Given that Chloe has now calmed down, Calibri appears a little more relaxed than he did before, although he's not inclined to move away anytime soon. For now, he just sits with her, watching her practice her sword magic. Something occurs to him, and he decides to pull up a display to himself - particularly observant people would see that he's going through a list of the spells the party have so far.

"Let me check which one that was... Ah. That spell was Sword Beam. Pretty neat. It has a casting range on it, so it might be one of the spells which can be applied to others... Interesting, to say the least."

He hehs quietly to himself, then something occurs to him to try as a test. As such, the Switched Slicer is suddenly in his hand, carefully angled away from anyone who might be hurt by it. After making sure he doesn't accidentally turn the thing on by mistake, he turns to face Chloe again.

"That spell you used earlier. Dunno if you overheard me speaking about it, but it has a casting range. Wanna try testing to see if it works that way? Although here might not be the best place to... hmm..."

A pause. Calibri turns to face the nearest Secretary.

"Hey. Is there anywhere on the ship empty enough for people to swing swords and magic and the like around without damaging anything important? Feel like it'd be better to be doing tests somewhere... less occupied."

Verdana shrugs at Tae.

"Good, you're awake now. Anyway, we're on board a satellite flying far above the surface of the planet. You know what those are, right? If you do, good, it saves me explanations. The important thing is that we're currently out of reach of the bottles, and this weird situation will eventually reset back to before this mess started. Some people got a bit upset upon initially appearing here, but I think they're okay now."

By the power of quantum bullshit, EN-913 somehow appears outside of battle while also still being in the battle. She wisely decides not to enter the battle as that would probably be bad for timeline stability, but she does wander over to check out the newcomer... Mari. And by check out, I mean pretty much stand near her and talk.

"Oh hey, Mari. Been a while since ah've seen ya 'round. Guess ah shoul' check before ah go assumin' anythin' - 'ave ya met me before? It might sound like a silly question t' ya, but it's kinda important. Timelines 're a tad weird, y'know. Ya might be from a timeline where we 'ave, which woul' be neat, or ya might be... not from tha' timeline, which woul' be a tad disappointin' but naw too much o' a bother."

She shrugs.

"Jus' wantin' t' be sure."

Battle action: EN realizes the Operator has teleported right next to her. She just takes a look at him for a moment, then shrugs.

"If ya didn't 'ave so much shieldin' goin' fer ya right now, ah'd question th' validity o' divin' int' th' middle o' literally everyone."

She decides to disregard further conversation, heading off to H9 and firing a burst of flame from her shield at Attendant 1. She also kobes a splinter to provoke the thing.

"A'ighty, batsy. Yer damage against me armor. Come at me."

The Contest

It seems I am the reserve force.

Conscripts sprint at G4/H4 respectively. We will strike when the Operator is vulnerable.

I summon a Cherub: Skirmisher at H4 (Note that on the spreadsheet Cherub HP has not been nerfed yet) (Also another note, Conscripts don't have Dark weakness apparently.)

Settings
Weak: Slashing/Crushing
Resist: 30% Dark, 20% Poison

He's getting worked up now! Irongutta activates his special, WAAAGH! He then moves to J11, triggering Unstoppable Force. In position to do some damage, he activates his weapon skill, SHOCKwave, targeting Secretary5! Lastly, he spends 4 MP and targets Secretary5 with the Gitzappa Lens' Zzap! ability.

uA: Thanks, Nana... I, um... appreciate that sentiment. I know that not many people can do what I do, but I just do what I can. I forget sometimes how significant that can be to people.

Auth sighs, and laughs to himself quietly.

uA: Although, considering, I'd argue Omorika is much more of a hero than I am. I'm not sure if I'm at liberty to disclose, but... she's been through a lot. She deserves all the respect she has for what she's done.

