Destroy The Godmodder: Renewal (Hole In The Ground)

Update 59.5 Courtdop 2
"The prosecution would like to request that a fresh jury be empaneled, as the previous jury was not properly subject to challenge as per generally-accepted procedure. Additionally, the prosecution moves that the Godmodder be held in contempt for not filing the appropriate motion for the judge to recuse themself and instead resorting to reality-warping nonsense to cause the judge to explode...which seems like assault upon a public official and mass ecological disturbance/unsafe handling of nuclear weapons, and notes that a replacement judge is to be selected from amongst the MPAT's pool of judges, not from anywhere else such as the Godmodder's minions."
The Godmodder rolls his eyes.
I did no such reality warping nonsense to make the judge explode. Perhaps it would've been better to not use a living explosion as the judge. And even if the cause WAS reality warping, there's literally no evidence to show it wasn't one of the many, many other reality warpers in this room.

All the Krork began to unravel as the Godmodder just sort of challenged their very existence, but the now almost irate Negotiator remained partially extant, able to argue his case, through sheer force of frustration at all this legal bureaucracy.

"Incorrect. There is no inherent requirement for jury nullification in a fair law system. Even if the map was a fake, which I might contest, that is no longer the basis for the prosecution taking place under Technocratic jurisdiction. Point is irrelevant."

"Tch. That's how all courts work in theory, but laws take time to pass and must be fair. This is no witch hunt, but a fair and balanced analysis of the facts, after all. That's what we're here for, I'm far less convinced about you lot. You have made no point."

"I see nothing that deals with any of the actual charges presented."

"As for the spoil of war argument made earlier, I'm afraid it's not applicable. One of my original points, which has yet to be countered in any way, is that the Godmodder's single planet and entirely unrecognized nation is not a nation at all, and thus if there is no nation on one side this is not a war but a counter-terrorist action. This means the theft cannot have been a spoil of war, since again there is no actual war, since that would require a nation on both sides. We can call it a war, but legally speaking that means nothing. Thus, the items taken were in fact theft. Any items the Anti-Godmodder League took in retaliation was state repossession of insurgent assets, which is perfectly Technocracy-legal. It's legal in most nations, actually. All theft charges thus remain valid. If no further objections are raised, I feel comfortable in saying that we have officially caused a charge to stick."

He looks at the exploding Elemental, curses, and then dies of radiation poisoning. Since this is a Technocratic court, a Technocratic Judge only makes sense, but apparently it couldn't be an Entity.
Theft charge seems like it's going to stick.

"Can we get a doctor or five in here, and a replacement courtroom? This is clearly unsustainable."
Doctors would probably be a good idea, in fact, there's an entire medical department here.

Sidequest action: I go to the place thats been looted, because of course I will. mentioning it without it being important is suspishus. ver susfishus.

Court action:
I point out that to be considered a nation one must 1) declare ones intentions (it doesn't say when or how openly), which we can assume the godmodder did to like at least 1 security guard at some point (also of note about the security guards is the godmodder clearly at least treats them well, as he even knew cheri's name when they called) 2) exist in a clearly defined territory ("everywhere on this planet" is fairly clear) 3) have some permanent population (bibi bunlover, probably most security guards and workers.) 4) have a goverment: the godmodder and possibly others, though godmodder is probably the main authority during war.
therefor, the court should recognize the godmodders small empire as a nation, so this is a war, so the "theft" was spoils of war.
also biggerfish's statement that someone killed the judge is wrong. the nookular exploosin eelemental exploded of its own accord after the godmodder asked it be replaced as it was not impartial, though another judge should probably be added. I vote for mr JOE bob JO- wait, shoot, just fell victim to his curse. I vote for a person who's first name is bob, middle is joe, and last is bob, who is cursed to have people always mix up his (first and last) names with his middle name. he has never heard of the godmodder before and is as such unbiased.
You enter the MUSEUM. although many of the cases have been looted, (some carefully, some not so carefully) there are a lot of exhibits in relatively good shape.

You make a case for nationality, but unfortunately, it still requires recognition from other nation-states, which the Godmodder has not yet received.

Anyways, the FAQ is up now? I wanna read some of that. So I do.

Courtroom Antics: Replacement Judge

With the Nuclear Explosion Elemental gone, it was highly imperative that a new judge be found, especially before the Godmodder tried to provide one. Thus, I quickly requested one from the Department of Justice, while also specifying that they needed to be radiation-proof. Very quickly, a new judge was flown in, in th form of Justice Franz 209A1. As the robotic judge took the stand, they quickly brought court back to order, saying "The trial will now continue."

Courtroom Action: Closing Statements

Given how quickly we were running out of time for this legal chicanery, I figured it was high time to send this case to the jury. Stepping forward, still wearing my prosecutor suit, I called out "If anyone wishes to make any closing statements, now is the correct time to do so, as the trial will shortly be ending."

Some time passes, as everyone makes their closing statements.

Once everyone has made their statements, I address the Jury "Men, women, and other assorted members of the jury, thank you for taking the time to attend this trial. You may now deliberate among yourselves as to the Godmodder's guilt. In your deliberation room, you will find complimentary radiation exposure medication, as well as radiation suits to minimize further exposure."

The doors to the courtroom were flung wide open by an angry looking man in a suit, wearing blue with a red tie instead of black and black. He was familiar, he had previously been decapitated, and he was royally pissed off.

"Good grief! I heard this racket up in the Realm of Souls! It's so bad that my soul had me brought back to consciousness for a moment just to help make you stop!" He marches straight down the center of the room to take his place on the prosecution's side of the court.
since so many nations accept it as a nation, they are spoils of war, unless you wish to dispute that All of these 25 nations qualify as nations.
"God bad news for you buddy, but first of all I do dispute that and second of all you're all forgetting something." I smirk. "The Krork forget this since they do it so much, but spoils of war are actually illegal. Confiscation of enemy war materials is valid, of course, but the artifacts in question where mostly personal items. Take the axe, for instance. It's an axe, not a gun. As much a tool as a weapon even if it was used as the latter. Even worse, all who had an artifact stolen from them are still alive, and the fact they were dead for a bit doesn't count since we all knew they weren't really dead and came back promptly. Taking war trophies for personal use from those who still live isn't quite legal under Technocratic law, I'm afraid. Going back to before, you listed a bunch of gods and priests. Religion has nothing to do with law, so none of those specifically mentioned are valid. Furthermore, the "Air master" specifically said he was doing you a favor. This brings into question the validity of those claims, not that they're valid in the first place since none of them are nations, since for all we know they were all acting under some form of duress. Certainly, anyone doing you a favor can hardly be said to be impartial on the matter, and we must thus posit that if they are the only ones who are recognizing the Godmodder's nation that they do not truly count."
Some time passes, as everyone makes their closing statements.
"Gladly." The man straightened his tie as he thought of something. "Before I start, I'd like to remind the court of the Terror Preschooler incident that apparently happened while I was busy being dead. That's like, super duper illegal I'm sure. Add it to the charge list."

