aU: Hey! Hey, get up! You still have work to do! Get the hell up!
Auth rises up on N3, shaking his head. uA: Argh, my head. That was... certainly an experience. Auth charges down to N8, and fires Gant and Viric at Lykari. uA: Thanks for the help, Offbeat! IN THE MUCH MORE FRAGMENTED LIBRARY... Auth survived. Barely. He looks up at the Sphere after his failed attack. He looks around at the remains of the zone. He steps through the sap, wiping it off himself afterwards. He walks over to the desk, barely able to see. He feels through it, finding one of the remaining drawers. He crouches down, and clears his eyes, checking the drawer. He stares at the book in the desk, before picking it up and putting it in his jacket pocket. With Detemtri taking care of the Iti fragments, Auth looks around for who he was supposed to be protecting. uA: Miss Omo!? Miss Omo, where are you? Can you hear me? Are you awake? Whether Omo responds or not, and she probably doesn't, Auth does eventually find her. Then he looks sadly at her. uA: Oh, no no no no no no no no no no n on on o nno... Auth leans down to check for Omo's pulse, which should still exist. Then Auth looks off to the side, and sees vaguely the other 78% of the library. It's probably less than that, but it's way off. Thank god Auth has his eyesight. A second Auth is born from the ink left around the zone, and starts heading off in that direction. It leaves a path in its wake as it travels. The other Auth, remaining with Omo, attempts to carry Omo away. He holds her carefully, to ensure that no greater damage is done to her. Auth carries Omo out of the library. BACK TO THE FOREST uA: Yeah, my coat did me in, but I love this coat. It's all nice and warm. And it goes down to my knees, which is good. I've worn a coat like this so long it'd feel odd if I didn't have my coat go down that far. Auth then smirks. uA: My skull isn't cracked, it's just a little scraped. It stings like a swarm of Lamplighter Bees but it'll be fine. Probably. Auth rolls his head back a bit after Ette tells that story about Marron. It almost seems like he could laugh. uA: I understand the pains of both of you completely. All the blood noses you get from smashing your face on things because your long article of clothing gets caught on things is literally the worst. I hate it, it's awful. Auth then turns and smiles to Ette. uA: I mean, really, Ette, deft needlework and bandages is what most sealing of wounds are. Thank you for the help. Auth nods when Ette mentions healing magic being useful. uA: Yeah. It would be, honestly. Normally, when I take care of my wounds, I just slap a whole bunch of ink on it and it usually works. Proper healing magic would be useful though. Auth turns to Alt when she offers to help. He shakes his head when she asks if he has any objections to it. uA: Not at all, Alt. Please do. When Main Auth gets mutilated, the Auth with Marron, Ette, Alt and such kind of... zones out. SO WHAT HAPPENED THERE? Auth himself, inside his mind, is knocked out. The Mindscape shakes violently. However, two other entities are active. A ditzy foxgirl in a yellow dress is suddenly transported onto a quiet boat on a dark river. Everything is foreboding, giving her the sense to stay in the boat. It's relatively peaceful. It is definitely quiet. And then the sky turns red. aU: Offbeat. You and I need to have a little chat before you go. A dark red cloud materialises in front of the blonde foxgirl. aU: I know you were listening in, how much did you hear? I know you said something to someone outside our little place here, who was it, and what did you say?[/b] Lightning strikes around the dark cloud. [b]aU: Answer this, and you are free to leave. BACK TO ZONE 1 Having heard what Roxxanne said, Auth quietly writes something down on a piece of paper, before folding it up and putting it in his pocket. Auth was relaxing quietly, nursing his head, until... uA: Sorry to ruin the mood, guys, but this is a medical emergency! Another Auth shows up, carrying an extremely heavily wounded girl in his arms. The Auth that was there stands up, and with a single glare between the Auths, an understanding is reached. The newcomer puts Omo down where Auth was lying, before melting away. uA: Omo, are you okay? I think it might be time to wake up.[b] Originally posted on 2017-07-08 06:54:00 -------------------- They say that there's no rest for the wicked, until they close their eyes for good.

Battle action: Oppy seems actually kinda lowkey horrified at having witnessed The Duelist explode like that. Especially the fact that her arm ended up bouncing off of him. He ends up spending most of the turn curled up very tightly on the tile he respawned at, shivering and staring blankly at the nearest wall. Maybe it wasn't such a good idea to, you know, blow up The Duelist with a cinderfruit, given how she resembled Chloe pretty well... eventually, he manages to get something of a grip, moves to J5, drops off an EMP grenade at G4, and retreats to K7...
