Overworld: Due to it being a story post, and not an update, Teal should still be safe. The drone working on the UOSS bridge pulls out a Golden Frying Pan and starts whacking everything it can find, because that fixes things. Trust me, I know machines. Over where SBAHJ are, TECHPIECE's Mini-Mainframe blasts a shield generator down to the ground, which sets itself up and projects a large shield over everything that isn't Crockercorp related.
Dreamscape: "The armor is appreciated. If it goes through. Which I hope it does. Although, for the purposes of not dying miserably to AoE damage, I might as well shove it on my armor bar. Regardless of what happens, I'll be needing that health potion." I say, using the health potion to regenerate some health, before swapping priority to first and using Arcane Hammer on the Shard of Guilt.
Blue's Estate, Medical Wing: A loud *THOOM* is heard outside, signifying an orbital drop, before the door opens and a drone walks in, unarmed. It heads over to Blue, crouching down to be at head height with her. "So, how're you doing? Aside from the whole issue that landed you here in the first place, of course."
Why does it feel like people are posting more than three times per turn? There's a limit on the number of times an individual can post, and many are not heeding it.
Woo, casual self-defense! Against an enemy that could easily have been avoided(to Twin's knowledge at the time!)
I throw a Zombie Core, Balrog, Core, Doctor, Muscle Doctor, and Quote into the fray in SBaHJ's defense! I then pick up the Blade and mercilessly cut down the Elites in a flurry of Combatdice, thrown Blades, and High Noon shenaniganry. And the Sunsetter if I succeeded in Double Midnight.
I pick up the Caledscratch I had on my person and then pry the timetable out of it. I then time travel ship parts back to an undamaged state.

I flip a coin. It's literally the size of the Moon. It lands on the Minecraft Elites.
Shields, shields... Hold on. 13s start raining from the heavens, and fall on four ships, momentarily knocking out their weapons. 12s then start raining and land on another 6, halving their attack power. And finally a whopping 11111 falls out of the sky, landing on the Battleship. I then pick them up and toss them into a vaguely fort-shaped structure. I also build a GENERIC FORTRESS around SBaHJ.
Oh great, the UOSS is back. Hold on a second. *Returns with literally every person who has ever played as an Engineer in TF2* Okay, this might not work, but 3... 2... 1... THROW! The Engineers then throw literally every wrench in existance, including the Golden Wrenches due to time travel, at the UOSS, repairing it.

10/10 Foundation Research. Research is completed, and the foundation executes containment procedures to buy time against the glitch, raising the Glitch Resistance through use of SCP-███, SCP-███, and SCP-████. It then remains in action (represented by my second action)
My Action: I cause the UOSS Bridge to vanish inexplicably. 42 seconds later, it warps back into its place, with strangely repaired control systems!
SCP Foundation Action: The foundation attempts to provide aid by throwing a wall of D-class in between the Crockercorp Fleet and the guys that need to be protected in order to wipe out the Crockercorp Fleet.
Unforunately, only the collection of Server Chips can restore the Glitch Resistance! However, the Glitch does seem to be momentarily stalled... Perhaps a few attacks this turn will be more effective!

The Everyone vs. Everybody universe has absolutely no jurisdiction here! You can't really use anything from there in GodCraft! DTG2 is anchored outside of every known forum game besides DTG1...
Me: "Oh god... Here comes... (reads up about the history of this war) the UOSS. Guys, stabilize it!" I reprogram my Computercraft turtles to start replacing damaged and destroyed blocks with fresh new ones and refuel/reenergize any machinery they come in contact with. I also read section 5.1 of the guide.
Robot Drone: "Hey whoever, I mean Twin! The alcohol powers my batteries! In fact, be being sober is now the equivalent of you filthy humans being drunk! You know what, you and your Narrative can go BITE! MY! SHINY! METAL! ASS!" (if you guys haven't figured out who my drone is by now, you should read up on the works of Matt Groening). Anyhow, I go alchemize The Commanding Officer & Miniature Tokomak and start smoking a cigar, 'cause it makes me look cool.
I (the robot drone) go follow the instructions and make my employer's Computercraft turtles deploy nanogel shielding around those two guys called Sweet Bro and Hella Jeff.

