"Everyone, I think we're being divided. I'm going to go try help out."

Alright, action time. Simeon Phase Shifts with Spider Rider 1.

"Oh, dear. That egg looks very concerning. Quickly, get the attention of one of our healers, they should be able to help."

After switching, he runs into the forests of N10, melding into the trees.
He fires at the Egg 1, and if he downs them, hopefully, another arrow will sprout from the chest of Spider Rider 1 too.

NO DETAIL YET

Auth moves to J19, and revives Mr. Krabs on I19 after he gets his body destroyed.

As someone wicked, fundamentally, I disagree. One may always repent. I may have done terrible things in the past. That's why I help this coward now.

Mr. Krabs is kinda badly wounded, and also kind of understand vague mechanics regarding ressurective abilities.

"Hey, can someone, uh, kill me? The chivalrous lad over there can revive me!"

Once that occurs, Mr. Krabs ressurects by the hands of the Author. He proceeds to remember the Chairclaws in fact exist, spends his four GP in Stylish and plus attack but then switches over to the Splintercast for counter purposes, moves to H16 and uses Radiant Singularity directly on Neru's center of mass. No retreating.

"If the lass loses karma for that, then Reality may kiss my keister, and may Lord Helix smite him as he most recently smote me!... You've gotta be rather tolerant of that kinda stuff in the faith."

----+----

Meanwhile, Tazz, Golden Freddy and Chi collectively boggle at the intensity of Mr. Krab's terrible luck, this time moving to the IUPC headquarters. Why? Because Golden Freddy was on the previous IUPC shelter (in the form of the Tardis), and may or may not have seen a living Chairian there, when the only Chairians present were summoned as a result of Irecreeper, most likely during the Massive Battle of Armies. Assuming Golden Freddy didn't confuse a Chairian for another wood-based lifeform, the IUPC would be the most likely place he's gone to, instead of the current hellhole LOCAA has become. ((I NEVER FORGET.))

cU: Why does he even have that thing.
gF: NO gorillaING CLUE.
aC: Well, it does mesh with the local religion well. If things went better the devouts may have fled the fight.
gF: THE HOLY RELIC ITSELF SHOULD HAVE BEEN ENOUGH REASON FOR THAT. BUT IT HAS ATTRIBUTED TO THEIR ATTRACTION AROUND THE gorilla TIME ZONE.
cU: Wow, she really is terrible at being a leader. Who deliberately uses siege magic and then orders her troops to stand around it? That's just friendly fire waiting to happen!
aC: Do you think the Chairians can hear us right now?
cU: I hope they are, it'd tip them off that running's the easiest way to survive this. Acacia's out to kill them more-so than we are, with her tactical incompetence.

The Set, a few minutes ago...

"You know what. I'm probably not going to come out of this alive... but if that's the case, I die on my terms, not yours."

Calibri quite bluntly rejected what the Iti were trying to do, instead opting to continue as he was anyway, namely by firing away with the Goddess's Servant while kiting the Iti as far as possible, climbing sheer vertical walls and teleporting across treebranches to do so. Admittedly, it was only a prolonging of the inevitable, given how many of them there were compared to how many people there were on his side, doing whatever they'd respectively been doing... Still, he made every second count. To spite those who would kill him, if nothing else.

Eventually, though, a positioning error becomes his downfall. A hound got in close, must've bitten him on the leg or something as it became so much harder to move. He could still hold out a while longer, until the Screamer got a chance to silence him and put a stop to his teleporting. Once he finally stood alone, too injured and beaten down to hold off anymore, he sighed.

"Guess that's it, then. But, like I said... I die on my terms. I've seen what you do to the people you kill. What you gain from it. And I can tell you, without a doubt, that you..."

Every single injury on his body opened up. Blue eyes, writhing and glaring at everything around him, appeared in the depths of his wounds. All of them fixed on Reisz soon enough, making absolutely sure she was listening to him. The other Iti, quite frankly, just go ignored, except for maybe a rude hound or two that'd be quickly dissuaded via eyeball laser. Then, he finishes his sentence.

"Well. You're getting nothing from me."

