Nezira allocates her two skillpoints to MP, then starts crafting.

Firstly, she decides to fulfill that promise to Chloe and upgrade her gladius a bit.
She takes the gladius and quickly identifies the components responsible for creating its laser lash before protecting them with a quick heat resistance spell, before buying a Galeforce Crystal and an Ashen Crystal from Chaos and grabbing an Iron Ingot and a Uniform Log from the Inventory. She and grabs the Ashen Crystal and stokes its inner flame for a second, directing it onto the Uniform Log and instantly searing it into charcoal, before taking the crystals and combining their powers to create a blast of vaporizing-heat air, also quickly hammering the iron ingot into a 'backstop' of sorts. She sets up the gladius with an iron backstop behind it, before holding up the charcoal with a pair of tongs and directing the airblast onto it and then onto the gladius, infusing it with carbon. She rotates the gladius slowly, infusing all parts of the blade with extra carbon to harden it, before finishing the process and quickly quenching the blade in an ice bath she set up offscreen, and then heating it again, before quenching it again, to slowly temper it and improve the metal. In the end, she draws the essences of wind and fire in the two crystals out, shattering them in the process, and infuses them into the sword as a final improvement, to lighten and sharpen the blade. The iron backstop she discards.

Tempered Gladius created! But it doesn't stop there...

She then grabs two Titanium Ingots, buys a Silver Ingot from the Chaos Shop, and takes maybe five Uniform Logs, tossing the logs into a nearby forge to stoke it up a bit before melting the titanium and silver in the forge and taking out a small, golden-glowing craftsman's hammer. She tosses the gladius onto a nearby anvil and pours the molten titanium-silver into a nearby vessel before *plunging* the gladius's blade into the molten metal and drawing it back out, coated with a thin film of metal. She strikes the blade lightly with the hammer, and where the hammer has struck the metal seems to have become infused into the very blade of the gladius, with the rest entirely undamaged. She slowly, carefully forges the alloy into the blade, hammering and resting, hammering and resting, and plunging the blade into a bath of ice water every five repetitions as it gets hot, to anneal the metals together. At last, the silver-titanium alloy is entirely infused into the sword, giving it a lustrous silver-white sheen and lightening it. Once that is complete, Nezira carefully strikes the edges of the blade a few times with the hammer, which seems to sharpen it and polish it.

Reforged Gladius (T3) created! It's lighter, stronger, sharper, polished, made of a hardened alloy of steel, titanium, and a little bit of silver for the coolness and the magic, and infused with the essences of air and fire to lighten it and sharpen it further.

Stat changes from Chloe's Gladius: 9-9 Slashing instead of 7-7, and +2 SKI instead of +1 SKI.

Next, she looks at her Stick, and decides to alter it to give her more spells instead of stat boosts.
She grabs five Goneblossoms and a Gallowsdown Fluffball, as well as 10 pieces of cobblestone, and thinks on the dark energy in the blossoms and the sense of sacrifice and justice emanating from the fluffball for a second, before using the cobblestone to build a small altar with a bowl in the top in which she places the flowers and the fluffball. She snaps her fingers, lighting them aflame with an orange flame that quickly darkens, as with dusk turning to night, to a light-consuming black. She holds her Stick in the flame of darkness, sacrifice, and balance, burning out its +1 MOV and 1 of its INT bonus but in exchange granting it an extra spell slot.

For her next upgrade, she leaves the flame burning, and retrieves a Farmer's Scythe, five Uniform Logs, a Drone Sensor, five Wire Scraps, a Titanium Ingot, and a Shadow Crystal from the Inventory, purchasing the scythe if needed since it appears Tazz's purchase last turn (of two scythes, to bring it up to infinite status) didn't go through, as well as taking out her own Pocket Scanner.

She enlarges the flame, tossing in the logs, before throwing the Farmer's Scythe in, along with the Shadow Crystal, and watching it burn to nothing. She raises a hand, and the entirety of the flame lifts into the air, before transforming into simply a swirl of darkness. She manipulates the essence for a bit, forming it carefully into runes and sigils, before it swirls down and enters the Drone Sensor, enshrouding it in a dark aura for a second before the power is fully absorbed. She opens up her Pocket Scanner and wires in the new sensor using the Wire Scraps, before forging a new, sleeker case for it out of the titanium. Unfortunately, some of the scanner's rangefinding and accuracy-increasing functions have to be cut out during the redesign and rewiring, but its new ability to discover useful resources that can be reaped from fallen foes more than compensates for that.