[5.1] Summoning Entities
So, the main defense against a godmodder besides the players will be the entities they create. Entities are very important and can turn the tide of battle, but their greatest efficiency lies when they attack other entities, not a godmodder himself. (This can differ depending on low-level godmodders, but generally remains the same throughout.) There are many things that entities have going for them: their tenacity, their complexity, and their range.
Range: Entities can be nearly anything. What they can be is limited only by the summoner's imagination. Entities can be a character from a video game, TV show, book, comic, a vehicle, an animal, a pretty-much-anything. Entities can even be made up by the summoner! Pretty much the only thing they can't be is entire zones. Despite that, this certainly gives a lot of room for the summoner to work with.
Complexity: Entities can be very complex. In addition to having just plain old HP, they can have multiple parts to attack, such as shielding or appendages. They can have special attacks that go off in a set amount of turns, and they can produce other, weaker entities to attack alongside them. Entities can even have their own special gimmicks that set them apart from others and really give them independence.
Tenacity: Entities can overcome obstacles. When helped by a player and given HP bonuses, they are a force to be reckoned with. A powerful enough entity can kill weaker ones easily, and this is extremely true if multiple entities work together. A team of entities can overcome and destroy a massive enemy.
Of course, all of these factors are rendered moot because entities tend to be very weak upon summon. They require a lot of power to really enter the Battlefield. This is where another mechanic enters play: charging. By charging your entity for a set amount of posts, the power will increase. The longer you charge an entity for, the more powerful it will be. Teammates can even help you out with charges. An entity charged for a long time, say, 50 posts, will be absolutely devastating on summon.
Keep these in mind and you should be ready to summon entities that will hold up in battle and may even help further it.

The Commanding Officer && Miniature Tokomak = The Nuclear Soldier
THE NUCLEAR SOLDIER: A camo hazmat suit worn by a soldier in a hazardous environment. Protected from any nuclear waste or radiation, and can channel it into secret vents and fire it out as superheated plasma.
My Action: I attempt to divert more power to the UOSS repairs, but then realize that the ship is already using all available power. I then manually wire a cluster of batteries into the UOSS power banks, and Tim Taylor Technology repairs the ship faster.
SCP Foundation Action: The other Minecraft Elite is abducted. However, they realize they have no more tests planned for him, so they launch him into space and have him re-enter the atmosphere without a heatshield.
PS: Would the UOSS still have been used as part of the plot if I had not returned?

Oh, dear. This is not good. Well, at the very least, it will be very difficult for the Operation to apprehend me, as I currently exist in a separate universe from the rest of the players. Good luck capturing and imprisoning me.
@HEX: You are assuming I do not use all the runic networks already. That is an incorrect statement. I use ALL of them. Alas, golems are far more effective than Seals, so I use them more often. Well, used them more often, until I abruptly switched. The one problem with things involving Alchemical Thaumaturgy is that they NO LONGER EXIST. Arcane Seals are a thing of the past.
I take rubbings of the inscriptions on the Crimson Monolith, and cross-reference them with every one of the seventeen hundred books on languages and writing systems in Grayhold. Obviously, this shall prove fruitless. Therefore, I also check the mass of samples and collections of Crimson Cult activity I have been gathering for the past two months.
I levitate up to the UOSS. I telekinetically realign the broken bits of the Bridge, repairing it. Then, I teleport over to Grayhold, and play a haunting refrain on the Organ Grinder. Afterwards, I proceed to summon a large mass of horrific tentacles fused with bloodstained human body parts, dripping with Nightmare Fuel, to defend SBaHJ.
Question: Did I ever get whatever the Nether Compass was pointing at? If so, what was it? If not, where am I in that regard?
You enter the aforementioned room, and peer about. Within lies your Refugilair in a secluded corner. First and foremost, a compact wand recharge/nodal power station charging a large fraction of the objects in the room. Next to that is an outlet where your laptop usually goes, right next to a bookshelf filled to the brim with both modern and antiquated books, and a locked saxophone case. You carefully plug your laptop in, and stand in the room, looking at the Hazel Wand, lying on the vis injection device. It briefly flickers an odd green light, becoming a silhouette to deep space. The Other Gods wish for you to slay with this weapon, as you have done countless times before, and They usually get Their way.
You turn, and exit the room, heading for the outside. You make it to the surface of Lopat, and stride off in a random direction, feeling the stinging cold as it bites into you metaphorically. You ponder what you have done with your life.

