Everyone jumps as a very mangled Aaron corpse flies through the wall of the hanger, bouncing off of the still not-yet-fully-formed (schrodinger's spaceship!) hull of the MW Antidisestablishmentarianism and thudding to the floor. It is not a pretty sight, as it appears the OP King made him incorporeal AFTER he hit the rocks.
Either way, that's the second time in two rounds that I've died now. Do I get some sort of achievement for being the first person to hit 5 deaths?

I'll respec and make the perfect build for that gun. THE DREEEAAAAM. Since for whatever reason I can't view the previous page, can the Sap cure Toast's curse? Otherwise Toast just does the time paradox trick with the teleporter in an attempt to make two teleporters.

Oh my word engie, that is both amazing and incredibly stupid.
I kinda want engie to survive two rounds now, because although it would be awesome if he managed to somehow win this fight, there's no way that's going to happen without him breaking the game and going full universe eater on us, and that wouldn't be fun.

Also, ire, you need to go change the little info bit at the bottom of the "battle", it's still set to the same one that the Makeshift Shack had.

Engie wins the "WHY DID YOU THINK THIS WAS A GOOD IDEA!?" award.

Also guys, I say we bust open the first bonus round (we'll do #2 later) and start up the second foe rush (ire, mind toning down the foe rush for Zone 2 enough that we can run both fights at the same time?) and when we beat those we take off. Since the bonus rounds freeze the zetta timer, we should try to get 'em knocked out.

Oh hey, I'm in the Zone Destroyer club now!
So that's, what, 3 zones total destroyed now?
Never the less, I endure Gladius's 3-minute long rant, and quickly shrug it off. Mostly because I already know all that stuff in relation to me.
Also, I don't think ship design owners should vote, since we're naturally biased anyway. Well, unless you just wanted to have a bit of fun, then it'd make sense.
Okthen. Good to get confirmation. I vote Tazz's and Toast's in that case.

Anyway, I resume my little scavenge about, first stopping at the Hallway to loot the exposed wiring. I then proceed to dislodge and take the vent.
I then head to "outside the shack" and harvest more of those vines. I then head to The Web and look at the memory orb there, but not before chillin' with the Inferno Arachnid.
I also proceed to try and loot as many of the chairs from the makeshift shack as possible, avoiding the apple (if it's still there) and trees at all costs.
Then I try and dislodge and take the vent at The Vent.
And to top it all off, I take the Grenade Crater at the Clearing before returning to the Hangar and working my butt off to get even more rock from the caved-in Waterfall.
I'm that crazy for items.
...
I wonder... since Teag created a furnace, perhaps I could make a metalwork station of sorts out of a few iron bars (and/or maybe something else). It would help make materials out of metal.
And if we really want to smelt that titanium table, could I recommend using Infernal Torment for that?

I invest three of my points into a Strength increase of 1 for reasons, and then do one of two possible things.

If can summon JOHN CENA to help me: I summon him at D8, then head to C10 and guard.

If cannot summon JOHN CENA to help me: I dash off to C9, shoot Chaos Hax0r 1 in the face which SHOULD kill it, then use the retreat value of my grenade rifle to back off to C10.

Additionally, while doing this, I take the time in my corner to have a nice look around, see what the layout of the area seems to be. Identify possible hazards for later battles, figure out the general way things seem to be working. And, of course, give Zetta a good long look to see what his possible weaknesses might be, if any.

ok lets do this. This is massive.

Toast helps DarkSide move the vent by using 99 time clones to help rip it out. So she really is taking exactly 99% of the load.

SHE THEN RESPECS FOR THE PERFECT FLAMING TOAST BUILD. IT'S PRACTICALLY A SHORT RANGE SHOTGUN. Shotgun sounds like a fun weapon btw. Shoots 3 bullets in a cone, stopping at first enemy struck. Enemies can be hit by multiple bullets for stacking damage. Rang- wait. This could be a really awesome special. Warning Warming, spoiler.

I +1 AGI, switch out the Chaos Drone Helmet for a Mana Circlet, and switch out Heal for TemsFour, as I'm too busy attacking to do that and my insane dodge would suit the TemClone's 1 HP wonder a LOT. Hey, Ire; do the TemClones use my mana or no?

With that done, I just sit around in the hangar.

I don't think I really have the ability to make a ship myself. If I did, I'd probably try something stupid like 8 EMPs (75% stun chance 1/3rd of the time, 82.5% chance the rest of the time) and just stunlock everyone else's crew then either run away or board them and murdercate them. ... And then cry when we encounter a boss that's immune to stuns.

I'm not sure if the mention of Wilson there was sarcastic, but either way, Temsfour? YES PLEASE. Wilson will take that and replace Beam. It's not 100% ideal, but it's kinda like paying 10MP now for 18MP worth of foxfire later. Wilson might be ideal for man- er, foxing the weapons because he effectively can act like 6 crew members at once now. Plus more if he can get G.endos. So, he can fire ALL the weapons by himself in one turn. I'm also still working on the special attack. I have half of it done. ... Don't worry, that's more a comment on how slow I've been making it, not how large it is. I'll go ahead and post the first half here...