He slammed his hands on a desk, and spoke with lawful authority. "Closing statement."

"It should be clear at this point that the Godmodder is a man of nefarious character. You just have to look at the facts to see that. It's highly questionable if this is a war in the true legal sense, but either way the Godmodder must be punished from both a moral and legal point of view. His actions include warcrimes such as child soldiery, regular crimes such as either theft or illegal possession of war trophies, worse crimes such as mass murder, he definitely killed me, that one weaponizing archaeology charge that never got argued against, and so on. Voting him as guilty on at least some of these charges is an absolute necessity if there are any among you who believe in justice. The prosecution, I believe, rests its case."

Having made his statement, the man takes a step back and folds his arms. "Now we can end this and I can go back to blissfully not thinking about anything.

[no like the gods actually run nations and are the physical manifestation of all the magic users in their kingdoms wishes and powers, which also makes the system like an election in that the god-being is always acting according to the will of all the people - they do have some personality of their own but it doesn't affect their decisions, just their manners and how they go about the things they decide.]
[the only one doing a favor is the air master; all the others stated their deliberations directly.]
[True, they do live now, But they never asked the godmodder for their stuff back And we didn't know if they'd come back, as you sure didn't come back until... about a minute ago, so the godmodder could have just been assuming they'd act like you did, then figuring if they wanted their stuff back they'd ask for it. alternatively, since they died it could be considered inheritance- suppose the godmodders laws (i don't know them well) say wills must acknowledge them to be valid on his planet, and nobody did, so the goverment and as such godmodder inherited their stuff on death?]
[I also don't think its religion to believe in a godlike entity if they power your country, put on regular displays, and have immense powers in general.]

SUMMONING AN EVIL GOD!
An Ancient Evil: Least Avatar of Val'Elzathor

Only now, with the first pillar destroyed, could I muster enough Charge to call forth the barest shade of my god Val'Elzathor. Still, even with such a charge, I would need to spend much effort to bring my patron's will to this plane. Obviously, a massive amount of blood sacrifice would be needed, and even more frustratingly, there was the issue known as the Maelstrom. For simply calling forth enough power to fuel a supernatural effect, a ritual circle would suffice, but to summon an Avatar I would need to physically rip a hole in reality leading to the dimension where Val'Elzathor resided.

This would require a setup far more elaborate than any mere ritual circle could possibly be, both to rapidly acquire the necessary sacrificial power, and to form the portal.

The design that took shape was something I began calling the Summoning Engine almost immediately. In the center was a circular portal frame, surrounded by a quartet of Dimensional Tuning Spires, and the whole thing was powered by a grand total of eighteen specially-designed Sacrifice Pistons, nine to a side.
As soon as the device was constructed, I climbed into the device's control room, from which I would be able to operate the entire horrible ritual I was about to conduct. There were only five features to this room of any note; two switches, a button, and a pair of indicator lights. Still, that's all I would need as I prepared to call forth the merest fraction of Val'Elzathor's power.
With a muttered prayer to the Dark God, I walked over to the first lever, and switched it to the on position. Off to the sides of the Summoning Engine, the Sacrifice Pistons churned to life, as the cattle streamed into the death machine by the thousand.
The bovine creatures, of course, had no idea what was in store for them. They were funneled down the chutes leading to the Sacrifice Pistons in huge numbers, being fed into the crusher several at a time.
The crushers themselves were an interesting design, operating based on command blocks. At the top of each piston, a large mass of iron was summoned, before it fell, smashing the hapless sacrifices below.
At the bottom, the large chunk of metal was removed, and the resulting cattle-mash was fed through a specialized filter that sucked every last iota of supernatural power from the sacrifice, storing it in magitech capacitors beneath the floor.
In total 10,368 cows were slaughtered to power the device, their spiritual essence quickly being put to work. One by one, each piston completed its cycle, with the parts of the soul capacitors visible from above ground glowing with the power stored within them.
In the command center, the first indicator light turned on, as the required number of sacrifices had been fed into the machine. I nodded to myself, that meant it was time for stage two; priming the dimensional barrier to allow the portal to the maelstrom to be formed with minimal issues. This is also when I would need to start handling my part of the load, as the ritual could not be entirely mechanized. No, I had a role to play here, and as I prepared for it, I drank a glass of water to ensure my voice wouldn't crap out on me.
I positioned myself in front of the next lever, pulling it as I began to chant

"Val'Elzathor, god within the Maelstrom!"

"Val'Elzathor, god of all that destroys!"

"Val'Elzathor, god of DARKNESS!"

"Val'Elzathor, god of proactive defense of those you see fit!"

Deep within the machine, power began to be routed to the quartet of Tuning Spires.

"Val'Elzathor, I beseech you to hear my plea, there are those who would bring harm to your followers in the service of this Godmodder, and I request your help destroying them utterly!"

I continued my chant, as massive bolts of lightning erupted from the tips of each spire, slowly but surely weakening the barrier that lay between planes
"My lord of ultimate darkness, I beseech you to send an Avatar powerful enough to render my enemies incapable of continued resistance! Please, send an aspect of yourself to my aid!"

At that very moment, the second indicator light blinked on. The portal was ready to be opened.
"Val'Elzathor, if you can hear my plea, please send me a message!"

With that, I slammed my fist down on the button to ignite the portal, as Val'Elzathor speaks directly into my mind "I hear you, mortal. I shall fashion an Avatar out of the power you have sent to me , then send it through the portal."
While Val'Elzathor was speaking, the portal arch filled with a distinct purple haze as it powered up. This was only the preliminary phase of it opening, however; when it was fully open, I would know.

My god continued to speak to me, saying "By the way, I really have to give you some style points for the Summoning Engine, the thing looks absolutely metal."

Looking out the window at my machine, I couldn't help but agree, saying "I'm glad you like it. Is there anything you would like to tell me of regarding your Avatar?"
Val'Elzathor replied "Yes. At the start, I am sending you the barest fraction of my power, but the longer my Avatar lives, the more of my power will be invested in it. I want a chance to wring the neck of that upstart Godmodder personally."

At that exact moment, the portal finished establishing a connection to the Maelstrom, streamers of blue and white energy erupting from the frame as the barriers between dimensions were ripped asunder.

