Destroy The Godmodder: Renewal (Hole In The Ground)

5/5 something bun-like this way comes. +2 TOG
some more buns congregate around the other buns. the new buns start hunting for carrots. they find carrots, somehow.
bun farmers (medium) summoned. 10,000 HP each, there are 2 of them, 33.3% dodge chance.
active: carrots! each bun farmer has a 50% chance to harvest a normal carrot, a 25% chance to harvest a carrot!, and a 25% chance to find nothing. a carrot can be eaten by a bun to overheal them. a carrot! is twice as good as a normal carrot, and the value of 2 normal carrots is approximately the power of a 5-charge healer entity
new: 5/5 buns continue (+1 mirror +1 talist +2 TOG)
2 bun parents spawn. if either of them dies, the surviver turns into a bun guard. 2,500 HP each, with 85% dodge if i maths right.
in 4 turns they upgrade the king bun to be better, and then die.

2/? something bot-like this way comes
+1 mirror +1 TOG
I shrug as the engineer ignores (or at least, does not respond to) the bunny ambassador, and contact the national bun society, requesting they send in protection for the bunnys from the radiation. the bun society, incensed by the possiblity of buns being irradiated and mutated, start sending it radiation suits, protecting the buns from radiation-based statuses. they'll take a while to fully protect the buns, but for now, the king and queen are immune.
also @plague126 , you +2'd mirror last round in the post where you ordered plague knight to use big boom.
also also, an ambasador bun hops over to @TOG: Drizzle and offers allegiance.

[USING][USING]

Suddenly, a singular ship jumps out of hyperspace. Now, while that in and of itself was nothing new or interesting, the ship itself (or more specifically, elements of it) was interesting enough for this event to garner attention.
The ship itself appeared to be a large (very large, like, at least the size of a small moon) car. Something from... Ford UK... sometime between 1938 and 1961... produced in 1939, it seems... looks like some kinda upmarket Popular or Anglia... anyways, what kind it is doesn't matter. In fact, nothing about it matters. Because, as most of the ships in orbit find out fairly easily through even the most basic of scans... there is no matter there. At all. Where everyone and their grandma can very clearly see a large Prefect floating in orbit is a bunch of unoccupied space. A few dozen blasts from various weaponry (at the cost of many a life to friendly-fire) confirms that it's not a computer glitch or anything. There really is nothing there physically. Now, the Godmodder's Defense Systems aint having none of that pan-dimensional super-being technology though, and as the ship moves in towards the planet, pure unadulterated Godmodder wrought death blows the ship to pieces. Well, ok, it's not that fast. In fact, the ship manages to crash down to the surface of the planet (in many a molten fragment, to be fair) before the last crew members alive die.
Interested by this new developement, I begin to explore the wreckage of the mystery ship.
Molten metal... skeletons... damaged systems...
The exploration is a long and boring one, as almost no information is discernible from the burnt mess. That is, until I get to The Citadel. A large black orb of impenetrable material created by some poor intermancer in his last attempt to save himself, his wives and his money from the Pure Death they drove into. Unfortunately for him, they crashed before he could get in and save himself, though two of his wives (killed by the crash itself) and most of his inventory were saved inside. A quick shapechange into the poor mister... Cabal something or other grants access to the inside of The Citadel. A few minutes later, and I have it converted into a workable base of operations for myself (and I suppose anyone who were to hypothetically ally themselves with me).

's a big ball. You cant enter unless I say so, I guess.

Other then that, manage to loot for some L00T, and indeed, I find some:

A relic from a another place, another time.

+1 AC
-Shield: [|||||]. Activates when ordered or when in danger of death. User is completely immune to damage, but cannot act that round. A real double edged sword, but may let you live to fight another day.
-Tail Cannon: Activates when being shielded. Attacks everyone who attacked user for low damage. At least you turn while shielded isn't a *complete* waste, right? Right?

Haha woops, just realizing how that sounds. Oh well. Anyways, it's a generic pew pew rifle, one action to shoot or re-load. It's got Ammo and everything. It's fairly useless right now, but it can be upgraded with various charges. That's what modular weaponry is, apparently(?) Anyways, basic stats for now:

Ammo [none]: bonus effects=0
Magazine [none]: max ammo=4
Scope [none]: aim modifier=0%
Bayonet [none]: free attack=0
Fire Rate [none]: shot per action=1
Other [none]: effect=0
Other [none]: effect=0
Current Damage Modifier=0%

As of right now, the weapon is literally useless, as it takes an action to do the same amount of damage as standard attack, plus you need to reload after 4 shots being fired. However, many a charge later I intend to have this as a fully upgraded deliverer of death.

Now, I'd like to point out that I used 2 twenties on all this. Any charge leftover can be dumped into an attack against VASSKA. Please discus balancing issues with me as needed.
Thanks bud!