Auth looks down to the planet again as Nana says that he couldn't have stopped what happened.

uA: Realistically, I know that I wouldn't have had a chance to stop it but... I can't help but think that there's something I could have done. Something somewhere at some point... I could have stopped it. I do know that it's a silly idea... but... I can't help but think.

Auth smiles as Nana happily speaks of a second chance at life.

uA: Yeah, I'm glad we had this place to bring most of us out... most of us...
uA: ...
uA: Um. But from what I've overheard, that big guy with the tentacles is attempting to put things back properly, to the way things were just before we did this. So we'll be right as rain after this.

Auth notes that Nana's face lights up in green as she hears the invite to go and fight in the battle.

uA: Y-yeah, with me. And the rest of us too. By my side and all that, yeah.

Auth seems fairly worried as Nana mentions that her core is 'jumpy'...

uA: I don't think it should be doing that... you okay? If you're not feeling well... hm...
uA: Don't feel like you have to come in, of course.
uA: But if you're coming, we appreciate your efforts.

----

The Ink Spectre moves to body-block Nana, and Auth casts Perseverance on Marron from where he is. Seeing as he's safe (mostly) from enemies at this point he should be fine.

uA: Hey Nana, the shadow is supposed to protect you, don't worry about it.

αROUND ONE-HUNDRED NINETEENα

Toast manages to snap her visit to the Christmas Tree before it implodes! As she grabs her gift, the tree suddenly collapses in upon itself, vanishing out of existence within a mere second. She undoes the green wrapping paper and is immediately hit with a blast of a delicious scent. Yggcrawler Pie obtained! A shame she can't really share it with Marron because... well, meat! It automatically partitions itself into four slices, and they insert themselves into the inventory.

Terry rotates the game on the switch to Fortnite. Since technically, Omo has finished talking with Echoss at this point, nothing calamatic happens. She doesn't question the change.

OMORIKA: ...This game doesn't look nearly as interesting.
OMORIKA: Is there a "Zelda" in this one? Perhaps I'll find out...

...Omo begins to play. However, it seems like she's even more confused than she was with Smash.

OMORIKA: ...How do I perform three-dimensional movement with a stick that only moves in two dimensions...?
OMORIKA: Why are these people dancing? Is this a game about dancing?
OMORIKA: Why can't I throw out my armored knights? Where's the character selection interface?

OMORIKA: I... don't get it.

Venia does stuff involving Mari. First, she explains exactly who Mari is to Nia.

NIA: ...Chloe has a SISTER?
NIA: ...A CUTE sister?

Nia squees, and is promptly deflated a little when Venia explains that it's another Xavier. Nia seems a little clueless.

NIA: Wait, so this is a version of Xavier, that's a cute chick, imprisoned by a Godmodder, in another universe?
NIA: Um, that seems... kinda incredibly really unlikely, but a'ight...?
NIA: ...
NIA: I'll be honest, I have no idea how to feel about her.
NIA: I mean, she's like, hella cute, but she's Xavier!
NIA: ...Wait, what pronouns do I use? He? She? Xhe? Tem?
NIA: Tem? Why'd I say that?
NIA: Oh geez, my head...

Nia forms a fist with her right hand, and bonks herself on the head gently. Venia then heads off to chat with the scientist. Mari seems... a little flustered to be talking with someone like Venia, but she manages to shake off that nervousness quickly.

MARI: Um, hi?
MARI: What are you even? You're like, a bottle elemental, or something? Transcendant? Whatever the hell the term is?
MARI: ...That's a pretty lame element, can't lie. Although, from what I've seen, it's incredibly overpowered...
MARI: Anyway, I'm a storm transcendant. It's... honestly pretty nice to meet you, Venia. Far better than dealing with Pane.

She explains the circumstances of her escape, and their current situation. Mari takes it in with relative ease.

MARI: So, world's ending, world's ending again but this time with WARE, and you want me to help you.
MARI: Eh, maybe. You did kinda bail me out of that psycho's jail.
MARI: I mean, I'm totally unarmed, unarmored, and uninspired right now, so maybe not this second...
MARI: After reality unscrews itself. Then I'm game.

