"Objection! The Godmodder is not the judge and cannot hold people in contempt. Your Honor [and here I turn to the judge], I must request that you hold him in contempt until such time as he returns the hitpoints stolen under such guise."
I nod vigorously, saying "This is very much correct; this court has not invested any authority in the Godmodder whatsoever. Indeed, it does not recognize his authority at all. As the Godmodder has demonstrably done such a deed anyway, he has, in all likelihood, committed contempt of court. Thus, I turn the decision over to our esteemed judge, the Nuclear Explosion Elemental."
Atop the judge's stand, the being of nuclear fire glares down on the assembled crowd, thinking for a few moments, before they note "As the lawfully appointed judge of this court, I concur that the defendant known as 'The Godmodder' has committed contempt of court by attempting to declare someone else has committed contempt of court. They will now be penalized in accordance with Technocracy Legal Code No. 4398; regarding the proper administration of Justice."
With that, the Judge slams their gavel down, a deafening crack echoing through the courtroom.
I continue on the counterarguments, intending to prove that regardless of the accuracy of mirror's arguments, the godmodder's still legally fine.
I ask the kork people a series of questions.
first, did a specific kork own the land, or was it korkkind?
if it was a specific kork, do you still have their will?
if yes, did their will say who they left it to [continue until modern times, it connects to the current government, or the answer is no]
if the answer is no: when someone dies while owning stuff from, say, canada, without a will, the government of the place, say, canada, gets much of their will. as such, the government of the planet owns the planet. who is the current government of This planet? the godmodder, of course, as he was doing the most stuff. if you go to a place, then leave it alone and don't leave it to anyone in your will, it isn't yours anymore, especially after generations and a total recreation of your civilization. haven't you heard of squatters rights?
if it was kork-kind, then I argue that the total recreation of their civalization combined with them not having been there for generations lets the godmodder declare squatters rights, since he's been here uninterrupted for probably a few years.
if the above arguments are invalid, I merely note the squatters rights bit, and note to the technocracy's argument that this area is not in their authority, proving it by noting what the laws are in my home universe (which I have total control over):
"when someone was once in a place, and left over 4 years ago, any new person or group who shows up and is stronger then then a 100% master of an element can take ownership. this gives them sole control over the place, governor(?)ship, and they are aloud to do whatever they want in this area. if there is a legal dispute about this stemming from other laws, whoever the current resident decides which laws are valid. dictatorships are OK if the dictator is strong. these laws overrule other laws times infinity. including laws that say they overrule other laws. the owner of a planet can do whatever he wants there as long as they devote 5% of their efforts to keeping people from stumbling upon them by accident, or less if the current court deems a smaller percentage sufficient to prevent accidental access."
as such, you cannot apply your laws to this place with any more validity then I, and my laws note that they overrule other laws, so they have higher priority. this makes it ultimately the godmodders choice whether he is doing anything illegal, and I suspect he will chose " no I'm not". also he definitely was keeping people away with the orbital defences... well, until you intentionally spent a significant amount of effort to remove them, after working together to breach them and enter yourself. yeah he did more then enough to keep people from stumbling upon him.
also, DCCCV's objection is invalid, as the pillars only affect those on the planet, as discovered on page 5 or 6 of the game. he merely protected his property from threats in proportion to how dangerous they where to him.
finally, the godmodder probably lasered the behemoth on account of them encroaching on his property and probably having killed a bunch of his stuff [IE: a security guard or 2, skeletons, or something- not sure what but there's probably something from that list for the reason] as well as being attacking instead of trying to have a friendly chat. seriously, you want to tell him you own the planet, then talk, don't barge in and wreak the place.
2 more notes, one of which will be edited in later:
1] the AG's should be tried for multiple murder charges, as they initiated and the godmodders forces where mainly focussing on trying to get them to go away. plus, they killed some buns! buns! informally, lagomorphs, rabbits, or hares.
2] lets see...
ah, yes.
"Redstone dabs while holding fidget spinners in a pile on Gameboy cartridges.
The PGs get triggered over it because everyone hates trends. Amirite?
The Judge glares with distaste at the one known as JOE, before the nuclear fire making up their being ripples, and they declare "As this court is operating under the auspices of the Technocracy of Skal Hur, and the other signatories of the Multiversal Public Accountability Treaty, it does not recognize the validity of those ridiculous 'laws' you are waving around. Laws are not completely unyielding; as a Judge I have limited authority to interpret said laws to ensure justice is properly upheld, and in this case I am very much not impressed by your attempt to inject an entirely different nation's laws into these proceedings. OVERRULED!"
I nod, silently. I do believe that the Judge has made my point far more succinctly than I could. Not to mention, they had the judicial authority to back it up.
"Quite. I move that the Court consider censuring JOEbob for filing frivolous motions. Additionally, I would like to introduce JOEbob to this wonderful thing called a choice of law provision.
Specifically, in multijurisdictional offences, there is often a debate about which laws to apply. In this case, a reading of the Technocracy's law code suggests that in a Technocracy court, the only laws the judge can apply are the laws of the Technocracy, regardless of any other law system's laws. There are some choice of law provisions in the MPAT and consequently in Technocracy law, but they apply only to the legal codes of MPAT signatories, which your universe is not. Additionally, the were we to assume that your universe was incorporated into the MPAT, the MPAT says that any other choice of law provisions, such as your 'overrides laws, even the laws that override laws' law, are null and void by the assent of all signatories. Quite frankly, your universe cannot win against a multiverse. And you cannot make it so."
"Additionally, the Godmodder is still undeniably guilty of evidence tampering, as we saw by his destruction, in plain view, of the Krork map. Spells of truth do not casually disintegrate objects, Your Honor, ladies and gentlemen and others...It could not have been a spell of truth that the Godmodder cast. It was instead a spell to disintegrate perfectly admissible evidence. Thankfully, I have here another copy."
I introduce into the record another copy of the Krork map, in addition to the recording of the Godmodder destroying the first copy.
Without skipping a beat, I speak again. "Wow, I didn't think that was actually a thing. Ah well, worth a try. You're on your own now, I actually have better things to do." And just like that, I snap my fingers and Greater Teleport myself over to the heap of igneous stone which used to be Hatred.
I take a moment to mourn the loss of yet another dragon in the Void. Hatred was certainly a fine specimen, and his legacy would live on soon enough. Pointing a finger at his body, I utter a single word: "Disintegrate", and reduce the Rock Which Was Previously Hatred to a very fine dust. I then shovel the Very Fine Dust Which Used To Be Hatred into a Plastic Trash Can, taking care not to lose any of the valuable powder. Flaring Pewter, I struggle to wheel the Trash Can into my pocket dimension, where the fun can begin.
Measuring out a sizable portion of Hatred Dust, I pour it onto my table top and Form a circular depression with a island in the middle of the "bowl" with it. I then pour a cup of water into the "moat", and begin to mix the water with the dust by hand. After I few minutes of this, I begin to knead the mixture, making sure to make an even distribution of moisture throughout the mixture. When I've finally finished, I put the dark red Hatred-clay into an airtight container, storing it for future use.
Now I've just turned the petrified corpse of a dragon into art supplies. Amazing, isn't it?