As this happened, I asked my patron "Val'Elzathor, you won't send through enough to be truly killed should your Avatar fall, will you?"
Val'Elzathor, for his part, replied "No, I will not. For starters I don't want to completely destroy that plane you are currently on, and the most powerful Avatar it can support before reality starts coming apart at the seams barely measures up to 2% of my total power. Even if everything goes to shit, I will survive."
The dark god, then adds "I can see the portal now, my avatar is coming through."
Soon, a figure strides through the portal, shrouded in dark malignant energy. The catlike ears atop their head perk up as they step through and stretch their wings, as they say "Oh, it is so nice to have a material presence again. Now, what should I kill first?"
With that, the Least Avatar of Val'Elzathor takes note of the Mobile Fortress and notes "That looks rather important. Let's kill it."

The Avatar's hand lashes out like a lightning bolt, sending a bolt of malignant energy to impact on the fortress, contorting it and rending gashes into its form, much like what happened to the necromancers subject to the Voodoocordion's music.
Least Avatar of Val'Elzathor
Every three rounds that the Least Avatar of Val'Elzathor remains alive, it evolves to a new form. Each time this happens, it gets a stat boost, a partial heal equal to twice the amount its max HP goes up, a new special ability, and a name update. Below is a list of each level, what special ability it gains at that level, and what its name changes to.

1: Least Avatar of Val'Elzathor |No New Abilities | Starting Level
2: Lesser Avatar of Val'Elzathor | Regen 10% of max HP
3: Minor Avatar of Val'Elzathor | Attack Reflect
4: Avatar of Val'Elzathor | Attacks add damage over time effect to target, named [Curse]
5: Improved Avatar of Val'Elzathor | Extra Lives (1)
6: Major Avatar of Val'Elzathor | Attacks apply [Acid Trip] to targets for one round
7: Greater Avatar of Val'Elzathor | Counterattack 50%
8: Greatest Avatar of Val'Elzathor | Extra Lives increases to (3)
9: Perfected Avatar of Val'Elzathor | Attacks affect a second [PG] target at random for half damage, but no Status Effects. This ability is tagged as Blast Radius.
10: True Avatar of Val'Elzathor | Regen Increases to 20% of max HP
11: Least Aspect of Val'Elzathor | [Curse] increases in potency, dealing twice as much damage as it did previously.
12: Lesser Aspect of Val'Elzathor | Time to produce a new Extra Life is reduced to two rounds
13: Minor Aspect of Val'Elzathor | Blast Radius increases to affecting two secondary targets per attack
14: Aspect of Val'Elzathor | Counterattack no longer prevents Val'Elzathor from performing its regular attack
15: Improved Aspect of Val'Elzathor | [Acid Trip] is now applied to anything attacking this Entity, whether or not the attack is successful.
16: Major Aspect of Val'Elzathor | Attack Reflect now affects anything attacking this Entity, whether or not the attack is successful
17: Greater Aspect of Val'Elzathor | Blast Radius increases to affect three secondary targets per attack
18: Greatest Aspect of Val'Elzathor | Attack Reflect increases to 200%
19: Perfected Aspect of Val'Elzathor | Regen increases to 30% of max HP
20: True Aspect of Val'Elzathor | This Entity gains the ability to attack twice per round.
21: Least Will Of The Dark God | For Entities only, [Acid Trip] is replaced by [Thrall]. Victims of [Thrall] can only direct attack actions at [PG] forces, and can only direct healing actions at [AG] forces.
22: Lesser Will Of The Dark God | Blast Radius now applies full attack damage and status effects to secondary targets.
23: Minor Will Of The Dark God | [Thrall] now lasts 2 turns, and forces its victims to act.
24: Will Of The Dark God | [Curse] is now applied to anything attacking this Entity, but the attack must be successful
25: Improved Will Of The Dark God | Blast Radius increases to affect four secondary targets per attack
26: Major Will Of The Dark God | No new special abilities, just increased stat boosts for this level.
27: Greater Will Of The Dark God | This Entity gains the ability to target players who would not normally vulnerable, but only applies the [Acid Trip] status effect when doing so. When doing so, the player in question must be the primary attack target, and cannot be targetted via Blast Radius.
28: Greatest Will Of The Dark God | Regen increases to 40% of max HP
29: Perfected Will Of The Dark God | No new special abilities, just increased stat boosts for this level.
30: True Will Of The Dark God | For this Entity's primary attack targets only, [Curse] increases in potency to the point of dooming any Entity or player struck by it to death.
31: Dark God Val'Elzathor | Dark God Val'Elzathor now produces the Field Effect, They Shall Perish, which automatically applies [Curse] to all Entities and vulnerable players that are not [AG] aligned. This is not the version of [Curse] that dooms victims to death next turn, simply being a damage over time effect. | Final Level

General Action: Shrieker McNuggets
Suddenly, the Shrieker finds itself pulled from the sky, only to find that it's being gripped by me, wearing a chef's hat with a Mcdonald's logo on it.

With the massive bird in hand, I ask it "So, wanna be a nugget?"

it simply shrieks in response, so I begin anyways, first violently plucking all of its feathers.

The next step is to separate it into white meat, dark meat, and skin, which I achieve with a chainsaw. Still, I don't get all of it, So I toss both the separated pieces and the still shrieking bird into the meat grinder.

On the other side, the ground shrieker that I'd separated from the whole bird was easily compressed into the appropriate shapes, but all that happened when the Shrieker itself went under the press was to slam its head through the conveyor belt.

After that, the last steps were to apply a batter coating to the nuggets and deep-fry them. By the end of this process, I had several boxes of Shrieker McNuggets (which I gifted to the White Mage, the Champion, and the galley aboard the Rocket Battleship) and one lacerated deep-fried Shrieker.

Yum.

I motion that this entire irrelevant bit of waffling be declared contempt of court for trying to misdirect this noble, well, court as well as for wasting our time."
"Sustained."

""Actually." I said, taking a sip of coffee from a cup I brought out of nowhere. "We don't need to do that at all. Unless our actions are directly relevant to the case, which seeing as we haven't tampered with any evidence they aren't, nothing you said has anything to do with the case at hand, which is purely about the Godmodder and what he's done."
technically correct, but it does disprove any part of your argument focussed on morals, and furthermore, means you are far more worthy of attack by the technocratic government if they value justice. sadly, (sadly IC and perfectly fine OOC) someone isn't going allow for any further court episodes, so to speak, so now is the time to talk about it, and I doubt you have any rebuttal for most of the offences mirror said. true, the dark god is now dead and/or gone, but there is still The murder of a innocent, child monster, the Monster Bed, and many other things which I do not have the time to go into now. in summery, while now normally would not be the time to talk about it, it is the only time we can, and you are certainly worse then the godmodder is.
who is worse, a possible murderer of a planet, or someone who is willing to murder worlds upon worlds of sentient beings or destroy galaxy's for power to stop the murderer?
personally, I'd say the galaxy breaker is worse, but you can side with the person who kills more if your willing to lie to yourself.

