Hey! Surprise!! Its been about a week of hard programing, but I present to you, the 11th(?) Hunger Games! It took me 2 days to get java coding to work on my home computer. Luckily, Princeton.edu had an automagical installer. Anyway... Now with 60 tributes, passive abilities, AND mashup events! Its going to be great.
Oh, here's the official list of official-ness and the passives I coded in. I tried to get to as many suggestions as I could, but some had to be changed or not added due to programming difficulty/laziness.
1 Battle Hardened - No longer lose intelligence for killing other tributes
2 Adrenaline Rush - Start the game with 150 health, which decays over time.
3 Roid Rage - Whenever you gain strength from an event, gain 10% more.
4 Lightning Hands - Whenever you gain dexterity from an event, gain 10% more.
5 Fast Learner - Whenever you gain intelligence from an event, gain 10% more.
6 Plain Charming - Whenever you gain entities from an event, gain 10% more.
7 Creative Forge - Guess what? Whenever you gain alchemies from an event, gain 10% more.
8 Hardy - Maximum natural health increased to 150. Maximum total health increased to 250. You still start the game at 100 though.
9 Fast Healer - Recover twice the normal amount of hp per day.
10 Bloodlust - Killing another tribute increases all your stats (bar intelligence) by 5.
11 Unbreakable Spirit - Gain +20 to all stats when hp is below 20.
12 Armored - Whenever you take damage from an event, take 20% less.
13 Masochistic - Whenever you take damage, gain 1 in a random stat.
14 Will to Survive - You have a 20% chance to survive lethal damage with 1 hp.
15 Slow Start: Upon reaching Day 6, gain +5 to all stats.
16 Duelist: Gain +8 to each stat while in duels. Extra stats vanish when not fighting.
17 Loving It: Lose 2 INT every day, but gain 2 in STR every day.
18 Meatshield: Upon dropping below 50% HP, there is a 50% chance for your entities to take hits for you, lowering your Entities stat instead of HP.
19 Legbreaker: Reduces an enemy player's Dex by 1 point for every 5 HP of damage dealt to another player in a duel.
20 Armbreaker: Reduces an enemy player's Str by 1 point for every 5 HP of damage dealt to another player in a duel.
21 Disarmer: Reduces an enemy player's Alc by 1 point for every 5 HP of damage dealt to another player in a duel.
22 Skullcracker: Reduces an enemy player's Int by 1 point for every 5 HP of damage dealt to another player in a duel.
23 Silencer: Reduces an enemy player's Ent by 1 point for every 5 HP of damage dealt to another player in a duel.
24 Overwhelm: Gain damage multiplier in accordance to your Strength Stat, same as Psyche. Multiplier = (stat + 60) / 100
25 Momentum: Gain damage mutliplier in accordance with your Dex Stat, same as Psyche.
26 Psyche: Gain damage multiplier in accordance to your Intelligence Stat.
27 Hardchorale: Gain damage multiplier in accordance to your Entity Stat, same as Psyche.
28 Bigger Stick: Gain damage multiplier in accordance to your Alchemy stat, same as Psyche.
29 Juggernaut: Gain damage resistance in accordance to your Strength Stat. Your damage multiplier = ((-sqrt(x/500))/2)+1.05
30 Reflex: Gain Damage resistance in accordance to your Dex stat. Same as Tactical.
31 Tactical: Gain Damage resistance in accordance to your Intelligence Stat.
32 Unite Synchronize: Gain Damage resistance in accordance to your Entity Stat. Same as Tactical.
33 Unyielding Steel: Gain Damage resistance in accordance to your Alchemy Stat, same as Tactical.
34 Big Comeback: +30 to all stats upon resurrection.
35 Gamblingant: Whenever stats are raised or lowered (including HP), raise or lower them 10% more than what they were before. Want to take a gamble?
