There's honestly a whole lot of things that happened. Hopefully, you can see it so I don't need to go into that high a level of detail.

Well, I can, but it's helpful when you can tell it to me, whoever you are. But anyway, what interests me is how the text of the here lies part is responded by who I can only assume to be the one who was killed.

But now I should think about the line involving the totem's pain? I have a totem, and considering nothing nearby could be it, that's the best guess I have now. Let's see if this brings any results.

As you could assume, "Pit" sets down the totem.

(EDIT: wow i've pageclaimed twice in a row now)

=TURN TWENTY-FIVE=
Numbersoup gathers some vines, cutting them down as they hang. She manages to collect 10 vines in a short time. What can you do with them? Who knows. Insert then finishes harvesting the vein of gold, bringing the team gold total up to 5. Perhaps you should go buy a weapon, like one of the new shiny ones Bill just stocked like right now. Engie then headbutts the memory orb, causing it to roll inside the ajar door of the shack. Redstone then heads to the area outside of the shack, and plants down a block of TNT next to some vines. He then attempts to walk away in a dramatic fashion, but you can't look cool if you don't prime the TNT to explode first.

Redstone then takes 3 points of Coolness Damage, dropping his Coolness level to 1. Wilson then heads up north, and notices that his feet are stuck in thick webbing! He then takes a look around. What would normally be a fairly-well lit area of the forest has most of the sunlight blocked by thick webs lining the treeline. Spiders are roaming everywhere, but thankfully, none of them notice Wilson. There seems to be a large pallet of crates in the center of the woods, but a massive spider sleeps on the pile, making it hard to acquire.

Pit then plonks down a totem. The totem is unmoving, and probably not related to a puzzle. Maybe the shack could hold answers to the message?

=BATTLE: INSIDE TREE TURN THREE=
Well, that's basically everything. You can ignore the Tree Shooter and simply advance to the next floor. Unless you want to kill it for some morbid reason. I'll just let you teleport, in fact.

...you get the feeling that lots of AoE attacks will be happening next floor. Might want to change your equipment right now.

Anyway, I angrily retrieve the TNT that Redstone attempted to blow up the place with, then head into the shack to make sure I don't lose the memory orb, because I trust nobody else with it.

Oh, if there's no benefit for killing additional enemies (well, aside from the ones that drop loot) then I agree, we should leave the shooter alone.

Who wants to take the iron umbrella, I really don't want to completely redo my stats again just so I can use it.

EDIT: You know what, I'm kind of itching for another giant battle. Everyone meet up in The Web. Let's see how many things we can get spawned for us to kill in one fight.
Also, Darkside, you wanna take the everywood helmet?

The extra 5 HP would be very helpful (The Knight's Helm gives 1 HP + 1 armor, so trading in armor for an extra 5 HP sounds good. Health regen's pretty good too). I equip the Everywood Helmet.

I move inside the Next Floor zone (L3) and await my comrades.

First off, easter eggs.

Chaos Log at TD 148. I can't see it, though. But I want it. I pick up the Chaos Log.

"He'll know if you touch its resting(?) place." So be wary about that.

"Perhaps in this world, the Temmies have more than Temmie Armor?" But of course, they have Temmie Flakes!

There's a Red Square at SB 618. At another point: "From Red: u4 r10 d5 l2 u3" If you follow the instructions, using the Red Square as the start point, you find this: "Ten scales. Ten scales before it descends." Noteworthily, I scrolled down to the area where we found the 'BEWARE THE CHA0S BUTTERFLY' before...And it's still 9/10, so either Ire is lazy or this is referring to DTG0, because for us this is 8/10. Hrm, maybe we can forcefully cheat it to call it out early?

"I always seem to listen to the Undertale OST when updating. It's weird."

And that's all the secrets from this round of 'FIND IRE'S NEWEST SECRETS.' No seriously, he was really sparse about it this time.

... ... Nope.

I swear, you're trying to throw spiders at me just for the sake of it.

Wilson uses telekinesis on himself to get himself out and retreat back to the outside of the shack. Also, Wilson is listed in two places at once.

I mine out the gold vein with an H bomb. Hey, it works for cookies, it ought to work for gold, right?

=TURN TWENTY-SIX=
Engie retrieves the TNT block, and decides to enter the Shack. The shack is rather small in scale; there's only one room, equipped with a bed and desk. The desk has a powered computer on it. Right is to it is a super-fancy office chair, crafted from steel and wood, furnished with two spider-silk cushions. There's also a trapdoor on the floor, leading who knows where. The Memory Orb rests just on the trapdoor. Insert then sells his old staff for 1 Gold.

Redstone then moves up to The Web, and blasts some spiders with Bugfixes. Suddenly, multiple spiders appear on the trees around him, glaring at him with glowing red eyes! They're all VERY, VERY angry. Wilson then quickly gets the heck out by using Telekinesis, floating to the area outside the shack. Elsewhere, Piono smashes a Gold Vein with an H-Bomb, dealing (88) damage to the Gold Vein!

