Alright, sure, the EoTB isn't done, but I've got stuff to get off my chest!
<copypastenonsense>
VERDAN: Woohoo! I'm in full control now!
HELLVET: Damn you! I was about to go on a slaying spree with that 5-point charge!
VERDAN: Well, a good team is behind a good push. The better the team, the better the push!
HELLVET: Can't you be good at killing things to help the push?
VERDAN: Sure, but your teammates need some buffing as well to compliment them being in a group. Raw killing power won't sustain itself against a large enough onslaught! Back down you go.
HELLVET: Alright, fine. But can I stay up and kill things past our bedtime?
VERDAN: No, I need to get some sleep too. Besides, that'd be defeating the purpose!
W+M1 we all know to be a bad tactic, but to be fair, Phlog Pyro is pretty darn satisfying when you get full Mmmph and then you wipe out half the enemy team in a single ambush (or with the Backburner, but that radius of opportunity is too narrow!). However, in a game like TF2, anything fun or satisfying is hard to counter depending on how fun it is (cough cough, Huntsman, Bombing Soldier, cough cough).
I was thinking of having an upgraded Medigun through use of the Alchemiter, to compliment my wishes to be credit to team, but I think I've spent a bit too much time upgrading my Assault Rifle. Feel free to say why not to have a powerful Medigun at your leisure.
Well, maybe all the killing power's gone to Hellvet's head. Why else would he be a Card-Carrying Ax-Crazy Omnicidal Maniac?
Alright, it makes sense (as a GM myself) to nerf the Buffing Totem- after all, it is only a 5-point charge.
As an off question, just how many Alchemies can one have charging at a time? I see other people charging up 2 alchemies at once, but I want to make sure that's the limit.
(Pootis action here, I can't act without the EoTB's valuable information!)
As an off question, just how many
Alchemies can one have charging at a time? I see other people charging
up 2 alchemies at once, but I want to make sure that's the limit.
6: You can have two Alchemies going at
the same time as two Charges. However, as described above, Alchemies
cannot gain assists and must be done one post at a time.
if that answers your question(from the first GM post in this thread)
The Scale Beasts give Talist a 100% troll rating by killing Balloonmedes. Owch.
Star's Body screeches, before taking out a sword about three times his size, wielding it in one hand, and then grabbing a sword three times THAT size with his off-hand, and...Doing more bum-rushing. The barriers he's using are thicker than before, protecting his front and most of his sides! Think of a way around it! He quickly does a massive spin slash, catching Talist and dealing 5 damage! The .jpeg Abomination kills a Scale Beast and corrupts the rest!
Phantom Walker gleefully double-stabs Generic with both of his actions, dealing 5 damage the first time and massively overkilling him the second, which kills him! The Agony explodes for massive overkill, causing Generic to require a focused action to respawn from sheer pain so tangible it hits behind the computer screen (or so tangible that you have trouble actually keeping your head on straight to click on respawn-pick whichever works)!
Rinon phoenetically sounds out 'pop' in multiple foregin languages, including a few dead ones, causing Balloonian to take...Uh, what? No damage?...Oh. Wow. It appears that Rinon had apparently targeted Balloonian's mana crystals, causing three to be destroyed. It appears you can target them...BUT, the attack has to be potent enough, otherwise they won't be destroyed, and they don't have HP so it's all-or-nothing, so to speak. Rinon apparently got lucky by using something close enough to the act of popping balloons (a) and catching Balloonian by surprise (b).
Retinazor realizes that it's not really being ordered, and executes Line of Sight! It lines up the Lasgun troopers and unelashes quite literally the most ridiculous laser spam anyone has ever seen in a while! All but one Lasgun trooper dies from this! The Destroyer and its Probes tear into Heca, taking 10,000 damage (+10 Probes) and destroying all the Probes in the process, but also Heca herself! Plantera can't act due to corruption! The Golem's phases have been swapped: Now there's four targets! The Head, Core, and Hands! The Head does high damage while the Hands can bodyblock attacks, but you can ignore that and attempt to hit the Core to actually kill it all! It can't attack due to the phase change! The 1st ESFB deals 10,000 damage to the AZ Brain of Cthulhu! Tails activates his Shield Generator, but it's so clunky it's all he can do! He regains a shield! Crocidibli activates Crock-a-Rock-a, being enveloped in an aura of Crocodile power! He's given crits for 2 turns! The Warrior of Chaos oblitrates the Grenade Launcher Troopers, but somehow gives the Autocannon Troopers minicrits!
