I continue on the counterarguments, intending to prove that regardless of the accuracy of mirror's arguments, the godmodder's still legally fine.
I ask the kork people a series of questions.
first, did a specific kork own the land, or was it korkkind?
if it was a specific kork, do you still have their will?
if yes, did their will say who they left it to [continue until modern times, it connects to the current government, or the answer is no]
if the answer is no: when someone dies while owning stuff from, say, canada, without a will, the government of the place, say, canada, gets much of their will. as such, the government of the planet owns the planet. who is the current government of This planet? the godmodder, of course, as he was doing the most stuff. if you go to a place, then leave it alone and don't leave it to anyone in your will, it isn't yours anymore, especially after generations and a total recreation of your civilization. haven't you heard of squatters rights?
if it was kork-kind, then I argue that the total recreation of their civalization combined with them not having been there for generations lets the godmodder declare squatters rights, since he's been here uninterrupted for probably a few years.
if the above arguments are invalid, I merely note the squatters rights bit, and note to the technocracy's argument that this area is not in their authority, proving it by noting what the laws are in my home universe (which I have total control over):
"when someone was once in a place, and left over 4 years ago, any new person or group who shows up and is stronger then then a 100% master of an element can take ownership. this gives them sole control over the place, governor(?)ship, and they are aloud to do whatever they want in this area. if there is a legal dispute about this stemming from other laws, whoever the current resident decides which laws are valid. dictatorships are OK if the dictator is strong. these laws overrule other laws times infinity. including laws that say they overrule other laws. the owner of a planet can do whatever he wants there as long as they devote 5% of their efforts to keeping people from stumbling upon them by accident, or less if the current court deems a smaller percentage sufficient to prevent accidental access."
as such, you cannot apply your laws to this place with any more validity then I, and my laws note that they overrule other laws, so they have higher priority. this makes it ultimately the godmodders choice whether he is doing anything illegal, and I suspect he will chose " no I'm not". also he definitely was keeping people away with the orbital defences... well, until you intentionally spent a significant amount of effort to remove them, after working together to breach them and enter yourself. yeah he did more then enough to keep people from stumbling upon him.
also, DCCCV's objection is invalid, as the pillars only affect those on the planet, as discovered on page 5 or 6 of the game. he merely protected his property from threats in proportion to how dangerous they where to him.
finally, the godmodder probably lasered the behemoth on account of them encroaching on his property and probably having killed a bunch of his stuff [IE: a security guard or 2, skeletons, or something- not sure what but there's probably something from that list for the reason] as well as being attacking instead of trying to have a friendly chat. seriously, you want to tell him you own the planet, then talk, don't barge in and wreak the place.
2 more notes, one of which will be edited in later:
1] the AG's should be tried for multiple murder charges, as they initiated and the godmodders forces where mainly focussing on trying to get them to go away. plus, they killed some buns! buns! informally, lagomorphs, rabbits, or hares.
2] lets see...
ah, yes.
"Redstone dabs while holding fidget spinners in a pile on Gameboy cartridges.
The PGs get triggered over it because everyone hates trends. Amirite?
NEW WEATHER!
Anti Trend War
All PGs can attack AGs. All attacks deal double damage to Redstone."
the godmodder was preforming the entirely legal act of "cause someone minor inconvenience as revenge for dabbing, spinning fidget spinners, or doing anything that is highly disliked by the nearest person of the name JOE."
this is legal according to the laws of my home universe, and there's even a law about it! how 'bout that! guess the gods of my universe, which are totally not me, really hate dabbing and fidget spinners! and remember, their laws are just as, or maybe even more, legitimate as the technocracy's and korks laws, as they are the laws of an entire universe- a bigger area, as far as i know, then the kork and technocracy take up, so unless there is some other thing to measure legal validity by,my laws are equally valid.
oh, another thing for the "kork/technocracy def don't own the land. " bit:
Time to pull out an old trick. He pulls out a deck, from way back near the beginning of the thread, and pulls out a powerful monster, because of COURSE he's got land to spare, being the sole owner of an entire planet.
(bolding mine)
the being running the update terminal, who physically defines reality as far as I know (and as far as i know, the update terminal is always right unless intentionally lying), said himself that the godmodder is the
sole owner of an entire planet, presumably this one. this as far as I am aware Has to be true, and is slightly more likely to be true then TOG's evidence as TOG's is Out of character, not in character. as such, if TOG's right about the godmodder having done something, that means I must be right about him owning the planet and, under the laws of an entire equally valid to all the others universe, anything the godmodder hypothetically/potentially did is irrelevant because this is his planet he can do what he wants.