Legends And Science


SP required: 350 (technically)

Of course, Wilson is farrrrr too hipster to use that crypto-facist SP. Instead, he uses GP (Grid points) and LP (Legend Points). Once Wilson has a combined total of 350 or more GP and LP, this special is ready. When it is ready but not in use, I can choose to have new GP override LP or new LP override GP.

In order to use the special, Wilson has to take a fatal blow. Then I can choose to use the special as an immediate interrupt. Using the special does not instantly eliminate all stored LP and GP. When activated, flip a rigged coin. The chance for it to land heads is equal to (GP/LP - 0.5). If it lands heads, Wilson goes into Ascendant Wilson state. If it lands tails, Laiko goes into Ascendant Laiko state. And both of these buff are so overpowered. And complicated.
To be honest, I kinda like Laiko form more.
[spoiler=Ascendant Wilson]

Wilson immediately revives himself on the square he died on with 50 HP. He becomes a fourth dimensional being, which has several effects.

First, his movement speed increases by 2 tiles/turn. In addition, he can now move in an additional direction! if he chooses to, Wilson can start his move by translating himself onto another battle screen, then move normally and translate himself back to his original battle at the end of his move. He must spend ALL of his movement on one screen. This is kinda difficult to understand without an example. ... Or even with an example, for that matter.

Let's say Wilson is in the Glitch Temmie fight at square G6 and he wants to move next to Glitch Temmie for some reason. Normally, he'd be stopped at either I9 or H6 due to zones of control. But with this, he can translate himself from square G6 of the Workship into square G6 of the Inside the Great Tree battle. Then he can move G6, H7, I8, J9, K10, and end at L10. Now that his move is over, he translates back to the Workship battle at square L10 and can bop Glitch Temmie in melee.

This can be replaced by "Can move through walls and ignores zones of control", but this is wayyyy cooler. And less useful most of the time. This is only the first effect. Feeling the fear yet?

Second, Wilson's attacks now ignore half the target's armor, no longer require line of sight, and AOE attacks don't hit allies. Just as we three dimensional beings can see all the vertices of a two dimensional object at once, Wilson, now a four dimensional being, can see all vertices of three dimensional objects at once.

Third, elemental resistances. He gains a 25% resistance to non elemental damage and immunity to ice and lightning, but a 100% weakness to earth.

Fourth, whenever he hits a two targets with foxfire, the squares the targets were on become rifts that link to each other and last until Wilson's special ends. Allies can go through these rifts if they want, but enemies will just take 1 - 3 damage plus Wilson's SPC score if they enter the square or end their turn there. Now, here's the real kicker, Wilson's ranged attacks can go through them as well.

Fifth and most importantly, his beam. If Wilson doesn't know the beam spell at the time of activating this special, one of his spells other than foxfire is replaced by it temporarily. And it becomes his ultimate finisher. Due to its power, casting it while in Ascendant Wilson form puts it on a 2 turn cooldown. So, here's how it actually gets buffed:

Wilson's beam becomes Light, Ice, Dark, AND Lightning type. It takes the highest weakness out of all those types and applies that. A target cannot have resistance to this damage unless it has resistance to all four types. Hitting a target curses and poisons it for 2 turns. In addition... remember those rifts I talked about? Each of the three parts of Wilson's wide beam can go into one rift and exit another, going in a direction I choose. Each beam cannot go into a rift more than once. However, if I manage to get a beam to cross over itself, it causes an explosion at the square that deals half the beam's damage to all adjacent enemies. This can hit an enemy multiple times.

Now, to make this fair, Wilson no longer uses MP. Instead, casting a spell requires five times the MP cost in GP. In addition, at the end of each turn, Wilson loses 35 LP. This increases by 20 each turn. (So he loses 35, then 55, then 75, then 95, etc). If he doesn't have enough GP or LP for some cost, he must pay 1/4th the cost in HP instead, which can obviously kill him and end the effect. So, without healing/outside damage, he'll last in this state for about 5 turns. Once Wilson dies, Willow is desummoned as normal, the effect ends, and Wilson loses all GP/LP he had left.



Ascendant Laiko


TBA. Hint: It's probably going to involve summoning. Especially with TemsFour now.



I built this so that Ascendant Wilson actually wants LP and Ascendant Laiko wants GP. This is probably really overpowered...

Even after he dies and is revived, there are some debuffs depending on which state he went into. These effects still apply if he gets revived during combat. These effects cannot be cured or reduced by items/effects/abilities/another death/resummoning.

For Ascendant Wilson, Wilson is blinded, slowed (2), cursed, glitched, and depressed for 4 turns. In addition, his MP regen from all sources is cut in half for this time and he has a 100% psychic weakness.
For Ascendant Laiko, Laiko is cursed, slowed (2), and depressed for 4 turns as well. In addition, until his HP is fully recovered, he cannot gain any HP or MP while outdoors and has a 100% weakness to Dark and Psychic. Also, Willow gets cursed, slowed (2), and depressed for 4 turns as well as a 100% weakness to Psychic and Light for 4 turns.

Now, as for benefits for high SPC stat, Wilson gains 10% bonus GP and LP for each point of SPC once he activates the special. That just lets him last longer.

Note: Ire has stated that people can teleport using teleporters that are being stood on. You can also shoot and steer in the same turn, and attack an invader after using a ship system.
