((Also, twin, I'd just like to say thanks for everything you've done. I and quite a few of my IRL friends (I rant about DTG a lot) are looking forward to Trifecta. Fortunately for you if you decide to do it, you don't have to do constant updates on a webcomic. I mean, look at Manly Guys Doing Manly Things, or Order of the Stick. Two of the most popular webcomics out there, and they do a single strip a week. I'd like more often than that, but I'm greedy that way. Basically, once you've finished DTG2, Trifecta or no, take it easy. And if you do Trifecta, remember to pace yourself, since we're just hoping for the occasional update. You've already more than outdone yourself with daily updates in the forum game.))
I update every other day in Brothers in Harms, but then again, it's pretty small. Agreed on the updates, he might be more tired than Andrew Hussie himself after updating each day.
By the way, you think I could produce a spin-off?

The world around the Bleak suddenly turns still and colourless. Everything has stopped in mid-pose. Well, when I say everything, there's just one exception.
A figure, head entirely covered by a single gray hoodie, cloak billowing out behind him in a wind that does not blow, walks forth towards The Bleak. Strangely, the figure does not appear to be carrying any weaponry.
If you knew who this figure was, you would instantly realize that he does not need weaponry. Not here. Especially not against something as insignificant as a Mime Golem, which described The Bleak quite well.
The figure stops short from reaching The Bleak, staring with unseen eyes. The floor appears to twist and turn, extreme levels of physical stress crushing the material like paper. A threat, in and of itself, which does not need to be spoken.
Suddenly, in a flash of light, the figure appears in the unmoving air, forcing matter out of the way without even registering it's presence. It turns to regard some people over the other side of the 4th wall, quite similar to it, all participants, then turns back to The Bleak.
In case you haven't figured it out yet...
IT'S ME
Suddenly, a Narrative fluctuation, directly forced by the figure, hurls The Bleak against a wall. Specifically, the 4th wall. The figure kicks hard, shattering the 4th wall and dumping The Bleak into the real world. The figure's world.
OUR world.
The physics of the real world, while having the immediate effect of depowering the figure, take a much greater toll on The Bleak. It was an abomination, designed without consideration of the physics of true reality, and so the real world rejects it vehemently. Gravity brings The Bleak literally to it's knees, the Square Cube law utterly destroying it, alongside the horribly mismatched biology and mechanical issues of such a being tearing at the Bleak's very existence. The figure stands there, watching the Bleak suffer.
The figure smiles, for it is both extremely sadistic, and likely to be a sociopath. This smile does not show up, due to the face obscuring clothing it wears, but the body language is there.
After an hour of realism exposure utterly ruins the Bleak beyond belief, the figure pulls out a keyboard and types out a few lines. As a result, the Narrative, in the form of a clawed hand, grabs the Bleak by the ribcage, yanking it back into the world of Minecraftia. The figure watches, then gestures, the 4th wall repairing itself.
Reality begins to work again, and time progresses as normal. To everyone watching, it is as if the air shimmered, followed by the Bleak spontaneously suffering severe wounds. However, the 4th wall breakers collectively feel a chill run up their spines. As if someone responsible for maintaining the plot just personally stepped in.
As for the Author Avatars of the story, they know damn well what just happened. Including myself.

I call the flaming barbed wire out: How can you be FLAMING? You're METAL! Metal doesn't burn, or at least, not for long! But then I realize the barbed wire is actually wood, which makes sense. Not only that, but if you touch the wire, there'll be splinters EVERYWHERE! But then I point out that the wooden barbed wire must be made from Ysgrassdil's wood or whatever tree is nearby. The barbed wire counters by saying that no, that's not true at all, or even a little. I counter by realizing that it's okay to destroy the barbed wire, but then I realize that I don't need to, since it already burned itself away with the fire.

