DtG: Destroy the Godmodder (The Broken Masquerade)

18/40

With a charge and an action,I perform a RPG-7 Grenade Barrage at the Titanic Cow by briefly creating 100 of those things to launch then fade away

Skyshatter 4/40 +2 from Godmodder damage

-----------------------------------------------------------------

A mindclone of Astrec reappears at the Battlefield, and uses all of its actions save two to harness all the damage buffs it can. So really only one action shush.
Then, it leaps forward and shreds the PGs with the lowest remaining health to bits with a Chainsaw-mode Knifemodder.
Then it flips over to the Grand Alchemiter, inputs:
[Gauntlet || The Blackguard's Arm && Picture of the Iron Prince && Energy of the Elemental Plane of Metal && Energy of the Elemental Plane of Energy && Technomancer Essence && Tank && Star Destroyer Model]
into the Holopad, and actually makes:
Revolver || Scranton Reality Anchor && Technological Energy && Gravity Gun && Portal Gun && Matter Gun && Matter Fabricator && Teraport && Fabber && Entire Star Wars series on one disc && Voidship && Medigun && FTL Engine && Technological Innovations && Nanomachine Generator && Dimension Hopper && Elemental Catalyst && Techbender && Time Machine && AI = The Innovator
The Innovator: A immensely powerful weapon. It has the appearance of a greyish bulkier cross between a gravity and portal gun, and is covered with different buttons. Users of it can control space and time, disable reality warpers, bend metal, create technology from nothing, fabricate matter, create portals, move objects, invent new objects to serve a inputted function, travel the void, teleport, and half a million other features using this. It's made only with technology, not a trace of magic or reality warping in it or used by it. It also has its own built-in AI, which can be programmed however you like, develop its own personality, plan things in a microsecond, and otherwise be a genius.
It then remerges with Astrec, who is now holding the Innovator.
ASTREC: Hey, Karpinsky. I uh, figured I could make artifacts for the members of the Centurions, so um..
ASTREC: yeah i don't give people gifts very often.
ASTREC: Anyway, you don't have to take this but, here.

He hands Karpinsky the Innovator.
ASTREC: Look good?

6 charge +2 from godmodder damage

While still on the closest thing on the internet around here, I show heartwarming videos to heal the matriarch.

/rpnull

I acquire the Innovator.

"Thanks, friend. Any chance this comes with a user manual?"

Noticing the expression on Astrec's face, I'm quick to dispel his dismay.

"Joking, of course. It'll serve me well in this war, and as for after... Well, let's just say I've always wondered how the Alchemiter packs so much functionality into such tiny packages. But first, I'd better key this to my network."

I take out a small computer drive and put it into one of the slots on the Innovator. The AI within uploads to the gun and links with its internal systems, keying the Innovator to my off-field systems. Looks likes I just made all my remotes obsolete.

I walk over to the Primal Guardian Spirit (s binding stone) and start filling in any cracks with mortar. once I've filled as many as I can, I use [wand focus: equal trade] from Thaumcraft to replace them with the same super-dense super-strong fast-decaying material the rest of the Binding Stone is made of.
Then I cast repair and it does a bajjillion healign becausse i felt like adding this random flavour text bithaha what?

I summon the mighty morphing power rangers in my pocket dimension

Note:can I have them summon their zords in a few turns? Just wondering because they do that in the TV show.

Ugh... Sorry, I was taking a nap and no one woke me up and meh...
LJG sits up and looks around.
Okay. Didn't sleep in too long. Ugh. What was I doing again? Right.
LJG plunges back into his guitar case and searches around. He takes a bit longer than usual, not seeming to know what he's looking for. He pulls out a grand piano and tries to carry it. A random staircase (transportation instrument) pops out of the guitar case. LJG tries to carry it up these stairs, but his balance is way off. The piano falls off the stairs, missing LJG because of the lack of railings (That seems like a safety hazard). It falls, and falls, and falls, strangely not hitting the ground. After a bit of watching a piano fall on the lower HP Monsterpig.
Whoops. Is he gonna be okay?