the partical colider and monocole, dear redstone, where given willingly by moi, and I created them myself, so there can be no dispute as to their ownership.
dear bigger fish, you say " In this case, a reading of the Technocracy's law code suggests that in a Technocracy court, the only laws the judge can apply are the laws of the Technocracy, regardless of any other law system's laws", but a reading of my law code suggests that my laws would override Their laws. what gives the technocracy legal system an advantage? why would they get their laws applied first? if your answer is because the NEE is a technocratic person, firstly I do believe the NEE was more the daemonette (and as such closer to the kork), and secondly that would be clear, intentional bias on the behalf of the judge.
the map crumbled because of the variety of truth-finding spell; you cannot claim there are none that act by destroying untrue objects. as well, if the map where truly necessary you could scry into the past, so the godmodders actions represent more of a flair for the dramatic. as he said, the map Can't be true because it would need to be from at least the same Universe as this planet, which it is not, and regardless there is my prior argument involving inheritance.
I suspect the agents refers to... [searches internet] [I'm assuming the narrative and conflict are sufficiently common knowledge to find info with a lucky search of void-google if not ignore this] agents of the conflict, an absurdly powerful thing that doesn't like happy endings. it probably destroys large empires to keep them from becoming too big to topple or something. no relation to the godmodder that I can see.
I point out that there are literally no other beings that the blightsteel colossus would be worried about withering away, no reason to suggest it can activate its ability accidentally, and no reason for the godmodder to give it emotions. I then ask whether darius is using some sort of reality warping- wait, being a descendant, their group does that by default. reality warping based evidence isn't as strong as otherwise and can be fairly safely dismissed.
I proceed to teach the colossus to multitask, allowing it to read the codes more effectively. regardless of whether this frees it to attack (probably not), it allows the colossus to read out the laws from that book which apparently is very useful for determining which laws apply. since crusher/darius said it is reading the godmodders laws, the godmodders laws must be the relevant ones, and probably give him free reign to act.
as well as far as i know the technocracy is only 1 universe, and not an entire one- my home universe is an entire unified universe with little to no wasted planets or matter where everyone lives in harmonyblahblahblahblahblahblahblahblahblahblahblah
Final note.
have you heard of jury nullification, I ask everyone but the jury(so the jury members don't here)?
it is when someone is absolutely, undeniably guilty, but the jury doesn't think they should be punished for it.
then, if the majority of the jurors vote not guilty, the person goes free. this if I recall happens regardless of the judges will.
its not very known, as its illegal to tell people about it if their a juror, and advocating it is illegal in most cases, as well, its not in the law, but rather a consequence of 2 other laws:
1) the juries can't be punished for a 'wrong' decision, no matter what the witnesses, dna evidence, and video proof [etc] show... thats the point of the jury, to be the final deciders.
2) when a defendant is found not guilty, the defendant can't be tried again for the same crime.
so there are only 2 options, guilty or not- jury nullification is just when the jury's words don't match their thoughts, for which they can't be punished, and once they rule not guilty it can't be changed.
these 2 laws are necessary for jury's to exist in a fair system, so jury nullification must as well.
this can go both ways, though the judge can over-rule Guilty verdicts as law 2) doesn't apply.
now the jury is [PG] as evidenced by the EOTB, and it is legal to inform them of those 2 laws, just not their consequence, so I tell them about those 2 laws and wink repeatedly, before saying in a very unconvincing manner that I got something in my eye.
the godmodder probably chose some smart people to be the jury if he chose them and otherwise smart pg jurys are more likely to be able to get here. as such, they figure out what this means and will probably vote not guilty regardless of what literally everyone else says. too bad nobody bothered to attack them. or kill them. or even just stop them from being biased towards the godmodder
/sidequestargumentandhopefullymasterstrokebecausewhohereknewaboutjurynullificationexceptmeI'mguessingzerobutwhoknowsnullish
Seriously? I knew about Jury Nullification. It is generally countered in the Technocracy by putting the Jury under constant mind-reading using brain scanners built into the deliberative room. /NULL
that implies the jury doesn't get to actually chose. the point of the jury is that They are the deciders, regardless of the evidence, so if technocracy stops the jury from getting to chose what they think should happen, the jurys aren't really jurys and might as well be replaced with robots- at least robots won't have human biases.
or is it that they are aloud to chose, but only aloud to chose what the judge thinks is right?
/noull
"Did you know the judge can direct the jury's verdict, JOEbob? That is, the judge can order the jury to return a particular verdict. And any other verdict from the jury can be tossed out.
...No, the map does not need to have been made in the territory to be valid, and regardless, the Godmodder is not allowed to tamper with evidence. If you wish to make a motion to exclude evidence, then make a motion to exclude evidence.
The Technocracy's law controls, JOEbob. This is their court and their rules. Stop trying to argue choice of law after we've explained to you that you have no choice.
No, the Godmodder's laws are not relevant except insofar as they are part of the evidentiary record and thus the argument.
Additionally, ladies, gentlemen and others of the court, the Technocracy constrains the jury more strictly than you'd think based on some common law systems. The jury cannot nullify.
...If there even is one. I am not sure there are enough people to provide an unbiased jury, in which case this case is in the hands of the judge by default.
Your Honor, the prosecution really must request that the defense be censured for its frivolity. Again."
in Any fair law system where there is a jury, the laws that allow for jury nullification must exist. we know there is a jury from the last fulldop.
no, you see, the map was a fake; the kork hardly even knew this place existed until just now. the destruction is irrelevant due to scrying being a thing.
if this is their court and its uncontestable they can just say "new law. anyone who's first name is tito (we know thats the godmodders name from a scanthing by DCCCV if i recall) is automatically guilty of everything". I'm surprised they haven't done so in fact.

wait, so can we still preform normal battlefield actions, or are those on hold too?
if they are on hold, I walk up to a random godmodder-opposing member of the courtroom, and start a conversation, over which I use less-known logical falacys to convince them that the godmodder is in the right, and should even be given some compensation from the AG forces.
if they are not on hole, I summon Dr. Boom and use his ability to create 2 1/1 boom bots. this repeats for a while until I've made thousands of them, woo! he then dies when 7 of the boom bots attack him at once.

