Xae finally heads to the basement for more than a moment, looks at his damaged/old/cursed/what have you equipment, & does what any sensible person would do: Crafting, if the research lab was also opened around this time, he momentarilly stares at all the flashy lights, weird buttons & what have you, having absolutely no idea what any of it is....anyways, crafting:

Two Pair Crafting:
2 gold ingots
1 Gallowsdown Fluffball
10 wire bits

Xae sits down at the forge, & places the Two Pair into the fire with 2 gold ingots. Once both are sufficiently hot, he pulls them out & runs the now maleable gold bars over the steel blade of the Two Pair, inlaying the shining blade with its olden golden runes, reading over them several times to make sure they say what they truly mean. He proceeds to then sift through the wire scraps for 10 bits of copper colored wire, heating the guard & rubbing the wire across it to reapply the brass finish. Xae then sharpens the blade, uses a Gallowsdown Fluffball to polish it, & sets it to cool for a bit longer, keeping a close eye on his treasured weapon as he works on other projects

Thyme Glue Crafting:
3 thyme matter
1.5 bottled bottled water
1 soulblossom

Seeing that there's no glue, Xae takes a spare pot, & puts it on the stove. After looking at all the potentially sticky materials at hand & finding the thyme matter, he grinds up a soulblossom & adds 1.5 bottled bottled waters to the pot along with the ground soulblossom, muttering to himself about how it makes absolutely no sense to bottle something that's already in a bottle. Then, he slowly, carefully pours 3 Thyme Matter to prevent any getting on him. He proceeds to boil the watered down soulblossom infused Thyme Matter until it's a more slimy consistency than normal Thyme Matter, using the 3 bottles recovered from the bottled bottled waters, he bottles the (hopefully) Treated Thyme Glue for future use

Gallow's Mantle Crafting:
2 Goneblossoms
.5 bottled water
1 Bottled Thyme Glue
6 Feather Fabric
1 Feather rope coil
1 titanium ingot

Having finished the thyme glue (which is probably safe...), he removes his tattered cloak & proceed to grind two Goneblossoms into powder & sprinkle the powder into a bottle of Thyme Glue. He then paints the now evil glue onto his cloak, & sticks Feather Fabric on, essentially repairing his cloak. For some extra staying power, Xae proceeds to weave a silkweed bundle into some thread, using the fabric loom as he stitches the glued fabric to the cloak. After exactly five minutes of drying & watching the Two Pair for any signs of warp or change, Xae continues by going up to use the stove, a titanium bar, & half a bottled bottled water to iron out the cloak...for the purpose of looking good, because a wrinkled Gallow cloak (or Gallows' Mantle) isn't going to strike as much fear into the hearts of his foes. As a final touch on repairs, Xae uses a feather rope coil to give it grip in the neck area (however you say that...you know...where the cloak or mantle is tied around the neck so you don't have to keep holding it up??that basically)

Expected result:
Buffed Two Pair
Gallows' Mantle
2 bottled Treated Thyme Glue

Expected Stats:

Gallows' Mantle (T2): +5 to fear-wait that isn't a stat...
Stats: +3 AGI, +2 SKI, +1 CNT
Resists: 70% Dark, -20% Light, -20% Crushing

Two Pair (T1): The Gambler's weapon, now fully repaired
Weapon Passive: Arcane Round: 45% chance to deal an additional 5 random elemental damage
(6-8 slashing) Range: 1-3 Retreat: 1 Counter: 2 Hit: 6 Stat Changes: +1 AGI

as he crafts, because reasons his unedited items are reskinned (see char sheet), & his STR & SPC go up by 1.
Due to a combination of Insomnia, his boney parts rattling, & his nature as an undead, Xae spends the night wandering the house & local perimeter around it, at some point stopping to take all the scattered pages on tactics, maps, & battle plans, sorting them all out and taking note of anything he hasn't heard of before

So tell me, what would you do to protect those you care for?
How far to aid your loved ones?
Would you save them even if the means went against everything they stood for?
Would you become a monster so they could remain innocent & whole?
Because that is true heroism, to become a villain to keep those you truly love alive...

Auth fires a Glare at Chaos, before turning to Marron.

uA: This is ridiculous, honestly. There's no need for you to hang around, Miss Needleworker. We're already working on getting you out. In the meantime though, er...

Looking over the Catalogue, he puts 300 credits and 48 Samples in front of Marron, on the shopfront.

uA: I require the Mindscape Radio, Void Essence and Nurse Hat, please.

Holding the hat aside after it's given to him, Auth attempts to turn on the radio, and when he receives confirmation the thing is on, he turns his eyes to the keypad...

He inputs the name 'Stella Omorika' into the device, and hopes to hell that the machine can connect to the memory Chairian.

But, as he waits for a connection, he assigns some stat points. One of his Skill Points goes into INT, and the other goes into STR.

Then, he equips the Nurse Hat, setting the Magical Resistance to Dark and the Physical Weakness to Slashing, and prepares to craft with the rest of his equipment.

CRAFTING BEGIN

(T3) Pot of Violant Ink So remarkable you'll never forget it.

WEAPON SKILL: Remember. Apply Mending(x+4) to a target within Range 1-2 for two rounds, and remove one round of Debuff/DoT effects. x is equal to (INT / 2). Also passively grants a Skill Slot.

(4-6) Light
Range: 1-2
Retreat: 1
Counter: 3
Hit: 5
Stat Changes - +3 MMP, +2 INT, -2 STR

Materials Used: Goneblossoms (x5), Bottled Bottled Water (x1), Glass Sheet (x1, bought with Crafting Credits), Green Sap (x1), Iron Ingot (x2), Uniform Log (x1), Ethereal Conductor (x1)

Actually Crafting

Auth briefly returns to Zone 1, and then to the Sap Tree. He collects some blobs out of it, which he intends to use to make the Ink he's about to make thicker, and so it will actually stick to the page on the off chance he actually uses it to write.

uA: An old cowboy went out, one dark and windy day. Upon a ridge he rested as he went upon his way, when all at once a might herd of black-eyed cows he saw, ploughing through the ragged skies and up the cloudy draw.

Auth, singing under his breath, walks over to the Workstation Prime and places all the aforementioned materials upon it. He starts by taking out a mortar and pestle, grinding the Goneblossoms into a fine powder, before breaking the first bottle of water into the mortar. A black liquid is formed, which Auth then mixes the sap blob into. What results is a fairly thick, almost but not quite paste-like substance which Auth then picks up from out of the mortar and swings around the room. It works, just as his melanokinesis usually does. So, then he makes the choice to colour it properly.

