Wyvern sits in the corner while everyone else parties over with the Butterfly. He flaps over to T8 where he uses Self Fury and Evolve Strain and his patent pending spell Nom a Burrito (Chloe, eat your heart out). He retreats to T2.

Ziah has given me permission to command Leaf and the Splinter Spider. The latter of which is in my post so that I can do my stuff all at once.

Leaf feeds her Yggcrawler mount a celefruit. It then moves down to M9 before using Great Leap to jump to P12 where it great leap attacks and then basic attacks the Origin Butterfly. This is followed by Leaf thwacking the Origin Butterfly with her basic attack. The Yggcrawler retreats back to N11 following this assault.

==BATTLE==
Arthur moves to R10 and casts Confuse Ray on the Origin Butterfly, activating Always Watching to also apply Teneblight2.

A flask of potion swirling with pink-rainbow color appears in his hand, pulled from his satchel. The Operator's Suit glows with unlight for a second, black light-absorbing tendrils leaking off it that then rush into the flask and are absorbed by it, before Arthur shakes the flask, agitating the contained mixture, and throws it right at the Origin Butterfly.

He then follows up the Confuse Ray (or, well, Confuse Potion Toss) by taking his full-powered Fluxwither Knife, weighing it in his hand, and throwing it at the Butterfly as well.

<ROUND ONE-HUNDRED EIGHTY>

Echoss continues his construction efforts. Or more specifically, he uses his golems as unpaid workers to get more building materials, more fabric, and more wood. He also murmurs construction plans to himself. Omo chimes in.

OMORIKA: If you wish to fit in that many beds in this small a space, and still wish for it to be comfortable... a second floor would be idea.
OMORIKA: In addition, we could try and connect it to the main structure, for ease of transport between the two areas.
OMORIKA: We must also consider security measures as well. As our perimeter expands, it may be harder to defend from waves of Iti.
OMORIKA: Hm...

While pondering her actions, she opts to mimic the golems in gathering piles of resources, adding yet another. The Echoss golems continue their work, slapping together some furniture in the vacant bedroom downstairs, using all of 1 Simple Fabric because the rest of the items are fairly abundant. While the room is looking fairly nice now, you can't help but feel that something is missing...

Meanwhile, Pionobot finishes off the platinum vein in the Everground with a flurry of punches, winning by KO in round one. The prize money is 16 Platinum Ingots. The small cavern he's in is totally flooded, dropping the water level above by a bit because Thymium has a totally realistic fluid simulation engine.

He also tries to send out a butterfly to attain assistance with RNG, but it seems that making a prayer to RNG in the middle of a battle is rather difficult. Boo.

Daskter notes the insignia of the Spherebreakers exists on the airship. Despite nobody actually painting it, it somehow wills itself into being, consuming 4 Pretty Flowers. This display of willpower grants Daskter a +10% to Aesthetics.

Maria asks where Venia might be. R-8733 shrugs, looking towards the town. There's the rumbling of the earth, and what sounds suspiciously like the floor falling apart in the distance.

R-8733: Oh, they're probably over there. At the church.
R-8733: Sounds like bombs are going off there or something, so I'd stay back.
R-8733: ...
R-8733: Actually no i'm going there give me a second it'll be safe

R-8733 beckons Maria to follow him to the church. While it's totally unsafe™, all of the chaos is happening INSIDE the church, so everything should be okay, right?

Back in the Everground though, Venia's maid drops down into the chamber with the eyestalk, mining about 60 Cobblestone in the process. She does her best to not disturb it, not acting when it suddenly stares at her. The eye gets uncomfortably close to her... and then does nothing, simply looking at her. A few seconds pass, and nobody is turned into an entropic slush on either side.

"Clearly, you and the monster have formed an everlasting friendship. Don't squander this."

Auth teaches Chloe about colors. More specifically, the Neathbow! It's like teaching a child about colors, except every color could kill them at will. Fun for the whole family! She flinches as he runs a knife across his palm to show Chloe his blood, immediately getting out a bandage from the inventory.

CHLOE: G-Geez! D-Don't do that!
CHLOE: I-If you wanted to show me y-your blood, you could've pricked your finger instead of freakin' slashing your palm!
CHLOE: A-Anyway, here!

She takes Auth's hand, despite him being a healer who could very easily fix this incredibly wound. She tightly wraps the bandage around it.