SIDEQUEST: you must have missed it. I asked if the gamemasters description muscles where feeling ok, and if the answer was yes, proceeded to look around again.
As all standard Entities, none of the usual forces are at all able to act. Instead, they all sit down on the benches in silence, being total attention to the proceedings and are completely unable to act. They're practically in stasis.
Of course, that just meant others would have to take their place. A Terror Ship warped in overhead, pulse of gravitation signalling its exit from Subspace. The four kilometer long craft stood as an untouched leviathan amidst the descending small craft, rendering even Imperial Star Destroyers ordinary with its bulk. From open hanger bays countless fighters descended, amidst them a transport craft. The Godmodder's defense forces were set upon by the Graviton Imploders of Fighter-Bombers and Interceptors, while their own heavily armored hull, with no fuel storage or transmission required, weathered blows that might destroy lesser aircraft.
A corridor was quickly established for the transport to descend through, a bulky and brute craft that screamed through the air on raw engine power instead of any notion of aerodynamics. It set down outside the coutroom and opened its doors, with a procession of armored Krork marching down the ramp, behind all the rest a Negotiator, clad in robes and wielding a great adamantium rod of office, capped with an iron skull.
The Negotiator marched confidently right over to the center of the courtoom, and the massive creature looked down at the Godmodder.
General Action: Apex Attorney: Plasma for All
"It is our authority. This planet is no more your sovereign ground than any of ours are back home. First of all, you are not recognized by any other government, meaning that although you can make laws as much as you want, they are about as legally binding as the ravings of a cultist git. This does mean you aren't a party to any international agreements, but there is one key fact that ruins your entire idea that this means you can't be prosecuted."
A Krork stepped forward, taking out a large roll of parchment and spreading it out on the evidence table. It was a map, an ancient map clearly indicating that this territory belonged to the Krork, as recognized by all legal governments of the time (which happened to comprise solely of them and the knife-ears. A note was in the bottom right corner referencing a secondary Eldar map that also indicated the territory belonged to the greenskins). "Now, as you can see this planet has always belonged to us, for sixty million years. Although there was a technical gap between the previous Krork empire and the current one, that may have lasted almost all of those sixty million years, legally speaking we are the recognized and true successor of the previous War. Nobody anywhere disputes this, among the entire Void. We asked on the Voidic Internet, I expected at least one dissenter really. But none came forward. Either way, despite a change in leadership, this is still our planet, since no governments since have ever disputed our claim. That may be because they didn't know we were here first, but that means nothing. You do not own this planet, you are merely occupying it, and we are only here to enforce our ancient territorial claims."
A Snotling walked in through the door at this time, looking around confusedly as it was shepherded in by some Krork, improvised farming tool resting on its shoulder. "As you can see! A native remains. A spore network is dormant underground, recently thrown back up with the death of the previous Krork Behemoth in the castle. The laser that killed i destroyed the floor, revealing the soil underneath, and upon death the Behemoth released a veritable cloud of spores, spores that where boosted by the psychic War Field and soon grew a Snotling between then and now! A sentient being, combined with a network of such underground, not evolving for sixty million years due to being in a different universe but ours and here all the same. The true owners of this planet, suffering under your cruel occupation!"
The Negotiator makes a grand sweeping gesture with his stave, encompassing the entire room. "Your entirely unrecognized government, by which I mean glorified salvage team, has no say in how this planet is run beyond force of arms! And those do not make the law. We, the legal and rightful owners of this world, are the ones that get the say in things right about now."
He paused. "Technically, we don't recognize any modern international treaties either, or have a coherent system of law that a non-Krork would understand or abide by, but as it's our planet we can do what we want. And I, as the representative of the War... say that what we want is for the Technocratic legal system to apply during this process, as they are the party in current space with the most relevant force commitment and international backing, so we shall use their code of law as a stand in for an international system. The trial may continue!"
He paused a second time before adding a final point. "Oh yes, add 'unwanted occupation of foreign world, violating their territorial rights' to the list of charges, in case that wasn't obvious. Or 'invasion without casus belli', that works too."
Charges:
So It Comes Down To This: 13/20.
You'll Regret This: 4/20.
To this, I nod, before saying "As you yourself said, you are a Dictator, which nullifies any legitimacy your government or laws have in this court. As per Technocracy law, and the laws of the other fifteen signatory states Multiversal Public Accountability Treaty, governments in which the leadership cannot be reliably penalized for abusing its power are not legitimate. Therefore, you have just opened up an entire new charge that can be pressed against you; namely rulership without public accountability."
"To elaborate, public accountability in this context does not necessarily mean democracy, though that is one of the ways that it can manifest. In the case of the Technocracy, a corrupt leader can be tried and sentenced just as any other individual, thus fulfilling the accountability reqirement. In another signatory state, leaders can be democratically removed, even if the way they attain leadership positions isn't democratic in the slightest. Your regime, at the time this trial began, had none of these elements, and adding them during the trial as a way to attain legitimacy is covered under the conditions of the treaty as not being recognized."
Pulling out a copy of the treaty in question for everyone else to read, I then continue, saying "Thus, as a legally appointed representative of the Technocracy of Skal Hur's Departments of Justice, Military, and Foreign Affairs, I am legally empowered to direct these court proceedings."
I reply to the Krork "Thank you for clarifying that this is the case."
I thus continue, noting "So, now that the legitimacy of these court proceedings has been established, I do believe that these proceedings can continue."
Army: Technocratic Invasion Forces
At the back of the courtroom, a group of heavily-armed cyborgs and military vehicles begins filtering in, taking a seat in the stands off to the side. They aren't doing very much yet, as that would invalidate the court proceedings, but there is a distinct sense that they could spring into action at any moment. Technocratic Invasion Forces
-This is a Horde Entity, though the exact strength and numbers of its membership have been left deliberately vague.
-Every round at the start of the EoTB, this Entity gains 20,000 HP, capped at twice this Entity's initial strength.
-This Entity has attack power equal to a fifth of its current health.
-Anything this Entity attacks takes 10% more damage from all sources for one turn.
High Alert: The Blightsteel Colossus has an attack that appears to be crippling the Supernova's movement capabilities. Avoid incoming fire at all costs.
Wait. So your defensive countermeasures against EXACTLY THIS failed again?
Sorry about that. Time to fix it.
Screw that. I'm killing this bastard, right now.
Problem: Right now we have a court situation again. I would recommend not trying to blow up the courtroom.
Well tell that to the colossus over there.
Or you could fall back for repairs.
You know what, this thing isn't handling right anyways, I think I need to get it fixed before I can blow the Blightsteel Bastard's face off.
Also, Darius, get out, and represent us in the courtroom.
Right, I always get stuck with the boring part.
After Darius ejects and enters the courtroom, I take the opportunity to quickly figure out what happened to the Supernova. The only thing delayiig the Blightsteel Colossus is that the Supernova flew a few kilometers away from the Colossus before setting down, which should buy a few minutes at most.
Wait, I might be able to stall for you in court.
Even so, the faster this gets done, the better. I analyze the systems, looking for where the loss in power is coming from. My initial examination shows that power output has dropped to 60% of normal, but gives no explanation as to why or how.
So that rules out something simple like one of the reactors failing. I wouldn't exactly be able to replace a failed reactor anyways, at least not without a few hours of construction time.
Next, I take a look over the outer hull. The Supernova's arcane repair functionality was disabled by an unidentified anomaly as it entered the battle, but it shouldn't exactly be the cause of this situation.
A small scratch on the outer hull might be the cause, however. Annabelle, I thought you dodged everything aimed at you!
The scratch doesn't appear to do much structural damage to the Supernova, but the web of black cracks slowly radiating out from it might be a problem.
Did the corruption impact the extradimensional space where most of the Hyperstorm's equipment and capabilities are stored? I analyze the black cracks, take a note of their structure and attributes, and scan for anything with similar properties in the extradimensional space. Nothing. So the corruption is limited to the surface structure of the Supernova, but yet it is still impacting its capabilities.
Given that it is limited to surface-level damage, I attempt to remove the corrupted sections entirely from the ship. After about a minute of detail work, I manage to remove all of the black spread and replace it with new armor, but it still retains the loss in performance.
Wait a minute. If I remember correctly, the Aetheric Particle Accelerator that was used to create this was the property of JOEbob, a master of throwing completely abstract things like numbers out as dangerous threats. Odds are, this is an attack on an abstract level that I cannot understand, aka an anomalous attack.
Now, a common strategy is to counteract anomalies with a Scranton Reality Anchor, blocking out anything not in the mundane. However, though this would counter the draining, it would also disrupt the ship's systems. Though the base Hyperstorm hull falls inside the constraints of the Scranton Reality Anchor, the Supernova has been augmented to the point where exposing it to an SRA would have... unpredictable effects.
As a random hunch, I try a stupid idea.
Annabelle, die and respawn please.
Whatever.
Annabelle proceeds to commit suicide (don't ask me how). Now normally, Lorso would instantly resurrect her, but since she's still taking a nap, Annabelle instead respawns about thirty seconds later.
That was probably the most interesting thing I've done today. I really hope it fixed the issue.
Naturally, it doesn't fix the issue. But it did keep her off the ship for long enough to allow me to restart the Supernova itself, which also produced the same result of no change The whole advice of "restart your [thing that isn't working]" doesn't work 90% of the time.
However, just as I'm about to lose all hope of finding a solution, I figure out something. If this is based off of a heavily modified deployment of JOE's equipment, I should be able to use some other reverse-engineered equipment related to him to reverse the effects. The thing that comes to mind immediately is my minus sign. Created in an effort to control JOE's number that had stolen my Juggernaut Armor (very long story), it had the theoretical potential to invert a numerical attribute. If I could apply it to the debuff on the Supernova, it could not just remove it, but theoretically turn it into a buff, overcharging the ship's systems to evade even more incoming fire. The only problem is that last time, it didn't actually work, like at all.
Still, it's the best lead I have, so I return to my base and fabricate another Mystery Minus Sign.
But maybe that was because I wasn't taking the operation meta enough. I quickly pull up a computer on board the Hyperstorm, and run a comparison between the expected engine output and the actual engine output. After messing around with the numbers, I end up with a number: -20000, some arbitrary difference between actual and intended engine power. Now, I don't know exactly what that number means, but I somehow just know that its an important number related to this drain in systems power.
Now, I have the target that I need to modify. Unfortunately, I only have a minus sign, and --20000 is a syntax error. But a plus sign is just a minus sign impaled by another minus sign, so I impale the minus sign with another minus sign to change the number to +20000. At that point, the Supernova becomes overwhelmed by anomalous effects of various sorts, some of which I can't even recall properly. At the end of it, the ship returns to normal, with the engine power at worst restored to normal and at best put into overdrive. However, I get the strange feeling that trying to check on the craft's power supply again will result in the whole mess falling apart again.
*****Meanwhile, In Court*****
Now that the orbital defenses have been breached, Wormhole is able to have a field day. For the past few minutes, he's been busy removing everything vaguely interesting and unattended from the field. His underlings can probably figure out what useful things he gets out of this, but even one piece of technology from this battle would give him quite a bit of power at the negotiating table.
Now, the Godmodder might be able to stop him, once he finishes the courtroom session. Right now, him doing something would invoke contempt of court and force him to pay fines So by that logic, if he distracts him and stalls out the court case with antics, he gets more time to loot everything. His tiny observation portal in the roof of the courtroom feeds all of the information to him, and he notes that the Godmodder is currently winning the court case.
For this round of courtroom antics, he opens portals to space in the middle of the courtroom every time the Godmodder starts talking, and then closes the portal as soon as the Godmodder stops talking. Because a portal to space sucks all of the air out and is REALLY LOUD, the Godmodder shouldn't be able to get a word in edgewise. This might even give his foes an edge in the court case, preventing him from just closing it near-instsantly and making it drag out over days or weeks.
He barely considered the fact that the Godmodder might fine him for contempt.