"(quiet distressed whimpering)" Non-battle: Oppy narrows his eyes at Marron and Mari for a few seconds... then shrugs. "I don't believe either of you, but if you insist you're not plotting anything, I won't inquire further as to what you're plotting to do to me. I mean... come on, there has to be some plan of revenge, given neither of you seem happy about my discovery." There's a pause. "Unrelated note, I took a look at each of your character sheets, and it does seem like the pair of you working together could probably beat me in a 2 on 1 battle, or at the very least, it'd be a rather close battle. Just a matter of interest and a few thought calculations, nothing more." And another pause. "And Mari? You should consider wearing a mana circlet. I think it'd suit you. And the 11 intelligence bonus to doublecast Cloud Cover would work very nicely under certain circumstances, such as if you wanted to protect yourself and an ally in battle from a fairly moderate damage source at the same time. Just a quick thought calculation and suggestion." He then turns back to Chloe, giggling and blushing at the fact that she called him sweet, then sitting down beside her. He seems to have quite the silly, awkward smile on his face... and responds soon enough to her, possibly increasing cheese volumes by a fair bit. "Hehe~ I'm sure you're sweeter, you're making me blush so hard here... I'm fairly sure I'm not even supposed to be able to blush, heh. But yeah... I'm sure you're sweeter than me." He glances around the nearby area for a few seconds, then shuffles in fairly close to Chloe. There's a long moment of silence from Oppy... then, very very quietly, Chloe and Chloe alone might be able to hear his awkward continuation. It might take a bit of straining to hear, admittedly... [small][small][small][small][small][small][small][small]"Maybe we could settle who's sweeter with a... kiss... or something like that... sometime or other..."[/small][/small][/small][/small][/small][/small][/small][/small] Originally posted on 2017-07-08 17:13:00 -------------------- "Their story has concluded for now. <TURN TWO-HUNDRED AND FIFTY-SEVEN>
Dimitri starts by sucking up 73 Iti Fragments into the inventory. It doesn't look like they're very helpful, sadly. In the Hole of Mining Ores, JOE decides to try and debug a Glitch Zombie. It works, creating 1 Normal Zombie... which is still aggressive. It seems to have taken (4) damage in the process, though. He then also distracts the same zombie with a villager, preventing it from attacking this turn! Then, in Zone 5, Auth deals with the aftermath of the laser. He searches around for Omo's body... which he eventually finds, thrown a good distance away from desk. He moves to feel for a pulse... ...There's nothing. ...Auth, with a 98% certainty, begins to panic. However, on closer inspection, Omo still does seem to be breathing. Maybe the fact that she's basically an alien species means that her anatomy is completely different. An Ink Specter promptly materializes itself to go and check out the 78% of the zone that was totaled by the laser... and unsurprisingly, it's totaled. Little fragments of stone, wood, and the bricks that the library was made from float in the air. Every so often, a few of the fragments will suddenly become subject to gravity, falling into the abyss below. While the specter appreciates(?) this, Auth lifts up Omo, and carries her out of the library. Meanwhile, at the Clearing, Auth mentions that his skull is fine, and something about bloody noses. tc: ...Of course it is! It's a figure of speech! tc: ...And how could the both of us share that pain? Ette's a puppet! tc: She doesn't have any blood to lose, or a nose to smash! tc: ...For a supposedly super-smart author person, you've kinda been failing your logic checks today... [small][small]tc: The fact that you keep stumbling over things also doesn't really help your image, too.