I take whatever I just made (that was a && alchemization) and go looking for a piece of the Virus. I tear it off, reducing integrity by about 1%, and start heading back to the Alchemiter.
If my X-Needles, or whatever they're called, are weapons, then I use them to attack the Courage Wolf.
I try to use my spoilbomb on the virus! It seems a bit more important than charging my player ?????????? module.
EDIT: Also, Twin, I must complement you on your excellent job with the main post! That must have taken a while to put together! I'll probably use the alchemiting system once my current charge is finished and I don't have any other pressing virus-related concerns.

Umm, Twin? The Molten Processor was supposed to have a longer cooldown (4 or 5 turns?) in return for multiple targets, medium-heavy damage, and Damage over Time.

I asked you if you really wanted to do this in a yes/no question. And I'm still slightly confused by what you mean. Do you mean a new world as in like a new italicized thing like The Wily Egg Zone, or do you just want me to add these entities to the battlefield. And just so you know, if you want me to add this, the Godmodder is going to notice and attack your forces.

The Everydimensional Portal cannot be corrupted because it doesn't have a health bar! The only way for it to be removed is for players to vote for it to be removed.
I summon spirits of the dead to distract Insanity Wolf, then do a classic orbit drop (flying in from orbit to gain huge velocity on an HHH smashing attack that deals brutal damage) into its head, stunning it and letting the dead spirits swarm it on the ground.
You use the HHH's Headtaker! The Spirits of the Dead combined with your attack deal 7,500 damage!
I find a member of UOSS crew (yes, there are crew on it), and task him with figuring out how to use the alchemy device to combine the Rifle and Cheap Sword into a sword cannon, then telling me how I can do it if only players can do that.
Meanwhile, I open the gates of hell... causing craploads of lava to fall out and incinerate Insanity Wolf (the spirits of the dead are able to move fast enough to escape).
I tell the alchemist crewmember to abort mission, then fire a freeze ray at the lava that just got poured on the Insanity Wolf, stunning it for a turn as it escapes a rocky prison.

How do the Vord work?
Basically, once the new queen comes, the queen acts as sort of a spawner of sorts, becoming the base for the vord swarm, continually spreading the croach which acts as a food source, alarm system, and home all at once. Charges are funneled into the queen to give her increased strength.
The strength is drained to spawning the different types of vord, the more powerful they are and the more quickly they can be summoned, the more strength they use (vord types can be reabsorbed, putting the strength back into the pool). Strength can be diverted away from, or added to Vord types to make less or more of them. Any strength not being used for the queen can be diverted into the croach to make it more durable and spread faster, or left in the pool, where it increases the strength of the queen to defend herself. Any Vord other than the queen separated from the croach by a significant distance die almost immediately.
Strength can be gained another way: through the croach. The croach absorbs all life in the landscape, removing it and adding it to the strength of the Vord, and so the only way for the Vord to lose strength is through mass destruction of the croach. Removing all strength points from the croach is a bad idea, as the croach is required to make any armies of significant size and the queen cannot take on the godmodder on her own.
Yes, the queen is anti-goddmodder, but only because I need him out of the way.

You got the KINECT WANDS! These seems to be long white needles that you can use in conjunction with XBOX 360 Kinect. Maybe they can also turn into a controller...? Also you don't know whether or not this was because of your alchemy, but your Xbox suddenly got a nice yarn cover!

Insanity Wolf destroys the Carrier, but is caught under fire by the UOSS and takes 5,000 damage! The Godmodder heals Insanity Wolf for 2,000 HP and deals 7,500 damage to Courage Wolf!
The Godmodder notices the Alchemiter that the AG forces have set up in their base! He realizes that they may not even know how to use it and chuckles at the thought. Seeing at how he can conjure up anything out of existence, he doesn't feel the need to use it yet. But it might pose a threat for later...he waveringly glances at the items they are already starting to conjure up.
