I also find it amusing how people are attempting to heal Bill via concrete scientific reasons. How do you restore omniscience with science? You don't. Either Life, magic, or perhaps some other unexplainable method are the only ways.

It's definitely not going to be implants, as Bill is 2D and the only feasible chioce (Magic Cueballs) will be fogged by Binary to make sure Bill doesn't turn against him in full (or even just leave). Honestly, magical methods are all I can think of that would actually work-and 'life energy' doesn't instantly mean Magic. IE, the good old Mediguns. Granted, I consider Alchemy to be another form of Magic...Or rather, chemistry with magical items. But yeah. I may not have totally thought that part all the way through, but I think some of us can empower the ones who can, so I guess, all well that ends well?

Then again, I am a partially insane elven wizard living in another universe, in-game. No wonder. I have two different views of the term alchemy. First, and foremost, Homestuck alchemization, the stuff we do on an everyday basis to forge weapons, a combination of magic, and "wacky science," as John put it, though it would be more accurate if I said whimsical chemistry. Then, thaumaturgical alchemy, involving the usage of things such as magic tallow, the heatless light and the lightless heat, and essentia generation/purification/distribution/manipulation.

Of course, while true omniscience is quite, quite beyond the abilities of science as I know it, it might be possible to implant him with an ultra-high-powered prediction system, allowing him to mathematically predict every theoretically possible outcome to everything, ever, at least within the provided extrapolation dataset. He'd need a constant source of a lot of energy, and some willingness to accept the imperfect nature of such devices, but it is a possibility.
As for normal vision, eyes are hardly difficult to come by, are they?