[/small][/small] Then, out of seemingly nowhere to the two girls, Auth suddenly zones out. tc: Huh? You alright? tc: ... To be sure, Marron slaps Auth across the face just to restore his attention. It seems to work, just as another Auth runs in, holding the incredibly wounded Omo in his arms. He sets her down gently, and tries to see if she'll stir. While that happens, Chloe and the others circle around her body, getting a good look at the new arrival. ga: W-What happened to her legs? Will she be alright!? tc: Nah, she's totally dead. Whatever removed her legs probably hit hard enough to just kill her outright. ut: ...Who's this? ut: Auth, I'm pretty sure this is a block of wood, shaped to look like a lady. Or at least, the upper half of one. ut: There's desperate, and then there's you. You need to get a girl, man. ct: (I, um, uh...) ct: (I don't think we can help her...) Half of the group; namely, Marron and Mari, seem to be mostly unshaken by the arrival. Chloe and Ette do seem to be incredibly concerned, at the very least. Ette stands above the wooden girl's body, trying to think of a way that she could potentially help her. Chloe just stands there, panic-stricken. The Operative then addresses a few things. He decides that he doesn't believe that Mari and Marron aren't plotting anything. ut: Well, you kinda hosed our plans. ut: We can't lay a finger on you, because you'd enjoy it. tc: And I can't lay a finger on Chloe, because she'd also probably enjoy i- ut: Actually, no. She's not a masochist in the slightest. ut: ...Anyway, we can't lay a finger on her because... that'd threaten our existence, and the existence of the Mindscape at large. ut: You've outplayed us by being kinky. Which is the weirdest way I've ever been outplayed, but "gg" I guess...? [small][small]ut: Also, in a 2v1 between us, here's what'd happen; you'd instantly crit and kill Marron because she's weak, then I fry you to death with gorillaing laser beams.[/small][/small] He then suggests to Mari to toss a Mana Circlet upon her head. She does so. ut: Heh, I can actually wear these now and not look dumb. Girl power. Woo. The Operative then walks over to Chloe, who's still perturbed at the presence of Omo's body. She does her best to be flirty- well, as best as you can do when there's a nearly-dead person behind you. ga: O-Oh come on; it's totally you! ga: In fact, you're so sweet that you'd... help me come up with a way to see if this wooden girl is okay or not. She's breathing, but given the flow of... tree sap, I think from her lack of a lower body, I'd say that she's going to expire soon... She fails to hear the Operative's whisper, as a result of not only being a little too worried, but as a result of failing her Hearing roll. Battlefury, back in the hole, tosses together some pickaxes for his doggo army using 5 Iron Ingots and 4 Cinder Logs. They swarm the Iron Vein to death, mining all of it! +20 Iron! The one not-stunned Zombie bashes Battlefury for (7) damage. Just keep digging... Oh, Auth also searches the broken desk at Zone 5, finding a book that seems to detail proper summoning technique. It details six different creations, each of them of varying size and shape. Summon upgraded; more base skillpoints added, along with a few other notable additions to the spell! <BATTLE: THE CHURCH OF HIS MIGHTINESS LORD FOSSIL GLORY BE TO HIS NAME MAY HE SHINE ON FOREVER MORE, TURN TWELVE> WARE's changed to another Glyph! The key mechanic here is voting for things; in the WARE page, there are three attacks you can vote for! Vote for one, and the Fossil will use it! Try and make sure as few people as possible will be slain by the attack; otherwise, life will suck for you. Originally posted on 2017-07-10 00:37:00 -------------------- |

>Auth: Spawn on J15, Use Mr. Fires, summon Neddy Men on I15 and K15. Give Lyra Peligin and Cosmogone. Send Neddy 1 to clobber Devout 6 and Neddy 2 to clobber Devout 7.
