Venia springs to wakefulness with a jolt. It's over, though she was mildly terrified for Omorika-what she saw before she returned to consciousness wasn't too encouraging. The fact she woke up just in time for Omorika's body to collapse in front of berg made her more suspicious, but then-

"KILL LUCID! HE'S VULNERABLE! Omorika's body is just out of juice. She needs to rest, even if for a moment-Null Somnum isn't a substitute, healing spells won't do. She'll be alright for a moment, Auth-just SMASH THAT STUPID THING."

"...I hope the opportunity to have felt like you stretched your legs was good, even if you honestly didn't do too much, Ga'aunt." Venia mutters as she waits for Comet to lay down a spawn point, realizing Lucid is just too far to fire upon.

One Comet's spawnpoint is up, Venia warps in at H8. "I told you what would happen, LUCID. NOW, EXPIRE."

A massive crack appears across Lucid's face as Venia screeches her last word, the silvery liquid upon her body outright boiling in the meanwhile. From within her backside, a massive ball of esoteric glitchy doom comes hurtling directly into Lucid's face, alongside all eight of her upper tentacles at once, as if to guide the bolt directly into the beast's face.

Her hat also pings Lucid for slightly more damage than usual.

Meanwhile, in this same battle, Tazz's voice rings into Ette's mind. "OK, excellent! It appears Lucid is vulnerable. For reasons that would be complete nonsense if ever spoken aloud to you but will make total sense in hindsight, I would like you to go up to that dude and punch him in the face. Yes, with those soft hands. I understand that will not do much, but it is something!"

The voice then pings Chloe, Marron and Taeda. "Yo, congrats on beating the Ashen Knight! Uh, now you actually have to kill the real Lucid-as fast as you can. If you can attack Lucid, do so, and if you can't either help someone else attack him or, uh, clean out the trash. Just don't use the teleporter, I think Auth has some crazy idea and he'll need that for getting in range."

----|<|0|>|----

Mr. Krabs appears in the Crystillery with all the forewarning of

Mr. Krabs snatches the above comparison before it could be completed, instead wielding it as a weapon against the three Blossoms. He uses another arm to quickly scan the Blossoms-all three, if possible.

At this time, just after scanning, a suspiciously-Chairian like figure appears behind the Blossoms, quite loudly stepping on a twig. He looks like Spark; he also happens to be wearing a T-shirt saying 'I HATE FLOWERS,' with a big cross and a flower inside the O.

"OH, what a glorious day it is today, completely devoid of Iti, Singing, and Flowers, the trifecta of hatred which shall surely beget my ire at even the slightest hint of their existence in my presence!" Says the 'Chairian,' in a rather bombastic tone. "For my ever-serious and never-tiring committment to utter seriousness has not once been assaulted by idiotic yodlers screaming their lungs out, the abominable Iti creatures that have time after time broken my focus, and of course, most wretched of all, the complete and utter absense of the plague upon Sussui known as FLOWERS!"

The 'Chairian' continues, never at any point looking in a direction that the Blossoms would see his face properly, or if he did, with his eyes closed. "Whatever Helix was thinking of, He clearly intended it as some sort of vile testament to evil when He made those disgusting mockeries of proper trees. How saccharine their scent, how garish their colors, how appalling their dual-sexed selves, and how vile that they monopolize the very livelihood of the planet with their pollination, such that they cannot be destroyed forever!"

The 'Chairian' continues, moving slowly, openly, brazenly, and away from the direction of the Crystillery. "Fortunate for me, then, that there have been none of these things to beset my day this fine merry day, and that there clearly cannot be any of these three things, separate or especially in combination, that shall blight this perfect, perfectly serious day! As the metaphorical cherry on top of this cake, I have been free of any and all sounds and lights resembling the effects of an explosion, which has consistently hurt my ears day-in and day-out. Oh, what a horrifically cruel twist of fate it would be to be assaulted by even a single explosion, or worse, two, or-dare I tempt Helix so?-THREE Explosions, and Helix help me if it should be such that I actually be close enough to suffer possible HARM to my being in the process! Ah, yes, for the abense of this and many more things, truly, this day, October Sixteenth of year Two-Thousand and Fifteen in the Multiversal Calender, is the greatest day of my life!"

While the 'Chairian' continues his brazen obliviousness, Mr. Krabs has casually and silently opened portals directly beneath all three Blossoms, dropping them into an alternate dimension known as the wierdo dimension, populated by creatures that text at you in unusual manners. An example:

WeirDO: NnnyamnyamninninyeamNYAMNYA.

The portals close before they can get really noisy. Mr. Krabs pays off the 'Chairian', who is actually a rock, with an assortment of shoes.

"Banana!" Maria grabs the banana, leaning the stick on the counter so she can use her other hand to peel the top. "Thank you, mister Chaos!"

"Our purpose here, 'Mister Chaos,' is to tour this planet with the guidance of Venia Praefortis while she goes about her business in restoring the land and ridding it of the local threat. Milady Maria was suffering from an extended bout of loneliness and her father, the glorious head of House Hemmors and Emperor of Arterium, had decided that Maria's understanding of the world was an important step in her development as royalty. I am here as her personal babysitter, bodyguard, and servant."

Maria's cats walk circles around the girl herself, except the slowest, who just lays down next to the couch and begins licking herself clean. Maria herself is too busy eating the Plantain to really say much as a response. The 'Kitsune' has not moved, period, even as it spoke despite its lack of mouth, or any apparent opening whatsoever.

"'Mister Chaos,' do you know the exact whereabouts of Venia Praefortis at this time, and if you do not, do you know where she was heading and for what purpose? Milady Maria would wish to reunite with her at her earliest convenience."

