I'm not one good at balance, so I'll refrain from adding in my own characters, but this all seems to be very interesting.
On the other hand...
InsertNameHere: {30s, 30d, 30i, 30e, 30a}
Additionally, for events, I'm going to suggest a round 10 rather unfair ones:
(Player1) stole the final comb rave out from everyone's noses. {100s}
(Player1) accidentally downed a potion of assisted suicide. {-100s}
(Player1), in a freak accident involving the TARDIS, two million artifact grist and a rotten banana, stopped time for everyone else. {100d}
(Player1)'s computer decided to commit suicide, disconnecting them from PvP. {-100d}
(Player1) looked up Twin's DTG gamefaq. {100i}
(Player1) looked up the necronomicon. {-100i}
(Player1) managed to bribe Tricky to their side. {100e}
(Player1) got nope'd by the curse of repetition. {-100e}
(Player1) managed to alchemize the Fez while twin wasn't looking. {100a}
(Player1) got their inventory jpeg'd. {-100a}
Essentially death by no stats, or instant pwnage in the stat of your choice.
Question talist, wouldn't it be fairly simple to just, when activating an event, have it check for just the specific attributes related to it rather than all of them?
Additionally, I went through the pirate pad and fixed up some of the events to dish out stat changes.
Nobody needs that many stats, and that's not a stat amount that anybody can have.
He's the Godmodder, and yes it is, assuming Talist is using int as his variable type.

Non-lethal: (Player1) becomes Psi by some witchery. Congratulations, you can now do THAT. {1901s 1901d 1901i 1901e 1901a}
For the record: I advise literally making every other event occur five times in the code except this one to make sure this gamebreaking event is rare as heck. And yes, I do want it, kind of. Unless having that many events makes lag hit like a freight train/is a headache, then skip that.
Edit: And Piono beats me to the punch, but I really think the Author qualifies as an Entity, so +5000e instead of +1000 all stats...Probably not vice-versa for the Narrative, though. Then again we shouldn't have this many breaking events.
DoubleEdit: I have ideas for your chars, Pionoplayer, statwise. Maybe not BALANCED ones but definitely ideas at least. I'll put 'em down if you're interested.

Indeed. Too many game-breakers make for scenarios like that one time where I very carefully avoided the Cornucopia all game, then went Grimdark and murderized everybody.

OK, I have some OP scale nerfed guys and bosses. I've determined their stats by looking, but usually it's A or E that suffers because they either aren't weapon-users or not entity-summoners en masse. Again, OP-Scale NERFED. Or just nerfed in general really, as the Godmodder made the OP scale.
Richard {65s 10d 15i 30e 30a} Richard's dexterity is the lowest stat because he always moves last in the EoTB and prefers countering the players, who get three moves to his one. He makes up for it by having incredible strength/defensive abilities, and with many game abstractions working 100% he's got an inherent edge. As Erelye's Hazel Wand equals the level of the Godmodder's Banhammer at this point and he's got so few alchemies anyways, his Alchemy edge is only average. His Entities are powerful but given the nerf they probably require charge so that's also average. His ego (and shatter) holds him back mentally, but being the Godmodder he's got plans. Again, some OP scale nerfing. You might as well multiply every number by a thousand to actually include him at full power.
Pane {20s 35d 40i 25e 30a} Pane is much more balanced than Richard: He's probably got a bigger ego but his plan has been going (nigh)-unhitched for five years, as long as it doesn't concern Tazz and killing him, and he's a mad researcher so he's pretty genius. His style of fighting does not support taking but dealing damage, so his strength at an OP scale nerfing is lower. His dexterity is really how he dodges as a Godmodder. 25e is just so the 150 could fit perfectly. 30a is because he's had access to a powerful Alchemiter but we've actually seen a whooping one weapon...Which he used to mostly annihilate a mech with, so it kind of oddly balances out to 30? This is really only so much as what has been revealed, so bluh. He'd probably lean towards the last two stats given more time.
Scratch (Pre-Psi) {30s 40d 55i 10e 15a} Scratch has exactly one weapon usually: The Deudly Magnum. It is the only weapon he needs, but even if he had the ammo for it on-hand it's a one-shot and it's slow to reload by rule of the OP scale, but it's one-shot ability makes up for everything. His First Guardian powers are indeed potent enough to warrant average strength, but his teleportation abiltiies mean his agility is favored more. And of course, this wouldn't be Scratch if he wasn't omniscient, so his Intelligence is massive. He's got a lot of 'allies,' but not many that will immediately spring to his aid, so his entity stat is lowest.
Binary (Serpent Projection) {50s 20d 40i 10e 30a} Binary didn't really utilize grunts during his fight apart from the Minecraft Elites, and they were...Grunts. Not effective. Binary didn't need to move very much and he's a giant snake, all the maneuverability in the world isn't going to fix that. On the other hand, his ability to replicate any Alchemy, his artificial intelligence, and of course his massive Code-based powers, make him a force to be reckoned with.
Bill Cipher (Shattered) {40s 40d 25i 15e 30a} Bill's shattered so I basically don't have to repeat Scratch. Alchemy is 30 for the same reason as Binary, the code-based powers can generate a load of weapons. Plus he's got the Quills. Due to his loss of foresight his Intelligence is lowered significantly (it would probably be around Scratch's level had it not happened), but the Code-based powers and his small size and fast speed make up for it, and he's not a 100% idiot like this either. He didn't really use summonlings either but he's probably more likely to rope some sucker into his fold so it's slightly higher than Binary.