Auth sighs when Marron points out that Ette can't actually feel pain. uA: Well, Miss Ette... was it frustrating? Having to deal with Miss Marron smashing her face in repeatedly? Ette will likely nod, and so, Auth smirks. uA: That is what I meant. That annoyance is what I was referring to. Auth sighs. uA: Perhaps you've been failing some too? We've both failed them. Auth looks to the side and down. uA: I'm not a super-genius, and I don't know what gives me that image. I don't pretend to be one. And I know me tripping over things doesn't help much. Auth half-laughs when Marron asks if he is okay. uA: Oh, I'm fine. I just died out on the field, it's fine. I've had worse. Then, Auth kneels down to check on Omo. Omo's only missing her legs, though. She'd probably still have the tops of her legs. Auth looks at her, concerned. uA: Miss Elem, this is Miss Omo. What happened to her legs? A Thyme-Entropy laser was fired at her home while I tried to protect her from murderous beasts. He turns to Marron. uA: She isn't dead yet, Miss Marron! Don't give up hope. She's still breathing, so she's definitely alive. A harmless blob of Ink flies into Mari's face. uA: Miss Mari, that was uncalled for. I've introduced her, and she is a Chairian. He looks down sadly. [small]uA: I-I'm not desperate... I have an interest in someone and it isn't Miss Omo...[/small] Auth then turns to Ette and shakes his head. uA: I do believe that we can save her, Ette. But we will need to make haste. He then turns back to Mari. uA: Miss Mari, do you know anything about Charian Physiology? As a scientist, I believe you would be the best person to ask. Auth then seals Omo's wounds, tearing up many Mage Robes to create many bandages to stem the flow of Omo's sap. uA: Could someone please get me a blood-pack's worth of tree-sap? I want to try to give her a transfusion so she doesn't die. Meanwhile, could someone please create a new pair of legs for her, please? I do believe that if we have them she should be okay. She may even be able to use them normally. Please make them out of wood, and try to keep them to a similar tone to her skin if you can, please. Auth stays kneeling by Omo for a long while. CRAFTING: DAWN'S LAW This will protect you, for the time when Dawn comes and the Sky falls. Effects: +1 DMG, +1 Range to Basic Attacks. Status effects that you apply last for an extra turn. Enemies in Range 1 of you have -25% Accuracy. Items Used: Unbreakable String, 1 Element of Dawn, 1 Starstone Demark, 3 Correspondence Plaques, 10 Iti Fragments, 20 Glitch Gel, 2 Gold Ingots. Auth stays kneeling by Omo's side, but eventually turns his gaze down to the Unbreakable String in his hand. It glows a dim green, it's light is less than when it was first made some time ago. A spectre appearificates behind Auth, and he hands the string to it. The intention is clear. The Spectre is going to do... something with it. Nobody knows what this "something" is, but we assume it's probably highly unsafe, as the Spectre (henceforth known as Auth) runs off into the forest, away from everybody else. Auth, in the middle of the forest, makes a small clearing to give him enough space to work. He pulls out the Unbreakable String, and stares at it. Then, he has an idea. A genius one. Actually, it's not genius, it's stupid, but he's doing it anyway, and we get to watch the consequences. He also pulls out a Correspondence Plaque. He places the string inside the groove containing the large line of red that most of the Correspondence is. The String seems to resonate with the plaque, glowing a brighter red. Auth nods, marking the ground around the plaque. A large circle marks the ground around the plaque and string. Then, Auth pulls out a Starstone Demark. He places it towards the North of the plaque, causing to glow a purple colour, as the Demark resonates in a bright blue. Auth then places some Iti Fragments around the outside of the circle, causing a bright purple to glow out of it. Auth then tips a small bucket of Glitch Gel over the plaque, watching as the plaque glows even brighter as the Glitch Gel crackles and glows. Auth places two more Correspondence Plaques in line with the corners of the main plaque. Lines spring out from everything, and everything interconnects. Around each individual piece of the circle, where pieces are placed, more circles emerge. When everything has formed a fine web, Auth stares at the brightly resonating web. He throws out some Gold Ingots into the web, and they're cut up by the bright purple lasers. Then, the gold pieces melt on the ground, and the gold flows through the lines like they're veins, causing the Plaque to glow yellow, like a star. Then, Auth floats up over the top of the runic circle, and pulls out an Element of Dawn. It glows like a small star, like it's a little piece of one. Auth hods it in the air, and then lets go, and the thing floats in the air. Auth remains floating in the air, but he moves back slightly. The Element sends out what appears to be a spotlight towards each of the pieces of the circle, before... Back with everyone else, Auth has a look of uA: "what the hell are you doing" as The Operative does his Magical Girl thing to fix Omo. He's visibly thankful, but... You know. It was weird. And strange. And why is he wearing women's clothing? Then, a bright pillar of light appears off in the Distance. Reasonably far off, but it's extremely bright. Auth looks at it, before turning away because it burns his eyes to stare at it. But then... he's forced to stare at it. He involuntarily floats into the air, and light begins to shine out of him. Light shines out of his eyes and mouth. The area around his heart glows, as do the palms of his hands. The soles of his feet boil, as light shoots out of them too. uA: THE DAWN GIVES THIS ONE ITS BLESSING. TAKE ITS STRENGTH AND USE IT WELL, AUTHOR. THIS IS THE WILL OF THE MACHINE OF DAWN.[b][/b] Then, Auth returns to normal, falling to his knees, coughing and spluttering. When he opens his eyes and look around, he has a strange sigil embedded into his Sclera. ![]() This. Around his iris. I cast magic wall as loudly and obnoxiously as possible. this loudness hurts both zombies ears and the glitched one also glitches into the wall and starts suffocating.