The Cellular Lifeforms double, give tEMBO a crit, and kill two Scale Beasts! Uncle Grandpa proceeds to do the absolutely epic attack of amazing that deals 5 damage to UserZero and, with Salt's buff, sends her back 300 squares!...UserZero then gets so ridiculously angry that she stops being giant (as she was, I just forgot to keep that in mind when it happened), and instead uses the sudden loss of mass to somehow convert it to energy in the form of massive RAGE LAZORS! Uncle Grandpa is #tyrannosaurusrekt, hard. The Terrain has been changed by this action-you flew right into the thick of some mountains! REALLY tall, cold mountains! They're so high up that the Airborn entities can't gain the benefits of being Airborn, and take a -10% dodge penalty! The Dark Nimbuses are charging up their suicide special! Balloonian regains a Mana crystal, but between losing Balloonmedes and not having enough mana to do its given orders, it idles in frustration! The Alien Drones use Supermagnet, losing 60% Magnetism and basically murdering the PZ Brain of Cthulhu in a shot AND dealing 35,000 damage to the Draken Stalker as a bonus through the copious use of MASSIVE LAZORS. Naptsablook's depression gets in their way of doing much. the Sp00pinator shields himself with sp00py shield!
The Leviathan Hydra Pumps a petal on Plantera, destroying it! tEMBO gains the power of five souls, looking a whole lot less like a Temmie and a whole lot more like...Like...Uh. I don't know what that IS like. But his power has grown tremendously (let's step back and appreciate this is a 5-post charge), and allows him to unleash a hail of Temmie faces right into the .jpeg Abomination, dealing 15,000 damage! Creed shoots out Retinazor for 12,000 damage, his remaining Lazgun trooper adds 500 (wow, really)? on top of that, and the Autocannoneers toss out a minicritted 6,000 each on top of that!...The apothocary is really trying to get Creed's attention over there. The Brain of Cthulhu rams directly into Retinazor, finishing it off! Rugname deploys 11 Big Eyes and 3 Mini-UFOs! Rootmars is ready to retaliate against attackers! Salt's Zee-Ztories, weakening and dealing 10,000 damage against the Binary Slime! The Buffing totem opts to give out Lifesteal to the Leviathan!
The Draken Stalker deals an Ichor'd 30,000 damage to the Leviathan! The Chua Spellslinger deals 20,000 damage to the sp00py shield! The Binary Slime, suffering from Weakness, uses Disable on Creed! A massive wave of 1s and 0s crash into Creed, not really doing any damage at all...But when it's over, Creed can barely think, some kind of droning noise drowning out most of his thoughts! He won't be able to use ANY of his special traits for the next 2 turns thanks to the weakening nerfing it a bit! The Friendly Creeper gives an all-expenses paid trip to Scaleland for the remaining Scale beasts, causing them to get thrilled by the opportunity and leave!
The Psy Godmodder's Canoe, though a threatening improvised weapon, had an unforseen side-effect: It made him pretty blind to that tree he just ran into! He comes to a sickening halt! Richard sees his opportunity and rushes in...
...And Psy promptly stabs HIMSELF with the Canoe, killing himself and giving the rank-up to no-one! Richard stops cold as UserZero adopts a trollface.
Godmodder477: PSY THAT WAS MY KILL!! YOU'RE NOT SUPPOSED TO COMMIT SEPPUKU YOU-
But that's not all Psy does! In his last moments, he unleashes a truly MASSIVE amount of godmodding energies, and restores Player invulnerability to all but Walker and anyone else who has a Leveling system they want to keep in the future! (If you do, PLEASE say so. Fseftr is exempted from having to be vulnerable because his involves charging instead of gaining EXPeriance, so to speak.) The waves in particular wash over Generic and Irecreeper...And their comic charge suddenly becomes impossible to redirect or reverse! They MUST complete it! It glows with an odd golden light...You have a sense you found something relevant to this situation.
Something that, for at least one of you, you should have seen coming a mile away at this point.
Richard +2s Talist and Irecreeper, and UserZero +3s the whole PZ faction, but the whole event has a third effect-the Godmodding energies are too unstable, so they both dissipate it and do nothing else this round, as that's pretty dangerous work.
You can see the 2nd barrier on the horizon...The 2nd Gatekeeper can't be far off.

