This is where most of the Destroy the Godmodder community is located, and the question has been coming up a lot. So, what do you think? Please vote, as this is very important!
I tell the GM ayenguyat transmitted charges(I doubt transmitting charges is legal but he does that very frequently) to another of his charges and I believe it is not allowed.(I have seen him frequently try to make his charge as much obtuse as possible for hiding his charge shenanigans but this time I have seen one of his shenanigans)
Also his upgrade to the gunblade is grossly overpowered compared to his charges and I suggest it to be breakable(it can take X overflow damage and then the upgrade is gone) since it would make ayenguyat nearly immortal if he had some regeneration and an heavy armor.

If I can not go on this side-quest(if revan wants to stay alone) I go on my own(I will describe it:it is about the mystic forge)

So it applies to your own charges too so you can not transmit charge points from one charge you have to another.

Just adding my two cents here; but he does allow us to alter charges slightly from say summoning a robot healing droid to a human healing droid for example. You also seem to be allowed to make the charges fairly vague and thus giving you plenty of scope when it is summoned.

[BREAKDOWN AND OOC] We are getting destroyed by nulitor, who now has the Amulet. Nulitor + Amulet == bad. We do not want nulitor with an artifact that generates summons, because that is going to get us dead. Thankfully, he's going to die soon, but if that gets Soulbound or Permanent, we are dead. Here's what I recommend we do not to get killed over and over again due to nulitor.
STEP 1: Destroy the Dark Barrier with a charged attack. I say charged, because if it isn't charged, we're going to be wasting our actions attacking it, while we could be doing better things such as destroying the Acolyte. STEP 2: Attack the Acolyte. We need to make progress on this, and attacking the Acolyte is the main point of the game. STEP 3: Kill nulitor, preferable with an attack with about 5 posts of charge. We really need the Acolyte dead, but nulitor is killing us over and over again. STEP 4: Find a way not to get murdered by nulitor over and over again. For example, create a barrier using a charged attack STEP 5: Steal or destroy some of nulitors items via charge. You can destroy items using charge, right? Destroy Soulbound and Permanent items, as well as stealing normal items, such as the Elemental Amulet. As I said, nuli + Amulet == bad.

I've let you transmit charges before, since you've made some charges that weren't worthwhile. However, if you're describing him switching charge points over to his other charges, then I should look into it!
I agree that sunnyau should have some limits on spamming his OP items! I feel that the HPLGB (High-Powered Laser Gunblade) needs some sort of cooldown power like all spoils of war will have, since it's got a huge amount of power behind it (even better than the HHHH and the Tank Artillery Tube)!
Revan gladly allows nulitor's Tech Master to join them.

Hey, I get 5 items and Consumer have 1 items more than me, nuiltor have 1 item less of me. So what are they?
I don't take my Bow but I cripple it into experience orbs and plug them in the Pyrostaff, making a damage increase and a soulbound to the Pyrostaff.(since this is a >15 charge item).
I then, as to pacify the Gms, decided to make the HPLGB have a cooldown of 1 turn(i.e. cannot attack in consecutive turns.)but +x(2-4) base attack damage and a skill to balance the nerfs or remove shock ablilty only since I used over 100 charge to make the HPLGB.

(I'd like to note that that's not my natural eye color. For some reason, every time I say something cryptic or evil, my eyes turn red and black blots specifically when I say a "bad time" thing. My normal eye color is normal black (Not blots of it), for your information.)

Redstone mashes the button about five thousand times (not kidding).
Suddenly, Redstone's eyes turn black once again.
He dashes straight at the Acolyte, and starts slashing over and over again.
He then goes back down and swings his hand in all directions.
Suddenly, Parts from all sider get flung at the Acolyte, as well as swords, hammers, axes, guns, and basically any weapon you could think of.
Redstone then grabs a bow from the shower of weapons, and the attack stops.
Yet not.
He begins to spam fires arrows at the Acolyte with amazing speed, and the arrows with amazing velocity.
All debris dissapears. Redstone's eyes turn back into regular eyes, and the attack is finished.