Using a single ingot of iron and a uniform log, Auth forms a makeshift knife. He sharpens it quickly, before holding his palm out over the mortar and the ink. He brings the knife over his palm, and blood drips from the wound into the ink. If someone were to walk in behind him, they would see the process of the ink's formation... and find it strange that the ink is instead a swirling mass of blue and purple instead of a deep burgundy like one would expect, given the liquid dripping into the ink. Auth takes a brief recess from the process of conversion in order to bandage the cut across his palm.

To carry the ink, Auth needs a proper glass pot. Thus, after purchasing a sheet of glass from Chaos, Auth heats it up in the furnace to melt the glass, then recollects it on an iron rod fashioned from the other ingot. After a long process of spinning, blowing, reheating and waiting, Auth forges a glass jar. While normally, this process should take three days to complete, and require a proper kiln for the glass to cool in, the Thyme Field does one of the few helpful things it could do, and accelerate the cooling process so this item won't take up to Zone 4 to complete. After it's done cooling, Auth pours the violant ink into the jar, completing the process.

Next!

(T3) Seraph Breach

Stats: (+4 MMP) (+3 INT) (+1 SPC) (Mana Channelling) - When you meditate, you can restore someone else's MP as though they meditated. Range 1, and the target must be in Range 1 at the end of the turn.
Resists: Dark (40%) Piercing (-20%)

Materials Used: Seer Crystal (x1), Gallow Feather (x1), Silkweed Bundles (x2), Shadow Crystal (x1), Fallen Garb, Goneblossoms (x2).
Note: This crafting also forms a byproduct - (T1) Gonewater Black dye make from water and Goneblossoms. Tastes like tar and depression.

Crafting Madness

[spooler]

Auth splays his jacket over the table. Once again, it's time for making it even better. He moves over to the loom, and quietly takes two silkweed bundles and spins them into a sheet of fabric. At the same time, he grinds up the Goneblossoms he had prepared and mixes them into water, to use them as a dye for the fabric. He picks us the fabric and dips it in the dye, leaving it until the dye makes the whole fabric black. Afterwards, overlaying the silk over his coat, it matches the shade of warm black that his coat is, and so he leaves it there for just a second. Moving on to other parts is important now.

He collects the seer crystal, stitching it into the middle of the fabric. He places a buffer between the crystal and the back of the boat, so that it won't dig into his back while he's running about doing things. This buffer comes from the Gallow Feather he uses as a large fluff-thing. Then, he grinds up a shadow crystal and makes magically conductive marks down over the back of the coat and down the sleeves of the coat. Ink runs over it, and is directed in the direction of... nobody, but it could re-energise somebody if he were to direct that ink jet at somebody.

The wing on the back of the coat flaps. One may notice a slight white tinge creeping up the wing. A couple of feathers look distinct from the black wing its attached to, being a sharp white.

(T3) Irrigo Plating Gaze upon this shield and forget all that is.

Stats:(+1 AC)
Resists:Fire (30%) Dark (20%)

Materials Used: Iron Ingot (x3), Thyme Matter (x2), Uniform Log (x2), Thyme Glue (x1), Titanium Ingot (x3), Gonewater (x1), Ink Shield.

More Crafting I Just Want The Voices To Stop

This craft is actually somewhat complex. Given that the item being crafted with is a bit strange in its form, in that it technically can be created and destroyed at will. However, he melts up the iron and titanium ingots to form a metal slag. Auth then reforms the metal alloy into a frame and backing for a shield, which Auth then carefully tempers with a bucket of water.

Ending with a shield frame, Auth lays the glue across the edge, and lays the wooden spars across the spots of glue. He presses down on it, and holds it tight. He waits for a few minutes, before deciding the glue is set, and lifting up the frame. He wears it on his arm, and swings it around with a bit of effort. It's easy enough, though, and so Auth sets the frame back down on the bench to continue working on it.

Auth fills the frame appropriately with Ink. Then, he picks up the Thyme Matter with thick iron-laced gloves to protect his hands. He mixes it with the run-off Gonewater he acquired making the Coat upgrade, and gently stirs it. There is, with some quiet incantation, a vibrant flash of violet. Anyone nearby when he forms it feels lightheaded, and forgets what they were doing. Auth pours this Irrigo liquid into the ink, turning it into a high-pressure Irrigo shield.

After that mess, he pulls out the Void Essence once more, and looks for a certain person.

uA: Taeda! Where are you? I have something for you!

After finding her, he offers the essence to her.

uA: We, er, we think this will help make you more effective in battle. W-which is good. So if you want it, it would be good for you to, ah, use it.

Finally, he sprints up to the top floor, collects the books in both desktops before anyone else can get their hands on them, goes into the Green Room and locks the door so he can read in peace. Genoa stands behinds his shoulder, reading as well. The implication is, of course, that Genoa is copying the works into the Library.

"I'd like to solve the puzzle." -crystalcat, imitating Wheel of Fortune.

Nezira goes and solves the puzzle.

Specifically, she walks down into the basement, sees a puzzle, and mutters something to herself about how she's never seen an obvious puzzle like that which didn't have some sort of reward for solving it. She quickly consults the map and notices the statue arrangement of the Statue Garden, then just... puts the statues in the right places.

Northeast: Sequoia
Southeast: Spark
Southwest: Abies
Northwest: Omorika

As the lab-reveal mentioned in the preceding update happens... well, Nezira's expression can only really be described as "face-splitting happiness". She rushes over to the terminal, scooching Chloe out of the way in the process. "Hi!I'mNeziratheArchivist(reallyjustNezirabecause'Archivist'isatitle)andIreallyneedtocheckthisoutlet'stalkmoreinabitokay?"

She scans through the entire database of the terminal at lightning speed, a faint blue aura around her head betraying that she's using some kind of speed-reading magic, before wobbling back and sitting down on the floor. "Whoo! That's always a rush. Anyway, hi, I'm Nezira, also known as Nezira the Archivist! I came here to study what was making some kind of strange energy signature, but it turns out that line of inquiry may need to be postponed, based on the plot summary I skimmed and the whole thing about this Sphere exploding catastrophically in a week. Nice to meet you, Chloe! Oh, and check this out, it looks like this is telling us how to use samples of Iti to develop new magics, special enhancements, reusable items... and there's one bit I have a very bad feeling about... Anyway, how are you feeling? You look tired."

She stays and chats with Chloe for a bit, then leaves, with a, "I need to go tell everyone else about this lab and see what they think should be unlocked, if anything -- and maybe also fix the house up a bit while I'm at it. It's messed up. I'll come back later!"