G15, and cast summon [base before skillpoint use] 11 HP 4MP 5% ddg 2Mov 2 querrys: 1, it says "Custom skill are allowed this time! YAY!". does that mean the summons can have custom skills of their own, or does it mean they can use my custom skill- in this case, portal? 2, it says on caster "5 SKILLPOINTS: The summoner may cast their spells from the Caster.". does this use the summon(caster)s MP or the guy who summoned its MP (me?) if querry 1 has the answer 'summon can have own', then this is my summon: caster mode! custom spell- dupliclone. 20MP. this summon must survive for 1 turn before it can use dupliclone [IE: available on second? third? action]. on using dupliclone, this entity loses dupliclone and makes a duplicate of itself that still does and has 16 MP. then, attack mode switches to ranged. does 5 to self, loses 10 MHP. stat uses: 6 points in MMP. 9 points in MHP. 3 points in MOV (mov becomes 3 instead of 2) 8 points in the ranged attack thing it'll have once dupliclone happens (that maxes it i think? 9 points in dodge [gets it to 50%] and the last 4 points go to getting 50% fire resist and 50% electric resist. if this entity is spawned, spawn on 15F. if summons can't have their own custom spells, and it uses the summons MP when casted through, 5 skillpoints to that, caster mode, maximum points in MP, then as much as possible in HP after that, and if theres more left over use it on dodge. this entity spawns on 15F if spawned. if both options work do the first. if neither works, then don't cast summon, or spawn in JOE. Emerald continues mining things, leaving JOE to deal with the Zombie
~~~~ Emerald will probably craft something this turn. That something is a terrible idea. Or next turn, depending on how long it takes to write something that won't repeatedly kill him. Terrible Idea Crafting Byproducts: Cooked Ornstein: Restore 10(?) HP. Probably doesn't taste too good Eternally Exploding Entropy: When used, select a space within Range 3. Create an Entropic Singularity (anything that ends their turn on this space takes (10-10) Glitch damage. Every turn, immediately before regen occurs, the Singularity explodes, and then resets, casting Historia on everything within 4(?) spaces of itself, then dealing (MASSIVE) damage to everything that Historia'd. This will last forever. Or at least until the end of the battle. ~~~~ Emerald waits for Ire to finish dopping, and equips 2 HP orbs, and a MP orb. Voting Surf. He spawns at F14 and throws a knife at Devout5, using Pusback to somehow make the knife have enough force to shove the Devout back 5 spaces. Provided that actually hits, that's one less vote from the Devouts Originally posted on 2017-07-10 17:38:00 |
The Temmie Hero spawns in at K15, or failing that any unoccupied 15 space that won't be spawned on later. Tem'll use Empowering Flakes on temself and nothing else. Tem needs healing, and badly. Battle: Oppy spawns in somewhere in the 14th row, runs up to K7, slashes the Fossil, and retreats to L9. Vote cast for Surf if nobody else has, or Take Down if someone else voted Surf.
