Destroy The Godmodder: Renewal (Hole In The Ground)

I make my way over to where King, Thina and Mirrorman are, with my sword in a newly-made sheathe, and my hands in the air, as a sign that I come in peace.

+1 @Talist

Thank you all for your many, many +1s.

If the shieldmonster ICE is still alive (it didn't get minicritted... it wasn't guarding the monikerbots yet...), I give it a healthy snack of Blair Headstm candy. It is absolutely delicious! Just look at how the Shieldmonster ICE's smile lights up as he begins to eat! How all his wounds begin to heal! Go and buy BLAIR HEADS candy today, at your local magic item shop! Only $99.99! Per Blair head!

I then proceed to pocket my new Rolex I... got... and also specify that if the shieldmonster ICE is not alive, then this heal will go to the monikerbots instead! Generating more new ones. Somehow.

Also! Shieldmonster ICE! Guard those monikerbots! And both of you attack... The archer contingent! I have a plan to keep you all safe, my sweet bots... don't worry about a thing...

I analyze some footage of recent situations, and find out that the Godmodder's negative reaction time appears to be his main defense. So if I can shut that down, he should become far more vulnerable.

As it turns out, I have just the right blueprint for a countermeasure. A few minutes of tinkering later, and I create the Quantum Disrupter.

The Quantum Disrupter is an interesting design that uses quantum mechanics to screw with precognitive abilities. I got the design from the Foundation, but it was originally a GOC design, as part of their equipment for combating high-level reality warpers. The core functionality exploits quantum mechanics, namely the fact that observing a quantum event changes its outcome.

The mechanism is fairly confusing. When a precognitive ability picks up on the Quantum Disrupter, it gathers a result based on the reading that it picked up. However, because of quantum mechanics, the actual result is then changed. If only a single instance of analysis occured, the Quantum Disrupter simply causes the affected ability to output the wrong result. But it gets more complicated against precognitive abilities more powerful than a simple "ask a single yes or no question about the future" spell.

  • Auto-Crafter (Artifact): An automated crafting system designed to bolster engineering efficiency. Either generates a charge point or loses durability each turn (50% chance of either). 100% durability.
  • Juggernaut Armor (Artifact): A light powered armor system. Protects the user with both armor and ablative shielding, and increases the wearer's attack damage (8/8 Armor HP, 4 Shield HP).
  • Electrostaff (Artifact): An electromagnetic system that can be used to stun enemies or reflect countered attacks back at the user.
  • Multicannon Pistol: A magic-powered gauss pistol, capable of firing in different modes (ranging from conventional bullets to the same power as a tank cannon). Has an ammo creation system built in to create strange ammunition and avoid reloading problems.
    • AM Breacher Rounds: Specialized rounds designed to penetrate magical defenses and destroy magic-based systems.
  • Cool Goggles: Advanced goggles that eliminate glare and provide advanced Scanning functionality (aka the normal Scanning functionality).

[I'm pretty sure 'observing' in the quantum mechanics sense is more "you can't find out how things Would have been if you didn't exist" or "your existence effects the outcome", not "when you look at this it changes, but it stays the same, regardless of your existence or not, if your looking the other way".
so like.
I'm pretty sure that doesn't work.
(edit- well, at least if your using the same quantum mechanics as i think real life has.)]

Pebbletopia DOP 2!
to view animation, go HERE.
the battlefields end state this dop:

Summery of actions. note the chosen orders are based on my memory of it and what i thought of the order as.
>Army: move behind the mountain.
the army does so. several JOE-teleported monikerbots are trampled because attack segue.
>Tunnel digger guy whatshisname: exit your army's orb, move closer to the mountain, and start digging!
trowel maniac/Brutus does that. unknown to him, all the ground in that spot is monikerbots. they go flying and are crushed on contact with the ground &/or his shovel. anyway, the action made a hole as normal.
>Minor gods: ritual
they do that
>generic gods: ritual
they do that too. generic gods aren't particularly good for magic though, their each equal to a minor god in that regard.
>Mages: DO DA RITUALLl
the mages do the ritual. the symbol of the morally grey faction, the red destroyers of delta, who are most definitely not french, is conjured and drained of its power. lookit that orb swell!
also the destroyer symbol destroys monikerbots as its sacrifice. this continues to not effect the pebbletopia battlefield at all compared to if it hadn't.
>whip guy and julias caesar: Do rituals, you know the drill.
they do that. green circle is julias' doing cuz red wouldn't be visible and he's a green laurel wreath.
>[S]JOE: animate that
done. told you already.

as my action, I sneak past the shieldmonster ICE, and shrink a bunch of the bots, and teleport them to random places on the pebbletopia battlefield, where they die a painful death of crushing, except with the destroyer symbol's attack [Geeze, how am i supposed to change this back to normal font? i can't find it] which just destroyed them with magic.
note: the blue ritual ball isn't there because 1) the size is just me trying to show its growing; i'm not going to try to keep it consistent and 2) weirdness when i was animating it.

DONE!!
This round, pebbletopia begins.
pebbletopia ruleset is Here:
the PG player is @MrMirrorMan .
the AG Player is @DCCCV .

you may organize your troop's starting positions however you like. if you change it from my default assumption, send me an image of the positions. they can only be within a certain distance of your sides spawn however.
Dops will hopefully be daily while piono is dopping regularly and will have longer gaps the first two-four actions since piono'll be gone and I want to evenly-ish space them.
why join: The Winner gets a spoil. this was decided by piono, as i had no idea what to make the reward.
A random number generator has been rolled, PG will go first. However, I still need the AG player and their god types before beginning as it may affect the PG action's effectiveness.

the shieldmonster ICE, due to its similarity to shieldmonster FIRE, recieves FIRE's memorys of fred. I then toss a pancake at it.
[snipped image]
this pancake, though it looks terrible, is a fredcake. I learned how to make pancakes just so I could make this pancake. as you can see, it was not made very well. the raspberry mostly fell off or weren't in the right place and the nose was the only part to work ok.
this fredcake traumatizes the shieldmonster ICE.
but there more.
a complicated scene begins, below are images of it.
first, a giant fred is summoned by armor stands.
[snipped images]
I proceed to turn shieldmonster ICE into magma via a bolt of perditio (reversing) energy.
fred proceeds to unleash a horrifying onslaught on shieldmonster ICE's magma body. i made this onslaught too complicated, sorry.
[snipped images]
the shieldmonster is struck by each of these attacks in turn, and possibly falls and crumbles. possibly not. if the shieldmonster's vitality is insufficient to repel this barrage, then it falls and the blows fall upon the monikerbots. if so, the message these blows carve in their destruction of bots' is written quite clearly:
don't cheat.

...
ENTITY ORDERS: barrier mage grants inscruta a shield. Inscruta uses the same active as last round without its passive, targeting SM. ICE if it is alive, else the monikerbots. if both are dead, it targets the forge with its ldC.

Explanation:

mirror's infantry and archers move forwards. rapport (spec. god with buffing powers) improves infantry move speed, letting them get all the way there. infantry and ritual (spec.god which gets stronger w/ kills) make a wall. minor gods, gods, mages, and shattered pebble hide under the cliff overhang and begin a ritual. finally, the abomination creates a moat in front of the camp, which becomes full of acid/poison/whatever. the poison isn't that strong yet, so you could probably make a bridge pretty easy.
I made this entire thing in one day. be impressed and stuff.
Somewhere in the distance a battle begins, two armies fighting a battle that will only affect the main war tangentially, but it is a battle that will be fought nonetheless.

You drop a bunch of images and force me to go through and snip all of the images before anything else gets done. 20000 damage to Shieldmonster ICE.