Cool Goggles: Advanced goggles that eliminate glare and provide advanced Scanning functionality (aka the normal Scanning functionality).
Ballistic Calculation System: Calculates ballistic trajectories of objects, allowing for more accurate shots, and also creative tactics using corpses as weapons or landing an enemy in just the right location.
True-Sight Module: Counters hostile stealth and illusions through a variety of methods, helping to discover hidden enemies or hidden enemy abilities. Buffs power of Scan actions.
Mystery Minus Sign: A minus sign that may or may not invert a numerical attribute. But it probably will explode into a paradox or syntax error and not do what is necessary.
Artificer's Gloves: A specially-designed pair of gloves that can apply telekinesis over short range, and can also create common materials out of thin air.
Immovable Rods: Rods that can anchor themselves in space, gaining incredible inertia to the point of being impossible to move.
Immovable Magnet: A variant designed to briefly immobilize metal targets, burning through its stored energy in just a few seconds.
Wand of Lesser Vigor: A wand capable of providing a minor regenerative effect. Not too useful in direct combat, but useful for making hospitals obsolete.
Base Defenses: Several advanced traps protecting my base.
7 Proxy Defense: An advanced redirection system that makes it nearly impossible for intruders to find the base.
Workbench: A standard workbench containing useful supplies and apparatus for tinkering.
Time Dilation Generator: A generator that changes timeflow in a localized area. Currently nonfunctional.
Darksteel Fingers and Toes: Raw material for constructing super-durable stuff.
You fail to restore the ship's shieldingbby more than 10000, because even with the minor SMAAAASH you've achieved, empowering elites and bosses is still rather difficult.

Redstone joins the court episode. Well I believe that you are guilty. All we did was break a door and then there you were and then you tried to kill us!
You also summoned ridiculously OP entities for us to die to, including the huge thingy right now and you stole our stuff. You stole my axe, man! Who steals an AXE from a dead body? That's just mean!
I switch my cloak out for a black suit and rust-red as I join the prosecution. With a calm but steely tone of voice, I whisper to the AGs, "Guys, listen to me. Stars above, what do you think you're doing? We should've figured out what to charge him with first before getting started. Plus, where is the Judge?"
When the judge arrives, I turn to the Godmodder and I address him directly, making my case against him. "I apologize for my teammates' behaviour on their behalf. That being said however, I have found that you have violated a number of Voidic Sapient Rights."
Particular Rights broken include, the persecution of a minority group, the so-called "Descended", as well as restricting their right to bear arms by creating the obelisks which have lessened their reality-warping powers across the universe. Even if you were not the person to have created these obelisks, you, a person with the means to destroy these obelisks, and with the full knowledge of what they do, have not done any such actions, which makes you an accessory to the person who did create them. It is well-within my rights to carry out a class-action suit on behalf of all Descended throughout the multiverse.
"You should be well aware that Voidic Sapient Rights are recognized by the entirety of the Grand Union of High Lords, a group of over 2 nonillion sentient universes, of which your universe, 3as6an, is currently an aspect of participating member io36dsa9."

I call in Phoenix Wright to help us win the court case.
I also proceed to beat the everloving GORILLA out of the Boombot Core since it can take retaliate during the courtroom episode.
Phoenix Wright is accidentally shot by bullets. Because courtroom or not, you're still in the middle of a warzone.
INCORRECT! It still has some boombots guarding it. You still deal 5000 damage to the boombot core, but you destroy the 10K boombots bodyguarding it in the process, and receive 15K damage to cuphead.
"Oh yes." The Negotiator said. "In addition, the previous Behemoth was killed while we were still investigating this place by a laser you sent at him without much in the way of due cause, so even if you successfully argue the other Anti-Godmodder League casualties were wartime deaths instead of deaths caused by illegitimate insurrectionist action, that one definitely counts as murder of a law enforcement officer, since he was here to enforce the law of our territorial claims. Add that one to the list of charges."
He also gestured to his escort, and then towards the still active and attacking Blightsteel Colossus. "Also, get that thing out of our coutroom." The Krork obliged, the massive Soldiers turning and firing their heavy plasma guns nonstop, round after round smashing into the plate with the fury of a star, while yet more hulking Irondrakes fires advanced gravity weapons that caused the thing's plating to crumple and shatter. A pair of Slayers charged up to its legs, wielding gunlances and other such bizarre combination weapons that allowed them to both fire on approach and viciously attack in melee, tearing chunks of Blightsteel out with their righteous fury. Overall, significant damage had been dealt to the Colossus, although the mighty Elite seemed for now unfazed by the assault.

JUST1C3: I just kinda slip n' slide some probably important evidence(that seems to prove via Word of God himself that the Godmodder is in fact (to absolutely no one's surprise) a terrible person(???)) into the court record.