Something that science fiction often overlooks, presumably due in part to the LARGE HAM ur-example of the Death Star, is just how very easy it is to wipe out all life on a planet, one way or another, once you have access to the standard scifi technologies. Bombard it with relativistic gravel, redirect exceedingly large rocks to smack into it, use your Torch-Drive's hugely powerful magic reactor as a bomb, stop an Alcubierre Ringship at it, mass it extinction just isn't as difficult as it really should be.

Actually amp, although those would cause mass extinction events, nothing short of ripping the entire crust right off the Earth or blowing the planet itself to bit will be capable of wiping out life, because generally it first evolves during a period when the planet its on is being bombarded by space material and ripped apart by volcanos.

I have a feeling... that tonight's going to be a big big mess...
That's 29 tributes total. Sheesh. I'm nervous. It worked fine for the test data, but that was only about 11 tributes. I used to have a problem where tributes would just vanish into the aether realm never to be seen again. They would participate in an event and be gone the next day, not even in the graveyard. I eventually discovered it was because I was passing an ArrayList by reference and not by value. Some people might know what that means.
I guess I'll make it so that if a player has negative stats, they take damage according to how low it went and then it sets back up to 0. (wounds are pretty permanent. Players regain 5 health per day and the average game lasts about 6 days. Although I had one that went on for 73 days of 3 people just picking berries and what not. But now the chances of fatal events and duels rise as the game goes on.)
Currently, there isn't a way to "overload" fatal events. However, I can put it on my todo list because I don't think it will be that hard. Making players able to lose health if they pass a fatal event isn't too hard either. And I should be able to hardcode in having one particular event be uber uber rare. I'll just edit the selecting method so that if it picks that event, it picks again. AKA: it has to get it twice in a row for it to happen, which is something like a 0.0156% chance of happening and the chance just goes down as more events are added.
Also, why do some of you guys have parentheses in your names? I'm a little worried that's going to bug out the program by making it think there should be more tributes in an event than needed. (because it counts how many there are by the parentheses)

Alright, are we ready for the first hunger games? Plus, this program works WAY faster than the online one, so I can post is all right away. However, it was too big for one console window. And yes, more than one event can happen to any tribute, so a lot happens in the game.

Please congratulate our first champion, Lothyra!
Overall, I think I might need to tone down the rate of surviving events and there need to be more events that lower stats.
OK, Talist's system has somehow pronounced GUTZA the winner. There goes that joke.
Also, why are multiple people showing up in multiple events? I'd limit it to 2 each, there's only so much you could do in a day. This may or may not include duels.

It looks like each person can have more than one event, and some people don't show up every day? What? Also, does the health stat regenerate between duels?
@Piono; That is mostly true, though with repetition it ceases to be. Enough very large rocks will make absolutely certain. Aside from that, there is the matter of relativistic weapons, which create upon impact such an intense wave of radiation that any spacecraft hit with an R-slug would be sterilized barring some incomprehensible miracle of Scotty's magical take on science. {Not "Close proximity to a nuclear detonation" level of radiation, "Supernova-induced gamma-ray burst" level of radiation. Everything dies.}
Nobody needs that many stats, and that's not a stat amount that anybody can have.