36 Gotta go fast! - Can participate in up to 3 events per day rather than 2. Could be terrible.
37 Lightning Draw - Much more likely to attack first in duels
38 Blood Mage - Whenever you try to heal but you're at your cap, gain other stats instead.
39 Lion's Might - Gain a +12 bonus to all strength checks for fatal events (not duels or mashup events)
40 Desperate Speed - Gain a +12 bonus to all dexterity checks for fatal events
41 There must be a way! - Gain a +8 bonus to all intelligence checks for fatal events
42 Spirit Link - Gain a +14 bonus to all entities checks for fatal events
43 Invention's Mother - Gain a +14 bonus to all alchemies checks for fatal events
44 Punching a Wall: Whenever someone deals damage to the player, they receive 1/5 of the damage for themselves.
200 Bleeding Heart - Killing another tribute now inflicts double the intelligence penalty.
201 Frail - Whenever you gain strength from an event, gain 10% less.
202 Hands like rocks - Like frail, but for dex.
203 Wait, who? - int version of frail
204 Your face is wrong! - ent version of frail
205 Creatively dead - alc version of frail
206 Komodo Dragon Bite - Don't recover health at the start of each day
207 Sabotaged - Start the game with only 60 health
208 Disaster Prone - Whenever one of your stats falls below 0, take triple damage rather than double. (-10s = 30 damage, not 20)
209 Radiation Sickness - Lose 1 str, dex, and int every turn.
210 Vegas - At the end of each day, all stats are changed by some value between -5 and 4
211 From the jaws of victory - Has a 5% chance to die from a fatal event even after passing the checks.
Now, if you want to suggest a tribute, please follow this format:

So for example...

Stats should total to 150. You get to pick 2 positive passives, or 3 if you pick a negative one as well. If you don't care about passives, you may add 5 to your stat total for each positive passive you pass up.
Please tell me if you find anything strange with the output as this is the first time I've done a serious run with passives and mashups. Also, When I first pasted this in, all the names were colored and stuff. But then all the color just... left. If you want to find your own tributes faster, open up all the spoilers and use ctrl+f.

The L[]rd worked with the Narrative to obtain plot-based power!. Oh boy... Netpatham was pestered by bats, driving them insane! The L[]rd entered the Hall of Fifteen Pokes. The L[]rd avoided getting poked. But only thanks to the power of the narrative. Umbra somehow came out of a bad fanfic alive. Magic Cueball tried to edit the event class of this program to tone down the difficulty of their next fatal event, but didn't realize they were in one now. The Boss Vortex and The Alchemiter went Trickster, chasing away Bleak and Wilson. The Boss Vortex went insane and bashed their head against a wall 14 times! The Alchemiter went insane and bashed their head against a wall 16 times!
And then The Alchemiter died of it!
FseftrAI walked off a cliff and looked down, causing cartoon gravity to take effect and they broke their legs. FseftrAI managed to stab them self in the foot for 10 damage! Foot stabbed from falling...
The L[]rd didn't defend the elevator cable and fell all the way to the bottom... Zand walked off a cliff and looked down, causing cartoon gravity to take effect and they broke their legs. Red dreams of alchemies to come. Engie saw a slender figu- *STATIC* Zetta noticed an extremly rare beatle while falling and forgot to hit the ground. Stan the Mime got the Metal Blades. Scratch, Wilson, and Binary encounter a Mech and manage to destroy it. Scratch thinks about killing Dave. Again. For real. Raven and Tempo sure do look cute sleeping together. YES! SHIPPED! wait... uh... Tempo? ... You uh... sure about that? /\stri/\ Was unable to post three times. Drat.
Pherix decided to join Tempo's cause. Pherix is going to be the BEST wingman... cat... thing. Stan the Mime managed to **** off the Narrative.Stan the Mime was so weak, they took 120 damage! Stan the Mime managed to stab themself in the foot for 80 damage! Stan the Mime went insane and bashed their head against a wall 150 times! Stan the Mime's entities were so disgruntled, they dealt 140 damage to him! Stan the Mime's alchemies backfired, dealing 190 damage to him!
And then Stan the Mime died of it!. Well, it doesn't happen all the time anymore. But that is a lot of damage.
