capable of unleashing a plague on the entire field. Incapable of directly attacking or being directly attacked, and functions on a relative mind of it's own.

Pi && Golden Desert Eagle:
[LVL 4 - 7000 Grist] Spherical Shooter:
A golden Desert Eagle capable of shooting modified bullets that are perfect spheres. Any foe hit by one of these realizes the mathematical precision of Pi and takes 3,141 additional damage - rounded up to 4000 in the long run because that's stupid and makes HP subtraction more difficult.

Oh so it basically disables bio-electricity. Good to know.
Magnetic Field Rejector II Staff of desintegration

I go and collect grist by shoothing at medival soldiers and then cutting the throats of the disabled victims. Killing = Grist. If I remember right. (As mad scientist I always have a scalpel with me)

I preview Magnetic Field Rejector II Lightbulb

Magnetic Field Rejector && Staff of Disintegration:
[LVL 6 - 20,000 Grist] Staff of Antimagnetism:
A staff capable of utilizing the powers of the Magnetic Field Rejector for an extended amount of time, through the powers of momentarily disintegrating a magnetic field. Inflicts the Disabled status for longer than the rejector form of it. [Note: Disabled status is far less likely to work on boss/elite entities.]

Firing at the Medieval Knight, you manage to deal a total of 11,000 damage as he's disabled before he can react!

Preview: Magnetic Field Rejector || Lightbulb:
[LVL 7 - 30,000 Grist] Antimagnetism Field Emitter:
A strange lightbulb capable of disabling the magnetic field in a small radius, allowing for self-defense and other such things. Difficult to use as a form of attack due to how fragile the bulb is and the wiring required.

17K Build Grist

Seeing the medieval army massing near the Fort, I decide to give the Fort adequate defenses by alchemizing...

Medieval Wrought-Iron Cannon Barrel && Mug Chamber && Swivel = Medieval Breech-Loading Swivel Gun

MEDIEVAL BREECH-LOADING SWIVEL GUN: One of the first European applications of gunpowder, the breech-loading swivel gun was a medieval fortress weapon that could fire upon enemies from a fortified position at a rate that would be unmatched until the 19th century.

I alchemize as many of these as I can and give them to Fort Grist as an upgrade. They will fire upon the Medieval Army.

Medieval Wrought-Iron Cannon Barrel && Mug Chamber && Swivel:
[LVL 4 - 7000 Grist] Medieval Breech-Loading Swivel Gun:
The breech-loading swivel gun, a technological marvel for the time, was capable of firing upon enemies from the castle itself at rather decent rates. Yours does the same thing!

You alchemize two of these with the Grist you have and add them to the defenses of the fort!

I look to see Gutza's fine handiwork, but decide to add one more thing to Fort Grist's defenses before moving on to actually solving problems.

First.... I use most of my grist this turn to create the GRIST SHOVEL. It's a shovel. Made out of Grist forged in the fires of the grist forge. Honestly, most of the Grist used was probably lost due to learning the ins and outs of learning how to forge with Grist, but that matters not!

Next.... I use the Grist Shovel to dig a LARGE TRENCH around Festive Fort Grist, further hampering the enemies who try to come in via the ground! Ha!

And finally, I use the remainder of the grist I got this turn to... make a Grist Signpost! I place it in front of the portal, reading:

'Permit required for open portals!'

Since the eldritch abomination on the other side nor the portal itself was legally opened via the horrific rituals normally required for such things, it's obvious they do not have the permit, and as such will have to close until further notice or else waste their Action/s this turn getting the required permit.

Using the equivalent of a LVL 4 Alchemy [7000 Grist], you obtain the Grist Shovel! It's capable of digging a lot of things probably too quickly to be considered normal.

You use the shovel to create a large trench around Fort Grist, preventing the Medieval Knight Fusion from attacking. It doesn't have any ranged attacks!

The Grist Signpost [LVL 1 - 1000 Grist] is placed and written upon! The Tear in Reality would do that weird squint and hiss thing that cats do if it could, and closes itself by 7% as it realizes it's violating a (very unofficial) law!

So we get near unlimited access to a Alchemiter?

This won't backfire horribly at all.

Mammoth (C&C:3) && apocalypse tank (RA:2) && baneblade (WH:40K)

Preview: cursed Saber figure || 10% of Saitama's full physical power

Chainsaw && shotgun && flamethrower

Now I'm gonna use my last Action to gather more Grist

Welcome to the game! You obtain 5000 Grist to start with!

Mammoth && Apocalypse Tank && Baneblade:

[LVL 8 - 50,000 Grist] Really Big Tank:
A massive tank combining elements of all of the three previous ones. Fairly powerful compared to most of the other player entities on the field.

Chainsaw && Shotgun && Flamethrower:

[LVL 4 - 7,000 Grist] Flaming Bullet Launcher:
A chainsaw that launches a spray of firey bullets outwards in a range. Deals an additional 4000 damage to the target.

You gather 2000 Grist.

Preview: Cursed Saber Figurine || 10% of Saitama's Full Physical Power:
[LVL 9 -75,000 Grist] Several Punch Girl:
A deformed figurine brought to life. Although it has relatively high stats, it's nowhere near the maximum possible physical power of Saitama and will only be capable of the fabled "one-punch" on relatively minor individuals.

---
End of Turn Battle:

Fort Grist generates an additional 300 Grist! It's defenses, working with the Girl with the Green Hair and the Timeless Infantry attack a War Wizard, dealing enough damage to kill it! Alastair, Gutza and Fullyautomagic each gain 3000 Build Grist! The MagnaGuard becomes non-disabled and resumes normal status!

The Tear in Reality seems to shut a bit on it's own, and you'd estimate its roughly 5% as Reality begins to take control and repair itself. C'Thun, seeing the new arrivals on the field, takes a massive swing at the Knight Fusion, dealing 6000 damage to it!

The Knight Fusion takes a swing at the Girl with the Green Hair, dealing 2000 damage! The Battle Healers heal the Knight Fusion, while the War Wizards kill the Timeless Infantry, and the Literal Dragon takes a massive chomp out of C'thun in vengence for it harming the Knight Fusion!

The Godmodder, realizing that there's nothing he really needs to do this turn, decides to take a break and accumulate a large amount of Grist. He's preparing for something, but... what is it?

Everyone gets another 5000 Grist.

---
[AG- Alastair] Festive Fort Grist: 20000/20000 HP, Total Attack: 8000

- Grist Reserve - 600 Grist, Current Grist Generated: 300 per turn

I'm gonna ask a question here, since now that the game's getting more popular, it's becoming more of a hassle to keep track of inventories. What do you guys want to do here?

What are your thoughts on Inventories?
Option 1 - You guys keep track of your inventories. This will allow posts to come faster and also possibly through finals, as it saves me a great amount of time.
Option 2 - I keep track of inventories, the way I've been doing up until now. This will result in slower posts, but you guys won't have to do much.
Option 3 - If you guys have any ideas, feel free to suggest them in your post?

Update 6
Preview: && &| ||

Your Headache && Psychic Applicator

2 Actions: I use the Adamantium Sword, the Headache Applicator, sword skillz, and a simulation of a headache too terminate one of the Godmodder's Battle Healers

Before we begin with the &| modifier, let's just clarify what it does. Essentially, it's sort of a halfway between modifier, allowing for a standard combination of items (similar to &&) while keeping the primary aspect and intended function of one. (similar to ||) This seems like the best and easiest option.

Preview: && &| ||:
[LVL 0 - 0 Grist] |& Modifier:
Despite the different title, it functions exactly like the && Modifier by keeping it's primary aspect.

My Headache && Psychic Applicator:
[LVL 5 - 12000 Grist] GM Stress Applicator:

A device that directly applicates the stress of me to an entity on the field, forcing them to share it and suffer a varying amount of migraine damage. Attack power heavily varies on the time of the school year and my current scenario.

Sticking the GM Stress Applicator to the Adamantium Sword, you fling it directly at the Battle Healer and cause a massive simulation of a headache towards it using your awesome sword skills! The Battle Cleric instantaneously dies between the base power, current stress levels, and damage boost! Earned 6000 Grist!

So having killed I can confirm that I just get Grist for nothing.
5000 Grist every time I get Grist.
I cut open the head of a corpse and retrieve a brain.
Brain||Magnetic Field Rejector

I want to preview

Knights Brain||Other Knights Brain

The "Knights" have become a fusion and aren't dead yet, making it difficult for you to retrieve the brain from a corpse. Instead, you just stab the Knight Fusion and deal a straight 10000 damage to it using two actions!

Brain || Magnetic Field Rejector:
[LVL 0 - 0 Grist] Electromagnetically Dead Brain:

A brain that's become nothing more than a weirdly shaped mass of flesh. Incapable of thought or anything brains normally do, as the Magnetic Field Rejector's ruined the internal neuron system.

Preview: Knight's Brain || Other Knight's Brain:
[LVL 1 - 1000 Grist] A brain that manages to look exactly like the first knight's brain while having the personality and most memories of the second.

I check out my new laboratory, seeing all the equipment, such as the test tubes, factories, bio hazard containment suits, kennels and so much more.

It even had pre-made blood splatters in key locations such as the doors or windows!

It was perfect.

Of corse, I decided to see what it can do!

With a few keyboard taps, some percussive maintenence and a vague idea of what I wanted, I put in the command.

Some Basic Zombie Troopers!

With the L.O.B.A.V warming up to make my newest minions I went to the Grist Foundry.

I slotted in the Sentry Turret recipe, and had the Grist Foundry begin production.

After that, I looked around the L.O.B.A.V.

Gee, it's kinda empty in here.

Obviously I need some staff. Cool staff

So a new recipe!

Field Scientist && Advanced Military Training && Combat Gear.

________

Inventory: Staff of Withering

Actions:

1.) Is used to have the L.O.B.A.V begin production of the Basic Zombie Trooper

2.) Is used to have the Grist Foundry begin production of Sentry Turrets

3.) Is used to create a new recipe and produce it

You type in the command on the console as a "blueprint" is pulled up - and providing a necessary amount of power, the Zombie Trooper begins to be created!