Since auyeungyat weakened one of his items I weaken the accumulator annihilator in return: I make him have the following stats
Accumulator Annihilator SP (can be used together with an attack to deal increased damage to PCs.When doing that one of the damaged player takes +1 damage per item he have(You can choose an order of priority if you use an attack who can damage multiple targets). for each point of damage dealt this way the accumulator annihilator gains heat. The Demo robot runs into the Dark Barrier. Suddenly, without the bot's notice, I use my Pyrostaff and shoot a bolt of fire at the bot. The bolt first get through the Robot and lights up the TNT it carries. Then the bolt hit the barrier. Hard. Since the barrier is very cool to provide shielding(as it is a Dark barrier) the bolt of heat fires up the barrier and vaporizes it.
Pricey are you going to summon Hidden Tesla as Boss of Episode? If yes, I will finish the Altar Commons and store it until next Episode. Else I'll speed up the Altar Commons to be a Episode Boss.

As the Acolyte begins to recover from mega's attack, he's suddenly assailed again by the The Elementalist! The blade dances and twists, its size belying the speed with which he brings it about in clash after clash.
Of course, the sword not being properly summoned yet, this is more of a distraction than a proper attack, the Acolyte is a bit busy trying to hold up against the storm of sword swings to defend against another surprise attack that may come against him.
We are still hoping to one-shot down the Barrier and down nulitor like a flip of a hand.

The Elementalist finishes a single last upward swing, knocking the Acolyte backwards, and he then jumps back himself, uttering a phrase as he runs his hand along the back side of the massive scimitar. Suddenly, the dark surface begins to shimmer, sparkly and shift. The blade's magical nature becoming much, much more apparent:
Nightshade, elemental blade. This sword has a lot of slots in it, special ability: slotted (more accepting to future upgrades)
Aside from the increased upgrading capacity, Nightshade is mostly just a powerful sword... for now. (if slotted requires the full 25, then that's fine, then Nightshade can just be a blank slate. Expect that to change.)
And with that, The Elementalist shoots forwards, slamming into the Acolyte with his sword, magic sparks in every direction, and the two clash, the Elementalist moving much faster now, countering attacks in such a way that makes it seem as if the blade itself were aiding his movements.
Finally he brings it around in a complex loop. The Acolyte watches it for a movement, steps in to try and block... only to get hit from the complete other side and sent flying.
Also, I am now accusing you(nuiltor) of falsely accusing me of transmitting charge(Accord to #1678).
I specially don't use the /null symbol now as I want GM to post the verdict in the next update.

My suggestion: Redstone Power Distance
You gained charges from a charge because you cancelled it(or explain what this text means it is in one of your posts).
It is what I call transferring charges.
When someone cancel a charge I think he do not have the right to gain anything from it.
So when you cancel a charge you can not take away point from it even if it is to spend them in another charge.
So it applies to your own charges too so you can not transmit charge points from one charge you have to another.
So I think the rules tells you can not benefit from a charge you cancel.
So tell me why you said you had +3 from Hp Drink(Cancelled) to a charge while it seems rules does not allows to gain charges from another of your own charges.
clearly you do not understand my accusation: I was accusing you of transmitting charge points from one of your own charge to another of your own charges which I believe to be forbidden.
I never said you transmitted them from a charge of someone else: If I meant that I would have used the word stealing.
I am waiting for the GM to tell if it is allowed to gain charge points from one of your own cancelled charges
If such thing is possible it will be an obvious way to entirely bypass the following rule:
:People will be able to spam charges called stuff like summon sentry turret and then when they have sufficient inspiration they would cancel their own charges and gain charge points from that to unleash what they want instead of what they chose in the past.
So basically this rule would have no use if gaining charges from cancelling a charge was possible.

Just adding my two cents here; but he does allow us to alter charges slightly from say summoning a robot healing droid to a human healing droid for example. You also seem to be allowed to make the charges fairly vague and thus giving you plenty of scope when it is summoned.