Shattered Bill Cipher and Pane went Trickster, chasing away Binary and Eric. Bleak found some cool stuff in a chest. FseftrAI finds out he has a Split. Ikea did a nonspecific thing to add to their dexterity. Talist fends off the animatronics with noisemakers. Split is assailed by a broad variety of prophetic nightmares involving their own death. Tricky Introduces a load of Side Characters. Talist thought they saw a shooting star, but it was a flare set off by Pricy. TIE-Hivemind found a Buster Sword, and trained to wield it! Dark Pit fought off residual bits of the Glitch. Willow Challenges Rage to Super Smash Bros. They win. /\stri/\ dodges a car. Willow had their ancestral artifact jacked by Tazz. That she didn't have... InsertNameHere suffered the fate of Kurak!. Vriska played some late-night table stickball with Shattered Bill Cipher. Tricky was confronted by a pack of mutants! Tricky destroyed every single last one of them! Build spends a 5 post charge to make a tent. Zand got nope'd by the curse of repetition. Zand's entities were so disgruntled, they dealt 150 damage to him!
And then Zand died of it!
Dark Pit listened to awesome music all day. A bit lazy. Tazz and Purple attempted to hack into a computer server. Tazz messed it up for Purple by tripping a security system for them. Tazz went insane and bashed their head against a wall 6 times! Proof noticed an extremely rare beetle while falling and forgot to hit the ground. Pit looked up the necronomicon. Pit went insane and bashed their head against a wall 151 times!
And then Pit died of it!. Exactly 151 times. Pit must have had some kind of passive.
OWAKS wonders how to get rid of the grinding noises. OWAKS throws some alchemies into SCP-882. Success!
Having lost some sanity, TECHPIECE hallucinates living tables and chairs. Midna rallied the masses to their aid. The Brick Wall grew paranoid of a second Trickster/Grimdark war. Piono saw Ire's magnificent chair fort, and felt enlightened. Slightly. Build, Split, Hank, and Zetta sat around a campfire and told ghost stories. Tazz did a nonspecific thing to add to their dexterity. The Brick Wall managed to insta-summon a Player without conseuqence. Raven bought enough gold to satisfy the Illuminati. Maniac spends their turn attacking Geometry Dash's summons.Geometry Dash's entities were so disgruntled, they dealt 14 damage to him!
Maniac read "Dungeon Locks for Dimwits". Proof's skills, weapons and entities couldn't save him from the Tabletop Army. Pricy worked on a mech with Purple.
It was ruined thanks to Pricy. JUST LIKE EVERYTHING. Sorry, that was mean. Pricy went insane and bashed their head against a wall 5 times! The Boss Vortex changed allegiances. Eric stole the captcha codes for the entire list of Spoils. Geometry Dash was killed by an extremely hostile spycrab. Hank celebrated their cake-day!. HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!! It official, Hank's birthday is.. uh... day 2.
Whoa! IreCreeper faked their own death but is back now! He really did make it out of Mime Hell! Purple encounters an Extremely Lethal Puppy and gets killed. Vriska saw a noob's antics and lost it, calling the PPC on them. I think we'll see some of those coming up... Netpatham awakens to 1st Guardian Powers of the Red Sun. TIE-Hivemind made an excellent FnaF fangame! Would you play it? A game made by a super computer? Midna became Medium Aware. TECHPIECE managed to insta-summon a Player without conseuqence. Epilog:
I think that's the highest stats anyone has ever ended the games at. A total of... 435.5 points. Hank survived 3 murder attempts thanks to his amazing strength I suppose. Quick, think of something funny to go here... uh... Hank knew there was actually a secret plot formed against him for all the other tributes to try and murder him as much as possible. So, he had prepared for this. After the Godmodder was killed so early on, he dropped his entire supply of Godmodder dummies, so Hank took the chance and stole them all. He then spent his birthday repainting them all to look like him. Best birthday party ever. Then he planted them all around the arena so no body would know which one was the real one. It was a great plan, and earned him the victory. He climbs onto the Victor's Ship in triumph and it soars off into the sunset. Thousands of years pass and the arena is worn away to nothing and all memory of it fades. Eventually, a group of archeologists find the outskirts of the arena, with its strange broken force field technology. Interested, they dig around more and uncover hundreds, no, thousands of these strange statues hidden around the place. They are about the size of a normal Minecraftian and are covered in faded paint. The archeologists conclude that this must have been an ancient temple and these are representations of the god that was worshiped all those thousands of years ago. But then why would they be hidden? Maybe it was during the time of a religious war and worship of this god was banned. That would mean the arena was an ancient city and the home of the support for this forbidden god. What kind of strange powers did the people of old attribute to this god? No body knows as very little written material was found around the area. Maybe that is just a mystery of the ages.