The Grist Foundry is there to assist and provide creation, not facilitate it and produce things on its own. Similar to Alastair's forge, it doesn't possess the power needed to create entities automatically. However, utilizing it you are able to create a couple small security drones for the place, combined with your action!

Field Scientist && Advanced Military Training && Combat Gear:

[LVL 6 - 20,000 Grist] Scientific Sniper:
A scientist who got unluckily drafted into the military post college, the Scientific Sniper is an expert at using the sniper rifle he carries around constantly. Capable of both defending and running the L.O.B.A.V when you aren't there, he'd make a valuable addition to the team.

1. Using the fort as cover I shoot with my Spherical Shooter at the Godmodder and his troops.
2. In order to strengthen the fort I alchemise Concrete Walls || Adamantium
3. I also alchemise a Alchemiter Research Facility in order to study the machine.
OOC: I said I joined the AG faction but you haven't aligned me with them.

The Godmodder dodges the bullet with superhuman ease and grace, allowing it to fly directly past into the Knight Fusion! 6000 damage to the Fusion as the sphere leaves a sizable dent in the armor it wears!

Concrete Walls || Adamantium:
[LVL 3 - 5000 Grist] Reinforced Walls:
Concrete walls that have been reinforced to the brim with specialized building techniques, making them nearly as resistant as adamantium. Somehow, despite being way too big to fit on your person, these are an item that you have.
Said walls are then immediately put on the fort, giving it an extra 6000 HP!

You... uh, that isn't an alchemy. Without using Grist, you BUILD an Alchemiter Research Facility to research more about the machine! Every few turns, you'll be able to request a specific piece of knowledge about the Alchemiter and get it!

I can keep Track
][Unaligned] Paradoxdragonpaci - 13000 Grist
Inventory: Illusory Reality Beam[Lv 2]Paradox Wand[Lv 4]

(X1)I alchemise the All in One
(Preview): Healer's Syringe&& Machine Gun

(x1)With the Paradox Wand, I once again cast a Paradox, a Knight is brave and strong right ?? Therefore the natural Paradox would be a cowardly weak Knight. Ergo, the Medieval Knight is so cowardly, he runs away from the battlefield just from the idea of having to fight, also he's weakened i Guess.

(X1)With the Illusory Reality abeam, I illusion the Tear in Reality to be more closed. Now here's the Hard Part:I'm going to lie to both Reality and Non-Reality that since both see that the Tear is slightly more closed, even as I convert the Illusion to become ever so slightly more Real by tapping Hope, then it's Real. And thus, the Tear slams itself close more.

All In One Alchemized! Cost 5000 Grist!

The Knight Fusion becomes completely neutralized as it flees the battlefield! You, TheGoldenBoy, and hungry visitor each gain 7000 Grist!

Everything thinks the tear is closed, and therefore it is!... kinda! +20% Closure, before everyone realizes the giant eldritch horror is still here!

[Anti-Godmodder] Alastair - 12000 Grist
Inventory: Grist Shovel

Right, time to do some sabotage to the enemies! First things first, I bath the Battle Healers in a sudden shower of Ketchup! Why? Simple!

Battle Healers, like all people, are crunchy, and taste good with Ketchup! The godmodder's A Literal Dragon eyes them hungrily and, before anyone can stop it, begins to gobble them up!

The Medieval Knight and War Wizards, outraged and afraid, attack A Literal Dragon! The Godmodder's forces, with the application of a bit of ketchup, has devolved utterly into infighting!

Next, I decide to research The Tear in Reality's fell energies, understanding them, comprehending them, and drinking in the knowledge.

.................

This was not smart. I admit this now that I am lucid again. I should have known that higher dimensional knowledge was crawling with unclean, infectious infohazards. On the plus side, I was able to contain the madness into an attack on the Godmodder, who is now trying to walk off the Psychological Damage unsuccessfully. On the downside The Tear in Reality is now wider than it had been at the start of this turn.

So I do what I had set out to do and dissipate the energies keeping it open into harmless Gamma radiation.

....on second thought I may need to see a shrink, considering that most organic lifeforms such as myself don't take well to gamma radiation. Thankfully I did this part away from Festive Fort Grist. I just hope no one aside from myself, C'thun, and the Godmodder was nearby.

I guess I'll see if I can use a Free Action to dump my Grist into Festive Fort Grist's Grist Reserve.

((You did not need to write "A Literal Dragon" to refer to it and I was not expecting that. Bonus Arbitrary Points for the laughs.))
The dragon realizes - it could probably just eat the wizards and be totally fine, or the clerics. Plus, they're covered in ketchup... the dragon will attack it's allies this turn! Wizards with ketchup are an excellent dinner!

To see into beyond, one requires an unbound mind. You were simply willing to take the cost, and would take a hit if Player Injury rules existed yet. But they don't, and such infohazards as the ones you saw? They're still there, awaiting your return. Anyways... the Tear in Reality opens up by 5%, and the Godmodder is walking off emotional trauma, wasting his turn!

You then attempt to dissipate the portal, forcing yourself through even more injury and closing it up by an additional 10%! C'thun takes 6000 damage from radiation!

Jousting Lance && Da Vinci Tank
Dual Flintlocks && Blunderbuss

I rush up to the Medieval Knight Fusion, putting on my Purple Dragon Belt before rapidly kicking it across the face, before grabbing their face and slamming it on my knee

Jousting Lance && Da Vinci Tank:
[LVL 3 - 5000 Grist] Stabbing Cart:
A vehicle invented by Da Vinci with a lance attacked to the front of it, allowing it to brutally stab anything in front of it. Does 3500 extra attack on an action using it.

Dual Flintlocks && Blunderbuss:

[LVL 4 - 7000 Grist] Flintlock Blunderbusses:
A set of blunderbusses that have a flint-striking mechanism in their ignition, allowing the gun to fire a bit quicker and more reliably for the standard of the time. Can be used to split an attack evenly along two enemies and dealing 4,500 to each.

The Medieval Knight Fusion has fled the battlefield, but you still kick the cloud of dust it left behind! You feel a sense of mild accomplishment at still managing to hit something relating to him after he's gone.

I'll keep track.

11K Build Grist

Hmm. Stuck on some weird voidy platform we know nothing about? Somebody better... shine a light on the situation. And that somebody is me.

(x1) I alchemize Small Drone && Flashlight && Long-Range Communications Antenna && Heavy-Duty Batteries && Scientific Sensor Package, this should create some kind of exploration drone.

(x1) I deploy the results of the previous alchemy and set it to fly past the boundaries of the stone platform, while monitoring the feed from its camera and sensor package. If I spot anything interesting near or below the platform, I move my drone over there.

(x1) Since I don't have ideas for an actual attack, I just grind some random Sburb Underlings to get more Grist.

Small Drone && Flashlight && Long-Range Communications Antenna && Heavy-Duty Batteries && Scientific Sensor Package:
[LVL 4 - 7000 Grist] Scouter Drone:
A military grade drone commonly used to scout out various territories and work ahead. It should work your purposes well enough.

As your scout drone flies into the void, you're able to condense a small map of the region. Although not spotting much of anything above the platform other than the same midnight blue sky you've grown accustomed to, below is far more interesting. Despite the picture being fuzzy this far down from the platform, you're able to see that... there's clouds and the like below. Now, looking closer back at the platform... it's clear that you're on the top of an obscenely tall mountain, where this battlefield has been carved from stone. [Location added to the Battlefield!]

Your drone manages to spot some Sburb underlings living on some of the lower mountain crevasses! With a well aimed cannonball rolled off the mountain, you manage to crush a few of them and earn 3000 Grist!

Hmm it looks like I have a bit of a Grist shortage here which this Alchemy will (hopefully) fix.

dowsing rods || the latest issue of Grist Trader's Digest

Luger && boomerang

(doom 2) super shotgun && (unreal tournament) flak cannon || (Russian overkill) Pantokrator secoundry fire ( video example at 9:35)

I create the Flaming Bullet Launcher.

Dowsing Rods || Grist Trader's Digest, Issue MCCLXXVII:
[LVL 3 - 5000 Grist] Grist Trader Finder:
Although this doesn't help directly find Grist like you intended, it will help you find Grist traders! Better than nothing, I suppose.

Luger && Boomerang:
[LVL 2 - 2000 Grist] Lugerang:
A boomerang with a Luger taped to the side of it, allowing the boomerang portion to spin faster as the gun's knockback affects it. Deals 2000 extra damage on an attack.

Super Shotgun && Flak Cannon || Pantokrator Secondary Fire:

[LVL 7 - 30,000 Grist] Overkill Cannon:
A large cannon capable of inflicting a massive amount of damage on most enemies. Is an entity, due to it's size.

You can't alchemize the Flaming Bullet Launcher this turn, as you're out of actions! You spent all of them making the other three alchemies (or at least discovering what they were.)

I would equip the superhero vest and roll the Narrative Whims, and then I would focus on attacking the dragon with my Blade.

You equip the Superhero's Vest, allowing yourself some extra defense plus looking cool.

As for the roll of the Narrative's Whims...

d100 Roll: 53
You witness a random stone nearby transmute itself into a potted plant! [Rolls toward the center won't help or harm, so they generally create random small things instead.]

The Dragon is attacked with the Ink-blade, allowing it to take 7,500 damage!

Magical Grimoire || Laboratorium

Magical Grimoire || Labotatorium:
[LVL 6 - 20000 Grist] Magitech Library:

A library centered around the learning of various kinds of magitech, and how they can be used in a day-to-day society. It often doubles as a place for learning, with both magical and technical experiments going on at almost any time.

you do not have &| it was to expensive

Inventory: Jumper Block Extension, Punch Card Shunt, Photagralouge Camera (can captchlouge stuff) Grist Game (like cookie clicker but with grist)

I preview Halberd Musket && meta knights ship

Just because he doesn't have it doesn't mean he can't preview stuff with it. He only requires the operation to create things using it.