Court's over, time to fight.

Annabelle decides that quad fusion lances aren't devastating enough, and combines the strike with her own power to form the Spatial Tunnel Fusion Strike. In this strike, she creates a channel of expanded space, then fires the quad lance in a concentrated burst through the tunnel. At the end of it, the spatial expansion impacts the target, ripping open the impact point before the superheated beam of molten metal cuts through it and inflicts devastating damage on the Blightsteel Colossus.

(Supernova Orders: combined Quad Lance on the Blightsteel Colossus, boosted by this action).

Tracer: Tracer throws a pulse bomb on the Blightsteel Colossus as well.

After the "threat" from the Godmodder, the Ascendant Council prepares countermeasures. The start of their plan involves scanning the area around the planet, looking to see the state of the chaotic battle seen around the planet.

*TACTICAL DATA LOST*
  • Juggernaut Armor (Artifact): A light powered armor system. Protects the user with both armor and ablative shielding, and increases the wearer's attack damage (8/8 Armor HP, 4 Shield HP). Currently equipped to Tracer.
  • Electrostaff (Artifact): An electromagnetic system that can be used to stun enemies or reflect countered attacks back at the user. Stolen by Godmodder.
  • Multicannon Pistol: A magic-powered gauss pistol, capable of firing in different modes (ranging from conventional bullets to the same power as a tank cannon). Has an ammo creation system built in to create strange ammunition and avoid reloading problems.
    • AM Breacher Rounds: Specialized rounds designed to penetrate magical defenses and destroy magic-based systems.
    • Knockback Shots: Specialized rounds that apply huge concussive knockback to the target, but no damage.
    • Healing Burst Shots: Specialized rounds that heal instead of harming the target, essentially firing a healing spell instead of a bullet.
  • Cool Goggles: Advanced goggles that eliminate glare and provide advanced Scanning functionality (aka the normal Scanning functionality).
    • Ballistic Calculation System: Calculates ballistic trajectories of objects, allowing for more accurate shots, and also creative tactics using corpses as weapons or landing an enemy in just the right location.
    • True-Sight Module: Counters hostile stealth and illusions through a variety of methods, helping to discover hidden enemies or hidden enemy abilities. Buffs power of Scan actions.
  • Sustain Necklace: An emergency contingency that will revive the user immediately after death. Breaks after use.
  • Artificer's Gloves: A specially-designed pair of gloves that can apply telekinesis over short range, and can also create common materials out of thin air.
  • Immovable Rods: Rods that can anchor themselves in space, gaining incredible inertia to the point of being impossible to move.
    • Immovable Magnet: A variant designed to briefly immobilize metal targets, burning through its stored energy in just a few seconds.
  • Wand of Lesser Vigor: A wand capable of providing a minor regenerative effect. Not too useful in direct combat, but useful for making hospitals obsolete.
  • Base Defenses: Several advanced traps protecting my base.
    • 7 Proxy Defense: An advanced redirection system that makes it nearly impossible for intruders to find the base.
  • Workbench: A standard workbench containing useful supplies and apparatus for tinkering.
  • Time Dilation Generator: A generator that changes timeflow in a localized area. Currently nonfunctional.
  • Darksteel Fingers and Toes: Raw material for constructing super-durable stuff.

Update 60: Terror Level Two
"The prosecution would like to request that a fresh jury be empaneled, as the previous jury was not properly subject to challenge as per generally-accepted procedure.
#BeepBoop

Meanwhile, the Daemonette doubled over and puked blood, despite not having blood to puke. Looks like the radiation poisoning is magical. Meanwhile, weakened by both the radiation and the Colossus, the Behemoth is weak as a kitten and about ready to keel over and die.

Something might be done about this, but they all were too afraid to act due to being in contempt of court.

I'm assuming the court thing is finishing by the EOTB (allowing these summons to act this round) . if this assumption is false, these charges don't hapain, nor does summoning the B@t core U.0
oh, and however much charge I saved by reducing each dragons HP by 5,000, I use to try to protect the bot core I from the next attack it takes just in case.
the mechanized magical Twin dragons. their totally not biological at all, yepperoni.
Dark HP: 145,000. 1/5 dominance. 1/6 corruption Spreads
Light HP: 145,000. 1/3 heal aura 1/5 dominance.
Passive: linked (power source). when one dragon takes damage, deal half that damage to the other dragon. damage caused by linked does not count. linked also applies to healing.
dominance: whichever dragon has more HP wins the struggle, with the loser dying. (light wins if equal). the winner is healed and improved. free action for the winner.
heal aura: provide semirez to 2 targets (on death, target resurrects with half(?) health) for one round, ticking down the next time you act.
[dark]Active: shadow tendrils- do 10,000 damage to a target and apply corruption 2 to them.
[dark] corruption spreads- do !FUN! things to corrupted targets based on how corrupted they are. if nobody has any corruption, apply 6 corruption to a target and deplete this specials charge by 2 turns.
[Light] Active: purity- heal an ally by 10,000 HP, and give them 10,000? regen for 2? rounds.
also, I guess I forgot to repost altered b@tcore stats here... and I now think they're kinda dumb.
new idea for those 18 charges (still called the b@tcore and using that callback tho):
B@t core U.0
50,000/50,000 HP B@t bar: 0/70 1/3 bote batle 1/4 b@t builder
passive: vamperic- when the b@t core U.0 (the numbers are in hexidecimal ok) deals damage, heal it equally to the damage dealt. if healing is greater then the amount of HP currently missing, fill up B@t bar by 1 per 1000 damage.
active: burgeoning boat brawl- _ base damage. players can escalate the boat brawl as a free action (can be done on both posts), increasing the attacks damage this round. this attack deals damage to a single target only.
special: bote batle. this attack deals more damage then burgeoning boat brawl per player escalation. if it would overfill the B@t bar, create a wall that bodyguards you with HP equal to the overfill x 1000.
Baot Builder: if B@t bar is at 50+, have a 70% chance of duplicating the core, +1% per unit in B@t bar.

