Holy Mantle is literally turds compared to the other items, being essentially a glass armor item. The +1 AC has not redeemed it, sadly... especially since it doesn't even block status effects.

Diplopia falls under Too Awesome To Use territory due to the fact that it could be used on a super late-game legendary artifact, meaning the sooner we use it, the more wasted it is.

Maggy's Bow looks like it could be an incredibly powerful tank item, particularly if one of us has a heal spell somewhere.

Pit Lord, despite the nerf, pretty much gives the middle finger to movement hindering effects, and GODDAMN IT I WANT IT SO BADLY BECAUSE OF THAT. Imagine the kiting potential...

For this reason, I vote Pit Lord, and ONLY Pit Lord because I'm a selfish asshole.

Spirit of the Night will be pretty useful if/when I don't need Accessories to buff AGI and can focus on straight damage. Granted, picking that will mean some enemies will go through walls now or have Zillycharm. I think Zillycharm might be a bit too much for that...I suggest switching that out for the Pit Lord with a +1 AGI effect as well. Still good, but freely walking through walls is a game breaker.

I vote for Spirit of the Night regardless. And Maggy's bow, as apparently the poll gives 2 votes each.

cc: who designed (t)hese i(t)ems, anyway?
Chaos then proceeds to mod the stats of the items slightly.

...AND I CAN'T MODIFY THE POLL. AUGHHHHHH-

I think that it's time to start wrecking Glitch Temmie's crap.

Glitch Temmie is suddenly assaulted by a series of high-powered explosives from all sides, however the aggressor has yet to be seen.
This is followed by a string of flying swords that home in on glitch temmie's location, and having a giant pillar dropped on it.

Pionoplayer, that's not an actual monster yet...That's just his statline, no different from the other beasts in the beastiary.

Well unless he actually can be attacked, but do you REALLY want to? We might not be able to pay for Temmie College to get the Temmie Armor (and look at the Tem Armor that Glitch Temmie has, is that not the sweetest thing?)

Wait, I haven't actually acted yet. (I can resummon Willow? I thought you said it was one summon per player per battle.)

FOR THE LOVE OF! GET AWAY FROM ME! YOU'RE DOING THIS ON PURPOSE, AREN'T YOU! WELL I HOPE YOU'RE HAPPY!

Wilson moves back to B10. If he can resummon Willow, he does so on square C9. And then if she can attack, she whacks the spider in front of her because she's afraid of neither spiders nor fire.

If Wilson can't resummon Willow, he fires his foxfire twice at Glitch Spider 3. Or only once if that's all it takes.

So Maggy's Bow and the Pit Lord are the (apparent) winners! (We can reskinn that to be the Holy Grail instead if you want, Pit. We'll just ignore that the Holy Grail also gives HP in-game, unlike the Pit Lord.).

If that's the case, I'll put on the Pit Lord unless someone else can give me a reason why I shouldn't that doesn't amount to either "I want it" or "you'll lose strength".

Or both of those arguments.

...Irecreeper, you do realize that the Glass Armor is inferior to the Holy Mantle, which no-one wants anyways? Given that chestpieces are apparently the strongest 'breed' of gear and that the Holy Mantle 100% eclipses the Glass Armor, I think it's time to consider buffing that up to a valid armor choice, with some bonus while it hasn't been used up or something. Like, significant bonuses. And possibly one when it IS used up (IE: +1 DMG while unused, +1 AGI WHEN used.)

=TURN THIRTY-ONE=

Tazz stores the Giant Oreos in the inventory; it appears the Oreos are healing items. Tazz then COMPLETELY re-specs his stats, becoming the God of Speed! He then buries the Matriarch Corpse, and stores the Crimson Scale fragments in the Inventory. He also scoops up some water in bottles. Five bottles, to be precise. Generic then buys the Scanner, equips it, and then gets hard-veto'd to sell his old gear. Temmie then offers you TWO gold for that circlet. You could do it.

Piono +1's his Agility, gathers the remaining Sap Orbs in jars, then promptly cuts down every single last vine in the area outside of the shack. Piono then gives two jars of green sap to the Sleuth's grave. However, he feels nothing wash over him. He probably has jars of the stuff lying around; it's like a short walk to the Great Tree. You then take the jars back. Piono then attempts to find the thing labeled "...", but nobody was there. Darkside then +1's his INT, and prepares to join the fight at the Web! Redstone then +1's his HP.

Piono then transcends time and space and strikes Glitch Temmie with flying swords and pillars. Somehow. (1) damage. Glitch Temmie then rises up, also transcends time and space and casts Tembolt on Piono, dealing (9+1) damage to him. Temmie's regen then negates all damage he/she/tem would've taken. Talist then adds a bit of text to the Extra Rules section! Rules on re-summoning added! Everyone then bickers about what items they want...

...until the Pit Lord item suddenly appears in the inventory. Huh. It seems the second-highest item, Maggy's Bow, will take more effort to get. And by effort I mean gold. Maggy's Bow added to the Shop!

=BATTLE: ANGERED SPIDER HORDE TURN FIVE=
People are now on fire. This may be slightly concerning to you all. However, you SHOULD be able to blitz down the Inferno Arachnid next turn. The Friendly Spider looks on upon the battle, in horror...

=BATTLE: THE BASEMENT TURN TWO=
Engie has obtained the Clentaminator! Not only is it a "key item" of sorts, but it can be used in combat with special Solutions! Anyway, you should probably run.

This is the largest update I've done yet; sorry about any mistakes I may have made. Just point them out and I'll fix them.

I think I can only move to one area at a time...Ugh. You people.

"You know, you could have avoided that whole fight! There was absolutely no reason for that, guys! There are going to be fights we'll have to fight, because Mr. Glithypants McAllslaughterston would probably go insane if his head wasn't a perpetual warzone-oh, wait, no! that's actually WHY he's insane in the first place, or at least it's probably why. A Mindscape is not always pro-owner, as the one friendly Glitch Spider (who's watching your slaughter, By the way, if it wasn't already obvious) proved! People have doubts and fears and regrets, as well as hopes and dreams-this guy, if we sparked that again we wouldn't have a single trouble from him ever again and we're in the unique position to do so, and of course...We don't even think of that and get right on the killing train the ONE time that everything isn't an enemy! I mean, even WILSON is in on the act?! Like, what the ACTUAL gorilla?!"

"Wilson guy, is your desire for peace, to not kill, to help make change in this world, so EFFORTLESSLY overriden by the presence of a few spiders?! You could barely be understood before that Blue person casted that spell on you-if they could talk, what would THEY be saying to you?"

"...I may have read a few logs."

Ugh, I head back round to the grave area, and I plop down a gold on the Alter, an extra one. No, it's not needed to placate him. No, I'm not picking it back up. It's just ONE gold, are you that greedy?

As for Engie/TECHPIECE, for your dilemma, weeeeellll...You're not in a good ways, mate, as you can't realistically move anywhere without dying unless you push away the Glitch Creeper. Fortunately, you can escape this encounter without damage: You have to Root the Glitch Creeper with a Spider Web, then move to F7 (possible with 4 move), so the Glitch Crimera can't reach you. From there, you can just run to the exit, as taking the turn to reload to kill one of them will probably leave the other ready to kill you.

Also, may I be the first to suggest having Fireball or some other cheap spell on-hand as a way to attack in case Reload is getting in the way? You only have Enchant Weapon right now.

Also, I still veto Generic. That mana regen on top of officially having a Staff is...Too much, it'll make the fight even more hard than it's already gonna be.
