Both my charges go off, and a fancy golden amulet, inlaid with gems, appears around my neck. I realize that with crafting and upgrading illegal, the amulet is useless, so I alter it to have the ability to hold up to 2 "crystal" type items (meaning the item is litterally a crystal, and was made for this.), extending its semipermanence ability to them, before putting the perceptual crystal in one slot.
now armed with a defensive item, a means to keep it in the unlikely event of death, and my +damage spiked pickaxe, I....
wait under the tarp for combat buffs/surprise attacking, casting a short magical ritual to give myself +damage next turn if possible.
I *finally* unleash the entity from out of the Howitzer, point it at MrMirrorMan and tell it: "Kill". MWAHAHAHAHAHA!

Sorry I couldn't update yesterday, I had some drama to attend to. Thankfully, everyone involved has buried the hatchet (to my knowledge), so the update schedule should be back to normal. Well- as normal as things can be.

As I see the Spear Mooks being enchanted with darkness, I shine sunlight onto them, making the darkness collide with the brightness and harm them.

I hide under the heavy trapuline and return it to its previous state. I proceed to juice Half my cactus (and put said juice in a wooden cup), take the 6 flint points, and attach them to the pickaxe via cactus goop. I then hold it out in the sun for a moment, drying the cactus goop into solidity, and use magic combined with minecraft logic to make my highly impractical idea work.
You successfully hide under the tarpulin! While the cactus doesn't provide a sticky enough adhesive to attach your flint heads to your pickaxe, it's not completely wasted- you can still make a nice juice out of it.

I'm not a big fan of keeping items after death, sadly, since quite a few people abused it. Your items have been nerfed, although hopefully not to the point of uselessness.

Purple smoke pours out of the eyes and mouth of the skull decal as all of the souls within are unleashed into a horde of Wary Souls! You can withdraw these back into the gun if they have enough health when you do so. But for now, your Soul counter resets to 0! They're inactive this turn, but they can't be attacked. Feel free to order them around next turn, though.
Ninjatwist_ dodges the beam! He angrily shakes his fist at the carrier before sudden plot lightning zaps the transporter beam out of commission.

if it drops loot and leaves soon(IE within a turn), I will stealthily follow it from behind.
if it is not leaving soon, but does drop loot, I silently brew a potion of blades with the flint, using cactus juice in the place of water, and place it on the ground next to me, under the tarp. I'll drink the potion to temporarily buff my attacks when I attack it.
if it does not drop loot, I will just hide, maybe brewing some potions of regeneration with magic while i wait so I can down them for healz later.
I tell the Wary Souls to surround the Assault Rifle Mooks and proceed to throw a flashbang at them. This will hopefully allow the Souls to engage without drawing heavy fire.

I decides to use the rouse of the Wary Souls attacking the Automatic Rifle Mooks and draws the spear mook's attention to them. While they are busy throwing spears at the 16 Souls I stab both of them from behind without warning.

Your pickaxe should be enough to pierce the thing's carapace and deal considerable damage to the fleshy parts within.
A monster of this size should drop some form of loot for you to gain. You try to brew a strengthening potion, but the flint doesn't react too well with the rest of your Cactus Juice, only making you receive a dodge boost.

With surprisingly good speed and strength, I rush towards NinjaTwist, and, before he can react, have him in a Martial Arts hold in which he can't defend himself.
"You know the thing about Plot Armor? It is very powerful, and it prevents you from dying...but, when it is your time to die, there is nothing you can do to stop it." I shrug. "I guess this is it."
Before he can react, I quickly draw a knife and drive it into NinjaTwist's neck.

is the crab leaving if i do nothing this round?
if not, I brew a potion of ancient might using a wooden cup, the odd fossil, and a small blood sacrifice (IE: my action), which will buff me on use.
if it is, I chug the dodge-buffing potion i apparently made, as well as the +damage one from my second action that wasn't acknowledged, and leap from the tarp, pickaxe in hand, before warping, an aura of cyan light enshrouding me, and suddenly I'm on the crabs top, the pickaxe blazing with dark fire, and I slam it down, sending cracks spiderwebing across the crabs shell, before jumping to avoid the crabs attempt to shake me off, and summoning magic weapon versions of the pickaxe, before tossing them, one of flame, one of air, and one of ice-cold fire, each exploding on impact and rocking the crab, causing loose shards of carapace flying and knocking it on balance...
and I blaze forwards as a ball of purple flame, stopping on the air behind the stumbling, scared giant crab, and sending the flame, no longer held around me by magic, flying off. I'm sure that won't affect anything. anyway, I float in the air, wings of amethyst light behind me, before the light refracts, bends and becomes a sword and a case for the pickaxe, the second one empowering it. I fall down to the ground in the blink of an eye, rolling as I hit the ground and slashing down the blade, a gargantuan facsimile of the blade clashing into the shell simultanously, and I toss the pickaxe, the frame allowing me to control its momentum and cause it to continually bounce off things and keep hitting the crab. my eye flashes purple and the blade extends, from about a meter to twice the length of the crab, and I warp up, so that the blades new tip will only slightly pierce the shell if slashed into it.
I proceed to swing the blade, creating a massive crack/wound in the middle of the crabs back, as with such a long blade, moving my hand at 1/2 a meter per second moves the tip at ~10 meters per second, and magic allows me to move my hand supernaturally fast. as such, the near-instant slash breaks through, meeting resistance, certainly, but breaking through said resistance instantly.
this last bit with the extending sword takes under a second.
