"On one hand, 100000 damage in a single shot with only a level 1 Battle Technique is quite impressive. On the other hand, that was with a 5X damage multiplier, and 10 posts of charging, which means that's about 2000 DPT, which isn't so impressive at all."
"DON'T BLAME ME - BLAME THE SYSTEM THAT'S IN PLACE THAT PREVENTS ME FROM TURNING EVERY SINGLE GUN ON SCRATCH AND DISINTEGRATING HIM INSTANTLY."
"HOW COME, IN THIS BIZARRE MASHUP OF ABSURDLY POWERFUL ENTITIES, NOBODY HAS THOUGHT TO TRY TO BAND TOGETHER AND DESTROY THE RESTRICTIONS?"
"Don't be ridiculous. To even start to get all of us to work together in a coherent and understanding fashion would be like to expect the Warhammer 40K reality to be optimistic."
Concerning the whole quest with the Minecraftian, I don't like events where I don't get to go onto the battlefield and personally kill the life out of my enemies until they die from it. Someone else handle that mess for me plzthx. Somewhat ironic, that the guy who uses drones is the one who has issues with what is essentially The Drone: The Challenge.
Well, I'd better make myself useful in some way. With the power of solar panels, and bringing the Red Sun closer, I concentrate Red Sun energy into an amplifier, which (of course) amplifies Split. Meanwhile, I somehow use Combat Operandi: Decimation to shield the Owl Effigy. How? NANOMACHINES AND MAGIC, SON! *snort snort*
I pull out the Origin Wands and summon the entirety of every book ever published in solid palladium letters "typeset" in Myriad Pro with an x-height of 50 cm. That's a lot of letters.
> Split Action
I give Split a leatherbound book illustrated with images of the Red Sun. The book is magical and increases his Red Sun Affinity!