I smile and thank piono for letting me become vulnerable. and thank him again. many thankings are had.
Entity orders: drones, swirl. mr entity advantage, do something in the F. fortress' general direction .b@t core, use burgeoning boat brawl on F.fortress. Bot core, use boombot boombox after the boombot drones regen. bomb-bot, don't explode this round either, because messing with people.
Light(mechanized) dragon, use purity on the bomb-bot. Dark (mechanized) dragon, use shadow tendrils on the egg fleet battleship.
Sidequest action: I go to the place thats been looted, because of course I will. mentioning it without it being important is suspishus. ver susfishus.
Free action: escalate the brawl. I escalate the burgeoning boat brawl.
normal action: I spawn some mimics. they run away from the battle, being too weak to mimic anything currently on the battlefield. this is "definitely" "not" "pointless".
Since the courtroom drama's not going to be over by this EoTB, your summons are postponed.
You spawn a bunch of mimics. They run away very fast.

I use the Cryptographic Sequencer on the Boombot Core I.

bad thing: 10/10

oh no

a bad thing has appeared

bad thing: hp: like 50000? i guess. whatever's regular for a 10 post charge i dunno
attacks:
make bad stuff happen: does like 5000 damage to two entities
the joke: takes 1 turn to charge, inflicts a status effect known as 'bad jokes' on two entities for 5 rounds (curable by using two actions to cure it or something i dunno)
is dead: takes 3 turns to charge. does 20000 damage to everyone with the 'bad jokes' status effect
butterfly effect: takes 5 turns to charge. 20 turns after this is used, something bad happens to an entity of some sort.
The boombot core's power is inverted now, whenever a boombot is destroyed, a PG entity will take damage instead of an AG one!

The Bad Thing is summoned, with a bit of health nerfing to account for the power of its specials.

Looking out of my Demiplane's portal, I see a green glass desert.

Great, Radiation. This is why I don't like Nukes, they have far-reaching consequences that will stay there even after a normal person is dead. Who had the idea of using thermonuclear weapons here again? I thought those were outlawed.

Looking through my cupboards, I find my Prussian Blue and Potassium Iodide. This wasn't the first time I've dealt with radiation poisoning before, I've seen it many times in the past, even experienced it firsthand. It is not something that I would wish on anyone.

I think back to what the Godmodder said. Something about "Agents". Apparently, they would destroy any organization larger than a hundred universes? I have never heard of such a thing before, and it disturbs me greatly.

While I think this through, I administer the appropriate treatments to Cuphead, Tracer and the Pixel Swarm; which shouldn't even be poisoned, as it is a swarm of solid light, and not a biological entity.

[4]: The Void.
In order to understand the scope of the conflict you are involved in, you will need to understand some background on where you are. Somewhere, floating in a vast, supposedly-but-not-really-infinite void, is a universe. We'll get into those a bit later, for now let's talk about that Void.
The Void is a vast and dangerous place. Every pocket dimension, universe or other such location that isn't located directly inside of another universe of its own is located within the Void, alongside various other locales such as The Nest, numerous ruins of ancient voidic civilizations and the still-bustling cities of still-active voidic civilizations.
Remember, the Void is only an inhabited place out of necessity. It is where ideas can come together on equal ground and reality warpers have little to no hold on what is and what isn't. The Void is full of caustic energies that eat away at most things that are unshielded, leaving naught but inert voidstone, and time and space are ever more relative the deeper into the Void you delve, making keeping yourself aware of your time as well as your space becomes a problem as well.
However, if you want to travel between universes, barring some lucky universal alignment, void travel is pretty much your only option. My recommendation is to, although it might seem like the fastest option, not travel in straight lines. Stay close to the light that universes shed and avoid large gaps if you can. That is the safest way to travel, jumping from the fringes of one Universe to another, staying in the life giving light of creation.

[the AG's preformed murder on the security guards first, before the godmodder did a thing.]
[oh and the children where just playing around in a highly destructive manner, and you lot would have killed them for it without their physical immunity to harm. so ye.]

20/20 I throw this charge at the BrightSteel Colossus healing it up a bit, and removes their negative status infliction.

He has a point...

I also suggest you apply some actual flavor text to that charge usage or you're not gonna get very much mileage out of it.

"Actually." I said, taking a sip of coffee from a cup I brought out of nowhere. "We don't need to do that at all. Unless our actions are directly relevant to the case, which seeing as we haven't tampered with any evidence they aren't, nothing you said has anything to do with the case at hand, which is purely about the Godmodder and what he's done. Not to mention that some of your points are wrong. The nuclear warhead ownership is completely legal, for example, since it's by a recognized government. I motion that this entire irrelevant bit of waffling be declared contempt of court for trying to misdirect this noble, well, court as well as for wasting our time."
...but so does he. The court remains un-turnedabout.

Citadel: THIS SHOULD BE GUARDING THE HYPERNOVA?? FIX PLOX
+2 @JOEbob

Me? Read things myself? Like heck will I lower myself to performing the duties of a drone!
I 'read' a page of the FAQ no one else has this round.
Ah, right, sorry about the citadel, it shouldn't actually be bodyguarding ANYTHING as all entity actions, including bodyguarding, are disabled currently.

[1] Introduction:
Hello and welcome to this humble game guide on Godmodding Wars. I am aware that Godmodding Wars are great and cataclysmic events, but the Descended involved in them have often likened participating in one to playing a great game. Why am I doing this? Perhaps in the hopes that providing information to the Descended of future wars will shorten their lifespans and bring about peace sooner. Perhaps in an effort to keep safe what little knowledge of these wars survives, or perhaps it's just my innate desire to catalogue whatever I find.
First off, whatever you may think, Godmodding Wars are not new, and this conflict you are in is far from the grandest or most violent to take place, although it may seem reality shattering in scope, reality has survived much worse, none worse than the Psi War, although that shall be elaborated on in a later section.
The words within this guide will hopefully lead you to better understanding of your circumstances, regardless of whether you are Descended, another combatant, or one of the unfortunate Unsung. Please, read through this guide, and take some solace from the fact that this, like many other things, shall pass.
With that, I begin my GameFAQ.

technically correct, but it does disprove any part of your argument focussed on morals, and furthermore, means you are far more worthy of attack by the technocratic government if they value justice. sadly, (sadly IC and perfectly fine OOC) someone isn't going allow for any further court episodes, so to speak, so now is the time to talk about it, and I doubt you have any rebuttal for most of the offences mirror said. true, the dark god is now dead and/or gone, but there is still The murder of a innocent, child monster, the Monster Bed, and many other things which I do not have the time to go into now. in summery, while now normally would not be the time to talk about it, it is the only time we can, and you are certainly worse then the godmodder is.
who is worse, a possible murderer of a planet, or someone who is willing to murder worlds upon worlds of sentient beings or destroy galaxy's for power to stop the murderer?
personally, I'd say the galaxy breaker is worse, but you can side with the person who kills more if your willing to lie to yourself.
/courtroom.\
Unfortunately shown to not be relevant to the courtcase. You had your chance to turn things about, and blew it.

