The Author has extended his patience. He needs to help with the Origin Skeleton Prime, but he can't leave Lyra in good faith.

So the Author does what he usually does in a situation like this. As he controls ink like Gladius controls Fire, The Author creates an Ink Specter, and leaves it to monitor Lyra. They are his eyes and ears for when he isn't in an area, but needs to be. The Author then takes the initiative to write Lyra a note.

Hello. I found you passed out with a popsicle in the snow. I've been monitoring you condition to make sure you're alright, but I needed to take my leave to deal with some hostiles. If you need to talk to me, just wave to the Specter. I can still see through it, I left it so I could make sure you were okay.

The Author stands up, brushes himself off...

and realizes that he still needs to deal with Equipment related shenanigans. Time is not on his side, however. He drops some gold to buy an Origin String, and equips it. Considering the abysmal range of his Inkblot, he will need it.

The Author runs towards the Origin Skeleton Battle. He spawns in on H13 and walks forward to H12.

The Author also intuits that the Ink Specter he definitely, absolutely, positively left at the Rundown House and didn't tell anyone about doesn't need to actually be there anymore. So he clicks his fingers. And the one there explodes. It covers Xavier in ink, but it heals him. The Ink goes back to the pot that The Author keeps in his pocket.

Now that I've created a way to justify how The Author knows, The Author pats The Operative on the back.

Hey, Mr. Robot, do not compare yourself to Xavier. You are, beyond any doubt, reasonable or not, nothing like him. Augh, running out of time! Flumpty, I don't care anymore, feel free to kill it, but kill those abyss tiles for pete's sake! You'll have a better chance of seeing this through to another day, in theory, if this thing doesn't tear the Mindscape Reality at the seams before then! Or at least blow up that Fruit you're next to! Look, let's face facts. An hour before six and you have spent the majority of that time dealing with a Bird Flipper and the Deleted rather than me. You're the loser here. by the time I'll have been wrapped up I'll be in more than a suitable position to kill you all.

-The Bird Flipper is done. It's been status'd to hell. It moves to N9, right next to the Abyss Tiles, in the rather unlikely hope that somehow this will trigger Flipping Out and nuke them to hell.
-The Code Construct will move to Q16 and attack the Abyss tile it spawned next to, hopefully killing it in one hit. It will then shuffle to P13 via retreat.
-EXE will now summon the Origin Creeper at D14, before blipping away to E6. It does the conversion thingy again, and then moves my new summon up to I5. Finally, it will drain 50 HP from the E6 Fruit.
1: I finish Summoning, uh, whatever it is!
2: I murderifiy the Abyss tiles that just spawned in next to me, at D9! I move to F9.
3: I murderifiy the Abyss tiles at F12! I retreat to F7. Hopefully the Shattered will die of this.

First, I wrap up summoning that thingy from the thingy I popped out! ...Hey, that's-

...Freddy is summoned. Yay. He also gets the Dragon [ITEM] for hitting 6 AM. Why? It's an Infinity+1 Sword, that's why. Why is he not nerfed, for reasons, at 6 AM instead? Because I SAID SO! HE IS BUFF! Not like he could use those stats this turn, anyways...

With that done, I turn to the Abyss Tile! I realize that there's going to be a really bad day if I let this continue on. The Shattered is definitely likely to die this turn if I can do this right-or next turn, if I can't. As such, I proceed to pull out my Pocket Scoutmaner Prime! It's like a Pocket Medic, but he's actually a Scoutmancer Prime! I put him on the floor, and he pulls out his bonesaw of Scoutmancy! He speaks of various forbidden spells in the dangerous tongue of Atomicpunchlanaguagese, before creating his dread spell, Scoutbomb Level 9! He creates a powerful Scoutbomb and punts it at the Abyss Tiles, causing thousands of Scout ragdolls to explode all over the place, before reconverging in a Scout Hole!

The Scout Hole sucks in the Abyss tiles, or as much as possible, before the Scout Hole starts doing tons of annoying Scout Quotes! They're so annoying I can't even quote them, except "That Spy ain't Our Spy!" The power of thousands of boston-accented lunatics shouting basically nonsense causes the Abyss Tile to deteriorate into deathliness! But that's not all! Everything explodes afterwards, popping the Abyss tiles back where they were, in really bad condition too. Like they were batted with a thousand sandmans and a thousand blasts from a Force-a-nature!

I then move to F9. there, I discover MORE Abyss Tiles. RUDENESS! But I think that, if everything goes to plan, that the Shattered signed its own death warrant! I then realize it did, literally! I pull out a death warrant against the Shattered! But here's the kicker: It's signed by the Shattered! It's actually really hard to tell because the signage is its name in morse code, except every dot is 'KILL' and every dash is 'KILL XAVIER.' the end result is in the spoiler below.



