You are in a library. Water flows in a translucent pipe overhead, flowing elsewhere. SCROLLS litter the walls, and they are peaceful, rather than angry. A large MAP is spread across a slanted desk to your left.

There appears to be at least one other being flitting through these halls- you can hear its wings.

What will you do?

The flapping is not nearby- it appears to be receding in the general northward direction, which also happens to be the same direction the water is flowing.

You examine the map. It is mostly incomplete- there appears to be space for several other adjourning countries or regions.

The only complete region appears to be covered in stylized flames. There is a single caption scrawled into the corner next to it.

300 years ago, Echattel was stolen by bats.

The flapping appears to be getting closer, now.

The flapping continues near, and as you approach the entrance, a demon-esque girl rounds the corner, flapping her wings to hover above the ground. She startles, nearly crashing before righting herself.

She takes flight again, maneuvering upwards to a large, blue-covered book. She struggles with it for a bit, before taking hold and immediately spiraling down to the ground, bashing into a shelf of scrolls on the way.