11/40
AUMA's AGENT: light-bending
Ishmael: bodyguarding
Grenades: 1/2 a charged attack; ignores enemy dodge
Rockets: 1/5 a free-action, charged attack; ignores enemy dodge

all entities continue doing what they're doing.
The Iron Godlem, having come face-to-face with P2, changes its message.
"What, did... did Shadow Sorcerer not mention me? The Emperor? The world's greatest wizard? The guy who killed him? No?"
The Iron Godlem, with its incredible durability and strength, grabs on to the Elemental Plane of Fire. Its hands interlock around the Axe in such a way that just pulling it free wouldn't be possible. You'd have to break the Godlem in some way to gain control of the Axe. Alas, good thing the Iron Godlem had something in its statblock against that somewhere.
I can't be assed to grab it right now, but its there.
Anyways, The Iron Godlem is wrestling for control over the Axe.

I provide Astrec with enough ICE-9 for our plans to succeed.
I keep my ICE-10 though.
"oh you are that wizard"
Your Iron Godlem attempts to grab P2's axe, but at that very moment, he turns around and shears one of it's arms off.
"you thought i was not expecting this that i would not recognize your work but you are wrong when you opened that portal and saw me i saw you too"
40/40 Reconstruction

Deploying Charge:

Far away from the current battlefield sits Science World. Once a beautiful place, it has suffered damage from P5's assault and the ravages of war. When Descendants come to town, as the saying goes, the dust settles and the town is gone. Or something like that; I've never been good at sayings.

Anyways, Science World. They've got their own repair efforts underway, but they're about to get some help.

A truly massive ship appears above Science World. Roughly spherical in shape, it has a diameter of 300 kilometers. Hundreds of hangar bays dot its surface. Inside sits a massive fabrication plant capable of converting energy to any form of raw matter required, along with the various foundries and refineries necessary to produce any other product. Outside of that are dozens of layers of defensive plating, energy shields, and an outer system of point defense and longer-range cannons. Visible on the outer hull, in letters a kilometer high, is its name: Reconstruction.

This is my greatest creation, my desire to repair the multiverse writ large. Despite the necessary defense arrays, it is no combat vessel. It follows me through each war I fight, coming to former battlefields and undoing the damage the war has wrought. It begins to do so for Science World, as thousands of drones spill out of the hangar bays and head toward the surface.

The drones land and analyze the damage before beginning repairs. Every so often, pods containing necessary materials deploy from the ship above; the work does not cease. The process of repair goes on for some weeks, and when it is completed, Science World has a much improved defense network, and facilities that take advantage of the best I have seen throughout the multiverse.

