Here's a crazy idea! Instead of two games, how about two GM's! That would shake things up.

I believe the creator of Yandere Simulator's stance on people wanting to help him with the coding of his game quite decently explains also why we shouldn't have multiple GMs.

... I know that it would be so easy to get out a pin and stick the character sheet up on the cork board next to my ticket stub for "Little Women". But it would also be so depressing because I REALLY like this story. I don't think I can do better than this or even match it, especially not in less time and while moping over how Willow's awesome story has to wait for 20 months quite literally, hanging over my head. Maybe this is just me over praising this story simply because I can't have it.

I made quotes like "You don't even know he keeps all his kings in the back row!"... and... those are really cool and have so much symbolism and allusions to famous books... well... I think they're cool anyway...

It's not so much a wait for 20 months so much as it is 20 free months of working on her story some more, perhaps. Or maybe introducing other characters. Writing up sheets for ultra-complex entities. Time is time. There's people out there that would kill for another 20 months. So, what will you do with all that time? Just don't waste it on moping, regretting, depressing.
Well, DTG0 isn't going to last that long, according to Tazz. I'd honestly be rather irritated if it lasted over a year, and would personally prefer shorter, but that's just me.

But... I don't think there is anything else to add. Her story is already going to take a long time to play out. If I add anything else, I fear I'll go over budget as it were. And I don't want to introduce any other characters to it either. I have four already and that's enough for me. (Inari, Mikoto, Wilson, Willow). Sigh... maybe... I'll do this. If no one has any reasonable idea to save Willow by tomorrow, I will pin the sheet up and... find someone else. Maybe I could actually give Mikoto a character. That might be kinda interesting because right now, I've only mentioned him via Inari and he's the "villain". But, like Wilson said, no one just has a label to define everything about them. Maybe he was alright, but something happened. Maybe Inari is really the villain. Maybe they're both the villains or neither one is. I could get something out of that... I still don't think it will be on par with what I already have.
edit- ... well Engie, the editor is sure that's what you actually meant to say, because I can't fix it.
Let me throw in my two cents on what's happened. I know most people have informed Talist on how the memo worked, but let me share things from my perspective. When the memo was formed, it wasn't intended to be a "Hey! Let's do more HS references!" type of thing. It was formed as a way for DTG2 players to talk to each other through a chat client that happened to be related to HS. And although we do talk about HS on it sometimes, it is by no means an HS-dominant memo, and could be mistaken for any other chat room. Hell, Fseftr hates HS too, but he's the founder of the memo.
The memo is largely used as a way for players to quickly and conveniently communicate with each other about things related to DTG2 or otherwise. It can also be used as a way to ask me any questions about the game. So when Net asked me if any attacks would go through this turn, I said no. I didn't think much of it, as I thought that it was obvious. (But I've already talked about that in the main thread.) As more and more people began to post, I realized that many creative attacks would be used, and I didn't want to see them go to waste. So I decided to let people reuse their attacks next turn if they wished. I also decided beforehand that the Incarnate would godmod the attacks away, and it would not be a straight nope. However, I didn't post these latter two things to the memo.
So then Net posts on the main thread and says that I told the people on the memo that no attacks would go through this turn. I did not tell him to do this, and I didn't expect it to happen. I was upset that it was spoiled, but what happens happens. I wasn't extremely worried because I knew that people would just re-use their more creative attacks next turn. But, Net told people to edit their posts accordingly, something I did not say to do. And I think this is where the large problem is.
Due to this, it seems to many that people on the memo gain a tactical advantage in the game over those that don't. This was never intended to be the case. I did not answer Net's questions for the intent of having people strategize based on it. I thought people would go "Oh well. At least I can use these attacks next turn." But this was clearly not the case. There seems to be miscommunication on both sides here, and I apologize for what I have done. But for the future:
The memo is meant to be a place where people can ask me questions about things in the game, clear things or ideas with me as an alternative to PM, and just help me post in general. It is not meant to take things I say and use them to your advantage. However, this only answers one part of Talist's rant. And to be honest, I'm not sure how to handle this.
Tazz has been given the OK to moderate DTG0. Who's moderating DTG3 is still up for grabs. Right now, Talist is the most likely candidate, but as far as I know, me and TT haven't officially declared him the GM yet. That's all me and TT were able to talk about today. I'll hopefully be able to provide more details tomorrow. But for now, that is largely the reason why I didn't contact Talist on the DTG0 thing sooner. It was unfair to exclude you from these discussions based on that, and it is something I deeply regret. Hopefully we will be able to work something out soon.
And one small footnote: The Employer is not related to HS in any way.
Scored 14 overall. Most likely due to the de-suifiers.
From section 1: 20, 42, 52c, 54, 55 (duh), a single 58, 63, 71 (owner of supermassive arms dealer), 84c, 84d, 84h (guess what those three could mean...), 86 (and guess what that adds to your guess), 92, 92b.
Talist, I really want to see Willow involved, a lot of the personal plots are going to get put on hold, but not all of them. Because to the rescue, of all things, comes the second tvtropes session.
I've already chosen the GM (TT and twin both know who it is and said okay) and it will be taking place currently according to IRL time. (tazz's decision to go non-linear is going to screw up the timeline I had in my head SO bad...) That means that if you can't possibly wait a little while to do Willow's story, the second tvtropes session will be open for it.
That being said, I really want to see Willow. Even moreso now that I know how much work you've put into it.
Additionally, I originally planned to further the IUPC plot in DTG3, because I can't do IUPC backstory in DTG0, since the IUPC was not aware of the godmodder's existence (presumably because of other problems. Maybe Lord English got out of the Paradox Space again or a particularly destructive Mary Sue started rampaging) but I need to have that stuff up and running for some of the stuff I had planned for the mspa session.
Eric, Hank, Sanford and Deimos are all going to be in the tvtropes session, although Eric won't be staying for the entire time. If you really need some place to do stuff with Willow, the second tvtropes session would almost certainly work.