It does not matter much anymore. What has occurred has occurred many times in Paradox Space, and will continue to for the rest of eternity, long after you have been dead and gone for millennia uncounted. You do not matter. You stride to a pool of water, shimmering in the pale light of the Skaian nighttime. In the reflection, you merely see a very tired and pale elf with messy hair and glasses. You take a deep breath, and continue to wander, noting the cold. Off in the distance, you can only see more trees, with the occasional bookcase embedded within. This is pointless. You head back to the meteor, blocking out the whispers of The Wand as you enter your room. You glance at the lavish bookshelf for a few seconds, before grabbing a random book, somewhat large, and quite new-looking. You then exit your room, and head to the common one.

I had planned for it to lead you somewhere in Scratch's Manor, but I never really responded to it and eventually axed the plotline. It's too late to go back to it now. It wouldn't have become a full-blown sidequest, but still.
Edit- Huh... thing is... Is Twin actually against the counter operation? He did interact much directly. Also, I think the only member of the invasion I've actually attacked is Bill, so maybe I can still argue my rights. But here Twin, A quick Google search found these two gems:

HarvesteR upgrades the final kerbal. The Manisfestation of Engie deals a boosted 17 damage to the Will Stone. The Void Portal does nothing, And Mori deals 8 damage to the Will stone. Yako and Zenko deal a combined 20 damage to the Will stone, leaving it very fragile. Wilson finishes it and breaks it into shards. Consider your strengths Laiko! Don't dwell on weaknesses! Consider your strength of will! You managed to resist and even contain the power of Binary!Sure, we don't really know who that is. But its cool none the less right? Breaking this last stone weakens the Shard again and damages its minion. If you want to eliminate the last amount of damage resistance, you need to heal Laiko. The Shard of Guild focuses for a moment, and small shards of ice rain from the ceiling, dealing 4 COL damage to all allies and causing a blizzard. Use FIR or NAT attacks to dispel it faster. The Dark Emotion deals 10 SHA damage to the Manifestation of Engie.

I recall that I looked at the website. Great, not another round as a girl!...At least it's a regular girl and not...No, not specifying for the good of existence. Trust me, it must not be said. Even B1nary wouldn't go that far.
I spawn in thousands upon thousands of bosses of all varieties, mostly the kind that require at least 9 people wailing on them to even have a remote chance at dying. They all have ridiculous qualities, mostly in a defensive nature, and would qualify as That One Boss in any situation ever. I then force them to build a human(?) wall around SB&HJ on pain of revealing the time I took pictures of their High School reunion. I then grant them all (possibly additional) Protection 999 Diamond Armor, just in case.
I use Grand Entrance, but get the warriors I summon as part of that move to use their skills to repair the UOSS Bridge instead of damaging it. If that isn't possible, I turn them against the Elites instead and animate loads of tools to fix the UOSS Bridge.

