Say you have a 10-post charge. If you advance the charge by 2 turns per post, going like 2/10, 4/10, etc., if would only be counted as a 5-post charge. If you say it's a 10-post charge, charge it for 10 posts. Or else the charge will not be as powerful. But then again, it's not the endgame yet. You don't need to charge every single thing you do!
Also, all players are anti-godmodder unless stated otherwise.
I explain that, with over 12 million players, the server should lag the game ALOT and probobly break the Gm's computer

You must have misunderstood my questions. Can I get PLYRs to help me with my projects that require charges? If I can, when they are helping me, will I get, say, 2x the charges per turn?
Example: I am building a bridge, and I am at 5/20 charges. I ask I_LUV_NOTCH to help me, and then I go up by two charges every post, so the next post I am at 7/20 charges, next 9/20 charges, and so on.

I Launch my TIE Bombers against the Uber Battleship Carrier (x30) (and because they're bombers they get an attack bonus) I also start creating a new, smaller World Destroyer
I vote for the player to summon Notch. Surely the game's creator could help us in the fight! Also, I give the godmodder a pointless document about completely pointless things, pointlessly.