Everyone is so worried about the plot, but may I remind you, in games game design is the top priority, while story is around fifth. While I realize that this is a text based game, so story does matter more. However, I personally would like to see more thought into features of the game. While it is fun attacking with text, it does get boring after a while (Things like the alchemizer and entities etc. help with this). I like how it seems were not entirely just trying to destroy one person, in the DTG0 plans. It adds a little variation, which I would want to see.
Anyway, I think my character for dtg0 will be entirely different from mine. I will try to write goodpersonality/backstory/story for him. I was thinking of loosely tying his plot to tingle, but when I saw it was the default the godmodder, it ruined my plans. (Because I didn't like being the "bad guy" but that's a different rant.

Okay, so, this conversation happened on the memo, about my issues with some of Twin's responses.
CAT: Why do you feel that way, Net? About your earlier statement, not the lobotomy thing.
CAT: Or, if all else fails, why do you think you feel that way?
?TT: Mostly...In our alchemies, there's logic. In our charges, there's logic. In our attacks, there's logical illogic. In those responses, no logic was applied. It was just "Oh all your ships ran into the Moon suicidally".
CAT: So, you're angry at the inconsistency?
?TT: Yes. Exactly.
?GG: The godmodder used telekinesis
?GG: now shut up
CAT: Shh, GG.
?TT: I'm fine with "The Red Dragon blasts them with oblivion energy."
?TT: I'm fine with "The Godmodder hacks in and shuts them down."
?TT: I'm fine with a whole bunch of other things.
?TT: But just "Oh yeah your ships run into the Moon".
?GG: Godmodding tends to be illogical
?GG: but I see your point
?TT: Nah, he's logical, but impossible.
CAT: See? With a little questioning, we have reached an understanding of some sort.
CAT: Now, why is it that WE were opposed to your anger, Net? This is a legitimate question.
?GG: hm
?GG: It's repeated
?TT: It keeps happening, in the words of SBaHJ.
?GG: In the face of odds that are in most's opinions literally unstoppable
?GG: literally unwinnable
?TT: At least that's what I seem to hear.
?GG: Like how people in the animes despair, and in despair are angered by those who stand up
?GG: as there's no point to the uprising
CAT: Now, do you think any of this would have ever occurred if Twin had simply followed the request in the first place, and given a somewhat logical answer?
?GG: In the animes tho the plucky protagonist tends to actually win
?TT: AT: Probably not.
?TT: GG: Yep, that about hits the nail on the head.
CAT: No, I don't think you get it, GG. We lose either way. However, it might be better to add a more logical answer so that Net doesn't REPEATEDLY get angry.
?GG: fair enough
CAT: Does that sound good to everyone?
?TT: Fine by me.
In summary: Basically what I would really appreciate happening is something that can logically follow. In the example of all of Argus's ships being destroyed, (which I expounded upon, but here it is again), "The Red Dragon crushes Argus's ships with oblivion energies" would have been perfectly fine. In the example of the Hard-Light Arrays, perhaps the Godmodder simply teleports them away. I mean, it's not like that will work more than once, but it would have worked more than saping the Sun that doesn't even power the arrays anymore. Although I never said that, but...Yeah. Or just teleport something inside them to block the power source. But seriously, all I'm asking for is a modicum of common sense instead of complete fiat. I'm not opposed to fiat-with-whitewash, which was the plan for this turn. But blatantly bashing down something without taking into consideration the obvious ways to get over a waist-high fence, to borrow a trope, is kind of aggravating.