CHLOE: And... there!
CHLOE: D-Don't do that again, alright?
CHLOE: ...Anyway, you can continue now. Sorry for the interruption.

Chloe continues to learn about colors, constantly watching Auth to make sure he won't cut himself to reveal that the blood in his right pinky is Irrigo or something. She only has one question on her mind once he finishes. Okay, maybe two, but one of them is more urgent.

CHLOE: Ah, um... I'm not sure if this is too personal or not, but why is your blood that color? Violant, I mean.
CHLOE: Didn't you say it was an "impossible color"?

CHLOE: Also, you said Viric was from behind the mirrors?
CHLOE: ...Is this literal? I dunno.

Elsewhere, yet at the same time, Auth asks if Nana would like to come see this grand library he's talked about. She eagerly nods.

NANA: O-Of course! I'd love to!
NANA: O-Or, l-like to? N-Not important, b-but yeah, I'd love to see it!

Anyway, Nana blushes a vibrant green as she receives thanks for the book, however bad it may be. He also talks about the Divine Comedy, which is also apparently prolifically terrible. Chaos would tell you that it's a literary masterpiece, but who cares about him? She seems interested, but doesn't ask about it.

He then tells Nana to read The Hobbit first. She seems confused, but takes his advice anyway, switching books. She goes a few pages, before a yawn overtakes her, and she snaps back to attention.

NANA: A-Ah, pardon me. I shouldn't be reading right now, should I?
NANA: We can keep talking, i-if you want! I-I want to! I-I mean, I-I mean, I-I'd be fine just reading, b-but...

She seems to be caught in flux between comfortable and completely, totally uncomfortable. She pulls a thermos of tea from her bag, taking a sip. It seems to quickly calm her down.

NANA: A-Ah, sorry...
NANA: U-Um...
NANA: I-If you wanna stick with me, maybe we could read together?
NANA: T-There'll probably be human concepts I'm not familiar with, s-so... maybe it'd be fun?

She awaits a response, the book idly resting on her legs.

<THE CHURCH OF HELIX, ROUND SEVEN>
So. You technically one-rounded the boss, but we can't really have that. The Butterfly has received an additional 1k HP, as well as an AC boost and a change to its Crushing weakness. This will likely last... not even this round, but we can try darn it. Also, Ascension triggered. Maybe be concerned about that, as there's a lot of Dome Idols, and the Deity Gauge has been set to 3.

-Battle: The Church of Helix (for the round posted above)-
Piggo!Irongutta moves to U12 and slashes at the Naclestial!

As Piggo, Irongutta lets out some loud squeals. He hopes that his cries wont fall on deaf ears here, specifically hoping that Piggo (in Irongutta's body) will get over here and help him with the small pack of Iti.

Overworld Actions:
Echoss nods.
"Hmm, yes. There really isn't enough space for bunking that many people on just one floor, is there... A second story to the new area it is then.
As for defense, at the very least we'll want to build more of the turrets. Perhaps we could find a way to create an anti-Iti geobook system? I have the stack of tile panels from your battle with the dark carnival stowed away in the inventory."
Echoss walks over next to Omorika and looks the shed over.
"Hm, perhaps. The plans I had in my head would have the new area as an extension to the main building, if it shares an outer wall it gives us more space to put living space in and saves us time and materials, beautification being possible afterwards to make it looks a bit less abrupt. If we were to include some wraparound to out here it would likely make it easier to accomodate everything we need, though it would make assembling defenses much more difficult.
...also either way, it is just an old dilapidated shed, it would probably be best to disassemble it and, if we are going to be building out in front to here, build over where it stood."

Meanwhile Echoss's golems (who are, as a reminder, actually also him) shift the sandbags up past the northern edge of the house so that they'll be out of the way.

Down in the basement a bit of iron and wood is used to make a door and a little empty name plaque for the room to be claimed when needed!

In the Everground, Piono goes and drops off his stash in the bucket then goes back to the lake. He swims out into it, using a waterproof flashlight in his eyes to look around and see if there's more to the lake to be explored.

Chloe is commissioned to get some Yellow Sap, as well as maybe some blue and red.
Additionally she's commissioned to get some Yggherbs
Echoss will aid her, regardless of whether the ones in my post or somebody else's are the ones that are done this round.