I agree that sunnyau should have some limits on spamming his OP items! I feel that the HPLGB (High-Powered Laser Gunblade) needs some sort of cooldown power like all spoils of war will have, since it's got a huge amount of power behind it (even better than the HHHH and the Tank Artillery Tube)!

My games.
Hey, I get 5 items and Consumer have 1 items more than me, nuiltor have 1 item less of me. So what are they?
I don't take my Bow but I cripple it into experience orbs and plug them in the Pyrostaff, making a damage increase and a soulbound to the Pyrostaff.(since this is a >15 charge item).
I then, as to pacify the Gms, decided to make the HPLGB have a cooldown of 1 turn(i.e. cannot attack in consecutive turns.)but +x(2-4) base attack damage and a skill to balance the nerfs or remove shock ablilty only since I used over 100 charge to make the HPLGB.

This is to the Acolyte.
Redstone holds his hand over a button.
it says something.
FIGHT.
Redstone mashes the button about five thousand times (not kidding).
Suddenly, Redstone's eyes turn black once again.
He dashes straight at the Acolyte, and starts slashing over and over again.
He then goes back down and swings his hand in all directions.
Suddenly, Parts from all sider get flung at the Acolyte, as well as swords, hammers, axes, guns, and basically any weapon you could think of.
Redstone then grabs a bow from the shower of weapons, and the attack stops.
Yet not.
He begins to spam fires arrows at the Acolyte with amazing speed, and the arrows with amazing velocity.
All debris dissapears. Redstone's eyes turn back into regular eyes, and the attack is finished.

Since auyeungyat weakened one of his items I weaken the accumulator annihilator in return: I make him have the following stats
Accumulator Annihilator SP (can be used together with an attack to deal increased damage to PCs.When doing that one of the damaged player takes +1 damage per item he have(You can choose an order of priority if you use an attack who can damage multiple targets). for each point of damage dealt this way the accumulator annihilator gains heat. When the heat bar goes above 35 this item can no longer be used for 3 turns and then the heat goes back to 0)

If I am allowed to I go where revan is and then I see the ghost knight.
The Demo robot runs into the Dark Barrier. Suddenly, without the bot's notice, I use my Pyrostaff and shoot a bolt of fire at the bot. The bolt first get through the Robot and lights up the TNT it carries. Then the bolt hit the barrier. Hard. Since the barrier is very cool to provide shielding(as it is a Dark barrier) the bolt of heat fires up the barrier and vaporizes it.
Pricey are you going to summon Hidden Tesla as Boss of Episode? If yes, I will finish the Altar Commons and store it until next Episode. Else I'll speed up the Altar Commons to be a Episode Boss.

As the Acolyte begins to recover from mega's attack, he's suddenly assailed again by the The Elementalist! The blade dances and twists, its size belying the speed with which he brings it about in clash after clash.
Of course, the sword not being properly summoned yet, this is more of a distraction than a proper attack, the Acolyte is a bit busy trying to hold up against the storm of sword swings to defend against another surprise attack that may come against him.

I order the surgeon to heal the technology master then I walk toward the ghost knight and I tell him "What are you doing here? Are you defending this place against eventual pillagers? Are you waiting for something? What do you want?"

The Elementalist finishes a single last upward swing, knocking the Acolyte backwards, and he then jumps back himself, uttering a phrase as he runs his hand along the back side of the massive scimitar. Suddenly, the dark surface begins to shimmer, sparkly and shift. The blade's magical nature becoming much, much more apparent:
Nightshade, elemental blade. This sword has a lot of slots in it, special ability: slotted (more accepting to future upgrades)
Aside from the increased upgrading capacity, Nightshade is mostly just a powerful sword... for now. (if slotted requires the full 25, then that's fine, then Nightshade can just be a blank slate. Expect that to change.)
And with that, The Elementalist shoots forwards, slamming into the Acolyte with his sword, magic sparks in every direction, and the two clash, the Elementalist moving much faster now, countering attacks in such a way that makes it seem as if the blade itself were aiding his movements.
Finally he brings it around in a complex loop. The Acolyte watches it for a movement, steps in to try and block... only to get hit from the complete other side and sent flying.