OK, small note: Anything pre-EoTB completion (which does include this post sadly) is now nullified. That being said, just repost this and I'll be cool. Welcome back, Xcano! You've come at a serendipitous time, player vulnerability got dunked on by popular vote!
Soul of the captain 37/50(+0 from proof of concept)(have no link whatsoever to the captain
Effects: This is a boost who increase dramatically armor and reduce
tremendously the life of the target and make it sightly stronger it goes
to another target when his current one is dead but it needs one charge
per turn for staying in this world(Can accumulate some charges so that
there is no problem if everybody forgets it one turn(it might also
become more effective when there is more charges))
I use The Reinforcement to start creating schools:
School of necromancy (level 0 alchemy which allows control over positive and negative energy allowing stuff like healing or damaging undead or turning people in half undead and various other things)
School of evocation (level 0 alchemy which manipulate energy allowing stuff like making people taste the rainbow and so on)

School of necromancy level 0
School of evocation level 0

Then I throw knives on the cellular lifeforms and it does nothing then I remember that real life knives are not used by throwing them and so I instead run at the cellular lifeforms and do even more surrealist stuff: I noclip through the giant cells and I slice their newly found vital organs(since the time they took the appearance of giants) from the inside and it makes chainsaw noises for some weird reason and some of the hit giants might randomly starts vomiting bows and arrows onto the other giants and they could discover that the knife was rusty and bloody and had many germs that start infesting the giants.

Action
Time to wreck a ship.
I climb to the peak of a mountain near Rugname and pull out Pump Them Up. I proceed to high-pressure-water-drill a hole through the Rootmars, then carve a pile of poo emoji into Rugname itself with the water.
Entity Action
Rinon shouts out /ɕeɪŋ˩ tʰap˧ kʰɤə˥˦ d͡ʑaŋ˩˧/. Although this seems to have no meaning, the Cloud of Spambots slows down its movement and some drop to the ground, deactivated as if by an EMP. She then shouts /t͡sʼəd͡zɛɑpʼu/, which also seems to have no meaning. The Cloud of Spambots drops even more spambots to the ground.
i scrap this attack and use the resulting scrap metal to maul UserZero.
Why?
Because im CRRRRRRRRRRRRAAAAZZZY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The scrap metal turns out to be N00bium. Userzero promptly laughs it off- N00Bium has never killed, let alone cut, anyone. She is so busy laughing she does not notice 500000000000000 Chara clones mashing the attack button.

~Toast proved her theory by quite ruthlessly slicing the lower half of the PZ's Chua Spellslinger's jaw, including it's tongue. Rather than leaving it there and doing nothing further, she threw the tongue on the ground. That was the signal, according to ~Toast. Cannons start raining down terror on the poor soul.

Hey! It's rude to deny the kill to someone, Psy-Godmodder. You should know that.
But there are more important things on the horizon!... a second challenge emerges!
To help out for the fight, I hook up an energy link to Rugname, allowing him to generate more energy this turn!
Aw, man... you guys were right. Sorry I forgot to choose my position! Oh well.
26/30
40/40 charge ACTIVATING...
"Hey! Hey you! That's right! You! tEMBO tEMMURR! I have a few things to SAY to you!"
"Specifically, I wanted to offer you an ANTI-PLAYER soul. One that is worth -1 Player Souls!"
tEMBO tEMMURR is of course aggravated at this idea. Why would I spend a 40-post charge on subtracting one of his souls?
But what he failed to notice, was that it was a distraction. All of it.
In reality, my offer was simply designed to mask the thing that was approaching him from behind.
All of these thoughts appear above my head in highly visible thought bubble form, making tEMBO tEMMUR turn around to look behind him quickly!
Turns out the thing approaching him from behind was me! I leap at his back, using Excavator's Incendiary Autobow to dig through layers of flesh and bone, setting him on fire in the process! I also stab him with a CHARGE KNIFE(knife made out of charges), dealing (hopefully) extreme damage!