I only fall a short distance away from Tavros before I generate a Cadmium bubble around the two of us. Everything outside becomes a blur, as time outside the bubble speeds up. Several high-velocity projectiles enter the bubble, get thrown wildly off course by temporal forces, zip past our faces, and exit through the other side.
Oh my goodness. Were those from a railgun!? Whoever shot that, what the function were you thinking. There is an ally who would've likely been struck by one of those shots in close proximity to your target, who probably cannot even be considered an adult at his age. I make a mental note to find whoever fired those shots, and to give them a piece of my mind.
I look at Tavros in horror at this revelation.
I break out of the bubble. I hope someone on the ground will realize that I am in a very slow freefall.
I make another bubble. From my point of view, I'm just falling through them quickly.
I break out of the bubble. I take a look at the ground.
I Flare Cadmium desperately. There's nothing there.
I move through it even faster. Someone please help, I have half a minute before I become a human pancake.
I panic. A full minute, if I'm lucky.

I force Tavros to beat Cuphead on Expert Difficulty without parrying, and he has to get S Ranks on all the levels and bosses, and he gets kicked in the left elbow every time he dies or fails to get an S rank.

I make an infinite water pool in the ground. It just so happens to be beneath DCCCV.

"Hey, Tavros, Vriska, why you fighting for this jerk? He's a jerk! He's worse than the cueball who exploded you, Vriska! You can change sides if you want!"

The insult grows wings and spits on the Godmodder. It's disgusting.

20 charge artifact
A great lance made of a shining silver metal, becomes enveloped in magical flames at the owner's will.

Durability- 3/5
Ability-
Attack with Lúin's Full Power- consumes 1 durability, action is treated as a normal attack by the wielder with the addition of the attack inflicting the special status "Marked by Lúin"
"Marked by Lúin" explanation- Curse type status, if after 2 rounds the status has not been cured the afflicted Entity bursts into flames taking 30,000 damage and automatically removing this status.

(Weapon can be used without durability consumption for flavor purposes however in order to take advantage of it's ability you must state specifically you are doing so and of course consume the durability.)

Durability- 14/15
Abilities-
Use in an attack- Consumes one durability and adds 10,000 damage to the base damage of a standard attack (automatically activates on any attack action)
[AG- controlled by the Blue Knight]
20 charge Entity
A Ranger of the Mistwald. Wears a mottled green cloak and is armed with a simple but finely crafted longbow, he also carries a variety of knives under his cloak. Is an expert in hit and run tactics.

Health- 42,000/65,000
Attack- 20,000
[Special ability]
Ambush- targets an entity and sets up an ambush near them consuming a turn, Any and All Entities that target the Entity which this ability targets the turn after the ambush was set up will take Halk's attack in damage including Entities which attempt to heal or bodyguard the targeted entity. Halk cannot act on his own during the turn the ambush is set up or the turn of the ambush itself. The ambush does not interfere with the actions performed by those caught in it. The Entity around which the ambush is being set up can be kept hidden (I will PM the target to Piono) however it can be discovered by spending an action to investigate or for free through chance by scanning the entity around which the ambush is being set up. (I will help Piono out here by stating it in OOC chat myself if an action is spent to discover the target or a scan was done by chance.)
I stretch my arms and legs, getting into a jogger's starting pose. I then disappear. I reappear to the left side of the blue knight, throwing various jabs with the needles on my arms, putting holes in the armor, and punching the metal with great strength, as my ironskin makes my punches much more painful.

The Knight is caught off-guard for a couple of seconds and receives several of the Mirror's jabs before being able to react. The Knight's chest plate is heavily dented by the attack however there is not quite any holes in the armour, it seems the Blue Knight's armour is not entirely for show.

(Not an attempt to change Mirror's damage, I just didn't want the Knight's armour to be pierced yet. I want a little more effort then just a single attack before BK's armour is broken and I have to describe what he looks like under it.)

When he finally reacts the Knight tosses Lúin to his side and uses his main hand to grab one of the Mirror's incoming jabs, the Knight then throws the Mirror over himself onto the ground behind him. Then in a single movement the Knight turns around and begins attempting to stab into the ironskin of the Mirror with Ides.

In the midst of his attempts the Knight stops rather suddenly and picks Lúin back up before jumping away from the Mirror. "My apologies but give me one moment, I need to fulfill an agreement I made." A small portal then appears next to the Knight and a small leather pouch drops out of it. The Knight catches the bag with his offhand after having sheathed his artifacts. The Knight opens the pouch and then pours out it's contents. Inside the bag was twelve marble like gems, eight colored black, two scarlet red and the last two yellow. In a quiet voice the Knight muttered "These should do..."

The Knight then materialized a crown much too big for a human head in his other hand. This crown was made of a gold like material and featured a prominent Marquis-cut dull orange gem as it's primary feature accompanied by a variety of smaller gems which are similarly dull along the side of the crown. Between these are intricately engraved patterns that seem to connect all the gems together. On the back of the crown two engraved lines nearly connect from each side of the crown however they abruptly stop just short of meeting each other.

The Knight then presses a finger down on the space between the two engraved lines on the back opening a small hidden hatch in the crown where there is an engraved dodecagon with spherical indents at each vertex. The Knight places the marble-like gems from the bag into these indents and then closes the hatch. Shortly after the engraved lines in the crown surge with energy and the large gems featured around the crown begin glowing brightly.

