Well the only valuable items I have are the accumulator annihilator and the Michael Jackson's Top Hat and they are both impossible to loose on death.
(and somehow none of my items cooldown ever reloads and it is not clear which item is cooling down or available for use)
the wither armor which is only a defensive armor should be destroyed by damage before my death if the gm applied its effects correctly.(I took 6 damage last turn and the armor tanked only one but somehow reduced of 2 the damage I took while it should have lost 4 HP and reduced the damage I took by 4)

Curse?I have SERIOUSLY no direct way of anti the attack by nuiltor.
I have come back from my stasis!Three turns have elapsed, and I will charge the items accordingly.
If I have died, I respawns accordingly.(Isn't them(the items) locked and cannot be dropped?I guess when the advantage is on my side, somebody will go out and tell,'hey, it is not!' )
If I haven't, being disturbed from my charging, I stare at nuiltor with a hateful stance. Suddenly, my thoughts and the ground links as a whole,bridged by Blinky's heroic actions, seemingly merged together. The newcomer, in a sudden burst of speed, grabs battlefury and throws him off, he flips backwards onto his feet, throwing his sword. Battlefury dodges, only to realize that it isn't heading for him.
The Acolyte instead watches in surprise as the spinning scimitar suddenly curves around and smashes into him without warning before flying back to the newcomer's hands.
Yeah, there's definitely something off about that sword.

Please use a clearer notation: when it is written like that we can not know what is the max charge and what is the charge in the item and what are the assists.(and there is many ways to read this charge which make it unvalid or make it seem like if you charged more than the maximum charge count(which nerfs the item so there is a risk your item gets weaker after this upgrade if you overcharged it))

This is DTG, where the thread you read is literally part of the ingame world. Metagaming isn't forbidden and if you play DTG, you have the ability to read other people's actions. Of course, I may be biased in saying this, since I have metagamed before (reading the newcomer's intentions and talking to cruci) but in a series about godmodding, metagaming isn't that much of a sin so breaking the illusion is plausible. Saying "I counter the illusion" and expecting it to work is completely different, although that isn't happening here.

The newcomer, in a sudden burst of speed, grabs battlefury and throws him off, he flips backwards onto his feet, throwing his sword. Battlefury dodges, only to realize that it isn't heading for him.
The Acolyte instead watches in surprise as the spinning scimitar suddenly curves around and smashes into him without warning before flying back to the newcomer's hands.
Yeah, there's definitely something off about that sword.

I can just put you into Stasis or make you Idle... Obsidian armor would actually be a lot worse than it sounds.
You obtain the Unobtanium Pyroantistaff! it gets greater damage and now applies Burning for 2 turns when you attack with it! However, it's still locked due to your curse.

Except that when I write an illusion players are so much hurried to ignore them by meta-gaming they look like if they did not understood the situation by saying "I counter the illusion" even if the illusion is far from them and that they can not see it yet and that their character have no reason at all to know about it.
(This happened once and the one who did this did not looked smart at all when he did it)
and further I said I would use an action to make the universe discover it was an illusion and that I was doing something else(and I will do that action only if I do not use the hat)
If I do not do this action the universe will never know the truth.
Basically it is just a fancy way to make an hard to counter attack at this turn.(which I will use only if I can not use the hat)
The GM already told you that on the post where you re-spawn you can not grab your items so if you respawn then you will not be able to grab your items at the same post(however you can make a second post in which you grab the items).
I believe it is forbidden to transfer a charge into another charge(PS: I will wait GM confirmation)
Please use a clearer notation: when it is written like that we can not know what is the max charge and what is the charge in the item and what are the assists.(and there is many ways to read this charge which make it unvalid or make it seem like if you charged more than the maximum charge count(which nerfs the item so there is a risk your item gets weaker after this upgrade if you overcharged it))

This is DTG, where the thread you read is literally part of the ingame world. Metagaming isn't forbidden and if you play DTG, you have the ability to read other people's actions. Of course, I may be biased in saying this, since I have metagamed before (reading the newcomer's intentions and talking to cruci) but in a series about godmodding, metagaming isn't that much of a sin so breaking the illusion is plausible. Saying "I counter the illusion" and expecting it to work is completely different, although that isn't happening here.
