...Hmm. You make a point.
Perhaps I shall wait until I can oneshot you first. Which I could probably do with an aug'd Pulse Rifle, if my calculations are correct. (15 + 5) x 1.5 = 30 Originally posted on 2016-03-30 06:41:00 -------------------- "Their story has concluded for now. Currently, you follow mine."

But I don't even need to setup. I can just Shifting Sands you straight away. And that implies you are 9+ Range away for the duration, which with your current setup, you can't actually do so AND hit me. This is all assuming you go PC, which may or may not happen.

This also assumes I don't gain the obligatory Contractual Boss Immunity in the event that I become PC, which I almost certainly will gain should Chaos be, ya know, all for the idea of hiring an assassin for a while. And it also assumes that I don't just outright become a boss through the use of bullshitkinesis.

Everybody's respeccing and speccing characters is something I suck at.
... Tazz, can I be slightly needy and ask your opinions on how I should try to make a well-rounded damaging class based on Lightform? Right now I'm sort of focus-firing down INT for a little while because of spear forme's high damage scale rate, but I have no idea what to do with other equips and the sort to try and up my build more. EDIT: Talked with generic some, I'm gonna completely respec. I'm pulling all of my Strength out and dropping it into Int, swapping out my frenzy aura for a mage robe from our infinite supply of them, and swapping out my accessory for the Lock-On Device, and swap my current hat out with the nurse's hat. That mixed with my shard form'll be pretty useful. I also drop an Hp point and move it into MP I'm also swapping out both my abilities, instead I'm now swapping in temsfour and silence. While we are waiting, I try to craft 2 items...
For my Armor: a Metal Plating (Base part) 7 Durasteel Ingots (what I use to make this suit) 50 Wire Bits (Powering up my Suit) and a Mage Robe (when I want to go both Magic and Psychical together) = ??? Guess whats the stats while I made this for my Helmet: an Knight's Helm (while shaped like the skull) 10 Titanium Ingots (Powering up my Helmet) 20 Grave Fragments (to make it more like of the Head of Sans) = ??? Guess whats the stats while I made this. I invest 3 Skill points in my AGI and I go in the Ship before it takes off because just screw this place. Originally posted on 2016-03-30 19:26:00 |

I toss a point into INT and loot both another notice and the damaged railgun, as well as all the broken engines.

