Sorry, I didn't mean it as an insult. I deleted it after a bit because I realized it could have been misinterpreted as an insult, but it seems you saw it anyway.
Unless you're talking about something else in which case this is awkward.
So Chara is allegedly able to instantly kill anything and, more dangerously, cannot be killed. What happens if UserZero decides to tell him to instantly kill, say, the Secret of the Void? Or The Narrative? Or The Conflict? Or even maybe The Black itself in an effort to cripple whatever things she wants to take out by summoning the Casino? Wouldn't Chara instantly derail the plot?

Only if Tazz decided to derail their own plot, which seems very unlikely.
Not to mention that there are a lot of unstated obvious things in these games. Such as "you're not about to instakill things that aren't on the Battlefield". Wow. What a novel concept.
Point is, there has to be an exception to Chara's instakill ability to prevent it from killing the biggest things in existence. "No Exceptions" means that even if the target doesnt exist (which would normally be an exception to an instant death attack), it can still be killed.

Chara's instakill presumably only applies to things on the battlefield, and at entity power levels. "No Exceptions" would mean no exceptions within those paramaters.
It could still one-shot something at final boss levels, like the Incarnate or the Secret of the Void, since they appear as entities and have health bars (with hundreds of zeroes for Chara to just ignore because she can instant kill anything she wants). So in a way, she is stronger than UserZero herself, because UserZero certainly could not beat the Incarnate on her own (assuming she was part of the Incarnate final battle leading the Legion).
And how does it being able to just ignore anything that kills it not break the OP scale? If I did something even approaching that it would get eliminated via OP scale, no matter how many charge points I put into it. As far as I can tell, the only way to beat it is to somehow prevent it from refusing death, but if I somehow would succeed I am fairly certain the OP scale would hit me.

It's not so much "Instant Death" as it is "Damage So High It Might As Well Be Instant Death", as specified right when they spawned. I don't think we need to worry about this in the slightest, as all three of the former probably have enough of a broken healthbar to actually take hits, and the last one i'm pretty sure we'd be bonezone'd regardless of what was already out anyway, so the point is moot there.

Issue here is obvious:
1. During DTG2, UserZero probably was not as powerful as in DTG0
2. It doesn't break the OP scale because as EVERYONE has said, their are limits. Lets assume that it can indeed kill everything.
Last i checked, UserZero has not tried to kill the narrative, the entire reason why we stand a chance. Considering the fact that, according to you, UserZero could just teleport Chara to the Update Terminial's location, kill tazz, and then disable/ "kill" the narrative, why has she not done so?
Even if you consider the value of maintaining a good plot, any insane godmodder would probably be willing to kill the game master if they had a character capable of doing so. The game master, does, after, maintain the balance in game, and applys the concept of the OP scale to prevent stupid OP stuff from happening. There is also the fact that the Narrative can be influenced by forces other than the First Guardian: Project Binary used this to it's advantage during DTG, as build was distracted, and he was nearly able to replace DTG with a story of him winning.
So with that in mind, WHY UserZero doesn't simply instakill the GM- Who i might add has been foreshadowed as a gatekeeper, and is therefore defeatable- and replace the current story with one of her winning- is beyond me. After all, according to you, Tazz should just be a mook as fair as Chara is concerned after all, According to you, TEM CAN KILL ANYTHING WITH A HP BAR.
And the claim regarding the incarnate is somewhat absurd.
THe Incarnate is a massive mech created by the godmodder. Sounds simple and easy to kill right?
Until we bring in the Red Dragon.
Richard, at the time, was empowered by the red dragon. And i doubt Chara would be able to kil something of that scale, even if it's just empowerment.
Not to mention the ability to insta-kill two things per turn would result in a quick death or a quick corruption as the conflict quickly murdered him or turned her to their side. And with the binary-based conflict's powers over reality, they would just be removed from existence, if need be.
Really, any claim that Chara can one-shot anything above, say, 300,000 HP is a bit sketchy.
And just to blow up your argument:
I'm pretty sure tazz himself if asked would say otherwise to what you claimed, thus nulling your argument on the grounds of it being disproved.

. And you know what the best part of all this is? You'll DO it. And then you'll lose to me again. And again. And again!!! Because you want a "happy ending." Because you "love your friends." On a completely unrelated note, does anybody think that the sheer amount of drama and salt over Jyanpu's acquisition of the Golden Aster has been putting Tazz off finishing the update? He hasn't been on the MC Forums for 3 days, and I'd be pretty bothered about continuing the update if a good third of the playerbase was upset about one of my decisions.
Steam-free weekend? Don't set such unrealistic goals for yourself, TheFlamingToast.
I have no stake in this whole thing, but everyone's piling on the paragraphs and Tazz hasn't even responded yet. Probably best to wait a bit.

The Secret and the Black are not even on the Battlefield, and the Black is currently noncanon as well.

The exact same way anything that has nonstandard defeat requirements passes the OP Scale.