You respawn.

I look at the compiled Void Shield Array and Warp Rift, and swiftly move to un-compile them. How? Er, I don't actually know, so I just reverse the flow of time for them, changing their states to pre-compiling, hence fixing the damage.

I then further heal the Rift by performing additional reality shifts, twisting the boundaries between dimensions to ensure the Rift is stable and 'healthy' as can be, as much as such a thing could be described as healthy.

As long as that thing stayed active and guarded, it was a concern for the servants of the enemy. If they ignored it until it was too late, then what emerged might prove disastrous. But of course, there was another such concern, one of building power, that I knew was coming. If they could not eliminate both the future threats in time...

Emerald orders the White Mage to heal the Medic (using Cure), and the Medic to attack the Compli-o-nater. Again

Emerald glares at Ashes, then at the field effect. "You know, doing things like that is a good way to get yourself targeted by the rest of everyone who doesn't want their precious entities to die. Which happens to include me, since Medic over there needs to keep living until he can use Self-Surgery." He briefly alters the effect of the energy he's been charging towards something more...offensive.
"I was planning on using this to summon an entity, but you've proved that you're a nuisance, you and the Compli-o-nater. Luckily for said machine, it's dead, so I'll just kill your friend."
Emerald focuses the energy from his 15 charge into his lamp, which glows a greenish red, and he points it so that Ashes lines up with the Embers
"To quote a green slug man... SPECIAL BEAM CANNON" With that, a brilliant spiral energy beam fires out of the lamp, striking Ashes. Overkill damage goes to Embers
You fire your massive laser at ASHES and EMBERS, EMBERS swirls and disperses, sending ash in every direction. ASHEStakes a heavy hit, losing 22000 hit points.

Seeing as people are trying to kill EMBERS and ASHES, I decide to use these charges early, and having them both dedicated to the same purpose, healing my entities. The ever growing complex forms of the two charges I had, suddenly start becoming more simple, eventually just being pure energy, instead of a complex construction to create a creature or attack. The energy then goes into EMBERS and ASHES, sealing their wounds, by giving them the raw energy to do so. I then ask the Godmodder if I can move them behind the fortress, and if not, to make something that they will focus on more. Because I will be DAMNED if ASHES and EMBERS die this soon. Oh no not the were-mammoths! Auto-critted 24000 damage to the Mobile Fortress.

General Action: Metal Gear Godmodder

I sneak aboard the Mobile Fortress, bypassing its defenses. I stealthily make my way to the artillery battery, evading the attention of the archer contingent and garrisoned soldiers on my route. Soon, I reach my target, and with a cry of "SURPRISE, ASSHOLES!" I leap from hiding and fall upon the artillery crew, getting into a massive brawl.
[snipped image]
When I'm done, the artillery crew is relatively unharmed, but every last one of them is tightly bound and gagged, preventing them from doing anything until the turn after someone rescues them. Even if the very next poster unties them, they will be unable to participate in this turn's End of Turn Battle.

An Ancient Evil: Least Avatar of Val'Elzathor

Only now, with the first pillar destroyed, could I muster enough Charge to call forth the barest shade of my god Val'Elzathor. Still, even with such a charge, I would need to spend much effort to bring my patron's will to this plane. Obviously, a massive amount of blood sacrifice would be needed, and even more frustratingly, there was the issue known as the Maelstrom. For simply calling forth enough power to fuel a supernatural effect, a ritual circle would suffice, but to summon an Avatar I would need to physically rip a hole in reality leading to the dimension where Val'Elzathor resided.

This would require a setup far more elaborate than any mere ritual circle could possibly be, both to rapidly acquire the necessary sacrificial power, and to form the portal.

The design that took shape was something I began calling the Summoning Engine almost immediately. In the center was a circular portal frame, surrounded by a quartet of Dimensional Tuning Spires, and the whole thing was powered by a grand total of eighteen specially-designed Sacrifice Pistons, nine to a side.
[snipped image]
As soon as the device was constructed, I climbed into the device's control room, from which I would be able to operate the entire horrible ritual I was about to conduct. There were only five features to this room of any note; two switches, a button, and a pair of indicator lights. Still, that's all I would need as I prepared to call forth the merest fraction of Val'Elzathor's power.
[snipped image]
With a muttered prayer to the Dark God, I walked over to the first lever, and switched it to the on position. Off to the sides of the Summoning Engine, the Sacrifice Pistons churned to life, as the cattle streamed into the death machine by the thousand.
[snipped image]
The bovine creatures, of course, had no idea what was in store for them. They were funneled down the chutes leading to the Sacrifice Pistons in huge numbers, being fed into the crusher several at a time.
[snipped image]
The crushers themselves were an interesting design, operating based on command blocks. At the top of each piston, a large mass of iron was summoned, before it fell, smashing the hapless sacrifices below.
[snipped image]
At the bottom, the large chunk of metal was removed, and the resulting cattle-mash was fed through a specialized filter that sucked every last iota of supernatural power from the sacrifice, storing it in magitech capacitors beneath the floor.
[snipped image]
In total 10,368 cows were slaughtered to power the device, their spiritual essence quickly being put to work. One by one, each piston completed its cycle, with the parts of the soul capacitors visible from above ground glowing with the power stored within them.
[snipped image
In the command center, the first indicator light turned on, as the required number of sacrifices had been fed into the machine. I nodded to myself, that meant it was time for stage two; priming the dimensional barrier to allow the portal to the maelstrom to be formed with minimal issues. This is also when I would need to start handling my part of the load, as the ritual could not be entirely mechanized. No, I had a role to play here, and as I prepared for it, I drank a glass of water to ensure my voice wouldn't crap out on me.
[snipped image]
I positioned myself in front of the next lever, pulling it as I began to chant

"Val'Elzathor, god within the Maelstrom!"

"Val'Elzathor, god of all that destroys!"

"Val'Elzathor, god of DARKNESS!"

"Val'Elzathor, god of proactive defense of those you see fit!"

Deep within the machine, power began to be routed to the quartet of Tuning Spires.
[snipped image]

"Val'Elzathor, I beseech you to hear my plea, there are those who would bring harm to your followers in the service of this Godmodder, and I request your help destroying them utterly!"

I continued my chant, as massive bolts of lightning erupted from the tips of each spire, slowly but surely weakening the barrier that lay between planes
[snipped image]
"My lord of ultimate darkness, I beseech you to send an Avatar powerful enough to render my enemies incapable of continued resistance! Please, send an aspect of yourself to my aid!"

At that very moment, the second indicator light blinked on. The portal was ready to be opened.
[snipped image]
"Val'Elzathor, if you can hear my plea, please send me a message!"

With that, I slammed my fist down on the button to ignite the portal, as Val'Elzathor speaks directly into my mind "I hear you, mortal. I shall fashion an Avatar out of the power you have sent to me , then send it through the portal."
[snipped image]
While Val'Elzathor was speaking, the portal arch filled with a distinct purple haze as it powered up. This was only the preliminary phase of it opening, however; when it was fully open, I would know.

My god continued to speak to me, saying "By the way, I really have to give you some style points for the Summoning Engine, the thing looks absolutely metal."

Looking out the window at my machine, I couldn't help but agree, saying "I'm glad you like it. Is there anything you would like to tell me of regarding your Avatar?"
[snipped image]
Val'Elzathor replied "Yes. At the start, I am sending you the barest fraction of my power, but the longer my Avatar lives, the more of my power will be invested in it. I want a chance to wring the neck of that upstart Godmodder personally."

At that exact moment, the portal finished establishing a connection to the Maelstrom, streamers of blue and white energy erupting from the frame as the barriers between dimensions were ripped asunder.

