Hmm... I suppose engie did something useful.
He pulls out the microsoft mashup, putting away the fusionthrower, extends the grappling-hammer attachment, and uses it to pull the nether star to himself.
I'm sure that most of the traps are disabled, but I still don't think I want to risk my life on this. I've died too many times already.
As the nether star comes closer to him he rushes to the exit, pulling the nether star behind him, and does not stop running until he reaches the exit or encounters something blocking him.
I assume there is something special about this nether star?

I had a very long post about this but I accidentally clicked on an ad and now it all got deleted, so I'll try and keep this short. (And yes, this is shorter than what I had before)thanks AT&T, it's all your fault
No one seems to realize what a horror Engie has just inflected. Scratch, aren't you the one who told us to view this as more than a game? Your reasoning of that the creatures in the Nether are for killing is viewing this as a game, something you told us to avoid. If everything in the Nether is made to be killed, then so are endermen. Also, one of the most common mobs in the Nether is a zombie pigman, a neutral mob. Even if we assume that every single living thing in the Nether is a soulless monster made solely to be killed AND that the Nether is not the core of the overworld(the most likely location for a "hell" biome) Engie has still mostly destroyed the art of brewing. Blaze rods are gone now, so Wilson will never be able to make another strength potion or fire resistance potion. Glowstone is gone as well, so upgrading potions will be far harder now. The supply of Netherwart has plummeted, and that is the base of almost all potions. Once Wilson finds out about this, he will hate you Engie pretty much until the end of all time. You were faced with about ten mobs, so obviously the only reasonable course of action is to destroy everything in the Nether. You've killed players as well, not just the people in the basement. If we share this Nether with the ten million other people on this server, don't you think at least a million or so of them would have built a house, base, or something else in the Nether? What do you think has just happened to all of that? To all the people in them at the time? Scratch said himself that the only structure left is that temple.
I am a little more than upset. Let me tell you something: my diplomacy with the dragon and my research about magma were the two hardest things I had ever done in DTG. I spent about two to three hours on those for nothing. At least Ereyle had to sacrifice himself in order to carry out his absurd plan. But this time? Scratch, you let a psychopath destroy an entire dimension full of living, breathing creatures with almost no charge time, almost no personal sacrifice, no justification, nothing like that, and then you extol him for his actions, calling them "a service". Would it be "a service" if someone razed your manor to the ground, stomped on the ashes, and then salted the land? Your manor is full of creatures that "cannot be reasoned with". So therefor, by your own logic, you would pay someone for the "service" of burning down your manor.
You could just not quote me and ignore me now, but I'm fairly sure that anyone who reads all of this rant will see that I have a point, several actually. Engie, I'm charging you with genocide, excessive damage to civilian property, war crimes, betrayal in combat, heinous environmental damage, and use of chemical weaponry on civilians. If you know the art of war, you should know that there are consequences for your actions. What do you have to say for yourself?

The thought of how strange it is to be listening to someone in a silent room crosses Wilson's mind. really it is much better than actual speech. longer range, passes through materials, and we can select who hears what. but in that previous fight, no one was too concerned about that. it is quite rare for us to ever encounter creatures other than humans and other endermen that can pick up our speech. Y- you can understand me? yes, i can, which is another benefit of telepathy. pure thoughts transgress language barriers. it's how we knew you were listening. most of us didn't care about you being there. however, some wanted you killed on the spot for interloping. you have come at a time of great tension. moving you was the compromise.
Wilson walks up the stairway. He had never seen an End portal, and this was probably the closest he'd get to seeing a black opal again. He looks through the frame at the lava below. Wait, this is a frame right? And all the eyes are in, so why is there no portal? Is this what has happened? You can't get home? to a degree, yes, this is what has happened. none of us were witnesses to what happened, so we cannot say exactly what happened. but yes, we cannot get home. our home is gone. What? B-but, destroying an entire dimension? What could do such a thing?

He runs to the exit, and rushes out onto the frozen plateau. Suddenly, a piece of the ground falls away in front of him.
Oh void.
He jumps, rather than attempting to stop skidding, and slices the void of heat through the air, then lands on the brand new platform of ice. He continues running without missing a step, then plunges through the nether portal back into the gauntlet.

The only reason they attack you is because, 1. you attacked them, 2. they are protecting something, or 3. they are surprised that you are here. What Engie just did was he destroyed an innocent nation! That's almost as bad as what happened in Ender's Game!! That is why I went insane. Engie destroyed my home, my people, my subjects, my resources. Good job Engie. You have now been cursed.

I doubt the IUPC is going to have the backbone to keep that up if he goes back to reclaim his power.

Although engie, as you are, picking this fight is fruitless for you, and detrimental.
If you have to spend time fighting through hordes of lost souls whenever you want to respawn, regaining your power will be exponentially more difficult than it already will be.
I take the TELESCOPE, COMPUTER and DISC READER from the group inventory.
I then proceed to remodify and attach the TELESCOPE to my rifle, scrap the COMPUTER for MECHANICAL PARTS and take the LASER from the DISC READER in order to work in tandem with the computer scrap and creation of a basic SNIPER RIFLE. The modifications will take a while. 1/4

I then proceed to remodify and attach the TELESCOPE to my rifle, scrap the COMPUTER for MECHANICAL PARTS and take the LASER from the DISC READER in order to work in tandem with the computer scrap and creation of a basic SNIPER RIFLE. The modifications will take a while. 1/4
