Welcome to superSBURB, which is ostensibly Destroy The Godmodder, minus an actual Godmodder.

I will be attempting to update this game every three days or so.

Intro

You are a bunch of people who have found an alchemiter, and have pooled together everything that looks like it can be alchemizable. With this stuff, you will try to take back Earth after The Reckoning, something like that.

Rules

General:
1. To progress in the game, you need to make awesome items, beat up the bad guys, and save the planet, or at least fix it up.
2. You are a person with 20/20 HP. You can make armour and stuffs as the game goes on.
3. As of right now, you get two posts per round, to increment your alchemies and attack stuff.
4. You are only a regular human being. I'm not going to let you be elves, vampires, or other, "superior races."
5. You are not a reality warper, and as such cannot find items out of nowhere. You will only discover items as the plot demands it.
6. Have fun.
7. More rules will be added as I think up of them.

Alchemy: The main mechanic of superSBURB is the Alchemy System. I've taken the 'classic' Alchemy systems of games in the Destroy The Godmodder Franchise, and added my own tweaks.
1. You can only make alchemies from the items you have in the Inventory. A link will be provided below.
2. At the moment, there are two functions to the alchemiter: (&&), which combines the functions of the two items, and (||), which combines the function of one item with the form of another.
3. You can only do one function at a time. Sorry, chaining stuff together is not allowed.
4. You have the ability to make two alchemies at a time. Alchemy charge times are equal to (level+1)
5. There is a ceiling as to how powerful alchemies can get. Sorry, but you won't be able to pull off Hazel Wand-level antics here, not without considerable shenanigans.

Damage:
1. You can deal and take damage.
2. If an entity takes enough damage, they are KOed.
3. If a player is KOed, you have to spend a turn respawning. Your alchemies will still increment.
4. Certain enemies can kill you. I can safely say that dying is not desirable.

Here is the link to available alchemy components.

Alchemy one: i duplicate a piece of paper. instadone?
action: I take a piece of paper and a pen, and start writting out an intricate story where everyone has magical powers. like, manipulating elements, but in a more versatile and sciency way. the ability to lift a rock the size of a chair is also the ability to shoot bullets of stone at people, for example.
Alchemy: the resulting piece of paper || game controller... if it comes with a game system. otherwise, || cell phone or something. 1/?

A thought. As the game goes on and higher and higher level alchemies are attained, it's going to take longer and longer to alchemize them, at the end points necessitating ridiculously long charge times just to move forward.

I would recommend changing from a charge-based system to a mixed charge and resource system. Where you collect grist and whatnot from enemies, and can use that to pay off charge cost faster.

Just my two cents.
Anyways, I might join in this later, but I'm already in 4 DTG games (including Goofmodder, which I'm running so it takes even longer) so I can't really join at present.

Hello and thank you for joining this game!
Cruxite Dowel && Canned Beans = Cruxite Can of Beans (1/3). It's a cruxite dowel that can be scanned to create another item. However, it can also hold beans inside. See what I did there?
Two By Four && Library of Babel = Clue by Four (1/3). By thwacking other people with this, you can give them mild concussions, as well as new ideas. Mostly mild concussions.
QUOTE (Daskter)
SA Knife + Kitchen Knife=??
Game Controller + LEGO bricks=??

I start with theses.

I'm going to assume you meant &&. Elemental Alchemies aren't a thing yet, but they might be.
SA Knife && Kitchen Knife= Caesar Salad Maker (1/4). It slices, it dices, it pares, and most importantly, it stabs. A lot.
Game Controller && LEGO bricks = Lego Dimensions Controller (1/2). You can put your favourite minifig onto the studs of this game controller, and it will play a voice clip of something they say. Not actually that useful, but hey, you could make some interesting music with enough of these.

DUPLICATE: SHEET OF PAPER 1/2. Sorry, it's not instant.
You write your intricate story, using 1 durability on the pen. It's sorta low on ink. If the apocalypse hadn't happened, you would've gotten a seven book deal right off the bat.
the resulting piece of paper || game controller... = Rock Remote Control (1/4). Point at a rock smaller than the size of a chair, and with some movements of the joystick, you can move it around.
QUOTE (ThatOtherGuy)
Battery && Pen

Library of Babel || Computer

Battery && Pen = Shock Pen (1/3). Have fun.
Library of Babel || Computer = Computer with unlimited internet access (1/3). Unfortunately, most of the stuff here is complete and utter gibberish. Good luck finding something of value.

Your charges increment.

Your piece of paper duplication completes!
And yes, there is something alchemizable out there. A pair of Google Glasses. Unfortunately, they are looking super snazzy on the eyes of an Imp, who is being worshipped by two other imps. You'll have to beat them up to get that piece of amazing wearable technology.

I'll try to figure something out. You can totally alter items without the use of alchemy.
You cut a piece of paper into paper cards, using up one use of durability on the SA knife.
DUPLICATE: Sheet of Paper 1/2
QUOTE (ThatOtherGuy)
Battery && Pen (2/??)

Library of Babel || Computer (2/??)

Your charges increment.

So now that most of you have your alchemies about to finish this next round, you can start using them on the imps right outside!

[UND] Imp: 5/5 HP. x2
[UND] Imp: 7/7 HP. Wearing a pair of Google Glasses.

I think about things... and conclude that I can sell this story to the consorts later! I keep writing, adding an expansion where our heros (whos rapid growth is justified by being the current incarnation of the world's gods, as well as their ability to respawn from any injury(and age) and knowledge of how to create time-hastening space-warping bags) Explore a town beset by Templars, where the townspeople mine something known as vintage, a magical ore. our heros then enter the town, laying low and gathering power as they discover the powers of Vintage, before discovering the town hides another secret: The 8 major familys each have a Heirloom. a powerful, unique magical artifact. they discover this when a guy lends them his in thanks for saving his life, and they get him to leave without taking it back by discussing The legend of zelda for 3 hours straight, ignoring him completely. The next book will deal with the remaining heirlooms. as well, our two heros each have a signature weapon: A soul-bonded sword which they can gradually upgrade with time, the basic ability being storing elemental manipulation energy for a short time. I then use a knife to slice the paper into multiple parts, separating this into 5 items:
The bag describing section.
The description of Templar powers.
The description of Vintage, and experimentation with it.
The Description of the heirlooms.
A pile of excerpts which describe the swords in detail.

Items get!

Library of Babel || Computer (3/3) FINISHED!

I slap my New Computer down and randomly slap keys until I find a page with actually useful information in it. Hopefully I have enough of 'The Luck' for that to not take an eternity.

the resulting piece of paper || game controller 4/4
Glass bottle || Lighter 3/? (probably done (probably a moltov coctail))
the rock controller is done.
I use the rock controller to mold some nearby rocks into the shape of a sword, then fill in the cracks, until the resulting sword is actually functional, it's not easy, but it's only a matter of time, so I do it.
If an imp gets near me before I can finish, I retaliate with my probably-a-moltov-coctail.