Hey talist, glad your thing is up.
I'm not one good at balance, so I'll refrain from adding in my own characters, but this all seems to be very interesting.
On the other hand...
InsertNameHere: {30s, 30d, 30i, 30e, 30a}
Additionally, for events, I'm going to suggest a round 10 rather unfair ones:
(Player1) stole the final comb rave out from everyone's noses. {100s}
(Player1) accidentally downed a potion of assisted suicide. {-100s}
(Player1), in a freak accident involving the TARDIS, two million artifact grist and a rotten banana, stopped time for everyone else. {100d}
(Player1)'s computer decided to commit suicide, disconnecting them from PvP. {-100d}
(Player1) looked up Twin's DTG gamefaq. {100i}
(Player1) looked up the necronomicon. {-100i}
(Player1) managed to bribe Tricky to their side. {100e}
(Player1) got nope'd by the curse of repetition. {-100e}
(Player1) managed to alchemize the Fez while twin wasn't looking. {100a}
(Player1) got their inventory jpeg'd. {-100a}
Essentially death by no stats, or instant pwnage in the stat of your choice.
Question talist, wouldn't it be fairly simple to just, when activating an event, have it check for just the specific attributes related to it rather than all of them?
Additionally, I went through the pirate pad and fixed up some of the events to dish out stat changes.

Oh, and two more unfair stat changing events.
(Player1) convinced the Author to help him win. {1000s, 1000d, 1000i, 1000a, 1000e}
(Player1) managed to **** off the Narrative. {-1000s, -1000d, -1000i, -1000a, -1000e}
Only add these (for obvious reasons) if there's some way to make certain events less likely, and be able to make these two stupidly rare.

doubles... I'm using doubles... so... you can technically have decimals if you really want. At least, I think I used doubles.
And Piono, I'm not sure what exactly you're asking...
There's a difference between a hero and a champion. A champion overcomes threats, but a hero overcomes fears.
My Best Map so farAll my maps, click here.
Then there's also a Youtube channel I'm somewhat involved in.
Non-lethal: (Player1) becomes Psi by some witchery. Congratulations, you can now do THAT. {1901s 1901d 1901i 1901e 1901a}
For the record: I advise literally making every other event occur five times in the code except this one to make sure this gamebreaking event is rare as heck.

[Client thread/INFO] [Natura]: TConstruct, we're going to take over the world!
Rather hilariously, I have higher stats than Scratch does in everything but intelligence (he's higher) and dexterity (tie).
I don't know why that's funny, but it is.
GODDAMN IT
STUPID GENDERFLIP VIRUS

Okay. Let me post Lothyra and Bender's stats.
Lothyra: {15s 25d 45i 25e 40a}
Bender: {60s 20d 15i 15e 35a}
I have a feeling... that tonight's going to be a big big mess...
There's a difference between a hero and a champion. A champion overcomes threats, but a hero overcomes fears.

Alright, are we ready for the first hunger games? Plus, this program works WAY faster than the online one, so I can post is all right away. However, it was too big for one console window. And yes, more than one event can happen to any tribute, so a lot happens in the game.

Red and Blue made a short alliance, and exchanged supplies. Realistic.
Raven killed a Crocodile, which he mistook for a Gaping Dragon!
Blue read a bad fanfic. It didn't go well. That alliance lasted long.

You know, I just realized somethign: During the 1st game, Shattered Bill Cipher called himself a Dorito.
"0H N0! MY SECRET WEAKNESS! 1 CALLED MYSELF A D0R1T0!!"
It looks like each person can have more than one event, and some people don't show up every day? What? Also, does the health stat regenerate between duels?
@Piono; That is mostly true, though with repetition it ceases to be. Enough very large rocks will make absolutely certain. Aside from that, there is the matter of relativistic weapons, which create upon impact such an intense wave of radiation that any spacecraft hit with an R-slug would be sterilized barring some incomprehensible miracle of Scotty's magical take on science. {Not "Close proximity to a nuclear detonation" level of radiation, "Supernova-induced gamma-ray burst" level of radiation. Everything dies.}