Its work complete, the Reconstruction presses on.
[OOC NOTE: Don't have this show up on the battlefield; this is my flavortext charge. I'll ask you before I try to use it in the game proper.]
~~~~~~~~~
Meanwhile, in Poseidon's domain, I sigh.
"Wish we could have done this the easy way. And for the record, I'm sorry about what's about to happen."
I then activate a Waterproof Disco Drone, which commences to put on a massive lightshow throughout the water surrounding Poseidon, taking extra care to send lasers at his eyes with great frequency. This should give my compatriots the space they need to act.
The lightshow illuminates the silhouette of the Elemental Lord of Water, only for the image to disappear. Your lightshow continues, until suddenly, your Waterproof Disco Drone is flattened by intense water pressure.
21/40 (+2 gdama)
/placeholder (except it's an actual attack oh wow that's hilarious) beating the Godmodder over the head with all these unused placeholder post texts and hashtags, newspaper-bap style
If it's not over there already because I don't think I kept holding it, I leave the Captcharoid Camera that I made earlier by the Alchemiter so players can use it to avoid another <0> incident. Remember kids, images instead of making the mats saves byproduct energy use! Just avoid weeping angels and other image-to-thing.
You attack the Godmodder with placeholders, and she takes- "No."
What?
"I said no. I'm not taking any damage from one of your constructs on that machine."
I fly over to collect another Super Dragon Ball, and upon finding it, I put both it, and myself, into one of my demiplanes.
7 Dragon Balls Collected.
You've collected all 7 Dragon Balls.
ScientisDoc (by dcccv)
so, it looks like it hasn't updated yet, but the way it works is predictable. it makes 4 WP/round, and used 3 on a drone, so 6+1 7 RP as of exactly now. then, I spend 3C on RP, raising RP to 8. then, 8 points are expended on the clone facility (aron specialty)
meanwhile, I talk with the templars some more, and ask if they can send along Templar Guy, except I call him by his actual name, which I definitely know in character. Templar Guy is as good as nogatu, but he's not a nogatu, which makes him infinitely better as far as everything but killyffying. Also, he can't be killed because he definitely exists in the future... I think.
Templars continue building, special sam uses regemeration, their miners check what the ground is made of,the Vintage conduit gives the fort some GC, and the drones attack ummmm terrorwildmike. PGS coils around the fort and will blazing charge anyone who attacks it, unless its just one person, in which case it instead uses Lunge, since it's cheaper.
You proceed with the cloning project!
Astrec asks the GM a desc of the Ankh
Astrec saves a copy of Voidsteel to a USB drive, then tosses the steel to ME. He then tosses Summoner's Stave to them too, then dances over the portal.
Astrec channels all of his damage buffs.... SLASHSLASHSLASHSLASH. He slashes the PGs with the Clear Thought, then switches to the next part. A giant attack is launched against the PG side as Astrec transforms the Swissarmyknifemodder into a giant bazooka chain gun, tapes all his artifacts to it, and targets the Monsterpig, blasting a huge volley of explosives at the Pig. If he has any attack left, and/or the Pig is killed, he targets the PGs with the lowest health, and if he kills them, moves onto the ones with higher health remaining.
Astrec gulps down a couple of healing potions.
If I have any available actions left that using won't cancel my following attacks, I use them to harness the damage buffs of the Discount Elemental Alchemies wait retttcooonnnnnn- huh what Discount Elemental Alchemies? I only see some Piono™ Merchandise, namely a copy of Ircucvci, albeit a very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very less powerful version of the original. It still has a bit of power though.
Astrec readies his weapons. Let's do this.
He raises his hand, and hundreds of portals to the Plane of Water appear, forming a huge sphere. Then, he rummages through his pack, and tosses something into the air. It duplicates, a copy going through each portal. Said thing is ICE-9. Back in the plane of water, a giant sphere of ICE-9 bursts in, and promptly spreads towards the god of water. It also spreads outward too, at a bit of a slower speed, as to give some innocent bystanders time to escape the heck out. Then, Astrec himself spins in, seemingly unhindered by the water.
ASTREC: Let's begin what I like to call Astrec Uses his Alchemies and also he has 16 of them so um yeah.
ASTREC: totally not the one who named that no sir
He cartwheels forward, and yanks out the Swissarmyknifemodder and the Fishery. The knifemodder equips itself in godarm form, and grips the Fishery. He then leaps forward, and launches twenty lines from the fishery, while the Knifemodder transforms into a Astretech(tm) Brand Spyril, which jets Astrec forward. He maneuvers the fishery's hooks with the telekinesis from Death's Ankh, hooking the God's Trident.
