A large, red prism of ink forms around Omo. Her Fire weakness should be nullified, as Auth uses Perseverance with a Fire resistance. Seems he's chosen an element for that double wielding thing.

<ROUND NINETY FOUR>
Boshi opts to talk with Lutea. He laments about how the Chairians can't seem to catch a break.

LUTEA: Tell me about it!
LUTEA: We got sacked by the Tabletopians only months ago, and now the Sphere and the Rebels are here to terrorize us...
LUTEA: We're never gonna catch a break, are we? I-I don't want to live like this f-forever!

LUTEA: ...Also, you're taking on the rebels? Wow! You're amazing!
LUTEA: Hopefully they'll get the message that they're not invited here! Maybe we'll be able to get a good night's sleep today...

He then notes that the Sphere is going to explode.

LUTEA: ...Eh?
LUTEA: The Sphere is a bomb?
LUTEA: I'm... I'm afraid I don't believe you there, sorry!
LUTEA: It seems inefficient for a bomb to also create a bunch of creatures. Why wouldn't it just like, explode...?
LUTEA: Maybe I'm not thinking about it hard enough, but eh...

Boshi then tosses her over 200 Credits. Her eyes light up as she receives the bag of money. She immediately runs inside, before returning with a modestly-sized bag of seeds!

LUTEA: Thank you thank you thank you thank you!
LUTEA: You didn't need to do that, you know! But I'm thankful!
LUTEA: I-I know it'll barely cover the cost, but here- these are on me!
LUTEA: Also, careful with the Psychoid seeds.

She eagerly passes Boshi the bag. It contains 50 Wheat Seeds, 50 Manabloom Seeds, 50 Psychoid Seeds, and 20 Gaiaroot Potatoes. She gives Boshi a nice, wide smile in place of a 'goodbye' before returning to whatever it was she was doing before.

Maria then opts to pester the Gallow. She pats it several times on the head. It seems to enjoy the pats at first, but eventually snaps at Maria with its beak, not actually nipping her but sending a warning. She then decides to go and get the Gallow some food, heading over to Chaos and offering a hug.

CHAOS: uh a[c][t]ually i'll jus[t] give i[t] [t]o you for free
CHAOS: hugging me is probably no[t] smar[t]
CHAOS: anyway, le[t] me have a look ou[t] ba[c]k

Chaos stands completely still for about a minute, before his torso rips open from the inside, and what appears to be a brain of sorts pops out. Chaos pushes on the torn flaps of glitch from where the brain emerged from, closing the 'wound'.

Chaos smacks the brain away, causing it to fly into a nearby garbage can. Beneath the brain is a package of sunflower seeds.

The brain is apparently back on the shop stall. The sunflower seed packet is now sitting on the brain quite comfortably. Elsewhere, Mr. Krabs grabs the attention of Lutea. Lutea, having recently just been paid, agrees.

LUTEA: I'll do my best!

She heads over unarmed, carefully tip-toeing her way past the large battle in Yggdrasil's Approach. She then arrives at the Road to the Battlefield, instantly panicking when the Chairian there whips her gun in her direction. Lutea immediately panics and hits the deck, crying and begging.

LUTEA: W-WAAAAAH! DON'T SHOOT! DON'T SHOOT!

The Chairian points her barrel at Lutea, hesitating. The gardener girl shakes and quivers in fear, before shrieking a little more in some desperate attempt to save her life.

LUTEA: NANA, I-IT'S ME! Y-YOUR SISTER!

The Chairian (apparently named Nana) experiences a moment of clarity, lowering her gun. She still seems sufficiently shocked, gun still shaking in her tight grip.

NANA: G-Goodness!
NANA: I'm sorry, I-I- wasn't... m-myself...
NANA: Y-You can... c-come here...

Lutea nervously gets up, moving slowly towards her sister. Once close, she wraps her arms around her sister, giving her a hug.

LUTEA: I-I was s-so scared...
LUTEA: Don't EVER do that again, a-alright?
NANA: I-I won't! I-It's just that, well... t-there was a-an incident where I was stationed...
LUTEA: W-What?