About everything I brought up, I'm sorry. I've overblown all of this, especially the Homestuck part. I just got really angry when I felt like another thing has been ruined by Homestuck. I hate Homestuck, but don't actually know enough about it to say what is a reference to it most of the time. And I can say that logically speaking, Willow's story is NOT going to be as awesome as I've made it out to be. I'd like to find out more about the TVtropes version though. And maybe I will still play out Mikoto in DTG0, but not have a massive sidequest and everything else.

Eh. I wouldn't be too bothered, I get very...Intense when I'm into stuff like this. Also, I don't recommend the TvTropes version.. Piono isn't anything like Twin, and last I checked it was wrapping up. I got bored of it for a lot of reasons. It did get the Godmodder in the TvTropes Pantheon and outside of MCF, though, so it's OK.
Well, actually, I don't think the next GM has solidified their plans yet. For the most part, it'll be pretty open I think.
I think the person doing it will do a pretty good job though.
If you want to know some of the background:
the tvtropes universe is the single largest universe in the entire multiverse, consisting of slightly watered-down versions of most of the documented fictions on the tvtropes site. Yes, a ridiculously huge nested universe.
The leaders of the tvtropes universe are the gods of the tvtropes pantheon (just search pantheon and it'll bring up some pages) who are numerous different characters granted different levels of godhood for exemplifying certain tropes.
For the in-universe of the forum game itself, the tvtropes universe is connected to an Earth-like universe in much the way the Minecraft universe is. The only difference is on this Earth, the game is absolutely amazing. You can interact with characters (if they aren't busy) mess with physical representations of tropes, and lots of other stuff. Everyone wants to know who fast eddie (the guy who is sort of the founding father of tvtropes) is, because of the most amazing game ever coded.
Aside from that, research can be done by reading through the pantheon (for background on the pantheon) or the original tvtropes session itself (which, as tazz stated, is wrapping up.)
Yeah, basically we start with the Legs, then work our way up to the Chestplate, then the Arms, then the Head. We'll rearrange that as we see fit, but that's what we're gonna do.
If anyone doesn't really have an offensive slant, keep people healthy. NO RESPAWNS. Double for Split and Build, who are dire to keeping the Incarnate's attack power LOW.

[Client thread/INFO] [Natura]: TConstruct, we're going to take over the world!
There's a difference between a hero and a champion. A champion overcomes threats, but a hero overcomes fears.

Then there's also a Youtube channel I'm somewhat involved in.

Nope, sorry guys, no Destroy the Godmodder relevant stuff here...
At least, not yet.
When in doubt, calculate the mass of the Universe.

Basically what engie said, really. Status effects are serious business, and one would take care to eliminate all possibility of such beforehand.