In a whisper the Knight speaks "This should keep the elemental stable and allow whatever will is exerting control over it more precise manipulation of it's body. Unfortunately I can't come to the bunker to celebrate it's creation, I'm a tad bit busy right now." A portal then opens next to the Knight and the Knight places the crown through the portal unto a special rigging above the nuclear warhead.

(If it isn't clear the crown isn't an artifact but rather just the flavor of my contribution to the elemental.)

20 Charge Expended to the creation of the elemental

The Knight then closes the portal and turns back to the Mirror. "You may continue."

[Orders]
Halk- Prepare an ambush. (Target for the ambush to be prepared around will be PMed)

(Edit at 12:03 to clarify my charge expenditure.)

Side Quest Action:

The instant she feels something touch her, Thina immediately freezes and drops to the cold concrete floor. Being gripped more by panic than the creature, she flails around, scratching and scrabbling at the floor and whatever else is nearby to get traction.

"No no! No! AHG! GET OFF! L- LET GO! STOP! S- Please!"

Her voice is thick with ragged breaths and sobs as she squirms and flails. Her wild inputs to her armor causes it to start sparking with random bolts of electricity and frost, arcing off frantically into the air and surrounding her in a haze of icy silver mist, giving the impression of a storm cloud, pulsing with a swirling tempest of energy.

Tears and spinning frost laden air obscuring her vision, she tries one of her more coordinated efforts. Namely, rolling on her side perpendicular to the creature while kicking at its tentacle arm, all the while her armor's aura coating the floor in a thin veil of charged frost.

[PG] Personnel Defense Drone
120,000 / 120,000 HP.
Regenerates 3,000 HP per turn.
Deals 10,000 damage with normal attacks.
Active Ability - Shields UP - Bodyguards something else and grants 30% damage resistance for a turn. Cannot be used twice in a row.

PEPSIMAN!
HP: Infinity/Infinity
Time Remaining: 120
Pepsi Cans: 0

Pepsi Machine:
HP: Infinity/Infinity.

Passive - Face of Divinity: Due to the divine power coursing through his veins, Pepsiman is totally immune to attacks made against him by lesser beings, such as yourselves. Though, attacking him can steal his Pepsi Cans. (count each can as being worth 2,000 HP)

Passive - The True Heir: Whenever you say Pepsiman's name, you must announce it loudly in a voice like a heavenly choir. If you don't, Pepsiman gains 300,000 HP immediately.

Passive - Strength from Followers: Any player can hand Pepsiman a delicious cold refreshing can of Pepsi as a free action, maximum of once per post. They can win the favor and grace of Pepsiman with such offerings. Pepsiman also gains 2 Pepsi Cans per turn.

Passive - Time Constraints: Pepsiman's time on this mortal coil is limited. Once Pepsiman runs out of time, he will go elsewhere to save those in need (and somehow bring his Pepsi Machine with him). At the end of every turn, Pepsiman loses 10 time remaining.

How this all works: When first spawned, Pepsiman is at the very bottom of the EOTB entity list (despite being a PG), and the Pepsi Machine is at the very top (but below the godmodder). The Pepsi Machine cannot be damaged, but whenever it is attacked, it can be moved either up or down two slots on the list. Once Pepsiman reaches or passes the Pepsi Machine, Pepsiman has completed a stage, which means he gains 30 Pepsi Cans and 20 time remaining. Then the Pepsi Machine teleports down to the opposite end of the entity list and Pepsiman starts running back. If an entity counter attacks or bodyguards against Pepsiman, Pepsiman becomes stunned for the next turn.

Action - Slide Charge
Move either up or down the entity list by 4 slots. Deal 8,000 damage to one enemy that Pepsiman moved past.

Action - Herald of Sugar
Costs 10 Pepsi Cans. Move either up or down the entity list by 5 slots. Restore 4,000 HP to all allies Pepsiman passes through. Can spend additional Pepsi Cans to heal a target hit by this at a rate of 1,000 HP per Pepsi Can.

Action - Divine Smite
Costs 10 Pepsi Cans. Move either up or down the entity list by 5 slots. Deal 5,000 damage to all enemies Pepsiman passes through. Can spend additional Pepsi Cans to deal additional damage at a rate of 1,000 damage per Pepsi Can. Max of 20 additional cans spent.

Entity Orders - I sure do hope EternalStruggle's healing actions are effective, because Pepsiman uses a Divine Smite to travel downwards 5 spaces, spending 15 cans to deal 10,000 damage to all enemies he passes.

I attempt to do something that should be impossible, namely taking my useless unupdated Tactical Data and throwing it at the Godmodder. I'm not sure whether this will fail epicly, bonk the godmodder on the head for damage, or just confuse him with inaccurate data and make him target the wrong thing.

*****Meanwhile*****

Daraken suppressed a laugh, as he successfully instigated a massive fight in this star system. The diversion allowed him to recall all of his forces. His crippled flagship was taken out by the use of more kidnapper-class drones, which were technically just tugbout craft designed to exploit the lack of anti-warp systems from all of the enemy ships.