The funny part was where Metal Gear EXCELSUS, which resembles a massive spider in a way, got trashed by Wilson, for probably the same reason that Raiden trashed Metal Gear EXCELSUS in canon.

Hey! Surprise!! Its been about a week of hard programing, but I present to you, the 11th(?) Hunger Games! It took me 2 days to get java coding to work on my home computer. Luckily, Princeton.edu had an automagical installer. Anyway... Now with 60 tributes, passive abilities, AND mashup events! Its going to be great.
Oh, here's the official list of official-ness and the passives I coded in. I tried to get to as many suggestions as I could, but some had to be changed or not added due to programming difficulty/laziness.
1 Battle Hardened - No longer lose intelligence for killing other tributes
2 Adrenaline Rush - Start the game with 150 health, which decays over time.
3 Roid Rage - Whenever you gain strength from an event, gain 10% more.
4 Lightning Hands - Whenever you gain dexterity from an event, gain 10% more.
5 Fast Learner - Whenever you gain intelligence from an event, gain 10% more.
6 Plain Charming - Whenever you gain entities from an event, gain 10% more.
7 Creative Forge - Guess what? Whenever you gain alchemies from an event, gain 10% more.
8 Hardy - Maximum natural health increased to 150. Maximum total health increased to 250. You still start the game at 100 though.
9 Fast Healer - Recover twice the normal amount of hp per day.
10 Bloodlust - Killing another tribute increases all your stats (bar intelligence) by 5.
11 Unbreakable Spirit - Gain +20 to all stats when hp is below 20.
12 Armored - Whenever you take damage from an event, take 20% less.
13 Masochistic - Whenever you take damage, gain 1 in a random stat.
14 Will to Survive - You have a 20% chance to survive lethal damage with 1 hp.
15 Slow Start: Upon reaching Day 6, gain +5 to all stats.
16 Duelist: Gain +8 to each stat while in duels. Extra stats vanish when not fighting.
17 Loving It: Lose 2 INT every day, but gain 2 in STR every day.
18 Meatshield: Upon dropping below 50% HP, there is a 50% chance for your entities to take hits for you, lowering your Entities stat instead of HP.
19 Legbreaker: Reduces an enemy player's Dex by 1 point for every 5 HP of damage dealt to another player in a duel.
20 Armbreaker: Reduces an enemy player's Str by 1 point for every 5 HP of damage dealt to another player in a duel.
21 Disarmer: Reduces an enemy player's Alc by 1 point for every 5 HP of damage dealt to another player in a duel.
22 Skullcracker: Reduces an enemy player's Int by 1 point for every 5 HP of damage dealt to another player in a duel.
23 Silencer: Reduces an enemy player's Ent by 1 point for every 5 HP of damage dealt to another player in a duel.
24 Overwhelm: Gain damage multiplier in accordance to your Strength Stat, same as Psyche. Multiplier = (stat + 60) / 100
25 Momentum: Gain damage mutliplier in accordance with your Dex Stat, same as Psyche.
26 Psyche: Gain damage multiplier in accordance to your Intelligence Stat.
27 Hardchorale: Gain damage multiplier in accordance to your Entity Stat, same as Psyche.
28 Bigger Stick: Gain damage multiplier in accordance to your Alchemy stat, same as Psyche.
29 Juggernaut: Gain damage resistance in accordance to your Strength Stat. Your damage multiplier = ((-sqrt(x/500))/2)+1.05
30 Reflex: Gain Damage resistance in accordance to your Dex stat. Same as Tactical.
31 Tactical: Gain Damage resistance in accordance to your Intelligence Stat.
32 Unite Synchronize: Gain Damage resistance in accordance to your Entity Stat. Same as Tactical.
33 Unyielding Steel: Gain Damage resistance in accordance to your Alchemy Stat, same as Tactical.
34 Big Comeback: +30 to all stats upon resurrection.
35 Gamblingant: Whenever stats are raised or lowered (including HP), raise or lower them 10% more than what they were before. Want to take a gamble?