I decide to keep Phantom Walker on fire. I do this by reveaing that the ground under Phantom Walker is a massive oven, and I slowly turn up the heat! Eventually, the flames are so strong that half of one of the mountains melts down, and creates a huge wave of molten lava that flows toward Phantom Walker! The flames consume him, and to ensure that he keeps burning, I down a Potion of Fire Resistance and swim around in the lava, building a box around Phantom Walker. Now he's trapped inside AND burning in lava, allowing me to perform my special attack!
I remove the box from the lava flow below, Phantom Walker trapped inside still. I then drill a small hole into the box, and start pumping it with liquid nitrogen. All the lava cools, leaving Phantom Walker trapped inside! I then throw the box into a Tinker's Construct forge, and melt him down! I then make him into an awesome pickaxe, which I then swing at Uzi! She then effortlessly destroys the pickaxe as I try to smash her with it, sending Phantom Walker's bits everywhere!
I then sweep up his bits, and light him on fire with a tiny lighter. Just to be sure.

“So let’s all tell a tale, why we are here, doing what we think is right
There’s a clash between two forces that has brought us here to fight
There’s evil, there’s good, a fight for the ages and none of us will stay away
And at the center is a troll who gets his/her kicks by dodging our attacks anyway!
Oh, Richard and Uzi, you’re so annoying, why won’t you ever stay down
I guess that’s your job, we can’t fault you for that, but we still can run you out of town
There’s demon, angels, guardians, demigods, an eldritch horror or three
But the center of it all is a group of people caught up in this battle who want out of this war, but can’t escape DTG!
Cause we will go through the End to finish this fight!
Come on, Descendants, use your imagination, and show us all your might!
Cause we will go through the End to finish this fight!
When the Conflict seems to win and we’re close to death, that’s when we shine through-ough-ough-ough!
Then we will bask in our hard-won victory until we get back to you…
The Narrative and Conflict are fighting once again
In this prequel Godmodding war
It’s not as if that mattered to us warriors
We’d still use this to settle a score
I’m here for a vacation, a challenge or two, and so I can wipe Uzi’s smug grin
And we’ll never let off, and we’ll never back down, and that is why we’re sure to win!
There will be a paradox if Richard gives up
But if he wins the future is grim
Well, then we might as well have some fun
In this battlefield sim
We’re stuck in this fight, so go show Uzi your might
Fighting day and night to reach the Tree
We’re stuck in this fight, so go show Uzi your might
Stuck in this fight, so go show Uzi your might

Oh I can see us all getting ever closer to our end goal of slaying her
We were on her side but now we’re not