Some OOC barriers will not be crossed.
"Seeing as the Godmodder has already dealt with most of the charge's, I don't have much to say other than disproving that theft charge, but I want to be able to prove in complete certainty that even if this land was owned by another, that the Godmodder has claim to it." And with that, I begin making my case.
"I have to claim objection to the one, very important detail about this case, the one that started this case in the first place. That the godmodder, my boss, has no claim to this land. That is factually incorrect. This land is his by conquest."
"As you all know we are in a War, and what do you do in a war? You take land from your enemy. That's what you've been doing so far in this war, so why wouldn't we do the same?"
"If you want to argue that he took claim of this land from before declaring war on you and yours, well, at that you see were early infiltration attempts, to set up bases and safe areas for his men, when he did declare war for this land."
"This case is quite clear if you ask me. The godmodder isn't guilty of anything. He didn't even start this war. If you want to say that since he did, that this is his war for the planet, that he didn't send a Declaration of War to the one's controlling this planet at that time, well, he didn't plan on starting the war yet. You did, as he said. He has every right to demand that we follow his lands court of law. Also, on that charge of theft, well, as said before, this is war, and that simply was a spoil of war, without the capitalizations"
"I rest my objection for this case."

3 people are involved- the cap for charges not explicitly approved by piono.
total charges: 90.
charges necessary for permavulnerability: 100.
the remaining charge power flows into me. I vanish.
I land in a land of trials, trials I'd barely succeed in, if at all, without the aid of this charge. trials which give immense power on completion. trials with artifacts that each have the power of 50 descendant charge, which is why they are defended so well- I'd never have a chance to escape without dying about 7 times without these charges.
I land in the dragons maw.
they say a picture is worth a thousand words. lets see how many of those words I have time to type today. feel free to skip, I was just bored. if your unsure about what something is supposed to be, though, this might be useful.
crouching for a moment, I jump, spinning midair and sending back a bolt of energy flame, propelling me further. a pop-up flickers into existence behind me: -/- hp, ∞ of some weird fire thing, and - lv. I do not have a level, or limited health. I spin again, and send a hail of energy orbs flying upwards to curve in the air, and will slam back down on the dragon. the force of this launch pushes me down, and I conjure my blade, ripping apart another dragons wings to slow down. due to strange laws of this land, everything happens at once, and affects me, but I can't really skip ahead. its weird. regardless, I air-step to avoid being vaporized by an energy beam, an- wait, where's that energy beam coming frooooooaaaaaahhhh majorityguardmajorityguardmajorityguardmajorityguard.... whew. I land on the spines of a dragon, which bends down, and begins to spring back. using the momentum, I jump, flying through the air and conjuring the leg.blade again, using it as a hook to swing around the tail of the wounded dragon I cut once before.
aiming my swing, I dodge the dragons pained burst of flame and swing around a strangely scarred dragons horn, skates manifesting on my feet as I skid along its forehead, before sliding up another curve. I fly towards a charging dragon, and jump off the air three times in succession, going around its gaping maw and soaring down towards my prize...
a ( zips into position, blocking my advance. guess I'm going the long way...
I jump from the bracket, orienting myself horizontally, before using blink. I teleport up and continue to soar, moving downwards with gravity, and firing a massive bolt of energy downwards to deal with a possible future problem. the recoil, sadly, launches me further up... right into the path of the energy beam I'm going to deflect earlier (time iz weirdz). I proceed to use air step twice more, and fly almost directly to a dragon who begins to fire a bolt of energy. morphing my arms to blades, I send a wave of air forwards, exploding the fireball still within the drakons mouth, and stab my blade arm into the side mouth. angling the blade, I manage to turn and soar back down, leaving a thick gash in the neck of the beast, before I turn and begin to spin, mimicking sonic the hedgehog. I fall right into a bolt of energy from one monster, bouncing into another, and then a third, before my trajectory sends my away and towards the inconvenient (•). I teleport multiple times and tear my enemy to shreds, before falling down and away from it, and sending two waves of air into a strange eye being, propelling me back into a smaller eye. the smaller eye shields itself, and I jump off, beginning to roll once more, and bounce off three more eye minions, killing each. I exit the ball form, and lift my now-normal hand, sword within and charged with energy, I spin, somersaulting once and letting lost the energy. a wyrm's attack is countered, and I, propelled up. I conjure a short path on which to run, sprinting up, across the loop, and jumping. 3 minor air steps later, I reach the first part of my prize: I gain have a mere 20 HP as opposed to my prior invulnerability, though my level remains null, my energy, infinite, and the new tab is too glitched to access. I stop midair, and fall, into a rift.
(total words: about 600-650. guess a picture really is a thousand words (since I could go into more detail if I wanted)
the image is upsidedown, apologies. I'll try to fix that.
I fall into the rift, and into the second trial. looks like I'm underwate-
wait, there's another contestant here. looks like all he's got is a sword and a surfboard, better not get near him, but he might be a problem. a few moments pass, I throw a chunk of crystal into the air, and miss.
swimming around some more, I fire a beam of energy at contestant 2, man of blade shades, use a... thing? with ice skates on the bottom? sort of a sled? on a sea serpents back to guide the recoil, jumping off it and letting it fall before spinning, causing a whirlpool. the shades guy avoids all damage and problems, before running on water to get to shore.
meanwhile, I get grabbed by a tentacle and dodge a few energy bullets from defences, free myself, and just barely manage to get to land before starting to drown.
meanwhile, shades guy dropped his sword, so he swings up to the roof, and grabs it...
before the crystal from before bonks him on the head, knocks him down, and causes his shades to fall off.
as I ascend the steps, the shades teeter on the edge of the hole.
as I turn and block a beam of energy, it falls, and gets hit by an arrow, keeping it from falling into a flaming mouth thing, before landing on another arrow embedded in the wall and staying for a while. as it begins to fall from that arrow, I jump back, out of the energy beams path, and see it falling, past a storm of bolts from turrets on the walls, right towards my prize! panicked, I fire a beam of energy at the wall, causing an explosion and knocking the shades out of the way, just barely. breathing a sigh of relief, I claim my prize.
and that, dear readers, is how I nearly lost 90 charges to a pair of sunglasses.
the pop-up appears again, and the new tab is now accessible. future personal upgrades are now hypothetically possible, yippee!