Venia then explains that Nia is here. Mari's eyes light up with a mix of fear, regret, and general terror. She timidly takes a step back.

MARI: S-She's... SHE'S HERE?
MARI: H-How am I gonna e-even face her? I-I, god, she's gonna g-gorillaing, I-I don't know!
MARI: E-Even if it's a different Nia, I-I don't know how I'll talk to her!
MARI: I-I friggin, like, ruined her life!

Venia then suggests that Mari is one of the single best people to help Nia at this moment in time. She sighs.

MARI: W-Well, you're not wrong.
MARI: I'll help.
MARI: I-I just... geez.
MARI: And I guess Chloe's here too...
MARI: Geez, they're gonna beat the gorilla out of me, aren't they?
MARI: And helix knows Chloe has one hell of a right hook, too...

...It might worth introducing Mari to the two. Even though they're likely not going to beat her up, it'd still pay off, if only so that Mari can actually talk with her.

MARI: Oh, yeah.
MARI: While we're still talking... you guys got my Goddess's Servant schematics, right?
MARI: Yeah, those are garbage.
MARI: I thought of a few ways to optimize them on the way here, so I'll just take a moment to upgrade them for you.

Mari promptly adds the Goddess's Dominion to the inventory! It's like the Goddess's Servant, but plated in gold. There's probably some interior improvements, but you can't see them because they're inside the gun.

Anyway, Venia promptly asks Creation if she can loot some of the robots. A red "X" materializes out of a poof of green flames, landing with a loud thud next to Venia! Perhaps it doesn't want you taking its special, copyrighted creations.

Nezira sits down next to Chloe, and explains some things. Chloe is immediately given more questions than answers, but still. She seems to appreciate it.

CHLOE: ...How can something like the terminal exist?
CHLOE: S-Surely, nothing that powerful can be allowed to exist, right?
CHLOE: T-The ability to edit reality- even reality's save files...
CHLOE: T-That's... s-scary!

CHLOE: Also, h-how can so many magical systems exist in harmony?
CHLOE: Maybe you can do something like with code, where you make them work with one another...
CHLOE: B-But still, t-there's no way that can be stable!
CHLOE: ...T-That's not to say it's not really cool, though! It's incredibly cool! A-And I'm grateful for you explaining this all!
CHLOE: It's just a whole lot to think about...

Chloe sighs, and watches Nezira's magical power play out above her hands. She's enthralled.

CHLOE: If you're willing to, I'd like to hear more about magic!
CHLOE: Or maybe more specifically, your magic! Even if most of it will fly over my head...

Nezira then looks up information on the Sphere, and just some general information about the Iti. The console churns out an entry, this one not in the Codex Monstrum.

Console Output
The Sphere
The Sphere is simply put, a nest for the Iti. An analysis of the Sphere reveals an incredibly extensive network of tunnels going all around its surface, travel through it made easier (and harder) by the presence of a powerful field of artificial gravity generated by the wooden planetoid's core.

These tunnels provide routes between several of the Iti's breeding grounds, defensive chokes, and few other points of interest. In fact, given that practically all Iti are made to be deployed planetside, there's a remarkably low amount of auxiliary rooms for the Iti. It is theorized that the tunnels are mostly there to confuse prospective raiders, as an incredibly low amount of tunnels (read: three) lead into the core of the Sphere. One obvious weakness to the Sphere's design is that a group of Chairians could easily morph their way directly to the core of the Sphere. However, WARE will fight against that, so it'd likely take a channeled spell to overpower WARE's woodmancy and dig a direct tunnel to the core. It'd certainly save time on the raid!