As this happened, I asked my patron "Val'Elzathor, you won't send through enough to be truly killed should your Avatar fall, will you?"
[snipped image]
Val'Elzathor, for his part, replied "No, I will not. For starters I don't want to completely destroy that plane you are currently on, and the most powerful Avatar it can support before reality starts coming apart at the seams barely measures up to 2% of my total power. Even if everything goes to shit, I will survive."
[snipped image]
The dark god, then adds "I can see the portal now, my avatar is coming through."
[snipped image]
Soon, a figure strides through the portal, shrouded in dark malignant energy. The catlike ears atop their head perk up as they step through and stretch their wings, as they say "Oh, it is so nice to have a material presence again. Now, what should I kill first?"
[snipped image]
With that, the Least Avatar of Val'Elzathor takes note of the Mobile Fortress and notes "That looks rather important. Let's kill it."

The Avatar's hand lashes out like a lightning bolt, sending a bolt of malignant energy to impact on the fortress, contorting it and rending gashes into its form, much like what happened to the necromancers subject to the Voodoocordion's music.
Least Avatar of Val'Elzathor
Every three rounds that the Least Avatar of Val'Elzathor remains alive, it evolves to a new form. Each time this happens, it gets a stat boost, a partial heal equal to twice the amount its max HP goes up, a new special ability, and a name update. Below is a list of each level, what special ability it gains at that level, and what its name changes to.

1: Least Avatar of Val'Elzathor |No New Abilities | Starting Level
2: Lesser Avatar of Val'Elzathor | Regen 10% of max HP
3: Minor Avatar of Val'Elzathor | Attack Reflect
4: Avatar of Val'Elzathor | Attacks add damage over time effect to target, named [Curse]
5: Improved Avatar of Val'Elzathor | Extra Lives (1)
6: Major Avatar of Val'Elzathor | Attacks apply [Acid Trip] to targets for one round
7: Greater Avatar of Val'Elzathor | Counterattack 50%
8: Greatest Avatar of Val'Elzathor | Extra Lives increases to (3)
9: Perfected Avatar of Val'Elzathor | Attacks affect a second [PG] target at random for half damage, but no Status Effects. This ability is tagged as Blast Radius.
10: True Avatar of Val'Elzathor | Regen Increases to 20% of max HP
11: Least Aspect of Val'Elzathor | [Curse] increases in potency, dealing twice as much damage as it did previously.
12: Lesser Aspect of Val'Elzathor | Time to produce a new Extra Life is reduced to two rounds
13: Minor Aspect of Val'Elzathor | Blast Radius increases to affecting two secondary targets per attack
14: Aspect of Val'Elzathor | Counterattack no longer prevents Val'Elzathor from performing its regular attack
15: Improved Aspect of Val'Elzathor | [Acid Trip] is now applied to anything attacking this Entity, whether or not the attack is successful.
16: Major Aspect of Val'Elzathor | Attack Reflect now affects anything attacking this Entity, whether or not the attack is successful
17: Greater Aspect of Val'Elzathor | Blast Radius increases to affect three secondary targets per attack
18: Greatest Aspect of Val'Elzathor | Attack Reflect increases to 200%
19: Perfected Aspect of Val'Elzathor | Regen increases to 30% of max HP
20: True Aspect of Val'Elzathor | This Entity gains the ability to attack twice per round.
21: Least Will Of The Dark God | For Entities only, [Acid Trip] is replaced by [Thrall]. Victims of [Thrall] can only direct attack actions at [PG] forces, and can only direct healing actions at [AG] forces.
22: Lesser Will Of The Dark God | Blast Radius now applies full attack damage and status effects to secondary targets.
23: Minor Will Of The Dark God | [Thrall] now lasts 2 turns, and forces its victims to act.
24: Will Of The Dark God | [Curse] is now applied to anything attacking this Entity, but the attack must be successful
25: Improved Will Of The Dark God | Blast Radius increases to affect four secondary targets per attack
26: Major Will Of The Dark God | No new special abilities, just increased stat boosts for this level.
27: Greater Will Of The Dark God | This Entity gains the ability to target players who would not normally vulnerable, but only applies the [Acid Trip] status effect when doing so. When doing so, the player in question must be the primary attack target, and cannot be targetted via Blast Radius.
28: Greatest Will Of The Dark God | Regen increases to 40% of max HP
29: Perfected Will Of The Dark God | No new special abilities, just increased stat boosts for this level.
30: True Will Of The Dark God | For this Entity's primary attack targets only, [Curse] increases in potency to the point of dooming any Entity or player struck by it to death.
31: Dark God Val'Elzathor | Dark God Val'Elzathor now produces the Field Effect, They Shall Perish, which automatically applies [Curse] to all Entities and vulnerable players that are not [AG] aligned. Of course, I'm not about to leave the avatar of my god's will undefended; even with its tremendous power, it could still be quite easily killed. To that end, I fire up the Summoning Engine again, calling forth a strange, fungal monstrosity. Though its physical attacks were pitiful, the hallucinogenic spores it released constantly would sew quite a lot of chaos among the Godmodder's allies.
[snipped image]
Psycho Shroom
-Psycho Shroom is bodyguarding the Least Avatar of Val'Elzathor
-Psycho Shroom's attacks do no actual damage, only serving to apply the [Acid Trip] status effect for two rounds.
-Psycho Shroom pierces bodyguards.
-Anything attacking Psycho Shroom, be it an Entity, or a Player (even if that player isn't vulnerable, or the Entity is bodyguarded), also receives the [Acid Trip] status effect for two rounds.
-Anything currently under the influence of [Acid Trip] loses the ability to chose specific targets for its actions. Whatever its action targets is chosen at random from the list of everything vulnerable to attack on the field, with total disregard for the allegiance of the selected target. This applies to both Player and Entity actions.
-Any Entities summoned under the influence of [Acid Trip] will be of a random alignment.

You attempt to gag the artillery crew but in the struggle one of the artillery crewmembers knocks over one of the cannons, which fires into the ground, jettisoning you from the mobile fortress but also dealing 20000 damage to the artillery team.

SMAAAASH! Our first ever summoning SMAAAASH. How about that.
Least Avatar of Val'Elzathor summoned with great lightningings and crashings and weeping and wailing and gnashing of teeth.
The Godmodder growls.
You punks are already summoning gods to fight me?! What is this...
He suddenly leans back and chuckles to himself.
Heh. What would my uncles think if they saw me now...

Some of the effects of the summon's upgrades shall be tweaked due to power increases and certain abilities (such as regen) not scaling well.

You summon up the psycho shroom!
Additionally, inflicting acid trip on players is a no-go. If I accidentally brushed over that and missed it when you ran it by me vefore, I apologize, but inflicting stun-type effects on players is a big no-no.

Once I have my sword back in my hand, I place my free hand on the Barrier Priest's chest, so that I slide them off of my sword. At the same time, I drain them of their powers, if I can.

Your attempt at an energy drain shifts to a health drain as the barriers around him keeping him alive begin to fail. 12000 damage.

I look at the Mobile Fortress and sigh. Why does that thing have to be so tough again?

The Godmodder really isn't making this easy, although I suppose I can hardly blame him. Cracking my knuckles, I decide it's time to hit this thing with the best way to deal with castles: orbital bombardment. Yes, there's a defense field around the planet, but there are ways to deal with that. Mainly by opening portals directly above the thing.