36 Gotta go fast! - Can participate in up to 3 events per day rather than 2. Could be terrible.
37 Lightning Draw - Much more likely to attack first in duels
38 Blood Mage - Whenever you try to heal but you're at your cap, gain other stats instead.
39 Lion's Might - Gain a +12 bonus to all strength checks for fatal events (not duels or mashup events)
40 Desperate Speed - Gain a +12 bonus to all dexterity checks for fatal events
41 There must be a way! - Gain a +8 bonus to all intelligence checks for fatal events
42 Spirit Link - Gain a +14 bonus to all entities checks for fatal events
43 Invention's Mother - Gain a +14 bonus to all alchemies checks for fatal events
44 Punching a Wall: Whenever someone deals damage to the player, they receive 1/5 of the damage for themselves.
200 Bleeding Heart - Killing another tribute now inflicts double the intelligence penalty.
201 Frail - Whenever you gain strength from an event, gain 10% less.
202 Hands like rocks - Like frail, but for dex.
203 Wait, who? - int version of frail
204 Your face is wrong! - ent version of frail
205 Creatively dead - alc version of frail
206 Komodo Dragon Bite - Don't recover health at the start of each day
207 Sabotaged - Start the game with only 60 health
208 Disaster Prone - Whenever one of your stats falls below 0, take triple damage rather than double. (-10s = 30 damage, not 20)
209 Radiation Sickness - Lose 1 str, dex, and int every turn.
210 Vegas - At the end of each day, all stats are changed by some value between -5 and 4
211 From the jaws of victory - Has a 5% chance to die from a fatal event even after passing the checks.
Now, if you want to suggest a tribute, please follow this format:

So for example...

Stats should total to 150. You get to pick 2 positive passives, or 3 if you pick a negative one as well. If you don't care about passives, you may add 5 to your stat total for each positive passive you pass up.
Please tell me if you find anything strange with the output as this is the first time I've done a serious run with passives and mashups. Also, When I first pasted this in, all the names were colored and stuff. But then all the color just... left. If you want to find your own tributes faster, open up all the spoilers and use ctrl+f.

Epilog:
I think that's the highest stats anyone has ever ended the games at. A total of... 435.5 points. Hank survived 3 murder attempts thanks to his amazing strength I suppose. Quick, think of something funny to go here... uh... Hank knew there was actually a secret plot formed against him for all the other tributes to try and murder him as much as possible. So, he had prepared for this. After the Godmodder was killed so early on, he dropped his entire supply of Godmodder dummies, so Hank took the chance and stole them all. He then spent his birthday repainting them all to look like him. Best birthday party ever. Then he planted them all around the arena so no body would know which one was the real one. It was a great plan, and earned him the victory. He climbs onto the Victor's Ship in triumph and it soars off into the sunset. Thousands of years pass and the arena is worn away to nothing and all memory of it fades. Eventually, a group of archeologists find the outskirts of the arena, with its strange broken force field technology. Interested, they dig around more and uncover hundreds, no, thousands of these strange statues hidden around the place. They are about the size of a normal Minecraftian and are covered in faded paint. The archeologists conclude that this must have been an ancient temple and these are representations of the god that was worshiped all those thousands of years ago. But then why would they be hidden? Maybe it was during the time of a religious war and worship of this god was banned. That would mean the arena was an ancient city and the home of the support for this forbidden god. What kind of strange powers did the people of old attribute to this god? No body knows as very little written material was found around the area. Maybe that is just a mystery of the ages.