Preview: Halberd Musket and Meta Knight's Ship:
[LVL 7 - 30,000 Grist] The Halberd Musket:
A musket that is capable of firing the Battleship Halberd, delaing massive bludgeoning damage to any within it's path. Battleship Halberd mysteriously dissipates after use.

I'm neutral on inventories, but if you do end up being the one to keep track of them, I'd appreciate it if you could also list alchemy levels. And for a middle ground, maybe you could track grist (since it automatically accumulates, making it easy for the players to forget) and we could track alchemies (since we have to consciously make them, thus ensuring we'll remember them)?

I preview Mass-Energy Converter && Infinite Vacuum/Repeller.

Action 1: I go up to a Battle Healer. They're probably a cleric of some kind, so I use the Obscenely Dense Religious Text to point out inconsistencies in their religion. Then I sucker punch them while they're trying to come up with a rebuttal.

Action 2: If they're stil alive, I suck them up into the Infinite Vacuum, then point it straight up and flip the switch to Repel. They enter bodily into heaven, then promptly fall back down to earth with a resounding thud.

Action 3: I charge 1 CP.

7000 Grist
1 CP
Obscenely Dense Religious Text [Lv. 2], Infinite Vaccum/Repeller [Lv. 3/3]

The Battle Cleric, looking through the entire text, realizes that their religion is filled with various loopholes intertwined from other deities! He's dealt a solid 7000 damage as the entirety of his former understanding is shattered, before getting sucked up and repelled out into the heavens above! 7000 Grist obtained.

As the foreign object is shot down from being a foreign contaminant, it breaks into 2000 Grist instead! [CP doesn't exist in this game. Any action can be used to charge 2000 Grist (as of right now) instead, though!]

I try grist game && the jumanji board game

then I do time machine || police telephone box && SCP-184

Grist Game && Jumanji Board Game:
[LVL 5 - 12000 Grist] Gristaji -
A game similar to the game of Jumanji in it's reality warping nature, allowing the user of the game to actually play it in real life. Although extremely dangerous, there is a large amount of Grist at the end as a reward!

Time Machine || Police Telephone Box && SCP-184:

[LVL 12 - 250,000 Grist, 2000 Precious Grist] Deteriorating TARDIS:
A standard Tardis with a massive interior due to the properties of SCP-184. Despite the size and obvious time traveling properties, the interior would be heavily deteriorated and not entirely... what one would consider correct.

Water gun && Blowdart
Piece of tree bark && magical gemstone

Water Gun && Blowdart:
[LVL 1 - 1000 Grist] Blowdart Gun:
A water gun that's been modified to fire blowdarts, containing water within them. Deals 1000 extra damage to the enemy on an attack.

Tree Bark && Magical Gemstone:
[LVL 2 - 2000 Grist] Gembark:
The bark of a rare type of tree, with a gem-studded bark. A powerful magical component, it's usable to power many different nature-based spells.

---
End of Turn Battle:
Festive Fort Grist manages to fire on one of the War Wizards, killing it off with the help of FullyAutoMagic's forces! Alastair, Gutza, and FullyAutoMagic all obtain 3000 Grist!
The MagnaGuard deals 1000 Attack to a Battle Healer!

The L.O.B.A.V and the Alchemiter Research Facility each increment their respective charges!

C'thun attacks the MagnaGuard, killing it! The Tear in Reality closes much more, as reality takes over and closes it by 10%!

The Godmodder is unable to take an action this turn, as he's been blocked by Alastair's infohazard contaminated attack! He takes a turn to walk off the information and see a counselor instead! The Medieval Army is throuwn into complete disarray as the "A Literal Dragon" eats one of the Battle Cherics whole! The War Wizard takes the turn to clear the ketchup and get the dragon under control again!

Everyone gains 5000 Grist.

It seems like the inventory vote is pretty locked in as for you guys keeping track of the inventories. I'm going to follow Splashcat's decision and keep track of Grist, while it will be on you to list your alchemies and keep track of them - along with what they do posted, preferably. Keeping track of even 5 updates worth of alchemies is difficult, and the longer this game goes on the more unmanagable it keeps getting. The Player List will lose it's inventory aspect after this turn, so I'd copy over the inventories now.

Update 7
[Unaligned] hungry visitor - 7000 Grist
Inventory:
Magnetic Field Rejector (gun that shoots cones of shortlived fields that do not have any magnetism in them, disables bioelectricity)
Real Estate:
Magitech Library - 10000/10000 HP, 2000 Defense, allows for studying and better actions with magitech
Magitech... there is Tech and there is Magic, if you do both, you get magitech. I know some about tech, not so much about magic...

I guess I have to research some. I grab a book that looks promising:
"Domains and the downfalls of great wizards"
I read.
"Domains are known from magic, such as the domain of time. Domains are also known in technology, such as www.google.com. Magitech domains are a mixture out of bot-"
I close the book. Not interested.
I grab a different book.
"Magitech weaponry 2019 edition"
"This book is a collection of the modern magitech weaponry which contains more technology than magic, but also ancient weapons that contain more magic than technology."
I attempt to heave the book but fail to lift it. Too big, this does not fit my mad science.
"Magitech basics"
I read.
"Basics of Magic: Magic is a supernatural phenomenon that underlies changing rules, for example the system in which the mage uses mana to cast spells. [...]
Basics of Technology: Technology is a natural phenomenon that comes to be when intelligent species create things that can help them in various tasks. [...]
Basics of Magitech: Magitech is a supernatural phenomenon that underlies strict rules, which is the only way that an intelligent species can create things with it that can help them in various tasks. [...]"
Interesting. I got something out of this. The basics are neat. I wonder how my Magnetic Field Rejector works.

With help of the Magitech Library I analyze the workings of the Magnetic Field Rejector.

I preview what the book "Magitech basics" && "Mad Science" does

For the record, this is what I meant by "keep track of inventory". Thank you.

You begin to analyze the Magnetic Field Rejector, gaining an insight into it's complicated mechanisms of magic. It appears to be capable of firing what would commonly be referred to as an anti-magic field, but instead of targeting the magic, it targets electricity in any structure instead and disables it. These fields dissipate over time, hence why the "Stunned" status effect only lasts for a couple turns or less, if the entity is powerful enough to shake it off.
[Using this, you can get detailed explanations of weaponry, and how it works. It's up to you to put that to use!]

Preview: Magitech Basics && Mad Science:
[LVL 4 - 7000 Grist] The Artificer's Guide to Magitech:
A book titled and written by an unknown artificer from the world of Eberron. Contains highly useful insights on the usage and creation of magitech items, allowing it's user to do yet more with the creation of magitech items.

I take the random Potted plant and proceed to place next to our flag. Our flag? Yes, we now have a flag as a part of this Action! The Guarded flag, guarded by the potted plant wearing a cute little army hat! Odds are this does nothing except act as a morale boost as everyone will gaze upon our flag and see the stylized depiction of a blue fist holding up chains underneath a violently messy black X with our red background and know that it represents the AG cause in its totality.

Next up... there's two problems. The Fact we're on a mountain, and the eldritch portal. I give it some thought, then notice that it's a tear in reality. Obviously, this means reality is crying, because why else would it have a tear? Therefore I make a REALITY SCALE mug of HOT COCOA WITH MARSHMALLOWS and begin to comfort it so it can let the tears out.

And finally... I determine. That we need a contingent of Entities to hold down to Fort in the event of a Player Centric investigation. However, Dragons are pretty detrimental to that, so I use the fact that the dragon is, apparently, literal, and tell it that its on fire. The Dragon, not realizing I'm referring to its battle record, freaks out because not many brands of fire can burn a dragon, and those that do are VERY VERY bad.

Needless to say, it freaks out and loses its turn, allowing us to get some more damage in on it.

You create a cool flag, which does nothing else but look cool and also establish a coat of arms for the AG faction! [I might doodle this later. I'm no TwinBuilder, but I can still make cool art.]

You look at the Tear in Reality, and then create a massive mug of hot chocolate to give to Reality! Although Reality can't drink it, it still appreciates it, and the Tear dries up a bit! +20% closure!

The dragon, looks and thinks it is indeed on fire, skipping it's turn and making it unable to attack!

Soul's Weakness, Bag of Capture, Spherical Shooter
Grist: 13000
For my first action I take out my Bag of Capture, since it's technically a Pokeball it must be able to capture creatures. I stare at the Dragon freaking out that it's 'on fire' and throw my Pokeball at it since it's distracted the ball hits the side of the dragon and activates sucking up the dragon into itself and falls on the ground and then I run and pick it up.

For my second action I take my spherical shooter and fire at the Battle Healers hoping to do some damage

For my final action I alchemise the Steel Swiftsword

1... 2... Aww! It appeared to be caught!

You deal 4000 damage to the last remaining Battle Healer, still doused in ketchup!

You alchemize the Steel Swiftsword, costing yourself 12000 Grist!

Hmmm, this is rather unfortunate. I'd like to start training up the Verdette, but it's rather dangerous to be doing so on this battleground.

...what if I just go away?

Blimp && Hotel

Hopefully this'll work, besides that I'll just continue meditating for a while longer in an effort to get more Grist.

Blimp && Hotel:
[LVL 7 - 30,000 Grist] The Floating Hotel:
A massive blimp with what could be considered as a small hotel underneath it. It's capable of holding entities within, but can't move very far - and also has a health bar. When depleted to zero, the blimp is destroyed and sends all entities within it flying directly down to the Earth and dealing massive damage.

You obtain an additional 4000 Grist, giving you enough to alchemize this next turn if you saved up your Grist...

