Okay everyone, sorry for the lack of formatting right now, but its late and I still have yet to do the update on the MSPA session.

Anyways, this thread is for getting things out there. This is not the IUPC discussion thread, but that will partially be involved. If a roleplay of the meeting in the TARDIS ends up happening, it'll be in a separate thread.
For now, we need to get our basics down. I'm going to post my stuff in a post right after this, and as time goes on, the current state of the multiverse plotline will be updated on this post.

Okay, here's my thing.

The IUPC plotline needs to be opened up a bit. The IUPC has been around for a bit, and I realized a bit late that the idea that the IUPC hadn't been doing anything was a rather stupid one. So here's my take.
If Serpent, Kayne and Talist are okay with it, my idea would be a bit of a revision. Eric's still in his melancholy, and the TARDIS is still busted (due to Eric mishandling an attempt to use it to access the old hammer-space IUPC armory, which he took part of and hid in his coat during The Event) but others have been going out and trying to protect other universes, to varying degrees of success, from various threats such as rogue universe eaters, Project Nexus, and the Italian Space Mafia (if that's still going to be a thing that is) the numbers have grown, so anyone that has an idea for a character, original or otherwise, that they want in, go ahead and say so, give the backstory and reason why.
Note: Sans is already going to be in, I have an idea for a side-story about him getting there, and to give a bit of characterization for Hank. Also, Piono gets his butt kicked again, so that's a bonus. I probably won't personally do the roleplaying for Sans, so if somebody else wants dibs on him, go ahead.
Project Nexus: Project Nexus has been expanding violently. They're currently the number one threat to just about everybody in the known multiverse, between the standard Nexus mooks and machines, and the various other villainous armies being drafted in and the "enforcers", who are characters who are hired on as elites, assassins, generals and suchlike. Project Nexus holds a lot of ground, but because the Conflict hasn't resolved enough to be able to actively support it well, the Narrative is doing a fair job of hindering its progress by spitting up new multi-universal coalitions, randomly resetting universes midway through invasions, and the like.
Note: Anyone that wants in on Project Nexus now has an opening in the form of enforcers.

Another note: I have an idea for Focal Universes. I'll elaborate tomorrow, since I need to update the MSPA session, but I just want to say that its big enough that both Twin and Tazz need to agree to it before it goes into effect.

First off: I didn't declare this outright to anyone, beyond the memo on his summoning in DTG0 (yeah that's a thing to look forward to), but I already have a wrench in your plans...Sans is a freaking Godmodder (he's the only guy who can dodge in a game where it's otherwise impossible for enemies to do that, among other things that I can barely get a handle on that defintiely put him into this territory no matter how you dice it), and all things considered Generic and such are probably gonna summon him at some point in DTG0, which makes his chances of legitimate survival are nil. Having different versions of sans without much difference is, to put it blunt, as dumb as all hell, and it's practically Multiverse CONSTANT that Sans is a Godmodder. granted, I have a Delta+ Godmodder as an antagonist, but I'm warning you...This may not be a wise move on your part. I mean, did you even play Undertale?

I'm not sure that's gonna work...Smoothly. Even with your 'resets.'

In any case, the other issue is, though Project Nexus is expanding rapidly, they've started to reach a limit wherein massive, MASSIVE conflict is going to spark. I'm not in charge of all of this, but I can see a few hiccups that would limit their expansion at this point. Namely:

Italian Space Mafia: You should probably speak to Erelye about this more than I, but the Italian Space Mafia is older than Project Nexus and more well-established, and has a considerable chunk of multiverse as their own. Their presence is rarely felt, being that of a mafia, but it's still very powerful. Of course, they only act if their drug trade or monies are in jeopardy if I recall correctly. You probably jeopardize their monies. Let's keep in mind, I had to talk Erelye out of them having an arsenal to make Engietech look weaksauce.

Dark Carnival: Reminding you they exist and aren't completely dead. Probably bidding their time now, though.