On the subject of the Core, the Core of the Sphere is a place of immense power. Gravity levels off here, and in the dead center of the Sphere (give or take a few meters) is WARE himself! He's tied himself to the inner walls of the Sphere via dozens of tendrils, becoming less of a being and more a cog in a machine. Of note is that there's massive entropic readings over here, and fluctuations in those readings indicate it's calling out to two other sources of entropy. While this might be seen as a bad thing, someone opportunistic might see it as a chance to eliminate the entropic signature once and for all, and make sure nothing escapes or survives. But that's just some theory-crafting.

Also of note: the Sphere's expiration will likely destroy one-third of the known universe. Should be an interesting shakeup to reality.

General Information: Iti

The Iti originated from the core of the Sphere. While WARE is of generally immense power, the "charging" process has always been rather slow. If he was working simply by himself, there wouldn't be much in the way of Iti at all!

One of the first few Iti to ever exist were the Queens. They were created by WARE to act as production facilities for the Sphere. Thanks to these, the Sphere was able to produce the fodder it needed to survive, and it gave WARE himself more time to work on more deadly creations, like the Eliti. Some Iti born of the queens were also capable of producing more Iti, and it spiraled out of control from there. The Sphere is known to hold up to about one thousand Iti at once- while a surprisingly low number, most Iti are typically sent planetside right after their creation. So usually, there's only a few hundred at any given point, most being a "royal guard" of sorts.

The Iti themselves are beings made out of a shadowy substance, not quite like that of flesh or wood. One could liken it to a perversion of creative energy, spun into a dark and lethal form. Of course, like most things in existence, this can be torn to shreds. Much like flesh or wood. Their genetic makeup allows them to easily alter themselves, transforming into increasingly deadly forms.

Given the Iti's generally high numbers, it'd be impossible to control them all if they all had their own minds. To properly order them around, the Iti are hooked up to a massive hivemind, powered by a lot of WARE's spare processing power. If WARE was defeated, all Iti hooked up to the Hivemind would likely go inert. Perhaps an Iti could survive if they're properly and safely disconnected from the hivemind, but most smaller Iti wouldn't survive the disconnection.

As of late, some Iti have been noted to appear in grey, as opposed to their usual purple. Still researching this- there's not many of them.

Calibri and Chloe do a bit of magic together. As he suggested, Chloe tries casting Sword Beam on his weapon. She can't seem to quite figure out how to properly channel the energy, but after a few minutes of fiddling (and enchanting Calibri's various limbs), she manages to finally nail Sword Beam onto Calibri's blade.

CHLOE: ...Kinda interesting that it can target limbs.
CHLOE: Maybe if you were a bare-knuckled brawler, you could like, get laser fists and punch people with lasers...
CHLOE: That seems dangerous, though. Maybe I'd give it a try if most of my enemies weren't interested in eating me, eheheheh~

He then asks the Secretaries if there's a safe, open place to swing around weaponry. The Secretaries look around, before grabbing some of the other objects in the room and moving them elsewhere. The area now looks... open enough. At least, the center area is!

CHLOE: Ah, I guess that area's open enough...
CHLOE: There's probably not much in terms of actual open space, though. At least, in where we're allowed to go.
CHLOE: I don't know if this station is gigantic, or tiny, or whatever...

She takes his hand, and they walk to the semi-cleared area at the Default Spawn Point. Maybe they'll have a little fun together? Anyway, elsewhere but still in the same room, Verdana explains to Taeda that THEY'RE IN SPACEEEEE. Taeda gasps.

TAEDA: ...W-We're... where?
TAEDA: U-Um...
TAEDA: Oooghhh...

Taeda appears to be having a hard time comprehending all of this. She looks a little faint, but manages to succeed in not collapsing.

TAEDA: O-Oh, t-that's not good...
TAEDA: S-Space! W-We're n-not... h-home...
TAEDA: O-Oh helix, oh...

She finds herself forced to cling onto Verdana for a moment as to not fall over. She does however, eventually manage to compose herself.

TAEDA: T-This is a... w-whole lot to take in.
TAEDA: Just... e-every last part of this!
TAEDA: A-At least the ground seems solid enough, even if the cold abyss of space is just below my feet, t-through these sheets of metal...