The Mage circle, rather than attempting to undo the black hole, simply applies a reality clamp onto the area where the SBaHJ shielding is, anchoring every single piece of wall, shielding or otherwise into the here and now, their current positions, making all glitch artifacts completely unable to affect them. Unfortunately, the side effect is that in one terminal update (and due to being temporally locked, time-travel cannot be used on the subjects or the lock to accelerate this) all the shielding will be vaporized from the all force that was blocked from it being applied at once. Luckily, the jpeg brothers will get their shots off first.
The other reinforcement groups rush to the fifth challenge.
For a second, nobody knows what to do, then one of the minecraftians gets an idea, and launches himself up to the UOSS, barely dodging flames and pieces of debris... to place an exit teleporter.
The builder crews, other minecraftians, and new arrivals: the TF2 engineers, all portal up to the UOSS.
The builder crews immediately begin work on reconnecting the various pieces together, and getting power to all the different pieces, allowing the UOSS to use the power applied to it by crusher to be funneled into auto-healing rather than sitting sort of uselessly. It also does some small repairing to every component (small).
The Minecraftians, not being able to do anything besides raw hull repairs, do just that, healing up the bridge as much as they can.
The TF2 engineers get to work with their wrenches, smacking everything they can, setting up dispensers, and turning the entire thing into a repair-fest.
The mechas finally reach the UOSS with their boosters, and begins welding parts in place, namely, applying new thrusts to replace the old, broken ones.

The Queen appears! Also known as The Faceless Queen, the mother of Hugo, and ruler of the World After The End, she combines some of the gimmicks used by the previous bosses of the OFF boss rush, symbolized by the Add-Ons that follow her around.
Delta/Dedan - The Queen summons once every turn a Speech Bubble with 100 HP that takes the brunt of the attacks that are directed at her.
Sigma/Japhet - The Sigma Add-On heals The Queen 2 HP per turn. Sadly, Sigma is defective, and sometimes does not heal as a result.
Ipsilon/Enoch - The Meatshield is back! However, the Queen is the meatshield. She sponges all attacks directed at SBaHJ. She takes 2 HP of damage with every single attack per entity. Should you decide to attack her (which is a bad idea, given the situation we are in) you can only do 2 HP of damage to her per post, similar to the meatshield from Enoch.
The Queen herself attacks every three turns, giving her a higher damage output than others. But that's basically it. Oh, and once her HP is depleted, she returns to the world of OFF. I still need her for my sidequest (read: K4yne's RP sidequest).

I whip out the freshly-duplicated Orb of Finale and use it to supercharge Lefty. However, I specifically empower it with the energies of repair. I proceed to use Lefty, in severed left arm mode, to do a super-repair of the UOSS Bridge (or the drone lines it if the bridge is fully repaired), swinging it and a tool around like mad, fixing even the slightest defect. This repair is so much repair that it generates fierce and fiery repair energies, which proceed to repair more of the area around me! The professional Atlas engineers I hired before (who are still a thing, but not an entity or anything) look on in awe at my supreme control over the fierce and powerful energies of repair!
I also raise another wall to the defense of SB&HJ, this time one of pure elemental Piano Key! Piano Key Element is known far-and-wide as the most defensively powerful of all the elements, surpassing such common choices as Metal and Earth! Just in case, I reinforce it by enchanting the whole thing with Protection 1009. And then play a piano next to it, which, obviously, empowers the wall.
You created Lefty as a boon weeks ago! Its effects have expired since then. You're going to need to reuse the Combat Operandi to get Lefty back.

Anyhow, I melt all the blocks in a fifty meter radius into Flux Gas. I proceed to activate The White Ring, pushing the air around the gas inward, forming it into a large dome around SBaHJ. The noxious stuff solidifies, becoming Crusted Taint. I then reinforce this already formidable barrier with a dome of solid crystal (to reflect plasmic and laser-based attacks). Finally, I concentrate. My hand momentarily slips towards a jar of Mind Honey, until I realize what I am doing, and cease the movement. I focus, and a violet aura momentarily surrounds me. This aura immediately pours around the crystal, forming another Violet Dome. I cease concentrating on this, as it has been perfected to the height of autonomy.