And then, before any of the Iti can react, Calibri's form just disintegrates into dust, winds rapidly picking up and carrying the dust into the air and away from them. He didn't leave behind even a single scrap of salvageable... anything, really.

Wherever-the-respawn-location-is-now, present...

Calibri pops into being for a split-second before the world immediately flashes black, with it resetting to normal once again soon enough. At first, it's not entirely obvious what has happened, since he looks absolutely fine now that everything's done with, but if one checks the background, they'd be able to see a shirt with writing on it. Looks like the writing says... "I got ea-"

"That didn't happen and any evidence to the contrary is propaganda made up by a conspiracy between Neo-Nazis and the North Korean government."

A massive laser blast of blue energy proceeds to erupt down from a giant blue eyeball in the sky, utterly disintegrating the shirt with writing on it in an instant. Despite the very quick destruction of whatever it is Calibri obviously didn't want to have near him, the laser continues for a fair few more minutes than it really needed to, eventually letting up once he's blasted a deep crater into the ground where that shirt used to be. If one bothers to check on Calibri now, they'd find that both of his eyes have turned monochrome pitch black.

...He also seems to have yanked a certain white-text plus red-background "accomplishment" out from his list of accomplishments for the sole purpose of also annihilating it. He doesn't even bother replacing whatever it was he pulled out of there, he just straight-up deletes it. He doesn't seem to be in the best of moods regarding how the recent battle went...

"...Never give me an insult of an accomplishment ever again. You know who you are."

Once he's finally done, Calibri's eyes return to their normal blue. He decides to head off to hang out next to the Saplings in the Forest of Departure, standing there for a moment upon arrival before snapping his eyes shut and apparently taking a standing nap.

Meanwhile, EN-913 appears in the Way Forward battle, heads over to P17, then sits down and idly twiddles her thumbs.

"Hmm... Chairians. Okay, cool. Wonder if Taeda's somewhere 'round here. Kinda wanna chat with her again. She's nice."

The Man suddenly stops and wonders. Why is he here? What choices has he made that lead to him being here, in this particular spot, in this particular area, in this particular zone, in this particular planet, in this particular solar system, in this particular galaxy, in this particular universe? Oh well, guess we'll never know.

He then sprints over to O10 N9.

Read Messagelog?

Angel_Inari: INCOHERENT RAGING NOISES.
FoxOfTheFuture: ...Uh, Hoshi-san, how long has he been like this?
KawaiiKitsune124: About, uh...
I don't know? The meta nature of these dialogues and the ambiguous timing of turns makes it hard to tell.
And you brought the takeout, right?

FoxOfTheFuture: Yeah, it's out on the table, but I guess this is more important?
KawaiiKitsune124: Of course it is! I might even need to call a Tamamo fro backup!

FoxOfTheFuture: ...But I thought I was the Tamamo.
KawaiiKitsune124: No, you're Sinai, Sinai. I'm relatively sure you would know if you're a Tamamo.

FoxOfTheFuture: Yeah, but aren't there 9 of them? Couldn't I be one of those?
KawaiiKitsune124: Hang on, lemme consult my list of Tamamo's...
No, no, no, no, no, no, no, and you're not Tamamo Cat or the original Tamamo.
So no, you're just a random, unrelated foxgirl from a random, unrelated and dead gacha game!

FoxOfTheFuture: And that's a good thing, right?
KawaiiKitsune124: ...Yes? I don't really know, and we've been talking for a while now.

FoxOfTheFuture: Because we don't want to address Angel's rage, or because Monika's back up and likely rather annoyed and we don't want to address that?
KawaiiKitsune124: Both, really.
...Let's go eat that takeout.

Uh- huh? What do I do? Uh, okay, Monika uses the newly opened Barricade wall to rush to J3, uses her should-be-3-GP to unlock Corrupt, and-
QUOTE (Code:)

tiles.copyfrom ("R43", "AE43")
tiles.copyto ("R21", "AE21")
write.tile (R21, "(3)Splinter Spider")
set.id_flag (allegiance, allies)
command.designate ("Monika")

Wow, this is quite the chunk of code... I'm glad I picked this gauntlet up.  It seems to be making it a little easier... it must be the strangely glitchy behavior of it.