As everyone begins to wake up from the fight against the Ashen Knight, Simeon takes a little bit longer to wake up, but he does. Standing up, he uses Comet's Teleporter to close the distance between him and Lucid, and moves to J9. Without so much as a flourish, he stabs his shortsword into Lucid's throat-gem.
"Just between you and me, back there? You shouldn't have used the face of a hero. He says hello, by the way."
The time magics along the blade swirl, locking Lucid in place for future attacks.

KawaiiKitsune124: ...What is that smell?
Hi_Its_Xandra: This dinner isn't for you, Hoshi. You can make your own food.
KawaiiKitsune124: Not that. It's something entirely different.
If I had to describe it, it smells like a complete edgelord and foxfire in some inane combination.

Angel_Inari: can you please ask me before taking control of the computer first?
KawaiiKitsune124: Not now, I need to hunt for this source! I know it's coming from here, aaaaand...
Bingo. In the house, next to that girl with all too many cats. Source is coming from that fox right there.

Terry moves to L12, retreats to I10, casts Static Overcharge on Lucid, then throws a Cinderfruit at Lucid.

Buildup damage to Static Overcharge: 7. 4 from initial movement, 3 from strafing before casting the spell.

As the battle in the mindscape is concluded and the world shifts, Oppy takes a look around, smiling a little, then closes his eyes and sighs.

"I suppose that's all that was needed on my part... See you all in the waking world, assuming I can continue to manifest myself."

Okay, order is important. So, this action needs to happen first because armorbreak. In the waking world, Calibri wakes up and becomes humanoid once again, and more importantly functional... He then wordlessly slides his way on over to N16, strafes up to N14, and Force Nails Lucid.

...Also, meanwhile in the sewers of zone 2, Verdana decides he doesn't particularly want to hang around anymore. It's stinky in here. So, he moves to seize the crystal (in a gravity field again because touching it directly sounds dangerous), then he moves to wander out of the sewers. Briefly, he stops at the pile of spilled thyme matter, glancing at the seeker limbs beginning to form...

...He then takes a moment out of his day to go visit the Mollusk Nest, also deciding to inform the mollusks of the presence of that thyme matter and the pile of seekers beginning to form, then properly leaves the sewer. Time to figure out what to do with that there crystal...

"Marron!"
Toast weaves through the crowd to J17 (but not really at J17), teeters on one foot, then wraps Marron in a powerful hug. After a moment, she pulls away to let the girl breathe.
"Thanks for, erm, coming back in one piece."
She nods to Lucid, pulling her crystal hand into a crystal fist, "...Shall we?

~~

Toast steps up to the plate at K13 and activates Unsealed Spellbook: Intuition! A ring of fire briefly scorches the ground beneath her. The girl slings her arms over her shoulders as they become wreathed in fire.
"Hell yes."
She suddenly casts her hands outwards. Twin Flames leap from her hands; Each arcs across the battlefield to converge on Lucid in a firey duet.

Auth stands up, glaring at Lucid with eyes that betray an intent to kill. Auth, for all his immense physical weakness, can be incredibly scary when he's pissed to all hell. And after Lucid, having attacked a number of his friends, becomes vulnerable...? Well, he's not the type to normally consider beating the ever-loving hell out of something, but this is an exception.

He immediately uses the teleporter to appearificate on J8, moving to make that possible if he needs to. I'm not sure if I'm on a Spawn Point or not. Auth applies his fist immediately to the face of Lucid, punching the crystal smack-dab in the middle of its face. It's not intended to deal damage, clear from the fact that it didn't, but it's mostly to get the damn thing's attention.

uA: You. Allow me to tell you something. There is exactly one reason why you lost this battle. And I'm going to tell it to you.

Obscuring his eyes with his hat for effect, he says the next line with such an effect as to deafen the sound around him except for his voice. His words boom with an unusual force behind them. This subdued anger is clearly how he expresses himself.

uA: You pissed us off! You attacked our friends, you nearly killed half of them! After that, there's no way you could have won! SO!

Auth raises his fist in the air. Light beams down and utterly incinerates the body of the Zweet on G14, before returning to his hand. The light is more focused afterwards, sparking and swirling around his hand before becoming a deep, unhealthy purple. Not the same type of purple that Thyme is, of course, but a purple more representative of pure darkness.

uA: Hamon, it's an interesting thing. It was initially devised to kill vampires, you know? I might've learned a trick or two to twist it into something safer for me. But it still works fundamentally the same...

Auth stretches his arm while glaring at Lucid. He spins around on the spot and focuses his fist again. And then...

BANG! (Image here, maybe)

Auth lets loose a punch that no reasonable person would expect him to be capable of, given his physique. He sends that surge of purple energy through Lucid, causing sever damage, but then... he just doesn't stop. He continues with an intense flurry of blows, each progressively more severe than the last.

And when he makes contact with each punch, he shouts these comments in order:

uA: This is for Marron!
uA: And this is for Taeda!
uA: And this is for Chloe!
uA: And this is for Venia!
uA: And this is for Calibri!
uA: And this is for Destiny!
uA: And this is for Brutishace!
uA: And this is for Simeon!
uA: And this is for all the people in the waking word you hurt!
uA: And this is for Omorika, who you torment still in Chaos' Mindscape!

And for the final blow, Auth pulls back and winds up, before delivering a massive uppercut to Lucid, throwing it up into the air and driving it back into the ground with a single blow. Auth won't let the damn thing explode without one last shout, which he seems madder about than any of the others.

uA: AND THAT WAS FOR WHAT YOU DID TO OUR OMO HERE, TORMENTING HER WITH HER MEMORIES OF THINGS THAT WEREN'T HER FAULT! MIDNIGHT PURPLE BACKLASH!