Deadly music notes surround my body, trapping it in a small area. I take the neck of my guitar, and give it a swing straight through my body’s neck, from the back. No sign of damage, until I begin to yell:
“DECAPITATIOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOON!”
My body's head flies off.
In the meantime, an update on my charges. Whilst incapacitated, I was give a total of + 24. That brings me to
+2 Hezetor
28/50 You Cannot Grasp the True Form of My Armor 50/50 Dark Bowser + 9 Challenge Medals
A portal opens up in the sky, and dark clouds swirl around the battlefield. A somewhat large creature, in that it’s about 4 times as large as a player, falls down from the portal.
“The Dark Power has been unleashed. You will rest eternally in the Dark Power’s embrace.”
Dark Bowser: SHOWTIME! Normally only having 1000 HP, the 9 challenge medals bring him up to 38,500 HP. While this is low for a 50 post summon, there are multiple phases to this fight. Eventually, he is going to barely top 200k HP, so be wary.
Attack Power: Above average for even a 50 post summon. The catch is that all but one attack can be countered. The one attack that can’t be countered is the one that takes over an hour to write up. That one will be painfully-PAINFULLY obvious. I say painfully, because after typing it up, my hands are going to feel like they’ve gone through a wringer.
Special Ability: Dark Bowser and his following forms’ attacks cannot be dodged or blocked without countering. This includes special abilities, terrain effects, and weather changes. In exchange, Dark Bowser and his following forms cannot dodge attacks without the help of special abilities that remove themselves from the list of targets. (There are some examples that will occur during Phase 3 specifically)
Countering: Dark Bowser will attack Entities owned by Players and Players themselves. The way to counter the attack is to post the way to avoid it within 12 hours of the attack or within 6 posts of the attack. I will PM Tazz the way to avoid each attack of each phase. If the attack is countered, it does about a 10th of the damage that would normally be dealt to Dark Bowser itself, and is completely avoided by whoever was attacked.
Handy chart to explain!
If not countered If countered
Dark Bowser takes 0 damage Dark Bowser takes 10% damage
Target takes 100% of damage Target takes 0 damage
To begin, Dark Bowser throws a boulder on top of my body. He blasts it apart with a fireball. As the fragments begin to rain down from above, he charges up a massive gout of flame…
Also, for reference, Dark Bowser will not attack someone who did not post last turn, so that I know they are still involved in the game.
One more time,
Alright, sure, the EoTB isn't done, but I've got stuff to get off my chest!
<copypastenonsense>
Guitar Solo: 21/40
Shock Trooper: 1/50
Flawed Prototype Medigun && Refined Metal == Rusty Regenerator [Lvl.1?] 1/2
As an off question, just how many Alchemies can one have charging at a time? I see other people charging up 2 alchemies at once, but I want to make sure that's the limit.
(Pootis action here, I can't act without the EoTB's valuable information!)
An alternate timeline emerges.
However, we must first start from the beginning...
if that answers your question(from the first GM post in this thread)
[aay]
Asura: 17/50
[am I allowed to just bump a charge up by one that'd be great for now until I can re-get my bearings]
He scream
UserZero: umadbro?
Godmodder477: You have GOT to be-
Godmodder477: ...
Godmodder477: AFHIDSIYDIUYCV909IIVUYDIUUZVIUVISIUIVAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHH!!!!

"Hey!

I respawn, flipping you off despite the lack of fingers. Give me +2s, or I'm going to derail your plans, either via charge decay or a change of targets.

"So Uzi! You’re finally taking us seriously? Well, let’s dance. Or rather, sing. Though I need to take a detour. Body, you are mine and no one else’s. Thus, I cannot allow you to finish this charge. Sorry to let you know, but this is as far as you go.”

Time to play the Bard again:
(To the tune of Bat outta Gorilla)
We’re stuck in this fight, so go show Uzi your might
Stuck in this fight, so go show Uzi your might
Stuck in this fight, so go show Uzi your might
Fighting day and night
Fighting day and night
So that we can reach the Tree

Oh I can see us all getting ever closer to our end goal of slaying her
We were on her side but now we’re not
She’s powerful but we know that we can win
And yes, we do need to win!
Or else this universe will end in flaaaaaaames!
Or else this universe will end in flaaaaaaames!
And there will be a point when we are at wit’s end
Dead or respawning, and Richard without a friend
But then a Deus Ex will rear its head once more
And the last thing Uzi will say while still breathing
Is that she should have won, and we got lucky, because that’s DTG!

That brings me to
+2 Hezetor
28/50 You Cannot Grasp the True Form of My Armor
50/50 Dark Bowser + 9 Challenge Medals
One more time,
"SHOWTIME!"
No matter who wins, this can't end well...people like you should be burning in...you know, that place.
As usual, the only way to end a war for good is to discover its beginning...and end that beginning.
So, Uzi. Sorry to let you know, but this is as far as you go.
"lol ur stooped im God."
"Actually, as the omnipotent creator of this universe, I think I fit the bill more than some bearded guy who can't escape from some rope."