Now, he had plenty of time to analyze his captures. (Scan: All captured ships, focus on general manifest first)

(OOC: No, Daraken is not an ally of my team, and is in fact a Neutral who is at best a backstab-happy ally and at worst a scheming mastermind of an enemy. Of course, he can't resist trying to manipulate things WAY above his weight class.)

  • Base Defenses: Several advanced traps protecting my base.
    • 7 Proxy Defense: An advanced redirection system that makes it nearly impossible for intruders to find the base.
  • Workbench: A standard workbench containing useful supplies and apparatus for tinkering.
  • Time Dilation Generator: A generator that changes timeflow in a localized area. Currently nonfunctional.
  • Darksteel Fingers and Toes: Raw material for constructing super-durable stuff.

Update 52: Something Big, Something Bad pt3
Okay, there were a bunch of nullposts this round, and I'd like to remind everyone that the OOC thread exists for a reason.

Also! something I'm introducing this round that should've been introduced last round but forgot to: terrain. Terrain is fairly simple, it's basically field effects tied to specific distance markers. If you travel back over a terrain that has a specific effect after leaving it, you'll go back to that.
This also introduces a new entity tag: Flying. Flying is fairly simple, it just grants immunity to terrain and field effects.

General Action: Perspective Abuse

With the REMF now on the battlefield, they cast aside the infantry railgun they had previously just used, and remarked "I know exactly what you have been doing, Godmodder, and your actions absolutely disgust me."

With that the REMF remarks into his comm "General Mack, you clean up this guy's minions. I'll handle the Godmodder."

With that, the REMF charged into melee range with the Godmodder, and began... swinging their arms at them like they were miming bludgeoning them over the head with something? Seriously, what in the world was the man trying to do?

The Godmodder was just as confused, asking "Seriously, what are you even trying to accomplish with that? You don't have a weapon on you, you aren't using magic to damage me, and if you were actually trying to punch me you'd be trying to make contact! What in the world is your game?

The REMF said nothing, simply continuing to swing their empty arms sort of near-ish the Godmo-[͝ẀA͞R̢ŅING̛!̡ Unsta͡b̧le͞ ̷Real̴ìty̢ Shi͡f͝t͏ D͜e͢te͠ct̢ed̛]

The Godmodder was utterly flabbergasted when I beat him over the head with the narrator, ripping the loathsome creature clear out of their perch in the fourth wall and swinging them by the ankles to impact my nemesis. After that first hit, I gave the Godmodder a few more good solid whacks, before I shifted my grip on the narrator to hold them by the neck and informed them "͞I ̕k̷no̢w̴ e̵xa͜c͟tl̢y̴ w̶ha͡t̴ y͠òu̷ ̸are, ̨y̡o͜u d͡e͢m̵ònic̕ ͘w̛r̴etch. With that, I pulled out my laser pistol and blew the Narrator's head off, punting the remains of the vile servant of Val'Elzathor over the horizon.

The Godmodder finally grows tired of you putting words into his mouth and grabs you through the update terminal and shakes you vigorously. I can tell when someone's using Descended energies on me, okay? I'm not a moron. And then he sets you back where you were, arm flailing completely disrupted by the extremely roundabout method of travel.
The Narrator falls out of the hole in the fourth wall because that's a precarious position to be perched in and the GM doesn't particularly feel like being usurped today.

20 Post Charge In Use
Muttering rapidly under her breath, the Daemonette waved her arms around as she tried to control the energy 'knocked off' the Godmodder, combining it wit the freely flowing charge and sending it up into the sky, an invisible orb of energy. It detonated, invisible of course, but only to those that could not see true power. Destabilizing reality for a moment, as such powers tend to do, a Warp Rift appeared momentarily before disgorging a massive flying construct. A huge fortress in the sky, aloft on anti-gravity engines, hanger bays sending out Reclamation Drones to funnel resources to the Command Core within.

"Men of Iron." The Behemoth growled. "Well isn't that just lovely." Looking closer, practically squinting, he realized something was off. "That's a Commander for sure, but where the zog are its guns? Where are its shields, for that matter?" He turned to the Daemonette, glaring menacingly.

Sighing, the Daemon threw up her hands in a gesture of surrender. "Listen, I just fired off the latest charge as soon as I got it. The power coming off the master's body is just too much. For Slaanesh's sake, if I didn't have a connection to him through my summoning, there's no way I could do this at all! So what if this thing has some issues? Look at the size of it!"

The Behemoth hummed, turning back around to get a better look at the drones already getting to work salvaging the city. "Well, looks like the Q-Econ is still up and running. Maybe the thing can get all its guns back online and start dishing out some hurt. Of course, it has to survive this place for a while first. With how big it is and how little material it can reclaim, no way it sprouts cannons soon. I reckon we'll have to keep it safe for a bit."

"Keep it safe?" The Daemonette asked in confusion. "Have you seen the size of that thing? Ugh, well let's just hope it turns on in time to be useful. Good thing there's not that many threats to it right about now."