At that point, assuming everything has gone according to keikaku (translators note: keikaku means plan), Lucid should explode in a storm of Thyme Matter, Crystal and Negative Hamon. Auth then slides over to where Omo is, onto H11, and starts checking Omo for wounds. He seems to have been dreadfully worried about the poor girl.

"Oi! Looks like everyone's finally come to! Now's our chance for a kounter-attack!"

Irongutta uses a free action to consume the IronEgg next to him for those wonderful buffs. He then stomps his way over to J10, activating Unstoppable Force and charging his Charging Vest!

With a great wind-up, Irongutta hits Lucid with everything he's got.

Of course, if Lucid isn't already dead that is...

<ROUND EIGHTY-SEVEN>
Mustache Girl finishes off the Iron Ore within the Absence, obtaining 10 Iron Ore. She then tries to smash the rocks below her... and succeeds in destroying a tile. It might take some time to dig through, but it's doable- especially with resource expenditure, or some muscle grease! Mr. Krabs then assaults the Crystillary. Or the foes within it, rather. He quickly runs a scan across the Blossoms.

>Codex Updated!

A Chairian then appears. He's actually a rock though, and the Blossoms are warped into a different dimension by Mr. Krabs. This kills them, effectively. The Noise drops by 20%, but not before something called a Bouquet strolls into the field! Lady Maria then thanks Chaos for her banana, while her totally not evil kitsune fox friend explains her presence to Chaos. He facepalms.

CHAOS: please tell mr. h.h.a.e.o.a. that he's an idio[t] for sending a li[t][t]le girl to a plane[t] full of mons[t]ers
CHAOS: and as of like [t]wo se[c]onds ago... singing explosive flowers?
CHAOS: holy eggs i go[t][t]a ins[t]all [t]hose in my minds[c]ape [t]ha[t]'s like fif[t]y [t]imes be[t][t]er [t]han a vanilla [c]reeper

Chaos suddenly pulls out a phone, and makes a call. There's a bit of brief talking before Chaos puts down the phone.

CHAOS: i [c]alled myself and he's cool wi[t]h i[t]
CHAOS: aw ye

He then answers the kitsune's question. Where's Venia?

CHAOS: i believe she's one round away from killing a boss
CHAOS: or, more a[c][c]ura[t]ely, fif[t]y [t]wo s[c]reens in... [t]ha[t] dire[c][t]ion.

Chaos points in some random direction. It's probably the right way. Probably.

CHAOS: big library pla[c]e. can'[t] miss i[t] unless you roll a [c]ri[t] fail on per[c]ep[t]ion.

Verdana meanwhile, keeps on exploring them sewers. He stores the Helix Crystal in the Inventory, before venturing to the Mollusk Nest. He informs the mollusks of the mass of growing hands not too far from his position. He witnesses some Mollusks mobilize as he leaves the sewer.

<OMORIKA'S OFFICE, ROUND SIX>
Auth rushes towards Lucid, death in his eyes. For too long has this torrid lump of murderous crystal tormented his friends, his love interests- now was the time to end it! A powerful healing energy floods into the Author's fists. Normally, he'd be using this energy to fix up those in dire circumstances. Also normally, he wouldn't be punching people, as his body's not quite suited to it. But Lucid has insulted him. Tried to slaughter his friends. The white glow of his healing intensifies as it begins to become tainted, becoming a viscous black.

And then, using the power of friendship, Auth lets loose into Lucid, a barrage of punches impacting the Eliti's shadowy form. Nothing seems to happen, but the energy has dispersed from his fists. Lucid takes a moment to laugh, before realizing that something's deeply wrong with itself. It feels a pain swelling inside. Then, explosions begin to rock its body- one explosion for every punch the Author delivered. Its body is now a torn mess of shadows, its crystal core clearly visible in the seams. And then, lunging forward, Auth delivers a blow to Lucid's skull- or at least, where it's skull would be. Lucid's body explodes, blobs of black splattering against the shelves of the room before fading out of existence. All that remains is Lucid's crystal core. Without a finger being placed upon it, a gigantic crack splits down its middle. The crystal doesn't cleave in two as one might except, however- instead, a torrent of purple smoke floods from the wound. One would swear they can hear the shrieks of the crystal. Eventually, the last of the smoke leaves the body, and the crystal goes still.

Lucid defeated! Thanks to the powers of the Entropic Key, Lucid still lives, but now its body is yours to use! Or train. Who knows?

...There's a stirring in the room. Omo, who had only just earlier collapses, finds the strength to move. She coughs up a bit of sap, prompting Taeda to gasp and run to her side. One prayer to Helix later, and she's stabilized somewhat. Her voice is weak... but there's a nice, strong hint of emotion in it.

OMORIKA: I suppose... you've killed it. Killed Lucid.
OMORIKA: I'm... glad.

She doesn't make an effort to get back up, or even get into a more comfortable position than lying down on the hardwood floor, back pointing skyward.

OMORIKA: The Glyph is down that trapdoor. Near the back. I don't know if it's still covered by a carpet or not. It's been awhile since I've been here...

She's silent for a bit. Then, one can hear her sobbing weakly.

OMORIKA: ...I've... failed everyone.
OMORIKA: I didn't learn anything from my battle with IKEA.
OMORIKA: I rushed ahead once again, and put people in danger.
OMORIKA: I'm glad that... that nobody was killed this time, but what if I do this again?

OMORIKA: ...

OMORIKA: I... w-won't take o-offense if y-you... l-leave me here...
OMORIKA: I'll... I'll live. I can fix myself i-if you decide t-to... go.
OMORIKA: I understand... f-fully...