TWINJA'D
Turn 1/3
Mage's Eavesdropper 9/11
Spiral Sucker 2/11
I duplicate a Miniature Red Sun.
Hmm, now how to get an essence of grimdarkness? I know the Sucker would be Essence of Trickster.
I equip the Reserveframe. Wonderful, more magic. One can never have enough, except in that one universe where too much ripped holes in reality and let in horrors from the Dungeon Dimensions. I temporarily link the Intelligencecomputer, or, really *I pull out a Name Tag quickly and rename it* Crystallum to the frame, linking it to the large gauntlet-esque construction on my right arm, replacing the Tesla Rifle that would normally be there. Nanobots flow, reshaping the frame to my specifications: when I'm done, nanobot-formed armor, although comparatively weak, covers every inch of my body below the neck, a second shoulder construction has formed on my left shoulder, and another gauntlet has formed on my left arm. I'll have to upgrade further later, but for now the frame is complete. Crystallum sets up and extends from my right arm as a long rod, demonstrating the ability to change size! Of course, a Device's size has no bearing on its capabilities.
Crystallum creates a small field of energy. I deposit my just-duplicated Miniature Red Sun within that energy, then begin to channel energy into the Sun, making its energy exponentially more volatile. The Sun is grown until it's twice its normal size, before I suddenly split it into two, one being the 'original' and one being the duplicate. I put the original back into my inventory, before pulling out a set of power-boosting ingredients. I toss some Juice from Loadout into the Sun, followed up by pouring in some Thaumcraft Ichor. The mention of Thaumcraft gives me an idea, so I pull out a Warded Jar full to the brim with Ignis essentia, followed by one of Lux essentia, and one of Potentia. I channel all the essentia from those jars into the Sun., boosting its size immensely. Uh oh, it's starting to look a little volatile... I pull out a Kritzkrieg and Kritz the Sun, boosting its power dramatically but... It's gonna blow! I shape the containment field around it into a bottle pointed straight at Split, channeling the entire thing right into him and dramatically boosting his affinity.
I channel the magic of the Frame, doing what one might call blasting a hole in reality. A small rent opens up in front of me and energy shines through, as I just tore a hole through to the Positive Energy Plane, or a Positive Energy Plane. So many exist in the multiverse. Anyway, I reach a magical grip through and begin to channel the essence of healing out into the mortal plane. Despite what you might think, the Positive is not such a good place to vacation. It's so saturated with the power of life that it can overwhelm mortals, causing them to explode from their body not being able to handle the power. Luckily, I'm channelling the energy expertly. I direct the healing beam at the Owl Effigy, expeditiously patching it up. Before I close the rent, though, I toss a small sphere of magically treated crystal through to absorb the energy, then retrieve it. Wonderful stuff if used in moderation.
Another +2 to Pit for the PPC.
Ork Horde 44/50 (Erelye'd +2)
Your soul is gone again. It must be getting threadbare and grubby. Ah, there it is! You pick it up and return it to yourself.
[Can you really do this to yourself seven times? Stop now, for pity's sake!]
*You have gained 1 Stain on your soul- new total 3.*
24/49
I have an idea. Time for a serious affinity boost to Split.
I guess it's Everybody Pick on Pricey Day: 22/30 [+4’d by crystalcat and gutza1, +2’d by Netpatham]
Anthem: 8/50
I get That One Guy everyone hates to guard the Owl Effigy. That Guy who manages to get everyone angry at him, eats all the food and doesn't bring any of their own, tries to force their stuff on everyone, tries to derail the plot, has the GM get a personal rage for him, and ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS fails to read the rules, messing up the game for everyone.
Book && Warded Cognitio Jar && Necromantic Bone = The Zombinomicon (6/6!)
Ice Staff && Living Log && Crimson Flame = Crimson Twig (4/11)
+1 to Amp; +1 to Crystalcat.
Once again, I'm so, SO sorry for that argument, Twin. It shouldn't have escalated that much, and I feel like... bluh. The point is, it was pointless, and I apologize profusely. Tazz stated everything far more accurately on the Forge, anyhow.
I examine the Zombinomicon. Upon doing so, I read the entire book, carefully noting anything of interest.
I activate the White Ring. The familiar pulsating white and black runes, vacillating between each other constantly, appear. I stare into the Void whilst the energy within the Ring grows. A vacillating aura of white and black elemental energy slowly begins to grow around the White Ring. Fortunately, flame is not the only answer. Pure, unadulterated eldritch suffering would be my immediate choice, but, seeing as that will not end up serving to be very effective in raising Affinity, I shall not attempt to utilize it. Unfortunately, I will have to turn to the aspects of the arcane themselves to generate enough red plasma to fuel Split for the remainder of eternity. Flame and entropy shall be my second choice. Of course, that does not necessarily involve fire. Hah. A pulsating aura of Perditio and Ignis vis surrounds the White Ring, annihilating the original aura in its entirety to fuel the newer, more refined aura of pure, unadulterated vis. Slowly, the color of the aura fades to a dull white. One might say this means that the aura is slowly losing energy to its surroundings, but this would be completely incorrect, seeing as the amount of vis within the aura itself has not increased or decreased by any increment whatsoever. This is, of course, Gelum vis. Frost. And yet, it will create plasmic energy more effectively and swiftly than any mundane flame could ever aspire to in any circumstances. Or rather, I expect it will. I direct the energy of the White Ring towards the Void in general in as expedient a manner as possible within the current spatial-temporal analogue. Arcane frost begins to form in a spherical shape, innocuously blending in with the stars in the abyss, regardless of their color. I watch, and wait, silently. Slowly, the the compression of the frost sphere becomes more noticeable, setting it apart from those of the other stars by a vast margin. I fuel the spell with the entirety of the Gelum vis obtained from my initial attack. Slowly, as the stuff fades, I fuse large portions of the arcane frost together, generating vast amounts of energy, which congregate around the sphere. An explosion occurs. Esoteric energy annihilates the sphere of frost, transforming it into something immeasurably more powerful. A Miniature Red Sun. The polarization of the energy within the sphere forces it within Split, raising his Affinity. I deactivate the White Ring immediately.
Crystal, for Grimdarkness, I suggest an Eldritch Tentacle.