ASTREC: And we've got a bite. Time to reel it in!
Now, guess what potion (well one of many) I used for Descended's Draught? SUPERSPEED BABY. Astrec uses the speed to reel in the Trident at ungodly speeds, ripping it from the God's hand. He leaps up, gripping the Trident, then whips around, firing a gun loaded with ICE-9 everywhere.
ASTREC: Yeehaw.
...the portals from earlier proceed to each dump out three tons of primed concentrated Voidic Grenades, which detonate as Astrec flips backward through the water, shields being generated.
ASTREC: Come on...
ASTREC: Also, Karp. That ICE-10 you mentioned? I need some. That ICE-9 is going to consume us both at this point, no matter how much damage it does to Cthulu. Can it be made into say, a shield?
You give some of your artifacts over to MechaEnthusiast, deal 30k damage to a Monsterpig, and then throw ICE-9 into the Plane of Water.
"Maybe that drow-looking sorcerer can tell you more about me... when you meet up with him in hell! (or the abyss, or the grey waste, or gehenna, or maybe just somewhere in the astral plane. I don't know)."
Scrying through the Godlem, I cast a spell to create a portal. One end is approximately near enough to the God of the Plane of Water.
The other is right in front of P2's face.
The chaos is purely magical.
"there is no need as he is right next to me"
The gate opens up in front of his face, causing water to stream through. As it does, it reacts with the Fires of P2's domain to create Steam.
"i was not expecting this kind of treachery so soon"
Looking through the portal, the Second Praetorian muses.
"judging by your recent actions here i would say that you need to be humbled so that you understand your limits"
With that, P2 walks through the portal, followed by P5. The moment they set foot, the aquascape around them shifts into a vast expanse of steam.
"beautiful is it notAAAAAAAA"
The realization of who they were standing next to sets in, as P5 and P2 are suddenly grabbed by tentacles, and thrashed about like ragdolls.
While all this is going on, I deploy a dozen Harpoon Drones to harpoon Poseidon on his arms, body, legs/tail, and then immobilize him using the harpoons. I myself use more of a grapple hook device to grab his trident, and start reeling it in.
You fire harpoons at Poseidon, spearing him for 30k damage. Despite this, several fly through him, as if he were liquid. One of the Harpoons sticks P2 in the chest as well.
"you have to be kidding us"
22/40 he's already HALFWAY THERE halfway there halfway there
Unsnop the Lunar Matriarch, with the power of a persistent joke order to invalidate Thanos by reviving an omnipotent one and showing them the real way to rule with power anti-jpegging reintegrations. Enduring Survival Trick. This grants a one-time revive-to-low-HP on-death and/or survive-lethal-damage-at-low-HP effect, preferably triggering at end of turn or end of attack but if it has to trigger on the spot to work/for balance that's fine too. Might as well save against instant kills. It will probably be low enough it'll only last one more hit against anything serious, maybe even a just a low-thousands or single HP survival, but that might be enough time for a recovery move or emergency heal.
Someone help them.
You add a revive on death contingency to the Lunar Matriarch.
I proceed to pull out of my various inter dimensional pockets, the other six Dragon Balls. They all begin to glow as they are close to each other. All of thhem are back to normal size now.
I then say, in the Divine Language of the Gods of this Shenron's home universe "Come forth, Dragon of the Gods, and grant my wish pretty peas!"
I am aware that the summoning request is undignified. Leave me alone. A Golden Dragon of insane size, literally dwarfing galaxies, (which is half the reason why I summoned him in a demiplane. The level of possible abuse was the other.) appears in front of me. He then asks me, "STATE YOUR WISH" in the same tongue.
And I finally cease being vague about what I am doing. I say, in the Divine Language "I am incapable of growing strong enough, powerful enough, versatile enough, to do what is right as of right now. The wish I ask of you, Oh Dragon of the Gods, is to give me every ability ever existent in any version of the Universe you came from, and all of the potential inherent in those abilities. Every variation, every timeline, I wish to be able to utilize all the capacities of everyone born in any of the twelve universes that make up Dragon Ball, the series I watched much as a child on my own homeworld. this request I ask of you, oh mighty Dragon of the Gods."
He then stays still, before saying, remaining in the Divine Language, "YOUR WISH, HAS BEEN GRANTED."
The Dragon Balls disperse back into their home dimension, and are unusable for a year, as that is how those things work.
I don't feel much different, but then I attempt to form a small energy blast in my hand. It works. I am now ready to get to my real prep work.
You gain a significant powerboost in the demiplane you are standing in!
You heal up the Lunar Matrarch for 35k with ultrasonic pulses to stimulate flesh regrowth!