She's silent for a long while before she looks towards the Author. Sap has welled up in her eyes, and she's barely audible.

OMORIKA: A-Author...
OMORIKA: Y-You've... you've r-read my book, r-right?
OMORIKA: I s-saw you... f-flipping t-through it...
OMORIKA: I think... I-I think you liked it.

OMORIKA: Do... do you think that...
OMORIKA: Do you think that I can move on from all of that?
OMORIKA: The war. The fires. The nightmares inside my head.
OMORIKA: C-Could I... move past all that?

...

Anyway, with Lucid down, you're free to go and claim the Twitchy Glyph! You have some time to distribute skillpoints and socialize before heading back to the house for another long night. You can opt to leave Omo here if you wish, but you're probably not going to do that, are you? In addition, some valuable Heart Keys have been given out, which can be used to upgrade your trait!

Also, heads up- gear resistant to Ice and Earth will be handy in the upcoming zone. High Physical resistances will also generally be handy, as you'll be fighting a lot of Chairian and Rebel forces in the next zone- they're quite proficient with their physical weapons, so take care!

Boshi puts 4 skillpoints into SKI.

---

Mustache Girl begins to feel tired of mining. So she completes the time loop, disappearing from the mines in the process.

The only one that remains is near the library, but we'll get to that shortly.

---

Boshi was patching up Hat Kid's wounds, through use of Heart Pons to get her back to full health, as well as ointment and bandages for the smaller cuts and bruises. She doesn't like the second part one bit, but tries to remain still... though she's failing miserably. The ointment was a bit too painful and weird for her liking.

Once all this was done, Boshi goes to talk with Bass a screen over.

"(Hey man. Nice work back there.)"

He pauses for a bit, before proceeding; "(...soooo, for some reason, someone threatened space marooning on ya? ...ugh, honestly, I'm insulted that one of our group would even consider it.)"

"(Though the joke's on everyone around here; if a ship fuelled with time can't escape the planet thanks to this 'sphere', then what hope does anyone have?)"

"(And even if they could somehow do that... well, I'd leave 'em then and there. It's quite frankly a disgusting move. Space is a harsh place; maybe not the harshest place in the universe, but it's harsh. No air, no warmth, nobody can hear you scream if you could before you died... yeah...)"

He goes dead silent for an unusually long while, looking up at the moon. Thinking.

"(...I... I can only imagine what She's doing up there... to all those I called siblings... probably that, or something worse...)"

He remains silent for a bit longer, eyes closed, as if praying that whoever he's thinking about was safe.

"(...I should get going. The healers should've restored Stella to full health by now. She's probably still exhausted, though...)"

He walks back into the Office, and, once everyone else is done with the healing and talking, lifts Omo onto his saddle. "(You've had a rough few days... just try to conserve your energy for right now... we'll take you to our- no, your house. We've sort of made it into our base of operations... I-I hope you don't mind...)"

And with that, he walks back to base with whoever else wants to come with.

---

Hat Kid, with her wounds tended to and everything being just generally quieter, limps up to Omo and hugs her as best as she could. I mean, to her, it looks like Omo needed it. She stays there for a minute.

After a short while, unsurprisingly to her, a familiar face walks up: Mustache Girl (will be called MU from here on). The two greet each other, clap each other on the back, and talk a bit about where the heck they were at all this time. Nobody could make out their conversation...

Hat Kid tells MU to just hang around the now, exhausted Omo, making sure no harm comes to her. She walks off with the slip of paper wedged in the shelf at (CY28), and makes for the Collection. She heads to the display with the Tomehammer in it, and inputs the combination:

Black, Green, Red, Blue

Then she takes the Tomehammer, assuming it opens. She then goes back to the Office to idly chat with MU and just be cute, until they have to head back to the house along with Boshi. MU helps the injured Hat Kid get back home safely, fending off any Iti that decide that Hat Kid would make for an easy snack, as well as supporting her in the usual way of taking some of the weight off Hat Kid's shoulders.

Terry takes out 2 points out of MP, then puts 6 points into MOV.
----
"Dude. DUDE.

I'm still young, I dunno how to process all this, but I do know this.

You ain't alone anymore. We'll be here to fix stuff starting now, and we'll be here for you, and for everyone. I guess. I dunno.

I'm going back to the house."

And so he does.
----
On the way, he meets another person. He's wearing some sort of red military outfit, a cardboard scarf, a pair of shades, an amalgamation between a visor, a valkyrie helmet, and headphones, and a backpack. He is accompanied by an owl wearing sunglasses, a cap, and a hoodie. His hair seems to be cardboard-like.

"Terry?"

"Vox?"

"Why are you here?"

"I should be asking you that. I'm just going back to the house."

Vox follows Terry there.
----
Crafting: Riftedge Wings

INPUT:
> 1 Beanbagger's Backup
> Subwoofer Core

PROCESS:
Terry goes down to the Basement, walks to the Research System, then opens another program on it. Using that program, he starts designing what looks like wings. They resemble cracks on glass. When he's done, he pulls an USB stick from his pocket, plugs it in, then transfers the design file to said USB. He safely ejects it, then unequips the Beanbagger's Backup.

Terry goes to the Infusion Altar, then places the USB stick on the center pedestal. He throws the Beanbagger's Backup at the Runic Matrix, then it is merged into the USB's design file.

He plugs the USB into the Subwoofer Core, then its energy flows out into a pair of wings.

OUTPUT:
(T4) Riftedge Wings
(+2 AGI) (+2 SKI) (Flying) (Strafe) (Unique: Maneuver)
Resistances: Physical (20%), Magical (-20%)

Terry equips the Riftedge Wings, physical resist set to Slashing, and magical resist set to Dark.