Additionally, Nia is commissioned to upgrade the Hammer of Banning +3 and Snowball Maelstrom. Just to keep the flux flowing.


Battle Action:
Echoss echo moves North one tile and then laughs in ignoring debuffs by using his weapon skill to shoot a chairian brew at the Vanguard.

Nettle moves to W10, uses Forest Storm on the Netwyrm head until it is in her threshold, executes with Root Domain, then moves to V9 and uses Hidden Toxin on NaClestial.

Laranei... does not appear to be very impressed by the Naclestial's attempts at... something. Laranei isn't entirely sure what they were intending to accomplish, but she decides to give them a taste of their own medicine.

Laranei: No? But you were degenerate enough to bring it up in the first place.

She says, turning to look the Naclestial in their eyes.

Laranei: Nothing better to do than try to insult girls way out of your league? You're honestly way more pathetic than you gorillaing look, and that's saying something.

Laranei scoffs at the Naclestial, but she's not done yet, as she begins to laugh.

Laranei: And speaking of, you made two mistakes in saying "The joke is that I cling to the fire element." For one, the joke is you, you salty half-brained tantrum throwing little gorilla.

She adds, looking over the Naclestial for a moment.

Laranei: And talk about gorillaing clingy, when was the last time you didn't steal someone else's body? I guess I don't blame you, though. If I looked a third as disgusting as whatever the gorilla your salty gorilla is, I'd want to be someone else too.

Finally, Laranei seems to have finished talking, as she turns away from the Naclestial, flipping him off.

Laranei: In conclusion, suck my gorilla.

She then proceeds to move up north a bit, specifically to Q7, and then proceeds to shoot at the Origin Butterfly twice!

Auth flies to R14, and casts Curaga at Omorika on P11.

Auth seems a little confused when Chloe acts shocked and alarmed when he cuts his palm to draw blood... until he remembers that not everyone has his healing capacity and ability to deal with himself.

AUTH: Ah, sorry, Chloe, used to doing that. Wasn't thinking. Sorry.
AUTH: I suppose I could've just pricked my finger, yeah... hard to show the thing with just a little though. Sorry for the scare.

Auth heals his hand, and after cleaning his wound with the bandage, heals himself. No notable damage.

Auth gives his lesson, and then lets Chloe ask her questions. The first is an obvious one.

AUTH: Why's my blood Violant? Interesting question, really. Unusual circumstances. Partly, it's a boon from the Masters, who are a specific group of Curators. Having Violant in my blood makes my memory a lot better. Basically photographic.
AUTH: And of course, Genoa helped affirm it. Helped make me more used to the inflow of information that I'd be getting because of teh Violant. She helped with making it easier.
AUTH: Violant is an "impossible" colour, but so are the rest of them. They're impossible because they're not meant to exist. It's why they're really hard to find most of the time.

Auth gives a slight chuckle as Chloe asks whether Viric really is from "Behind the mirrors".

AUTH: Yes, they are. Viric is strongly associated with the Fingerkings, a race of snakes who live in the Parabola. The Parabola exists within mirrors and dreams. So yeah, that's how the colour is behind mirrors. Cosmogone is more linked with the dreams aspect, though.

Auth nods... that seems like a good place to end the lesson.

Auth smiles after Nana says she'd like to come and see Auth's home. He seems quite pleased that she does, actually.

AUTH: Alright, sounds good to me. When we destroy the Sphere it should be easy enough for me to get back... you can come with. It'll be interesting for you to see it, at the very least... since my home has all sorts of books from all sorts of places. Anything you can imagine, we probably have.

Watching Nana fluster over getting thanks makes Auth smile a bit... since it's kinda cute for him to watch.

AUTH: You seem confused... I may have explained badly. Read the Hobbit first because that's the first book in the series. No point starting from what's technically book 2, right?
AUTH: That'd just be confusing, right?

Auth thinks for about a second about Nana's proposal. A second is all he needs, after all.

AUTH: Let's do that. I'm happy to stick around, explain some things to you that you might not get. Should be interesting to explain human fictional elements to you.

Auth makes himself comfortable. He might be there for a bit.

Bow Kid 1 noms on a Blockmelon, and moves to (O13). She fires off an Aerablight at the Origin Butterfly, clearly too hung over to care that there's an eldritch butterfly in front of her. She retreats to (P14).