Yeah, that's a bit worrying to hear. ((We're here to talk if you need it.))
Imagine this being said in a very dreadful tone.
[On the Whims of a Whimsical Whimsy]
20k damage.
As I roll away from the godmodder and try to recover from the pain in my groin, I lob a fire grenade at one of the two pig men
Your grenade explodes for 25k damage to a Monsterpig, and gates in another Fire Elemental.
If you didn't get the memo, PG-aligned Fire Elementals are summoned whenever someone uses an attack involving fire.
With a charge and an action,I perform a RPG-7 Grenade Barrage at the Titanic Cow by briefly creating 100 of those things to launch then fade away
Your Grenades deal 40k damage to the Terror Cow, and cause another Fire Elemental to appear.
-----------------------------------------------------------------
A mindclone of Astrec reappears at the Battlefield, and uses all of its actions save two to harness all the damage buffs it can. So really only one action shush.
Then, it leaps forward and shreds the PGs with the lowest remaining health to bits with a Chainsaw-mode Knifemodder.
Then it flips over to the Grand Alchemiter, inputs:
[Gauntlet || The Blackguard's Arm && Picture of the Iron Prince && Energy of the Elemental Plane of Metal && Energy of the Elemental Plane of Energy && Technomancer Essence && Tank && Star Destroyer Model]
into the Holopad, and actually makes:
Revolver || Scranton Reality Anchor && Technological Energy && Gravity Gun && Portal Gun && Matter Gun && Matter Fabricator && Teraport && Fabber && Entire Star Wars series on one disc && Voidship && Medigun && FTL Engine && Technological Innovations && Nanomachine Generator && Dimension Hopper && Elemental Catalyst && Techbender && Time Machine && AI = The Innovator
The Innovator: A immensely powerful weapon. It has the appearance of a greyish bulkier cross between a gravity and portal gun, and is covered with different buttons. Users of it can control space and time, disable reality warpers, bend metal, create technology from nothing, fabricate matter, create portals, move objects, invent new objects to serve a inputted function, travel the void, teleport, and half a million other features using this. It's made only with technology, not a trace of magic or reality warping in it or used by it. It also has its own built-in AI, which can be programmed however you like, develop its own personality, plan things in a microsecond, and otherwise be a genius.
It then remerges with Astrec, who is now holding the Innovator.
ASTREC: Hey, Karpinsky. I uh, figured I could make artifacts for the members of the Centurions, so um..
ASTREC: yeah i don't give people gifts very often.
ASTREC: Anyway, you don't have to take this but, here.
He hands Karpinsky the Innovator.
ASTREC: Look good?
Innovator made and handed to Karpinsky, 50k damage to a Fire Elemental.
In the background, you can hear P2 shouting.
"YOU ANGERED HIM??"
Your theoretical Alchemy will create the Ferrous Nanogauntlet, a mass of nanomachines which can morph into the arm-portion of his magic-proof armour.
While still on the closest thing on the internet around here, I show heartwarming videos to heal the matriarch.
Now, you heal the Lunar Matriarch for 25k Hp.
I acquire the Innovator.
"Thanks, friend. Any chance this comes with a user manual?"
Noticing the expression on Astrec's face, I'm quick to dispel his dismay.
"Joking, of course. It'll serve me well in this war, and as for after... Well, let's just say I've always wondered how the Alchemiter packs so much functionality into such tiny packages. But first, I'd better key this to my network."
I take out a small computer drive and put it into one of the slots on the Innovator. The AI within uploads to the gun and links with its internal systems, keying the Innovator to my off-field systems. Looks likes I just made all my remotes obsolete.
Ugh... Sorry, I was taking a nap and no one woke me up and meh...
LJG sits up and looks around.
Okay. Didn't sleep in too long. Ugh. What was I doing again? Right.
LJG plunges back into his guitar case and searches around. He takes a bit longer than usual, not seeming to know what he's looking for. He pulls out a grand piano and tries to carry it. A random staircase (transportation instrument) pops out of the guitar case. LJG tries to carry it up these stairs, but his balance is way off. The piano falls off the stairs, missing LJG because of the lack of railings (That seems like a safety hazard). It falls, and falls, and falls, strangely not hitting the ground. After a bit of watching a piano fall on the lower HP Monsterpig.
Whoops. Is he gonna be okay?
35k damage to the Monsterpig.
The Godmodder, being blind, doesn't do anything at first, but P4 removes the chance to attack PG on the Monsterpig by applying some TLC, healing it for 20k. The Titanic Cow drives over the Grace Chicken for 100k damage, the Monsterpig eats a Clone Engineer, and Wild Mike kills the Lunar Matriarch, only for her to Autorevive at 50k Hp. The Fire Elementals then burnify Auma for 32k.