The All-Cosmos Dominating Armada, bold required, fires through the portals and directly on to the trundling machine below. The result is an instant apocalypse, shafts of obliterating lightning crashing down atop the fortification from a certain Tyrant's ingot-ships, blessed shells of gold and marble hitting home with the force to end mountains, orbs of bright yellow and heavy duty missiles descending like rain. By the end of the barrage, the foe is visibly worse for wear, and although other Entities stood at a safe distance, the riverbank nearby is now a mere furrow in the ground, the excess heat of the attack having boiled away the water. It would return in the form of rain, in time.

A Champion: 12/20.
Healing the Healer: 3/3, using.

I teleport the White Mage away from the battlefield to land of frozen time, or more accurately a dimension where any time spent is not reflected in the outside work. There, we converse, and the Mage relaxes a little. Their job has only just begun, relatively speaking, but even so stress builds fast on the battlefield. With the additional time to rest and prepare, and with the best futuristic medicine I can provide, the Mage returns to the field zero seconds later with all, or at least most wounds fully healed.

I humbly request that the Medic (@Enerald_Mann) heals the Warp Rift. It should work. Somehow.
You drop another orbital bombardment. The orbital bombardment burns away the riverbank, leaving only a small amount of slightly damp ash at the bottom of the furrow. The mobile fortress takes a whopping autocritted 36000 damage.
You heal up the white mage to full.

Just to stroke my own ego, I check the flavor text for the Least Avatar of Val'Elzathor

General Action: You're going on a trip. An [Acid Trip].

One of the most threatening Entities currently on the field for the [PG] side (aside from the Godmodder himself) is the being known as Inscruta. I decide to turn them into a liability for a bit, by dosing them with the hallucinogenic spores from the Psycho Shroom. Of course, the first step in that is getting some of said spores without giving myself horrible hallucinations in the process. Given how said spores were designed to affect robots, spirits, and golems on top of biological lifeforms, that would take some doing.

In order to facilitate such, I manifested aerokinesis, using carefully controlled micro-wind currents to gather a cloud of the spores, and dissolve them into a solution which will prevent their dispersal through the air, while also maintaining its potency if suddenly brought into contact with a viable subject. With that, I pull out a weapon I haven't used in a while, namely my tranquilizer gun.
[snipped image]
I load a dart full of this spore solution, take aim, and fire right at Inscruta. The dart slams right into their body, the needle piercing all protections the being might have as it delivers its payload right into them. Inscruta soon begins to act woozy, before its actions become unpredictable. It looks like I had been successful in applying the [Acid Trip] effect to that particular Entity, though I wasn't sure if my alterations to the formula would have reduced the duration or increased it.

Inscruta is inflicted with a single round of acid trip, despite it seemingly being a mechanical being.
Your acid trip is invalidated by Authority's righteous anger. Somehow.
Free Action: scan Inscruta

... Let me say that the Psycho Shroom is both is overpowered and annoying. First of all, preventing control over actions? Even player actions? Uh... no thanks. There are 12 pro godmodder targets, and 13 anti-godmodder targets. So, assuming that the 'acid trip' debuff goes on a PG, they have a 45.8% chance of attacking a fellow PG. Let's assume that one attack deals 15k damage... And according to Piono, a two turn debuff would affect two attacks.

So... Because the attack has a 45.8% chance of hitting an ally, over two turns, there's a 21% chance of hitting a PG twice, a 29.4% chance of hitting an AG twice, and a 49.6% chance of hitting a PG once and an AG once. Now, we need to go into opportunity cost.

Without the acid trip debuff, the PG would hit an AG twice for 15k damage each time. That's a net profit of 30k damage for the PG side. With the debuff, let's analyze the potential outcomes.

Hit PG twice - -30k net profit for PG side
Hit PG once, AG once - break even
Hit AG twice - 30k net profit

Now, we multiply these by the chance of them happening to get the average effect of the acid trip debuff.

-30k * .21 + 0 * .496 + 30k * .294 = 5,820

And because this is replacing the standard 2 attacks on an AG, we need to subtract.

5,820 - 30,000 = -24,180

So, with its standard attack, the Psycho Shroom, on average, is causing a 24k HP swing in favor of the AGs. This wouldn't be that bad on its own, but it's doing this also every time it gets attacked, not to mention how it takes away agency from players. Granted, this number is a high estimate because any entity with self buffs as actions are pretty much immune to this. Still, I hate effects that take away agency. So, bad mushroom. I usually don't attack entities on their first turn of life, but this? Nah. ... Although, I will admit, having Thina get drugged out of her mind sounds... uh... interesting.

Anyway, this speech about the nature of the foul mushroom being enrages and inspires Authority! After all, who does this mushroom think it is to challenge the rule of law with chaos? Order will prevail, and there shall be peace through strength! Chaos always attempts to seep in, which is why Authority must remain strong. The cloud of darkness surrounding Authority suddenly dissolves away, leaving for a moment what seemed to be a cloud of jagged mechanical eyes.

It reforms a short distance away, having purged the toxin from its alien biology. It turns, shadowy mechanical eyes focusing on the Psycho Shroom. Plus, Authority doesn't even have a face! It has a vague head like shape, though no actual face. Anyway, this action is to counter I_Just_Write's action.

Plus, I use the artifact's power to give Authority a mini-crit on top of this by spending 20 durability and 40 energy.

Authority 'convinces' the Psycho Shroom of the correct course of action through Truthtelling, dealing 30k damage, plus the minicrit, plus crit from attacking a bodyguard. This is literally the kind of situation I designed Truthtelling to counter. You AGs do seem to love your bodyguards. Obedience heals Ashes for 10,000.

Thina's gaze darts to meet King's and stays there for just a moment before looking back down and leaning away, frightened by the lack of capital letters.

"Please- It's not wha-"

Realizing that her voice had dropped in pitch, Thina suddenly stops, closes her eyes, and takes a few breaths before restarting with the proper pitch.

"... Look, I..."

She looks around to make sure Mirror is gone.

"... I don't want to support... them. I've seen what they've done, and it terrifies me. ... But, yes. It's true. I'm sorry I didn't tell you earlier. I've been sent here to help the Godmodder. Things are complicated. ..."

Thina stares down at the ground for a while before seeming to realize something and looking back up at King. After positioning herself so that she could face King, she looks back up. Holding up a paw in front of her mouth, she tilts her head over to the side.

"I'm... er... I'm not at liberty to say why exactly."

As she speaks, she draws an eye like symbol in the dirt with her other paw and indicates it by tilting her head towards it.

"... Um... Others have an interest in this fight."

She taps the center of the symbol with her clawed finger and then discretely points up at her own head.

"I can't say much else."

In one gentle but swift motion, she rubs out the eye symbol, returning the dirt to normal. She puts her paws back to their normal resting places and tilts her head back, looking up at the roof.

"... The pleasure and the pang. ... The angels can't measure it."

Finally, in one last action, she tilts her head back to the side for a moment to indicate where the eye symbol was.
Inscruta: your moma- make your enemy cry for 2 turns

You give a minicrit to Authority, which is going to be useless because it takes another full crit to increase crit level.
How crits work:

two minicrits makes a crit
Two crits makes a super crit.
Continue like that. So you would need an additional TWO minicrits to get the x2.5 attack damage multiplier.

Authority wasn't targeted, Inscruta was, but if you really insist, inscruta is un acid-tripped.

The Godmodder walks over.
An interest in this fight?
Already?
I'd counted on the Veil actually obscuring my movements for a halfway decent measure of time, but I suppose this is to be expected. Godmodders are always a big deal once they announce themselves.
I appreciate your help, but I would at some point like to be made aware of just who your sponsors are. I like knowing who I can expect to show up at my parties.