*****Meanwhile, somewhere else*****

After the "threat" from the Godmodder, the Ascendant Council prepares countermeasures. The start of their plan involves scanning the area around the planet, looking to see the state of the chaotic battle seen around the planet.

+2 @Enerald_Mann, Sorry for missing it last turn
Blue Knight hands off his copy of "The Nature of Split Personalities" and the damaged copy of "a Treatise on Plot Forces."

#GERONIMOOOOOoooooooo

The Godmodder is administered his contempt of court fine of 1 hit point (+5% distance, you begin moving through some ancient ruins.), and the jury adjourn to the breakroom to deliberate on the remainder of the charges.

The Hyperstorm Supernova opens fire with its quad lances and deals a whoppingg 76000 damage to the Blightsteel Colossus. The Blightsteel Colossus attempts to return the favor by swinging at the Hyperstorm, Spectre Knight, Airbase 3 and Krork Behemoth. Hyperstorm dodges, behemoth reduces damage by 8K, the other two lose 20K health.

The Godmodder gets angry, and pays his contempt of court fine by taking the hit point and throwing it at max velocity right into airbase3, blow both it, and its drones to pieces. Spectre Knight gets caught in the explosion and takes 30000 damage.

The battle is about to continue, the courtroom slides forward 5% distance.

Everything is about to tick up when the Jury comes back from their breakroom, radsuits and all. "We find the defendant, in restictment," And thats when the next boss busts the wall down.
Introducing the Terror Ravager Bot.

The massive robot's spinning blades churn up the entire top half of the courtroom, destroying it, and the jury scatters, trying desperately not to be shredded by the massive blades. The various other weapons attached on spindly arms to the main body rain down death and destruction on everyone, the new boss is here, and your stuff is likely about to be wrecked for the next several rounds.

Everything ticks up and down.

Itinerary:
Destroy the Godmodder!
Defeat the Blightsteel Colossus.
Destroy the new Terror!
Keep the Supernova alive!
Kill the boombot core without activating the boombot's retaliatory abilities!
Kill the assorted PG entities.

18C Boat core summon: not going to be the boat core any more, I just got the perfect opportunity for something else.
new: 20/20 pyramid. +4 last round, +10 charge token. +2 TOG +1 mirror +1 mirror (this charge affects the pyramid directly, the 18 makes the pillars and bombs) +1 TOG
the pyramid sits there. nothing happens for a while...
then, the first hit to strike it,well, strikes it.
the pyramids eye opens.
pyramid boss except not actually a boss or anything, themed after a dream and stuff summoned!
?????HP (as in idk how much)
every so often, cast a flame orb attack. the attack has a default target (chosen by the entity) which can be redirected as a free action by the target over the next turn into anyone other then the pyramid who attacked them that round.
lava pit: is surrounding with a lava pit just barely wide enough that to preform a non-ranged attack an entity or player must stand right on the edge of the pit.
pig spawning: every turn, spawns a corrupted pig. the pig HP is equal to the flame orbs damage divided by the amount of turns it takes to spawn a new flame orb, meaning the flame orbs perfectly counter their spawn rate if redirected. if like 8 pigs are alive at once, they gain the passive: chain attack. when they all attack the same target, they gain a 80% counter chance (dealing 1,000 damage when countering) against non-flame orb methods.
static position, decent range: the pyramid is stuck at this distance meter section, its not really moving or anything. it can use flame orb when you are between 40 and 60% distance, the pigs can attack and follow between 45% and 75% (they are more willing to fall back then advance.), and the lava pit only really applys at 50% distance since otherwise your not going to be close enough for it to matter.
things don't disappear when your not looking at them: the pyramid's still going to be here if we continue on in the game or whatnot. if someone revisits the pyramid without it being directly destroyed by a player, it will still be here, and they can still be attacked by it.
Sleep effect: when someone is flying to avoid the pigs and lava, and plans to or could reasonably rain down ranged attacks on the pyramid, they will fall asleep, dissabling their flight temporarilly so as to render this tactic ineffective.
4 pillars appear around the pyramid. they probably do something.
there are also 4 bombs, pointing down, around the pyramid. for some reason. they float in the air and spin around it. they might do something, who knows what though I'm leaving most of this open.

A tainted pig who just spawned, as a flame orb flys towards it. there are similar spawning areas at each corner of the area,

the pyramid viewed from head on. I think its eye colour was blue so its blue here. as well, the player is using hammer throw from the thor kit on it.

the pyramid from the top. a fire orb is forming.

the lava pit is clearly visible. there is a 2-block gap between the pyramid and the pit, making the "can barely hit pyramid" thing accurate, bombs are visible floating and the eye is looking up.
I would prefer for this to not trigger a smash regardless of its capability [doubt its capable but I don't want to take chances, I has planses.]
[mostly there to give a clearer idea of what I'm thinking of.]
new: 2/? some other +1 TOG
if talist later posts, some other activates at 3/3 and makes a wall to protect the boombots (but not the core) for the rest of the round, before exploding when status tickdown happens.
new: 1/? stuff.
+1 mirror +1 TOG
sidequest: I hop up the exhibit, and investigate the crystals. are they really glass, and if so, are they enchanted? if the answer to these questions are yes and no respectively, and they don't seem like they could be used as fuel, then I go looking for weapons instead. otherwise, I harvest them into a pocket dimension.
Entity orders!
bot core I uses bot core II with the thing that I asked piono whether it works with the boombox special before.
comically large bomb(bot) refrains from exploding. again.
the drones swarm.
MR entity advantage does something to specter knight.
dark dragon: use shadow tendrils on the egg fleet flagship.
Light dragon: use your healing active on the reaver bot.
if the pyramid has flame orb this round, it targets the flying fortress.
if the pillars can do anything, they try to attack the flying fortress.
normal action:
I walk up to specter knight, and slam him into random living and health and immortal things, as dead things heal him, so living things that cannot die will do the opposite.

"So, I'm back and- my god you're a mess." I said as I looked down on the Daemonette who was vomiting up prodigious amounts of blood. Frowning, I wave a hand about to stop that nonsense, and the portal to some Khornate literal blood sea in her throat clears up as she stops taking damage. I didn't think radiation poisoning could even affect Daemons. Well, shows what I know. "Now that's solved, I'd like to talk to you for a moment."