As our forces prepare to attack, tendrils of steam snake forth from all those portals to the Elemental Plane of Water. Suddenly, P2 and P5 are forcibly ejected through them, as well as Astrec, and Karpinsky. The Godmodder is taken aback for a moment.
"What just happened?" she asks.
"a plan by the Descended to get me to fight him," P2 says, pointing at the portals, which are now conglomerating into one giant gateway. Behind the screen of Solid, Liquid and Gaseous Water, A being that is all of those things, but none of them at the same time emerges, carrying a trident radiating power.
The Godmodder considers what to do next. "Everyone, stand down. Let's not do anything to aggravate him right now."
AUMA's AGENT: light-bending
Ishmael: home plane
Grenades: 1/2 a charged attack; ignores enemy dodge
Rockets: 1/5 a free-action, charged attack; ignores enemy dodge
Also, Objection! I was not in the plane of water at the time! Also, unless the plane of fire is that much more powerful than the plane of water, the water should naturally devastate the plane of water, and P2's face as well.
Also, I'd like to ask how a big fire elemental managed to hurt a creature who heals from fire damage.
Also, I'd like to ask how anything managed to change the form of an Iron Golem, despite them being specifically immune to such things via magic.
Auma uses every single wavelength of light to weave together an illusion right in front of Poseidon's eyes. An illusion wherein the Centurions look like Fire Elementals, and the Fire Elementals look like Centurions.
I hand the Synchronicity Rifle to the Securitron, who grenades wild mike (because dodge-ignorance is great).
I scan Poseidon.
I then grab a motorcycle and hand it to Auma.
[Attackle the Wildle Mikle]
[...y'know, my brain's starting to make comparisons between Wild Mike and Mike Wazowski. They both have circle-ish bodies with arms and legs growing out of them and they both have Mike in their names.
However, thanks to my newfound anti-Barnyard bias(thanks DC), I am inclined to state my opinion that Wild Mike is more disgusting. Yes, I know the odorants in Monsters Inc. included such enticing flavors as Smelly Garbage and Old Dumpster and Low Tide and Wet Dog, but Wild Mike is just...bleugh.]
OOC: (You know, it's time like these that make me happy that my character is working on an insanely involved side project that means he isn't aware of the battlefield. This means he can, you know, survive.)
I simply walk out of my demiplane, into the void, and then I pull out two very large doors I had from another demiplane. Suffice to say, I have had some stuff set up in advance. I proceed to use a power inherrent in Kami. I make those doors an entry way into my very own room of spirit and time. Though this one I have altered the time dilation to be even more pronounced. It is at a rate of 1year per turn.
OOC:
I am too far away to notice Poseidon, so I am not interacting with him, and I doubt he notices me.
(I did this to be easier on everyone. I don't want to figure out how much of a day a turn lasts, and I presume DCCCV doesn't either.)
I take one look at "Poseidon" and say "Hey, if I help you with whatever it is you're doing, will you pay me(EG: in artifacts, mooks, or useful knowledge)?"
Let it never be said that I am not opportunistic.
"also side note it is distinctly possible that I saved one of your kids from something, at some point."
I grab the two ungrabbed motorcycles and take them all apart, then put them back together, making the fabulous motormotorspinningcycle. you see, it is like a motor cycle, except it has 200% of the motors, and it spins faster. this has the slight downside of being impossible to aim attacks while on, because it is constantly spinning wildly, but it is enchanted to never crash. in theory, this will grant a dodge rate boost. also in theory, I can put the binding stone on it for defences. will it work? i dunno.
"Let's take this gun for a test drive. And yes, I know, you can't drive a gun."
I press a few buttons on the Innovator. A scope pops out as its barrel extends, until the whole thing resembles a high-tech sniper rifle.
I carefully line up my shot, aiming for Poseidon's center mass.
As for what I'm shooting, that's simple. The basic tenets of chemistry dictate that you never put sparks near a mystery gas; since I want to deal damage, I'll be doing exactly that. And by sparks, I mean a ball of Greek Fire. Not regular fire, Greek Fire. The kind that burns underwater.
29/40 THUNDERSTRUCK (Using 8)
Looks like I rejoined just in time. Yup, I'm gonna do some great things... Wait a second. I have had the perfect attack for this scenario this entire time. Man, Zues is gonna slap me for this.