Flying Fortress:
200k Health.
0 Attack (for now).
6 Turn Charge: Reactivate Systems
Can happen up to 4 times, Repair, Weapon, Shielding, Production. Thus, it's a total of 24 Turns to activate all 4 charges. The charges happen in the order specified before and below.
Reactivate Repair Systems gives it a moderate amount of Regeneration.
Reactivate Weapon Systems gives it a good amount of Attack.
Reactivate Shielding Systems gives it a good amount of Shields (maybe 50k or so, no more than that.)
Finally, Reactivate Production Systems allows it to spawn an Aggressor Infantry Drone every turn (10k HP, 2k Damage.)

I note that the Godmodder chose to build his butt out of iron. Sure, it blocked railgun fire (must be really tough iron), but that leaves him wide open to attacks. As Just does something to distract the Godmodder, I quickly create a modified immovable rod, the Immovable Magnet. This magnet creates an intense magnetic field that immobilizes anything with metal parts, but also burns out its power in just a few seconds. Hopefully it will be enough.

I throw the Immovable Magnet behind the Godmodder, and it hits the ground and activated. The Godmodder is knocked down and stunned for a few seconds, giving an ally a perfect chance to land a hit on him.

Then, the effect wears off, and the Godmodder goes back to work, with just a little bit more pain in the rear. If his iron butt wasn't made out of iron and could actually feel pain, however, he would notice that the Immovable Magnet also had a summoning spell on it to summon a tiny rust monster. While he was immobilized, the tiny rust monster crawled into his crevice, and is now enjoying a feast of the metal parts of the Godmodder's buttocks.

Tracer opens the portal, leaves the pocket dimension base, and enters the battlefield.

"Cheers love. The cavalry's here!"

Tracer: 25000/25000 Health, 25000 attack
Blinks: Tracer can blink around to evade attacks. She automatically evades the first two attacks aimed at her each turn, and has a 50% dodge chance against further attacks.
Recall: Tracer will recall if she is damaged but not killed by an attack. This negates that attack's damage, but can only be done once per turn and also cancels out Tracer's normal attack.
Flanker: Tracer doesn't like following orders, but does like harassing enemy backlines. Tracer has a 50% chance when using a normal attack to ignore both orders (picking a random target) and bodyguards.
Pulse Bomb: 3 turn charge. Tracer uses a pulse bomb instead of her normal attack. This does 50000 damage, and cannot be interrupted if she uses recall.

Note: If Tracer has no orders, she will attack a random target, with essentially a 50% chance to bypass bodyguards.

Lucio: A support character with agility and healing boosts.
Golem Core: An advanced golem generating system. Powerful potential if left unopposed or well protected.
  • Auto-Crafter (Artifact): An automated crafting system designed to bolster engineering efficiency. Either generates a charge point or loses durability each turn (50% chance of either). 100% durability.
  • Juggernaut Armor (Artifact): A light powered armor system. Protects the user with both armor and ablative shielding, and increases the wearer's attack damage (8/8 Armor HP, 4 Shield HP).
  • Electrostaff (Artifact): An electromagnetic system that can be used to stun enemies or reflect countered attacks back at the user.
  • Multicannon Pistol: A magic-powered gauss pistol, capable of firing in different modes (ranging from conventional bullets to the same power as a tank cannon). Has an ammo creation system built in to create strange ammunition and avoid reloading problems.

    • Healing Burst Shots: Specialized rounds that heal instead of harming the target, essentially firing a healing spell instead of a bullet.
  • Cool Goggles: Advanced goggles that eliminate glare and provide advanced Scanning functionality (aka the normal Scanning functionality).
    • Ballistic Calculation System: Calculates ballistic trajectories of objects, allowing for more accurate shots, and also creative tactics using corpses as weapons or landing an enemy in just the right location.

    • Immovable Magnet: A variant designed to briefly immobilize metal targets, burning through its stored energy in just a few seconds.

Having charged up, Emerald uses some energy to summon a...dead chicken? Like, not just a dead chicken either, a chicken skeleton with no meat whatsoever, just on a platter. He tosses it to Spectre Knight, who kinda absorbs it, and seems better because of it. Why? Well, Spectre Knight does not have Health in the conventional sense, but rather Will, as in, ability to keep fighting. As the chicken would remind him of the inevitability of death, Spectre Knight realizes that what is dead is already dead, no more deading can be done. And so, his will replenishes.

Emerald also shuffled the cards of a deck by spreading them out on the poker table and then shifting them about, before putting them back and shuffling properly "To avoid any sleight of hand, you see"
With that, he passes the Godmodder 200 coins and gives himself 200, beginning the game

Spectre Knight uses Will Skull (Darkness: 80/100)
Spectre knight is healed (shut up, game mechanics mean its health restoration not will, whatever your flavor text is I REFUSEEEEEE) for 70000 health.

