What is [7x7]? Glad you asked. If you didn't ask, too bad. [7x7] was a game that I created on the Destroy the Godmodder Pesterchum memo, #DTG. Yes, Pesterchum is a real actual chat client that exists. Good luck downloading it, though! It was played by the frequenters of the memo, such as Crystalcat, Bomber, Fseftr, Insert_Generic_Username, and TheLordErelye. The game involves a nameless figure walking through reality after it has been destroyed by an unknown entity. It was the job of the player to piece together the plot and make what was once a story whole again.
The game has a lot to do with my personal plotline, a being named Probect Pinary and an earlier memo game I made about him, and the events of Destroy the Godmodder 2. If you're unfamiliar with any of those, you might not get stuff that's going on. I hope you enjoy it regardless, though! A lot of work was put into it.
. And you know what the best part of all this is? You'll DO it. And then you'll lose to me again. And again. And again!!! Because you want a "happy ending." Because you "love your friends." Because you "never give up." Isn't that delicious? Your "determination." The power that let you get this far... It's gonna be your downfall!

Okay, now that I'm no longer on mobile.
Yes. This is totally me Terezi.
I may own a dog, but this is definitely me.
Funnily enough, I'm not much of a pet person, it's not like I don't like pets, I just don't like to own them. I don't have the patience to deal with them on my own, although I probably anyways if I was the only option because I'm a soft-hearted wuss.
@twin: I hope you realize that parts of your 7x7 game just, like, completely violates entire swaths of laid groundwork of DTG cosmology, right? I read through the entire thing last night, and it is VERY cool, but the very premise of Project Binary destroying all of Fiction AND Nonfiction (the second part is only accessible because of a loophole in that history books are STILL WRITTEN. The true real world is completely inaccessible to these characters. As evidence by the fact that we have not been completely 'splodinated by everything being torn to shreds. That fact was established in DTG2, and I maintain that NOBODY has the right to escalate to saying that the real world is in jeapordy before the true end of the franchise, which, due to the reboot, isn't going to happening for a while.) is, frankly, kind of absurd.
To put it into perspective, the OP King is, theoretically, capable of rewriting reality with a thought. or, would be were it not for the events during the climactic battle of the War of the Dark Carnival.
Compared to that, most of the Agents of the Conflict, to allow them to not be directly targeted by the Narrative are of "merely" (used to "quote", not emphasize) universe-wrecking power, the Red Dragon being of the order of high-level universe eaters. Due to... shenanigans we'll call them, we'll probably never settle the debate as to whether he can beat engie this side of the reboot (far side of the reboot though... engie, sorry to say this, you're taking some budget cuts. I'm probably going to try and convince you to drop your universe eater character altogether)
That's the thing though, the Red Dragon was STRONGER than the Employer. The Employer, Binary, and Project Binary worked through subtlety to free the Red Dragon and bring back the Shadow, both of them much MUCH stronger in term of raw firepower, but the fact of the matter is, when it comes to the big guns, the Narrative and Conflict both have far, far more at hand.
The OP King and Author never were the most powerful beings in reality. The more looking around I've done, the more I've realized how stupid I was to think they would be. Other people have written characters of comparable strength. Beings limited only by beings of the same power level, the Narrative, and the Conflict.
And before you go pulling out "pot calling the kettle black" (yes, I did catch "is twin becoming the piono of this session?") I will point out the following: I didn't try to commandeer the plot. Almost every time it happened it was either me coming up with a bit that I thought was cool and it blew up bigger than I though it would be, or I came up with something to try and facilitate multiple people's plotlines, and then nobody stepped up so I was just sort of standing there cooling my feet.
Whoa.
This got way more ranty than it was supposed to.
What I'm trying to say is: Twin, please tone it down a bit. I love the idea of this plotline, but the ideas you were tossing about in that text game were sort of in violation to establish DTG cosmology, and in ways that unless I'm mistaken about the way you're planning to take it, doesn't leave room for other people to grow their own plotlines, which is a big nono when plot tumoring.