Taeda shivers. It's rather nippy up here in terms of overall temperature. Asides from that and her general panic, she seems... mostly fine. To cap off this string of conversations, EN goes and meets up with Mari. She asks if they've met.

MARI: Oh, hey there.
MARI: Have we met? Nope. Can't say we have.
MARI: ...Okay, we actually did. Technically, the beta never happened though, so... y'know. Don't talk about it.
MARI: ...
MARI: So... what are you, exactly? Some kinda weird fembot? I don't think I've seen anything quite like you. You're... interesting.

Auth keeps on chatting with Nana. He muses about how Omo's more of a hero than he is. She's quick to dismiss that.

NANA: I mean, Omo's an amazing hero to the people, but...
NANA: Well, to me, you're more of a hero! I-I'd... I wouldn't be here if it weren't for you!
NANA: I-I don't know how you feel about yourself, b-but...

Nana seems to be breathless. Her green blush is a little stronger now, and her right arm appears to be having a hard time staying together.

NANA: O-Oh geez, m-my c-core feels like i-it's in bloom, o-or something!
NANA: I-I've never h-had this happen b-before! I-I don't t-think I'm sick, I think I-I'm j-just...
NANA: L-Like, it d-doesn't feel bad! Q-Quite the opposite!
NANA: I-I, o-ohh...
NANA: J-Just... g-give me a moment to breathe!

Nana takes a few moments to calm down.

NANA: A-Anyway... w-what were we talking about again?

Auth opts to go on, and talks about how everything will be alright sooner or later.

NANA: O-Oh, really?
NANA: W-Well, I'll believe you!
NANA: I-I'm glad that we're not gonna be stuck in space forever...

...Nana still seems fluttery. At least she's probably not sick. She opts to remain with Auth for now, not entirely sure of what to do with herself.

<THE END OF CREATION, ROUND THREE>
A few of your allies have dropped this round: Nidra to general burst and Slip, and Boshi to an unfortunate application of Brainburn. It'd probably be worth reviving the both of them! Anyway, you're just about ready to focus down the Operator himself! Just try your hardest to not drop before then- lots of you have sustained injuries! Also try and clean out the remaining of the page-bearing Secretaries so that you can get optimal damage out on him!

"Mhmmm, food! You sure know what to get a girl, aha!"
Toast goes in for a sort of bro hug-type thing with Irongutta. I'm not hip enough to know what people call it these days.

~~

"Oh, er, thanks!"
Toast moves to L8 and tries to give Secretary7 a taste of its own medicine. However, as she is lacking the requisite prescription, she launches another volley of cards in its stead. She gets another Signature stack, and more SP. Then, she casts Cherry Energy on Attendant2 eight times for 24 damage, four of which are free. Finally, she retreats to N7.
Hopping on the spot, she seems to be getting herself pumped.

RP: Mari

Mari's explamation of what she is clicks in. Wasn't' the word 'Transcendent' on that cheatsheet? Right-Chloe and Mari got turned into them... And Venia passed it all over as a deliberate 'bluff' on the part of the Tactician. A fake thing-tricking Chaos into thinking it existed so it actually existed in the Mindscape, with some hocus-pocus thrown in to enhance the illusion. Except it wasn't; Mari was here in the flesh, and though Venia couldn't see it from afar, static still seemed to crackle like lightning in Mari's hair... If her hair was even hair and not a pitch-black fluffy cloud. Either way it was apparent that the transformation stuck in reality, as proof Venia wasn't entirely anomalous herself in being 'half-elemental.' Disregarding how Venia's 'element' was half 'glass bottle' and half 'hyper-anomalous anticonceptual entity that is eating existence alive.'