[LVL 5 - 12000 Grist] Gristaji -
A game similar to the game of Jumanji in it's reality warping nature, allowing the user of the game to actually play it in real life. Although extremely dangerous, there is a large amount of Grist at the end as a reward!
obvious sidequest is obvious

[LVL 20 - 5,000,000 Grist, 120,000 Precious Grist] Ultimate Algot:

Combined with the power to utilize MANY various Homestuck weapons and the powers of it's characters, the power of God, several alternate universe versions of me, and Piono's smashposts, you'd... definitely be a force to be reckoned with.
The Alchemiter appears to be emitting a little bit of black smoke. It's probably not a good idea to try that many things at once.

Adamantium Sword && Sharpness

2 Actions: Using a combination of severe distraction through Headache Application, and simply cutting them up with (result of above alchemy), that last War Wizard is vanquished.

Will figure out my inventory next turn

Adamantium Sword && Sharpness:
[LVL 4 - 7000 Grist] Sharp Adamantium Sword:
A sword made of pure Adamantium and somehow sharpened, creating an incredibly sharp and deadly edge. Deals 4000 extra damage per attack used with it.

You slice through the last War Wizard, killing it! You gain 9000 Grist in return!

Okay.

Dual Flintlocks && Blunderbuss

i rush towards the dragon, Stabbing Cart at the ready, stabbing it in the shin, before firing a shot at it from the halberd musket

Please post your inventory here next time! Otherwise, your post won't be counted at all!

You alchemise the Flintlock Blunderbusses!

You also, Stabbing Cart as your mount, stab the Literal Dragon and deal a total of 15000 damage!

I preview 10 spins worth of Saint quartz (30) && 30000 grist

I throw the lugerang towards the Literal Dragon aiming for the month of the beast, hopefully causing it's fire breath attack to backfire.

I then gather some grist.

Then I follow my Grist Trader Finder to find some (hopefully) good deals.

Inventory: Grist Trader Finder, Lugerang

Saint Quartz (30) && 30,000 Grist:
[LVL 7 - 30,000 Grist] Grist Puller:
A one use item that may or may not result in a profit in Grist, giving 1 to 5 thousand Grist per pull randomly.

The Lugerang just hits the panicked dragon on the snout as it's too busy trying to put itself out! 7000 damage is dealt!

Grist gathered, gaining you an extra 2000 Grist!

You follow the Grist Trader Finder, only to realize it leads straight off the cliff of the battlefield you all are fighting on! You stop before you die from falling off!

Illusory Reality Beam[Lv 2] Creates Hardlight Illusions, Paradox Wand[Lv 4], creates Minor paradoxes, All in One[Lv 3], actually has a tool for any purpose

(x1)With the All in One, I flip through it to find a Portal-Closing Needle, and use it to help close the Tear in Reality by literally stitching it up. If the portal is already closed, the Needle will be used to close up the Hole in Reality that is C'thun by aggressively stitching it up back into into its native dimension.

(x1)I attempt to alchemise: Shurikens &&Pocket Dimension||Green Cog&&Red Sword&&Orange Gun&&Yellow Energy Converter&&Blue Runes&&Indigo Book on Telekinesis&& Violet Book on Telepoathy)

(x1)With the aid of the Paradox Wand, I target the Grist Synthesiser with something beneficial, it's an impossibility for machines to run with Perfect Efficiency after all, and therefore any case of such is a paradox, as machines are still inefficient, leaking heat and other forms of energy everywhere. Now, with the aid of the Paradox Wand, less energy is now wasted, and with its and mine own ability to create object out of nothing, any energy that does get leaked is redirected into the Energy-Matter converter to be turned into more Grist.

Example of Good Inventory 2. Good job.

The Portal becomes stiched fully shut, causing C'thun to completely disappear as it's warp to it's home... plane? Whatever it's home place of existence is, it's forced back there as the portal is closed! Everybody who's dealt with the portal (AKA Alastair, You, and Splashcat, mainly.) gains 20,000 Grist!

Shurikens && Pocket Dimension||(Green Cog && Red Sword && Orange Gun && Yellow Energy Converter && Blue Runes && Indigo Telekinesis Tome && Purple Telepathy Tome)
[LVL 7 - 30,000 Grist]
Chromatic Shurikens:
A set of shurikens that deals damage based off the various things within it's pocket dimension. This is determined by the user by determining the color of the shuriken beforehand.

The Grist Synthesizer's effeciency is boosted by an additional 300 Grist as the paradox takes effect!

jack o'lantern && candle
postbox && flute
ink && paintbrush

current Grist 7000
Inventory:
Blowdart Gun
Gembark

Jack o'Lantern && Candle:
[LVL 1 - 1000 Grist] Spooky Lantern:
A Jack o'Lantern with another candle put inside of it, allowing it to function as an actual lantern. Slightly difficult to carry.

Postbox && Flute:
[LVL 1 - 1000 Grist] Musical Postbox:
A postbox that is somehow capable of being played like a musical instrument. The stuff within acts as mutes for the postbox, changing it's sound in strange ways.

Ink && Paintbrush
[LVL 0 - 0 Grist] Pen:
It's just a fancy, wooden pen. That's literally it.

Rolling the dice again I would spend my other two actions to slash at the dragon once more and to do this.

Narrative Whims && Typewriter

d100 Roll: 90
Quite suddenly, the dragon takes a beating from what could only be described as infinitely bad luck! It takes an additional 20,000 damage, made 30,000 as you slice into it!

Preview: Narritive Whims && Typewriter:
[LVL 15 - 1,000,000 Grist, 12000 Precious Grist] Arbiter's Laptop:
Allows the user of the item to directly hijack into the "Update" and change the events of a Player's turn in the current "Update." Incredibly user for inter-Player conflicts.

I preview Mass-Energy Converter && Infinite Vacuum/Repeller again, since I think you missed it last time.

Action 1: I alchemize the Modern Elemental Wand.

Actions 2 and 3: I use the Infinite Repeller to shoot a blast of air at a War Wizard, then use the the Modern Elemental Wand to split apart the diatomic oxygen and nitrogen molecules in the air jet. The free O and N radicals rapidly rebond into the stable O2 and N2 molecules we breathe, but the process releases energy. Lots of energy. Enough energy to blow up a War Wizard. If no War Wizards remain, I do this to a Battle Healer. If they're dead too, I do it to the A Literal Dragon. If they're *also* dead, I do it to C'Thun.

OOC: Are we allowed to create multiple alchemies in 1 action? And how many alchemies are we allowed to use as part of an action?

Obscenely Dense Religious Text [Lv. 2] - contains the writings of every religion ever
Infinite Vaccum/Repeller [Lv. 3/3] - sucks things into and ejects things from a pocket dimension

Good Inventory example 3!

Wand alchemized! Cost 12000 Grist!

You kill the last remaining Battle Healer, gaining 7000 Grist!

OOC: You can create an alchemy as an action by using the proper amount of Grist required. Otherwise, it won't actually create the item [represented by red] and just have a preview instead. Previews can also be done manually once a turn as an added free action.

I assign the Sentry Drones to begin patrolling the perimeter of the L.O.B.A.V. can't have any rascals try to get in without at least asking.

(Do Entity Orders use an Action?)

Using the Grist Foundry, I use it to help create the Scientific Sniper, who will be most likely ordered to patrol the Halls when he's created.

After that I start working on a new recipe, I still needed more staff, though I was going to have some variety!

Maybe someone who could help me with construction?

Field Engineer && Basic Combat Training && Basic Combat Gear && Sentry Turret.

Hmmmm. You know what would be cool? Some magic in this place!

Occult Research Library/Club && Laboratory!

Bionic Laboratory
L.O.B.A.V
Sentry Turrret/Drone

Grist Foundry

You would do this, but you realize you're 2000 Grist short! Darn.

Field Engineer && Basic Combat Training && Basic Combat Gear && Sentry Turret:
[LVL 4 - 7000 Grist] War Engineer -
An engineer capable of attacking and defending himself outside of the lab. Can also provide ample insights on construction, if anyone actually bothers to converse with him!

Occult Research Club && Labratory:

[LVL 7 - 30000 Grist] Eldritch Lab:
A lab dedicated to the research of the eldritch and other occult magics. Although incredibly sketchy and not exactly moral, it'll provide the magic aspect you're looking for...

---

End of Turn Battle:

All of the Player guided forces team up to destroy the dragon that's been plaguing the field, and as various forms of cannonballs, spears, anime-styled blasts, and guns fire into it, successfully deal enough damage to get him down! Alastair, Gutza, Medieval Paradox, FullyAutoMagic, and Ghost Armor 1337 all gain 8000 Grist, along with the extra 5000 Grist accumulated by everybody!

The Godmodder looks out on the battlefield, seeing that his second army has been defeated. Irritably, he realizes that the main reason you all have been succeeding is the Alchemiter... and so he walks over, slowly and deliberately. Pushing Jaggerain out of the way, he walks up with a large amount of Grist, and...

"The Unsealed Snowball && Tricky The Clown."

Unsealed Snowball && Tricky The Clown:
[LVL 12 - 250,000 Grist, 2000 Precious Grist] Tricky, Ice Jester:
Wait, hold on a second. The Alchemiter was supposed to be for PLAYER use only -

"Well, then why would the Alchemiter be Neutral?"
... GORILLA.

Update 8
Trombone && ordinary shotgun && shrapnel grenade

Fire monster core && King's crown

Inventory:
Blowdart Gun
Gembark
Spooky lantern
Musical postbox

Trombone && Shotgun && Shrapnel Grenade:
[LVL 4 - 7000 Grist] Dissonant Trombone:
A trombone that sounds absolutely terrible when played, as it sprays out shrapnel at an accelerated pace. It deals an additional 4000 damage to an enemy hit by the shrapnel.

Fire Monster Core && King's Crown:
[LVL 3 - 5000 Grist] Crown of the Molten Depths:
A crown of an ancient dwarven kingdom, it gives the holder resistance to the heat of the depths close to the Earth's mantle. Clearly originating from a realm of fantasy, you're pretty sure this didn't come from Earth. [Gives it's owner resistance to all fire and heat based damage.]