now for a normal post!
general action: if not needed for the the above charge, I heal up da bomb bot man, otherwise help my above charge w/ this.
courtroom action: warning, I had a lot to say, so this is pretty long. somehow, I ended up with about a thousand words just by arguing. sorry about you having to read so much
I continue on the counterarguments, intending to prove that regardless of the accuracy of mirror's arguments, the godmodder's still legally fine.
Amirite?
NEW WEATHER!
Anti Trend War
All PGs can attack AGs. All attacks deal double damage to Redstone."
the godmodder was preforming the entirely legal act of "cause someone minor inconvenience as revenge for dabbing, spinning fidget spinners, or doing anything that is highly disliked by the nearest person of the name JOE."
this is legal according to the laws of my home universe, and there's even a law about it! how 'bout that! guess the gods of my universe, which are totally not me, really hate dabbing and fidget spinners! and remember, their laws are just as, or maybe even more, legitimate as the technocracy's and korks laws, as they are the laws of an entire universe- a bigger area, as far as i know, then the kork and technocracy take up, so unless there is some other thing to measure legal validity by,my laws are equally valid.
oh, another thing for the "kork/technocracy def don't own the land. " bit:
(bolding mine)
the being running the update terminal, who physically defines reality as far as I know (and as far as i know, the update terminal is always right unless intentionally lying), said himself that the godmodder is the sole owner of an entire planet, presumably this one. this as far as I am aware Has to be true, and is slightly more likely to be true then TOG's evidence as TOG's is Out of character, not in character. as such, if TOG's right about the godmodder having done something, that means I must be right about him owning the planet and, under the laws of an entire equally valid to all the others universe, anything the godmodder hypothetically/potentially did is irrelevant because this is his planet he can do what he wants.
SIDEQUEST: Buns.
I mark down the statue place, armoury and fancy place on my mental minimap of magical navigation.
Man, you barely achieved SMAAAASH status with those, and I really shouldn't let you have that count as 10 posts worth of effort...
But at the same time you're SO CLOSE to achieving 100 posts of charge, so... sigh welcome to vulnerability town. Population you.
Bomb bot healed by 8000 health.
JOEbob points out logical fallacies, but winds up weakening his case by bringing in the laws of his own universe which, by previous establishment, don't really qualify here. Imaginary laws aren't real.
"Objection! The Godmodder is not the judge and cannot hold people in contempt. Your Honor [and here I turn to the judge], I must request that you hold him in contempt until such time as he returns the hitpoints stolen under such guise."
"Additionally, someone look into this Agents thing please, there's got to be something there."
"Additionally additionally, I would like to add the charge of evidence tampering, as the Godmodder just destroyed a piece of evidence submitted to the court."
I'll take that contempt of court if you hold your own people in line, the Godmodder points to the rest of the players who are currently in the process of breaking the blightsteel colossus.
Darius turns to address the court, and says "I summon the Blightsteel Colossus to the witness stand!"
Naturally, the Blightsteel Colossus, noting that Elites can just ignore the court, ignores this.
"As the witness has not appeared as ordered, it is in Contempt. If it does not follow the summons and appear, I will have no choice but to remove its ability to damage an entity's maximum attributes until it appears."
Given that the Blightsteel Colossus needs those abilities to function, it grudgingly stops chasing the Supernova and walks over to the court. The courtroom magically expands to allow the blightsteel colossus to fit in the witness stand. Oddly, Darius' stand hadn't shrunk to fit his smaller-than-average size of about 4'10", so he ended up having to levitate a few inches above the ground to avoid looking like an idiot.
Darius then improvises on the spot, coming up with a line of questioning so quickly that most would assume he had it planned all along.
"Tell me about yourself, Blightsteel Colossus."
"I am an upgraded variant of the Darksteel Colossus, a war machine designed to stop a Descendant assault. My original form was ruined by the Descendants and their minions about a day ago, and the Godmodder repaired and upgraded me."
"What upgrades did you receive?"
"I was given the ability to inflict decay on enemies that I attacked, draining them and crippling their abilities. In addition, I was given incredibly strong defensive armor that could render lesser attacks irrelevant. However, I have encountered an unknown error that has negated my defensive abilities."
"How does that make you feel?"
"Unknown. I do not know what caused the error in my defensive abilities, so I have no knowledge of whether I should feel good or bad about it."
"No, not that. How do you feel about inflicting decay on enemies. How has the Godmodder affected you by corrupting your body?"
"In all honestly, I feel like a freak. I'm no longer greeted by my Darksteel compatriots in the same way, and I can't even pat a friend on the back without them being drained and weakened forever. I'm just a war machine, and no one knows the Colossus on the inside, the one no longer visible due to my Blightsteel form."
Darius looks around for a few seconds, gauging the reactions.
"In general, how are you and the other Pro-Godmodder forces treated?"
The Blightsteel Colossus does not respond at first, but then manages to utter "Poorly. Very poorly. We're treated as little more than minions, thrown against an endless onslaught of enemies, and expected to do little more than slow them down and maybe take a few of them with us. The only forces the Godmodder really cares about are his Guardians, and only because they actually have a chance at stopping his opponents. But even then, he refuses to just take a loss, fall back to the next Guardian, and deploy his forces in a strong push to drive back his opponents. Also, he summoned preschoolers to join his war!"
Darius addressed the rest of the court. "In light of this evidence, I motion that charges of mistreatment of minions be placed against the Godmodder."
The blightsteel colossus gets up and prepares to leave the courtroom, but Darius isn't done quite yet, and orders him to sit back down.
"Okay, one more thing. There is currently a jurisdictional dispute over which jurisdiction this court is in. The Defendant claims that the plaintiffs do not have standing to sue him. As the Godmodder is claiming that this planet is under his control, and that the laws are decided by him, he should have established a set of legal codes. Please recite the entirety of the Godmodder's legal codes."
"Error. This entity does not have the necessary information to answer that question."
"Here. Let me help." Darius pulls out one of his most prized artifacts, the Lexicon of Law. The Lexicon of Law is one of the most crucial aspects of managing legal disputes in the Mystic Realms. It is able to gather any and all relevant legal material and case studies related to a case, meaning that lawyers aren't burdened by having to spend a year studying a new legal system each time something unusual comes up. These are in fact fairly common at the divine level, as a law had been passed giving each new god one of them for free and cheap access to new variants. In this case, he instructed the lexicon to pull up the Godmodder's legal codes (and only those specific legal codes), and then handed it off to the Colossus.
"For the benefit of this court, read all content stored in this book."
One of two things could happen. Either the Blightsteel Colossus is too busy reading the Godmodder's legal codes to attack, or he finishes them quickly and the Godmodder is then forced to explain why his legal code is so lax and why his jurisdiction is effectively lawless.
*****Meanwhile, in {REDACTED}:*****
Wormhole curses as his life force is drained, then instantly restores it by siphoning a drop from a healing fountain. This reduces his total supply of healing liquids available to 2554329 drops, an aggravating loss. Then, he decides that he needs to create chaos somewhere else. He looks through the data collected by his spy portal, and decides to splice together a soundbite to cause terror in the Ascendant Council.
"this universe ... will be destroyed ... any empire that gets more than a couple hundred ... planet ... gets wiped out or taken down internally by ... my ... Agents."
After covering over the cuts in the recording with strategic static and pauses, his cronies hack into several dozen broadcasting stations and cause them to broadcast the message on a loop. The resulting terror motivates the council into action, and they begin considering devoting additional resources to the threat.
Meanwhile, while they run around in panic, Wormhole is able to make off with a valuable artifact stored in the center of one of the council chambers, replacing it with a fake.
*****Meanwhile, In Space:*****
The Supernova makes a strategic move to avoid the engagement. As its representative is still present in the court, the Supernova itself does not need to be. It hovers at an extreme distance in the atmosphere. If it is not engaged, it remains there in a resting state, and does nothing other than build up its bomb reserves. However, if the Blightsteel Colossus attacks it (probably demonstrating the ability to suddenly fly into orbit in the process), it uses its advantageous position to spot the Colossus and fire the first shot with the WHEN, crippling its ability to inflict permanent health damage and mitigating its impact. Further, Annabelle modifies her evasion algorithms to treat permanent (aka maximum health damage) at 5x the normal weight, hopefully prioritizing the Blightsteel Colossus's attack to evade.