=BATTLE: INSIDE TREE, TURN FOUR=
As you ascend to the next floor, you notice that something has indeed happened; a Crimson Scale has smashed through the tree's bark, and is now protected by various plant walls. The Chaos Butterfly's forces aren't exactly allied with Chaos, so take note of that. You don't have long before the Crimson Scale pops, and wipes you all out!

I go Full Kleptomaniac and steal the super-fancy office chair, then resume my pursuit of the memory orb.

Um... shoot.
Okay, guys, coordination is important here. We have two sap mortars, but they deal low enough damage that I think we can tank a few shots from them so long as they're dealt with quickly enough.
Tazz, in your turn do a pre-emptive weapon enchant on me, I wanna see how much damage I can get off of this since the crimson scale is gonna blow in just three turns.

Anyways, I dash down to H4, fire a grenade into the square D4 (which should wipe out all three walls so that nobody gets trapped in there with the scale beast) then retreat to square H5 to get some fortification to counteract my weakness.
Darkside, I need you to move to G4 to keep the glitch cave spider from gnawing on me. I know we'll take a hit from the sap mortar, but that'l be roughly 6 damage to one person and about 3 to the other (well, you'll take one less damage, but whatever) and that's not very much. We have two immediate threats to deal with.
EDIT: G4, what am I saying? You can reach the spider right now (as you noticed and took advantage of), thanks for not being an idiot and standing next to me and setting up the attack for the sap mortar.
Tazz, right now I don't think me or darkside need you terribly. Stay nearby for when we wake up the scale beast and don't get tangled with the tree guard and we should be okay. never mind that, I need you to help me and darkside deal with the scale monster before it becomes a serious threat. See the bottom strategy thing for what I'm thinking.

EDIT: chaos log #3 got added to the others, just thought everyone would want to know that.
Also, crap. The gold vein is shooting back.
Erm... Question, how much is the maximum damage that one attack can do to that thing? Because if a large attack can't do more damage than usual, I really don't think fighting that thing is a good idea.
If possible, I apologize to the thing, telling him I'm sorry. The physics I'm used to, actual people can brush off nukes like they're nothing. I'd try to placate him with a gift, but he happens to be made of gold, so that doesn't seem to be a good idea.
I do, however offer him some novelty spider webs. And dodge the next attack with my CLUTCH DODGES as demonstrated again the terror creeper before if he tries to hit me again.

If it/he/she/whatever did try to attack me again;
After dodging whatever attack it does I draw out Terra Firma and Vi Forti. with these two weapons of great power, I have complete control over the gold vein. If any monster resides within it, it will find itself crushed. If its just a gold vein and nothing else...
sucks for it.
I proceed to pick it up and lift it into the air, diverting any further projectiles it may launch by virtue of both CLUTCH DODGES and the fact that being the owner of Nulla Stella gives me more control over space than a first guardian.
The gold vein becomes vulnerable to all future attacks, and has been indefinitely suspended from actually taking any actions, at the cost of preventing me from actually beating up on it because I'm a bit preoccupied with keeping it in the air and taunting it.

Finally...
Why are all the baddies in the overworld listed as Pro-Zero?
Is there something you're not telling us ire?

EDITx2:
long-term game plan. We've got two rounds after this before the crimson scale activates. I say we use those two rounds to wail on the scale monster so that it doesn't get to wake up soon enough to actually give us a fight. With three retreat? We don't need to be fighting that thing AND the tree guard at the same time.
Darkside, next round, use your telekinesis to shift if over next to the crimson scale so I can pop a grenade onto the scale monster, which should also take down the crimson scale.
Tazz, I need you to move over so that this round or next round you pop some pellets into the sap mortar or scale monster (preferably the scale monster, we want that thing down as soon as possible, even me and you can tank those sap mortars.
I'm going to use my next action reloading, but that just means one extra round before the crimson scale dies. DON'T target it. My second grenade (if darkside uses his telekinesis) can deal extra damage to the scale monster, and even if it dodges (while asleep, somehow) and will kill the crimson scale with 100% surity.

We can take on the tree guard at our leisure once the scale monster is dead, but we seriously don't want the scale monster screwing with us. It's more mobile than any of us, and hits freaking hard.
Darkside, if it dodges attacks and we don't take it down before the crimson scale dies, splinter that thing in the face and keep me and tazz from dying, if anything else goes wrong, we've got the spider webs, which might up its dodge for a round or two, but it'll force it to use the teleports so it can't use them in the middle of us killing it. hopefully we won't need to use either of those, but if worst comes to worst, we can use them.

Affirmative!

It certainly sounds like a good idea. I move to (G4), and scare the everliving gorilla out of the spider before lopping its head clean off. But, just to be safe, I grab it and throw it to the wall, and cut through its body with my axe (which I smashed into the wall, and managed to pull out again).

Surprise, mothergorilla!

((Also, 37 total HP, 1 armor, and 1 HP regen... yeah, I'm not going to the afterlife anytime soon))

Kek. Too used to AZ / PZ at the moment.

As for damage ranges in the Endless Desert:
(70-90) Attacks with little to no creativity
(90-110) Attacks with some creativity
(130-150) Creative attacks
(25-50) Attacks that apply status effects.
x1.5: Effective!
x0.5: Not Very Effective.