Pocket Scanner upgraded to the T3 Resourceful Scanner, losing the +2 HIT but gaining (Resource Scan): "When an Analyzed enemy is downed, if it was an Iti, it drops 2 Samples, and if it was a Chairian, it drops 10 Credits."

She then drops off the gladius next to the couch for when Chloe wakes up, re-equips her new Scanner, and chats to Marron about Chaos' offer, before sitting down on a chair in the dining room and considering what comes next.

He looks solemn as Tem explains the issue that happened in regards to Omo... he taps his fingers and looks down, then closing his eyes. His eyes remain shut as Tem asks him if he has any ideas about what the cause could be...

uA: I have a couple of ideas. The reason Omo could have snapped is an outside influence, the Sphere. You may know, but we are on Sussui at present. The Sphere could have influenced her actions, given it's an unholy mass of Thyme and Wood. Omo, prior to meeting us, had been without sleep for quite some time as well. In fact, she was actively going without sleep. So...

uA: I'm not entirely sure if it was her fault. She did a similar thing while asleep while I was there... however, she summoned a horde of Iti rather than what you've mentioned. Though, I do vaguely remember something similar to that being present during that ordeal. I don't believe that it's her fault... and if she's distressed like that...

uA: Could you show me to her anyway? Maybe I can talk some sense into her. Wishful thinking, I know, but...

We have a lot of titanium, which makes this easy. I craft a block of titanium, then, since I have more then enough SP for stuff, cleave off bits until its a pot shape using trigger: scorpion, and add a frame above to allow the hanging of things in the pot. the remaining titanium is returned to the inventory.
Also the silkweed gets harvested and replanted, by one of the defending abyss walker drone guys.

The dead shuria proceeds to disappear. it would appear it did not aid research, shame....
oh and it lowered morale that's bad also.


I join Reisz fight if enough people are joining to allow that.

Teag, though having technically gone to sleep last turn, gets too annoyed by how cold it is and puts on his favorite rubber gloves for safety and heads to the fusebox downstairs. He's still got enough Technical Knowledge™ to know how to fix this sort of thing and puts back in any fuses he can find, and makes new fuses to replace any lost or destroyed ones out of wire bits. He then reassembles the whole thing and flips the fuses on and watches the whole thing explode the power hopefully be restored to the house. After this is all done, Teag assembles some simple cobblestone walls and a wooden door, with an iron handle and hinge, to put in the missing front of the house. Once this is all complete, he turns on the heater to the house if one exists and goes to sleep on the softest carpet he can find.

Future plans: reinforce the doors and put some kind of code-based locks on them, and probably reinforce the windows as well. (No clue if the house will ever be attacked, but better safe then sorry, right?)

Oh, and he also replaces Intimidation with Fury, I almost forgot.

Asuka's trait changes its effect to:

Upon downing/killing an enemy, gain Empowered(3) for 3 rounds. If you already have Empowered, gain an extra (1) power on Empowered, and if its duration is less than 3 rounds, reset it to 3 rounds.

Flower's trait is unchanged.

Shizuki's trait changes its effect to:

Upon downing/killing an enemy, overkill damage transfers to the nearest enemy; this can chain to other enemies.

Miyuki's trait changes its effect to:

Upon downing/killing an enemy, optionally remove the movement phase of the nearest (n) enemies and make them unable to move closer to you during their retreat phase.

It's official; Boshi is *bored*. Very, very bored. Seeing that the windows were re-created, he hops off the roof and enters through the back. "(My god, never knew patrolling could be so boring. With that out of the way, he goes upstairs, and lies down on the floor next to Hat Kid's tent. He falls asleep shortly after.

Brutishace just leans against a wall and wonders about the fight to come. He wonders about striking up conversation with his teammates, but it'd probably be awkward at best. The Necromancer's been (un?)surprisingly antisocial this game. He manages to join in some conversation before heading upstairs to U5, content with sleeping in his robes.

Brutishace also wonders what he could use to improve his pistol, but material is scarce and he thinks using it might enrage his teammates if he uses some of it without their knowledge.

Without another word, Toast dashes off to do some things. Strange.

She then goes and does some things, such as sending her future self about 10 hours into the future (because she's irresponsible like that), making sleeping arrangements for most people (because she’s responsible like that), and almost drinking alcohol but not due to missing the opportunity (because she's in a somewhat grey area of responsibility here).