Inventory: Valkyrie Hal-Blade, Oarred Longship, Blossom Bow, Shuriken Staff, Purple Dragon Belt, Staff of the Thousand Arrows, Paint Set, Party Rapier , Halberd Musket, Stabbing Cart, Flintlock Blunderbusses

Baseball Bat && Knife && Essence of Giovanni Potage
Bomb && Harpoon Gun

I run up to tricky and shove both Flintlock Blunderbusses in his face and fire

Bat && Knife && Essence of Giovanni Potage:
[LVL 5 - 12000 Grist] Soul Slugger Doom Bat of Maximum Destruction:
An ordinary bat with a knife taped to the front of it. Every thirteenth hit it lands, it unleashes a Critical hit, dealing far more damage than it normally would! (You normally land 4 hits per action, so every fourth action you use with it it'll unleash the critical.) On a normal hit, it deals 5000 extra damage.

Bomb && Harpoon Gun:
[LVL 3 - 5000 Grist] Harpoon Bomb:
A gun that fires a harpoon, with a bomb attached to it. Although a one use item due to the bomb blowing the chain to shrapnel when it's exploded, it grapples an opponent and deals up to 6000 extra damage as it explodes!

You do so, and manage to deal 2 HV worth of damage to Tricky as the gun explodes in it's face!

[Unaligned] hungry visitor - 12000 Grist
Inventory: Magnetic Field Rejector (gun that shoots cones of shortlived fields that do not have any magnetism in them, disables bioelectricity)
Real Estate: Magitech Library - 10000/10000 HP, 2000 Defense, allows for studying and better actions with magitech"

I choose to create
Magitech Basics && Mad Science:
[LVL 4 - 7000 Grist] The Artificer's Guide to Magitech:
A book titled and written by an unknown artificer from the world of Eberron. Contains highly useful insights on the usage and creation of magitech items, allowing it's user to do yet more with the creation of magitech items.

And also work on my Magnetic Field Rejector, trying to broaden the field of neutralisation to matter too, trying to upgrade it to a gun of matter suppression.

I preview
Magentic Field Rejector || Corpse of a medival soldier

You manage to create the book just fine as a hefty tome appears in your hands!

As for the Magnetic Field Rejector, you realize that upgrading it to reject all of matter as well would require... a lot of hard work. Never the less, the project has been started and you're already making some headway... perhaps maybe a quarter of the way there.

"Ahaaa.... hahaaaa... haaa...."

I free Action dump all of my grist into Fort Grist's Reserves.

"FIRE FIRE FIRE OPEN FIRE HOLY HELL KILL THAT DAMN CLOWN NOW!"

As Festive Fort Grist opens fire I use all of my Actions and FOCUS to go Shovel Knight on Tricky and proceed to use it like a sword and a pogo stick.

Wait, did I say Tricky? I meant Tricky's Health Vial. I attack the Health Vial Directly, causing it to break and leak! Now Tricky will be forced to lose his stock of 150 Health Vial at a GM appropriate rate each turn.

"DOWN WITH THE CLOWN!" I cry out.

Inventory:
Grist Shovel - Made with 7,000 Grist. Equivalent to a Level 4 Alchemy.

It's capable of digging a lot of things probably too quickly to be considered normal.

Fort Grist's reserve grows to a massive 53,600 Grist as you dump all of your Grist into it!

You break open Tricky's Health Vial, causing it to crack and break slightly! 3 units of health fly out from the attack, and an additional two HV will drain from it's max and current health each turn! All fire will be opened on Tricky!

Holy shit an Arbiter class weapon. didn't think I'd be delving into charisma classed weaponry so soon, but that's not important now I need to kill the clown. I roll Narrative whims as as spend my other two actions inking and slashing at the clown. "Somebody figure out a way to change the alignment of an Inanimate object, we can't let the Godmodder use it again!"

It's not my fault the Alchemiter is always naturally a Neutral entity! Plus, they just seem to show up in Godmodding Wars! Even the fictional ones like MSPAradox!

Narrative Whims Roll: 65
Tricky takes 1 HV of damage as an absolutely massive snowball buries it! They dig themselves out fairly easily.

The Inkblade slashes at the clown, dealing a total of 3 more damage to the clown and covering it in black ink! It wipes it off of it's eyes, collectively glaring at you and Alastair...

[AG] TheGoldenBoy
Grist:6000
Inventory: Bag of Capture, Soul's Weakness, Spherical Shooter, Steel Swiftsword
Real Estate: Alchemiter Research Facility - 5000/5000 HP, Research: [|||||] 2/5
Entities: A Literal Dragon[Dead]

I stare at the majestic beast I had just caught, scales that glinted under the sun with the look of heated iron, Wings as long as buses stretching from its back. Horns curving around its head like a crown and brown, beautiful eyes that seem to pierce my soul! Oh, yes! I could see it now, all the adventures we'll have soaring through skies, burning our enemies to the ground and spitting on their ashes, all the fun we'll have together. Oh, yes we'll be together forever as friends!

I am torn out of my daydreams by a deep and pained roar.

I stare at the majestic beast I had just caught, scales that once glinted under the sun with the look of heated iron we're now covered in blood. Wings as long as buses stretching from its back were ripped and tore. Horns that curved around its head like a crown we're reduced to nothing but stumps and the brown, beautiful eyes that seemed to pierce my soul had become blank and empty, devoid of any life.

My eyes widen in shock and grief at my new friends' sudden death, tears form at the corners of my eyes, I stretch out my hand and I'm about to collapse when I see the cause of the dragon's death, plague126, and MedievalParadox.

My outstretched hands turn into a fist and my guilt, grief, and sorrow become Rage!

"YOU DAMN BASTARDS!!!" my cry does not go unnoticed as both my prey stare at me as purple, violent energy exudes from my body, the manifestation of my bloodlust breaking the ground I stand on.

I take all 6000 of my grist and not caring of the consequences fuse them with my body if they're powerful enough to power the Alchemiter then they should allow me to kill two useless players.

1. All of my Grist && Myself

2. As the purple aura that surrounds me becomes more tangible take out my potion Soul's Weakness and drink it giving me an even bigger boost!

3. Equipping my Steel Swiftsword I send a wave of bloodlust their way paralyzing them in fear causing both of them to lose a turn! I charge, using the Rabbit Fullbottle power imbued into the sword to move so fast it looks as if I teleported. Thanks to the Steel Swiftsword's ability to split my attack action I do these two things in quick succession.

1(3). I use my speed to shock MedievalParadox not giving him time to react as I slash at his neck slicing straight through his jugular, a fountain of blood sprays into the air covering me in his life essence.

2(3). I run towards plague126, poising my blade like a rapier I run it straight through his body, gouging out his heart causing it to be stuck at the end of my blade but that's not all I twist the blade in his chest pulling it out through the side the sound of breaking ribs and torn flesh resonates, like music to my ears. I do this all even before MedievalParadox's body has hit the ground.

Taking the still-beating heart of plague126 off the end of my sword I stare at it with a calm face and my eyes glowing purple.

Psssshphhp! I squeeze the fresh heart until it pops, bursting into pieces showering me with even more blood.

The battle has ended, I walk back to the corpse of my newest friend and I look into his dead eyes and promise "This will never happen again" I make the oath closing the still eyes of my dragon and bowing my head in prayer, hoping that wherever he is now he's in a happy place.

The Literal Dragon wasn't ever your entity. The Bag of Capture failed...
Nevertheless, your actions carry through! You utilize the Soul's Weakness and empower yourself at the cost of being a tangible entity on the field next turn!

All Grist && Yourself:
[ERROR] NULL OBJECT:
It appears the Alchemiter isn't meant to alchemise Players, and... well. Needless to say, I don't think it can do stuff like that.

Player Attacks are initiated!

Illusory Reality Beam[Lv 2] Creates Hardlight Illusions, Paradox Wand[Lv 4], creates Minor paradoxes, All in One[Lv 3], actually has a tool for any purpose.Chromatic Shurikens[Lv 7] Does damage type based on colour

(x1)(Chromatic shurikens)I call upon the Shurikens, and they pop out beside me, exiting their own pocket dimension, hovering through their own power. one of them turns red, becoming one with the Colour of Weaponry, another turns Yellow, burning your, as it becomes attuned to Energy and the third one becomes Orange, symbol of Technology, I unite all 3 Shurikens to form one mega Shuriken. A Flaming Shuriken that spits out Plasma and homes into targets. With a flick, I set it to hit Tricky, the Ice Jester.Should be good because fire melts ice.

(X1)(Paradox Wand)I then make Tricky, who's named after a word for being Difficult into Eazy, drastically lowering his power as he becomes an Easier Boss o handle.

(x1)(All-in-One)I take out the All-in-One and go to the Dragon's Corpse. With a handy Reincarnation Tool, I help the Dragon's Soul break free of the Godmodder's Control and(after filling in 5 different forms, and submitted them to the relevant authorities),Incarnate it into a Green Dragon Egg which I place inside the Grist Forge for the baby dragon to mature...

A Flaming Shuriken is fired at the Jester, dealing a total of 4 damage to the Health Vial! Tricky visibly flinches at the fire... you may be onto something.

Tricky manages to resist the rename! It appears it's own chaotic nature is resisting the energies of the Paradox Wand...

You flashback to the First Godmodding War, and recall something from the words of Moniker...
... I can't find the exact quote. Essentially, reviving isn't allowed by Player Powers.

Scantron Reailty Anchor && a box full of molotov cocktail || Greek fire

I quickly gather the remains of the dragon and then I the Alchemiter get myself a volume of how to make and command dracolich for dummies.

Scantron Reality Anchor && A Box of Molotov Cocktails || Greek Fire:
[LVL 4 - 7000 Grist] Absolutely A Molotov Cocktail Grenade:
An object that literally couldn't be anything but that. A one use item dealing 8000 additional damage.

How... do you "THE" something?

...Holy crap. I'm scared of this boss just from the alchemy recipe.