The Legion of Godmodders: Oh, hey, remember that mostly-made-of-Godmodders faction you left UserZero with after Trial 6 that helped you kill the Incarnate? Remember how they left with most of their stronger members alive and well? I don't think you thought this through all the way: Their time in Limbo has left most of them as rather inseperable (if not truly True Companions). They're small. Their weakest members are Gamma-Plus Godmodders at least, however, and that's not counting their combined terrors and whoever they managed to brainwash along the way. Good news, they're merely biding their time at this point. Bad news, no, they don't appreciate you. If you find them, you're not going to have a good time.

The Conflict: Are you sure you're not getting benefits because the Conflict sees you as a possible enemy? Not everything is black-and-white here, there are neutral entities who neither side cares for. The Conflict's Agents are chiefly focused on reuniting with each other right now. I'm not saying anything for or against it, but I think that they might not appreciate you as much as you'd think.

On a different note: Star, from DTG0. I'd think Eric should have him recruited a a priority, as Star has actual infrastructure in the multiverse for basically what you're doing. The IUPC might dwarf it considerably in the end (even now), but Star has infastructure that wasn't retconned out of existence, fighting the same fights you are. Strictly in a story sense, but it's big news on your end, I think.

Okay, I have one objection to what you said; Sans isn't a Godmodder. We have numerous different situations of different characters and even just one-off summons capable of dodging (freaking Pabu...) so Sans' ability to do so doesn't make him a godmodder. It just means dodging is inherently one of his abilities. As for resets', it's been used (unintentionally). I came up with that to justify the fact that we had the same entity getting summoned multiple times across the DTG franchise (Master Chief has, to my knowledge, been summoned in 3 out of the 6 canonical DTG sessions, separately) and there's a few notable characters who've had a duplicate version of them appear on the battlefield.
The two main ones coming to mind are Dimentio and the TARDIS, and arguably Bill Cipher and Astria as well (I wouldn't use either of them as straight examples since there was something else going on in both cases, but they're still there). Sans ending up being in the same situation isn't all that far fetched.
And no, although I myself did not play Undertale all the way through. Due to personal time constraints, I was forced to watch a let's play of it instead, and three of my five siblings are in the process of playing through it themselves. I've done in-depth wiki trawls on Sans. Yes, I know about him.

On the hiccups in expansion... you corrected something that shouldn't have been needed to correct in the first place.
Project Nexus isn't going anywhere near close to unopposed, and looking back, I pretty heavily implied that in my above post.
Nor are they some great evil empire. They're somewhere closer to roaches. Giant, demonic, space-ship driving, engie-tech wielding roaches. Because of rampant abuse of just about every different universe's abilities they can get their hands on, they're able to produce troops faster than the other factions can put them down. The Italian Space Mafia still controls more area than them, but random Project Nexus troops showing up and causing problems are still an issue because they can't track Piono or Phobos down.
As for other forces, there's two more sets of problems that neither you nor I have mentioned yet.

Random monsters: Thanks to all the universe ruptures caused by the Trifecta, just about any nasty demonic beast race or giant demon lord you can think of is roaming about the multiverse breaking things. That includes things belonging to Project Nexus, even if some of them get recruited.

Engie-tech. Project Nexus stole his tech, and he knows it. Frankly, if I'm correctly guessing engie's reaction to this, the only reason Project Nexus is still a thing is because of the same thing that's preventing the Italian Space Mafia from taking it out. Sheer numbers.

Anyways, I have to go right now. Sorry if I seemed rude, I didn't have time to go back and revise to make sure I didn't say something stupid.
Engie, your thoughts on me pointing out that Piono stole your tech during DTG2?

I have a single question in regards to the IUPC. Have any of its members interacted with Earth recently?

To put things simply, Engietech is doing fine. They're mostly just pissing around at this point, not really concerned with how things be do in the multiverse at large. Although their lawyer armies are pissed off at Project Nexus for the whole tech-stealing thing.

Yes, Engietech has lawyer armies. Don't ask.