Great, apparently the electrostaff's sniper rifle mode isn't working, so I can't do charged attacks. Too bad, I wanted to wipe one of the Godmodder's bosses with an absurdly powerful charged attack. Whatever, at least it can stun stuff and shouldn't run out of power.

Anyways, time to attack the Mobile Fortress. I create a modified version of the battlebot Bronco with some improved systems and AI, and add an inverted shrink object to multiply its size by a factor of 16. I then proceed to impersonate the battlebots announcers.

"In the Blue Corner, this bot will buck you up, it's Bronco!"

"And in the Red Corner, the titan of the battlefield, the impenetrable wall, the Mobile Fortress!"

As soon as the starting buzzer rings, Bronco charges forward, aiming to get a devastating flip on the Mobile Fortress. The Mobile Fortress uses its drawbridge as a wedge to block Bronco at first, but a skilled maneuver gives Bronco the corner of the Mobile Fortress and allows it to land a devastating flip. The Mobile Fortress, despite its huge size, is launched into the air, spinning several times before landing on its roof.

"Uh oh, the Mobile Fortress is immobilized! Can it self-right!"

The Mobile Fortress manages to self-right somehow, and then disgorges all of its troops.

"It looks like Mobile Fortress is attempting to utilize minibots to fight Bronco! Can they make the difference?"

As it turns out, no. Bronco procceeds to continue to land flip after flip on the Mobile Fortress, causing severe internal damage due to the fact that the Mobile Fortress is not intended to survive being spun upside nor, nor falling hard on its roof.

*****Meanwhile,in Space*****

"Okay, the defenses are officially impenetrable."

"What about the Planar Breacher?"

"Well, it got blown up again."

"What happened to it this time?"

"The idiots driving the thing aren't admitting it, so I'm going to assume that means it was really stupid."

As it turns out, for a flagship-sized drill equipped with warp drive technology, a ridiculous amount of armor, and a forward-facing arsenal, the Planar Breacher ends up wrecked a lot. Usually because it burns off most of its strength brute-forcing its way into a system, leaving it vulnerable to whatever it actually encounters in the system. Or, some enemy captain gets smart and flies behind it to cripple and kill it.

"It's going to take at least a month to rebuild it, even with their advanced shipyards. We don't exactly have a month here."

"Well, Varos is still on the ground, and he's working hard to find a solution."

*****Meanwhile, on the ground*****

"Oh! Oh my god! Bronco managed to flip the Mobile Fortress into a pool of lava! Look at the Fortress melt! This is almost certainly a K.O."

First off. There won't be another update for like, a week and a half, as I'm going to be on vacation. I give you all express permission to do extra RP posts and whatnot if you so desire as compensation, although I'm not going to be continuing the tradition of handing out extra regular posts, it already takes me long enough to update.

Second off: The drawing contest. Even though I won't be able to update, I'm still going to have internet access for a while. Anyways, since the next boss is going to be coming up as soon you guys hit 50% distance I figured I might as well call the art contest now. Everyone who is interested in trying to obtain a free 50 post charge, PM me, either here or on Discord, and I'll give you a description of the boss. You do NOT have to be actively playing this game to enter the contest by the way, you can decide to just enter no matter what.
The winner of the contest will have their art showcased in this thread as the official artwork for the boss, as well as given that 50 post charge token. This token can either be spent as a 50, or broken up and used as multiple smaller charges.
The runner-ups (ie: everyone who I deem has artwork good enough that it could've been used) will have their art posted in the Out-of-Character thread, as well as given a 10 post charge token.

Anyone who wins or runnner-ups has express permission to do a singular post in-thread to expend their charge token however they desire.

Finally, Pebbletopia, a sidequest idea that JOEbob came up with that I deemed cool enough to allow to have a proper reward. Go check out his post for information on it. King glowers at her as she starts to speak out, his posture stiff and tense as if ready to spring onto her at the drop of a hat. But as she starts speaking his posture slackens with his shoulders drooping and his back curving in his crouch. His cape pathetically hangs limp off of him without movement or wind to breathe life into it.

"I... OH GOD, I DIDN'T THINK. I APOLOGIZE."

His tone reminiscent of a dog hanging its head after misbehaving. He reaches out to her before drawing his hand back with a shake. King doesn't move just crouching on level with her avoiding her gaze before she starts drawing in the dirt. King faintly nods and tries to not look at it directly instead glancing at it with his peripheral vision and the occasional glance at what she drew before focusing his gaze on her again as she gestures. He pauses for a moment to think and chose his words carefully.

Seeing King's emotion take a 180, Thina starts and recoils backwards slightly. Her expression under the visor immediately softens and she slowly brings her head back forward, looking King's shame up and down. In a broken motion, she raises a paw only to stop barely above the ground. Returning it, she stays silent and instead simply watches King's own hand, though it was difficult to tell that through the visor. Then, she does her whole speech.

When Thina realizes that King understood at least something from that, she relaxes slightly, her tension dropping almost imperceptibly.

"... I won't be able to say much for matters of safety, but thank you for understanding that."

She stays silent for some time, drawing her tail around herself.

"I suppose you're against the Godmodder, which makes this unfortunate. Though, I have a duty to preform. I am here as a surrogate, and I can only hope the Godmodder will bring peace through strength. No strong authority always leads to chaos and rebellion."

Hearing the voice behind her, Thina whirls around to face Mirror, her ears suddenly shooting up straight and stiff.

"Ah- I'm sorry! Y- you didn't hear, did you? ... You can ask me what you will and I'll try to answer I- ..."

Immediately, she's gone back to being tensed and ready to run.
You search the area, the chipset lighting up in a few different places. There's no obvious ruins around here, it seems this place was...
And then you activate the ability.

Light. Everywhere. You reach down and pull a piece of what you thought was rock before and flip it over, discovering a dulled knife made of some sort of miscellaneous super material. Every where you look there's signs of an ancient battle long past. Well, not EVERYWHERE. It's been long enough that much of it is buried or gone... but with how old this stuff is it must have taken place an incredible amount of time ago...
And been absolutely massive.

/Null
"Calm down dear, I didn't listen in to your conversation as that would have been rude. I simply want to know what you think of us, the Anti-Godmodder and Neutral fractions. Your reasons for fighting for the godmodder, I can guess are not your own, seeing as you don't seem like the type to intentionally hurt those you consider friends." The Clock Mirror says. ". . . And also, are you afraid of me, or just nervous around Pro-godmodder' members?"
#WelcomeToTheShow

Thina suddenly stops, surprised. Though she's still tense, she raises her head up curiously.

"Huh? ... Dear? Did you call me..."

She glances down to the side, her expression softening slightly until she remembers where she is. Snapping back to attention, she whips her head back to look straight at Mirror. She stays silent for a long time, letting him speak. Then, she takes a breath and steps back once.

"... First, I can't say I have a clear view of the factions as I know very little about them. And... my reason for being here is to fight on the side of order. I don't know what that... has to do with not wanting to hurt friends."

At the final question, she moves her head back puts a paw up to shield it.

"... I've... I've seen a- and heard some of what you've done."

With shaking breath, she closes her eyes for a moment, waiting for something. After a moment, she looks back up at Mirror and continues.

"... I'm horrified with h- how y- how- ... I- ... ah!"

Her stiff expression suddenly breaks into panic and she turns before sprinting a few meters away from Mirror. At a 'safe' distance, she turns around again, no longer sitting, but instead crouched low to the ground.

"P- ... please don't..."

/RPnull, though this may be the last turn for a while that Thina is coherent. Also, if someone wants to RP but is worried about making the first move (like I was), you can come talk to Thina. I'll have her respond.

Well, it doesn't die immediately, but that's a lot of markup. Autocritted 30K damage to the mobile fortress.