=TURN NINETY-SIX=
Toast begins by +ing her INT stat, while Teag grabs the Incredibly Resistant Egg, and tosses it in the Forge section of the ODS. He then lights it up (with fire), and ends up dealing (9) fire damage to it! Looks like it'll take a bit of time to bash open, but you have quite some time to do it. Looks like attacking it is a free action as well. Teag then also draws his vote from Tazz's ship. Roxxanne then +1 her INT, and follows that up with a +2 to HP, granting 3 extra HP points. Roxxanne then uses the ODS, creating the Magical Deck! It half-scales with SPC, kinda like how the Shuriken Stack half-scaled with STR. This consumes the three elemental gems. (hey tazz, how does the equation for Aura of Smooth go again? I think I mistyped it or something.) Battlefury drops a point in HP, and two points into MP. Numbersoup then drops votes for Darkside and the USS Ben Drowned, while Siria buffs her AGI and purchases (and equips) some Muton Armor. Siria then also goes to work on Numbersoup's Toxic Mail, upgrading it to the Toxic Swathing! It looks like the -1 AGI has been swapped for -10% Dodge. This consumes 5 Iron Ingots. Looks like Numbersoup could easily advance to 4 Movement (and +1 retreat) now. Siria also upgrades her "longbow", consuming 75 Wire Bits, 5 Iron Ingots, 1 Titanium Ingot and 7 Durasteel Ingots. This grants a rather modest buff of +1 Min. Damage, AND upgrades Focus to +6 DMG and +2 Range! You also drop the movement penalty. Oriko then FAILS to update her stats; looks like you'll need to pass initiation first. This also somehow improves all other Longbow's focuses to +4, and removes the move penalties. Teag then +1's his AGI, and equips the Hydra Mask. You feel kinda scary. Teag then also salvages the Broken Railgun. He fails to obtain the Broken Gateway, as the Tems would like to fix that eventually. The Chaos Log Coupon vanishes, realizing it's been picked up already. Toast then wins(?) a coffee drinking contest, obtaining 5 SP. Piono then simply +1's INT, while Darkside does the same and obtains the fabled AUGx2. Darkside then also threatens Chaos to give him the Begg. cc: hey! read (t)he name of (t)he egg! cc: i(t)'s no(t) (t)he "(t)hrea(t)egg", i(t)'s (t)he begg. cc: besides, if you do wan(t) (t)o des(t)roy my minds©ape, you'd need to off... (t)wo of your allies. cc: and do you wan(t) (t)hat? probably. you're a so©iopa(t)h, imo Darkside also gets the same response that Teag got from Temmie; no salvaging the portal. Redstone also +3's his STR, and +1's his HP. ALL THE STR. Now that you're actually one of the more tankier characters in the game, perhaps you'd consider actually going to the frontlines? Just a thought. Patch then +1's INT, equips the Jaggi Fang, and becomes the MASTER STATICIAN! Bomber then +1's his INT like others before him, and replaces Revive with Shallow Grave! It obtains a nerf, though; you might die if you're at 1 HP, and it's +1 duration per 4 INT. Piono then respecs, swapping all his STR for INT points, and swapping out all of his equipment! He also learns Temsfour and Silence. I might've made an error, given the size of this swap; it'd be worth looking over your stats and such. Pricey then fails to craft the Metal Plating + Magerobe thing, but manages to combine the Knight's Helm, 10 Titanium Ingots and 20 Grave Fragments to make... ...a giant stone middle finger. SOMEHOW. You grab a new knight's helm, and drop 3 Skill Points into AGI. Insert then lobs a point into INT, and sadly fails to loot the engines. I then count various other votes, and reach a conclusion as to what ship is going to be used. Oriko is then suddenly grabbed by a random Chaos Dropship, along with Battlefury. This also retracts's Oriko's attempts to vote for the USS Ben Drowned. cc: haha cc: you know wha(t)? simply (t)ake (t)he begg, su©kers. A Begg suddenly launches at Roxxanne from the Chaos Dropship. She picks it up, and promptly loots it. Inside is a recording device; apparently it was to record whoever did the best begging, and play it back forever. But all it holds is an audio recording of Oriko joining the PC's. You burn it. Regen ticks before you enter the ship... SHIP VOTES: Darkside (4) Generic Type B (2) USS Ben Drowned (2) Teag (1) Numbersoup (1) Toast (1) Redstone (1) Tazz (5) Tazz wins the ship voting process! Gladius promptly pulls out the Schematic Scanner. ga: Hey, congrats on winning! ga: I'll just copy your design; shouldn't take too long at all! -SEVEN PSEUDO-TURNS LATER- ga: ...annnnnddd we're done. ga: Copied Roxxanne's ship design. It looks pretty nice, honestly. ga: (Really could've used more temmie items, though.) ga: Anyway, we really shouldn't waste any time. Everyone, in the ship! Gladius promptly manages to get everyone inside the MW Antidisetablishmentarianism, through the Cargo Bay. The Cargo Bay isn't what'd you think it'd be; it's actually like a pretty plush house. There's another coffee machine here, a TV, food; lots of nice things. And carpeting. Hell yes. FUZZY CARPETING. But anyway... ga: Since we already have infinite hammerspace storage, I'd figure I'd do something nice with the place. ga: Anyway, sit down. It's gonna be a long flight to Nightmare Mountain. We'll make a stop along the way, for supplies and such. The doors seal behind you, leaving you inside the cargo bay. The engines of the ship whir, and you hear the ship taking off. It dashes out the hangar, over the cliffs, and proceeds to defy the mindscape's intense gravity through the Gravity Core. Nightmare Mountain is in sight, but looks to be about... 25-ish turns away. Everyone lounges in the cargo bay while Gladius and That One Friendly Spider pilot the ship from the bridge. You hardly get 3 minutes of relaxation before something breaches the hull, and appears in the cargo bay. It's a figure that Aaron/Piono recognizes from earlier; it's anarchistsCreation. He's taken a humanoid form, several memory orbs making up his grotesque body. Strange blue crystals glow off of him, glowing with an ethereal blue light. He's definitely angry that you stomped him earlier. ac: Heh. Hello once more, MORT(A)LS. ac: I told you I'd be returning. He stares at Darkside. ac: You must remember the incident in the hall. ac: Do you know how terrible it felt to F(A)IL? ac: Rhetorical question. ac: But (A)NYW(A)Y. ac: I C(A)N'T F(A)IL. ac: I (A)M (A) perfect CRE(A)TION, CRE(A)TED by a F(A)ILURE. He [small][citation needed][/small] swings his arms around, flinging blue crystals outward from his body. Upon impact with the floor, they grow to a massive size. Blue tendrils of energy lash out from them; they're sentient, apparently crafted from old, decaying memories. Gladius's voice booms through the obviously-present PA-system. ga: gorilla! ga: We have a problem! I can't help you deal with it; I need to pilot this thing! ga: Just make sure he doesn't bring the whole ship down! ga: (What a salty piece of gorilla.) ac: You'll be joining CH(A)OS'S DISPOS(A)BLE MINDSC(A)PE clone #174 now. I also aid in Generic's, Tazz's, and Crystal's endeavors to prevent complete inventory dogification... by withholding EVERY LAST BIT OF DOG! (I think I'm trustworthy enough for such a task. If not, it goes to someone else). You may ask for some, sure, but one will NEVER get any more than 8 compressed dog blocks. And you'd better give a good reason to use even one compressed dog block. Because I AM NOT WASTING ANY MORE OF OUR GOLD ON INVENTORY REPAIRS AGAIN THANKS.
... ALL ABOARD THE ITEM WITHHOLDING TRAIN! (I regret doing this, but it's for everyone's sake in the end. Who knows, the stuff might be kinda useful in the future) Originally posted on 2016-03-31 03:03:00 -------------------- "...I will aid them. No matter the cost to myself."