And yes, half the reason that Project Nexus is still a thing is the fact that they're way too numerous to fully take down. The other half of the reason is that they've managed, possibly through luck, to avoid a direct confrontation with the Mainframe.

On my own plot/characters: Crystal may be only one person, but he's SERIOUSLY advanced in power since DTG2. Currently, he's essentially got (potential) access to a Third Singularity AI, if he unlocks the many processing restrictions he's put in place. And that's discounting all the enhancements he could potentially apply, and already has applied, to further increase Crystallum's intelligence. (For reference, one Singularity in this case is the point at which a being becomes so intelligent that nothing lower than it can even comprehend its thought processes. The Third Singularity is the level at which a being has passed through three of them.) Judicious use of the technology gained thus could enable him to explode stars, even using absolutely no magic. (Crystal is by no means an exclusive mage. He likes to mix tech and magic, as well as just use straight tech, sometimes. Basically the only criteria are 'Is it practical? Use it.' Of course, he mixes tech and magic a lot, since they usually cover each other's weaknesses and gestalt into something amazing.)And that doesn't even count possible upgrades to the Thaumic Beyond, further increases in magical power, or the amassment of Alchemies/other gathering of artifacts.

As to other things, Sans is definitely a Godmodder. In Undertale, no other enemy, not even the final bosses, is able to dodge. Sans does it effortlessly. Also, see where he only does one damage yet completely ignores mercy invincibility and deals that one damage every frame of animation. And he can also attack the cursor when it's not his turn, AND DEALS DAMAGE DOING IT. Yeah, that absolutely screams high-level Godmodder to me.

@numbersoup: Which version of Earth? None from either organization have interacted with the Earth that most of the DTG franchise has been centered on.

@engie: Well... some of them have... Note I say some. They haven't survived. Project Nexus may have a lot of firepower but the Mainframe itself is enough to put engiecorp as the #1 active military super power in the multiverse.

@crystal: Your character seems like a wanderer who is, barring the DTG sessions, going to try and avoid becoming politically important.

@crystal/tazz: Okay, crystal makes the point I mentally wandered across after typing up that response to tazz earlier. Sans' interface screw attacks. That does put him at whatever equivalent of godmodder he is (maybe even actually a godmodder. *shrug* but he's solidly affected by the Saving and Loading, and goes down in 1 hit. If he truly is a Godmodder, he can't be a very high ranked one. I'd shoot for him being something different, with a certain amount of fourth wall awareness to back it up.

Piono, I'll put it to you this way: there are concerns from more than Me and Crystal (indeed, some even from Twin) that Sans is stepping too far for you (well, too far in relation; you have so many powerful characters already that scrutiny for who ELSE you pick up is effectively inevitable). Plus, at least one version of the guy (all resets aside) IS a Godmodder (I ruled such for DTG0).

Also, Piono, COMPLETELY off-topic, but can you (please) at least wrap up bidding in DTG so a certain someone (W32Coravint specifically) can claim Disparem for his own? I had given him approximately 33 Bid points with the intention of skyrocketing him to the top of the Bid tables so he could kickstart his alchemization for that game (counting his own 15, possibly 21, that's effectively an instant victory). It'll just take a quick edit and a copy-paste description from DTG2, with some flavor edits.

Oh yeah, go ahead and tell him that he gets Disparem, send my regards. I'd do it myself but I got the computer late and I'm just trying to do the rounds.

As for Sans... I'm still going to write the story just to get it out of my head, but regardless of whether or not I end up posting it and having a version of him in the IUPC, it isn't going to be under my control, I have no intention of adding him in unless someone else says they'll take control of his character.

Does anyone else have anything to add right now?

I'd like to ask... where exactly is/will be the IUPC RP?

I also feel once again that, relatively speaking, my characters are really weak, but I kinda like that.

I don't think the IUPC RP will happen until after which characters are going to be involved is decided, and it'll most likely happen here as a supplemental material for when/if I get around to doing Godmodder Chronicles: Salvation.

As for power scale, I think that's okay. Your characters do better in the character part of being characters than most others do, to be honest.