I preview Bag of Holding && GristWidget. (That's the thing Jane used to turn items into Grist, my intent is to make a bag that grists whatever I put in it, letting me create grist with actions at a more efficient rate by finding creative stuff to put in.)

Action 1: I alchemize Pen && Book of Puns. If possible, I ask Alastair Dragovich if I'm allowed to use his Grist Forge to help me make it.

Action 2 + Obscenely Dense Religious Book: I flip to the section on Alternian religions and recite a speech by the Sufferer, inspiring other AGs in their war against the tyranny of clowns that Tricky represents.

Action 3 + Modern Elemental Wand: I conjure a jet of dioxygen difluoride. The compound has the rather evocative chemical formula FOOF, seeing as it can near-instantly oxidize practically anything. This includes water ice, and its reactions tend to be quite exothermic, which is chemistry speak for "they blow up in your face." Or in this case, Tricky's face.

Also, I've improved my Inventory to actually have your descriptions of items. (Except in the case of the Vacuum/Repeller, where the Repeller makes the "good luck getting anything out" part of the Vacuum's description redundant.)

[LVL 2] Obscenely Dense Religious Book: An absolutely massive book containing the ideals of omniquantism - and therefore, the ideals of every single god, because all of them exist and are correct. Despite this, the book still has a massive amount of contradictions within itself.

[LVL 4 / LVL 3] Infinite Vacuum/Infinite Repeller: A Bag of Holding capable of sucking in everything loose around it, and sending it to the infinite abyss it contains. / Allows stuff to be repelled away from the small bag that is the vacuum. When combined, you realize you essentially have a fantasy-style knockoff of a Poltergust!

[LVL 5] Modern Elemental Wand:
A wand capable of harnessing the elements in a more modern way, allowing manipulation of an individual element on the periodic table. Allows any action based around this a bonus of 3000 Player Power.

Preview: Bag of Holding && GristWidget:
[LVL 6 - 20000 Grist] Recycle Bag -
A bag capable of being used to recycle anything within it to pure Grist. Capable of reverting an alchemy backwards into it's base Grist, and also converting other, more normal objects as well.

Pen && Book of Puns:
[LVL 2 - 2000 0 Grist] Pen of Puns:
A pen that forces it's user's hand to write absolutely terrible puns. Could potentially be used as a debuff?

You inspire the other AGs, boosting their actions and making their attacks yet stronger for the rest of the turn before boosting your own action as well as FOOF explodes in it's face! Tricky is dealt an additional 3 damage!

OOC: Alright thanks.

As Golden charges at me and I see the purple haze coming off of I use my superhero vest to swap into a hero suit that can cover my neck before the blade can make contact hoping t have the suit lessen the blow of the strike and not kill me dead like he wants to do in his ragebound...uh Rage.

You negate the damage from the blow using the Plot Armor of superheroes!

I take out my own rapier, the Party Rapier, and deflect the blade stab, pointing my rapier at TheGoldenBoy2188.

"En garde. Also, your little dragon friend, was, idunno, ON THE OTHER TEAM WE'RE CURRENTLY FIGHTING AGAINST?!"

You deflect the blade, and manage to take no damage! You also make a valid point!

"Huh? Oh yeah, you can. just help us kill the clown! Jester! Whatever it is!"

I am clearly very distracted.... and glaring daggers at the Godmodder.naturally none of them connect, but they're being glared all the same.

My hand clenches as if reaching for something... but nothing happens. yet.

Foreshadowing occurs! Also, Alastair... um, you might be at the wrong battle. Not that I don't appreciate your help, but there's another Arbiter who says you owed them some lore dumps?

... OH GEEZ - um hey I'll be right back i need to take care of something

OOC: (also forgot to say it before but im ag)

Um... okay, I'm back. I think this laptop captured the whole exchange, hold on a sec and I'll get that uploaded...
You are now
AG!

if a player dies, can they create a new character or what

I try cannon || pistol

then I do puzzle && 1 000 years

after that I try bad wolf && a nice grandma && determination && don't panic

also I preview the infinileaf clover && the allsee spectacles

If a Player dies, I'm following that other Arbiter's rules for retiring a character - essentially, if they die, the character is retired. A new character can be a carbon copy of the old one, but even if they are, they're a new character, meaning entities won't obey them unless convinced and the like. [Note to self: Upload that later. Also ask them their name.]

Cannon || Pistol:
[LVL 3 - 5000 Grist] Cannon Pistol:
A pistol that inexplicably can fire a cannonball, dealing 3000 extra damage.

Puzzle && 1000 Years:
[LVL 0 - 0 Grist] Ornate Puzzle:
An incredibly ornate puzzle that must have taken eons to craft.

Bad Wolf && Nice Grandma && Determination && "Don't Panic":
[LVL 0 - 0 Grist] Morally Satisfying Fairy Tale:
A morally satisfying fairy tale that has no real effect other than for teaching good morals to little kids.

Preview: Infinileaf Clover && Allsee Spectacles:
[LVL 17 - 1,700,000 Grist, 30,000 Grist] Lucky Guess:
A mixture of the properties of the late Infinileaf Clover and Allsee Spectacles, these glasses with clovers engraved into them can see any Critical Soul Weakness and then capitalize on it immediately.

I frowned, it appeared I'd need more of a economy to fund my projects and creations.

This wasn't as difficult as it appeared however! I merely needed to increase my Grist Production Capabilities!

With a little effort, I created another Grist Foundry, placing it next to the other, and with a little work, a crossed wire, a few nuts, bolts, electrical burns and acid, I hooked them up to each other!

This should have an much greater impact to Recipe's Grist Cost!

Hmm, should I create a new recipe, or create another Grist Production item?

Hmm, I think I'll go with a new recipe!

A scientist who's dedication to the cause is permanent. If mind control were ever instituted on the field, this entity would be immune to it along with being a decent combatant!

CP doesn't exist here, so managing to charge 3 CP instead earns you the reward of 6000 Grist! The CP instantaneously deteriorates into nothing.

---
End of Turn Battle:
All AG and Neutral/Unaligned forces attack and throw all they can at Tricky, dealing another 4 damage to it!

Everybody looks at the Alignment System and senses a massive change coming at around Update 10! If they don't join a faction, they'll automatically be shafted to the AG faction, or Neutral if they state it! Jaggerain's faction changes from Neutral to Science, represented by an [SC], to make room for all the Neutrals! ("S" didn't work and is a formatting thing.)

The Godmodder decides to hold back and charge some Grist, seeing everyone ignore the clear threat on the field! He figures that everything should be fine even if he doesn't do anything... perfect.
Tricky takes hold of the Improbability Reserve, and will gain his next ability in 3 Turns! He looks at Alastair and Medieval Paradox and decides to attack, dealing 12,000 damage to Fort Grist and lowering Medieval Paradox to Slightly Injured! His Health Vial drains, lowering both Max and Current HP by 2!

All charges on the Battlefield progress!
Everybody takes 5000 Grist!

Storypost 1 - Arbiter to Arbiter
Alright, I think I got some footage of the conversation that interrupted the update. Just a sec...
Aw wait, this thing can't send video out - only my words and audio. Here, hold on - I'll give you guys a brief transcription of the events that happen.

---
Okay, cut into me, in front of the webcam, typing rapidly on the keyboard of this thing. A strange figure - difficult to focus on - enters the room through the wall. Quick exposition dump here, real quick: I essentially summoned an avatar of sorts to fight another Godmodder that originated by the Final Wall. Attempting to establish contact with the Arbiter of that fight lead to this:

"You know, you could talk to me directly since we're in the same room now."

I turn around, not expecting another voice to interject that wasn't from the laptop I work from. Nearly jumping into the desk as I see it, I quickly attempt to regain my composure… err, try to. I still look pretty frazzled in the recording."... Oh… uh... hello there. Guessing you're the other Arbiter I've been talking to?" A strange, glowing and pale magenta being floats before me. Although vaguely humanoid, it doesn't seem very accustomed to its new form. It's… kinda hard to focus on, actually. That doesn't really matter though. "Also, how'd you find your way here? I thought this room didn't really have an entry point..."

It... raises an eyebrow…? It appears to go into an internal debate before deciding that the terms of it's anatomy was a bit of a moot point right now.

"That's honestly a bit strange, since you somehow managed to get here into the Arbiter Plane."

"Frankly… I'm just used to workarounds. I've always had to do that a lot… so I just warped in here after finding the Godmodder. The Truth about Arbiters stated there was an Arbiter Plane, so I quite simply… warped to the Arbiter Plane as my first action, and found myself here. Since then, I've been working the fight." I sort of shrug, not really knowing what else to say. It seems puzzled, but glances past it and continues its speech.

"I… I can't say I'm not surprised that worked, but I am surprised that it did work." It grimaces and rubs its head. "You need more than just to be here to make these things work and to do the job right."

It gives me a Look. The kind that stares right into you, and… it's jaw? I think it's a jaw. Whatever it is, it goes slack and the being seems puzzled by it.

"...I. You."

"Me?"

"You somehow qualify as an Arbiter. How. No, literally how - there's no more Architects around to give that title to people!" It sorta flails its arms. Yea… arms. It flails its arms about to emphasize its feelings on the matter.

"I'm not entirely sure myself, if I'm being honest. I could ask the same thing about you - yet we're both here, on the Arbiter Plane, with the powers of an Arbiter." Utilizing my arms in a more capable manner, I gesture to the stone brick walls of the Arbiter Plane around us.

It manages to make a clicking sound with it's seemingly unfamiliar body. I realize I have a bit of a point and smile, feeling slightly superior.

"Well, okay. But even still, you admitted you were a Player, and yet you're overseeing a Godmodding War. That's some heavy bias right there. The kind that got Arbiters killed in the past."

I pause for a moment, reflecting. Didn't only ONE Arbiter get killed by that? Doesn't matter.

