Welcome to Endpoints. Endpoints is, in essence, an unofficial fan ending to DTG Terraria made by a guy who actually has an idea of how it would have ended. So, a few things you should know before starting to read this.

A: Not having read a great majority of DTG: Terraria, especially in its later stages, will leave you sorely confused as to the plot. This link will take you to the first page so you can start archive binging, if you wish.

B: This project is not just me writing about what I'd like to think everything would have gone. DTG is a player-driven game by its nature, and thus it would not be complete without other players. Ergo, I have open applications for anyone interested in having a part in the game. Anyone-even those who did not play DTG Terraria-can qualify for a role, which can range from 'cameo' to 'important deturagonist,' but as I would like to be as true to the source as possible, anyone who had any ongoing plot in Terraria cut short by its cancellation will have an opportunity to have it played out. For those interested: I can only guarantee faithfulness in as far as I am told what the original plot would have been so I can be faithful to it, so if you had a very specific idea on how things would boil down, please contact me when signing up for this.

C: A Disclaimer for anyone willing to offer permissions: this is not a community project. I am the author and this is a fanfiction that has no deliberate intent on actually ascending to canon status. Anyone who's permission is listed below has given me some degree of creative control for this, which means I may diverge from your original character where it would be rational to do so. I'm not going to deviate willy-nilly, though. Divergence will be reserved for when (a) plot is pressing enough to enforce a reasonable break of character or setting, or (b) if the original plot/character would have screwed everything over even more and thus have been, or should have been, reworked by a GM. This can include anything made during the actual games themselves if need be. I won't list comprehensive changes of this, but you will know.

D: Regarding contacting me-please do it over Discord, to be quick. If it is not an option for whatever reason, PM me on this forum. Discord is vastly preferred.