The Godmodder stares at the blightsteel colossus and twitches for a bit. You punks are giving lifeless constructs personality just to have them testify against me in court? That's a low blow.
You find within the Godmodder's lexicon of law...
A fairly sizeable lawset it seems. It details a number of rules and regulations for many different things, pretty comprehensive in fact, up to and including judiciary and legislative roles for once the planned empire gets sizeable.
One notable problem with it however is that most of the laws can be suspended or nullified under rule of martial law or during wartime or wartime preparation, leaving the Godmodder a legal loophole within his own legaleese to do just about whatever he wants provided its in the name of crushing his enemies.
Redstone continues. Furthermore, you have stolen many valuable items, such as a Particle Collider and a magic Monocle.
You also turned those items against us, continuing to destroy everything. You also took in people from other places to be slaughtered.
Ahem, you're charging me with theft again. Going over it twice isn't going to make me any more sued.
And I'd like to point out that YOU LOT have done the exact same thing, in fact, to an even greater extent than I have. At least I PAY my soldiers. Usually.
The Godmodder groans and bangs his head on the table a few times. This is why I run a dictatorship, so I can bypass legal proceedings when I need to. I'd forgotten how much I hate courtroom drama.
Court Action: Emerald meanders into the court through the main entrance, then leaves and comes in through a side entrance to watch things happen. He'd rather just silently clap rather than do things himself
Actual Action: Emerald realizes that using the cuendillar sword more often might be a good idea, and slashes at the Darksteel Jeep's tires with it
the partical colider and monocole, dear redstone, where given willingly by moi, and I created them myself, so there can be no dispute as to their ownership.
dear bigger fish, you say " In this case, a reading of the Technocracy's law code suggests that in a Technocracy court, the only laws the judge can apply are the laws of the Technocracy, regardless of any other law system's laws", but a reading of my law code suggests that my laws would override Their laws. what gives the technocracy legal system an advantage? why would they get their laws applied first? if your answer is because the NEE is a technocratic person, firstly I do believe the NEE was more the daemonette (and as such closer to the kork), and secondly that would be clear, intentional bias on the behalf of the judge.
the map crumbled because of the variety of truth-finding spell; you cannot claim there are none that act by destroying untrue objects. as well, if the map where truly necessary you could scry into the past, so the godmodders actions represent more of a flair for the dramatic. as he said, the map Can't be true because it would need to be from at least the same Universe as this planet, which it is not, and regardless there is my prior argument involving inheritance.
/argumentnull\
You cannot strike the jury for bias. You have 0 evidence that the jury isn't a neutral party! That PG tag is metaphysical marker, and cannot be used in court proceedings.
[A- Godmodder is hoarding it]
20 charge artifact
A great lance made of a shining silver metal, becomes enveloped in magical flames at the owner's will.
Durability- 3/5
Ability-
Attack with Lúin's Full Power- consumes 1 durability, action is treated as a normal attack by the wielder with the addition of the attack inflicting the special status "Marked by Lúin"
"Marked by Lúin" explanation- Curse type status, if after 2 rounds the status has not been cured the afflicted Entity bursts into flames taking 30,000 damage and automatically removing this status.
(Weapon can be used without durability consumption for flavor purposes however in order to take advantage of it's ability you must state specifically you are doing so and of course consume the durability.)
[A- Godmodder is hoarding it]
20 charge artifact
A Pugio type dagger that exudes a menacing presence.
Durability- 14/15

Use in an attack- Consumes one durability and adds 10,000 damage to the base damage of a standard attack (automatically activates on any attack action)
[AG- controlled by the Blue Knight]
20 charge Entity

[Special ability]
Specialized- Can function in the Courtroom but not in a normal battlefield. If the trial ends without a proper resolution for either side due to outside interference a partial charge refund is provided
Persuasion- Secretly uses techniques such as bribery and trickery to convince 3 Jurors each turn that they should vote for the Godmodder being guilty.
A portal opens above the Nuclear Explosion Elemental and various radioactive materials drop into him, healing him.
Justinian is auto-refunded because the courtroom drama's going to be ending this round. Nuclear Explosion Elemental healed by 11000.
#TheWarGrows
The courtroom drama has been fun and all, but all of you are starting to get an uncomfortable feeling that you need to wrap this up quickly or something bad will happen.
Anyways the Blightsteel Colossus swings for Spectre Knight, the Hyperstorm, airbase 3, and krork behemoth, missing the second due to autododge, but dealing 20K damage and max hit point damage to two of the others, and 12K damage and max HP damage to the behemoth. The Hyperstorm fires its WHEN laser, dealing 16000 damage to the Blightsteel Colossus and disabling its main attack gimmick for 2 rounds.
The Godmodder thinks for a second. and then points at the NEE. I call into question the neutrality of our judge. He/she/it was clearly summoned into existence in order to kill me and my associates, and as such, is clearly biased! The Nuclear Explosion Elemental gets angry. No, he needs to control himself. But he's so angry... he could. he could explo-KABOOM. The Nuclear Explosion Elemental explodes violently. Terrain changed to Radiated Sands. All biological or semi-biological targets have been inflicted with radiation poisoning.
The courtroom slides along its merry old way, 5% distance closer to the inevitable, across the irradiated desert sands. +5% distance.
Everything ticks up and down. Bibi Bunlover's final bun dies of radiation poisoning, causing her to leave the battlefield in tears. The Medic coughs, wheezes, and falls over dead from radiation poisoning. Mrs. Borovic loses the last of her precious cats, and like Bibi Bunlover, leaves the battlefield, only more angrily.
Itinerary:

"The prosecution would like to request that a fresh jury be empaneled, as the previous jury was not properly subject to challenge as per generally-accepted procedure. Additionally, the prosecution moves that the Godmodder be held in contempt for not filing the appropriate motion for the judge to recuse themself and instead resorting to reality-warping nonsense to cause the judge to explode...which seems like assault upon a public official and mass ecological disturbance/unsafe handling of nuclear weapons, and notes that a replacement judge is to be selected from amongst the MPAT's pool of judges, not from anywhere else such as the Godmodder's minions."
All the Krork began to unravel as the Godmodder just sort of challenged their very existence, but the now almost irate Negotiator remained partially extant, able to argue his case, through sheer force of frustration at all this legal bureaucracy.
in Any fair law system where there is a jury, the laws that allow for jury nullification must exist. we know there is a jury from the last fulldop.

"Incorrect. There is no inherent requirement for jury nullification in a fair law system. Even if the map was a fake, which I might contest, that is no longer the basis for the prosecution taking place under Technocratic jurisdiction. Point is irrelevant."
"Tch. That's how all courts work in theory, but laws take time to pass and must be fair. This is no witch hunt, but a fair and balanced analysis of the facts, after all. That's what we're here for, I'm far less convinced about you lot. You have made no point."
"I see nothing that deals with any of the actual charges presented."
"As for the spoil of war argument made earlier, I'm afraid it's not applicable. One of my original points, which has yet to be countered in any way, is that the Godmodder's single planet and entirely unrecognized nation is not a nation at all, and thus if there is no nation on one side this is not a war but a counter-terrorist action. This means the theft cannot have been a spoil of war, since again there is no actual war, since that would require a nation on both sides. We can call it a war, but legally speaking that means nothing. Thus, the items taken were in fact theft. Any items the Anti-Godmodder League took in retaliation was state repossession of insurgent assets, which is perfectly Technocracy-legal. It's legal in most nations, actually. All theft charges thus remain valid. If no further objections are raised, I feel comfortable in saying that we have officially caused a charge to stick."
He looks at the exploding Elemental, curses, and then dies of radiation poisoning. Since this is a Technocratic court, a Technocratic Judge only makes sense, but apparently it couldn't be an Entity.
Meanwhile, the Daemonette doubled over and puked blood, despite not having blood to puke. Looks like the radiation poisoning is magical. Meanwhile, weakened by both the radiation and the Colossus, the Behemoth is weak as a kitten and about ready to keel over and die.
Something might be done about this, but they all were too afraid to act due to being in contempt of court.