Venia's liquid form destabilizes around her, returning her to her giantess form. She's flat on her stomach after all of that.

"...We did it!" Venia shouts as she starts to stand up. " We did it, Lucid is... Well. Not dead. But Lucid's been Purged. Funny... Kinda."

Venia stretches her body. "...OK. Now, there's a bunch of stuff to do, but first."

Venia walks up to, and sits down by, the just-returned-to-conscious Omorika, for the moment, as Taeda (and others) heal her up. Venia has no abilities that enable her to heal by herself, so she can't really be of assistance, other than to look Omorika in the eye as she gets up and speak.

Venia talks with Omorika Part One

"... Losing a loved one, and having it feel like your fault... On top of losing thousands of others in the bargain. It feels ridiculous and awful. I keep having nightmares about it, to the point I've been kind of trying to avoid sleeping. Or, avoid sleeping normally... Uh, I just gave up on that in a while, had more nightmares about it, and eventually just accepted the facts... And instead I tried my hardest to, uh. To just, find something to live for. Uh, and therapy. I'll just be frank. Therapy, it really helps, and I think you really need it, for a really long time."

"As for rushing in... I suppose I could just blame Lucid. My opinion of the matter, though it's hardly proof, is that Lucid was deliberately egging you on. Either your sojourn into the Sphere, which I know about, was enough to make WARE want to deal with you personally, or Lucid just sensed your immense grief and thus a mind it could easily pick apart... Either way, I'm not even sure you were capable of thinking straight. Sleep deprivation is a drain on anyone's sanity and strength... Considering Chloe and the others only went unconscious when we went into the Mindscape while you became his flesh-puppet, which you may not have been aware of, well... Yeah. I think that if Lucid wasn't meant to control you specifically, then you were so exhausted that he took over most of your body as a bonus for his basic abilities. Or, if you would... I think that after all that's happened, recently or otherwise, you were basically already in his thrall possibly well before then and he just sprang the trap at the point we couldn't back down. If you're looking for a reason to excuse yourself, well, there it is-you were effectively too weak to fight back, and I'd like to see anyone else claim they could deal with anything like that easily. Sapping your will to fight right then and there didn't help matters... Sorry about that, just trying to make sure you didn't repeat your worst mistake."

"To stop being around the bush-please, don't even spare the thought that we'd leave you here! We're dealing with everything Lucid's done to you and eight times worse just to accomplish our main goal-that is to say, get our crazy friend in the Sphere to stop being crazy by removing the unholy deity-like figure from his skull and probably killing it. It's not a problem. And, quite frankly, we'd be crazy not to have you. For one, we really need allies, and a venerated member of the Highchair in open support of us is one hell of an ally even before your unique abilities come into play. And for another, you really need allies. And I mean. You really need allies. If Abies wasn't up there to save you from IKEA, you would have died, for certain. If we weren't here, Lucid would've mind-controlled you out of sheer fatigue, sooner or later, assuming the Carnival didn't get affirmative and kill you first. Your most powerful ability makes allies for yourself, and your second-most powerful speeds up everyone but yourself to make secondary actions.. It sounds like the story and morale of your life is that you really can't go it alone-you're strongest with allies to support you, and they're stronger for having you around. And quite frankly, you've been alone here long enough."

"Though, most of all, I honestly think most of us just like you. Heck, Peter over there might just be head-over-heels for you, haha. Trust me-none of us think you're dead weight and none of us really care for the dumb mistake you did that one time. We're probably a little blase about dying, to be fair... It never seems to stick. In any case, none of us here have any reason to abandon you, none of us will, and it was never on our mind to begin with, Stella. Come on... We need to rest for the night, after all of that, and you may find where we've set up shop familiar..." If, at this point, Omorika is strong enough to stand, Venia reaches out her (right) arm-to have Omorika take it and lift herself up, only somewhat aware of how unusual the gesture would be.

Venia gives pause so other people can talk and so Omorika can give her a response. Venia is also there for any of the tears, crying, or even just to lean on, and if Omorika requests to leave the office, Venia will happily carry her/escort her back to the house... After she retrieves the Glyph, of course. At some appropriate point, she'll say the rest of this stuff below, probably while escorting Omorika to Zone 0. She's clearly thought ahead on all of this. Save for healing spells. She clearly cannot do healing spells.

Venia talks with Omorika Part Two

"...This all brings me to one other point, regarding Lucid... Lucid parked his stony little buttox right inside your office, conveniently prohibiting anyone from entering the area where the glyph was stowed, and marshaled the Iti in the area to defend this point; the entrance to the office and the office itself were crammed with Iti, and Lucid himself. There likely could've been even more if the Carnival weren't in the way. But, uh. Why wouldn't WARE do anything with the glyph that supposedly imprisons him, what with it being right there? Wouldn't he have made Lucid destroy it, or manipulate it to make it get out somehow, or even if those were bunk, just do something with it? If his goal was freedom, I don't think he would hesitate, even if it wouldn't do it all at once. But he did nothing. He didn't even touch it. If anything, he fortified the area, as if he knew it was going to get assaulted. Which means... Which means he doesn't need to do anything to do what he wants. Because that Sphere isn't containing him-or, rather, eventually it won't contain him at all. And that's... That's probably worse than Lucid trying to mess with it, really."