Even i think this is stupid, and pull an Anti-Dog Nuke out of nowhere and nuke the inventory. All of the dog dies. I then hand the remaining dog to Darkside across space and time despite being with ©haos. Chaos Test: Place totem at F7 since my MP is low. "Ah, this is a comfy area you ma-
*SMASH* ...Aw, wanted some comfort time, really... ... ...Ugh, great. You again. Why were you designed like this, anyway? Sheesh." Anyway, thanks to my added INT, I forgot I had summon skillpoints to spend. For Rin, I give her an extra skillslot. In that skillslot, I give her a version of Inception (Shard); Inception (Glyph). Instead of damaging, these crystals heal people! Otherwise, it's similar to Inception (Shard). Hey, might as well keep with Rin's theme of heals, right? Nevertheless, I summon Rin at (H12), and then guard, not moving an inch... ...well, maybe I'll do SOMETHING else as well (free field actions, woo!) A Shade of myself begins to prepare a new chestplate from The one I recently created. (And I'm just going to refer to The Shade as "I" as well because simplification) CURRENT ARMOR: Augmented Titanium Plating (+3 MHP, 1 HP regen, 1 AC) Because Ire missed a key ingredient in making this thing, I prepare to add it again, among a few other things. I remove Tazz's enchantment on one of our green sap orbs to create another Green Sap Jar, mix it with a potion to create a Red Sap Jar, grab The Augment Parts, The Robotic Arm (Whynot?), 30 wire bits, one iron and titanium ingot, and all of our Hollowed Bark, and then begin upgrading. I remove The padding within The chestplate, then drench every single bit of solid armor in Red Sap. While The sap was still liquid/molten/whatever, I push The Hollowed Bark into The exterior of everything, as well as it's interior, and then solidify The sap. Because The Augment Parts didn't go in initially, I then incorporate them into The robotic arm, and attach The resulting mechanical arm onto my dominant arm's side using The leftover titanium weave and wire bits. I create a microchip to help make The mechanical arm function out of Iron and Titanium Ingots, as well as more wire bits. A few calibrations and tests were done to calibrate The new mechanical arm to work as well as your normal arm, et voila! It's done! NEW ARMOR: Crimson Amber (I would prefer if it added HP regen (I don't care for any resulting cost in HP or even AC at this point; I WANT TO BECOME THE WOLVERINE), a STR increase, and maybe something special. Idunno. I can't balance for this game, so go at it, Ire) I equip it immedia- "AUUUGH!!!" -...tely and instantly felt pain as my old arm was replaced by a mechanical one. After that though, it felt... alright, actually. "...Eh, y'know what? I could get used to this."