...Well, takes the Splinter Spider. Monika also /kill's Mr. Krabs via Lumipod. Assuming that Monika immediately gains control, the Splinter Spider now moves to I6 and attacks the Devout, hopefully not lethally.

Brutishace flails and screams helplessly as Reisz reaches towards him. Hobbling away, he tries to find some form of escape, but he only finds unforgiving wilderness behind him. In an act of desperation, the necromancer tries to trigger an escape to the Nexus, remembering how it didn't work last time...

. . .
NEXUS

Brutishace drops back into the Nexus, in awe at how he wasn't devoured. After getting back to his feet and recovering from the shock somewhat, the necromancer moves off to get back to his party on Sussui. He desperately needs better equipment- hopefully he can craft in peace. He settles down near an area away from the action- he can't participate in his mental state.

Brutishace shudders as he tries not to think about Reisz's gaping maw.

"I'll stomp ya to splinters!"

Irongutta attempts to move to J4 and uses Overpowering Smash on Spider Rider 1! "Let's see how you wooden gits feel about kollateral damage!" (This specific angle is attempted to try and push the rider into Upheaval) .

If he can't move, he'll still use Overpowering Smash on Spider Rider 1.

<ROUND THIRTY-THREE>
Toast decides to create a Crystal Farm in the Ancient Ruins, fixing the floor in the process. While she'll likely need to establish rules for it (or simply copy JOE's farm mechanics), it looks like the creation was a success! Toast then treats herself to a well-earned nap with the Gallowsdown Pillow. It's kinda cold down in the covered abyss, but hey; better than sleeping on the ground where the Iti can get you. Piono then loots the Gallow Egg at the Hanging Gardens, 'bends 8 Titanium out of the ground at the Ancient Ruins, then heads to the Ashen Canopy.

From there, he carefully spins the gold out of the tree there. It's an incredibly slow process that eventually does yield 8 gold, and doesn't piss off any of the spiders. Vein harvested! Piono then lobs together an Aurora Crystal, an Iron Ingot, and a Wire Scrap to create 2 Pocket Warmers! It doesn't seem like you can make too many at a time since gameplay. Ah well; it's better to have 2 extra warmers than 0 extra warmers. Then, still somehow going, Pionobot purchases a Pocket Scanner and a Spaghetti Pocket, swapping his current trinkets out for them. This consumes 125 credits. He then promptly tapes 20 blocks of Cobblestone to the compost, preventing it from eventually rotting away! This doesn't really improve it, though.

JOE then shield bashes the local wildlife to get his HP back, then... promptly fails his craft. Those potential upgrades for the Crystalline Claw just seem wrong; aren't you already doing enough with your soldiers? Plus, I don't think it'd be good to improve the concepts you're already abusing... and if Builder is let through, you'll either waste infinite GP and generally not be happy, or we'll have a surplus of JOE-buildings to deal with and manage. And that's no good. Isn't a farm already enough...? He then goes to try and harvest some Thyme Matter from Reisz, but is instead given the lovely greeting of several bite marks (which hurt) and several umbrella marks (which somehow hurt more). He doesn't quite die from this, but he's properly shooed away from the area. JOE then uses robots^2 to harvest some titanium, getting 10 whole bits in the process.

JOE also points out that the sound at the Farm should've dropped. And so it does, by 30%. This percentage is added to the Ancient Ruins.

The Artist then decides to drop their hat in favor of the Ender Mirror, and then fling together an eye from the Gallow, 2 Feather Rope Coils, 2 Gallow Feathers, 1 Goneblossom, a Turbulence, and 6 Thyme Matter to create the Gallow Hour! It seems really weak in its current state, so it promptly receives a modification. Calibri then violently removes his "accomplishment" from existence. This direct attack on his character page seems to have left a mark on it...

Berg then requests a boost on SP gained from damage, but his request is promptly denied. Apparently, nobody's going to get more than 1 point of SP per point of damage. Universal law, or something. He then fixes up his armor. Nice!