"... I'll try my best to get the other members of the council to stand down and see our point of view, as will you, but, but I warn you. Spark may think letting you live was a mistake after seeing what it got him-a lost Glyph, now in the hands of Outsiders, and a member of the council in open rebellion against him. So goodness knows what he'll think in all of this. I'm more thinking along the lines of what he may try to do to Cypress, than us, though... I mean. I think he had to convince Cypress in the same way he convinced you, if my sources are correct, so he may think that Cypress may jump ship too... May become a priority to get to him before Spark does something stupid. Stress does strange things to the mind like that... And I don't know what Acacia will make of this, either. Considering your history, she'll probably snap, but... Erm. Correct me, if I'm wrong. But it sounds like Acacia had either a significant, erm... Interest, in Abies, or that they were siblings. I'm on the right track, right? I... I just need to think about how we could at least keep her from killing us all the next we meet, and there could be a way... It'd have to hit right in the heart, though. She doesn't sound like a big picture person."

"...Gosh. Maybe I self-convinced myself that I had a stutter? It appears the Sphere's preventing me from using my powers unless I really... Exert myself, either way."

----|<|0|>|----

After all the major fuss with Omorika is over with, but just before Omorika is escorted back to the House at Zone 0, Venia slides into the trapdoor and into the resting place of the zone's relic. She slides into the center of the room, glaring at the bright light of the Twitchy Glyph.

"Well... Looks like one of those times for a dramatic 'item get' pose... Hrm. Wait."

Venia inspects the room and statues-and quickly determines if there are or are not any magical or physical traps that would present themselves to waylay potential thieves, including things like pressure plates, magical triggers, ect.

She then casually proceeds to bypass all of this and whistles, quite loudly. The Twitchy Glyph abruptly levitates to directly above Venia, as if responding to her call. She proceeds to do the epic item pose (careful not to actually touch the glyph), holding her left hand high above as she hoists the Twitchy Glyph in its glorious radiance for all to see-

"Wait no Ga'aunt aaaaa"

Venia immediately switches hands, blushing from her mistake. "So sorry about that! Augh. That was probably rough, being right next to it with the bright light... Eugh. Trust me, as soon as I can find a way to get you out of there, I will. I made Mr. Krabs be basically capable of... Anything. I'm not actually sure if that guy has any limit whatsoever. Compared to that, there's a real chance you'll get out of that glove."

She takes note of the faded red upon the statues, and remembers a tidbit about the creation of the Sphere...

"That reminds me... There was something about the Old and New Rose you wanted to talk to me about? This place seems quiet enough. And I think this place has some history with that Old Rose you were talking about..."

"... And on that note... Do you know anything about a Prophecy of Crimson Wings? A book, bound in red... Waterlogged at this point, too."

At this point, the Glyph vanishes into the safest point in the inventory after whatever item get cutscene Ire needs to make the story work. If any.

---- THE TREASON CLUB OBTAINS A GLYPH (1/4) ----

----{ <|0|>|----

Venia hoovers up the 4 Skillpoints, and then ditches 2 DEF and 1 SKI to get 3 more skillpoints freed up-she then applies them all to SPC. This gives her 10 naturally and 15 in total.

WE NOW CUT TO SOME CRAFTING

She then takes her hat, and gives it to Mr. Krabs. Mr. Krabs takes the hat, and gives it to Mr. Krabs. Mr. Krabs takes the hat, and gives it to Mr. Krabs. Mr. Krabs takes the hat, and gives it to Mr. Krabs. Mr. Krabs takes the hat, and gives it to Mr. Krabs. Mr. Krabs takes the hat, and gives it to Mr. Krabs. Mr. Krabs takes the hat, and gives it to Mr. Krabs. This continues until Venia politely shoves Mr. Krabs into some kind of super attack animation so Mr. Krabs won't keep giving Mr. Krabs the hat anywhere important. Venia chucks in a few other resources just to make sure things go well. Namely:

-7 Corpsetaker Legs (of 14.)
-33 units of Thyme Matter (of 79)
-25 Refined Wood (of 65)
-1 Greatwood Log (of 26)
-5 Circuit Boards (of 14)
-2 LED Displays (of 11)
-1 Lawnchair (of 2)

Do these pseudo-mystical items have any correlation with what Mr. Krabs will do? Of course not! It never does! In fact, this is so irrelevant that Mr. Krabs, after taking the hat and handing it to Mr. Krabs an infinite amount of times to make an infinite amount of Mr. Krabs, just cuts to the chase, and has his infinite amount of selves and infinite amount of hats jointly roll all of this stuff up into a Katamari Ball and set it ablaze. Some tiny chap comes along and, in the realm of this super attack animation, proceeds to roll up all of the infinite Mr. Krabs and infinite hats, as well as a sizeable bunch of other objects, including replicas of all the Thymescapers and literally every other entity in Project Thymium, as well as Carly, who everyone knows is bound to get rolled into Katamari balls. The tiny chap gives the now-massive Katamari Ball to a not-so-tiny chap, who then rips out his left eye and directs the tiny chap to the King of All Cosmos, who is the proper entity to deal with when turning massive balls of crazy stuff into stars.

The King of All Cosmos immediately rejects the tiny chap's Katamari Ball as the King of All Cosmos has finally gotten his act together. Good grief, you expect him to need new stars every second or something?

Much unrolling was had. When everything is said and done, we're back at the Katamari Ball being set ablaze. It then explodes, annihilating all the items within it.

With that out of the way, the infinite Mr. Krabs and their infinite hats proceed to go on a journey, and steal the above-described super-attack cutscene to fold into a boat for their purposes, as they venture into the fantabulous land of McDonalds. Their mission: Get blessed by Ronald McDonald.