I begin a new charge. ENTD System 1/50. It's boosted to 2/50 from Erelye.
I open the Book of Contracts, Mile Vincula, and insert a card, calling up a heavy staff of iron banded with gold. Shinchintetsu Jizaikon, the artifact of Ku Fei. I swing it around to point at Hellspawn, commanding the staff to lengthen. It smacks Hellspawn in the face, knocking him back. I command the staff to grow, increasing its radius. I shorten the staff and leap into melee with Hellspawn, smacking him around with what is essentially a replica of the legendary Staff of the Monkey King. I give him several whacks with the heavy staff before leaping back and repeating my distance-attack trick, giving him a considerably greater blow. I dismiss the staff and then the book, storing it away for my next attack with it.
I consider the cloud of termites carefully, before summoning a topiary golem to massacre the termites. Their flesh-eating status overrides their normal ability to eat wood, rendering them defenseless against the topiary golem's exquisitely manicured fists. I spray some combined fertilizer and bug spray on the golem, boosting his attack power. Eventually, though, his leg snaps in half from regular termites, and I send him back to his maze home out of pity.

I pull out Ends of the Earth, and tap into the incredibly deep symbolic meaning. I then give up on the symbolic meaning and teleport the Bleak onto a model of Earth, at roughly quarter scale. The Bleak quickly realizes that this model of the Earth is weirdly flat, and I soon show him why. I nock an arrow, and pull back the bowstring, causing the ends of this Earth to curve in on each other. The Bleak quickly gets caught in this model Earth, and I loose the arrow, shooting straight through the Ribcage.

He is NOT gonna die, they're going to have to go through me to get at Laiko. Lets let the lead fly. Goddmodder is due to die.
I call dibs on his glove.
Oh, yeah, before I forget: I radio in for backup from W.O.R.M.S. Suddenly a concrete donkey statue magically appears from the ceiling and bashes itself against the remaining nail the Bleak has several times, an explosion rocking it each time, before it hits the floor, destroys the floor, and falls forever downwards, until it magically vanishes at ground level.

I draw the Thorns of Oglogoth, staring at the Bleak with a mixture of uncaring coldness and mere stoicism, if there can ever be such an amalgamation. My mind is twisted enough, I suppose. I point the wands at the Bleak, and slash them through the air. A pattern in the universe becomes painfully evident to those insane enough to sight it. Time and space seem to bend around the Grimdark energy being emitted from the Thorns. I begin waving the twin wands through the air, making obscure patterns, unknowable and incomprehensible. The Grimdark energy races down the rods, coating my entire body in a fell tentacular aura. I flick the wands, and a burst of Grimdark thorns erupts from my aura, arcing towards the Bleak, piercing directly through its ribcage. Within moments, the eldritch energies disintegrate the ribs in their entirety. I stride forwards, muttering in an eldritch tongue. The fabric of reality seems to ebb away around the Bleak, pulsating wildly with the energies of something beyond reason and understanding. Plumes of inky black liquid pour from the apparent wounds in spacetime, heralding the arrival of innumerable eldritch tentacles, oily, black, smooth tentacular shapes, emanating occult magics. The tentacles wrap around the Bleak in the thousands, trying to bore into the body of the Bleak, seemingly growing into it. The tentacles continue to constrict the Bleak. In fact, I use the Spare Tentacle on the Bleak, if possible.

I pull out the Rod of Phyrexia, and toss a glob of glistening oil at Mariachi Joe. Upon impact, the oil manages to immediately infiltrate his suit, rendering him completely under my control for a limited time. I use that time well, and begin rifling through his mind, deleting and changing at the speed of thought, and also ripping any useful information from his Pyronic brain. Once I've found everything I can, I quickly hack into his motor neurons and command him to attack himself. He does, but the inherent power in the brain of a Godmodder-sanctioned boss completely blocks any attempt to turn him to the AG side. Heh, expected as much. I don't particularly want to anyway. Eventually, the magic homes in on the glistening oil and burns it out, but not without a good bit of damage being inflicted to Mariachi Joe.
Continuing, I spray a fine mist of the glistening oil at any remaining termites, any I infect being immediately hit with a pulse of mind-destroying magic and killed. I don't know if this swarm can be completely eradicated, but I intend to try.
I introduce the barbed wire to his cousin, the barbed piece of string! The barbed wire mocks the string and makes it cry. The string, determined to get revenge, goes on an epic quest, until it is the WORLD'S HARDEST PIECE OF STRING! Finally, it returns to the wire! The wire attempts to mock it further, but this only angers the piece of string, until it leaps onto the barbed wire and rips every single barb off of it, one by one, in the most painful way possible!