She goes upstairs and first notices the beaten-up kitchen, sighing and getting to work. "Think, Nezira. How was this hooked up..." She takes the kitchen components out of the inventory, then just examines the rubble that's all that remains of a perfectly good kitchen setup. Suddenly, she has an epiphany. "Sympathetic magic! The components remember, thaumatically, how they were connected and whole, I just have to use that!" She focuses for a second, before an aura of magic springs up around the fridge, the disem-mounted kitchen counter, and the rubble. Each individual piece and component floats into the air and dances there for a second before floating and clicking together, merging and growing until a pristine kitchen is there, as though it'd never been destroyed at all.

Nezira then looks at all the broken windows and doors, and resolves to do something about those as well. She buys two sheets of glass from the Tem Shop (Chaos Branch) and grabs 10 Uniform Logs which match the rest of the house. She goes back to the workstation and cuts the glass sheets into windows that fit the house and match the unbroken windows, then quickly installs them -- likewise, she woodworks the doors into facsimiles of already-existing doors and puts them in entryways. She then, just for good measure, casts some reinforcing magic on them to protect them from marauding Iti that might attack at night, and to keep the house from getting infested again.

Finally, she checks out the faucets in the upstairs bathroom, and, assuming one gives fertilizer instead of water, collects some fertilizer and water and feeds/waters the dead plants in the hopes of eventually reviving them.

While she's doing all this stuff, she also asks Chaos about his offer of getting Marron and Ette released for free, and what that would entail.

She then canvasses the party for a bit (meaning: discussion in the server) and then comes back down and gets to work at the Lab. She unlocks all three normal wings, then gets the Harmonizer Melody, the Elemental Blaster, and the Yggdrasil Vessel. She also swipes the tricked-out robe from the stand, or tries to at least. She then goes over to Chloe.

"Oh, and... I talked with people, and basically everyone seemed to agree you should get your own sword back."

Nezira takes out the Thymecursed Sword and the Bypass, and, well. Combines them. There's some type of magical effect, likely a flash of light or something equally dramatic, and Chloe's Gladius is no longer Thymecursed. She hands the sword over to Chloe.

"If you want, I can upgrade it a bit, and maybe do some work on some of your other stuff too? I'm planning to work on some of my own stuff anyway, since it seems like this world is pretty dangerous."

If Chloe seems amenable to the upgrades, Nezira then asks what she wants her stuff to be like/look like, since, "I know how to make lots of things! I can do pretty much anything you want and make it still work, just as long as it isn't implausible like regular clothes that give the protection of full plate."

I plan to stick some crafting here if I can, nevermind, I'm going to handle my crafting next round, since it seems everyone else is intent on using up all the resources and I don't know what we do and don't still have.

Pionobot nods to Chloe. "I think nobody minds if you reclaim the couch."

Destiny takes out a point from SKI, puts a point in HP and 2 points in SPC.

It's time to cr-cr-cr-cr-craft!

Destiny seperates the 7 Uniform Logs into a group of 1 and a group of 6. Using Minecraft logic she burns a log into charcoal with another log and then burns 5 more logs using that charcoal. She then heats the 5 Iron Ingots over the Charcoal, creating 5 Steel Ingots. She then gets to work. First she makes the body of the weapon, including the trigger, the guard, etc. She then makes the barrel and sticks it in where it should be and welds it together using space magicks. She then creates the stock, and makes it foldable as well. She uses the majority of the final Steel Ingot to make a magazine and the minority of it to make a bullet. She sticks a Pocket Warmer as a primer and sprinkles in some Gunpowder that she promptly buys from the Temmie Shop to make a working one. She sticks it into the magazine and now it magically has infinite bullets.

Materials Used: 5 Iron Ingots, 7 Uniform Logs, 1 Pocket Warmer, 0.5 Gunpowder
(T2) PDW "Resembles a futuristic Kriss Vector."
WEAPON PASSIVE: Close and Personal. While within Range 2 of an enemy, gain +4 CRT. Scales with STR at half rate.
(5-5)x2 Piercing, 2-4 Range, 1 Retreat, 2 Counter, 6 Hit, +2 AGI

Griever in hand, Simeon carefully walks down to the basement.

He sets the sword onto a tabletop and shines a light onto it. Objectively, there was nothing really special about it. It was just a black solid protosteel arming sword with a downward-sweeping guard. To be honest, there were many, many weapons that were better than this. However, it wasn't supposed to be a good weapon. It was supposed to be a symbol of prestige, given to the greatest hero who fought against the Sleepless.

It was also why he hated that sword. It was a symbol of everything he wasn't. He didn't deserve this sword when he first got it. It was why he threw it into a rift as soon as he could. Simeon smiled wryly. He was pretty sure he didn't deserve it even more now. With his shadow-based powers and large hooded cloak, he looked exactly like the sort of person his past self would've attacked on sight.

However, it had come back into his life, at the very moment he needed a weapon the most, when everything else failed. That had to mean something.

He had already taken the first steps to making the weapon his own, by adding the iron and chromium inlays. If he had tried that back then, he would've been reprimanded for ruining a symbol of hope. Then again, the Praetorians had been disbanded. He was there when it happened, after all.

Despite it's shortcomings, Griever would've made a perfectly fine weapon against the enemies it was designed to fight. However, the Iti had tough armour rather than flesh. He wouldn't be able to bisect them effortlessly. He would have to redesign the blade.

After scratching out the inlays he had applied earlier today, Simeon melts down the entire sword into a few metal bars.

With the first bar, he creates a new blade. It had to be slimmer than what it had previously been, yet still wide enough to have the inlays, as well as accommodate more in the future. The Inlays were the most important part of the sword. It would make it more than just a sword. They weren't there just for decoration, they were magical. As for the blade itself, Simeon first asks Chloe if he can use her sharpening kit.

"Hey, Chloe? Do you mind if I use your sharpening kit? Yeah."

Regardless of whether she lets him use her sharpening kit, Simeon grinds out two different blades. On one side, he would put it at 24 degrees, which, if he remembered correctly, is a good angle for a sword. But on the other side, he ground a 32 degree false edge, made for splitting through Iti armour like an axe. The tip of the sword still tapered to a point, so that he could still stab with Griever's new form. He then collects the now-powdered protosteel that had been removed. Even though there wasn't enough to make another weapon, this stuff was still valuable to him. (This doesn't make a crafting component, it's just for flavour.)

With the second bar, he reworked the guard. The previous guard was purely decorative. The armies of the Maelstrom weren't exactly that intelligent. Meanwhile, the Iti were clearly designed to kill, rather than corrupt.