I'm assuming the court thing is finishing by the EOTB (allowing these summons to act this round) . if this assumption is false, these charges don't hapain, nor does summoning the B@t core U.0
oh, and however much charge I saved by reducing each dragons HP by 5,000, I use to try to protect the bot core I from the next attack it takes just in case.
the mechanized magical Twin dragons. their totally not biological at all, yepperoni.
Dark HP: 145,000. 1/5 dominance. 1/6 corruption Spreads
Light HP: 145,000. 1/3 heal aura 1/5 dominance.
Passive: linked (power source). when one dragon takes damage, deal half that damage to the other dragon. damage caused by linked does not count. linked also applies to healing.
dominance: whichever dragon has more HP wins the struggle, with the loser dying. (light wins if equal). the winner is healed and improved. free action for the winner.
heal aura: provide semirez to 2 targets (on death, target resurrects with half(?) health) for one round, ticking down the next time you act.
[dark]Active: shadow tendrils- do 10,000 damage to a target and apply corruption 2 to them.
[dark] corruption spreads- do !FUN! things to corrupted targets based on how corrupted they are. if nobody has any corruption, apply 6 corruption to a target and deplete this specials charge by 2 turns.
[Light] Active: purity- heal an ally by 10,000 HP, and give them 10,000? regen for 2? rounds.
also, I guess I forgot to repost altered b@tcore stats here... and I now think they're kinda dumb.
new idea for those 18 charges (still called the b@tcore and using that callback tho):
B@t core U.0
50,000/50,000 HP B@t bar: 0/70 1/3 bote batle 1/4 b@t builder
passive: vamperic- when the b@t core U.0 (the numbers are in hexidecimal ok) deals damage, heal it equally to the damage dealt. if healing is greater then the amount of HP currently missing, fill up B@t bar by 1 per 1000 damage.
active: burgeoning boat brawl- _ base damage. players can escalate the boat brawl as a free action (can be done on both posts), increasing the attacks damage this round. this attack deals damage to a single target only.
special: bote batle. this attack deals more damage then burgeoning boat brawl per player escalation. if it would overfill the B@t bar, create a wall that bodyguards you with HP equal to the overfill x 1000.
Baot Builder: if B@t bar is at 50+, have a 70% chance of duplicating the core, +1% per unit in B@t bar.
andyesthisisalsonotbiologicalbecauseitslikearoboticthingthatcontrolsboats.
new: 1/3 stall
new: 1/10 as in a bathroom

I smile and thank piono for letting me become vulnerable. and thank him again. many thankings are had.
Entity orders: drones, swirl. mr entity advantage, do something in the F. fortress' general direction .b@t core, use burgeoning boat brawl on F.fortress. Bot core, use boombot boombox after the boombot drones regen. bomb-bot, don't explode this round either, because messing with people.
Light(mechanized) dragon, use purity on the bomb-bot. Dark (mechanized) dragon, use shadow tendrils on the egg fleet battleship. Sidequest action: I go to the place thats been looted, because of course I will. mentioning it without it being important is suspishus. ver susfishus. Free action: escalate the brawl. I escalate the burgeoning boat brawl. normal action: I spawn some mimics. they run away from the battle, being too weak to mimic anything currently on the battlefield. this is "definitely" "not" "pointless". Court action:
I point out that to be considered a nation one must 1) declare ones intentions (it doesn't say when or how openly), which we can assume the godmodder did to like at least 1 security guard at some point (also of note about the security guards is the godmodder clearly at least treats them well, as he even knew cheri's name when they called) 2) exist in a clearly defined territory ("everywhere on this planet" is fairly clear) 3) have some permanent population (bibi bunlover, probably most security guards and workers.) 4) have a goverment: the godmodder and possibly others, though godmodder is probably the main authority during war.
therefor, the court should recognize the godmodders small empire as a nation, so this is a war, so the "theft" was spoils of war.
also biggerfish's statement that someone killed the judge is wrong. the nookular exploosin eelemental exploded of its own accord after the godmodder asked it be replaced as it was not impartial, though another judge should probably be added. I vote for mr JOE bob JO- wait, shoot, just fell victim to his curse. I vote for a person who's first name is bob, middle is joe, and last is bob, who is cursed to have people always mix up his (first and last) names with his middle name. he has never heard of the godmodder before and is as such unbiased.
I use the Cryptographic Sequencer on the Boombot Core I.
bad thing: 10/10
oh no
a bad thing has appeared
bad thing: hp: like 50000? i guess. whatever's regular for a 10 post charge i dunno
attacks:
make bad stuff happen: does like 5000 damage to two entities
the joke: takes 1 turn to charge, inflicts a status effect known as 'bad jokes' on two entities for 5 rounds (curable by using two actions to cure it or something i dunno)
is dead: takes 3 turns to charge. does 20000 damage to everyone with the 'bad jokes' status effect
butterfly effect: takes 5 turns to charge. 20 turns after this is used, something bad happens to an entity of some sort.
Emerald points out to the GM that as a skeleton, and an undead one covered in (some) armor, radition poisoning wouldn't really do anything to Spectre Knight. Ever heard of a skeleton having cancer?
That being said, Spectre Knight uses his Will Skull (Darkness: 50/100). O-MECH retreats off the battlefield through a portal
Redstone says that he was not charging the Godmodder with theft again but simply was adding evidence to why he should be convicted for theft.
Redstone, meanwhile, on the battlefield, notices the mimics and shoots them with laser eyes.

I take out a shield and put it around Cuphead. But not just any shield. One made out of SALT AND RAGE FROM THE HARDEST GAMES EVER. Cuphead, Dark Souls, Crash Bandicoot, I Wanna Be The Guy, Cat Mario, Unfair Mario, and Super Mario Maker.
would be extremely heavy, much more weight than a cup could handle. This has predictable results on Cuphead. You can't hold me in contempt of court, I was just pointing a fact out.
Also, I'm going to step back from the court case for now, seeing as I have already given JOE all that he needs to prove that our client isn't guilty. Also, something worth noting here. . .
"#TheStoryOfPsi"? Call me curious cat that got killed, that sounds interesting.
Looking out of my Demiplane's portal, I see a green glass desert.
Great, Radiation. This is why I don't like Nukes, they have far-reaching consequences that will stay there even after a normal person is dead. Who had the idea of using thermonuclear weapons here again? I thought those were outlawed.
Looking through my cupboards, I find my Prussian Blue and Potassium Iodide. This wasn't the first time I've dealt with radiation poisoning before, I've seen it many times in the past, even experienced it firsthand. It is not something that I would wish on anyone.
I think back to what the Godmodder said. Something about "Agents". Apparently, they would destroy any organization larger than a hundred universes? I have never heard of such a thing before, and it disturbs me greatly.
While I think this through, I administer the appropriate treatments to Cuphead, Tracer and the Pixel Swarm; which shouldn't even be poisoned, as it is a swarm of solid light, and not a biological entity.
18/20 CHARGE SLOT 1 (+4 from Enerald, +1 from Redstone)
09/20 CHARGE SLOT 2
With the Nuclear Explosion Elemental gone, it was highly imperative that a new judge be found, especially before the Godmodder tried to provide one. Thus, I quickly requested one from the Department of Justice, while also specifying that they needed to be radiation-proof. Very quickly, a new judge was flown in, in th form of Justice Franz 209A1. As the robotic judge took the stand, they quickly brought court back to order, saying "The trial will now continue."