Suddenly, from the ground, an ominous rumbling sound is heard, and the sky starts to blaze golden despite it being nighttime due to the mimes! People drop to their feet! The tower is rattled to its very foundations, leaving many wondering what exactly is going on.
Of course, I know what is going on. What is going on is the coming of the truth, the TRUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUTH!!!
Suddenly, from beneath the floor we're on rises a MASSIVE, golden hand, larger than even the Bleak, and initially bright as the sun! The Golden hand turns its lights down to a mere glow, but this doesn't stop the intensity of its aura-the aura of TRUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUTH!!! I quickly place before it a massive golden statue of a golden hand, clearly made in its likeness!
"Oh great Hand of Truth! We call upon you in our most dire hour! Your incredible power is needed now! Cleanse this abomination from the land and destroy it utterly, great Hand of Truth!"
The Hand quickly forms into a Thumbs up before reverting to an open palm, proving that it accepts the offering and will, temporarily, lend aid to our cause! It 'looks' towards the Bleak with contempt-unjust, lying thing! Ye shall be purged!
WARNING! WARNING! A HUGE STAT BLOCK FROM The_Nonexistent_Tazz IS APPROACHING FAST!
THE HAND OF TRUTH: [AG] 2,000,000/2,000,000 HP
THE ONE AND ONLY TRUE HAND: The Hand has no need for avatars: It will ALWAYS appear in its true form, otherwise it would not be THE HAND OF TRUTH. That said, it will willingly leave at 9/10ths of its HP, or 1,800,000 HP (or less), so that the fairness of the OP Scale may be preserved. (In other words it has effectively 200,000 HP, but will officially leave the battlefield of its own accord rather than dying.)
THE PRESERVATION OF THE TRUE FOLLOWERS: The Hand protects its followers from all sources of corruption, including death. While the members of HAT FILMS live, one of them will be randomly buffed (per turn) with the HAND’S GUIDANCE, which lasts for that turn only and will cause attacks to miss 25% of the time by the glorious truth of the hand showing them where to lay their feet. In addition, while the Hand of Truth stands, it will passively prevent them from attacking each other by any means.
THE FOUR FORMS OF THE HAND: The Hand takes four forms in its many appearances: The OPEN PALM OF ALL-KNOWING (an open palm, duh), the SIGN OF TRUE VICTORY (a V-gesture), and THE FIST OF RIGHTEOUS WAY (a fist, duh). There is also its most mighty form possible, the GOLDEN GESTICULATION (which is a specific gesture that would be rude in any other context), but that is a special attack as its power is beyond the other three, so it is restrained to a special move. Each form grants bonuses to its assigned moves, specifically doubling their potency-either granting doubled duration, doubled power, or doubled amount, depending on the move itself. The Hand starts out in the OPEN PALM OF ALL-KNOWING form. Changing from one form to another will involve moving to an attack that requires its form-but obviously this means no buffs for the moves. You'll see that they're not the best without being in the proper form. In laymans terms, it can use any move, but if it's in the proper form WHEN it executes it will do so at full power. Using any move will cause the Hand to turn into the associated form, if any.
THE GOLDEN GESTICULATION: [|||||] 5-turn charge. Upon execution, the Hand’s form will morph to the GOLDEN GESTICULATION, then righteously unleash its TRUE POWER upon a target, causing 25,000 damage and stunning to the target forced to witness it’s true glory. In addition, the turn after the stun wears off it will suffer from the TRUE KNOWLEDGE status condition, which prevents targeting the Hand or it’s followers (but not other AG entities). Alternatively, if this targets a FOLLOWER OF THE HAND (HAT FILMS or any summons this entity makes), the ENTITY will be empowered by the GOLDEN GESTICULATION, giving it the GESTICULATION buff and causing it to have a 50% chance to crit for 2 turns as well as gain 50% evasion for 2 turns, as the TRUTH of the HAND will guide their minds to glory. This will not affect the hand's form despite what is implied-it will immediately switch to its prior form.