You do realize the Mobile Fortress is still in operation, right...?

You restore 12000 health to the shieldmonster ICE.

    • Ballistic Calculation System: Calculates ballistic trajectories of objects, allowing for more accurate shots, and also creative tactics using corpses as weapons or landing an enemy in just the right location.

Pebbletopia DOP 2!
to view animation, go HERE.
the battlefields end state this dop:

[snipped image]

15000 monikerbots mercilessly destroyed.

#ThroughTheGates
Obedience would heal up ASHES for 10000 health but ASHES is already overhealed and Obedience can't really overheal. So instead it heals up Authority some more, restoring 10000 health. Authority launches off Truth-telling, expending both of its domination points, slamming the psycho-shroom completely and in totality. Psycho-shroom flattened, Authority acid tripped up. ASHES continues maintaining the battlefield effect, covering everything with a smothering coat of ash. The Archer contingent opens fire upon the Forge, killing it even through the point of armor, but the GM has mercy and autoapplies the predator armor to the Robot.

The Artillery Team drops a bombshell - literally - on the Rocket battleship, dealing 20000 damage to its hull and sending shards of shrapnel off to the medic and the void shield array, dealing 5000 damage to the first and 1000 damage to each of the shield arrays. The Garrisoned soldiers find them fighting for their lives against an enemy within their own walls, and deal 25000 damage to the Demon Horde. Inscruta opens fire on the Shieldmonster ICE, dealing halved damage then critted for 10000 total. The Barrier Mage throws up another barrier in front of Inscruta. I'm gonna call it right now and say the limit on barriers is 3.

The Demon Horde raves and mills about in the courtyard of the mobile fortress (yes it comes with a courtyard. Pretty nifty huh? Order yours TODAY!) and struggle against the garrisoned soldiers, dealing 25000 damage to them and an auto-critted 50K damage to the fortress.

The first thing that happens on the AG side of the field is the Shade of the Red Dragon lifting up into the air on its great "wings" and sending down a massive blast of pure oblivion, balefire, straight down into the form of the unwary ASHES. 100000 damage. Just barely not enough to kill it. The monikerbots attempt to attack the archer contingent but can't because the mobile fortress isn't down yet, instead dealing 6500 damage to that, and gaining that many in number.

The Robot has nothing special available to it, so it just attacks the mobile fortress for 10000 damage. The Rocket Battleship, having taken extensive hull damage, flees the battlefield to the upper reaches of the atmosphere. Now is the time to finish it off! The Medic dashes over to the warp rift and swings its medi-pack for 10000 hit points. The White Mage takes compassion on the Medic and restores 13000 health to him with the use of Cure. The Shieldmonster ICE attacks the Mobile Fortress, dealing 7000 damage and halving its attack power next round. The Offering offers itself up and deals an auto-critted 4000 damage to the mobile fortress. The Least Avatar of Val'Elzathor gathers its honestly impressive dark magic despite its title, and lets loose in a powerful blast of darkness that deals an auto-critted 50000 damage to the Mobile Fortress.

The Godmodder looks at his wonderful advantage and strength on the battlefield and decides that he can afford to wait a turn, and instead focuses in putting some overclocking onto his The Gathering charge.

Your forces have gained the advantage with the arrival of fresh summons and the fall of EMBERS. You push your way back to the banks of where the mobile fortress was first encountered. Everything is still coated in ash, just like the last time you were here.

Everything ticks up. The auto-crafter succeeds.

Entity orders:
barrier mage uses emancipation dome.
Inscruta uses [REDACTED] on the void shield array, killing it and dealing [REDACTED] [SOMETHING] to inscruta... unless it can do it without the [REDACTED] to it, in which case it does. if void shield array is dead, it attacks the warp rift.

I mutter loudly about how all these things of higher priority are really annoying, i mean really, can't there just be a time when the best thing to kill is the monikerbots? , and, while also preparing to conduct pebbletopiaism, walk over to the barrier mage, asking them "why are you so hurt" and pointing out they do have a self-protective special. they reply "'s not enough" and I say "fine, have some tomatoes." they say what, and proceed to be hit by a tomato. this tomato is a maxim tomato. they accidentally eat the maxim tomato, and are healed.
It would appear that there will be no pebbletopia update this round, as mirror has not provided their orders yet and there is not enough time to animate even if they gave orders right... now.

I look over to the almost defeated ASHES. Time to make short work of that thing.

I close my fist, and a pull constricts the shade of a once mighty foe, compressing it into a small sphere, or relatively small at least. Then, a somewhat larger sphere of water surrounds it, and is shaken vigorously. The ashes dissolve in it, leaving the water dirtied but the foe undoubtedly slain. For dramatic effect, I cross my arms close to my chest and then throw them wide, and the ashes that once comprised ASHES shoot off into the distance, the many individual water droplets that comprised the sphere of liquid separating, most with a few particles of the ash present, leaving the beast separated and dead. For the finishing touch, I change reality, purifying the separated ash of their burden, their memories, leaving the substance as naught but ordinary soot.

So ends the shades of the dragon our enemies were using. Mine, however...
He suddenly leans back and chuckles to himself.
Heh. What would my uncles think if they saw me now...
I also hear the enemy reminiscing on days gone bye, and I pause for a moment. To be honest, as far as future tyrants are concerned he really didn't seem all that bad. I shake my head to dispel such thoughts. I'd seen what he'd done. Not directly, he had some sort of anti-scrying wards up, but the results were plain as day. Still, even that was fairly run of the mill for the scale we were operating at.

But, tyranny is tyranny. I commit to remembering the information if it becomes relevant, but for now resume thinking on how to harm the foe. Speaking of, I have an idea for that just coming up...
A Champion: 15/20.
Blessing of Nurgle: 2/2, using.

The ash that had covered the Void Shields was repelled by some unseen force, and the shrapnel forced out of the machines by tumorous growths, foul things that nevertheless restored the full integrity and functionality of the machines. The strange things grew a bit further before bursting, a strange form of bloody pus emerging as they withered to nothingness, although soon enough it had pooled on the ground below, leaving the devices with no indication that they had ever been harmed or 'gifted' by one of the Dark Gods.

+1 @Enerald_Mann Thank you!

I decide to attack a MYSTERY ENTITY! The attack has a secret target which won't be revealed until the attack is complete! I first put the entity through a lot of black stuff! A black hole! A vantablack thingamabob! A black-colored Crayola crayon! A black marker! WITH PERMANENT INK! All of these combine to have the Entity come with their whiteness utterly crushed, now completely black-colored... and of course, I then proceed to mock the poor entity. Stupid, stupid entity! How could you be so stupid? I then consign the entity to an eternal darkness torture prison. The prison is mostly just it being dressed in a large variety of white outfits, only to be sent through a ton of trials where they're basically gauranteed to be ruined by totally accidental permanent black ink spills by the guards. Eventually, it finally succeeds in the trials, and gets to walk out of the prison in a stunning white outfit. Only for one last guard to stick his foot out and trip the Entity, sending them into the mud, totally ruining it again. The Entity, only capable of casting cure magic, can't fight back. The entity is reduced to nothing but miserable sadness, forever and ever.

What Entity was this, you ask? Why, none other than-

Than-

-A SURPRISE RETCON TO SECRETLY BE OBEDIENCE ALL ALONG, AND NOT THE WHITE MAGE

Yeah... because Obedience is a bad entity...

Sorry, AGs. No hard feelings. My allegiance is really more aligned with the monikerbots than you guys, quite frankly. But, it looks like I'll be fighting with you for a while yet. Defecting to N would frankly be a very unwise move. So, Shieldmonster ICE, guard the monikerbots and brace yourself for whatever it is JOE has in store.

