I respawn. Perhaps a better question would be 'why do we subject you to this many posts,' Twin. The answer is completely illogical nonsense involving a space fish and a bed made of solid xenon bricks fused together with sentient greed.
Grayhold Citadel, 20:34
Grayhold continues to descend. A large explosion can be heard from the collapsed remnants of the west side. Flux and Taint spew forth from the wound in the fortress, pouring into the sky. The telekinetic force generators are suddenly disabled by some force. The rupture appears to have activated some form of defensive shield. The generators are then crushed by their own telekinetic force. Net, perhaps you could try going into the place, instead of stopping it externally? Unless you want to fight the Violet Sentinel, that is. Assuming it hasn't gone to help repair the Anachron. According to the psionic emissions of Grayhold over the past enquier, I can determine that the Violet Sentinel attempted to help repair the Anachron's failing reactors from a distance. It could not repair the destroyed ones in any way, but it was helping. Or attempting to.

I cannot respond to Piono, due to literally being dead on the floor. However, Eric doesn't know this. Somebody sees the message appear on the screen, and walks over.
They examine it for a few seconds, before pulling out some sort of portable computing device, and consulting a memo. They then proceed to respond.
AT: Oh god. This is incredibly awkward, and kind of despondent.
AT: If it wasn't already apparent, this isn't Kalare.
AT: Hold on.
TT: Sorry about that. It doesn't feel right using that color, you know?
TT: I'm going to guess you want to know what happened to Kalare. Am I right?
((This is utilizing Pesterchum, right? Considering that I do not have any other messaging applications in-game. If not, I'll change it. I am extremely sorry for the inconvenience. I don't feel as if I have been acting at the height of my mental capacity these past few days.))
Also, Twin, I have one thing to say about this massive series of prolific responses. Talking is a free action.

Okay finally have internet access again. Tazz, I've already alchemized the Fine of the Spiral Sucker. It's the Pumpkinsucker, it's a weapon, and that's really all there is to say on the matter. I then take out the Octoroon Rangoon, and concentrate, destroying a ridiculous amount of possibilities for the Gatekeeper. I then take the ultimate expression of control, and railroad the Gatekeeper. Literally. A train whistle is heard off in the distance, and an infamous vehicle comes in. It's Mr. Bone's Wild Ride, now in train form. It collides into the Gatekeeper, and takes it on a 6-year long train ride of doom, eventually turning into the Euthanasia Coaster, making the Gatekeeper's heart-equivalent unable to pump blood-equivalent to its brain-equivalent, causing it to take heavy brain damage from asphyxiation and lowering its creativity.
I then chug 5 Potions of Nectar, not caring about whether that's healthy, unless I don't get health back like that.
I then revive Gutza and Cobalt with the Sparklers.

I watch my counterpart sail away at a reasonable Mach value, then turn back to the Gatekeeper, drawing the Helbringers, then, after a moment, lowering them. The Anachron:
The raw arcane power of Grayhold burns through the last spasms of Anachron's esoteric defenses, along with yet another section of hull, to briefly overcharge the containment field of Reactor 8, allowing the last remaining fuel in the chamber to safely burn off, leaving it and the other two fully intact reactors to power Anachron, after repair personnel arrive to undo the emergency SCRAM on R8, that is. The remaining power from Grayhold, flaring blindly through the ruins, runs into one of the partially failed monochromic reactors, sending a searing wave of color-eating light back along the path-of-least-resistance it created from the surface. From the perspective of Netpatham's agent on the ground, the entire world flashes black-and-white, and then physics briefly become quite unstable. After a few seconds of random anomalies, the universe stabilizes itself, leaving the light strangely pale, and apparently halving local gravity, presumably slowing Grayhold's descent.
The seven Dwarven engineers who survived the Red Attack carefully guide their jury-rigged vessel into a fissure in the left door of Hangar 16, a safe path to the interior of Anachron. A short and inept landing later, they emerge, squat, hazard-suited figures cautious in the suddenly-unfamiliar terrain of their home.

I doubt the Gatekeeper will have oneshot me (and if it has, damn that is one OP motha! I respawn), so...