THE GATHERING OF THE ACOLYTES: Form of the OPEN PALM OF ALL-KNOWING. The Hand snaps its glorious fingers, and a group of ACOLYTES will heed the call. Each ACOLYTE has 5,000 HP, and 5 will be summoned. If the form of the OPEN PALM OF ALL-KNOWING is the current form, this shall summon 10 ACOLYTES instead.
THE SLAPPING OF THE FORSAKEN: Form of the OPEN-PALM OF ALL-KNOWING. The Hand rises up and slams itself down upon a maximum of 3 entities, dealing 5,000 damage to all caught in its path; 10,000 to both if The Hand is in the form of the OPEN PALM OF ALL-KNOWING beforehand.
THE V OF TRIUMPHANT CONQUEST: Form of the SIGN OF TRUE VICTORY. The Hand’s proof of ultimate victory exudes onto an entity, giving it a 50% chance of minicritting that round; Two entities take this buff if the SIGN OF TRUE VICTORY is made beforehand.
THE CUTTING OF THE UNFAITHFUL: Form of the SIGN OF TRUE VICTORY. The Hands fingers act like a pair of divine scissors and cut across the fabric of existence of an entity, dealing 7,000 damage; 14,000 if in the form of the SIGN OF TRUE VICTORY beforehand.
THE FISTBUMP OF UTTER APPRECIATION: Form of the FIST OF RIGHTEOUS WAY. The Hand’s mighty powers shrinks itself down (or grows depending on the target) to FISTBUMP it, infusing the target’s power with that of the hand, giving it an extra 2,000 damage for its next attack; 4,000 if the form of the FIST OF RIGHTEOUS WAY is the current form.
THE DETERRANCE AGAINST THE WICKED: Form of the FIST OF RIGHEOUS WAY. The Hand rushes forward and pounds a target into the ground, dealing 4,500 damage and stunning it; 9,000 damage if currently in the form of the FIST OF RIGHTEOUS WAY.
THE GLORIOUS HAND’S FIERY AURA: Available to all forms and not benefitting from any buff. The sheer power of the hand reaches out and attacks an entity for 9,000 damage with its sheer potency. Its standard attack and the one it defaults too if all else fails.
Nerf/Buff as needed, Twin. To start, the Hand will use THE GATHERING OF THE ACOLYTES, summoning ten ACOLYTES to the field. If the ACOLYTES are permitted to act in the same turn they are summoned, they will target the Ribcage.
Erelye, now would be the time.
With that done, I proceed to pull out a ton of Kunai knives. They levitate in the air and spin around me for a few seconds, before they are unscrupulously loaded into the Destructive Ender, and then fired straight up into the ceiling above the Bleak's Nail, cutting a hole right through the ceiling but not harming the Bleak at all. The Ceiling doesn't even fall despite the clean hole. Frustrated, I toss a rock at the cut-out bit of the ceiling. Dink! It lands, and the cut out ceiling falls directly onto the Bleak's Nail! But that's not all! On top of it was apparently a cache of plasma grenades, which have simultaneously activated due to the previous Kunai! BANG!

I do a relatively unimportant upgrade to the Moorblade that incorporates the Archenemy and the Remote Magnepulators for Shielding and grabbing stuff remotely, respectively. Bluh bluh. Well, it's done now.
I turn to Eric, who I don't recall addressing. "Uh, thanks for what?"
I then notice the gun circle. I draw Nailtimatum (with the Enchida's Nail ammo I have in infinite quantity) and all three Tourge Guns (levitating the two-handed ones in midair) and join in, in such a manner that I do not leave Laiko unguarded.

Act 3! +1 to Erelye, +1 to Wilson!

Miniature Red Sun && Scattergun = The Stellar Scatter (Level 10: 9/11).

BANG!