"I did this out of necessity. Without the ability of an Arbiter to oversee the conflict, these conflicts can't happen - and the Godmodder wins by default. Somebody had to do this - and as the first to the battle, the responsibility fell on me."

It pauses for a moment and seems to think. It… does so for quite a while. I adjust the way I'm sitting in my chair in an attempt to not look awkward, but... I don't think that worked. It eventually speaks -

" Okay. I can't say your reasoning is entirely wrong - Godmodders are notorious for snowballing when they're not closely supervised. Fine. I guess we'll have to work with each other until our incidents are finished. But I still think we should have a talk after this is over to decide where things go next."

" Agreed. Speaking of snowballing entities though… um." I gesture to the monitor I've been viewing the battle in the Himalayas with. Tricky, the Ice Jester, is on the field, fighting Alastair just out of view. Small ramparts of Fort Grist can be seen. "A - I found Alastair. B - The Godmodder can also use the Alchemiter. This is a problem, as… well, he's created a Tricky. That can snowball."

It blanches a little - that's fairly impressive, it's already pretty pale. Eventually, it nods in agreement after seeming to think it over a bit.

"That's a nasty combination. I don't know anything about the Alchemiter, but maybe reminding the Players about Critical Soul Weaknesses could be necessary. Everything has one, and even in the worst case scenario, as long as it lands on this Tricky it can put him down on the spot."

"Agreed. I'll remind them as soon as the next "Fight Post" as you put them comes out. Seems like it could be a decent idea, especially as he's definitely started… pulling out all the stops rather quickly." I check my wristwatch. "I should get to working on that, too... I wish you luck against the other Godmodder. I'll try my best to assist." Turning around to what appears to be a laptop of some sort, I begin to type hurriedly.

It turns around, seeming to pause a bit before mentioning something...

"The Doors are invisible- sort of. Just watch." It then proceeds to twist what looks like air and step through what would look like solid wall. "Classic defense mechanism.. "

It leaves the room… hm. Maybe I'll explore this place a bit when I get the chance - I never did actually ask it it's name, did I? I should do that.
---

Alright, that should be the entirety of it. As for right now, what we need to do is continue focus on this guy, though.

Mentioning Critical Soul Weaknesses seems like it could be a bit important right now - so basically, they're a way to one-shot kill an entity or even deal massive damage to a Godmodder - as proved in John Smith's battles. The only problem is that they're obscure, and although they make a twisted amount of logical sense, they're difficult to find without searching. One thing I think I've managed to do though is make it so that attacks relating to the Critical Soul Weakness are capable of dealing more damage - so that attack with fire earlier dealing more damage might be a part of it.

If you all can, aim for the Soul Weakness!

Update 9
Alchemization: && && || (I believe this costs exactly 30000 Grist?)

Actions 2 and 3: Moar mining for grist

I swear I'll eventually sit down and put together the record of what stuff I have and what it does

You alchemise the &| Modifier! -30000 Grist, but you get 4000 back due to mining for Grist!
And... uh, please do. It's kinda necessary.

Inventory: Valkyrie Hal-Blade, Oarred Longship, Blossom Bow, Shuriken Staff, Purple Dragon Belt, Staff of the Thousand Arrows, Paint Set, Party Rapier , Halberd Musket, Stabbing Cart, Flintlock Blunderbusses, Harpoon Bomb (Unused)

I decide to stand back this turn, and spend all my actions charging up grist.

+6000 Grist!

(x2)(Chromatic Shurikens)(Paradox Wand) Under my Telekinetic Control, I slam a few dozen Flaming Red Shurikens into Tricky, melting his Ice and ruining his Cool, however, this is but a distraction.Tricky is a Jester, a figure to be mocked and Laughed at. Well, let's laugh at him then. The Shurikens form a Ring of Fire as the Paradox Wand takes the Ice from his name and enchanted the Fire, I conjure a whip and smack it threateningly. Well, let's have the Jester perform a Ring of Fire trick shall we?? When Tricky does so, the Ring of Fire immediately constricts him, burning him as canned laughter plays...and continues...on and on even as nobody actually laughs.

(x1)(All in One)I grab from the All in One a set of Builder's Tools, and with some Conjured Materials, repair the Festive Fort Grist, whistling Christmas songs as I do.

I join the Science Faction, why ?? Because MAD MAGISCIENCE TIME !!

Tricky uses up 3 Improbability Reserve to reduce the damage by making the fire improbably cool, but still takes 6 damage from the actions! You sense that fire is definitely a part of the weakness! Fort Grist is repaired by 8000 HP! You join the [SC] faction!

I suddenly blink as the allignment system pings me, and immediately state my request for independence (neutral)

preview: spooky lantern || crown of the molten depths.

i equip the crown, and proceed to make some things

Font && liquid grist
blowtorch && blowdart gun

inventory:
Blowdart Gun, (1000 damage)
Gembark, (magic material)
Spooky lantern, (lantern, heavy)
Musical postbox, (musical postbox)
Pen, (just a pen)
Dissonant trombone, (4000 damage)
Crown of the molten depths,( fire immunity)

You join the [N] faction and equip the Crown of the Molten Depths! It provides fire RESISTANCE, not complete immunity.

Preview: Spooky Lantern || Crown of the Molten Depths:
[LVL 6 - 20000 Grist] Lava-Repellent Lantern:
A lantern capable of repelling fire-based attacks against a region. Working best if placed within a structure, it will reduce the effectiveness of fire-based attacks on it's location.

Font && Liquid Grist:
[LVL 0 - 0 Grist] Grist Writer:
A pen that writes utilizing small amounts of Grist to materialize the words on the paper. Although this allows for plenty of cool formatting tricks, such as rainbow text or glowing stuff, it costs Grist to write with it.

Blowtorch & Blowdart Gun:
[LVL 2 - 2000 Grist] Firey Blowdart Gun:
The Blowdart Gun, but now with fire attacked to it. This changes it to a fire-based attack, and up's it damage to deal 2000 extra damage in total.

I am Anti-Godmodder, and before I do anything else I yell at Goldboy "what the hell man, attack the PG people not us!" and with me saying that I roll my dice once again and decide to Alchemize some items.

Squid Pro Quo ink && Ink-Blade

Superhero Vest || Stolen Health Aegis

and with a strengthening of my Inkblade and armor underway, I Punch tricky in the snout to establish Superiority, as hard as I can.

Squid Pro Quo Ink && Ink-Blade:
[LVL 4 - 7000 Grist] Ink-Blade Pro:

The Ink-Blade, but with a slightly different design, and now bearing an uncanny resemblance to a Splatoon weapon. Firing a light grey colored ink now, to reflect your still Unaligned status, it deals 3000 extra damage to a target and inflicts the Inked status. For some reason, you feel like the color of the ink will change depending on your team.

Superhero Vest || Stolen Health Aegis:
[LVL 5 - 12000 Grist] Health-Draining Hero's Vest:
The same Superhero's Vest, but imbued with the ability to steal health from attacked foes.

You smash Tricky's face in! 1 Damage as it can't come up with a counter for it!

OOC: Wait what didn't you say I caught it in the last update?

Alright never mind I stop fighting and go to paradoxdragonpaci and ask him to use his paradox wand on the alchemiter as the opposite of neutral would be aggressive, don't worry I have a plan. After that I go to Algot and ask him to give me the alchemiter remote to see if I could fix it with my Research facility and finally I go to my facility and look at whatever data they found on the alchemiter.

No. I was quoting Pokemon, and... it "appeared" to be caught doesn't mean it was caught.

Anyways. Most of these are Free Actions and don't require your actual Player Power, so you just ask Paradox and Algot. Looking at your research facility, it appears test results are still inconclusive. You'll have to wait until they finish up.

Action 1: Book of Anagrams && Obscenely Dense Religious Tome || Pen of Puns (Intent: Okay you know my Kabbalah pen alchemies in MSPAradox that I use for wordplay attacks? Yeah something like that.) (Once again, I use the Forge if Alastair's good with that.)

Action 2: I conjure a cloud of powdered beryllium around Tricky, then burn it in a jet of pure oxygen. This is the most exothermic non-nuclear reaction listed on Energy density Extended Reference Table - Wikipedia , releasing an astounding 23.9 megajoules of energy per kilogram of reactants burned. Tricky is burned, melted and vaporized in the resulting conflagration.

Action 3: I summon a Grist Synthesizer of my own.

[LVL 2] Obscenely Dense Religious Book: An absolutely massive book containing the ideals of omniquantism - and therefore, the ideals of every single god, because all of them exist and are correct. Despite this, the book still has a massive amount of contradictions within itself.

[LVL 2] Pen of Puns: A pen that forces it's user's hand to write absolutely terrible puns. Could potentially be used as a debuff?

Book of Anagrams && Obscenely Dense Religious Tome || Pen of Puns (PENDING)

Book of Anagrams && Obscenely Dense Religious Tome || Pen of Puns:
[LVL 5 - 12000 Grist] Pen of Religious Wordplay:
A pen capable of rearranging the letters in any religious book to create bad puns, and then utilizing them attack. Like the Modern Elemental Wand, this gives a basic boost of 3000 Player Power to any action it relates to.

Tricky is burnt heavily by the chemical reaction, dealing 4 damage to him! The Grist Synthesizer is summoned, but can't exactly do anything but give a structure a Grist Cache! You'll need to attach it to something.

[Unaligned] hungry visitor - 10000 Grist
Inventory:
Magnetic Field Rejector
(gun that shoots cones of shortlived fields that do not have any magnetism in them, disables bioelectricity) (currently being modified to make matter temporary disappear in the cones additionally)

The Artificer's Guide to Magitech
A book titled and written by an unknown artificer from the world of Eberron. Contains highly useful insights on the usage and creation of magitech items, allowing it's user to do yet more with the creation of magitech items.

Real Estate:
Magitech Library - 10000/10000 HP, 2000 Defense, allows for studying and better actions with magitech"

A mad science ([SC]) faction? I shall join it and house any mad scientist in my Magitech Library. Contribute to the science or leave my house tho.