I equip The Harbinger. However, I stop, before going in any motion to attack the Gatekeeper. Eldritch energy being exuded from the general area would like distort the life-force of the Gatekeeper, and presumably transform it into some sort of raging beast privy to the wayward desires of elder horrors. I am nearly certain this would occur, as the Outer Gods certainly offer a level of freedom and escape beyond that of the Elder Gods. Generally because the Outer Gods find this makes people/amalgamations of souls loyal to them. Rather intelligent. Of course, we are referring to eldritch abominations, beings who are generally regarded either as supergeniuses, or brainless. Then, the incomprehensible beasts manipulate them, twist them, and order them to do their bidding. This usually ends up resulting in a Mi-Go invasion of the planets or dimensions inhabited by the servants originally. Conquering eldritch demon races are not exactly beneficial to a planet's life. I would assume this event, and countless others, condition the servants, turning them into monsters. It is rather interesting neurologically, if you look at it. It's essentially what occurred to the Handmaid. She was brought up in a life of brutal servitude and discipline, to a horrific extent. This was so detrimental to her mental health that she would literally do anything to die, when she directly entered the service of Lord English. Including what she did to Alternian society. Then, she goes, offers her job to the Condesce, and gets herself killed. This was both her punishment and her reward, though primarily the latter. I'm going off on a tangent. Sorry. Anyhow, I de-equip the Harbinger, and cast Horrorterror on the Gatekeeper, empowering the Battle Technique with the unadulterated energy of my rambling. However, I cast a spell of reflection. Therefore, if any counterattacks occur, they will be reflected into the Gatekeeper, who will likely have a reflection spell active as well, reflecting it back into my reflection, which will reflect it back into the Gatekeeper, and so on. I can assure you that my spells will last longer than whatever it has.
~
While I am surprised Split made the guide, it is to be expected. He's been trapped in here for almost half of a human year, so he's certainly had some free time.
Glad to see you've enjoyed your stay. Hah. But, no. I probably do not want to hear your tales of the cruel and unusual punishments doled out by that Council. I'm not exactly pure of heart. At the current moment, I am nearly certain my castle is collapsing into the Void, exuding enough Flux Gas to cover the entirety of the server in about a meter or two thick layer. But, I am not going to dwell on that. I'll break you out of there. While I don't exactly have any control over you whatsoever, I will merely ask you to try and refrain from killing me. We can save that for after Scratch. Give me a moment.
I draw the Hazel Wand, amethyst energy trailing off of its every movement. Then, I wave it, and a large drill whose head is composed entirely of Ichorium appears. I telekinetically levitate the thing into the air, and slowly force the thing to drill through the bedrock cage, preferably without harming Split. I vaporize the lava, or attempt to do so. As the drill slowly makes its way through the bedrock wall, I mutter hundreds of incantations of an occult nature, flicking the Hazel Wand occasionally, slowly breaking down any and all mystical wards preventing me from destroying the cage. I do hope this works. If not, I peruse my vast knowledge of arcane ability, and attempt to break the wards themselves, before proceeding to destroy the bedrock with the drill, and vaporizing the lava. If that fails, I attempt to teleport each block of bedrock away from the cage, piece by piece, until an opening is made, when I proceed to vaporize the lava and let Split free. Twin, do you want me to do this? Is it necessary, or am I making one of the largest mistakes I have ever dreamed of?
Grayhold Citadel, 08:15
The halving of the local gravity appears to have slowed Grayhold's descent immensely. Large amounts of Flux condense in an Essentia Dynamo, fueling it. This provides energy to an Essentia Pylon, projecting essentia in a healing fashion, directly into the Anachron. The large amounts of essentia affix themselves to certain parts of the Third Manufactory, and attempt to repair it. Mutual help is important in disasters, I have heard. Then, almost as if in response to the drone landing within Grayhold, a monolithic explosion can be heard from the collapsed side of the fortress, apparently exceeding that of a nuclear bomb by a large margin. I am not going to get into the problems I have with mana, especially the fact that it is a generalized concept referring to a broad variety of internal magical fuels, and does not actually exist. Anyhow, a rather large Thaumium golem, apparently unaffected by the temporal lock, turns to look at the drone from a high part of the citadel. It appears to have a large amount of upgrades within it, phosphorescent light being emitted from the Vis shards. The entity appears to have a large amount of Voidmetal stabilizing what appears to be a Golem Animation Core in its chest. It possesses two eyes, both of which are completely amethyst, radiating pure psionic energy. The creature is surrounded by a fair amount of controversy within the confines of the fortress. Some say that the creature came forth from the sealed chambers of the Lord-Archmage, but others call this, and the mere existence of the Lord-Archmage as well, complete and utter lunacy. Anyhow, this Violet Sentinel looks at the drone, radiating psionic power.
Which would prove to be expedient? The long story, or the short story?