Using the final bar, he crafts a handle. Most of the weapons provided by N-Force were designed to be wielded in conjunction with a shield, but the only shield Simeon had seen was so monstrous it could be considered a weapon in itself. The new handle would be long, allowing him to use the sword both with one hand or two. Not three, though. He doesn't have a third arm, nor does he intend to have one.

And with that, he's done with the sword itself. However, the inlays still need to be reapplied, and there were new metals to be added.

First off, there was the Gold he had obtained from the Splinter Spiders. In addition, he also heard that Silver was available in the shop.

"Hey Chaos, nevermind about that favour it's all good. Hit me up with some Silver and Refined Wood, Please."

He uses these new materials to create some alloys.

First, Simeon melts an ingot of Gold together with Silver to make Electrum.

Then, he throws a measured amount of Refined Wood into a pool of molten iron ingot, and watches as it burns, the carbon content mixing to a specific percentage.

Wrapping things up, he adds Electrum, Steel, and an ingot of Gold to the already existing inlays.

That's all he can do now. After trying out some practice cuts, alternating between both sides of Griever, Simeon's ready to retire for the night. However, he sees a small symbol on the guard, the same place where it used to be.

"Oh, no, no, no, no, no. Why is it still there!?"

Ω. Omega. The symbol and name of the previous owner of the sword Simeon now held. The hero he had killed.

Miyuki headpats Shizuki, who smiles slightly. Meanwhile, Asuka walks over to Marron and passes her 75 credits.

AsukaNinomiya: One CPU, one Galeforce Crystal, one Glass Sheet, and one piece of Hardened Glass, please.

Spent: 75 Credits
Bought: 1 CPU, 1 Galeforce Crystal, 1 Glass Sheet, 1 Hardened Glass

Once she gets that, she gets to crafting.

She takes a piece of cobblestone and a Uniform Log. She then shatters the uniform log into eight sticks, jams one into a gap in the cobblestone, and creates a lever; she proceeds to do this seven more times to seven more pieces of cobblestone to create eight levers in total.

She then connects the eight levers to one circuit board, connects the circuit boards with some wire scraps, and proceeds to flick them back and forth in a random pattern.

miyuki_s: What, are you going to copy that SMW ACE post? Lame.

AsukaNinomiya: Nope. Worse.

Asuka appears to be reprogramming the CPU into a bootstrap program for reality itself by modifying the processors themselves with carefully timed redstone signals lasting no more than 4.5 nanoseconds.

Once she's done with that, she proceeds to turn on the CPU, which inexplicably summons a super-powerful graphics card in a slot in one of the circuit boards.

miyuki_s: What.
v4_flower: What.
shizuki2223: What.

She then crafts another set of levers, wires those into the GPU, and proceeds to flick all sixteen apparently at complete random. She then picks up a Goneblossom and transmutes it into a Blacker Lotus (because they're both a deep black, that's how it works, right?), then drops it into a holographic mana pool, which causes it to dissolve into an entire mana pool full of mana.

AsukaNinomiya: Botania, mothergorillaers.

She then crushes another uniform log in her hands, turning it into diamond in a puff of smoke, before flicking a lever on the setup to summon an Ender Pearl.

Finally, she drops all three onto into the mana pool, creating a manasteel ingot, a mana diamond, and a mana pearl.

Finally, she picks up all three, manifests a holographic Terrasteel Agglutination Plate setup, and then creates a terrasteel ingot with the remaining mana in the mana pool. She then pulls out another Circuit Board, molds the terrasteel onto it to create an circuit of earth, and proceeds to the next step.

She grabs the Galeforce Crystal, transmutes it into an Air Shard (because that's how it works, apparently), and molds the Hardened Glass into a container in which she puts a Circuit Board. She then tosses the Air Shard into a holographic crucible, drops in some bottled Aer, Ignis, and Praecantatio, and makes an Aer Imbued Fire.

She then unleashes the Aer Imbued Fire inside the Hardened Glass container and quickly caps it with a Glass Sheet. The Aer Imbued Fire proceeds to transform the circuit board into a circuit of air, then quickly burns out. She picks the Circuit of Air out and connects it to the Circuit of Earth, then connects the whole thing to an Aimbot Scope, creating an Elemental Scope.

Used: 8 Cobblestone, 2 Uniform Log, 16 Wire Scrap, 1 Central Processing Unit, 1 Goneblossom, 1 Iron Ingot, 1 Galeforce Crystal, 1 Hardened Glass, 1 Glass Sheet, 6 Circuit Board
Output: 1 Elemental Scope MkI
Elemental Scope MkI (T3?) Questionable electro-magical items are fun. | Trinket
(Secondary Element: Allows you to select a secondary element at the start of each battle. During the battle, each of your shots may optionally be infused with that element with [GM decision]% effectiveness.) (+1 STR)

Flower takes 2 points out of STR and allocates them to SPC along with the 2 she just got.

+2 points to MMP.
I would also like to remove "Hitting 5+ targets with Melody of Restoration (x1)" from my trait, since it's kind of irrelevant now. It could be replaced with something if you feel like it, but I think my trait is fine like that.

Toast notes Piono letting Chloe crash on the couch, then realises (x3 combob) that she needs to act fast. And also in the past.

She heads downstairs and travels a few minutes into the past, during the previous battle. She catches her future self as she collapses from overdoing it with the magic, and hoists her up into her arms. Then, the younger Toast takes the older upstairs while everyone is distracted by The Dark Lord, and dumps her on the bed in the purple room. She then waits to hear her past self going downstairs, before following suit and heading to the ground floor. For most observers, this will look like she’s gone down the stairs into the basement, then come from upstairs down to ground level.

A few minutes earlier...
Toast appears from the future, crafts the portal, then collapses, only to be caught by herself, from the past, just then.

TL;DR: Toast closes a half of a convoluted timeloop. Her future self is currently lying on the bed upstairs. Her present self will at some point in the near future go back and craft the portal. The portal is also officially crafted now.

~~

With that shenaniganery over, Toast wanders over to the shop stall and sits on the arm of the couch, facing Marron.
"Hey, uh. When we have to, sleep, and stuff, do you want to come up to one of the upstairs rooms with me?" she says, quickly, "I-I can't imagine there really being anywhere else to sleep- or, well, anywhere that's comfortable. Plus... it might just be nice."
She smiles in an attempt to allieviate awkwardness.

Teag puts 1 point in HP and 1 point in SPC...for now. ominous music

He then finds the least horrible place to rest that isn't occupied, and goes to sleep.

