Twin! I do in fact have the Doctor's Doom, two remember? Future piono brought back the thing and I made another copy. I also specifically checked for the potions at the beginning of the manor. Not to mention the energy obliterator itself as well. And I am not the only one to operate with items other than alchemies. Aegis for one has had repeated success with his drones. I'll go back and check, but you'd better give me one heck of a crit if I'm right.
Second of all. I do not take my charges back when they fail.
I take them back when you call them out as failing on grounds that are entirely incorrect.
Of my charges in that round of actions I can see that I get back are...
2 3s, and the five 5s. An action that does not pass simply because of an inability to even start never has removed said charge. A failed action is one thing, an action that never took place is another. I act like I never used it because, in fact, I never did.
I can accept a few of those blocks. A few. But I do in fact have a problem with you blocking my things for no other reason than because you are slightly irked about the fact that I'm good at using loopholes.
I could list many, many times that other players have done similar things. In this very side-quest no less. And every time I have attempted something gimmicky or clever you have blocked it on some contrived charge with the real purpose of weakening my overall effect. That is not fair. At least be honest about it. Otherwise I can and will continue to take unfair blockage of my actions back on the grounds that you are acting not as a game master but as an annoyed Doc Scratch.
Twin! I do in fact have the Doctor's Doom, two remember? Future piono brought back the thing and I made another copy. I also specifically checked for the potions at the beginning of the manor. I'll go back and check, but you'd better give me one heck of a crit if I'm right.
Doc Scratch specifically said that it was in a place where none of your future selves could reach it. And the turn you reacquired the Doctor's Doom, I vetoed that.
There are NO potions in your inventory. I don't care what I said earlier, you are not allowed to have any instant-crit inducing items, such as potions. It's unfair that you can carry those around wherever you go in this sidequest, and even more unfair that you're one of the only people that could carry them.

I put on a Gibus, the Pyrovision goggles, and Razorback, then pull out a Machina, charge a shot, and fire... Only to miss completely.

And the shot goes flying into a hole in the wall left from earlier, bounces around the inside of the wall, shoots out another hole, and hits Scratch in the face.
I grab the stuff from my chest, after ascending back to the tower.
I then use my Attack buff (5/5) on Maniac.

Scratch's cueball strikes me last, and with enough force that my bones are liquified, killing me instantly, but leaving my near-indestructible Adminium armor intact, which remains, hovering a little above the ground, holding my items and serving as a focal point for my Finale... Besides, the thing is serving as a host to H3r0br1n3 after all, he's hardly going to shut down because I got myself killed...
My empty armor hovers for a moment, pilotless and incapable of movement... And then the visor flares to life with twin points of incandescent white light... Y0U 7HOUGHT YOU COULD STOP M3 W1TH A MERE CUEB4LL? I TH1NK N07. As the howls of the damned echo throughout Alternia, and the dead-grey frost of Hell spreads into the air, forming some unnatural glyph in three dimensions, the shell of the APAWA raises its right hand, and in that hand forms the solid silver War-Banner of the Damned... Then the empty armor falls to earth, smashing the Banner into the floor, and creating a network of frozen-over cracks, that make their own dark sigil as death-gray power spreads outward...

I arrive back up on the battle field and calmly walk over to my chest and loot it. The light coming from one of this planet's moons shines down of reflects off my iron armor, causing a lovely grey shine. The calm before the storm.
Wilson starts to make his way back to the Alchemizer now that the bombings seem to have stopped. It was easy to find the location of it with the screen. On arriving, he sees a group of unfriendly looking people going there already. It's times like this where being able to fight would be helpful Wilson thinks as he ducks behind some bushes out of sight.
You know, things people say will actually affect which side Wilson leans towards.
+3 up for trade with anyone but Engie x4
I pull out Hell's Instrument and my Unagi blade. I fire Hell's Instrument. As Scratch blocks or teleports, I throw the Unagi Blade into his deudly magnum (through the teleportation field like Bec Noir if I have to.) The blade jams the barrel. I then take out a small remote out of my pocket and press the button. The Deudly Magnum explodes over Scratch as the blade catches fire. If Scratch doesn't counter, he gets hit by Hell's Instrument anyway.
I take Dimentiosome +3 trade.
2x 20/20 +1 from Self +1 from trades. 2 EXPENDED
2/20 +2 from trades
I combine 2x 20/20 into 40/40 and expend it.

The symbol of light shining brightly appears above Scratch's head and slowly fades out as identical symbol's appear above the player's heads, seemingly draining the light from Scratch's. Luck is not on scratch's side anymore. However as a first guardian this situation won’t last long. (And the full effects unfortunately migrated and already calculated)
Target: All CURRENT passive buffs removed and luck down for 1 turn.

Sometimes a battle yields no victor.
Fear is Freedom! Control is Liberty!
Contradiction is Truth! That is the reality of this world!

+3 up for trade with anyone but Engie x4
There's a difference between a hero and a champion. A champion overcomes threats, but a hero overcomes fears.

Then there's also a Youtube channel I'm somewhat involved in.

BATTLE TECHNIQUE: SIGNAL JAM.
Oh no
2x 20/20 +1 from Self +1 from trades. 2 EXPENDED

I combine 2x 20/20 into 40/40 and expend it.
40/40 Combat Operandi: FORTUNE'S FAVOUR
The symbol of light shining brightly appears above Scratch's head and slowly fades out as identical symbol's appear above the player's heads, seemingly draining the light from Scratch's. Luck is not on scratch's side anymore. However as a first guardian this situation won’t last long. (And the full effects unfortunately migrated and already calculated)
Target: All CURRENT passive buffs removed and luck down for 1 turn.
Allies: Passives removed this way gained (at a lesser effect) until end of battle and luck up. (+1 HP regen, 5% Attack Bonus +luck)

An alternate timeline emerges.
However, we must first start from the beginning...
Walrus Punch: 5/15
Blaze It: 7/20
Mist Coil: 12/40
Oh and if Scratch's revolver killed me, wouldn't my armor return the damage? I even provided a formula for you. If I took 20 damage, I would have returned 10,000 damage to scratch.
I proceed to assume an auto-parry position.
(Wow, so many buffs :3 does damage modifiers affect parry damage?)