Lothyra uses the Origin Wands to conjure up a miniature gas cloud of Red Sun Matter (the matter that makes up the Red Sun, in its non-plasma form). The miniature gas cloud then begins to collapse through gravity into a rapidly spinning protostellar disk. The disk continues to collapse until, with a flash of red light, the center achieves nuclear fusion and most of the disk is blown away. However, in the center of what used to be the disk lies a Miniature Red Sun. It has a mass of 240 solar masses (an incredibly massive star to those uninitiated in astronomy).
Hmm. I've added Diamondium. Now what else? Heh, maybe I should use that other material that Wernstrom uses...
Bender then Origin Wands up a shell of Diamondillium around the owl effigy.
>XSTANTHEMANX: Attempt to open Iron Door with Black Key.
I suddenly equip The Blotspitter, which I obtained earlier this turn, assuming that went through. I empty the thing's inky ammunition in the middle of the Void, before vaporizing the actual rifle. It should return upon my next summoning, of course. I telekinetically force the ink to encircle the Owl Effigy in a clearly protective fashion, forming abyssal geometries capable of withstanding even the most destructive of blows. Next, I pull out several other objects. I grab vials of Bottled Void Visink, White Elixir, Black Elixir, Half-Pure Elemink, Squid Pro Quo, Liquid Nest, and standard ink, levitating them all before me, scrutinizing them. I need to find some way to create the ultimate ink some time. Evidently, that time is not the present, considering our current plight, and my status as 'DEAD.' With a thought, I open every vial, allowing traces of the liquids to float out. But, I do not permit more than three millibuckets to flow out, considering the fact that some of these ink types are literally irreplaceable. Do you know how many people I'd have to kill to get more of Squid Pro Quo ink? Considering the fact that reality is not particularly magnanimous to its inhabitants, I would likely need to slaughter hundreds for another bottle. If push comes to shove, I might have to do that. Ink is the only link I have to the Abyss at the current moment. I telekinetically close every single vial once more, teleporting them all into my inventory. There is no need to waste such a powerful liquid. The inks all flow into one centralized bubble of liquid, creating a blob in the Void. A blot in nothingness, if you will. Hah. I telekinetically extend the ink to be able to encompass the entirety of the Owl Effigy without any strain whatsoever. The liquids all intermix occasionally, forming what appears to be an ever-shifting conglomerate of dark fluid. The occasional pulsations and writhing of the blot signify that the Liquid Nest within remains thoroughly undiluted. Under normal circumstances, I would deem this excellent, but I am attempting to protect the Owl Effigy. Alas. The ink flows into position, joining the ammunition of the Blotspitter in a perfect sphere around the Owl Effigy. The individual liquids flow freely in the sphere of ink, denoting the presence of several distinct types of the stuff, rather than the expected one. The alien geometry of the original ink serves to infuse the entire shield with the energy of the Inky Abyss. The ink in general seems to be unusually potent, and resistant to attacks of any real form or basis. Of course, that does not make it unbreakable. Everything can be broken. Everything from bedrock to the fabric of reality itself has been destroyed in this conflict, and will continue to be destroyed long after we are all long dead and gone, I can assure you. Our hand in these endeavors will likely be recorded in the annals of history.
As an afterthought, I examine the inky ammunition of the Blotspitter, and request an alchemy-esque description for it, if possible.
I alchemize Black Ring && Squid Pro Quo Ink (1/???). The purest embodiment of the Inky Abyss itself should do wonders.
Taking inspiration from the sudden influx of energy from the Inky Abyss, I begin a charge. Abyssal Inferno 1/50.

Wow... I never noticed how destroyed this place is.
What are you thinking?
I'm guessing terraforming this place would be a giant waste of time and effort?
Definitely, but it's not like we're doing anything else