Bow Kid 2 drinks the 500% more healthy Goneblossom Tea. I mean, it's still unhealthy, but at least it's not alcohol. She then moves to (O13) and fires a Hidden Flow at the Origin Butterfly. She retreats to (O14).

Crya runs to T14 and uses Confuse Ray on the NaClestial.

Chibi Nia goes to S7 and pings Cinder 1 before retreating to her former position of S6.

"You're the worthless thing piloting the Sleuth's body to begin with! Venia shouts. "You've only yourself to blame! For being an eldritch god, the NaClestial appearing to be more competent than you is probably a good sign you're all talk and no walk! Your prophecy is nothing, your creator is nothing, you're nothing! Begone, fiend! Your power is nothing to us!"

"...I can't believe I just said that and kind of actually believe it now."

Mariaaaa

Venia hears all the loud explosion noises and R-8733's excitement and simply assumes its something fun she missed in her previous snowball fun. "Ooooooh, it sounds like a party! I can tell 'cause parties are noisy. I wanna party!" She follows the former rebel. In many other situations this would be raising quite a few alarms, given she's trusting nearly a stranger to lead her to the sounds of chaos and unsafety, but he did give her a makeshift blanket.

When they approach the Church, Maria sees Cushion resting on top of the Church. "Cushion! Here big kitty! Kitty kitty kitty! I wanna ride you!" She calls. This probably isn't what a Spiralfloof call is like, but given its Maria it probably works.

WE'RE DOING THINGS

In the Everground, the maid is calm and cautious in its movements, as it carefully pulls out a spritz-bottle connected to a simple healing potion, and sprays down the burn wounds the Entropic eye, careful to not get any of it actually on the eyeball itself, just the stalk.

"... I have no clue how you got those, but you appear to be friendly enough," Venia says.

"This'll probably bite me in the rear later, but being a good person comes first, even if its to ugly-ass eldritch abominations."

Battle: Basement of Helix

This is a whopper of an action. but before we go on-in case it isn't clear, Auth gets Priority to act first.

Chloe is asked to move now and slash the NaClestial while doing some sort of item action on <0>, before Venia's anything acts.

Chibi Venia does exactly what you expect her to do, get pissed and oneshot the Butterfly give Venia Ordo.

The Socialite continues to pester <0> with its basic attack and more Hyperpotent Uninspire. It also shanks <0> with a Psychic El-ite knife.

Venia uses Distortion's Dynamite to set up a bomb at (W10). This time, it isn't Psychic-Element, for once. She then uses Unexistent Breach to immediately instantly and with zero chance of negation annihilate Dome Idol1. Poof! Gone. Venia then commits DPS and burns another 10 MP, extending Devilish Rave to Range 1-4. <0> is promptly barraged with a truckload of cannonballs (Crushing Element). This will also apply Unify. She then moves a single tile to O13, and fires her gun at the Origin Butterfly, but only once this time. She exchanges this by using two uses of Affidavit Adjudication to immediately decree that Dome Idol2 doesn't actually exist, causing it to despawn, and using 240 SP in all. She also takes this time to fling the other Psychic El-Ite Knife at the Butterfly as well. This ends her turn, detonating the previous Distortion's Dynamite, which casually continues to ignore allies and (barring ludicrous evasion) nukes the 2nd Helix Idol.

"OMORIKA! NOW! LET'S GIVE 'EM HELL!"

Omorika will thusly cast Null Somnum on Venia and retreat to (R8), safe from harm by the NaClestial's incoming Glacier.

Venia uses Distortion's Dynamite again, for the literal first time without Ordo, setting us up the bomb at (X10), right on the NaClestial's head. She chips in another 10 MP to cast Devilish Rave on <0> again, yet again delivering a payload of cannonballs onto <0>. She then moves to (Q9), and burns Ordo... Using Salvation on Omorika, refreshing her action. She also fires off an Elemental Blaster shot at <0>, set to Fire. This ends her round, detonating the second Distortion's Dynamite and giving the NaClestial and the Cinder some headaches.

Omorika may re-position herself to get better healing, maybe toss an item at <0>, things that should be decided on the fly-but most importantly, she uses Null Somnem on Venia again, giving her back more actions.

At this time, Nia's Chibi Venia springs into action and gets in on the fun, moving up to (U7) and granting Venia Ordo.