Emerald hums to himself and grabs his Stick, then goes to the pile of corpses and allows it to consume all of them. And also the Seeker in the inventory. And then he pops out the Sentinel, scans it, and also promptly consumed that. He leaves the Observer there for now, as it may or may not be gay. Possible Description change: “I AM GROWING STRONGER”. Other than that, lets see what consuming a large pile of corpses plus two other things does

He also tosses his spare point one last time into DEF, and into HP

He walks up to Marron and hands her 100 Credits for a T2 Trinket ”Please make a Plushie of me... I want to see what happens, to be frank. Also a Trinket if that wasn’t obvious.”

The Man buys a piece of Hardened Glass, 2 units of gunpowder, and an incendiary scrap.

The Man then does the crafty thing.

First he builds a giant box out of like 5 pieces of iron. Then he adds some grindy bits made out of iron (like 3 pieces?). He then uses six wire scraps to wire it up, and attach it to a button made out of 2 pieces of cobblestone. He then jumps and presses the button and gorillaing dies.

...not really, though. He then throws in the Judo Rifle, a piece of Hardened Glass, the 2 units of gunpowder, the incendiary scrap, and two goneblossoms, and then presses the button. The machine violently explodes, leaving behind a whole bunch of debris and an upgraded Judo Rifle.

Judo Sniper Still doesn't actually shoot, the bit you hit with just extends really far.
9-11 Crushing damage, Range 1-6, Retreat 1, Counter: 4, Hit: 8
STAT CHANGES: +3 STR, -1 SKI
WEAPON PASSIVE: Hyper Super Advanced Judo (trademark): Every third basic attack, perform a Judo Art. Again, they're the same as before, just with slightly more damage possibly maybe?

Materials Expended: 8 iron, 6 wire scraps, 2 cobblestone, the Judo Rifle, 1 hardened glass, 2 gunpowder, 1 incendiary scrap, two goneblossoms.
...what were the goneblossoms for, you ask? Well to make it look cool duh.

Anyways, he goes up to Marron and requests that she makes a T3 piece of armor that's "tacticool". He... doesn't exactly specify anything.

Total credits spent: 205

The Artist puts one point into RES and another into SPC. That is all they do this turn due to them needing to get everything ready for their crafting.

". . . Wait what happened to the Shuria that JOE Corrupted? Did we shove it into the Inventory? Did we kill it? Nothing was ever said about it's fate so I'm just going to say that we still have it as an ally, since Corruption doesn't have an expiration time. Or that it's in our inventory. . . Or just, I don't know, gone?"

"Wow, that boss was taken down surprisingly quickly."

Taking advantage of the interlude, Brutishace sneaks away from the group to craft in solitude.

His Skull ornament seems to be lacking, so he decides to improve it. The Necromancer takes two of the Goneblossoms and places two each in the skull's eye sockets, then grasps it by its temples and utters some incantation. When the incantation is finished, he shakes his head vigoriously, as if to wake from a trance. His creation stares at him, some darkness surrounding the cranium's eyes.

Brutishace has crafted the Uncanny Skull! He equips it enthusiastically.
Description: Yikes, you feel a lot creepier when you carry this skull around.
Improvements: +1 INT (with +1 SPC if power allows it)
Ingredients: Soulblossom x4

His Zen Ribbon also could use some work... Brutishace takes a trio of Silkweed Bundles and a Sturdy Vine and begins sewing it into the Zen Ribbon. He carefully threads the plant matter into the ribbon, careful not to interrupt or tear its existing fabric. By the time the Necromancer's done, an intricate pattern of green has been woven across the Zen Ribbon.

Brutishace has crafted the Trance Ribbon! He equips it enthusiastically.
Description: This foliage-wrapped ribbon is definitely natural and peaceful!
Improvements: +1 AGI (with +1 SKI if power allows it)
Ingredients: Silkweed Bundle x3, Sturdy Vine x1

Seeing as he has some unspent Skill Points, Brutishace places one each into HP, MP, DEF, and SPC.

"Now, what to do about that pistol..."

<CRAFTDOP>
0w0? What's this? Well, to save me time (and sanity) later, I'll be processing a few crafts now! This isn't the actual update; keep on posting if you haven't yet!

AHEM.

Boshi
Neru's Embrace v1.1:
Materials Used: 3 Titanium Ingots, 1 Shadow Crystal, 5 Wire Scraps.
Result: Success!

Book of Joshi:
Materials Used: 1 Egg Sac
Result: Success! Not equipped...?

Krabs
Seriously, though? FIVE CRAFTS? I'm talking away your crafting privileges http://b3.ifrm.com/30592/38/0/e7040163//e7040163.png

AHEM^2.

Shadowcaster Umbra:
Materials Used: 1 Cardboard of Power, 1 Shadowcaster Charge
Result: Success!

Pro MLG Charms:
Materials Used: 1 Pocket Lint, 4 Drone Sensors, 2 MLG Charms
Result: Success! (x2) (You did mention that they only got +3 HIT each, and they had +2 CRT base, so they got slight changes.)

Unboring Splintercast:
Materials Used: 39 Cobblestone, 5 Titanium, 1 Splintercast Charge
Result: Success! +1 HIT because why not.

The Magical Ice No:
Materials Used: 1 Gazyer (inventory), 1 Keldeo Ice Sculpture
Result: Success! Flavor text changed, as telling lies is rude. Damage very slightly lowered.

The Savior's Roboglass Ballgown:
Materials Used: 1 Farmer's Scythe (300 Credits), 6 Titanium Ingots, 1 Robotic Glass Dress
Result: Success!

ACCOMPLISHMENT GET: Craftomaniac

Xae
Two Pair Two Point Oh: (not actual name)
Materials Used: 2 Gold Ingots, 1 Gallowsdown Fluffball, 10 Wire Scraps
Result: Success! Variance reduced, damage of "elemental crit" reduced.

Thyme Glue:
Materials Used: 3 Thyme Matter, 1 Bottled Bottled Waters, 1 Soulblossom (stolen from a field somewhere)
Result: Success! 5 bottles made, since making crafting materials out of crafting materials is neat.

Gallow's Mantle:
Materials Used: 2 Goneblossoms, 1 Bottled Bottled Water, 1 Thymium Glue, 3 Feather Fabric, 1 Feather Rope Coil, 1 Titanium Ingot
Result: Success! Taking dark resistance as basically your only boon? Actually kinda smart, given where you're going.

The Author
Pot of Violant Ink:
Materials Used: 5 Goneblossoms, 1 Bit of Water That You Got From a Sink, 1 Glass Sheet (15 CC's), 1 Green Sap Blob, 2 Iron Ingots, 1 Uniform Log, and the Ethereal Conductor
Result: Success!