She looks up almost hopefully, albeit with more than a hint of wariness. "So, you've come back to the field? I suppose that's-"

"It's not anything." I cut her off immediately. "Because I'm out of here. You still have a story to be told but I'm finished. I'll be on call if you bite it down here, but otherwise you should get on with maturing and stuff. I'm off to your home to partake in some maximum over-hedonism myself. You'll still have all my power and stuff, most of it at least, so you should be more than capable of doing your part. This seems awfully sudden and stuff, but trust me on this one. For the moment between me being resurrected due to anger at the legal system and me coming down here to retrieve my body and get going, I checked some stuff. This is for the best."

"But-"

Before anything else could be said, I opened a Warp Rift with my mind and hopped through it. That Daemon was stuck at a strange halfway point between human and inhuman, and she had to come to terms with that herself. As far as I could tell, there was no way around that without just rewriting entire parts of her mind, which was questionable to say the least.

Of course, I didn't leave without giving a gift.

Charge Unleashed!

Through the portal came through a most angered Daemon from the other direction. Vor'hakk, a member of the Sixth Host, the Bloodthirsters of Insensate Rage. With wings and a giant axe, he was ready to slaughter some enemies. No way he was listening to any orders though, he was too busy being angry and scoffing that a mere Daemonette was on the field and declared significant just because it had developed fashion sense. Still, the PGs would feel the pain quite badly from the fighter, both strong and surprisingly fast.

Bloodthirster:
80k HP, 20k Attack
Furious Assault: 50% chance to attack twice on a turn. If his original target is still alive he'll attack it again, if not then he'll choose another target randomly.
Rampage: Does not listen to orders, will attack a random PG target every turn, well, randomly.

Assuming Rampage counts at all for extra HP, this is actually fully balanced, surprisingly. The math does check out.

Charges:

So It Comes Down To This: 20/20, used.
You'll Regret This: 12/20.

+1 @The Blue Knight
+1 @I just write

Entity Orders:
Daemonette cleans up all the blood she coughed up.
Krork Behemoth dies with glory.
Flying Fortress reactivates its first system, gaining a good amount of Regeneration, although nothing else yet.
Egg Fleet spends its free action to finally call in a new Battleship, and Shadow also causes a floating ruin to Come Crashing Down on top of the Blightsteel Colossus.
Repair Portal repairs the Fortress.
Bloodthirster rampages.

What did I miss?

Oh good, you're back up.

Our entire team has been hit by radiation poisoning. You should probably help with that.

Lorso Razo, teleports down to the battlefield and begins removing radiation poisoning from various entities. She starts with Tracer, an evasive individual with not very much stamina. Now, the problem with trying to put a heal on Tracer is that she's so mobile that she could just dodge Lorso's standard healing, which basically took the form of a fireball that just happened to heal its targets instead of burning them. So instead, she was forced to use the less flashy but more accurate technique of throwing a healing Magic Missile at her, which would be impossible for her to evade. This lower-strength heal was not enough to heal Tracer much, but it did get rid of her radiation poisoning.

Next up, she cured the Daemonette. She had, according to Varos, been a key aid to Varos earlier, and she might as well repay the favor.

Then, she lost track of her targets, and just removed radiation poisoning from random entities.

Meanwhile, Darius was shredded and thrown far away from the courtroom by the arrival of the Terror Ravager Bot. After drinking a healing potion, he gets back up and Scans the bot.

*****Entity Orders:*****
Supernova: The Supernova continues to pound the Blightsteel Colossus with its fusion lance barrage, hoping to bring it down before it could get its systems back online. The blightsteel colossus is not prioritized to evade this round, as it does not have its devastating special attack online.
Tracer: Tracer finally gets to pulse bomb the Blightsteel Colossus.

+2 @JOEbob

I 'read' something else from the guide, preferably something no one else has read yet.

Continuing with the forging of my alliance with Jobboe, I take the predator armor from the TOG II* and toss it to him. I do, however, stick a small bomb on it that is guaranteed to do damage to the Godmodder if he decides to give it to him, which I trust he wouldn't have done anyways.

MAIN BATTLE:[PG]

I stare at the AG side for some time, finally coming to the realization that they are just as bad, if not worse, than the PG side. The godmodder didn't want this fight, they brought this fight to them, and have done horrible things to try and stop him before he can do anything to warrant such an attack. I guess what they say is true, 'He who fights with monsters might take care lest he thereby become a monster' and they didn't take care.
I throw various anti-undead explosive's, along with holy seals at Spectre Knight, so as to kill the undead being.

20/20 :AUGMENTATION: Suddenly, a portal appears over the BlightSteel Colossus, and down upon it rains more Blightsteel, layers upon layers of Blightsteel rain upon the Colossus. Metal rearranges, limbs are sculpted into more efficient shapes, shaper hands, thicker armor, and a more imposing figure is crafted. This heals the Colossus and removes its debuff.

Eventually, I realized that my efforts to treat the entities afflicted with radiation sickness were futile. There was nothing I could do, and I felt terrible.

A short time later, I found myself sitting on a sand dune, reading the Treatise on Plot Forces. Upon finishing it, I had a clear idea of what needed needed to be done.

Reentering the conflict, I calmly walked past enemy lines. I expected something to attack me, but nothing did. I later found out that they didn't attack me because they knew what I was; a Descended, that there was no point in trying to hurt me. All of them shied away from me, except for Mr. Entity-Advantage, who was too weak to move. I could tell that he was close to being taken in by the Violet Knight. The PGs stood there in silence, waiting to see what I would do next.

"What are you waiting for? GO! Get this man off the battlefield, he needs immediate medical attention!"

I watched as the PGs scrambled to do as they were told. After I made sure that Mr. Entity-Advantage would get the medical treatment he needed, and that he would likely make a full recovery, I walked over to one of the PG Descended, the Mirror-Thing, and spoke to him.

"You seemed the most reasonable of the PGs, so I thought I should talk to you," I said. "I read a transcript of what you said in what the others think was a 'court'. I agree with what you said." While he takes in what I had said, I continued, "The people who make up the AGs aren't heroes. Most of them are morally ambiguous at best, and some are definitely terrible people; The Nuclear Explosion Elemental had made that crystal clear to me." I paused, taking a breath before I finished what I had to say. "I came here to ask for your advice. From what I know, you do not share the Godmodder's views, and are only participating in this conflict for the same reason I am, and want the same thing: to have this conflict with minimal loss of life. I was considering leaving the AGs entirely earlier, but that is no longer an option for me, as pretty much the entire multiverse is paying attention to what we do now. Now, I have to stay in order to maintain the appearance of unity within the alliance. So I ask you, not as an enemy, but as another person in need of help: what should I do? My side isn't a grand force for good, but has look like one, so that the people of the Void know which side to root for."

I waited for a response.