A short time before I came to the interaction, I took a step back to observe the battlefield. I could see that The Medic was heavily injured. What had the world come to? Attacking Medics is considered to be bad form. I take the Medic by the shoulder to a tent that I've set up. There, I take the time to apply some salve and bandages to their injuries. I also utter a healing incantation, for good measure. Normally, the Medic would perscribe himself some bedrest, but based on the chaotic battle raging on outside, he believes that he would be a sitting duck if he did, since the encampment is too close to the battlefield. I reluctantly let him jump back into the fray, and tell him, "take care yourself, alright?"

what have i done to you?
You are the first [PG], therefore, the first to betray our cause. Your misdeeds shall not be forgiven.

I check the stats on the Demon Horde, I expect it to cause us headaches in the near future.

General Action: Damage Control

Though the Rocket Battleship has retreated from battle, the experience with the Rocket Tag Champion tells me that trusting a random dodge chance to save an Entity with low HP is dumb, no matter how high that dodge chance is.

Thus, I decide to give the Rocket Battleship a bit of a safety margin, teleporting to the upper atmosphere, where I can stand on its hull as my nanobots do their work of repairing the vessel.

While I am fully aware of EternalStruggle's previous attempt to make a called-shot healing on the tremendous flying war machine being a failure, the fact was that I didn't want my efforts to be wasted. Thus, I made darn sure that my nanobots ignored the bridge and Main Engines; those systems were both (amazingly) in flawless condition, and repairs on them would achieve nothing of use.

Further, on the off-chance that I fully repaired the Main Battery, I made sure that any overflow healing would reach another damaged system, rather than simply being wasted.

Hopefully, that would help get this flying wreck back in the fight sooner, rather than later.

I note with extreme annoyance that for some reason the Medic decided to take its wrath out on my Rift instead of healing it. How incredibly annoying. Still, I could deal with such issues later. At least now I knew that said healer could not be counted on to do anything but wound.

I turned my attention to the Godmodder, and hummed in thought. He'd blocked some good attacks so far, it would likely be very difficult to take him down, especially considering how little damage he'd taken compared to what seemed to be his total capacity. The man was barely winded. There was no way we could take him down, surely?

Unless...

Unless we weren't the ones to damage him, of course!

Suddenly, a strange humanoid creature of some kind appears before me. I had used it before in an attack, of course, but not against the man himself, and the method of damage had been different. This did mean that I knew the timeline shifting idea was valid, however. I took the target to another timeline then, here I would take everyone except the target. Indeed, although the Godmodder may have gained defenses against direct temporal attacks along with most other kinds of attacks, this technically wasn't an attack at all.

Of course, I had to do this in style. I looked at the time on my wristwatch, nodded, and turned the exterior ring of the device. It soon locked in place with a satisfying click, and the analogue hands went into overdrive, whirring around at a speed of days every second. This in particular wasn't temporal manipulation or anything, this was the actual internal clockwork spinning like mad. Something else in the mechanism clicked, and ports opened at the side as the watch pressed down flat against my skin, and sheets of brass emerged at a frightening speed, covering the watch and my entire hand in an armored gauntlet, along with a string. An assembly was soon formed on the back of my wrist, a sort of miniature crossbow. Flexing my armored hand, I nodded in satisfaction at the large range of movement available.

This was of course all theatrics, but theatrics mattered to me. Even if it was in an impenetrable and entrance by any means proof energy bubble in a corner of the battlefield where nobody could see, it still mattered. If nothing else it kept me attached to reality.

I removed a special arrow from behind my tie and locked it in place into the bow. I pointed it at the creature, clenched my fist, and the arrow fired.

Before me now stood a more advanced form of the creature. This done, the gauntlet retracted and shield disappearing, the real work began.

Step 1: Remove everything but the Godmodder from this timeline, as in every Entity and player. Yes, even the PG ones, I want to make things safe for our incoming allies. With the Stand's new ability to take a lot of specific things to an alternate timeline without the need to have them between two objects, this is as simple as willing everything out.
Step 2: The instant this happens, all the players from a specific alternate timeline appears in this one, although without any Entities.
Step 3: Reappear in said specific alternate timeline, all players and Entities, Godmodder damaged.

How do steps two and three worked? Simple. The difference between this timeline and the other specific one was minute. There aren't infinite alternate realities, not by a long shot, but there are enough to make this work. Anyway, the difference was that the Godmodder used some of his life force to fuel a one-off, totally irreplaceable bomb that as far as I can tell has only appeared in that timeline to kill and banish all of us and our summons. Obviously the Entities were dead, but the seeming ability of us reality warpers to come back from the dead meant that we were all still alive, just banished. So naturally our alternate selves wanted to come to another reality, and after some mental communication with my alternate self I was able to oblige. They come here, seeing as the banishing means they can't return to where they used to be, but we being technically different have no such restrictions.

Even though the alternate Godmodder is definitely alive and healthy, the fact remains I know for a fact he had taken proper further damage when he pulled out that bomb, which he only found and on a whim used as I was performing the action, and thus was in the middle of the explosion even if he easily survived intact. He is still confirming it worked fully when we arrive.

As for the previous Godmodder, he would likely think I just somehow performed a field wipe for whatever reason. Even if he did know the truth, as I demonstrated earlier with the Darksteel Colossus it would be very difficult to follow us and not die, seeing as the two Godmodders would be pulled to each other and mutually annihilate, killing both of them despite any shielding very quickly. More than that, I trust alternate me and our alternate allies to do more than enough to keep him occupied, despite the best efforts of the alternate PGs.

He looks up in shock as we appear out of nowhere, and I laugh. "Thought we were gone? I'm afraid not, this is just the beginning."

Obedience uses Servitude and restores 15000 health points to Inscruta, Authority sits there and stares at all the pretty colors. The Archery contingent opens fire on the shieldmonster ICE, which takes a critted 40000 damage. The Artillery team fires on the Robot, which barely hangs on with 1 hit point. A piece of shrapnel flies up ridiculously high into the atmosphere and just barely misses the rocket battleship, while the other comes down and deals 10000 damage to the Medic.

The Garrisoned Soldiers continue in their desperate fight against the Demon Horde, dealing another 25000 damage to them. Inscruta hums a bit, not as much as normal, and fires its cannon once more, destroying one of the void shield arrays and restoring 5000 health to it. The barrier mage caps out its emancipation charge and casts a large barrier shield around himself.

The demon horde continues raging, dealing an autocritted 50000 damage to the mobile fortress and rampaging their way through 25000 health of the garrisoned soldiers.

The Shade of the Red Dragon looks down in interest at the barrier mage and his shield. And then instead of blowing out fire just reaches down and eats the entire thing whole. Barrier mage destroyed. The Shade of the Red Dragon then burps up a massive fireball that smashes into Inscruta, blasting through both of the barriers and dealing 36000 damage through them. The Monikerbots swarm once more and deal out an auto-critted 15000 damage to the Mobile Fortress, making that many more monikerbots in the process. Looks like bodyguarded entities give out extra monikerbots too. The White Mage heals up the Medic again, for 7000 health.

The Robot charges forwards at the Mobile Fortress and deals an autocritted 10000 damage. The Rocket Battleship remains hidden up in high orbit. The Medic also makes an attack, his powerful swing of the medkit (not healing this time) dealing a powerful 20K damage to the Mobile Fortress's walls. The whole thing looks ready to fall apart at the slightest touch! So the Shieldmonster ICE walks over and touches it. The whole thing flies apart, bricks flying everywhere, wheels popping off and rolling away, archers falling from the walls... Mobile Fortress destroyed! 20000 damage to the Archer Contingent, Artillery team and Garrisoned soldiers. The Least Avatar of Val'Elzathor unleashes another blast of darkness, dealing 25000 damage to Inscruta.