As a question though, do you want engie the universe eater to be retconned out of the timeline entirely, or would you prefer for engiecorp to be left in as an inter-universal organization to potentially be involved in events later on. (if we bring down engiecorp's power levels a bit, you might even be able to regain full power over it at some point, although as it stands, it'll need to remain GM-driven at the onset.)
Oh, I should probably state it now;
Anyone that has plans for an inter-universal organization should probably contact me about it if it's a large one, because I might just need to put it into the GameFAQ for the reboot. (Also of note, any Inter-universal organizations that make it into the GameFAQ are gonna get hijacked by the GM, at least partially.) Take your time setting up inter-universal organizations in the reboot.
No, not that I know of. Also, items aren't really a thing here, and the formula for entities is (charge time * 4 + 10,000), so your twenty post charges can be a lot stronger. The terrain only buffs entity charges (the serveral Is on an entity), not charges for summoning an entity, although I understand why you think that.
@Tazz: Is the 18,000 damage critical, or non critical? If that 18,000 is non critical, shouldn't it be 36,000 with the crit added?
Whops, that should be a crit for 36,000. Unless Sandfall does something funky with HP, that is Ampersand's death. However, a check with him confirmed that Ampersand is currently invulnerable, so...Welp, at least he's not retaliating this turn.
Power multiplier as in what does each point of charge gets me. (For example, in Salvation you get 1000 HP and 250 attack per charge.)
How do I alchemize?
There's a restoration thread for spam that Generic already linked you. Unless you get 11 posts that are NOT in this section of the forums (which include the restoration section) the spam filter will be your worst enemy.
Generally, every 10 posts of charge is equivalent to 40,000 HP and 6,000 attack as of right now. A full 50-post charge is 200,000 HP and 25,000 attack. Of course, creativity is always a factor in these games, and more interesting entiteis deserve more interesting mechanics.
As for Alchemization: First off, the Artifact system (or at least, the concept of charging up items for you to use) is still in its basic form, but basically the Alchemy system reigns supreme (and it was voted in). I prefer it to Artifacts, decentralizes everything from being a charge-fest a bit (and also they're just fun). Basic form is, as Generic said, X && Y = Z at W level. They must be constructed, of course, you do not get them instantly; the time it takes to create an Alchemy is equal to its level plus 1, and CANNOT be assisted. Current cap level is 15, with a planned total cap of 25. There are two basic functions: && is a combination of both items straight up, while || Takes the form of one side and gives it the function of the other. You can string them together into more complex alchemies (Example: (U && Y) || (X || W) = Z at V level ).
It is more complicated than just straight-up charging for Artifacts/Alchemies, I'll say that, but it's also more fun; suddenly you possess a mechanical arm that can morph into anything you desire and shoots off blasts that erase stuff from existence, and you didn't even KNOW that was gonna happen! Part of why I like Alchemization is the surprise, becuase not EVERYTHING is up to the players (though you can give your Alchemies names and descrptions in advance; The only thing you cannot pre-determine for Alchemies you craft rather than charge is Level).
By the way: In terms of Alchemization, Charge equates to half of a level (so a 30-post charge can equate to a level-15 alchemy), and these AREN'T the most ridiculous things ever, as the strongest Alchemies buff up attack power by 5,000 points, which, considering the 'soft' cap for damage unboosted is around 30,000, isn't going to break the game.
Welp. Guess I'd change that charge. So the artifacts of this game are the Alchemies, right?
So, for example, I take a feather and a piece of wool and put it into the Alchemiter. Something comes out of it. Will I be able to control what comes out of it?
Edit: Will artifacts return for the Reboot, though? I like them. They just strengthen the character in a way that's in character.

Rebuilding Earth is a Great Effort, meaning it's something that requires multiple people to get it done,
