I heal myself with a jar of Sano, a regeneration effect applied whenever my wards break (indicating that I took damage), and a bandage.
At this point, I stand, waiting for something to occur. I choose not to strike Bill. Attacking Binary without the FEZ would be suicide. Then, I sense something. I stride over to the corpse of Tazz. My eyes sweep over his lifeless form, but avert away. Too much has been lost here. Then, I see it. An official-looking piece of paper. I examine it extremely carefully multiple times. Then, I turn, looking at Bill.
Mister Cipher? We appear to have a proposal for you, concerning the restoration of your sight, and, by extent, the abilities that come with it in totality. Whether you accept it is completely up to your own volition. I apologize for the lack of eloquence. I am quite certain Tazz would have been more elegant in his introduction. Please, hear me out.
And, with that statement, I begin to read the paper aloud.
Bill Cipher Healing Contract
A ) All willing healers, collectively referred to here as The Healing Squad, consisting of only fully willing Players who would wish to heal Bill Cipher's eye and who have signed the contract to become members of The Healing Squad, will attempt to fully heal Bill Cipher's blinded eye. Fully healing constitutes full function of the eye that will not be impeded by any force nor be temporary enough as to stop functioning within a year or sooner, bar any intentional harm by outside parties that The Healing Squad has not intentionally sent to harm Bill Cipher's eye. Any intentional attempt to harm or sabotage the healing of Bill Cipher's by The Healing Squad's members will count as a breach of contract-this being defined as any action that would impede the healing process or otherwise bring unneeded and fully intentional harm to Bill Cipher. There will only be one healing attempt-a pure blast of Life energies, proven to not have any harmful side-effects in excess, direct to the blinded eye. If the attempt fails and it is not a breach of contract, part B will not be enforced, but otherwise the contract will still stand. Any harmful side effects (designated as causing physical and/or mental pain and/or damage of a severe sort, or otherwise weakening or limiting the overall powers and abilities of Bill Cipher) caused by the healing of the eye that were inevitable due to the method used to heal on part of The Healing Squadron is not a breach of contract, but only those side-effects. Bill Cipher cannot come back under any instance, bar future willing arrangements made by both parties mentioned herein (The Healing Squadron and Bill Cipher). Bill Cipher, in addition, cannot intentionally influence events in GodCraft, Universe C, and/or The Trifecta at all, barring direct contact by members of The Healing Squad and future arrangements made by them. If Bill Cipher is to break any of these rules, it is a breach of contract. If a future document at least 1 year after a successful healing from the perspectives of all involved parties, as well as the perspectives of all peoples of the Gravity Falls universe falling under a standard temporal pace and without any extended unconscious suspension, is to override these rules and is in effect, then Bill Cipher is excused, but otherwise he is bound by this contract and cannot go back.
C ) As a show of goodwill, all members of The Healing Squad and Bill Cipher will cease attacking one another, effective from the signing of this contract until, in the case of a failed healing, 30 seconds from all member's perspectives after the healing attempt, or, in the case of a successful healing, 1 year from all member's perspectives, as well as the perspectives of all peoples of the Gravity Falls universe falling under a standard temporal pace and without any extended unconscious suspension after the healing attempt. Any intentional and successful attempt to physically and/or mentally harm Bill Cipher in any serious or lasting way by official members of The Healing Squad, or vice-versa, will be considered a breach of contract. If Bill Cipher or any official members of The Healing Squad are mentally hijacked by any outside parties and forced to attack will not be a breach of contract; the attack must be of their own free will, wholly intentional, and wholly successful; in addition, any breach of part A by harming Bill Cipher is also a breach of part C. Any successful and intentional attacks by any outside parties, regardless of any affiliation The Healing Squad or Bill Cipher may have towards them, is not a breach of contract; the same applies to any attacks against the aforementioned outside parties.
D ) Any breach of contract in any of the aforementioned parts will be met with the following conditions: The offenders will immediately follow through with their agreed-upon parts without having to uphold any part of the contract themselves: In case The Healing Squad breached contract, they would be forced to attempt to Heal Bill Cipher's eyeball, obeying all rules outlined above in section A, and forcibly bound to do so via Order majjyks; In case Bill Cipher breached contract, he would be immediately forced to obey part B to the letter, without first receiving healing from his eye, and forcibly bound to do so via Order majjyks. The 6 most injured players get a god apple slice, providing a huge amount of healing to them.

I summon a pair of ready-inked quills from nothingness and offer one to Erelye, then sign the Contract with the other, my signature an unusual symbol seemingly at odds with my scientific nature.

I in a spirit of !!Science!! I first insure the plating around my biological self and essential machinery is quite intact, then discharge the Straightshooter into the Void around us at a mathematically perfect level, waiting to see what happens.

I retrieve the Scribe's Wands and use them to sign my name on the Contract. Apprehensive. I know you're going to betray us eventually. In fact I know you have likely already done so. And I wouldn't put it past you to have meddled with us months in the past (but not many.) However, with this contract we should at least have a reprieve from your meddling. What's past is past, and I don't care about the integrity of a time I never knew. And at the very least, we trust you more than we trust him. Not that that's saying much.

I accept Amp's second quill, and sign the contract with thin, spindly cursive, hesitantly adding the Tengwar symbol commonly attributed to my name, though it represents 'Er,' as an afterthought. I also locate the pen in my inventory, and offer it to Bill, if he has accepted the deal, and needs a writing utensil.
Then, I proceed to heal myself with the Golden Sunsticks. Afterwards, I bring up a ward on a random player. Not just any ward. The literal apex of warding foci, attached to the Hazel Wand, is used to cast this ward. Focal manipulation applied in the finest manner. Hundreds of thaums of Vis and pure experience were fused with this focus to create it, not to mention my warding capability, to the point of making a block capable of withstanding a large thermonuclear warhead without the slightest contrivance. Violet runes fly around the affected player, slowly fading into a golden color before disappearing to the eye. I could use the same spells attributed to runic shielding, but those are essentially melded with the original. This ward should protect the random player from an attack or so.

The recently-joined bots coalesce into a large group behind me, then all change class to Medic, building uber by healing each other at random with quick-fixes.

YOU CAN GUESS WHICH ONE, BUT NO CHEATING VIA THE TF2 WIKI, BECAUSE CHEATING IS RUDE.} (If there is a DTG game, and cheats are available for it, at this point all active cheats will turn off, while all cheats regardless of if they are active automatically disable themselves. Cheating is rude, don't do it. Developer Console commands are fair game though.)
The Mainframe: The dimensions have just been sorted out, and construction is underway of... hmm... I really need a fancy name for this side project... uh... Project Side? No, that's a horrible name. Hmm... Project Manhattan. I think that would accurately describe what the finished result will do to conventional multiversal warfare. Entity body at 2% complete. Stage 1 at 2% complete. Project Manhattan at 0% complete.
The Hazel Wand is a collection of painstaking work and charges. Overall, it was made from around 400+ charges altogether, making it around level sixty in alchemical terms. The Tubas were constructed from nearly every single one of the alchemies Nimble has ever made, plus around six twenty post charges, making the Tubas far more powerful(?) than my wand.

The Hazel Wand is a collection of painstaking work and charges. Overall, it was made from around 400+ charges altogether, making it around level sixty in alchemical terms. The Tubas were constructed from nearly every single one of the alchemies Nimble has ever made, plus around six twenty post charges, making the Tubas far more powerful(?) than my wand.