The Godmodder looks around. His army is in shambles YET AGAIN. But he's ready this time. He unleashes The Gathering! Suddenly Forests spring up out of the ashes of the landscape, creating a great forest that surrounds you all with towering oaks and redwoods. The ground rumbles, and the Godmodder smiles, holding his deck out in front of him as he taps a set of forest land cards that had slowly been placing themselves out in front of the shuffling deck as the turns went by. Pillars of light shine down from the sky and a number of entities hit the battlefield.

Your forces battle their way through the forest, pushing the PG forces back even further.

Everything ticks up and down. I Just Write's counter wears off. THe Auto-crafter works yet again.

+2 mirrorman unless talist can accept +'s, then +1 mirror +1 talist.
I look at the cultivator of blades' low health and 3 turn special, and decide to booby-trap him. specifically, I note the psyco-shroom 'acid trip' debuff, which currently doesn't exist, sort of. anyway, the psyco-shroom's acid trip debuff looks like it would be quite handy if it where applyed to, for example... the least avatar of vallkerie whatshisname.
[checking...]
the *Least Avatar of Val'Elzathor i mean. sure is a pretentious name, but it doesn't hold up to the pretentious adolescent's name, which i shall record here for posterity:
kinglord of the highlands, blade of light and shield of darkness, minister of falsehood and reagent of bureaucracy, creator of shadowblades and enchanter of the relic crown, warlord and sage master of all Vikings, manipulator of the norse gods and destroyer of frost giants, master of the realm of Gavel and level 101 mage, archer, dark wizard, ninja, and knight, users of the hive infused wand, bow, dagger and spear, half holder of the dark key, master of the magics of the celestial realm.
as you can see, very pretentious.
while you where reading that pretentious text, I realised the plan i had is dumb, and instead decided to create a more potent variant of the acid trip debuff, a cross between confused and panic effectwise. intent is thus: causes attacks to hit allys. if struck by a damaging attack, becomes a 50% chance to hit allys instead.
I cause this by getting LAoV hooked on opium so europe can profit off them, before adding some metamphetamine (giving them speed eleventy brillion) from minechem and some 'shroom spores I got with a combination of time travel and magic. they quickly become paniced because their moving too fast, confused from the opium, and all the while are on an acid trip from the spores. this concoction is then duplicated, liquefied, and injected into them by an army of robot mosquitos i made out of nowhere, which continually fly around and restock their drugs, keeping the acid trip, confusion, and panic combination thing from stopping as soon as my action ends... hopefully.
not feeling like dropping my monikerbot smash yet since i might need my cooldown at 0 soon, I instead make a halfhearted attempt to influence the acidtrip'd/confused/panic'd action into being monikerbots, if such can be done without reducing duration or otherwise weakening the rest of this.

Authority.
Authority has nine letters.
If we split Authority like this: Author-ity, then 'Author' has six letters and 'ity' has three letters.
Let's focus on Author.
Whose character is the Author?
That's right, Sp33d0n's.
Sp33d0n has seven characters, two of which are threes and one is a zero.
Two threes and one zero.
3 + 3 + 0 = 6.
Author has six letters.
'ity' has three letters.

Still not shocked?

What is the Author's full title?
The Eternal Author.
'The' has three letters. 'Eternal' has seven letters. 'Author' has six letters.
3 + 7 + 6 = 16.
If we split 'Eternal' like this: Ete-rnal, then 'Ete' has three letters and 'rnal' has four letters.
The letters 'rn' together look like the letter 'm'.
Ete and Mal.
If you ask a Japanese person to pronounce Mal, they will most likely say Mar. (Not to be racist.)
Mario is a character in Japanese games.
Ete and Mar.
Ette and Marr.
Ette and Marron.
Both Marron and Ette are characters of Irecreeper.
Irecreeper is known for creating DTG: Chaos.
DTG: Chaos has the Chaos Butterfly as a major theme.
This is how the Chaos Butterfly looks like: <0>.
<0> has one zero.
You know what else has one zero?
That's right. Sp33d0n.

Wait. There's more.

What is the only game Sp33d0n is known to GM?
DTG TVTropes 2: Salvation.
Who created DTG TVTropes 1?
Pionoplayer.
1 + 1 = 2.
DTG TVTropes 1 + DTG TVTropes 1 = DTG TVTropes 2: Salvation.
DTG TVTropes 1 = 1/2 of DTG TVTropes 2.
Pionoplayer = 1/2 of Sp33d0n.
Since Author = both Marron and Ette...
That's right.
Sp33d0n = 1/2 of Irecreeper.
Don't question my logic. It is flawless.
Pionoplayer = 1/2 of Sp33d0n = 1/4 of Irecreeper.
Irecreeper x 4 = Pionoplayer.
DTG: Chaos x 4 = DTG: Renewal.
DTG: ChaosChaosChaosChaos = Renewal.
DTG: ChaosChaosChaosChaos has twenty four characters sans a space.
Renewal has seven letters.
24 = 7.
24/7.
The secret DTG industry pumps out Sp33d0ns, Irecreepers and Pionplayers 24/7.

Hold your horses. There's more.

24/7.
24 = 7.
This means that hours = days.
There are 365 days in a year, save for leap years, which have 366.
This means there 365 hours in a year. This means there are 15.2083333333... days in a year.
15.2083333333...
15.2083333333... has one zero.
Sp33d0n has one zero. <0> has one zero.
Coincidence? I think not.
15.2083333333... has the number twenty in it.
You know what else has twenty letters?
ChaosChaosChaosChaos.
15.2083333333... = ChaosChaosChaosChaos = Renewal
This means that...
Days in a Year = Renewal
The lives of humans revolve around days changing and new days beginning.
Renewal = Life.
Life = Equilibrium.
What's the opposite of Equilibrium?
Entropy.
Entropy = Chaos.
DTG: Chaos.

There's more. There's always more.

Entropy = Discord.
DTG: Chaos is manufactured by the Goddess of Discord, Eris.
Discord.
Discordianism.
Discordianism is a joke religion to some extent.
What else is a joke religion?
Dinkoism.
Dinkoism revolves around an immortal mouse.
What other mouse do you know that constantly takes beatings but survives?
Jerry the Mouse.
Tom and Jerry.
Jerry is a character in Rick and Morty.
Rick and Morty.
Tom Kenny voices several characters in Rick and Morty.
What other prominent figure does Tom Kenny voice.
Spongebob.
Sponge Bob.
Sp0nge B0b.
Sp0nge B0b and Eris, Goddess of Discord, are the heads of DTG Industries, manufacturing updates for existing DTG games and creating Pionoplayers, Irecreepers and Sp33d0ns.

You must be very shocked. Well, prepare to get even more shocked. Gorillaz - Empire Ants has just began playing via YouTube auto-play and it's my favorite song.

Sp0nge B0b.
As of making this post, the subreddit r/Spongebob has 35,600 subscribers.
600.
00.
Sp0nge B0b.
r/Spongebob is obviously moderated by Sp0nge B0b and Eris.
However, there is obviously a Trifecta here.
Who is the third member?
Sp0nge B0b has nine characters sans the space.
Eris has four characters.
9 + 4 = 13
9 + 4 = 13
4/13.
413.
Hussie is the third member. Obviously.
That's the reason DTG2 had this many Homestuck references, as it is manufactured by Sp0nge B0b, Hussie and Eris.
The harsh truth hits Authority and kills it.