NANA: Larix.
NANA: T-There was this guy called Larix, a-and he went absolutely crazy all of the sudden...
NANA: It was mostly quiet- I was on watch, when suddenly h-he just... g-gutted someone. With his sword.
NANA: T-They were d-dead on the spot. He pulled his sword out of the guy and there was sap everywhere...
NANA: H-He had this devlish look in his eyes- t-there was something so totally wrong about him.
NANA: He had left to investigate a patrol earlier, a-and I guess something got the best o-of him? I-I don't know!
NANA: I-I went to hide in a nearby building, a-and I was safe there for some t-time, but then s-something happened and the walls came tumbling down around me...
NANA: I think it was the rebels. I-I'm j-just... s-so glad to be alive!
LUTEA: I-I'm g-glad you're okay!
LUTEA: You don't need to worry, though!
LUTEA: Y-You're safe now! You can stay with us, a-and we'll k-keep you s-safe!
NANA: I-I wish I could, b-but...
NANA: I-I saw my friend running to the east of my encampment, a-and I want to know if she's o-okay...
NANA: A-A shame I'm just one person...

The two of them sit in the Road to the Battlefield, catching their breath and catching up with one another. Mr. Krabs then i-don't-even-knows a piece of Purest Groose, using up 3 Seer Crystals (and 40 crafting credits), 5 Reverie Fragments, 5 Zweet Fragments, 30 Thyme Matter, 10 Fresh Manablooms, 5 Manabloom Seeds, 5 Wheat Seeds, 5 Hotpoint Seeds, 1 Barkfin, 1 Secretary Slicer, and one Sleepcatcher in the cooking process. This suddenly replaces the brain and packet of sunflower seeds that Chaos had prepared. Chaos pockets the 10 credits that suddenly appeared, and gives the dish to Maria.

Maria carries the meal downstairs, and feeds it to the Gallow. This not only skyrockets its tameness by 25%, but grants it 75 points of Psychic and Glitch! The Gallow's feathers appear to have changed hue a little- their tips are pink, and they seem to randomly shimmer between their new, pink-tipped state and the Gallow's signature pure black plumage. A little noose then suddenly shoots out of the Gallow's right wing. Cute...? It could probably trap one of Maria's fingers or maybe a mouse.

<YGGDRASIL'S APPROACH, ROUND FOUR>
Things are going pretty smoothly. While there's still a small Iti presence, they're mostly terrorizing the Chairians. Wiping out the rest of the Chairians shouldn't be too hard. Just make sure to not kill any of them, if you still care about that!

<FIREBLAST ENCAMPMENT, ROUND THREE>
This is also going pretty well, but the presence of heavy Rose units will surely throw a bit of a wrench in your plans! You don't actually *need* to take them down, but they'll all probably leave and re-appear with the next group or something should you simply rout the rebels right this instant. Careful now!

Battle of Yggdrasil's Approach

Our enemy sure has given up... Let's end this quickly.

The Artillery moves to F13 with the assistance of guiding hands, and using careful trajectory, rains shells on F7.

Pioneer moves to G15, and then cast Backwind on me
Using displace has its main action, he teleport me to G13,
then using its trait he cast friendly fire on Toast with Sapper1.

I quick move to J7, just far enough that I'm flanking the Yggrider
(atleast I believe so, since the cover at G7 doesn't matter)
I fire a bullet at their leader.

Toast's clone moves to H11, and uses her Cardboard Box to remove Stunned from Emerald and heal him for a little.

Meanwhile, Toast clone moves to H10, takes a sip from Yggdrasil's Vessel, then tosses Ebb and Flow at Emerald. He's healed for a bit, before the thing bounces to the Novice Sage, then to the Gaiawall, ending with the Yggrider. Then she drops back to H12.

Well for nonlethal, stab them in the arms instead, I guess. I was about to say cut their hands off but that's only nonlethal if they can get carried off to a hospital after.
I'm more of an assassin, not a regular warrior or duelist anyways.

Destiny then moves to J13 and aims with her daggers.

Stay real still for me, bud.

Destiny hookshots on to Firebomber 2. She then retreats to G14.

Emerald takes a quick glance at his HP, and simply laughs. There’s an almost crazed grin on his face as he takes a single step up ”You there. You mage. You realize all that you are doing is delaying the inevitable. All only at cost to yourself. You can’t defeat us, nor can any of you kill me. Even with my armor breached, I’m still the toughest thing on this field. You have one turn.” After that, he lashes out with his umbrella at the Winterbranch, using Shield Slam to hope like hell that RNG gives him the (20-1) damage for proper intimidation. Now wouldn’t that be a treat.

Venia's hand instinctively reaches for the Entropic Key as she looks upon the Niessence, the weird freaky-eyed thing. Her ridiculous(ly awesome) does its job and pings it for juicy scanning data and minor, relatively upgraded pain as Venia draws the Entropic Key, its unknown purging power aglow upon her as her face lights up in disgust.

"...You lot... Disgust me. I hate the very idea of hopelessness. It's sickening. And you spread it like a disease... You and your Horizon-eating abomination!"