Seraph Breach:
Materials Used: 1 Seer Crystal, 1 Gallow Feather, 2 Silkweed Bundles, 1 Shadow Crystal, and the Fallen Garb
Result: Success! Did you intend to drop the old effect? If not... well, we can change that.

Irrigo Plating:
Materials Used: 3 Iron Ingots, 2 Thyme Matter, 2 Uniform Logs, 1 Thymium Glue, 3 Titanium Ingots, and the Ink Shield
Result: Success!

Destiny
PDW
Materials Used: 5 Iron Ingots, 7 Uniform Logs, 1 Pocket Warmer, 1 Gunpowder (10 Credits)
Result: Success! Not equipped. Slight mods added to make it slightly more effective, IMO.

DCCCV
Griever:
Materials Used: 65 Credits worth of stuff, 1 Iron Ingot
Result: Success! I think you're still on T2, actually.

Asuka
Elemental Scope MK1:
Materials Used: 75 Credits worth of stuff, 8 Cobblestone, 2 Uniform Logs, 16 Wire Scraps, 1 Goneblossoms, 1 Iron Ingot, 6 Circuit Boards
Result: Success! Not equipped.

Emerald...?
Metal Iti Stick:
Materials Used: Lots of Iti Corpses
Result: Success...? It, uh, seems like you'll actually need to toss some materials at it to get anything more than a +1 to eating range.

The Man
Judo Sniper:
Materials Used: 8 Iron Ingots, 6 Wire Scraps, 2 Cobblestone, 1 Hardened Glass, 2 Gunpowder, 1 Incendiary Scrap, 2 Goneblossoms
Result: Failure. Isn't going from Range 1 to RANGE 1-6 a little extreme...? Especially with extra damage, improved Judo Arts, and +3 STR... Look, this upgrade is pretty freaking busted.

Brutishace
Uncanny Skull:
Materials Used: 4 Goneblossoms
Result: Success! +10% Dark Resistance, and no SPC.

Trance Ribbon:
Materials Used: 3 Silkweed Bundles, 1 Sturdy Vine
Result: Success! +10% Earth Resistance, and no SKI. FYI, you can usually get something better than just raw stats from your Trinkets... and usually something way cooler, too!

Due to general low material usage, the universe (or rather, Chaos) takes 50 of your Credits. You probably got some materials in return for them or something.

And that's all the crafting for this round! Unless some of you editing your crafting in for some darn reason. Please don't.

<ROUND FORTY-FIVE>
CHAOS: oh boi, i(t)'s eas(t)errrr
CHLOE: It's the middle of October-
CHLOE: Wait, why is my text blue-

CHAOS: prank'd

CHAOS: anyway
CHAOS: /©aps i(t)'s eas(t)errrrrrrrrrr
CHAOS: as a resul(t), i'm legally obliga(t)ed to provide one eas(t)er even(t)
CHAOS: and no(t) an april fools even(t) be©ause i really don'(t) feel like upda(t)ing
CHAOS: kinda su©ks (t)ha(t) (t)hey're bo(t)h on (t)he same day, but w/e
CHAOS: here's (t)he egg list!

[big][big]THE EASTER EGG HUNT 2018[/big][/big]
The Easter Egg Hunt is back, and it's about the same scale as last time, with new, devious locations! Like your traditional egg hunt, this'll be a rage-inducing search, where your only guidance is the vaguest of hints that the GM gives you! For every egg you collect (collect them by pointing them out somewhere, whether here or in the discord), you'll be given 25 Credits and a Chocolate healing item, and hitting certain egg milestones will reward you with special items!

4 Eggs: Trinket
8 Eggs: Armor
12 Eggs: Hat
The Eggo: Weapon

Without further ado, here's the eggs, and their hints!

One Star:
PROFIT EGG: Found
The scummiest egg of them all, and probably the reason Chaos even did Easter.
OBSERVED EGG: Found
He sees the egg! Do you?
INDICATED EGG: Found
Brought to you by Chapter NIL: Intermission!
NEST EGG: Found
No, not the money kind.
EGGPLANT: Found
The sort that you'd plant in the ground.

Two Star:
DESSERT EGG: Found
Has too many "S"'s in its name. God, does that look weird.
DARK EGG: Found
(Good Luck) finding this egg of I N F I N I T E P O W E R!
STARRY EGG: Found
Must be posted into existence, then given fame... or, "stardom" as some might call it.
ROLEPLAYER EGG: Found
This egg is non-canon.
MARRON EGG: Found
MARRON: ...I wasn't physically handed an egg! What gives?

Three Star:
FACELESS EGG: Found
It's currently invisible, and needs a face. Maybe give it one? Hides out somewhere mostly useless.
MASONIC EGG: Found
Not for the faint of heart. HEAVY HEAVY NSFW warning, by the way.
MASK EGG: Found
In the future, my name is Egg.
TROPER EGG: Found
We really need to work on that list more, don't we?
EGGO: Found
A bad pun. Obtained by collecting fourteen eggs from this list.

Even though all the eggs have been found, I think it'd be great fun to try and find all the eggs yourself! Maybe avoid #geenral if you're doing that, though...

CHAOS: good lu©k!
CHAOS: you'll ge(t) your s(t)uff when (t)he gm a©(t)ually dops
CHAOS: anyway. upda(t)e. proper.

...Due to the incredibly rate of finding eggs, the game spews out the gear right away. Gigantic Spoon obtained! Temmie Ears obtained! Death Egg Barrier obtained! Hunter's Mark obtained! 375 Credits obtained! 15 Chocolate Eggs obtained!

<NOW, THE ACTUAL UPDATE>
First off, let's go and distribute those Skill Points! And general re-specs! Oh boy.

THE GREAT RE-SPEC-INING
Terry: +1 SKI, +1 SPC, Cardboard Amulet / Elemental Runes (fire) equipped. 100 Credits spent on cloning an Amulet. Special changed.

Boshi: +9 STR, -5 AGI, -2 DEF. Book of Joshi equipped. Special changed.