"... Yep. A Bottle Transcendent. Or, quote Bottle unquote Transcendent. I'm reasonably sure that you can't call those bottles." Venia says. "... Speaking of Transcendents, I don't suppose you know how the, uh, the person who turned you into one, uh, turned you into one? Or know where she could be contacted...? I only turned into this as a result of that, which will be undone, and to keep a long story short, I really need to figure out how to do that without dying... And I am very, very new to this."

"As for Nia and Chloe... Well, you'd have to face them eventually. Chloe would really appreciate signs that her brother is the person she thought he is, even if its from, uh, well, not technically her brother at all. Nia... Well, I told her about you before I came to talk to you and she didn't sound very hostile about you at all, so that must be a good sign, right?" Venia says. "I'll, uh, I'll be around. Help smooth things over, if you'd like," Venia adds. "OR, uh, we can hold that off for later and I can let you go over our collective notes on Entropy and see whatever insights you can bring to help us with Nia."

If Mari agrees, Venia grabs Nia and then moves over to Chloe to oversee the conversation. If not, Venia hands over copies of most of the thus-far accomplished research into Entropy, as well as future projects that haven't been pursued (IE the Laboratory tab), and also hands over the copy of Nia's arm schematics that were given earlier. "Oh, yes, uh... I believe that this is outdated... Those red spheres are all over Nia's arm, not just on the insides. I'm certain that's bad, I just don't know how its bad."

The Quest for PHAT L00T

Venia immediately seizes the big heavy red X that Creation just generated for the inventory. "OK, Fair enough. Can we scan you?" Venia asks. "I mean, even if its just data, you are so very, very interesting."

Meanwhile, Venia's hat duplicates itself in accordance with its new role as the new Shenanigans Meister, and moves into the Rec room. He immediately switches the Nintendo Switch back to Super Smash Bros, shooting Terry a glare that deals 4-4 Glitch Damage and scans him. He then immediately leaves, having corrected a great injustice, to instead inspect those schematics of the Sleuth to see what it can pick out-or, well, rather, whatever information that the GM feels like relaying after examining said information more closely, which could be anything.

PREEMPTIVE TRIGGER WARNING. THIS IS AN EDIT AND IS MADE TO BE VERY VERY OBVIOUS. THE HAT CHECKS NETWYRM AND THE PROPHECY OF CRIMSON WINGS THROUGH THE TERMINAL DATABASE. THIS IS IN LARGE BOLD ALLCAPS JUST SO IRE CAN'T MISS THIS BECAUSE ITS AN EDIT.

RP: The End of Creation

Venia is... Not looking too good. Her form isn't any worse for wear-wounds have been literally regenerating instantly. However, the glitchy aura from before is back in full force and is obscuring Venia quite a bit, and almost all of her body save for Ga'aunt is a living glass statue-bar the fact that the center of a glass statue should not be infinity breaking down on itself into some... horrible... thing. Whatever's in the center of Venia right now is really not right-or wrong. It's not anything but its not nothing, nor is it something. There probably isn't a name for what that is yet, if it even is, but its disconcerting to look at.

"... I... I... I can't... Fight... Can't fight..." Venia says, her voice sounding like a horrible MIDI corruption of her normal voice then run through a patch of glitch. Speaking of glitch, it magnifies around her backside as she stumbles away from the Operator, over to Ette. She barely manages to shove the Page into Ette's hands before stumbing back.

"...I can't fight... Not like this!... TIME FOR A SWITCH!"

Venia's soul manifests behind her, and in a single swift motion, plunges one of its... hand-tentacle-arm things into Venia's back.

Venia's body does not 'break' so much as it simply collapses in and around itself, instead being replaced by a suitable amount of the 'thing.' Reality grinds to a halt, stutters-this really wasn't something it wanted or needed to process, if it even can, while the bottlepocalypse is ongoing. Venia's soul, somehow still mobile and somehow 'grasping' the 'thing,' takes another free tendril and pokes the 'thing' while aiming at a Secretary, occupied with bullying Boshi. Reality sunders at once, as a spear of broken existence penetrates the Secretary, making it suffer a siezure-inducing amount of glitch.