I plop down a MASSIVE solar panel in front of the effigy. Not only does it collect some red sun energy for Split, but might even block part of an attack.
Also, is a red sun like... a super version of a green sun or whatever? Surely it would be the other way around because red light takes less energy than green. Really, the strongest sun should be... a violet one. Or even better, one off the visible spectrum.
HP: 220,000/220,000
Memories: | - | - | - | - | - | - |
Fayther cannot attack directly. Instead, she copies memories of other creatures and uses them to heal or buff other creatures. She can store up to 6 memories and can copy, combine, or apply memories. Each of these actions except combining take one turn.
Copy memory: Fills 1 empty memory cell from a different character's memories. There are 3 different kinds of memories, happy ones, sad ones, and violent ones. Fayther can copy either a short term memory or a long term memory. Short term memories are based on what happened to that entity last turn and long term memories are based on that character's backstory, if any. She can only harness a long term memory every 3 turns. For short term, I'll look at the last post to determine which memory Fayther gets.
Combine memories: There are a couple recipes Fayther can use.
Happy + violent = prideful memory
Happy + sad = sorrowsong memory
Sad + violent = gloomy memory
prideful + sorrowsong + gloomy = Rainbow memory (she'll probably never get this one)
Apply memory: expends a memory to apply an effect to an entity. These are very powerful because they take 2 or more turns to use.
Happy - Heal an entity for 45,000
Sad - Reduces the damage the entity takes by 65% until the end of the next turn, up to a maximum of 60,000 damage reduction
Violent - Triples the damage of the entity's next attack
Prideful - Doubles the damage of the entity's next attack and causes it to be healed for twice the damage dealt
Sorrowsong - Reduces the damage the entity takes until the end of the next turn by 50% (up to 50,000) and causes it to be healed for 50% of the damage it took at the end of the turn (up to 50,000).
Gloomy - Debuffs the target of the entity's next attack, meaning for the next 3 turns, it will heal the target it attacks by 20,000.
Rainbow - Applies ALL of the above effects.
If these sound overpowered, remember that to apply just a happy memory, it takes 2 turns. A prideful memory takes 3 turns and a rainbow memory takes 6 turns!
Command: I specifically summoned Fayther to help with the effigy, and after 2 turns of prep, lets do that. Combine the happy and sad memories into a sorrowsong memory and then apply that to the effigy. That reduces the damage it takes by 50% this turn and heals it for 50% of the damage it would have taken.

"... I feel like I've seen that creature before... But... I... ... I don't know... Maybe its nothing... But I've had this same feeling towards a few other creatures..."
He turns back to his work, the Spectra's Chestplate.
"heh, kinda funny. I've had this armor finished for less than 30 seconds and there are already rumors about it. I'm not even sure how I know that."
After putting it up on display, he jumps back onto the outward facing window.
"Oh, someone's come and landed here ((Red and Blue)). Maybe I should go see who they are. They seem to be doing... something..."
I preview what the Realitybending Canteen will do. Just in case.
I don a cocky smirk as I pull out a huge book from the lords of the sun on how to smite undead and other sun-based powers. This is clearly the item I have been preparing to use with my 10 posts of charge, which isn't much to be fair...Except, all the undead are gone. No real targets exist. Scratch is considerably weakened from the majority of his artifacts being blown to pieces, but he's not a valid target for Purge, it only works on the undead, like the Lich! In rage, I kick a convenient wall, which is actually the 4th wall. This was stupid and it hurt my foot, and it may have taken me an unintentionally considerable distance from the fight. I yell about a lot of things, including affinity, Scratch and Split and the sheer stupidity of this entire situation and how badly we're screwing this up. Fortunately, as if to make itself useful despite the previous failing, it turns to a page on how to give one the power of the Sun! It's a ritual involving drinking a bevy of ingredients, including orange juice, which have then been bathed in the sunlight! As it turns out, I have all the ingredients, so I quickly pull out a crafting table and assemble them, then use the Miniature Red Suns I possess to give it the correct sunlight! The mixture turns a nice red color, supercharged with red energies that are obviously red sun energies! I give it to split, restoring considerable amounts of his Affinity. Or more so than a regular attempt of this magnitude would generate.
If this keeps up I'm going to say that if I were a First Guardian, it would be a Red Sun Guardian. Too much contact.
In any case, I throw my huge civil disagreement post in the forge into a special machine that converts all text on the internet into a massive wall equivalent, with one pixel equalling 100x100x100 kiolmeter cubes of bedrock. Naturally it's huge because it was several walls of text. I then drench it with 5000 kilometers of lava on all sides, just to be safe. To be even safer, I then give the result a kevlar vest sized just for it! The Owl Shield has never felt safer!
XSTANTHEMANX, if no prior attempts have been made, will attempt to investigate the Iron Door and check to see if it opens.

"On one hand, 100000 damage in a single shot with only a level 1 Battle Technique is quite impressive. On the other hand, that was with a 5X damage multiplier, and 10 posts of charging, which means that's about 2000 DPT, which isn't so impressive at all."

Maniac: > Examine Cave.
I give the Owl a Regeneration X Potion.
Midna: I make it midnight, boosting Splits affinity, due to being part werewolf (don't ask me how that works).

THE STELLAR LIFE CYCLE RECREATION PROJECT:

Definitely, but it's not like we're doing anything else
...I'm thinking a small-ish lake in the centre, maybe with a beach or two.
Charges: 36/50 + 49/50