Venia flares up the fury of Purge, its white light enveloping her totally.

"Let's see how powerful your god... oh, hi there!"

Venia abruptly sounds wrong, even as she keeps the key gripped tight. It's like she's some kind of emotional rollercoaster or something; faux-cheery to infuriated to cold chilled rage to actually cheery. The mysterious white of purging is upon her whole body-indeed she almost appears to be on fire-and yet she's chipper and happy like she was chatting to an old friend. You swear on your honor that her text color looks familiar.

"I see now! You're honestly kinda pretty underneath all of those abberations. Shame you've been so convinced that they're valuable! Silly, I know a lot of people scarred by that dumb ol' butterfly that don't think like that at all! Just nothin' more than old war-wounds for them. I've even been working with a few! It's probably all the entropy in your head. Shame it's so cognitohazardous! Don't worry, though, I've got a fix. Oh, it could probably mean you can sing again, too! You'll just have to hold still, just hold very still... Oh, I know."

Venia's purging power seeps onto the ground, snaking directly towards the Niessence from below, quickly wrapping around its legs, body and arms-it swiftly becomes immobilized.

"I'm very sorry, but I can't check whether or not this particular trick causes amnesia yet as I haven't tried it, but you are trying to kill us all and create ultimate evil. So, yeah! Sorry."

Venia taps the Entropic Key's tip onto the loose neck of the Niessence, or a close approximation. The white energies around well up in the key, and abruptly burst, firing a massive laser of pure white directly into the multi-eyed abomination as Venia smiled what was to all spectators a perfectly genuine smile.

Venia uses Purge on the Niessence! It's absolutely, positively downed after that-the damage is just through the roof. "Ta-da! Done, just like that! Sorry about the pain, can't do too much for it. Now I'll just need to spit in the face of that silly scam religion you've made of the rose cult... A billion more times or so? Yeah! Ga'aunt will probably be really happy about that!"

Venia moves to M14, the white power dying around her. She blinks. "...I'm sorry but what the actual gorilla was that about. I just... It just seemed to all click for me there, for a second. What was that about?"

"...That was... Actually fantastic."

IN A SURPRISE TWIST, WE LEAVE IT AT THAT. NOT.

Mr. Krabs keeps it short and uses the Golden Dream Ring on the Baby Gallows/Buddy again. As we already used it on said entity, it should not use up the remaining durability.

In the Yggdrasil's Approach battle, Sapsqueal1 comes charging out of the woods! It moves through N10, M9, M8, and then N7, using all of its 5 MOV to move 4 spaces. It then attacks Tonirobe2 with an 80% HIT and DMG bonus thanks to Charge Ram!

The newly tamed Sapsqueal 2 is ordered to sprint up to J10, while Irongutta follows suit and sprints up to I9. "We got you lot on the ropes now!" He bellows at the chairians. Since it is a Bonus Action, he uses Zzap! from his hat to target the Gaiawall.

Nezira moves up to I14, and summons a Realigner at I15. It's a Vessel with a Gleeful Soul, Restora Tome, Topaz Infusion, 3 points in HP, 3 in SHP, 1 in DMG, and 2 in DGE. SPC Modifier: Mana Siphon. Crushing and Slashing weaknesses, Fire*2 resistance, Electric attack. She scans Firebomber2 with the Resourceful Scanner's Bonus Action.

The Man moves to J15 and uses his special on the Informant.

I move to I7, and fire Breath of Nia north!

Terry moves to D9 (using a combination of regular movement and Strafe shenanigans, then combos the Yggrider with Static Overcharge (BUILDUP: 8) and an Electric Elemental Blaster shot.

Boshi watches as Lutea runs off. Looks like his work here's done now.

He asks Hat Kid to take him back to the past, to the start of the Fireblast Encampment's fight. She rips open a temporal portal, and they step in.

Boshi Phase Shifts with Firebomber 3, and dances to the beat.
MOBILIZE: He weaves out of the Rifler's ZoC, and weaves back in to (N6). He becomes more evasive.
ATTACK: His guitar charges up!
ATTACK: He brings the hammer down onto the nearby Rifler.

Brutishace hides behind cover, but overhears his allies' gaudy plot. He takes note of it, and beckons to Ette.

"Hey, Ette, give me a boost!"

Ette should use Puppet Push on Brutishace this turn and move him to E16.

Right after Ette acts, Brutishace uses the PushedAround boost to dash over to I11, then takes out his Skull. It begins to exude another sickly dark-green glow as Brutishace utters another flavorful spell...