Pushing on a coin that was on the ground, I launch myself towards the airborne Tavros. It takes me a moment to realize that an airborne collision is going to be bad for the person who doesn't lance and huge horns. I come very close to Tavros at the peak of my jump, where I activate an Immovable rod, hang onto it, and throw up a Speed Bubble around the two of us.
This temporally accelerated closed space is the perfect place to have a conversation; I'm too close for him to stab me, I'm clinging on for dear life several hundred meters in the air, and no outside forces can shoot directly at us at this range.
"Youseemthemorereasonableofthetwotellmewhyareyoufightingusspeakquicklypleasepleaseplease," I blurt out.
After hearing his response, I say some last words to before I deactivate the immovable rod and dismiss the speed bubble.
"Seeyoulaterpleasebecareffffuuuuuuullllll!"
As I fall from the sky, I realize that I have no other metals on me aside from the immovable rod, which I don't want to damage, which means I have no good way of breaking my fall.

Far behind the current line of advance, at the castle the invaders first arrived in, the Technocracy was busy securing some of their newly conquered territory. The castle would of course need some remodeling before it would be ready for use, but eventually it would prove to be a great advantage.

General Action: Long Range Bombardment

Tavros is doing whatever they were planning, when suddenly a railgun shell slams into their face as the Spearhead Forces open fire. They don't have time to recover as the next shot slams home, and they take even more hits from heavy weaponry. The Technocracy doesn't bother to stop firing, hitting Tavros again.

And again.

And again.

And again.

And again.

And again.

The onslaught of lasers, railgun rounds, and other heavy weaponry blows the troll clear out of the sky, slamming them against the orbital defense barrier. The Technocratic Spearhead Forces do not care, simply continuing to fire, hitting Tavros again.

And again.

Nuclear Explosion Elemental Summon (Part 1)

On the other side of the battlefield, I addressed the Daemonette and the Blue Knight, saying "So, I've brought the warhead we need to force this being into existence. It's the same model as the one we deployed against the C-MECH, but boosted with even more antimatter." as they gesture to a large cylindrical object with a radiation warning sign emblazoned on it, asking "So, are your contributions ready?"

The Daemonette and the Blue Knight responded in the affirmative, and I smiled, before saying "Then I suppose we had better retreat to the protective bunker set up for this particular project, just so that if this goes either horribly wrong or horribly right we'll still be in good condition."

Soon, we were all in the bunker, and I called out to my two temporary partners "OK, initiating nuclear device in Ten!"

I readied both of the keys needed to unlock the detonator.

"Nine!"

Unlocking the detonator, I placed my index finger over the safety trigger.

"Eight!"

Looking at my two partners for this summoning, I wondered what they were thinking right now.

"Seven!"

As long as they were against the Godmodder, I supposed it wasn't important at the exact moment.

"Six!"

Admittedly, I had my doubts about the Daemonette, given how my template originator had been corrupted by Val'Elzathor.

"Five!"

But right now, the task at hand was more important than some sort of petty rivalry.

"Four!"

Looking out through the heavily reinforced window at the warhead, I could clearly see the preparations the Daemonette and the Blue Knight had made.

"Three!"

I hoped that they would work, otherwise all we would have achieved is the production of a large crater.

"Two!"

I depressed the safety switch, arming the detonator.

"One!"

My thumb came down on the detonation button, sending the signal for the antimatter catalyzed thermonuclear warhead to initiate.

"Zero!"

There was a brilliant flash of light, and where the warhead once was, there was now a shining figure of blindingly bright white light, a jeweled crown atop their head, and every Geiger counter I could read from the bunker having pegged the meter at maximum.

Wow. You do not like the bull child. 22000 damage to Tavros.

Nuclear Explosion Elemental summoning kickstarted. Small group RP bonus applied because all 3 of you did a nice connected bit with each other.

"Yes- I- Hello- Wha-" Was all the Daemonette was able to get out before she was teleported away to a bunker. Very confused by this, she at least soon saw what exactly was going on, but had a problem in that she didn't exactly know what to do. Provide an animating force, apparently, as she saw no way that whatever it was these people were trying would work, so maybe she could salvage it. But with what? How do you put a Daemon into the explosion of an antimatter bomb? She wasn't exactly a truly expert sorceress, she wasn't really familiar with these things.

Flinging off a large amount of general power in the general direction of the bomb, hoping that the Descendant's soul could guide it sufficiently while she figured out what to do, the Daemon looked deep within herself, through her tether to her home and far further beyond. Casting off the petty scraps of gathered humanity for the time being, showing the small but radiant light of her essence, her mind dived deep, depp into the Warp, to quiet and unexplored places.

You see, the Chaos Gods were masses of potential, fundamentally speaking. Since the potential for something must always exist for the being to exist, from the perspective of Warp creatures such as her they had all always existed, and always would exist. Even though they didn't actually, since if all ten full strength Chaos Gods existed the Deep Warp would rise up and consume all of reality and partial unreality as the Neverborn destroyed everything that is and ever could be, which she had not known before the general connection between her and her summoner had shown her the light.

Either way, with sufficient pushing, one could access the blessings of those that were not yet born, which she did so while uttering a silent prayer amidst the colors and shapes of the Immaterium.

"Oh lord of creation, grant me my wish,
Dreaming potential, give me your power."

She asked, and the Engine of Extinction answered. Not that the passive, neutral god would ever refuse a chance to cause some mayhem.