They find Ronald McDonald immediately and receive the blessing of french fries. He's cool like that. Because a complication must at this point arise to make this more interesting, however, the toilets flood. Except, that's what the boat is for. Dramatic Tension has been foiled, and swiftly recovers by making itself into a boss fight. With infinite Mr. Krabs and infinite hats pinging it for damage every turn, it predictably expires at the hands of Ronald McDonald and his Mighty Stomping Shoes before any other attack could be waylaid. Alas, Ronald McDonald then has his 89th Reincarnation annihilated by Dramatic Tension's brother, Dramatic Irony, but until then, Ronald McDonald guides the infinite Mr. Krabs and infinite hats back to the next leg of the journey, tortilla land.

In tortilla land, which is in fact a proper noun but never capitalized, there are many chichuawas. This place is basically a detour for greener pastures. Literally. They're going to greener pastures. The greenest pastures of all, in fact, and they arrive just now. In these greenest pastures, the most optimistic events that could ever happen occur on a regular basis. You always win the lottery. That stupid plan always works out. The infinite legion of Mr. Krabs and his hats can enter a karate tournament that will last until there are two survivors, out of infinity, and it will last 10.4 minutes total. This occurs. Wow.

The final two survivors, are, of course, the original Mr. Krabs and the original The Magical Ice Sculpture Hat of Staring At You Really Hard. All the copies died. Mr. Krabs proceeds to wear the hat of a Necromancer, giving him instant access to the entirety of necromancy, enabling him to shove the infinite souls of the infinite dead that he and the hat just slew en-masse, and channels all of their souls directly into the Magical Ice Sculpture Hat of Staring At You Really Hard.

A phenomenal transmutation takes place, and all of everything is enveloped in its light, to the point where the insane scale of the highest echelons of the supposedly-all encompassing Suggsverse weep in shame and agony at the sight of this light, the fondest miracle of a new beginning.

When the light dies down, the transformation is complete. The hat is exactly the same as before, appearance-wise, barring that it now has a pixellated set of sunglasses upon its eyes. There's also a bunch of other abilities it just got that probably make it the most overpowered thing in all of DTG and everything, but, nah, those sunglasses are where its at.

The Hat proceeds to eat the super-attack animation in its entirety, and traverses back with Mr. Krabs to Venia, re-resting upon her head with mildly better stats. All is well.

Reosurces Expended: 7 Corpsetaker Legs, 33 Thyme Matter, 25 Refined Wood, 1 Greatwood Log, 5 Circuit Boards, 2 LED Displays, 1 Lawnchair, 1 Magical Ice Sculpture Hat of Staring At You Really Hard.

(T4) The Magical Ice Sculpture Helm of Being Crazy Awesome
PROLONGED COOLNESS CONTACT (PROLONGED COOLNESS CONTACT)
+4 SPC, +2 DEF, (Cool Stare)
Ice (35%), Crushing (10%), Fire (-20%)

(Cool Stare): At any time during your turn as a bonus action, you may deal (4-4) Glitch Damage to a target in Range 1-3 and scan them. Does not scale with any stat.

At this point, it's less that there isn't more to do and more that I've done way too much in a single post and will likely make Ire die a little inside if I go further.

Once Lucid's all done being killed, Toast relaxes. She crosses her her arms over her head and stretches her neck and back.
"Mhmm... that's better. Super in the mood for a shower now though. I don't even remember if I had one yesterday..."
She notices Chloe wanting her to talk to her, and heads over, waving to Marron in a sort of "I'll be there in a bit" gesture.
"Hey, what's up?"

~~

Toast takes a point each from RES and DEF. She then places 3 in INT, 1 in SPC, and 2 in SKI.

~~

Having finished her discussion with Chloe and becoming noticeably more flustered as a result, Toast takes a deep breath and heads back to where Marron is. Her first order of business is making sure the poor girl is okay.
"Hey, um, nice work down there with... whatever you guys did to break open Lucid. I- um, are you okay after all that?"
She stays and listens to Marron, if she wants to talk, then she asks:
"Do you think we should head back now? It's getting dark... and I kinda wanna show you something I set up at lunch. O-or maybe once the stars are out. That would be better, I think. (are there even stars in these parts)"
She smiles warmly, and probably starts heading down to the house.

Auth was already at Omo's side by the time Lucid exploded. He's been spending the last few minutes checking Omo's body for wounds - he suspects there may be more than a few, since the party had just spent quite some time fighting her. His healing should stabilise Omo, especially since he blew up the body of the Reverie with Liberation to actually help her.

He just leaves his hand sympathetically on Omo's shoulder as she starts fretting over her recent actions to hurt the party. Seems that he doesn't think of it that way.

uA: I don't know what you're talking about, Omo. You haven't done anything wrong. Really. You were emotional, and rationality doesn't come easy to emotion. It's okay. As you pointed out, nobody got killed. In fact, barely anyone got hurt seriously. What are we going to do if you do it again, you ask? We'll come back and help. And we'll keep coming back, because that's the right thing to do, isn't it?

After he feels confident that Omo's physically going to be okay, he offers her a hand up. He waits for some sort of response from Omo before he keeps talking.

uA: We aren't going to leave you here. I've already done my best to heal you after that. Did you hear what was said just before Lucid was beaten? We're a team, and we don't leave people behind. You're one of us, and that means we're going to care for you just as much.

He pulls out a coffee that he made earlier, and offers it to Omo.

uA: I made this just after you fell asleep before. Have it. Maybe you'll feel a bit better? Just know that nobody, not a single person blames you for this. Ask them.

Auth pauses for a second. Knowing who's around, that's probably a bad idea.

uA: Actually, don't ask Kokichi, but ask anyone else. Nobody blames you.

He takes pause as Omo starts asking him specifically questions... he sees the tears well up in her eyes, and he wants to give her a hug, but he doesn't think that's quite appropriate. He, instead, just nods, and smiles.

uA: I did read your book. I finished it, actually. Er, let me give it back to you. I know how much of a pain in the neck it is when people don't return books they've borrowed!