"Hello, quote unquote god. I'm an atheist." RP: Oppy just stares at the remaining part of Omo's body that happens to be present. He seems to be thinking of something, taking a fairly close look at things to check the injury severity and all that business. Eventually, he cracks his knuckles. "I do have a possible solution, but I doubt you're going to like it. Here we go..." He walks a short distance away, then drops a flashbang at his feet, surrounding his body in a blinding flash of light that completely obscures his form from all visible. The crackling of powerful lightning can be heard through the ringing of ears that typically accompanies flashbang grenades, and the glow of similar lightning can be seen in a cloud of smoke that flashbangs aren't quite so known for producing. Once the smoke and the lightning stop, the result of this bizarre action is revealed. It might draw out a few surprised gasps and stares. Or perhaps disapproval from some, depending on what one's views on the subject matter happen to be. And now I shall do my best to describe the bizarre result of what happened. Oppy is standing in the same place that he was before, except for some quite frankly ridiculous new articles of clothing. This getup includes an electric-yellow shirt, a long flowing black cape, an inexplicable surgical mask that would normally only be seen on a doctor, electric-yellow gloves strapped over his hands that go far back up enough to cover his wrists, and a set of black pants. It's not that bad... or, at least, it wouldn't be if it were designed for someone like him. Unfortunately, it's plainly obvious from the proportions of the shirt and the pants that the outfit was designed for a woman, not a man. It's not a fanservice outfit, though, so that detail shouldn't prove too detrimental. On the other hand, jeez, dude, couldn't you have at least spent a little more time trying to get that as a man's outfit? Either way, he proceeds to strike the most ridiculously anime pose he can think of. "Behold! I have donned a set of clothing which does not fit me properly! Something something anime words! To be honest, I should probably leave the ridiculous quote unquote transformations to actual professionals in that department, but I don't care, this is what we're going with. And through the power of... something, I shall make this work." He walks back over to take a look at Omo again. There's a pause. "Well, first off, she needs legs. I'm sure I can find some somehow... Or forge some through the power of super anime spirit things!" Oppy proceeds to stand there and do absolutely nothing for perhaps a bit longer than he really should have done, given the circumstances, before gesturing towards the sky and causing a stupid number of lightning bolts to blast off into the sky... for no apparent reason, it seems, as a moment later, the lightning bolts just zap back into him. It's only when one bothers checking that they might find he has apparently magnetized a very large quantity of metal straight to him, forcing the metal fragments to swirl around his body like a swarm of kind of sharp things that one should really not touch if they like having more than 4 fingers and a thumb on each hand. Then, lightning bolts begin to blast and dance their ways through the metal shards, pinging together again and again and pulling chunks of metal into each other through electromagnetic force until eventually, through the power of ridiculous overuse of electricity, Oppy has managed to melt the metal shards down via electrical heat and fuse them together until they have become a pair of spare legs. That might possibly be the stupidest and most over-the-top way of creating a pair of legs for someone yet displayed in the history of making prosthetic legs, to be honest. "The leg have been obtain. To be quite blunt, it was either this or shilling out far more coin than I actually suspect we have in order to see if it's possible to buy cool legs from temmies. Which I somewhat doubt, even if it would be both appropriate and humorous. Now, with the power of these legs, behold! I can do... erm... things." The epic part of Hopes And Dreams proceeds to kick in hard as, while holding the spare legs, he apparently briefly becomes a super saiyan or something like that by sheer force of anime. He proceeds to raise the legs up into the air, thunder and lightning crashing all around in an unfittingly epic fashion, then he crouches down and calmly works on attaching the pair of legs to Omo's body, right about where it would be necessary to attach a new pair of legs so she could have her legs back. Seconds later, there's another ridiculously over-the-top blinding flash obscuring the sight of everyone present yet again, along with stupidly over-the-top animesque sounds playing very loudly in everyone's ears as if they were wearing headphones. But, of course, they're not wearing headphones. Eventually, the annoying light fades away again, and once this has happened, everyone should be able to see that the pair of spare legs has been very firmly implanted in just the right position on Omo's body. Could this all really have not been done without making it stupidly anime? Either way, there. Legs have been made and attached to Omo. Everything should hook up correctly, given that anime is well-known for making things happen that really should not have come even remotely close to happening at all. For some reason, there is now also a very strong wind making Oppy's cloak billow out behind him, even though it isn't having any effect on anything else in the vicinity. "...Wait, those would fit better