On the battlefield, a Daemon was invisibly bound inside the weapon as it detonated, called by the unnecessary steps and rituals of the affair, for such things were the hallmarks of the Engine. So given an animating force, the Elemental would march into battle and deal death to the foe, all while obeying orders to some degree or other.

You fail to summon more buns as the ability to summon more in a chain of entities beyond a certain point usually requires some power sacrifice of some kind on the initial summon with the intent of snowballing it with more summons. You have reached that point.

Temporary immunity to radiation poisoning applied to King and queen buns. This really doesn't matter that much because the nuclear explosion elemental will one shot them if it lands a hit.

As of right now, the weapon is literally useless, as it takes an action to do the same amount of damage as standard attack, plus you need to reload after 4 shots being fired. However, many a charge later I intend to have this as a fully upgraded deliverer of death.

Now, I'd like to point out that I used 2 twenties on all this. Any charge leftover can be dumped into an attack against VASSKA. Please discus balancing issues with me as needed.
Thanks bud!

I hide inside my sneaky hidey hole
TOG II* does the same.
ERROR you can NOT self-combine charges. If you want to do a joint charge you have to do it with someone else!

I don't think you can get S rank without parrying...
Tavros's elbow is REALLY sore by the time he finishes. 13000 damage.

"Marked by Lúin" explanation- Curse type status, if after 2 rounds the status has not been cured the afflicted Entity bursts into flames taking 30,000 damage and automatically removing this status.

Entity Orders - I sure do hope EternalStruggle's healing actions are effective, because Pepsiman uses a Divine Smite to travel downwards 5 spaces, spending 15 cans to deal 10,000 damage to all enemies he passes.
The figure still pulls Thina closer over to himself but drops her upon the beginning of the frost and lightning.
Whoa. Calm down, I'm not going to hurt you. At least not yet.

6/20 Mysterious Artifact

+2 @I just write
*TACTICAL DATA LOST*
    • AM Breacher Rounds: Specialized rounds designed to penetrate magical defenses and destroy magic-based systems.
    • Knockback Shots: Specialized rounds that apply huge concussive knockback to the target, but no damage.
    • True-Sight Module: Counters hostile stealth and illusions through a variety of methods, helping to discover hidden enemies or hidden enemy abilities. Buffs power of Scan actions.
  • Sustain Necklace: An emergency contingency that will revive the user immediately after death. Breaks after use.
  • Artificer's Gloves: A specially-designed pair of gloves that can apply telekinesis over short range, and can also create common materials out of thin air.
  • Immovable Rods: Rods that can anchor themselves in space, gaining incredible inertia to the point of being impossible to move.
    • Immovable Magnet: A variant designed to briefly immobilize metal targets, burning through its stored energy in just a few seconds.
  • Wand of Lesser Vigor: A wand capable of providing a minor regenerative effect. Not too useful in direct combat, but useful for making hospitals obsolete.
The Godmodder grabs the tactical data, then snaps it in half over his knee.

I'm not going to describe every different space ship, especially since some of them are scrubbing the kidnapper drones to get back to where they were before, and most of them are from all kinds of different places.

5/5 Blight: Inflict extremely negative ailment upon a random enemy. IN USE: I raise the other needle up into the air, and a bolt of Blight is sent upon someone.
0/5 Vaccination: Give Random boosts to a random ally. After the combo, I throw the needle that dispenses buffs into the air, and a light shoots out of it. Who it will go to is not yet known.

"I'm glad I'm not at total disappointment for you." Says the Knight with a chuckle. The Knight having finished his creation of the crown then brandishes his artifacts once more and closes the distance between him and his opponent.

The Knight stabs at the Mirror with Lúin once again but this time Lúin is bathed in flames well above 1600 °C, the traditionally highest melting point of glass. The Knight then follows up with a horizontal slash from Ides.
Right before you can land the hit, the mark of Luin goes off, exploding for 5 damage and knocking both of you away from each other.

#Oops
Vriska activates Thief of Light, stealing some of the luck from the Technocratic spearhead forces. A stray meteor from the planet shattering event that had been tossed about by strong overhead winds finally comes down to earth in their midst, smashing them for 20000 damage. She then rolls her dice, 7-4-3-7-6-8-7-8. A massive boulder and track appears to either side of the AG forces, and rolls down it, dealing 25000 damage ot the technocratic spearhead and relief forces, as well as airbase 3 and the O MECH, dealing 12,500 damage to the Bulldozer's faceplate, and 17000 damage to the Krork behemoth. Tavros is starting to rethink his life choices and hesitates, but sends a gust of wind at spectre knight anyways, knocking him into a building for 25000 damage.

The boombot Core spews out 10000 boombot drones, and the Kingbun and Queenbun work together to gather up 4 more bunnyguards. Pespiman uses divine smite, sliding down 5 slots and expending 15 pepsi cans, dealing 10000 damage to Airbase 3 (and killing a drone), the O MECH, and the ever-expanding fish, 2000 damage to the Krork behemoth, and 5000 damage to the bulldozer's faceplate.