I think I need some tools...
Runic Stylus && Screwdriver
preview Laptop && Grimoire

I continue modifying the Magnetic Field Rejector

You join the [SC] faction!

Runic Stylus && Screwdriver:
[LVL 1 - 1000 Grist] Screwdriver Stylus:
A stylus with a - headed screwdriver on the back, allowing for both to be used in quick conjunction. Although not invaluable, surely this will help you in your quest for magitech stuff!

Preview: Laptop && Grimoire:
[LVL 0 - 0 Grist] Grimoire Doc:
A google doc file designated to storing and compiling practically anything in the Grimoire of question. Although a blank Grimoire costs nothing, converting a more powerful Grimoire with more information will cost more Grist.

Continuing to modify the Magnetic Field Rejector, you think you're almost there. A couple more actions should do the trick, as already it's been working on more than the electromagnetic fields...

  • this is where I will have my items listed in my posts.
    Cannon || Pistol:
    [LVL 3 - 5000 Grist] Cannon Pistol:
    A pistol that inexplicably can fire a cannonball, dealing 3000 extra damage.

    Puzzle && 1000 Years:

    [LVL 5 - 12000 Grist] Gristaji -
    A game similar to the game of Jumanji in it's reality warping nature, allowing the user of the game to actually play it in real life. Although extremely dangerous, there is a large amount of Grist at the end as a reward!

    Capchlouge Card && Camera:
    [LVL 1 - 1000 Grist] Photaugralouge Camera:
    A camera that prints Capchlogue Cards of whatever it captures. Many items don't seem to register well with it though, especially considering the limited capabilities of the Capchlouge Card's limit of item possibilities...

    Jumper block extension
    alchemiter
    alchemiter remote
  • this is where i do things IC

    Sensing the alignemt system will automaticaly [AG] me otherwise, I Open trolian (Because it is just beter than pesterchum, more features can be directly acessed(even tho pesterchum can recive trans timeline messages and respond to them so there is realy no reason why it should be unable to send them)) on my bootstraped nintendo switch and create a buletin
    Curent Antique Tactichian [CAT] Right Now opend public trans timeline buletin board Message to the Architects,
    *[CAT] Deployed Hide-from-past-selves-Bot*
    *[CAT]s Hide-from-past-selves-Bot hid Message to the Architects from all of their past selves [[AT]=>P~[CAT]]*
    [CAT]: Architects, I have an important request for you, please build a secret compartment that will open and release a note with the following message writen on it "[AT]: I am neutral until furter notice" exactly ten minuites further in the future than the time I am sending this message from, I would highly aprechiate it.
    *[CAT] ceased posting in Message to the Architects*

    after doing that I respond to TheGoldenBoy2188 Of course you can have it., then I give him the alchemiter remote.

    Now it is time for a few real actions, for the first one I alchemize cannon pistol && cueball
    then I try puzzle || 1000 years

    then I shoot tricky using my handgun cannon

    aditionaly I preview "a nice grandma" && "bad wolf" && "determination" && "don't panic"
  • this is obvious

    I have none
  • this is where I talk OOC, or is it *De derereru*
    the fading effect was quite annoying to apply to my text

Although the table looks cool in a post, it kinda breaks down when you're quoting it. I wonder how the quote will show up.

Cannon Pistol && Cueball:
[LVL 3 - 5000 Grist] Cueball Pistol:
The Cannon Pistol, but it shoots an impossibly large pool ball. Although it does the same amount of damage as the Cannon Pistol (3000 extra), it might be more effective on billards-based entities, like
The Felt. Well, assuming they show up at least.

Puzzle || 1000 Years:
[LVL 1 - 1000 Grist] Convoluted History Puzzle:
A puzzle that requires immense knowledge of the past thousand years to solve.

You don't have a Handgun Cannon, but you have a Cannon Pistol! Despite this, you shoot him with both, and deal 2 HV damage!

Preview: "Bad Wolf" && "A Nice Grandma" && "Determination" && "Don't Panic":
[LVL 0 - 0 Grist] Morally Satisfying Fairy Tale:
A morally satisfying fairy tale that has no real effect other than for teaching good morals to little kids. Quotations didn't change anything.

Firstly: (book on glyph magic&&paper on glyph magic &&stone tablet on glyph magic&&USB containing only files on glyph magic)|| a wand
Secondly: five small glass vials&& some magic from the above result if it gives magic.
Thirdly, crystaline material || Mana.

Welcome to the game... oh god. It's a JoeBOB. Never the less, you obtain 5000 Grist to start!

(Book/Paper/Stone Tablet/USB on Glyph Magic) || Wand:

[LVL 6 - 20000 Grist] Glyphic Wand:
A wand covered in various arcane glyphs, the item is capable of summoning a large variety of glyphs and using them in a variety of ways. Boosts any action related to these by a base of 3000 Player Power.

Five Small Glass Vials && Glyphic Magic:
[LVL 2 - 2000 Grist] Concentrated Glyphs:
A somehow liquidized version of the magic that the Glyphs contain. Not very powerful, considering the Glyphs themselves provide the magic and as of right now, bottled and concentrated stuff does not form a glyph.

Crystalline Material || Mana:
[LVL 2 - 2000 Grist] Mana Crystal:
A crystal of concentrated mana. Glowing a light purple, it glows with the power of magic given form.

I throw the Absolutely A Molotov Cocktail Grenade at Trickey in absolutely normal way.

An absolutely ordinary knife && an absolutely ordinary blow touch

Preview brobot && Grist Trader Finder && 10 habits of a successful Grist Trader

I then gather Grist.

Tricky attempts to block the grenade, but wastes 2 Improbability Reserve trying to transmute it! 5 damage as the representation of immutability hits!

Mundane Knife && Mundane Blowtorch:
[LVL 2 - 2000 Grist] The Thousand Degree Knife:
A dead meme from long ago, yet it still applies here. It deals 2,500 extra damage when used on an attack, and is fire-based to boot!

Preview: Brobot && Grist Trader Finder && 10 Habits of a Successful Grist Trader:
[LVL 6 -20000 Grist] Trader Brobot:
A robot that's been trained to emulate the habits of a successful Grist Trader and work like one. Although not quite as good as the real thing, it's certainly a decent replica and will trade Grist for useful items.

+2000 Grist!

I swear and proceed to try and call for more help- but then pause.

I take out a list, then call from that.

Soon, a Sci-fi version of Bob The Builder showed up. he smiles gratefully.

"Oh hey! Alastair, right? D.I.G.I. told me about you. What seems to be the problem?"

"I've got a Festive Fort Grist in dire need of repair - structural damage. What are your hiring rates for the problem again?"

Sci Fi Bob winces. "Oh, that's a lot of damage. And I'm figuring there's a Godmodder war going on?" With my nod he takes his iconic hat off enough to scratch his head. "I'm afraid you'll want to take me on as a permanent hire for the war, and that will cost extra. Do you even have the funds?"

I grimace. "I uh... may have made an impulse donation to a charity recently."

"How much?"

"Yes." I think for a moment. "If I provide the materials, could we save working out payment details for the endangerment and man hours later?"

Bob conidered it. "Hmm... on the one hand, I was created without the original Bob's standard assortment of friends and vehicles, so I can't say I have anyone to support in the event of my death... but even so working for essentially free doesn't sound ideal. I'm afraid I'll have to decline."

I nod. "Alright. I'll think of something. Thank you very much!"

That sucked. As Bob flies away I can't help but think that. But at the same time, the fact that former entities have free will now and won't just stop because I'm not around eases my troubled thoughts. Still...

I head into the Grist Forge. There's more than one way to get some aid. Or rather, make some. It'll have nothing on Bob, but hopefully 3 Actions worth of Grist Forging and however much Grist it'll take, starting with my own supply and dipping into the reserve if I have to, will get me a Grist Repair Robot that's capable of repairing Festive Fort Grist at a reasonable clip.

While I take a break in the middle of the Forging process, I give orders to those manning our weaponry.

"Keep up the pressure on Tricky by shoot at his feet. The improbable tap dancing feats should force him to drain his Improbabilty drive down much quicker and easier. And maybe a bullet or canonball will actually hit!"

With that done, I get back and finish the Grist Repair Robot, and give it its first order to repair the damage wrought by Tricky on the Fort.

...I feel like I'm forgetting something though. Right. Someone told me something. Who was it?

I get the feeling it was something Meta. But I've been trying to cut down on the direct Meta reading, so I resolve to check the Update terminal logs the second I get some more Grist and Actions to make a GristPhone or something.

======================================

Focus Action + Personal Grist + However much Reserve Grist + Grist Forge: Create a Grist Repair Robot.

You focus, and manage to construct the Grist Repair Robot using what's probably too much Grist! 36000 Grist is left in the reserve pile, but it grants Festive Fort Grist a grand total of 4000 Regen a Turn!

---
End of Turn Battle:
Festive Fort Grist fires on Tricky's feet, dealing 2 damage of HV to him as he's forced to use a point of improbability reserve to keep his feet moving! All AG forces also realize that they need a total of 3 entities to be safe from Player Injury by the Godmodder, a requirement they don't currently meet due to everything being piled into Fort Grist! Fort Grist regens to full health! The Alchemiter Research Facility builds a charge!

All of the Science entities collectively deal 1 point of HV damage to Tricky! The L.O.B.A.V. finishes it's charge and produces a Zombie Trooper!

The remaining Unaligned forces attack Tricky, and deal 1 damage as well!

The Godmodder releases the Grist he formed to summon a secondary wave of entities! Disoriented by the fact they were just summoned, they'll have to wait until next turn to attack...

Tricky looks at ParadoxDragonPaci and Ghost Armor 1337! Irritated because he can't attack either of them directly, the Magitech Library finds itself encased in ice and snow, along with the MagnaGuard suddenly being teleported a thousand feet up and falling to their deaths! Unaligned Players find themselves vulnerable!