MAIN BATTLE:[PG]

So his words were acknowledged? There was someone that was willing to ty and save people? He wanted to be happy, but he know how hard fulfilling that desire would be, but that didn't mean he wouldn't help. . . The mirror man speaks to the man that cares even for his enemies, with a voice quite similar to his own. ". . ., *sigh* I can't promise that my ideas would work, but the thing all players have is time to perfect an idea, so maybe using one of your charges to create a system/itme that, when an entity dies, instead of letting them die, it leaves them at 1 HP, sends them to a different, but habitable universe, and prevents them from being brought back to this one, unless the device is destroyed, but then the godmodder could use that as an excuse to bring back his soldiers while your's are not able to be brought back. You might have to turn it off for some fight's, like with a boss, as I'm sure you want your Spoils of War, maybe also say in your attack's that you, instead of killing them, just knock them unconscious and send them to an ally to bring them back to health and prevents them from rejoining this battle? While I want to say that there is a way for you to save yourselves from becoming monsters, but only a monster can survive this battle, so the only thing we can do for certain is try. I can assure you that one of my charges will go to this, but that's all I can do for you right now, but don't give up yet, you can still work to save as many lives as possible. Maybe ask the godmodder for help, he may be, well VERY hostile at first, but he still spared Sir Crossbell's dog. As far as I can see, it won't hinder him in anyway to allow this, maybe become an N focused on making healing entities so you make sure they don't die while you try to send them out of the battle? You should definitely ask for help from Thina, as well, she seems to want as few deaths as possible here. Also remember that some other AG's and N's may share your sentiment, so ask for their help and advice. Now it's time for you to put your wish into reality, and good luck on it, everyone needs some."

After that he goes to repair the Darksteel Jeep a bit, by buffing out scratches and dents in the hull.

Okay, there's another problem right now. Theres a whirling vortex of guns and blades on the field, and it threatens to tear our team to pieces if we don't do something about it.

I have an idea. See that pyramid over there? If I get the right launch angle, I could knock the giant bot into the pyramid, causing it to waste its offensive power against a terrain feature rather than against our team.

I attempt to run the data through my Ballistic Calculation System. Now, Silence and Annabelle won't have that data directly, but a direct mental link should be sufficient to transfer the information and get them into the right position. I also scan the pyramid, attempting to figure out what exactly it is. If its either not useful for blocking attacks (such as made out of jello) or if redirecting an attack into it would be a very bad idea (such as made out of TNT), I call off the attack.

The Supernova flies into position to line up with the Ravager and the pyramid. It rapidly spins around, opens its rear hatch (which is actually part of a portal to the cockpit of the Supernova, or something), and Silence disembarks. Then, it spins around to face the Ravager, and Silence activates his abilities and kicks off the Supernova's hull. The kickoff sent the Supernova back several kilometers, and sent Silence forward at the sort of speeds you would expect out of Superman. Aiding him was a huge wave of telekinetic energy supplies by Annabelle, pushing him to go even faster and gain even more kinetic energy.

Further, before impact, he augments his powers with a slightly weakened form of inertial mass increase. It isn't quite as much as an immovable rod's, but it does effectively increase his mass to about 100x normal for delivering devastating knockout impacts. Combine that with his flat-out absurd toughness, and he is an unstoppable impact hitting a not-quite-immovable object. The Terror Ravager Bot manages to stay on the ground, but it tips over to the point of shredding the earth and creating a huge dust cloud before recovering.

Silence then kicks off of the bot, and flies back towards the Supernova, as the Ravager is sent backwards at high velocity. The Supernova, already back in position in just a few seconds, responds by opening a wormhole in front of it. Silence flies through one wormhole, and comes out the other flying right back into the Ravager. Sure, Wormhole the goblin might be the master of this sort of strategy, but Annabelle's picked up a few of the same tricks.

Several rounds of slamming into the Ravager bot, kicking off, switching directions via wormhole, and slamming back into the ravager bot occur before the Ravager bot's blades contact the pyramid. Then, one more impact occurs, hopefully smashing the Ravager into the pyramid hard enough to stop its spinning blades and stall it out temporarilly.

If Silence fails to redirect the Ravager's blades into the pyramid, he opts for the simpler solution of turning invulnerable, maxing out his inertial mass, and getting in the way of several blades, causing the Ravager's blades to hopefully shatter against him (this is aimed at the Ravager's extra weapons).

Then, I expend some built-up resources to create a support center, the Arcane Repair Beacon. The beacon targets the Supernova..

Health: 80000-100000
Arcane Repair: Each turn, the Arcane Repair Beacon adds a stack of Arcane Repair to a chosen entity, giving that entity 5000 regen per turn per stack of Arcane Repair. These stacks last until the Arcane Repair Beacon is destroyed, and then decay at the rate of one per turn afterwards.

The war would carry on. That was seemingly the one constant. The war would always carry on. Not this war, but war in general. The power to bring forth legions at will meant this fight would not, could not end. The Godmodder had claimed that his power grew over time in a fight, becoming more mighty as a result of increased commitment and desperation. In addition, more time spent on fighting these lesser foes, not to mention the middling threats of the Terrors, meant more time for the Godmodder to upgrade or repair his powerful Guardians. She reckoned that despite the potential increased powers of their side that the 10th and final Guardian might be too tough for them. Assuming that the, say, 5th wasn't going to be. Perhaps they had already entered the position of stalemate, where the Godmodder was giving significant effort to such a degree that they could never push past him and reach the 3rd Pillar. Still, even if that was the case, then at least he couldn't hope to launch any kind of offensive, for if he took too much attention away from his enemies in the present, then being pushed back once again was likely. Regardless, fighting something that was more reminiscent of a trench war than the actual incarnation of trec warfare very much did not appeal.

In the here and now, however, there was perhaps some hope. Immediate tactics dictated that it might be important to maximize damage output, and to do that it would be smartest to crush the Boombot Drones. Now that some hacking to reverse targeting parameters had been helpfully done, it was possible to engage them in mortal combat and gain something from the affair. And so the Daemonette retrieved her knife and set forth to attack the Boombots, specifically a group not near the lesser Darksteel Entities, if that would help with target prioritization at all. She dashed through the horde, a whirlwind of devastation, knife piercing outer shell and setting off detonation sequences all around. She danced and danced through their ranks, path obvious due to the trail of explosions left in her wake, giggling as she did so. Finally, a corrupted asset could be turned against the enemy, her favorite thing! Well, one of her favorite things.

By the end of the deadly strike, thousands upon thousands of the machines were no more, having been destroyed to serve a purpose against their original intent. Yes, perhaps there would be a stalemate or a loss, but it didn't seem like they were quite there yet. Perhaps hope remained for them, and perhaps they would even see a victorious end eventually. For now though, it remained up in the air.