Krabs: +was updating all of your gear not enough for you, -100 Sanity

Xae: +1 STR, +1 SPC

Author:+1 STR, +1 INT

Destiny: +1 MHP, +2 SPC, -1 SKI

Shizuki: +4 SPC, -2 STR

Toast: +2 MMP

Teag: +1 MHP, +1 SPC

Emerald: +1 MHP, +1 DEF

The Artist: +1 RES, +1 SPC

Comet: +2 SPC

Brutishace: +1 MHP. +1 MMP, +1 DEF, +1 SPC

JOE: +a couple MP

Anyway, JOE does some science. He determines through some basic google searches that the Titanium Crystals have the highest melting point, and take the longest to deform. The Aurora Crystal he tests simply explodes upon receiving too much heat. Fortunately, this somehow consumes no resources at all! He then motions for the Corrupted Shuria to head down to the basement, and disembowel itself. It does, and it's kinda gross. This absolutely horrifies the cleric girl, Taeda, who succeeds in not vomiting up a large amount of sap. She runs to a different part of the basement, slumping down against a wall. Chloe, despite being down there, was fortunate enough to not witness the dissection, being too occupied nerding out in the lab down there.

Boshi then lobs together a sleeping bag with the Gallowsdown Pillow and 10 Gallowsdown Fluffballs, as well as a piece of Feather Fabric to tie it all together. He then combines this with a tent to create the Campout Tent, and plops it down at (N9). Cute sleepy times are then totally had, except she does something later. Xae then takes a look through the house's notes on tactics and maps. The maps appear to detail two main locations; the battlefields of The Second Godmodding War (more specifically, the site of the Massive Battle of Armies), and various locations on Sussui. A strange thing to note is that there's nothing beyond the date of said Massive Battle of Armies. Other than that, there's no weird anomalies in the tactics or battle plans, besides what magic and summoners might do to modern-day plans.

Auth then ensures Marron that they're working on getting her out. She sighs.

MARRON: How do you plan on doing that?
MARRON: I guess you could like... bribe him.
MARRON: Or maybe he'll ask for something dumb in exchange for my freedom.

She then processes Auth's transaction, taking 300 Credits and 48 Samples from him, in exchange for the Mindscape Radio, the Void Essence, and the Nurse Hat. He equips the hat, and attempts to contact Stella Omorika's mindscape version. He gets a response...

???: h0i!

Oh. It's Glitch Temmie. The Mindscape Radio must've automatically routed you to tem...

GLITCH TEMMIE: Author? We haven't talked in some time...
GLITCH TEMMIE: This means you've met Chaos outside of the Mindscape. Smack him in the face for us, would you? Anyway...
GLITCH TEMMIE: The person that you're trying to contact isn't exactly here...
GLITCH TEMMIE: We needed to lock Miss Omorika up. She was adapting to Mindscape life just fine, but one day... she snapped.
GLITCH TEMMIE: Went absolutely nutty, the woman. Summoned some wooden figure armed with a sword and shield, and generally started tearing up the place. Lost a lot of Temmies that day...
GLITCH TEMMIE: We were forced to subdue her. Nowadays, she's talking about "the eyes" and "the voices in her head." She never sleeps- she's always trying to break free of her cell. We have no idea why.
GLITCH TEMMIE: Any ideas?

Tem remains on the line, waiting for a response. Auth then looks through a couple of books in the Green Bedroom. There are accounts of the First Godmodding War and the Zeroth War in the shelf, as well as some typical stories; tales of romance, war, racism, identity- that sort of stuff. He records the stories, sending them to the Genesis Library. If he wants a more in-depth view on a book, he can request that. Of course, it'd only be one book, but yeah. He then also delivers the Void Essence to Taeda.

TAEDA: A-Ah? Author?
TAEDA: I-I just saw the most horrible thing! An Iti came down the stairs a-and j-just... tore i-itself open! It was horrid!
TAEDA: O-Oh? What's this?

Auth explains what the vial contains, prompting her to pop it open and inhale it through her mouth. Her body briefly glows with energy, as her Special is unlocked!

TAEDA: W-What a curious feeling...

Nezira then goes and solves a puzzle (the effects of which were in the previous post), and promptly greets Chloe.

ACCOMPLISHMENT GET: Puzzle Time

CHLOE: Great to meet you, too!
CHLOE: M-Me? How I'm feeling?
CHLOE: Y-Yeah. I'm pretty darn tired, if I'm being honest...

Nezira then decides to go upstairs, with Chloe staying behind to check out the lab. While she's up there, she opts to fix up a good deal of the house, expending the Kitchen Components, 10 Uniform Logs, and 60 credits worth of Glass Sheets. She then summarily fixes the kitchen and most of the house's windows, in addition to repairing all of the house's doors. The house has never looked better! Besides the gigantic hole in the front of it. But that's not too big an issue... right? She then gathers some fertilizer from the taps (disgusting), and uses it to feed the dead potted plants. This seems to have no effect on them. They're dead, Nez!

She also talks to Chaos about that offer to get Marron and Ette releaesd, for free! Chaos pulls her away to a corner, and talks to her.

CHAOS: okay, (t)here's some(t)hing (t)ha(t) i wan(t) you (t)o do for marron's own... "benefi(t)", shall we say
CHAOS: she wan(t)s you figh(t) you guys again, duel-s(t)yle. she has some(t)hing (t)o prove, and i(t)'s ©u(t)e.
CHAOS: (t)alk (t)o her abou(t) i(t). ©an'(t) make (t)his up.
CHAOS: don'(t) worry abou(t) bea(t)ing her in(t)o a pulp- i'll provide bo(t)(t)les of liquid (t)ha(t) inexpli©ably heal people af(t)er (t)he fi(t)e

...Given how the previous duel went, this shouldn't be too hard. Especially if she actually wants to fight. Nezira then goes and does a lot of research, spending 145 Samples in the Lab, obtaining the Harmonizer Melody, the Elemental Blaster, and the Yggdrasil Vessel! Then, to round off her turn, she uses the Bypass on the Thymecursed Sword! The undefined blob of whatever fuses with the Thymecursed Sword. Moments later, a snake of purple seeps out of the sword, and spirals off out of the house, and into the air before breaking apart in the air. Chloe's sword no longer appears to be covered in the purple static. Chloe's Gladius obtained! She hands the blade back to an understandably eager Chloe.

CHLOE: Oh! You... fixed it!? That's awesome!

She gets a quick hug, and is then treated to Chloe testing her weapon, a wide grin crossing her face as a flare of blue light runs up the edges of the blade. It appears to be part laser sword. She gives it a cursory swing, the light extending outwards from the blade a short distance. She giggles.

CHLOE: ...It's not bad that I missed this baby, right?
CHLOE: But really! Thank you so much!

She then offers to upgrade the sword, as well as give Chloe some gear.