She then takes a pillow or three from the couch, and temporally duplicates them (by making a few stable time loops with them throughout the night), until there are seven, as well as pillows to place back on the couch itself. She dunks the couch cushions next to the bed. This temporal shenaniganery will probably be resolved in the morning. Hopefully. Anyway, after all that shenaniganery and questionable responsibility has been completed, she returns to Marron. Her cheeks aren't nearly as tinted as they were a few minutes ago.

She starts explaining things to Marron, "I had to arrange some things with the rooms so that half the people here won’t die from back pain or something tomorrow. This means that the guys will be in the green room, and Comet will be in the purple room with us. She chill though, so I don't think she'll bother us, or anything."

It's nighttime. That much is obvious. Iti have an advantage at night. That much is not so obvious. Calibri would very much like to go out and get revenge on a certain someone, but now is not the time. So he wanders over to the couch for a moment and sort of lazily tosses a Midnight Cloak onto Chloe for her to use as a blanket, then wanders over to the bottom right of the same room.

"Bye, vase."

He boops the vase from X36 to X35, then moves to stand in the place it once occupied, standing there and slowly closing his eyes, facing the rest of the room. He almost seems peaceful, standing there with his eyes closed, albeit possibly unnerving for those more used to people sleeping lying down... With his eyes closed, he somehow manages to glance at Chaos, apparently capable of seeing just fine despite, well, having his eyes shut.

"...You know. It's kind of awkward, knowing that my predecessor probably lives somewhere in your thoughts. Makes me kind of question the nature of me. Heh."

There's a longer pause. His eyes glance away again. Seems he's actually properly asleep now.


As for EN, she just heads down into the basement, passing by a rather overeager Verdana who's decided to race up the basement stairs, then wanders into the room and glance around. After a moment, she just wanders over to Taeda, standing there for a bit, then shrugs.

"Yo, Tae. Kinda overheard the sound of... stuff."

Beat.

"Sounded unpleasant. If there's anythin' ah can do for ya to help ease... whatever jus' happened earlier, do lemmie know."

Another beat. EN glances to either side, somewhat unsure what else to say. She then glances back at Taeda once again.

Somewhere else in the timeline, Calibri takes a look at the Megu Caps. He seems interested, although there's something kinda pesky in the way of him actually picking up and using one. Namely, the passive ability, Crimson Demon, which would make his illusory trap far too expensive to use properly anymore. That's on top of the MMP penalty... He considers and considers for quite a considerable amount of time, then gets an idea of how to go about dealing with that pesky passive.

...He pretty much just highlights the Megu Cap's stat screen, copies it into an independent Google Sheets document, clicks on the Crimson Demon passive, right clicks, presses "clear notes", presses the delete button, then drags the -5 MMP penalty to the left one tile, filling the empty gap left behind with a gray tile. Truly the best way to go about removing unwanted passives. He then edits the name to "Edited Megu Cap", and edits the description to "Now with reasonable spell costs".

...He then equips it. And invests 2 skillpoints in Agility. And moves a skillpoint from DEF to RES, cause why not.

As for EN-913, she goes the "not being a complex lil shit" route and invests a point in RES and a point in HP.

After wandering around the house a bit, Kokichi gets bored and searches for someone to play with. He notices a somewhat pale, pink haired girl. Kokichi realizes that the girl must be Marron. With a malicious grin, Kokichi begins formulating a plan to mess with her. Due to time travelling shenanigans however, he’s unable to perform this.

Instead, he goes upstairs into the green room, where he finds a few of the guys. He scans the room quickly before jumping up onto the bed.

“Listen up, peasants. I’m king of this room now, so bow down to me. Also this bed is mine, so don’t even think about touching it.”

Somewhat bored, Kokichi plops himself down onto the bed and pulls out his stolen Kubz Pad, beginning to type up a few plans. He also orders +1 RES, +1 DEF and +2 SPC with the skill points he has, as well as trying to scam himself -20 KARMA (if possible).

Kokichi then waits till everyone has fallen asleep.

After a few hours have passed and Kokichi is sure that everyone is asleep, he creeps out of the room and down the staircase. He then sneaks into the kitchen and creates dozens of other Illusory Kokichis. A concerning amount of ‘nee-heehee’s can be heard coming from the kitchen.