Look, I don't know HOW he signed it or why. It may have been part of a dare or some kind of deal. But the point is, there is a warrant to kill The Shattered, signed by the Shattered. So he basically asked everyone to commit suicide. OK? OK. The end result of this is that a sudden troop of 1 trillion anthropomrophic bombs light their fuses, charge out of a portal, and ram directly into the Abyss Tiles at F12, exploding violently in a catastrophic series of explosions to settle the Death Warrant.

With that, the Shattered's HP should be zero, and all of its HP should be depleted. Hurray! :3 Oh, and it's 6 AM after this turn! Dawn arrives, mudda-fukka! Time to make breakfast! >:3

Head to the Ascent and enter the Foe Rush 3 battle. I wouldn't want you missing out on what exactly that Orb was used for. Semicolon three."

I proceed to stare at Xavier and do nothing else, except then clone myself to meander off and keep an eye on the other fights. Wheeeeeeee~ :3[/color]

When Chloe expresses denial over The Operative's past, his response is to continue to evade her gaze, although his facial features harden slightly. And then, the end of the walk. She grabbed him by the shoulder. He twitches faintly, but knowing that it's her, and that he pretty much gave her permission to do that, he decides to turn to her, his expression softening again. He nods, gently gripping her hand, and moving to give her a brief hug as he answers her question.

"Personally, I might be considered to have once been worse than him... and, as you have pointed out, I've changed for the better. Thanks for the compliments, heh... but, yes. If that can happen, then I'm confident that, eventually, Xavier too might be able to change. If you're willing to invest into making that happen... well, I'll help as best as I can."

Then, once in the creature testing chamber, he grins at seeing OSP ready itself, turning to The Author.

"I know who I am. I know what I've done. And I remember to avoid letting it happen again. If you need a name, well... call me the Operative."

Cue handshake, and cast of Melody. He pauses, then prepares for battle, running to G7. Once there, he uses his first action to cast Counterhappy, then uses his second action to activate UNLIMITED. Lightning begins to surge through his entire body, gathering in his hands and his sword, seeming to make the armored plating on his body glow with repelling static power, some spare electricity surging off of his body... he then takes the double-action granted by UNLIMITED to slash at the sword arm. If it dies, he retreats to H6, if it doesn't, he remains at G7.

Clone Chlorin (Whom I shall from now on refer to C!Chlorin) says to the Temmies:

Well, I CAN provide the Cobblestone, given that we have a ton of resources lying around, but the planks might be a bit more difficult to obtain.

C!Chlorin uses 2 Wooden Planks to make 4 Sticks. He then takes 3 of those sticks and deposits the other 1 into the inventory. He takes 3 Iron Ingots and smelts them into Pickaxe heads using the Crafting Station's Smeltery attachment, which for some reason had a pickaxe head cast in it. He then continues following the Tinker's Construct method by putting The 2 sticks he has into a Rod pattern, somehow elongating it. C!Chlorin then realises that he needs bindings as well, and does so with 2 Wooden Planks, putting the extra stick in the inventory. C!Chlorin then sticks a Tool Binding on a stick and sticks it on the pickaxe head. He does this with the 2 other parts, making 3 Iron Pickaxes with Wooden Binding. He then mines Cobblestone until all of them break.

C!Chlorin then tries another thing. He gets an Axe from the starter inventory and cuts a Cinder Log to make it 4 planks.

Shoot proceeds with the normal kerfuffling around he always does, juggling the Rifle, the Pulse Rifle, the Anti-Glitch Rifle and the Grenade Rifle all at once. It is then that he remembers that he must send a Letter Filled With Verbal Abuse to Xavier, just like he does every turn. Shooty chucks all the Rifles directly up into the air and begins writing.

After finishing the Letter telling Xavier how shot he's going to get, how his new name is "Reggie the Edgy" and something about rubber ducks, Shoot loads it into the Flandre's Iris, aims at the house an-

Shooty is hit on the head, repeatedly, by all four Rifles falling from above.

Shoot's head hurts. He tries to remind himself of what he was supposed to be doing, but his memory just doesn't work that well. He can only remember one name.

"Xavier..."

Who is Xavier? What is Xavier like? How does Shooty feel about Xavier?

"...Xavier. Seems like an okay guy."

Shoot has forgotten why he hates Xavier. He no longer hates Xavier.

Shoot reads the Letter Filled With Verbal Abuse.

"Impolite. Kind of rude. Shoddy writing...who tells someone to eat a rubber duck? Absolutely terrible."

Shooty rips the Letter Filled With Verbal Abuse in half. Then rips those halves in half. Then rips the halves of the halves in half. And so on, until he gets bored.

After getting bored, Shoot proceeds to put the Rifles back into the Inventory, excluding the Pulse Rifle.