CHLOE: Oh, really? I'd love to see this thing get even stronger!
CHLOE: Maybe it could like... um...
CHLOE: ...I have no idea how to possibly improve on a laser sword, but I'm sure you can think of something!
CHLOE: As for armor... um, maybe some light platemail? I've always loved the "knight templar" sorta look, and really- what's better for protecting my soft plus squishy flesh than a few plates of metal?
CHLOE: Just... really, please make it light. I'm not some action hero or some fully-trained knight who can actually bear the full weight of platemail...
CHLOE: T-This is somewhat unreasonable though, isn't it? Maybe... chainmail is easier? I dunno. Maybe a mix of the both...?
CHLOE: Oh! One more, very important detail! I want REAL armor, not the sorta generic female armor in video games that grants nine trillion defense while covering maybe 20% of your body.
CHLOE: Then again, this is real life. I probably didn't need to specify that, eheheheh...
[small][small]CHLOE: Looking at you, Cyan. No way in hell I'm ever wearing that seraph "armor" you showed off.[/small][/small]

Chloe then finds herself overtaken with yawning. She wipes some sweat from off of her forehead.

CHLOE: g-gorilla...
CHLOE: I... don't think I've ever exhausted myself like this before...
CHLOE: I'm gonna... hit the hay.

She waves goodbye to Nezira, then heads upstairs. She gives a smile to Piono as he says she can claim the couch, laying out across it before quickly falling asleep. No pillow or blanket, or anything. Toast then asks Marron to come upstairs with her to sleep. She gives her a prompt nod.

MARRON: That sounds... nice.
MARRON: I'm pretty gorillaing tired, honestly...
MARRON: Oh, one condition, though! I get the bed.
MARRON: I literally haven't slept on a bed in a month, and my back is KILLING me.
MARRON: A-Alternatively, we could share it... b-but... w-well...

She blankly stares at Toast, before snapping back to reality.

MARRON: ...L-Let's just make you a bed out of couch cushions or something. Have a sleepover. We can invite Ette, too!

Emerald then hands Marron 100 Credits, and asks for a plushie of himself.

MARRON: ...The gorilla?
MARRON: I expected weird requests, b-but...
MARRON: Sure, fine. It's a job. Interested in blood magic? I can make it do blood magic.
MARRON: I'm not providing, though.

The Man then asks Marron for a piece of "tacticool" gear. She shrugs.

MARRON: Hey, I already have work to do!
MARRON: Shop etiquette says that I should politely tell you to gorilla off.
MARRON: So, uh, politely go and gorilla yoursel-

Marron is promptly slapped by Ette for (1) Crushing Damage. She rubs her now slightly-sore cheek...

MARRON: OW! Was that really needed!?
MARRON: Why don't YOU go and make the gear?

Ette flops her hands around. Luckily, Toast is around to translate.

ETTE: (We don't have enough stitching-stuff!)
MARRON: What? Really?
ETTE: (Yeah! Chaos only brought enough for you...)
ETTE: (I wanna help, too...)
MARRON: Hey, you can help me if you want!
MARRON: We should go and get a second workstation set u-

CHAOS: did somebody say profi(t) margins
MARRON: chaos gorilla off
CHAOS: no
MARRON: gorilla

New special offer added!

Reisz fight not started, as I'd like it if one or two more people confirmed that they'd be partaking in the fight, and not joining in the kinda-obvious Zone 2 battle that'd be there. Just to be safe.

Also, Nezira takes the amethyst-laden robe from the lab. Amethyst Archrobes obtained! They don't seem to be fully powered- whoever enchanted them was an amateur, at best...
Anyway, night falls next round! This doesn't really mean much, besides the official start of Chapter 2! You'll get a couple of perks by the next day, involving food items, instant completion on crops, and other nice goodies! There'll also be a few differences in the terrain and NPC states, but that's a give-in.

Emerald buys the Profit Egg from Chaos, nods to Marron, and then promptly says he’ll be joining in the Reisz fight

Terry loots the sword and shield from the House's upper floor, and the wood and metal in the basement's cache.
----
Terry does a lot of more equipping, and ends up with what seems like a cool and good build.
----
>shield crash knocks back enemy three spaces
>dash finisher gets extra stuff when used after combo'd shield crash, but has range 1
Really makes you think.
...I may have screwed up my math. There's an edited version in the link above.
----
He scrambles into the Green Room, under Toast's orders.

Then he sets all his battle equipment down on an armor stand that was always there, and then hits the hay.

Literally all of this was for last round.

Now that battle is done with... well, there's not really much to say. Verdana's still in the basement, having decided to hide out there for the time being, staying mostly far away from other people for now and rocking back and forth on his feet, humming to himself. As for the others...

...Well, EN for one has decided to just slump by the back of the couch, shadowcaster resting at her side. Not exactly the most dignified way of sitting, but it works for her. She could probably be interacted with by an NPC if any of them decided to go to her.

"Phew. Glad that's over."

As for Calibri? He just sort of does what he does best. Namely, he stands around in the basement for a while longer with Verdana, then shrugs and teleports to go visit Chloe again, making the world flicker dark. He then reappears... literally about a few meters away, considering Chloe's probably in the basement right now, since she sort of did walk down there to talk to Nezira and check out the lab. Which means chances are, at least one person saw him teleport.

"...Well, now I feel like an idiot for doing that."

There's a pause. He shrugs, then takes a look for himself at the lab thing.

"...Hm. What a coincidence. The enhancement wing all seems to reference different Iti types."

Another pause. It seems as though the guy is out of ideas of what to do.

"So. I take it from the people heading in here that it's safe to let Verdana out again now? Just have to be sure."

...Oh, you were expecting other stuff too? Not yet. That comes a little bit later, once the big things are done with. Don't wanna pile more onto what's already a bit pile.

I put a point in MP and another into SPC.

Pionobot goes back to his pocket scanner, and then disassembles it, looking at the pieces. The pocket scanner's passive really isn't all that useful to him, so he'd be better off putting its abilities to use elsewhere... So he takes some circuits boards, buys a central processing unit from the Temmie Shop, grabs some wire bits, a couple of titanium ingots and the last of the drone sensors, and gets down to business.
First he puts together a motherboard with the circuit baords and central processing unit, hooking everything up with the wire bits to make it run more smoothly. Then he pulls out a laptop, connects to the motherboard and programs it to do something different instead of scanning. Rather than scanning, it'll calculate weak points on enemies and patterns to the movement, granting increased hit and crit chance. He hooks up the drone sensors and the original sensors from the pocket scanner itself and voila! Most of its done.
Now all that's left is to molten the titanium bars, which he does through a careful process of heating up then metal bending into a proper shape, before cooling it back off with ice magic. two halves of a shell are created, the motherboard and sensory pieces are then slotted into their places and the two halves of the shell hooked up to one another.

What to call this item: I dunno.
What it does: gives increased HIT and CRT chances.
