Hah. I think we can amend the contract to his one complaint.

"In regards to section B, duties of Bill Cipher under this Contract, things considered to affect the War: Using mind-affecting powers on any living organism in the Trifecta, effecting deals that will cause any chain of cause-and-effect that will cause effects in the War, and/or failing to do something, in such circumstances that failing to do said something will cause any cause-and-effect chain that will cause effects in the War."

I'm going to ask him to switch 'Directly' with 'Intentionally' in his addendum, but otherwise the deal is on. This way there's no chance he can bother with us. OK?

Very well. I find it kind of exhilarating that this has actually worked, and I am about to make a deal with a mind demon, though Tazz gets ALL the credit. All of it.

On a completely different note, I feel as if I trust people too much. I mean, I am completely okay with manipulative little [REDACTED] like Scratch, Vriska, and, to a far lesser extent, as he does not seem as manipulative, Bill. Even to the point of defending Scratch when Piono tried to fight him in Act 2. I assure you, I know these people are all extremely horrible people, and have both directly and directly killed innocent people, but I cannot help but find all the good qualities in other people before the other... stuff. Even right now, I still really enjoy Scratch as a character, despite having been present for 97% of Piono's rants about how he hates him. Perhaps it is because I am merely more impressionable, for all my time spent ranting about the importance of the mind, and about how I value mental power far more than physical.

Whichever. I think I need to stop venting my emotions here. Perhaps get a blog, or some other form of equally useless contrivance.

Yeah... erelye? Most of those rants about Scratch annoy me now too. Honestly I'm really hoping twin does a good job of fixing up the poor dialogue that I made at that point in time because most of it is horribly out of character, not to mention childish. Scratch is an interesting character, Vriska's probably my favorite from Homestuck, and Bill's pretty interesting too. Those kinds of characters are fun.
They aren't all necessarily the kind of person you'd like to be friends with in real life, but they're all fun as characters.

Anyhow, I didn't exactly say I don't like the characters. They are all amazing, and I am extremely grateful they exist, as I probably wouldn't be here without their existence. I said they are all manipulative, and usually horrible people. That does not stop me from liking them immensely. They are very fun characters. Also, I do actually have friends like them (well, not Bill, but he's irreplaceable). It's a long story.

Huh. I don't really have any friends like that. Most of the friends I have would qualify for main character slots in a story, not as the villain.

After reading Piono's first post on DTG1, I've realized how much we have all grown. From being complete noobs that later on regret what they said, to being full-fledged players with many talents relating to their story.

Most of my friends are like I stated. However, they are still great people. I would say that I have around one friend who would actually qualify as a protagonist, and, even then, he would probably end up taking over the world after the villain was out of the way.

I know. I write stories for a living, or at least look over them to sedate the wishes of my elders to prepare for reality while I'm still in school .

In this case, the terms 'villain' and 'antagonist' are remarkably similar to each others, as you assuredly noticed.

Given that most of those I consider to be friends are robotics nerds, they don't really have the kind of personality to be a major character. Nor do I, admittedly, but whatever.

Aaanyway, I certainly liked Scratch as a character, but then I thought Sauron was kinda cool too, doesn't mean I wouldn't kill em' given half a chance.

Friends? Who are these 'friends' people you speak of?