"Edictum Praetoris... Memento Mori... Toga Picta... Interregnum!

Brutishace casts Vitality Leech on the Gaiawall! A toxic orb of malevolent energy flies into the heart of the Chairian formation, blighting its members with a vicious magic. The spell also reaps the Raider's corpse and uses it to amplify the healing aura around its caster, while leaving Emerald unharmed.

Brutishace then places the Skull back into his robe pocket. Its energy has subsided... some satisfaction for it at last.

Auth prepares to recall his spectre from the library. His work is basically done there anyway.

uA: Uh... well. It's no problem, honestly. It was just the right thing to do, considering the circumstances. We would, er... greatly appreciate it if you kept knowledge of our presence here to a minimum.

uA: Please don't tell your boss we were here, in other words. Please inform your boss that the light you were asked to investigate came from the death of Lucid, and that the Eliti has been more or less utterly destroyed. Omorika is also safe, er...

uA: The best thing to say there would probably be that she needs some time to think about everything that has happened of late? I really should ask her herself, actually. One moment.

The Spectre he had earlier sent to Omo reappears nearby, announcing its presence with a loud sloshing.

uA: Terribly sorry for the interruption, Lady Omorika. I, uh, have a unit of Chairians here in front of me. They're at the library to investigate the, uh, light that came from defeating Lucid. They also came to check on you... what would you like me to tell them? I have mentioned that we would like, if possible, for us not to be mentioned... so...

Auth shrugs, and waits for a response. He delivers it to the chairian Unit, before recalling the Spectre, and sending it to carouse the available areas of the Endless Garden... where he sees a Chairian he doesn't recognise talking near-calmly with the panicking birch-Chairian he saved before. He waits off to the side, letting the two chairians finish their conversation before he coughs just loudly enough to get their attention.

uA: Er, sorry for the interruption... you ran off so quickly... I felt obliged to come over and check on you. Are you okay?

Auth briefly examines the poor Chairian, before nodding his head.

uA: Sorry about that... er, I do my best to always check on the people I revive after I do that to ensure they're okay, but you ran off too quickly to allow me to do that. Do you feel okay?

uA: Oh, right, er... I am The Eternal Author... but most people just call me Auth. We found you knocked out, heavily bleeding and surrounded by rebels. I healed you and got you out of there... but I wasn't able to check on you until now.

uA: Is there, er, something we can help you with? I promise, our group isn't going to hurt you or anything. We want to protect this place just as much as the rest of you.

Having explained to Nana what happened as gently as he can, Auth's focus returns to his main body.

In the Rebel Encampment Fight, Auth shoots North-West, to I12, and casts Hope on L11. This is to heal as many people (including Chloe, who desperately needs it) as possible.

EN sorta just wanders down to G12. There's a pause, and she stares at the Assassin3 for a moment.

"Yo. Hold still. This'll sting fer a while, an' ya might 'ave a hangover, but it beats bein' smacked about more. Or, worse, y'know. Turned t' ash. An' ah can't exactly 'ave another go at this af'er me first time 'round wit'out 'avin' a break."

She then Demolishing Punches the Assassin3 hopefully right in the face, to knock him unconscious on his assassin ass in one blow.

Meanwhile, a big-ass Engie drone and a small handful of rather bizarrely outfitted personnel wander into Zone 0. There's a pause as the drone stares at the main house in the distance, then raises a piece of paper with a godawful drawing on it, then compares the two.

"Looks like the place I got told about. Hopefully one of those three, minimum, are hanging around here..."

The drone proceeds to walk right up to the door of the house, stretch his arms back and gain an incredible amount of metal muscle mass momentarily, then he... politely knocks.

"Knock knock! Is there a doorbell on this door? I can't see one so I'm going to punch the gorilla out of this door until it opens."

He then begins repeating the word "punch" out loud in a monotone voice while continuing to knock, at least until someone bothers checking the door, and even then he might accidentally punch them in the face for, like, two damage. If someone does open the door...

"Cool, it opened. Anyway. If you're wondering who the big gray asshole standing in front of you is, go ask Calibri. Or Verdana. Or EN. On a completely definitely unrelated note, mind if three quarters of a dozen other people of mine hang out around here? They kind of lost their assault craft, and we need time to both get a dropship prepared to take them and make sure it doesn't flop uselessly onto the floor once it hits the thymefield."

Keiko moves to J11 and, with exactly enough MP to do so, places a Patchwork Totem in the ideal spot of I10, with the Elemental Shielding of Earth. She slides another Mana Well below herself.

Nidra moves to K9 and drops a Nightmare Singularity on E5.