The TOGII* is trying to hide. It gains 10% dodge for this round. The engineer didn't receive any orders and just sorta sits around being useless.

The Nuclear Explosion Elemental slams its fist into Tavros, where it explodes for 30000 damage. The fallout from that misses the kingbun and deals 15000 damage to Vriska. Radiation poisoning applied to Vriska and Tavros. Spectre knight uses Will Skull, restoring to full health. The Technocratic Relief Forces heal up the spearhead forces for 18000 health. The Bulldozer manages to faceshot tavros from the ground and deals 8000 damage. Airbase 3 makes 2 more drones, all 3 of which focus on tavros for 7,500 damage. The Krork Behemoth also shoots tavros, dealing 15000 damage. The O MECH received no commands and does not act.

The Ever Expanding Fish deals 20000 damage to Vriska. Halk sneakily, stealthily sets up a special surprise attack ready to go off next round. The Medical Department heals up the Spearhead forces for 15000 health. the flying Fortress continues flying fortressly. Tracer runs up and shoots Vriska in the face for 25000 damage.

The Godmodder realizes that even with the slew of ongoing summons he's STILL way behind everyone else, and opts to do some more summoning. He'd summon chess pieces but Homestuck's already way overdone and we don't need more references to that. He opts to pieces from Risk instead. 15 riflemen summoned, 2 horsemen summoned, 1 cannon summoned. Yes, that means a total of 35 troops have been summoned. Which may not seem like a lot but the Godmodder can make things stretch.

The Godmodder's most recent summon JUST pushes entity advantage back his way, and so the PG forces push you back into the blasted boulevards of the fallen city. -5% distance.

Things tick up and down. Radiation Poisoning deals 5000 damage to tavros and vriska.

Emerald glances over at the O-MECH he accidentally summoned "You know, I did speak of wanting a pet anyways" He then opens a portal into...somewhere, and picks up the Mech, carrying it easily with him "I'm going to patch you up now" Inside, there's a bunch of metal and machinery, some working, some broken, as well as some tools. Emerald starts with temporarily shutting down the O-MECH, hoping that Windows doesn't need to install another update, because that'll take a while to happen, and it's annoying. Thankfully, seems it doesn't, based on the lack of "Configuring" on the OS. Emerald then proceeds to get to work, and uses spare parts as well as assistance from several working machines to fix up the injuries on the O-MECH, and continues for several hours. Good thing time is relative, eh? To finish it up, Emerald applied a coat of nanobots, to heal the rest of the tiny miniscule broken things, as well as possibly increasing the level of armor of the ocelot. With that, Emerald carries the Mech out of the pocket dimension and turns it back on, smiling as it begins working once more.
Repairs Applied! applied!
Short: Healing the O-MECH, and using any additional effort left over to increase max HP

The Daemonette grimaces grimly as she sees all the reinforcements the Godmodder just got. Drat. That definitely throws a wrench in any plans she may have had. She then sees one of her main targets, Tavros, is now hesitating.

Smoothly walking up to him, getting behind him and throwing a friendly arm around his shoulder, she gives him a quick talk on how discretion is the better part of value. "Hey there~! You're hesitant, right? That's good! You really should leave. Your partner's doing this for cash, but is cash worth your life? I don't think so. And in case you haven't noticed, with all the beatings we're delivering on you, you are going to die if you don't get out of here right now and get that radiation poisoning treated. Don't worry, the Godmodder won't chase after you, if he leaves he knows we'll take care of his literal toy soldiers and get back to pushing forward in no time flat." She withdraws her arm to take a card out of a pocket, very flashy, before handing it over to the Troll. "Speaking of, if you do leave, or switch sides. Actually that would work too. Anyway, if you do stop attacking us, I can take care of that radiation for you, real easy. Think of it as an incentive to get off the battlefield and then call me, yeah? Good. Now, I'll let you make your choice."

With that, she slunk back into the shadows before running back to her side of the battle line.

Entity Orders:
Daemonette continues to try and keep the Descendant power under control.
Krork Behemoth aggrieves Vriska.
Flying Fortress keeps flying, and figuring out how to turn the regen back on. Which still won't be for a while yet.
Nuclear Explosion Elemental attacks Vriska.

I can't be bothered to actually fight while in a planning phase, so I build an automated turret to shoot at a random enemy.

Okay, so it looks like the plan is to construct some sort of beacon down on the planet to draw in something. Wait, whoever you guys are, what exactly are you planning? What sort of beacon do you want?

Okay, on the planet front, no dice. The Council isn't exactly willing to give us another planet. Daraken might give us one if we ask him, and then he'll launch some stupid plot.

Doesn't the Foundation have those Infinite Mass Impactors? See if we can get authorization to deploy a cluster of those.

Right.

And here's the thing. A beacon might get US to the planet, but it won't exactly help with our reinforcements. Will this just bypass the defenses, or will it break them outright?

*TACTICAL DATA LOST*
    • AM Breacher Rounds: Specialized rounds designed to penetrate magical defenses and destroy magic-based systems.
    • Knockback Shots: Specialized rounds that apply huge concussive knockback to the target, but no damage.