Then, the whole space distorts-the silver sludge simply appears out of nowhere around the 'thing' and the broken reality, shifting into the eldritch spider you know and scrubbing away the cracks that its transformation brought. Venia's spider-body seems to... 'pulse' with the thing' intermittently but is otherwise the same, creepy thing as usual.

"...OH YEAH! Back from the brink!... And now!"

Venia raises up her tendrils, the Entropic Key pointed at the Operator's head, as her powers over Pulchritude swell to a crescendo-and a side-tendril pokes Irongutta in the face, granting him yet more actions in what was already a surprise spree of Ork-based homicide.

"... Now I just let the crazy orc kill everything." Venia says.

Battle: The End of Creation

OK, so the following sequence is relatively simple, but a bit weird, so it'll be in both mine and Irongutta's posts to minimize confusion.

Irongutta will move to P12 and smash up Secretary8, backed by the power of Mork and Gork. Nia will move to P9 and use Salvation, ditching her buffs in favor of giving Irongutta another action. Irongutta will take this action, sprint back to J11 and whap Secretary7. Omorika will move to H10, and use Null Somnum on Irongutta from there, allowing him to move back to P12 to finish off Secretary8. All of this should happen before Venia moves.

Venia orders Omorika's Gladiator to administer to the unconscious Nidra via the Shock Therapist. Venia herself will apply a Medkit (not shown in the RP), and will then move to M9, give Ette her Page, activate Unexisting Theorem with Irregular Apocalypse to smack Secretary6 as well as healing to full and having her hat ping Secretary6 as well, and then activating Salvation to give Irongutta yet another action, enabling him to move back to Secretary7 to kill it.

Or, simplified:
Irongutta-> P12, Basic Attack Secretary8.
Nia -> P9, Salvation into Reinvigorate on Irongutta.
Irongutta -> J11, Basic Attack Secretary7.
Omorika -> H10, Null Somnum Irongutta.
Gladiator uses Shock Therapist on Nidra (can do something else after)
Irongutta -> P12, Basic Attack Secretary8.
Venia uses Emergency Medkit on Nidra, then -> M9, give Ette her Page, Unexisting Theorem into Irregular Apocalypse on Secretary6, then Salvation into Reinvigorate on Irongutta. Hat Ping Secretary 6.
Irongutta -> J11, Basic Attack Secretary7.

End result? Secretaries 7 and 8 are dead thanks to one turn of one ork's special, and we get Beyond All Limits as an Achievement. Also, Nidra is alive and well. Irongutta's post will include this movelist as well for safety.

Meanwhile, Echoss moves to F7 and tosses Chloe the Packaged Lunch, hoping its preserved. If it's duplicated, he tosses it at the Gladiator. He will then pick up the Page and Guard.

In battle, Hat Kid was visibly annoyed at the fact that Boshi was downed again... so soon, too...
She patiently waits for a rez. If none come her way, she just does her thing.

Hat Kid/Boshi (if revived) acts last! They sprint to (F16). This grants +1 Brew if applicable. If Boshi gets revived and is not on full HP, he drinks a cup of coffee.

Not hurting for MP too badly, Keiko moves to M6 and casts First Aid on Brutishace. Keiko rolls back to L6 and places a Mana Well... also on L6.

Oh hey I'm going to attack!

I move to N6 and light up Secretary 6.

Skirmisher quickly fires against Secretary 6 then retreat to I6

Conscripts move to L9/L8 respectively and fires against Secretary 6.
Another allied Conscript has arrived at K9 and also fires against Secretary 6.