Auth offers the book back to Omo, before answering the other parts of her question.

uA: As to whether you'll move on? For something like what I read... that's always going to be a part of you. That's always going to be with you. Something like that, you'll never forget it. Which isn't necessarily a bad thing, as because you can remember it, you have the ability to tell the story and teach others a perspective that you wouldn't get otherwise. On top of that...
uA: This is just my opinion, having seen these things many times before, but I think forgetting it all is like forgetting the suffering and pain of the dead. They live on through those who last, and so I would say remember in their memory.
uA: But that's no reason to let it drag you down. You might, in some way, be able to turn all that sorrow into a strength, rather than a shackle to keep you bound.
uA: I think the nightmares, the war, the fire of your memory... as time passes, that will fade. If not through the loss of memory, then because you come to face it. You face it and you don't let it drag you back anymore.
uA: To be totally fair, though, I've never been through something on the level you've been through, so I might not be the best person to comment.

Auth realizes he missed something, so before he goes to check on everything else, he makes one last comment.

uA: Oh, yes. I did like reading it. It gave me a great deal of insight into what it must have been like for you. I... am sorry, for all of your losses. Although my apology now doesn't really do much, huh?

Auth shuffles some skill points around.

-4 INT
+8 SPC

And then, Auth collects some materials. This is going to be a long day, huh?

CRAFT 1 - DESTROYER'S CATALYST

(T4) Trinket - Destroyer's Catalyst - Memories of ash and flame are embedded in this stone.
Stats: (+1 INT) (+2 MP Regen) (-3 MHP) (Consumption)
Resists: Dark (30%) Light (-20%) Ice (-10%)

(Consumption) - Whenever you are damaged by an element you are resistant to or weak to, gain [Premitigation Damage Taken]*[% Weak or Resist]/2 Hanten. Rounds down. You may have up to 8 Hanten at a time. You may spend up to 3 Hanten per turn to reduce the cost of a spell you cast by that much.

Items Used: Entropic Parasite, Void Catalyst, Shadowinferno Cluster (x1), Entropic Biomass (x2)

Auth remembers that he had EN deal with the Parasite when he had originally intended to do this, so the Parasite should be good and dead already. If it's not, well... Auth stabs it a good six or seven more times with a knife, just to make sure. Actually, stabbing it with the knife a few times might help him with the next part of his plan.

Auth places the Void Catalyst on a solid surface, still somehow in Omo's office, and encases it in a solid cluster of Entropic Biomass. His intention with this, it seems, is to utilize the power of Entropy against his opponents, and working Entropy into his power supply is the way he intends to do that. Or maybe, it's just a focus for even more ink to come out of it later. Either way, it's what he's doing.

Anyone around might be able to hear him singing quietly to himself... something like this.

uA: Under the gathering stardust, summoned in the awakening of a century-old catastrophe, these men are bravely facing onward, and they race the sands of time along their journey.
uA: Entangled by a chain, they're bound, karma has become intertwined, their destiny bathed in a platinum light!
uA: Stand up, stand up, stand up, shooting across and beyond! Alright now, alright now, alright now, a bullet filled with your pride! Break you down, break you down, break you down, let your fists fly free. And, with this hallowed vision, stand proud!

That might seem irrelevant, but with each word, the crystal resonates. The core tale of the song is a race against time to save people, but the context behind that song seems to resonate harder, as images of the departed spirits of what appear to be heroes appear in the catalyst (briefly). The catalyst then spontaneously changes colour, becoming a vague beige-like thing. All of the darkness in the room is absorbed by the gemstone...

And by that, I mean that any previously dark areas in the entire room are now able to be seen clearly into, even though they by all means shouldn't be. The darkness consumed by the crystal is then fed into Auth, and Auth thinks that, maybe, he can use the excess energy in place of ink to be even more effective in battle.

AND ALSO

CRAFT 2 - MIRACULUM VIRTITUS

(T4) Armour - Miraculum Virtitus Between the wings lies the power of a miracle.

Stats: (+5 MMP) (+3 INT) (+1 SPC) (Mana Channeling) (Flight)
Resists: Dark (40%) Piercing (-20%)
(Mana Channeling) When you meditate, you can restore someone else's MP as if they were the one who meditated. Range 1-2, and the target must be within Range 1-2 at the end of the round.

Items Used: Royal Shard (Unique), Seraph Breach

Auth, having finished brutalizing a parasite in the name of some dead heroes nobody's heard of, takes off his coat. Underneath, he's wearing a white shirt and black vest - I think we've been over this. Either way, he places the coat carefully over something. Realistically? Probably Omo's desk. Seems that he doesn't want to leave Omo alone, in case she might need more help with something.

He draws the shard of gold out of the inventory, and unceremoniously stabs his coat with it. He's careful not to scratch the desk, however. It seems he likes the desk too, but he needed to put the coat on something.

The shard is hooked up to the circuit, and the magic that has been flowing through the coat to help restore the MP of others shoots through it, causing the shard to explode in a bright, white light. When vision is restored to the room, the shard is in pieces... which are floating in the air, with the biggest piece still embedded in Auth's coat.

Over a five minute process, beams of light focus and leap between the pieces of the shard, and then white plumage is created across the entire skeleton of light. In turn, the previously deep black plumage of the Gallow Wing Auth had stitched in turns, and forms another brilliant white wing.

When Auth puts the coat back on, he looks like an angel, minus the halo. That may have been the look Auth was going for with the coat, though.

They say that there's no rest for the wicked, until they close their eyes for good.

As someone wicked, fundamentally, I disagree. One may always repent. I may have done terrible things in the past. That's why I help this coward now.