I realize that if I want to really get ready for Christmas, I have a lot of work ahead of me. Anyone want to help me organize a Christmas party? I'm sure it won't end as bad as the last party. The glitch may be destroying reality and there may be a mad AI determined to take over the world, but we can still have a party! If you want to help, just alchemize random Christmas stuff. I also have 2 50 post charges I can use. My goal is to give out at least 1 present to EVERY major character and host a party. I'm not sure I can do it.

Wilson is noticeably relieved by this and gains +5 HP. The Mobile Void Portal does nothing. Mori heals Wilson for 8 HP and Zenko heals everyone for 3 HP. The Shard of Guilt has no more damage resistance! Yako deals a boosted 14 damage to the Shard of Guilt and turns it into a FIR type. The Shard of Guilt shoots thin rays of fire throughout the room, dealing 6 FIR damage to everyone. It then launches forward on a wave of heat to try and finish off the Manifestation of Engie, but is blocked by the Void Portal. I... Does it feel particularly hot in here? Overworld: Due to it being a story post, and not an update, Teal should still be safe. The drone working on the UOSS bridge pulls out a Golden Frying Pan and starts whacking everything it can find, because that fixes things. Trust me, I know machines. Over where SBAHJ are, TECHPIECE's Mini-Mainframe blasts a shield generator down to the ground, which sets itself up and projects a large shield over everything that isn't Crockercorp related.
Dreamscape: "The armor is appreciated. If it goes through. Which I hope it does. Although, for the purposes of not dying miserably to AoE damage, I might as well shove it on my armor bar. Regardless of what happens, I'll be needing that health potion." I say, using the health potion to regenerate some health, before swapping priority to first and using Arcane Hammer on the Shard of Guilt.

I throw a Zombie Core, Balrog, Core, Doctor, Muscle Doctor, and Quote into the fray in SBaHJ's defense! I then pick up the Blade and mercilessly cut down the Elites in a flurry of Combatdice, thrown Blades, and High Noon shenaniganry. And the Sunsetter if I succeeded in Double Midnight.
I pick up the Caledscratch I had on my person and then pry the timetable out of it. I then time travel ship parts back to an undamaged state.

[5.1] Summoning Entities
So, the main defense against a godmodder besides the players will be the entities they create. Entities are very important and can turn the tide of battle, but their greatest efficiency lies when they attack other entities, not a godmodder himself. (This can differ depending on low-level godmodders, but generally remains the same throughout.) There are many things that entities have going for them: their tenacity, their complexity, and their range.
Range: Entities can be nearly anything. What they can be is limited only by the summoner's imagination. Entities can be a character from a video game, TV show, book, comic, a vehicle, an animal, a pretty-much-anything. Entities can even be made up by the summoner! Pretty much the only thing they can't be is entire zones. Despite that, this certainly gives a lot of room for the summoner to work with.
Complexity: Entities can be very complex. In addition to having just plain old HP, they can have multiple parts to attack, such as shielding or appendages. They can have special attacks that go off in a set amount of turns, and they can produce other, weaker entities to attack alongside them. Entities can even have their own special gimmicks that set them apart from others and really give them independence.
Tenacity: Entities can overcome obstacles. When helped by a player and given HP bonuses, they are a force to be reckoned with. A powerful enough entity can kill weaker ones easily, and this is extremely true if multiple entities work together. A team of entities can overcome and destroy a massive enemy.
Of course, all of these factors are rendered moot because entities tend to be very weak upon summon. They require a lot of power to really enter the Battlefield. This is where another mechanic enters play: charging. By charging your entity for a set amount of posts, the power will increase. The longer you charge an entity for, the more powerful it will be. Teammates can even help you out with charges. An entity charged for a long time, say, 50 posts, will be absolutely devastating on summon.
Keep these in mind and you should be ready to summon entities that will hold up in battle and may even help further it.