==RP==
"Even the Codex doesn't speculate on the origin of the terminals, but I suspect they're 'allowed to exist' because they're usually very good for things. Whenever something especially problematic or important pops up in the multiverse, there's usually an Update Terminal not too far away, and someone benevolent gets drawn in to use it -- in fact, events generally conspire so that people who'll use the Terminals for evil or selfish reasons either just don't get to or use it for an incredibly short amount of time before being displaced. The user, empowered by the Terminal, then helps guide events towards a good conclusion that's healthy for reality as a whole. Even if they're relatively passive, like the Operator is, having an Update Terminal active tends to draw in other people as well, whether from happenstance (like you) or intentionally, to serve as a more frontline group -- things just happen to work out that way. The Terminal and its partner empower the drawn-in people -- it's unclear exactly how -- and generally passively ensure everything works out well. As well, from what's recorded in here it's unclear exactly how much ability an Update Terminal gives to directly change things -- it doesn't describe any real active changes, and indeed mentions that, when actively participating in even life-and-death battles, Terminal-users seem compelled to record the attacks that hit them accurately, just the same as everything else. Basically, people who get the chance to use a Terminal aren't the type to abuse it, they come up to help when important things happen, and they're protected against being abused anyway."

"The magical system thing? Personally, I believe that individual universes have their own 'natural' systems of magic where things flow most easily, so magic that develops in them usually develops along those lines, but once you start learning multiple magic systems... from what I've seen, it starts to be based on belief and how you think about magic more than anything. For example, I grew up on a specific system of magic, learning that it was what 'magic' was, thinking based on it... so now I naturally gravitate towards it and systems like it. Once you learn a specific system, it stays with you even in different universes -- see: I'm in a universe that has its own systems of magic, such as woodmancy, but I can still cast things like I normally do. I think about magic this way, so magic works like I will it. There's usually intersections -- magic systems can work with one another, additively or adversarily -- but how one casts spells seems, from what I've figured out, to be based on belief and mindset rather than any real laws of magic. The only real law is that belief isn't everything -- you can't believe magic is omnipotent and be able to do anything based on that, for example."

"My magic system is... let me start at the beginning, with the fuel. My 'home' system had mana as an internal pool or reservoir of sorts inside everyone that slowly refilled. It could be helped to refill faster through meditative exercises where you directly focused on drawing in mana from the world around, through certain enchantments on jewelry, that sort of thing. Mana potions and other means of instant refill were something like steroids -- they worked sometimes, but they came with strong side effects and were heavily regulated. Learning magic was a matter of first learning to feel that reservoir, then learning to manipulate it, then learning to actually do things with it -- with, just like anything else, people being better or worse at those things. Some exceptional people could feel it as soon as they stopped being babies and could understand it was there, while most people needed to actively delve into themselves to get it, and sometimes people needed to be given external help. There were magic classes in school where most people learned the basics -- how to feel and channel their mana, plus simple spells. Spells, on that note, were just manipulating mana in specific ways -- a simple light spell would just be forming an orb of it, fixing it in such a way that it wouldn't easily disperse on its own, and willing it to glow, for example. A basic 'attack', just a nonlethal stunning bolt of mana, was forming it into a similar stable form and launching it. More complicated things, like turning mana into heat or flame or water or electricity or making it do more esoteric things, required specific mental 'patterns' and ways of manipulating it -- and the more complex the spell, the closer you had to adhere to the patterns, and the harder they were to hold in your mind and follow properly."

"Like I mentioned before, I've since taken on a few modifications from other similar systems, and the Codex itself had a lot of information on magic even before it came to me. (I've even managed to use the book itself as a magical focus for specifically knowledge-based magic, since it's got so much knowledge recorded in it that there's a conceptual resonance there.) I discovered one universe that had a similar mana system and method of spellcasting, for one, except it had five 'colors' of mana that each worked with specific effects and thematic resonances, and the mana was explicitly drawn from resonant places to be manipulated instead of being inside oneself -- I adopted some of those thematics, some of the mana concepts and spells, for my own, and I've done the same elsewhere. I've cast using other magic systems before, but I can do essentially everything I need to do with the one I've built up over the years -- if I wanted to do something hard and another system were to do it better, well, I know a lot of them!"
