Another vote for the fray, i guess
4/40 ulti-cruiser.
5/9 fort Strength.
I go and play Super Smash Bros.4 with C-mech, Bringing my friend's brother, David, with me. (My attack was to reduce the amount of harm that the super smash bros can do)
Also, I can charge 3 things at once, right? I might charge a lightning bolt, i dunno.
I like charging 5 post attacks for some reason.

thx Jutte.
I continue to fire the turret for 1 last turn and work on upgrade again.

I think the turrets need an overheat thing. If they are constantly fired for 5 turns straight they need to cool down. It'll cool down after 5 turns of the person who has manned the turret. They cannot fire the turret, it is cooling down. Thus I stop now so I can fire it later.
ok then.
I vote for Player 1 to use his special attack. He's only got 1 respawn left, might as well use it dealing damage!
I then switch my view to the C-Mech and open fire on it.
All while working on upgrading the fort. BECAUSE WHY NOT?

Okay.
Just one issue, you forgot something, the boss vortex only half exists, you kind of can't destroy it, as in order to destroy it you would have to rip apart the entire server, which in turn would give us enough time to completely obliterate the godmodder in his moment of weakness from that ripping apart the server, as the server is where he gets his power. Don't worry, the boss vortex is not going to be spitting out Doomsday suddenly, the bosses are going to have a slow buildup. Trust me.
Also: Javar isn't exactly 9,000 hp, but whatever (just so you know, the boss vortex isn't really dangerous to you, only reason I killed Javar was because I thought he was going to die anyways, I can't summon the next boss until the current one is dead, no matter how much I charge the vortex. In short, the boss vortex could potentially be very nasty, but if handled properly won't get much worse than Javar.)
In case you don't accept all this right off, well then, I use Javar, who is directly linked into the boss vortex, to resume it. It reforms, (remember, it is more metaphysical and metaphorical than real, it still summons things though.), Javar is stunned and loses the attack he would have used here because of this process.
Being able to summon an infinite amount of anti-godmodders at anytime would ruin the balance of the game, especially if you can kill them just to summon another one. The godmodder takes that argument and shoves it into the boss vortex, destroying it.

600 damage!
Javar and Player 1 attack the C-Mech for 2,500 damage! The godmodder crushes Javar and the fort in between his thighs for 6,000 damage to Javar and 3,000 damage to the fort! The shields begin to sputter and fail...

I quickly flick through the instruction manual for the fort
"Come on, shields, shields, shields!"
"There it is!"
I researched the shields and thus can build a shield generator.

You know...since there doesn't seem for players to escape the server, I'm assuming that means if we want a happy ending for them, we have to keep them in tow for the entire game. Since I don't want them to die, I work on upgrading the fort.

While it's defending the fort, I scout for metal for armor plating to put on the fort.

However, we must first start from the beginning...