(FYI, for those of you who died during the Reisz fight, you can go and walk into the Neru battle right now. No harm done!)

<THE WAY FORWARD, ROUND FOUR>
Neru's HP is about halfway gone; it might pay to focus-fire some turrets so that your splash damage against Neru becomes more effective! Also beware the fact that some of you might be killed by spider eggs. Anyway, may as well wipe out what's left of the Chairians here, then focus down Neru!

ACACIA: ...
ACACIA: You're all paying for this! All of this! ALL OF THIS!
ACACIA: I called the calvary. Ever had 200 spider-mounted soldiers jam spears into your chest? That'll be a sight to see~
ACACIA: They'll be here soon, and you'll all gorillaing pay for making a fool of me!

...It doesn't seem like there's an actual time limit on when they're going to appear, but Chloe's still quite worried.

CHLOE: Um, if what she's saying is true, which I'm inclined to believe from how he destroyed her phone earlier...
CHLOE: We need a plan after this! W-Would it be wise to run and take shelter somewhere?
CHLOE: I-It's starting to get c-crazy dark too, and fighting both the Iti and the Chairians by dark would be a huge pain...
CHLOE: I was t-thinking that... maybe we could find some sort of shelter? Maybe there's a nice, huge abandoned house like one of the ones around here that we could bunk in for the night...

It'd probably be worth discussing a plan of action after this battle. Maybe taking cover (hint hint) would be a wise course of action? Maybe you could even establish a permanent base of sorts. Give it some time.

I move to C15 and cast Cure on myself.

Since my armor resistances hadn't been chosen yet. 10% Slashing and Crushing, and 10% Air. Also, could I possibly get a bit of a boost on SP gain from damaging enemies? It's kind of pitiful at the moment. If not, oh well.

This was for Round 3.

Spoiler Alert

Also, minor thing, it should be chivalricAlgidity on my official character sheet. Misspelled slightly.

Yes. Yes it does.
also, overkill damage to the thing won't harm the things hiding behind it
so being next to cover terrain can't ever really be worse then not standing next to one

+2 Sharpen (+2 basic attack DMG), -2 GP.

Terry scutters over to E18, and attacks SEgg4.
----
In detail:
Terry walks out of the house, noticing the Firebomber-

"Welcome to the curbstomp, red dude!"

-and Spider Egg 4, which he mistakes for the Spider Egg 1 of last turn.

"...
I SAID BEGONE, THOT!"

He jumps up, and the Crystalline Claw turns into a morning star, which he brings down on Spider Egg 4.

Teag goes to G6 and informs the turrets that they're not the only things which can perform acts of beaning here, and proceeds to bean Prism Beam 1.

He also apologizes to the newly defected rider-now-lancer for tossing him in to Acacia's attack range, and suggests that he trickily stabs Rider 2.

Toast speaks to Chloe through her clone,
"Woo! Nice going, Chloe!"
Later, she seems unusually relieved by Chloe's shelter suggestion,
"Yes! I mean- er- yeah! That sounds like a good idea..."

Then, Toast responds to the Charian who called her out.
"Well, uh, funny story about that..."
Toast's Illusion moves to N4. Clone!Toast moves up to M12 and casts Aerobeam north, using all the points in her Mana Well. At M5, it curves north-east. The clone then retreats to N13. This will generate 2 MM.
"That's right, I'm not the real one either! Bamboozled again."
She then sits down cross-legged, and ignores them, meditating. If successful, she'll get 1 MM.

~~

In the future in the present, at the Crystal Farm, Toast is asleep. She stirs a little, but otherwise remains dormant. Despite being fairly comfortable, her expression is one of worry. Anyway, there are now rules for the crystal farm, which is ideally renamed to the "Crystillery".
Rules:
- The Crystillery has six slots; three on the left, three on the right.
- Up to 5 crystals (non-unique crafting materials with 'Crystal' in their name) of a single type may be placed into a slot, causing them to start growing. Their yield will increase over time based on the crystal type and the amount planted, up to a cap of 20. They may be harvested at any time.
- Crystals placed in the middle two slots are more likely to have strange things happen to them, due to the high concentration of elemental energy.