Venia proceeds to set another Distortion's Dynamite up, still Glitch-element and this time setting it up at (H13) to deal with that Police Zweet. She'll also chip in yet another 10 MP to cast Devilish Rave on <0> Yet again, same element as before. She won't move this time; she'll whip out a Stardew Potion and chug it for +30 MP, then give Omorika Salvation again, marking an end to how many times Omorika can get refreshed. Venia ends her turn, marking the third time Distortion's Dyamite triggers and giving the NaClestial more pain.

Omorika will do as she wishes as long as it includes sending Venia another Null Somnum. It's pretty important.

Venia skips setting up a Distortion's Dynamite to opt to use Broodmother, setting up a Mask Spider on Q7. One last time, she'll burn 10 MP to Devilish Rave the Butterfly yet again. If this has somehow fed her enough SP to get Unexistant Breach, she will then nonexistance-shank the Butterfly right in the eyeball. She will then move to R9, shoot the Chaos Butterfly dead-on with both her gun and the Elemental Blaster set to Fire, retreat to S8, and then use Affidavit Adjudication on the NaClestial to lower its HP as low to 1 as possible-counting his Chibi Form as another bar of HP on top of what he's got.

Nia is then asked to Phase Shift with Venia and simply do all in her power to bring down the NaClestial, and possibly lob a Lumipod at <0>-though if the NaClestial survives whatever her normal action is, the priority is to down the NaClestial over pinging <0>.

The Battle in the Church

Daskter is a great mage, most capable of firing epic beams of wind.
He moves to P8, and fires a great laser (South-West) at the Origin Butterly. Upon hit, the beam curves South-East.
He then retreats to P7.

Vanguard charges the butterfly to M11, attacks, then retreat to L11,

Nidra Power Naps Chara and double basic attacks the Butterfly again.

Wyvern notices Chloe's stare, and gives her an oblivious, yet charming, smile in return. He decides he wants to come talk to her, noticing a potential to her left. Wyvern evolve strains, the burrito somehow numbing the terrible ripping pain of the symbiotic talons growing more lethal. He then dives headfirst towards U14, rolling to his feet and violently splitting the Dome Idol in half, letting out a primal screech and preparing to be attacked (riposte).

Unnervingly quickly, Wyvern goes back to being adorable, heading over to S13 to greet Chloe.

WYVERN: Hai. Have we met yet...?
WYVERN: I'm Wyvern. It's nice to meet you~

It's a little strange how comfortable he seems despite being in the presence of a godbeing, but that's Wyvern for you.

Leaf is mildly concerned at first, until Nia pops out of the snow, at which point she can't help but laugh.

LEAF: S-Sorry, I just...
LEAF: You reminded me of someone I knew who did the exact same thing.

Leaf heads over and offers to help Nia back up onto her Splinter Spitter, which she gives a small pat. (She pats the spider, not Nia.)

LEAF: We'll stay to the ground for now, though riding it sideways would be really cool.
LEAF: I could probably learn to do that, but I can't just yet.

Leaf brushes her fringe from her face, seeming fairly cheery.

LEAF: So... I promised to teach you how to ride one, but so far I've only taught you to mount and move them.
LEAF: Proper riding is different. A lot more fun...
LEAF: How would you feel about a race~?

"...Ack!"

There's a sudden noise from Calibri. He's currently sitting up, having been apparently knocked out during the fall. Of course, there's something terribly wrong... He stands up, but collapses again immediately, violent cracks running down one side of his face. While it's possible to see eyes in the cracks for a moment, they soon shut themselves to obscure being there. There's also some concerning levels of dust present...

After another attempt to stand, this one more successful, he concentrates for a moment. A spherical object manifests in front of him... It, too, is cracked in a similar way to the ones on his face, and it looks like that object must've hit the floor at some point. Calibri closes his natural eyes, breathing deeply albeit in severe pain, then opens his eyes again - the eye on the cracked side of his face has a crack running right through it, indistinct blue energies sometimes lashing out from there. Suffice to say, it's not a healthy look.

"Ngh... Can't... focus..."

The air around him flickers, the cracks in his form glowing a searing blue, then he screams while a force nail manifests and impales the Origin Butterfly. Then, he falls down into a half-kneel, propping himself up off the floor via his sword. Someone might want to check up on him once the battle is over...