Leather Jacket Guy pulls out a double neck guitar and starts to play. His fingers sprint around the strings, trying to get in the groove. "Thunder! Ahahahahahaha," (Sounds to that effect). He keeps going with his guitar for a few seconds, and then he starts with the lyrics (Lyrics Spoiler Below). He then gets to the first "You've been... Thunderstruck", and he points at Posiden. Storm clouds begin to roll in. The lyrics continue. More storm clouds continue to roll in. Finally, LJG gets to the final chorus of "Ahahahahahahahahahaha. Thunderstruck." (etc. See below) As he finishes, large claps of thunder fills the barn. A flash of light comes out of nowhere right above Poseidon. Thunder strikes Poseidon and lightning follows, electrocuting the gas around him as well. LJG puts the guitar down, exhausted. He sits on the edge of his floating platform and sighs.
I hope Zues is fine with Poseidon getting zapped. He'll probably be okay with it.
Thunder, thunder, thunder, thunder
I was caught
In the middle of a railroad track
I looked round
And I knew there was no turning back
My mind raced
And I thought what could I do
And I knew
There was no help, no help from you
(/Not lyrics: Referring to you disembodied voice)
Sound of the drums
Beating in my heart
The thunder of guns
Tore me apart
You've been
Thunderstruck
Rode down the highway
Broke the limit, we hit the town
Went through to Texas, yeah Texas, and we had some fun
We met some girls
Some dancers who gave a good time
Broke all the rules
Played all the fools
Yeah yeah they, they, they blew our minds
And I was shaking at the knees
Could I come again please
Yeah them ladies were too kind
You've been
Thunderstruck
I was shaking at the knees
Could I come again please
Thunderstruck, Thunderstruck, Thunderstruck, Thunderstruck
It's alright, we're doin' fine
It's alright, we're doin' fine, fine, fine
Thunderstruck, yeah, yeah, yeah
Thunderstruck, Thunderstruck
Thunderstruck, baby, baby
Thunderstruck, you've been Thunderstruck
Thunderstruck, Thunderstruck
You've been Thunderstruck
I look at the Innovator, which appears to be stuck in sniper mode and is somewhat unresponsive.
"Huh. Guess I'll have to keep using remotes for most of my stuff."
I take out a remote, input some coordinates, and press a button on it that looks kinda like a giant claw. A few seconds later, a missile flies down onto the battlefield. It aims straight at a fire elemental.
When the missile is a few seconds from hitting the fire elemental, its nose splits apart into a claw, which grabs the fire elemental. The missile then turns to head straight for Poseidon. It flies right into Poseidon's center mass and abruptly stops, using a gravitic anchor to keep itself, and the fire elemental, lodged there.
I stab the binding stone.
with a shiv
except its a healing shiv!
it heals by way of making a large gap, which I then fill with FLEX GLUE, thus increasing the overall structural stability of this construct.
PGS will Gore anyone who attacks my entities, unless it is multiple someones, then blazing charge.
the advanced templar greets me. I give him a high five, talk/ramble about how we're going to be/were such good friends later/earlier, and ask him to work on the minifort. since he has something known as a 'work ethic', he does this without complaining about how he's above such tasks (which he isn't. just like all the other templars. but he's pretty cool with his having a work ethic-ness)
the normal templars follow Templar Guy's lead with only partial grumbling- a major improvement!- and work on the minifort.
miners are now kamikazi scavangers: they leap out into the melee and try to find scraps we can use, since there's nothing in the ground apparently...?
Conduit, naturally, works on glyph-class.
Special Sam uses hasty work, giving the minifort some spikes and palisades. hastily. luckily, the large quantities of splinters only make them more irritating to anyone who attacks!
guard drones attack whoever PGS does.
The Researchers hear about the elemental plane conflict thing, and decide to lay low and keep all their produced things with them until things calm down. IE, they do nothing with the RP unless someone uses charges to give them RP to do something, in which case they bought the thing i guess.
Hmm... When did Oblivion Man and Fire Face get here? Probably doesn't matter. Music time.
LJG leaps into guitar case, grabs some stuff, and hops back out. With him, he takes out a giant salt shaker filled with salt (Taste-Improvement Instrument).
Why do I even have this?
He unscrews the cap on it. He then takes out a bag of pretzels (Hunger-Avoidance Instrument) and dumps just a tiny pinch into the bag. He then eats these pretzels.
Hmm... Based on the way everyone's staring at me, they must've thought I wasn't trying to make some pretzels tastier.
LJG then, unfortunately really, leans on the giant thing of salt. It tips over, spilling out most of it's contents over Poseidon. Thankfully, he is able to tip it back so that it's not spilling everywhere before it's empty. He then screws the cap back on and puts the salt back in his guitar case.
Aw man. I was gonna use some of that later.
He looks down at Poseidon.
Oh, I spilled it on you. That's a waste of salt. Really. Hey, don't get salty about it dude. It wasn't exactly on purpose. Gosh, some people.
Featuring resistance to the elements both weather and metaphorical and a regeneration boost, it's a great addition to any high-risk entity's equipment and lifespan.