if they were made of wood, and she's still probably kind of unconscious. Eh, easy fix. SUPER ULTRA UNREALISTIC ROBOT ANIME POWER, ACTIVATE!" He strikes another anime pose. In about the span of 0.32 picoseconds, the metal legs have suddenly become made of wood instead, because... erm... anime? Honestly, this is getting beyond the point where I can accurately even try to provide reasons for anything anymore. After all has been said and done, Oppy proceeds to don a pair of what appear to be Kamina glasses, then strike a pose consisting of him doing a badass arm fold while his cloak billows out far behind him again. Another second later, a defibrilator-like shock proceeds to rain down from the heavens, flow into Omo, and kickstart whatever she happens to have for a heart-equivalent, hopefully making it so that everything is cool and good for her. ...Oppy's still wearing an outfit more designed for women. Someone should probably get him to change to something more sane. And quickly. Before he accidentally does anything else in stupidly over-the-top anime fashion. <TURN TWO-HUNDRED AND EIGHT>
Dimitri starts by trying to suck the destruction out of the Library. He immediately stops when a bunch of splinters fly into his mouth tc: ... tc: W-Whatever. Pretty sure you've failed a couple dozen more than me today, at least... He then remarks that he's not really a super genius. tc: Oh come on. tc: You can't just call yourself something pretty stuck up like the Author without being incredibly smart. tc: In fact... I'd wager that's not your real name. It totally isn't, right? Auth then flings a harmless blob of ink towards Mari while addressing the situation with Omo. In response, Mari fires an electrically charged cyclone in his direction. While it fails to launch him any sort of distance, it still does sting a little; she must've skimped on the power... ut: Suuuuuure you aren't desperate. You'd probably make out with a rock if it had vaguely female features... [small][small]ut: Ooh, idea.[/small][/small] Mari grabs a block of Cobblestone and applies a bit of Red Solution upon its face to paint "lips" upon it, and then also tapes two bits of Glitch Gel to it, creating 'eyes' of a sort. She then tapes some seaweed to the top. Then, she does a windy thing and causes the seaweed to blow in the breeze, making it look like seriously long hair. ut: Auuuuuth! I found you a new girlfriend! She holds out her elementary-school tier art project out. ut: ...She's single, I swear! Auth then asks Mari about what she knows about Chairian physiology. ut: Well... I've actually never seen a Chairian in my life. ut: So... yeah, I don't know gorilla about them. ut: And if you're looking for sap... why not try the Great Tree just one area south of us? The sap from there is a cure-all. I know that much, at least. Auth then tosses together his Unbreakable String, an Element of Dawn, a Starstone Demark, 3 Correspondence Plaques, 10 Iti Fragments, 20 Glitch Gel, and 2 Gold Ingots to create Dawn's Law! Emerald then pieces together... what the hell is that thing? Eternally Exploding Entropy created! He also creates a delicious(?) slab of Cooked Ornstein. This cooking process consumes an Entropic Shard, a Cinder Fruit, the Everlasting Apple, the Retcon Orb, 8 Iti Fragments, 75 Glitch Gel, a Cinder Log, and 50 chunks of Abyssal Ornstein. Given that the Retcon Orb was used, it still retcons the outside-of-battle Emerald's head. His head is now in an entirely different place then his body. He dies. Not that it matters, though. The Operative then... Uh. ga: I, uh... ga: why Chloe chuckles as she sees the Operative in quite the ridiculous anime outfit. One process of calling in metal and forging a pair of prosthetic legs later (which consumes 10 Iron and Titanium from the inventory; that must be where the metal came from), the Operative tries to instantconvert the metal into wood. The process fails, but at least she has a pretty sick pair of robotic legs. He then calls down a bolt of lightning upon Omo- which doesn't so-much jumpstart her heart as it does light her on fire. Oops. ga: OH GOD WHY WOULD YOU THINK THAT'S A GOOD IDEA Chloe tosses Omo into the lake, promptly extinguishing the fire. She then drags her somewhat fried body out of the water. ga: Op, if you killed her, I swear- Omo still seems to be breathing. ga: Oh thank goodness... ga: Well, at least placing the legs there seems to have stopped the bleeding via blockage, so we've made some progress... ga: I fear that she'll still die, though... ga: Losing all that blood- or sap, I guess- that can't be good, and now she has burn damage... [small][small]ga: Also, you actually look slightly okay in those clothes. Maybe you could get Marron to fix up the dimensions of the clothing for you. Then you'd look great![/small][/small] <MEANWHILE, IN THE HOLE> JOE decides to cast Magic Wall in a really loud manner. The Glitch Zombie ends up glitching into this wall somehow, taking (7) points of suffocation damage before glitching out again. Emerald then keeps mining things; the downward things, bringing the group closer to the Mythril vein. +2% Progress. Darkside then morphs his arm into a drill, and digs down a short distance. +4% Progress. Both Emerald and Darkside are then attacked by the zombies, taking (6) damage each. <BATTLE: THE CHURCH OF HIS MIGHTINESS LORD FOSSIL GLORY BE TO HIS NAME MAY HE SHINE ON FOREVER MORE, TURN TWELVE> Don't forget to vote for moves! I cannot stress this enough; due to not enough people voting, the Devout were able to overpower the votes that you guys put out, casting Surf instead of Take Down!
