If they truly are, indeed, trolls, I don't see any "pain". Trolls are just out there to annoy. If they are not trolls and are genuine players, we have possibly been too harsh but I am confused as to why Pricey would blatantly break the rules like that if he was not one.

Okay. You don't have to join. In fact, the vast majority of people don't join. WOAH!! IMAGINE THAT! The thing about Pricy was that he was warned somewhere close to 73 and a half million times yet kept plugging away at annoying Twin and most of the other players. I'm not really sure how you can agree with Pricy because there isn't much to agree with, but if you want to, go ahead. The whole group of players aren't waiting with burning pitchforks to crucify anyone who joins. They will if you go a month or so ignoring all warnings and annoying players.
Good luck with whatever you want to do with your DTG-less time.
